The thin crust Pepperoni pizza was delicious. The pepperoni were perfect, sauce savory, and crust crispy! The only disappointment was how quickly it was eaten. Clean establishment. Street side parking can be limited and has parking meters.

What a great place, my wife is from Uruguay, and I picked up all the Empanadas, and a pepperoni pizza, to bring back to the hospital for her, it was Amazing food, cool restaurant inside, They are also great fans of Soda Stereo THE Greatest Band rock band from Argentina & Maradona ,Awesome and Probably Greatest Soccer/Football Player from Argentina. GO THERE !! You will LOVE IT⚽️🇦🇷🍕🥟🎸🪘

Wow 🤩 the pizza is delicious, I never ate something like this before and I really loved it. The pizza has 8 slices it’s perfect for 2 people. I couldn’t take a photo of the empanada because I ate immediately but it was delicious too. 100 % recommended

Cozy little place with counter service. Staff was friendly. Pizza was great, killer sauce. My only gripe which would be at a lot of places doing pizza would be let the pizza sit on a grate or rack for a few minutes before giving to the customer. Crust got soggy.

Food was excellent! Got two empanadas, I'm not a big guy and probably should have ordered 3. I got the Carne and Pollo, my wife got the humita. All we're very good, and the dipping sauce was good as well. Would highly recommend the curro donuts, we got an order (it came with 6), and a long with the caramel dipping sauce, they were an amazing finish to the meal. Would definitely go again, and order more!

Wow ! Extremely tasty pizza! Got the campo and the onions were amazing. Sauce was super sweet and delicious. Puerro wasn’t our style …. Too heavy and rich. But I can see others liking it. Churro donuts were winners!

Delicious! We ordered ahead online and walked to pick it up. Service was quick and staff was friendly. We ordered Empanadas for multiple people and they all came in one box, so one of the staff members drew us a diagram on the box so we would know which was which. Above & beyond!!

Stopped in after walking the Saint Anthony Falls Heritage Trail and building up an appetite. The Espincia empenada was great, Pollo was good, and the churro donuts are life changing. Can't comment on the pizzas, but they looked incredible.

Absolutely wonderful, we ordered pollo, carne, jamon y queso empanadas and sarandara pizza. The pizza is easily my favorite. Carne us a bit salty due to ample olive in it, but flavorful though. Overall it's a great addition to Minneapolis downtown east. Love it.

Best pizza I ever had! The brick oven-style pizza was perfectly cooked, seasoned, and was generously covered in toppings. My pizza had the tastiest chorizo on it. The space was small but had as much flavor as the pizza! Parking is paid street parking, which was a downside, but I won't hold it against them. There is definitely plenty of parking nonetheless. Will definitely be back!

Top 3 pizza I've had in my life, right up there with Pequods in Chicago and Mr. Pizza on South Broadway in Rochester. The crust is fantastic and the sea salt really adds something unique. I am not good at explaining how good food is, just go see for yourself!

The Campo pizza was great! Empanadas were very good! The best pizza and saltanas I ever had in South America were at the El Tomate restaurante in Sta Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, and now the best pizza in North America is from Boludo! ***** Stars! We live four hours away and come to Minneapolis 3-4 times a year, and now we will eat Boludo each time!

I love this pizza. The dough is light and has a nice char on it. The cheese, sauce and pepperoni are all great on their own. They weren’t open inside but had tables and chairs outside while the weather is still nice.

These are incredible pizzas! The caesar salad was really good too with an extra kick of spice to it. Portions can be easily shared between two people, but it's so damn tasty you might not want to share. Grab a bottle of Coke, find somewhere to sit and chow down!

Just incredible. The pizza crust is light and pillowy with a toothy chew. The tomato sauce is fresh and delicate with a sweetness that comes from ripe marzano tomatoes. We had both the carne empanada and the corn, serrano and fontina empanada and they were packed full of savory deliciousness and wrapped in a soft dough pouch. I couldn't pick a favorite bite. Ughhh! So good!

The pepperoni pizza was fantastic, and so was the carne empanada! My gluten-free neighbor said that the gluten-free pizza tasted good, but she got deathly ill from it. I'll stick with gluten instead of whatever they throw in them fake pizzas.

I've only gotten food for takeaway and never actually dined in. The pizza is exceptional and a great example of quality over quantity. Strongly recommend the Pepperoni or Campo. The empanadas were okay.

We were downtown to go to a concert at US Bank Stadium. We were trying to find somewhere close by to eat as was everyone else going to the concert it seemed. After encountering hour plus waits at other restaurants we stumbled upon Boludo. And we are so glad we did! There was not any seating available in the restaurant. The staff took some tables outside to create more seating. We decided to order ours to go and took it across the street where there were tables and chairs. This is to tell you do not walk away from getting food here it appears there is not seating inside for you. We had the Campo pizza. The most unique pizza I have had in a long time, and as pizza lovers, we always make sure to grab some when we travel. Perfectly seasoned and cookee to perfection. We will definitely be back!!!

We ordered a pepperoni pizza and ate in the car as our dog with. This pizza is literally raved about continuously so I was very excited to try. The best part for me was the outter crust. It was crisp and salty and really just top notch. If they have breadsticks just like that, I could easily bury myself face first in them. That being said, the rest of the pizza was good but not fantastic for me. Personal preference, not a sweeter sauce fan and it just didnt tie all together for me. However, that is just me so I'd absolutely try it if you havent already. The corn and something or other empanada was my fav out of the 3 we'd tried. Would eat here again.

No doubt the most amazing pizza I have ever had. There will be a wait on Fridays and Saturdays and it’s worth it! Or order another day, I have never had an issue with long order times during the week. All their food is delicious, the pizza will change your life!

New favorite spot. We tried 4 different empanadas and all were delicious (the humita was our favorite), and the arugula pizza was loaded with toppings with a perfect crust. Will definitely be returning to try their other menu items another time.

Love it, bring me to Argentina again, the empanadas are amazing with an interesting touch of a sophisticated chef. The pizza is made with amazing products and quality, not fan of the sweet tomato but it's just a personal taste. The flan with dulce de leche and praline is from another galaxy, the location is perfect and the price it's fair, very kind people in the crew.

This restaurant needs 6 stars, at least. The corn empanada, the pepperoni pizza, and house salad were all excellent. The pizza crust was one of the best things we've eaten all but itself. And the churro donuts with caramel sauce... They are the reason 5 stars just isn't enough.

Great lunch spot. You have to grab your own water/glasses, etc, but the service is fast. Caesar salad is excellent, comes with lots of parmesan and crouton dust (that's delicious). Try the arugula pizza and the pepperoni pizza! One pizza and a salad is plenty for two people, with leftovers! Empanadas are also great, I'm a fan of the chicken and the cheese/greens.

Awesome pizza and the salad was fantastic. We got the De la casa salad and it had a great combination of flavors. Pizza crust is thin and crispy. Sauce has tomato chunks and great flavor.

Was in Minnesota for a Vikings vs Rams football game and had no idea where to eat being from California. This place was in walking distance from the hotel we were staying at. Had pepperoni pizza and carne and pollo empanada’s. They were absolutely delicious. Staff was great and our greeter hostess was extremely friendly and polite. Would definitely come back again for the quiet and friendly ambiance.

I heard about this place from staff at The Encore when I asked about good local pizza. They said it was great. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and they were so right! It was delicious (also fast, fresh, and hot). We got some churro donuts with it, which came with salted caramel dipping sauce. Omg, so yummy. This is a high recommendation from me. A real find.

We had the Fugezetta and Arugula pizza with 6 different empanadas. The pizzas were so good! The crust is crispy and made to perfection! I wished we lived closer and could eat here weekly! We loved everything! Don't be afraid to try them out! You won't be disappointed.

I thought it was fine. Depending on how you like your pizza, you might find it a little soggy. I dined in and had my pizza right from the oven. The flavor and the ingredients were top notch, however, in the middle of the pizza the dough is so thin that it instanly becomes floppy and soggy, so it was impossible to eat without a knife and fork (think of a pizza crepe). If I come back Ill probably try another pizza or the empanadas.

The food here makes me feel happy. Seriously. When you eat it the pizza and empanadas from Boludo it doesn't just taste great, it makes you feel great - like a flood of serotonin as you taste the emotion, the practice, the skill, and the love that is put into this food. I'm positive you wont be disappointed. You might think that the music is too loud, or the space not as large as it could be, but as soon as your food arrives none of that matters. Its incredible, just go and see, its worth it.

I have dined at both Boludo locations and ordered takeout multiple times. Every single time the food and the overall experience were great - except today when we arrived right after they opened and found that the restaurant hadn't been cleaned thoroughly the day before. The food was great as always, and shortly before we left, the waiter started cleaning all tables and chairs - it was just so unfortunate that we did not have the usual experience with regards to cleanliness and service. PD: The owner reached out to me with a sincere apology.

Our group of five showed up as they were opening the door at 11am. We ordered 10 empenadas, a pepperoni pizza and a mushroom and chorizo pizza. It was on our table in minutes, hot and perfect. Everything was more delicious than the next. They had the music on pretty loud but it was OK. We loved it and will return as soon as we can.

I'm giving it 3 stars cause my friend loved the pizza. I would give a 2 otherwise. The dough is good but really really thin. After 5 minutes of cooling in the car on the way home all the toppings just fell off when I took a slice. The dough seemed really really thin. The crust is amazing though. I hate salt on my pizza but it worked really well on the crust to combat the sweetness of the sauce. The real problem with this pizza is how ungodly sweet the sauce is. I couldn't taste anything but the sauce. I have no idea what the cheese and pepperoni taste like cause the sauce just took over. The sweetness just seemed to overpower everything.. I'm sure this would get a 5 star from me if it wasn't so sweet. I know some people like it like that but wow it tastes like a few cups of sugar were added. I hope they will make a more traditional sauce cause it would amazing with that crust.

Dude, without a doubt my favorite restaurant in Minneapolis. I’ve eaten here countless times and even though I’ve only gotten take-out, the vibes and music are awesome. My go-to is the pepperoni pizza, jamon y queso empanada and puerro empanada but honestly you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. I rarely post food reviews but this one I had to do. Absolutely delicious food and must-try. The servers are very nice too. I’m going to miss the hell out of this place, just moved out of state. My only request for you: please open a location in Austin or Dallas.

The flavors are there(minus the super salty crust), but the execution was off. The empanadas were gummy instead of flaky and the pizza crust was unevenly cooked. The wait time was reasonable, although it was double what I was quoted. I know the downtown location is new, so I'll probably give it another shot within a year once they get the kinks fully worked out.

Great food but weird hours. I've driven there on the way home from work multiple times when they were supposed be open (according to their hours on google maps) and they've been closed. I know everything's weird due to the pandemic but it still sucks :/ Call ahead to make sure they're open!

Been trying tons and tons of local new places in the pandemic but this place was disgustingly delicious. On par with my 2 other faves (All Taco LLC and Manila Sizzling Grill). Except this place looks sexy from the outside. The food is bursting with flavorful and cooked with love, a pretty place from inside too and boxes are cool too. These details are great! Had to stop for a few minutes after taking bites out of my piccadillo empanada it was THAT good...... The pear/gorgonzola pizza was unreal too, the crust and combination of flavors just seemed to work out in the most beautiful way. Don’t change, i’ll be back again and again!!

I come from the Bronx where we take our pizza seriously. The pizza is here is one of the best in Minneapolis. I come here for my pizza fix. I gave 4 stars cause pizza is super expensive compared to the Bronx. 20 for pizza for 2. Where in NY can get pizza for 4 at this price

I had better expectations The place is nice, I liked the decoration. I was pretty excited because I am from Latin America, and argentine empanadas are something that I have loved since always, however, I was very disappointed with the taste of the empanadas literally only tasted spicy and I think they should say from the beginning that are spicy. We ordered chicken, meat and spinach and none of us agreed the empanadas were good. In addition, I feel that they should improve the service, it wasn't good
