Love the cauliflower crust build your own pizza. It was delicious. Wished they had Cesar dressing to but on the pizza. The pizza is so good they had no more pizza dough at 7pm. That is what I'm talking about. Will come again.

Love this place. Food is excellent. Great pizza, great sauce, great toppings. I love that they have the real sugar lemonades and it isn't an extra charge. Seems like a very good company also. Appears to be very POC & Queer forward. Staff is friendly and asked how my meal was. Only small complaint would be that the online menu lists the ranch dressing as 'soy free' but the ingredients state it has soybean oil.

Honestly my fave vegan pizza because it’s consistently good, accessible, & NO UPCHARGE for vegan cheese or vegan chorizo! Also, the people working at this location were amazing & go above and beyond with their pizza making! Tons of vegan toppings options too! I got olive oil for my “sauce” bc I’m sensitive to nightshades but then vegan cheese, vegan chorizo, mushies, red onion, oregano, sea salt, and the topped with arugula after. It was $12 (build your own pizza with unlimited toppings!) They also have roasted red peppers, green peppers, pineapple, black & green olives, artichokes, and more for veggies.

Great pizza. Like punch pizza but with more American style toppings and sauce. Very sub par salad tho. You’re better off picking up random greens at a grocery store and throwing whatever dressing you have on it. Pretty much there as an option for those on a diet in a group going there.

Food was yummy. Great service and got my food fast even though it was busy. Environment was good in there. Music wasn’t too loud. Came in with a large group and they handled it well. For someone who recently found out they have allergies to dairy and wheat, this place is a God send! It was the most delicious, perfect pizza! Cheese was creamy and stringy like a reg. mozzarella, and the crust was thin and crunchy. I am so happy about this place! I will definitely be back! PLEASE never close!!!!

The ingredients are as fresh as the morning dew filtering the grass on a weekend getaway at your lover’s family cabin. Wow! Can’t you smell the pink wine and the lake water, and hear the dull roar of the motor caused by purposeful fishing boats? If not, I will explain this to you as follows: this may be my most favorite pizza place ever. Intricate, exact, purposeful, and incredibly self-aware. Blaze Pizza deserves an Emmy, or whatever. I don’t really know what an Emmy is, but this pizza should be #1 simply due to its flavorful array of sauces, crunchy-in-the-right-place crust, and its fantastically large and stupidly affordable customer’s choice of toppings. A very efficient choice for anybody choosy- or, in factuality, anybody at all. Okay, bye.

Love the pizza, hate that the management can’t keep shifts staffed to match their posted hours. Pay your employees better! 3 times in the last week, I’ve checked and they are constantly closing earlier than posted hours now.

I love the food here, it’s a definitely a go to pizza spot for me. The customer service can be very poor. Many times I have walked in where we are the only customer, and waited for minutes before anyone starts my order. If it were busy, that is totally understandable, but every time this has happened to me, it has been completely empty. There will be 3 employees who make eye contact with me, and then go about their conversation for the next 5 minutes before starting my order. Have talked to friends who surprisingly all share the same experience.

Worth it. You get to pick any amount of toppings for the same price. It's like chipotle but for pizza. But they also have a some signature pizza topping combinations that can guide you. You can choose one of them and even add or subtract things from that combination!

Pizza is fairly priced, however the pizza itself is lacking. I ordered a pizza with cream sauce, and it didn't taste like much, almost bland. Biggest complaint is the amount of flour on the bottom as I was trying to eat it, not to mention the flour being burnt. The building itself is nice, and I like the build your own style in front of you.

Coming from Los Angeles, I was ecstatic hearing that Blaze Pizza was in Minneapolis. Best pizza and ingredients ever! Would recommend to everyone and can't beat that price for the build your own. Staff wasn't very fast or had any oomf in their step but it's on a college campus so can't ask for too much customer service.

To start - I absolutely love Blaze and the pizza always turns out pretty great. My problem is with the service. I know the service industry is struggling currently, but every time I order online, I have to wait an extra half hour PAST the said pick up time. Without fail.

Personal great location right in the heart of Minneapolis Minnesota. I will give this place credit the prices are fair everything is freshly made you can build your own or choose from signature styles. They offer great customer service and are fast and efficient. Overall I'd give this pizza 7 out of 10 but I have high standards for pizza lol. But for the price you can get your own basically medium pizza personally build with or whatever toppings of your choice for a fair price of 10 bucks roughly. me and my special lady went and spent 25 with tip for cheesy bread and two pizzas which is not a bad deal. I would recommend this place to anybody that is either a college student passing through town or likes original pizzas. always worthwhile to give a shot thank you blaze pizza

Highly recommend! Low price, high-quality ingredients, substantially-sized personal pizza. Fast service. Staff goes out of their way to make the customer feel welcome, even though they have hundreds of students in and out in a day! They know my husband and I by name and even know our orders down to the specific toppings. The facility is clean and spacious; industrial.

Gluten-free keto pizza crust is miles ahead of any other gluten free (non-keto) crust I've ever had!! Will never order from anywhere else!! The online ordering system seems to be always on the fritz. So much so that I had to go to the physical store just to find out if they were even open. Usually we prefer delivery. However--unlimited toppings on the build-your-own pizza option!!

I've been here a few times and I'm never disappointed! There's nothing wrong about ordering any kind of pizza! It's a great product for an affordable price!! I love that it's right on campus. Plus the variety that you can get here is hard to pass up. Unfortunately, I wish however that there were a few more locations, but beggars can't be choosers. It's just so tasty. One thing I wish was if they were open later

I had never heard of this little pizza place until I saw it advertised with free delivery on DoorDash. I'm so glad I tried it! I ordered dough knots, which were delightful little doughy snacks with garlic and mozzarella. They were delicious. I also had a build-your-own pizza. I couldn't believe the awesome pricing! I really piled the toppings on. The basil and mushrooms were fresh and tasty. The sauce, mozzarella, and pepperonis were fabulous. I loved the crust. It was very flavorful. I finished out my order with a caesar salad. The dressing was light but full of flavor. There was a generous amount of fresh Parmesan cheese. I will most definitely be returning here. Great food at great prices!

I really enjoy the build your own pizza. I don't think I have ever had a bad pizza at Blaze. The salads we're only so-so. The garlic knots didn't have as much flavor as I hoped they would. So I go there for the pizza. The staff are always friendly too.

Where have you been all of my life???? The ability to personalize my pizza with unlimited toppings to some of my friends has turned into a "How many toppings can you pile on" challenge. I tend to keep it simple but again we are all satisfied from Vegan to low sodium to need to consumer mass quantities! The 1/2 spicy 1/2 regular sauce mixture is our favorite! they even have pesto sauce and salad on a pizza, seems weird until you try it!n Its Yummy! The drinks are delicious fresh fruit drinks lightly sweet and always refreshing! Do not miss this place!

High quality pizza, lines can get long. Truly unlimited toppings. No extra charge for tons of meat. Fresh dough and cooked in open flames. This place offers gluten free dough as well. For those who are looking for that option. Pizza is quick to cook and truly delicious. I would avoid adding seasalt as some new workers put a bit much and it ruins the pizza. Overall a great quick lunch or dinner option.

Normally I would give 5 stars, but this one trip really got to me. The seemingly-new worker didnt really know what any of the ingredients were, and went way too overboard on some aspects and hardly put anything on the pizza from other aspects. Ii felt much more rushed compared to my normal trip. The place was clean and followed good cleaning protocol for Covid.

Best place for pizza ever. For 10 dollars you can have a build your own pizza which is amazing for vegetarians who love unlimited toppings of vegetables on their pizza. Also, all the cheese. Hands down my favorite pizza place in town! Their choice of toppings are amazing and they provide vegan cheese as well which is exciting. They also have gluten free options and a new keto option as well. Love how their menu has expanded over the last couple years I've been visiting them.

Fast and convenient! I was in town for a conference, and this was a great restaurant to get a good meal, right across the street from the hotel. Ordering was super easy. It took less than 10 minutes total from ordering to walking out the door with a hot pizza. They were super friendly and attentive. If I'm ever in town for another conference, I'll eat here again for sure.

My new favorite pizza place. Has vegan and gluten-free pizzas. The staff is so so wonderful! Cheap prices for a personal pizza- you can get all ingredients you want for a fixed price, no $1 or whatever for every additional ingredient! So you end up with a truly wonderful, flavorful pizza. The atmosphere is nice for a quick or longer stay, with abundant low and high tables, and two walls of windows open to the street. 🙏🍕

I had the Veg Out pizza. The people who worked there were fast and kind, and made it easy to ask them to add additional toppings. The pizza was delicious but the red sauce dollops could have been thicker (they fell onto the plate making a small mess). I ate there on Saturday afternoon before peak hour so there was plenty of space to sit with a good view down Washington Ave and downtown. I highly recommend their original lemonade, which is both sweet and sour. I plan on returning.

$8 for a build your own personal pizza? What more could you ask for. Good quality topping and cheeses. They have gluten free options as well. They also have a spicy sauce. It may be a bit too spicy for some, but if you ask them to mix the regular and the spicey it's perfect! I highly recommend this place.

I deliver here frequently, as a FedEx driver. The place seems busy a lot of the time, but the line moves quickly. The staff are very polite and efficient. This is my favorite place to stop to get really good food for a great price and they're so fast. I'm in and out in 10 minutes or less and always satisfied. Delicious pizza that's custom, fast, and very reasonably priced. Can't ask for much else!

This is a hidden treasure of a pizza place. Definitely recommend if you are in the Minneapolis. The staff is wonderful and the prices are reasonable. Best in the area. Great atmosphere, super friendly staff. It's our go to when we get take away for sure and everyone is always very complimentary when they try it.

Good location, right by the University of Minnesota campus. Pricing is a little high, but can be justified with craft your own pizza. I recommend joining their rewards program, and taking advantage of their special offers, and double blaze ( ~double stamp) days. Seating is pretty spacious. The atmosphere feels clean, and modern. Staff is very pleasant and laid back.

This place is great. On top of just always liking the food (top notch pizza customized to literally whatever you want and how much you want of it) the staff at this location are amazing. Always friendly and helpful, but this most recent time really stuck out. They have an app where you can earn rewards and also pay through the app. Well, it had some problems paying with it. The manager was called over after a few times of it not going through, tried an additional troubleshooting step, and when that failed he absolutely more than made up for the inconvenience. He also came back and checked on us as we were eating and talked about the app some more. I really wish I caught his name because he totally went above and beyond and it was a great experience. All of this was also during a rush (football game) and all of the staff were managing really well despite all the people. Will definitely become a regular as much as I can manage.

This place was super cool. I came in searching for some decent food on the go, and I got it. Ordering online or in person is easy, and I loved being able to design my own personal pizza - and they have a lot of great options. The even bigger reason that I liked it was the great price - A two topping personal pie was pretty big, and very cheap - It was much appreciated.

I was a spoiled kid because of all the make your own pizza chains I had when I was in California. After that I moved to multiple places and couldn't find the same experience like I had in California. When I saw this and went in I was instantly relieved to see the make your own style pattern and the price it comes for. Boy oh boy they nail the pizzas on the way they bake, the choices with the toppings and sauces are great where you can have the flexibility of choosing many options. At the end this turned out to be better because of the kind of flexibility they provide with the choices of the Pizza

Fresh pizza for a very reasonable price. The unlimited toppings coupled with the spicy (there is also regular) pizza base sauce makes this my favorite pizza spot in the area (sorry Mesa, you used to be awesome, not anymore). The place itself is well-lit and there are large windows you can sit by and enjoy your delicious pizza. Yum!

Pizza was great! I had the Artist Lovers and added a few things. Next time I would probably do the create-your-own, though - you can pile on the toppings!! Interesting combination of pizza and multiple flavors of lemonade, but the ade was good too. My suggestion for improvement was a more regular pass through by staff - garbage cans were overflowing in no time, and that's a big turnoff.

Blaze was off to a rough start in my book when they first opened up. Then, the pizza was nothing to write home about, but I tried them again recently and I will be a frequent customer, for sure. The BBQ chicken pizza is by far my favorite, but the original offerings are all pretty fantastic. They don't charge for extra toppings so go crazy and try new combinations!

Was in a pretty bad mood as I moved about 500 feet in 45 minutes in the worst traffic of my life. Had ordered ahead, and they don't cook it until you get there, which saved us (only takes 3 min to cook). The building was nice, as was the atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and remembered my name as they dealt with me. The food: The pizza was GREAT -the fact that you can get unlimited toppings for $8 with so many choices is what puts it above other places, like punch (where the 4-topping pizza I get is ~$11 and very similar in size). Really good food and plenty of it for $8, customizable enough to taste really good no matter your preference. Overall, pretty wow.

Everything is fresh and you can see the ingredients made in front of you. Even the dough is prepared fresh daily. They also have options for everyone including vegan. Definitely recommend

I always enjoy blaze pizza; I have mostly tasted the vegetarian options and I like their fast-fired crust. I also like the fact that the toppings you choose isn't something fixed (especially for vegetables), but can be changed on the go! The service and pricing are really good!

Blaze has some of the best pizza with unbeatable prices. That being said, the service is often horrendous. We’ve been kicked out of the store 20 min before close because their wall clock was off, I’ve been straight up ignored by staff, and there is just a general lack of giving-a-shit by any of the employees. I wish I could rate them better because the pizza is to die for, but the service is severely lacking.

Got to enjoy some late night pizza with the Blaze staff. Aaron and Jake were very professional in taking our names and creating a pizza that was both delicious and artful. Aaron rang up our order with ease. Thatcher helped to prepare our pizza and took special care in adding the desired sauces in the appropriate manner. Emilie helped to bid us a good bye. I used to like Blaze. I haven't been into blaze for a year now. I went in a few Sundays ago & was sad to see they got rid of their vegan cheese which isn't the worse thing in the world but then I see that they have a cauliflower crust made with dairy?! So basically nothing about this establishment is vegan. Also, the spicy red sauce is really spicy & I LOVE spice. It was never labeled vegan to begin with but they did have vegan options which is why I was a customer. I will not be returning. Otherwise, blaze is just okay.

Easy to order, tons of options to make your pizza the way you want or pick one of their choices. Only takes 2 or 3 mins to cook. Only downside is when it gets really busy it can take a bit since each pizza is made to order as you watch. Not a bad wait though.

I was excited to find a place similar to Seattle’s Mod pizza chain so I ordered from Postmates. I was not at the store to visually assess the toppings to pick so my pizza was a little disappointing. The pizza dough and sauce were good. The chicken and red peppers toppings were cut in LARGE pieces, had I known that I would have ordered less/light toppings. The real disappointment came from the pizza having barely any cheese. The pizza actually had cheese bald spots and in the areas that did have cheese on it, there was very little. It kind of looks like they made the pizza toppings first and then sprinkled a very small amount of cheese around my toppings because when I picked off the very large pieces there was only sauce under them-no cheese. Maybe I’m crazy for expecting my pizza to be cheesy.

Best bang for your buck when wanting to go out and eat a personal (personalized) pizza. They cook the special made pizzas in there open brick oven right in front of the costumers for a bit of a show while you wait. Best pizza joint like that for their prices and quality. Will be going there again very soon.

Although they suffer from having a poor mobile app, the app is necessary to juggle the "flames" and earn/redeem rewards that translate into steep discounts. Toppings are indeed unlimited and there are a few non-pork (and even a few vegan!) options as well. The best option at blaze is almost always "build your own," but you could order off the menu. The types of toppings are plentiful, which is why the "build your own" is the best. For example if pork isn't something that fits your diet they have turkey meat balls, or if your vegan they have vegan cheese and vegan chorizo. The building itself is nothing to write home about, it doesn't have a theme, but that's because all the walls are basically windows. Therefore, the dim lighting that would make a theme is almost always going to lose to those windows and the natural light. This does not bother me, but for those who think this would be a great formal date- Blaze pizza is not the place.

Can't go wrong with this place. Every pizza no matter the combo turns out amazing. You can tell all the ingredients are so fresh. I highly recommend the lemonade/agua fresca, it pairs perfectly with the pizza. And get the app! You earn rewards quickly, saves me money and keeps me coming back. Delicious and fast pizza! During June, if you order the "Red Vine" with a drink, they donate a dollar to fight AIDS. There's no good place to park cuz the parking meters are always taken that are right outside the restaurant. It's close to the University campus though. I also like that you can add whatever toppings you want to the pizza you order (like Subway).

It's located right on the corner of an incredibly busy cross walk in the heart of the University of MN . Blaze Pizza is FINALLY In MINNESOTA!!! Actually, there has been a Blaze location in St. Louis Park, that opened this past year. I just never made it out to that location yet. I first was introduced to Blaze pizza by my sister back in California a few years back! Blaze is like a chipotle inspired pizza joint, and the one of the first of its kind until other "chipotle inspired" pizza joints started opening up. At the end of the day, Blaze is still on the top of my list in regards to fast, custom made pizzas! This place is really similar to Pieology, which also is a custom-made pizza place that also has a few locations in Minnesota. Pieology is really good as well, but I still prefer Blaze a little more! So, lets start with some history first! Blaze pizza originated back in my home state California! Ohh California, how I miss your food! Blaze pizza is owned by the same people that started Wetzel Pretzel! Also, one of my favorite pretzel chains. Blaze was founded in 2011 and has been spreading all over United States like a huge California BLAZE!! The whole country's gonna catch on fire soon! :) I love blaze so much! It's the chipotle king of pizza! I was soooo happy when I heard Blaze was opening up their store right next to campus under the new WaHu apartment buildings. If you're really lazy...you can take the light rail from campus to Stadium Village and walk like 2 blocks! Don't forget your campus light rail pass! Don't want to get ticketed! Yes this place is far compared to other restaurants around campus, but believe me, it is WELL WORTH the extra walk! There is Punch Pizza that is a couple blocks closer to campus, but I'm sorry, Punch will have to move over because Blaze is in town! Blaze is worth the extra walk! I came here a day before the actual opening on the 11/12 because I saw people walking around with boxes! As I entered I saw them giving out free tasting passes!! Was I excited! I told my girlfriend to rush here to try to get it with me! I love pizza!! Let alone custom made pizza!! Woot!!! For about $8 bucks you get to design your own pizza, and you unlimited toppings and a wide selection of toppings. I MEAN WIDE!! There is so much selection. They have all their ingredients laid out right in front of you, just like Chipotle! Just get in line and choose your toppings, after choosing they heat it up in their super fast oven in like under 3 minutes! It's crazy fast! Way faster than Punch! You can get your pizza with like 5 different sauces: classic red sauce, spicy red sauce, white cream sauce. They also have a bunch of cheeses such as goat, gorgonzola, mozzarella (MY GO-To), parmesan, and even vegan! You can mix and match! In addition, there are a ton of including my go to favorites: pepperoni, smoked ham, applewood bacon and veggies: arugula, fresh basil, jalapenos, mushrooms, pineapple, spinach, and red peppers! There are many more toppings that I have yet to mention! Those are just some of my favorite that I put on my pizza. I mean all that for $8? Punch charges like $6 for a plain pizza and then like $1 for each additional toppings... and they are scant! This place also got a gluten-free crust too, if you're into that sort of thing. Sorry, I'm getting a little carried away, but honestly, I love Blaze pizza. I finally have a go-to place on East Bank. This place also has great hours! They are open LATEEEE on weekends. Open til 3AM on Friday and Saturdays! On all other days they only open til 10PM :( sad, but not too bad. I am so glad Punch made it out here to Minneapolis. Can't wait to see more and more of my favorite California eateries make it out here! Honestly, come and check this place out, for the money and taste, it is WAY better than what you can only dream of getting Punch Pizza. Man, I can't wait to see this place get poppin!
