I’m leaving this review because how impressed I am with our Server, Kevin! My sister, cousin, and I went Saturday night to try something new because we were craving seafood. We were not familiar with the menu at all and Kevin took the time to explain it to us as well as recommending some of the popular items. He kept checking in on us and making sure we were well-taken cared of during our visit. We will definitely be returning with our mom who is also a fan of seafood pretty soon! Thanks for the positive and welcoming atmosphere of this restaurant!

My husband and I had dinner here today. We ordered the crab and shrimp platter. It was a lot of food. The seasoning was with Boom Boom spice and medium (hot) heatness. Our crab and shrimp platter also came with potatoes and corn. Everything was delicious! Our server was also really great. He didn’t introduce himself to us but the name on the receipt said Randy. He was attentive to us while we ate and made sure that we had everything we needed. I like how he offered us lemons for the seafood and extra moist towelettes. He also filled our glasses before they got empty. The decorations, music, and the atmosphere were also great! I would love to come here again.

We had a good experience. Great and attentive service. It was fairly busy but our waiter always checked on us. The Captian platter was worth it. Look at their combos and platters first, if you're not looking to spend a lot. Their Captain platter was more worth it then we thought. We originally wanted more lobster and crabs, but after our calculations this was the way to go plus we got leftovers for home. We did medium spice level and the boom boom sauce. Seafood came hot and saucy. It was delicious. Place was clean, neat and cute.

Fun atmosphere - crab themed galore with "Welcome Aboard!" nautical signs. I got a blue crab boil, it came with the bag to keep it steaming hot. Absolutely delicious and really friendly and helpful waite staff. Don't hesitate to drop by for great seafood.

This is place to go when you’re looking for the best seafood Broil. It’s more than seasoned and I promise you’ll leave with a happy full stomach. What it made it even was the customer service, Kevin was one of the nicest waiters I have came across. Be sure to check them out!

We ordered the Captain's Platter for my wife and I. At first I thought it would be too much food but actually it was perfect. We chose this one because it includes 2 lobster tails and we really wanted one each. Went with the Boom Boom seasoning, medium spicy but think next time would def go with the Fire! I was hesitant about this platter as I usually don't care for the mussels or clams or sausage but let me tell you I ate everything on this including a boiled egg and all was delicious. We def will be back no doubt!

Great customer service and food. Our server was very nice, quick, and patient with us. Always checked in to see if we needed anything else. The food itself was very good. We got the spiciest level for the boom boom sauce and it was perfect AND spicyyyy. The raw oysters are actually big, not the tiny ones you're paying tons of $ for at bougie restaurants. I would def go back again!

Took my mother and fam here for mother's day and I honestly thought this place was very good! The corn was maybe a little overcooked but everything was very yummy! We got the boom boom sauce and the largest platter 199.99. I would definitely recommend eating here if you love seafood. :)

10/10 will visit again. Originally took an Uber to 50s Grill, but their environment turned me off so I bopped out across the street and walked up on CCs. The staff was and helpful with my selection. They were also knowledgeable, Nikki, especially. Had the shrimp and catfish po boy with fries and put myself in a food coma but it was worth it.

The food was actually pretty good but the service was trash. They seated me took my order, gave me a glass of water, and I didn't see them again. I was going to order something to go and a drink besides water. When I finished I actually had to get up and go to the front desk to ask for my check.

The food is any day amazing, love the shrimp and crawfish. For first times i would suggest half pound of shrimp, half pound of crawfish, corn cobbs eggs and potatoes and if you want rice on the side it should be good for two. However the service wasn't very good this time. They forgot to add all items to the bag and later we had to ask her, which didn't make much difference but you would want the juice to be mixed with corn cobs to enjoy the flavors. I would go back again.

This is a divine place to eat ,I'll admit it is a little pricey but it's worth it for the food and service are tremendous, if you enjoy delicious seafood and wonderful flavor(I prefer cajun) this is your spot

Ya' know I did not have time to sit down and eat, Menu looked really good. Got the shrimp Po-boy it was better than good, bread was crusty and excellent. shrimp and lettuce sauce was fresh and excellent. A little spice great flavor I will be back for a sit down meal. I never get pictures because the food is too good! I typically get a seafood boil with snow crab legs and sometimes headless shrimp. The sauce is always so good (I get Cajun original mild) and the veggies are super fresh and perfectly cooked. The broccoli is always perfect and not mushy at all. I would eat here all the time if I lived closer; even still I eat here about once a week. Best seafood in the Twin cities

Quality is unmatched. All sauces made to order. King crab legs are literally the size of my arm. Spotlessly clean and super star staff. Waiterhad a table of 14 people and three other tables in their section and not one single empty glass

It was our first time and our waitor's name was Kevin. He did an amazing job explaining the menu and giving us great recommendations, even explaining the history of the restaurant, it was great!!! But the food was over the top, it was cooked to perfection and the serving sizes were very filling!!

2nd time and it was the same as our first visit. Fresh, awesome flavor, fun, and really for all you get, great flavor. Someone posted the seafood was frozen, absolutely not. I have had shrimp all over this country and all levels of restaurant and I can say that was as close to fresh as Minnesota gets. Go, eat well and have fun.

This is the best CAJUN seafood boil spot I've tried in MN so far! We ordered the shrimp and crab legs platter and it was devine! The shrimp was plump and juicy and the butter cajun sauce was perfectly spiced and seasoned. Everything was nearly perfect except the soda was a little watered down. I highly recommend this place. Super clean and nicely decorated too.

Our dinner was better than expected! We don’t typically make it to Brooklyn Center but made the trek since I have been craving it and I’m 12 weeks pregnant. Definitely satisfied the craving! We had Cajun fries, 1lb King crab and the Combine Em with 1 snow crab cluster and 1/2lb headless shrimp all in the boom boom sauce at medium heat. Our favorite by far was the king crab. The heat level was perfect since it didn’t over power the delish seafood. It was delectable! Our total bill was $84 + tip which we felt was reasonable. Our server was very nice and helpful and the decor was very coastal! Will go again next time we’re craving a boil!

Great food! Good prices! Had the 2lb snow crab broil with boom sauce. Can’t wait to go back. Atmosphere inside was great kinda wish I sat down and ate there instead of to go! Next time I will though. Staff was all very friendly!

I sat at the bar and ordered a 1/2 lb of shrimp with a couple cocktails. The shrimp was fresh and very nice sized! The whole experience with the bag of seasoned shrimp, a garbage pail for the table and bib made the food even better lol! The bartender was a great guy also! The whole place was a breath of fresh air to Brooklyn Center! Nice decor, fun festive ambience with an upbeat but casual atmosphere! I hope everyone helps this place remain open. I'll definitely be back!

Overall good food and have good fast service.. My wife and I went for a date night .. We liked the restaurant's decor it's clean , fun but not over done in nets and fake pirates.. but you could still bring the kids for a family dinner.. parking isn't the best you have to cross the street in the little mall parking lot with no cross walk or stop sign for traffic.. really busy coming from both directions. And it's pretty pricey.. Expect at least $70-$100 for dinner for two..

Not bad. Pretty good. I don't have a Cajun guage, so I cannot say that this is good, or bad. But it matched what I wanted? If that makes sense. Server was kind, quick with refills. Boom boom sauce was good. Buttery and garlic! We ordered king crab, shrimp, crawfish, and a side of Cajun wings. Shrimp was good, crawfish was clean tasting. King crab was a tad salty, but it was good. Would come again!

Best seafood I have ever had in Minnesota and this coming from a native Louisianian. There was four adults in our party and we split the Large Not Enough platter with an added 1lb of blue crab. My brother in law took the servers recommendation of the Boom seasoning and I am glad he did. The BOOM seasoning needs to be at the top of the seasoning list not third in line, it is the bomb. I loved the shrimp because of their size cooking them perfect is an art and it is an art this restaurant nailed. Crab legs , clams, and mussels ( let the mussels marinate in that boom seasoning for a few minutes!! Flavor bomb!) were also spot on. Staff was friendly and the key lime cheesecake was spot on. We will see ya'll in December.

For a long time I have always go to Sweet Cajun but they are temporary closed. Which is why I was super excited that this place finally open and it is definitely closer too. I am surprised at how large the mussel, crawfish and shrimp are. They were a decent size and reasonable for the price. The only thing is, the sauce i got was Boom and it was a little bit salty for me. Other then that it was super good, will definitely go back. I did take out and it was ready within the time frame they said it would be.

Tried this for the first time tonight, we tried the cajun and the boom sauce. Definitely go with the boom sauce!! The snow crab legs are big and very good quality. The corn, scallops, and shrimp done perfectly. Only little complaint is the potatoes could have been cooked a little longer. It was very fast (pick up in 15 minutes) and they call you as soon as its ready. We won't be going anywhere else for our boil from now on.

Was very interested in trying out this new seafood restaurant as our family loves the spicy Cajun seafood styles that we've experienced before in New Orleans. We ordered the Seafood Platter which included the Medium Spicey flavoring and our first words out of our mouths were this is delicious. Everything had the right amount of seasoning on it as the Snow Crabs were juicy, the Shrimp were tender, Crawfish (my favorite) were large, Corn on Cob was sweet, sausage was sliced just right and the potatoes were perfect. We can't wait to come back and that's speaking from someone that lived in Louisiana for over 25 years where a Cajun Boil taste is spicy delicious.

The restaurant was clean and decorated so cute! The vibe is perfect for seafood lovers. Food was AMAZING. We just moved to BC and definitely found our new fave restaurant! If you get a boiler, order The Boom boom sauce, it is DELICIOUS. My fiancé ordered the catfish poboy and said it’s the best he ever had . Oh and the VOODOO sauce for the fries... BOMB!

OK, so 1 have moved from San Diego, to D.C. (NOVA) and recently landed in Minnesota. I read an article about this place in the local news and it reminded me of San Diego's crab boil places. I have been eager to try it out. This place was awesome! Had a dozen oysters, that were huge and delicious!!! Also ordered a pound of snowcrab legs & crawfish. The crayfish were Enormous! So good, steamed perfectly. I ordered the orginal cajun/medium spicy and it was Juuuuussstt right! My server, Mike, she was awesome. So enjoyable. Very friendly and great service. Cannot wait to come back. I feel this will be my Go-To Spot. Love, Love, Love it.

At first I was like ehhhhh because the butter garlic sauce at the bottom of the bag was kind of salty but the boom sauce is sooooooooo good, I’m in love. I love how it doesn’t have all the chunky garlic pieces, the boom sauce was full of flavor. Definitely recommend.
