Reviews of All Saints Restaurant

We sat on the patio and it was so lovely. Such a nice ambiance with string lights and trees. The menu is perfect for tasting all of the delicious items they have to offer. The food flavors and textures have a Vietnamese flare that makes these dishes some of the most delicious and amazing food experiences you could ask for. Definitely get the Halloumi and the salt and pepper mushrooms. We are so excited to go back and work our way through the rest of the menu!

I've never craved vegetables more than after dining here! Creative & delicious preparations that were all very memorable. Our server Peter was fantastic & took time to go over the menu with us and helped with my friends dietary restrictions. Definitely a must try!
Yogi
This place is amazingly trendy! The food is incredible and the drinks are "wise beyond their years" thank you guys for a great experience and a great friendship. I truly appreciate you Scottie😊, love you bro. I wish this place all the success deserved. Please check it out❤️❤️❤️

Loved the food! Chic and nice atmosphere, nice and friendly staff. Artistically skilled bartenders! We tried the Salt and Pepper Mushrooms, Yukon Potatoes, Duck Confit, and Mushroom Bolognese with Pappardelle; loved it all! Highly recommended!

Food was delicious. We tried almost everything on the menu. The best appetizer was surprisingly the salt and pepper mushrooms. The prawns had a nice bite, however the temperature when served was just warm. My favorite dish anywhere are the prawns, so it was disappointing that they was not hot, so the butter sauce ended up being too heavy. Delicious salad and the scallops also tasty. We ate at the bar, so enjoyed glass of wine and a delicious cocktail (brandy and sweet vermouth with bitters). The bartenders was friendly and personable. Overall enjoyed the ambience and service. We will return to taste the remainder of the menu. Congrats on opening week!

Really great atmosphere, attentive but not intrusive service, delicious food and interesting cocktails. We can't wait to return! Check out our full review on Instagram @lets.try.that

Wonderful atmosphere w a sophisticated feel. Incredibly attentive service. Enjoyed the roasted beets, fries and charred cucumber to start. Good char on the beets but one in our party thought it was a bit too much char but I loved it. Beets and cucumber both on a foam. Had the flanken short ribs next and celery root. Great flavor on both.

Definitely enjoyed my dinner at All Saints. The menu has a little bit of everything so everyone should be able to find something here. I tried the focaccia, hamachi crudo and pappardelle. I’d give the focaccia and hamachi crudo 4 stars and pappardelle 5 stars.

Wonderful staff, delicious food and cocktails - can’t wait to go back! Seriously, the staff are all so friendly from making a reservation, showing up to the restaurant, and all through our dinner. I can’t say enough good things about the food, we ordered a variety of plates and they were all AMAZING!
Eddie Mend
Nice new spot for a drink and date night. It’s a good location if you’re looking to bar hop and snack around. We didn’t try the food here yet, but the drinks were good. I liked the patio seating more than the inside, especially at night time.
Benjamin Schuster
Get the Salt & Pepper Mushrooms, Halloumi, Flanked Short Ribs, and Grilled Shrimp with the Melo Verde and the Gibson cocktail. Love this place!
Ben Wichmann
Great atmosphere and even greater food. We had the foccacia, fried chicken, short ribs, and broccolini. All of it was delicious, the foccacia is a must. Our service was A+ as well. Very happy to see another affordable and delicious restaurant in town.

On short notice, Kim Tong helped us choose a menu for our wedding dinner. The food was amazing and the drinks were fabulous. The service was excellent as well. Kim made us feel very important and treated our family the same. I highly recommend All Saints if you love great ambiance, delicious food, great drinks, and outstanding service. Thanks again, Kim!

I'd been wanting to dine at All Saints for quite some time and after dining in, I can't believe it took so long. Everything was absolutely delicious. I'm not a vegetarian but am attracted to veggie forward dishes and I love/appreciate the variety of veggie friendly options while still offering a great selection of fish/meat. We weren't planning on sharing dishes but after ordering a decent amount of apps, we decided we were going to share plates. You can order for yourself, but I recommend ordering a variety of plates to share! Great atmosphere and great food!

We held my son’s wedding at All Saints and it was remarkable! We had cocktail hour and a short ceremony on the patio, then moved inside for dinner. The team was exceptional in every way - the food was amazing (they effortlessly made accommodations for a couple dietary restrictions), the cocktails were arguably the best in the city and the service made us all feel taken care of. The attention to detail from the planning stage until the evening itself was extraordinary. The space itself is beautiful and the talented staff inside makes this my top choice for any special event in the Twin Cities.
Kyle Hanson
Had the duck and the Bass. Both were amazing dishes. Service was quick and friendly. I will definitely come back.

Had a fabulous dinner at All Saints Restaurant where Bardo used to be. Their menu had a wide selection of vegetarian options along with other protein dishes that would happily satiate everyone in your party. Our server was outstanding and was matched by the delicious food (we ordered 7 items-all vegetarian except for the shrimp skewers and every dish was delicious). I will definitely be telling everyone about this place... It's that freak'n amazing!
Jim F
Food was good. Server was knowledgeable. However 2 of the 4 dishes we ordered I couldn't eat due to peanuts and chickpeas, neither ingredient was mentioned on menu. Note to management: if you have peanuts in a dish (i.e. the cauliflower) you'd better say so on the menu, otherwise someone with a severe allergy is just one bite away from an ER visit.
Christopher Wilson
Delicious little spot with a plant patio in nice weather. Wonderful servers, and the food was wonderful. Portions are smaller, as you would expect for a fine dining place, so don't expect to get only one dish and be filled up.
Michael Marian
Love the spot. I think there are a few missteps from the three times I've dined here: (way too much ice on some cocktails to the point where we were making a mess of ice on the floor to pick up the drink and the napa cabbage dish was, while bold, way too unbalanced. There needs to be a stronger flavor note to hint at the intense heat and peat like smoke).
but that's only two things. All other dishes and drinks have been killer and it's awesome for both dates and group dining!
Linnea Halsten
Delicious flavor packed food! Well balanced drinks, great service. I highly recommend the green beans and squash dishes- both had really amazing flavor.
C.E. Kovach
Discovering All Saints was a wonderful surprise. I have many food intolerances and avoid dining out. I met a friend here intending only to get a drink, but ended up ordering crudo. My server (she may have been the owner) knew the ingredients to the menu. I was able to order easily without disturbing the kitchen with any questions. On top of that, the crudo was delicious. The cocktails were too. I highly recommend and will be returning myself for future visits.

Really enjoyed our weekday dinner on the patio, our favorites were the grilled broccolini and pappardelle (vegetarian). Broccolini goes on the wood fire grill which gives it so much flavor. Also enjoyed the fries, salt & pepper mushrooms, and green tomato salad. The mushrooms are very salty and peppery, it's reminiscent of calamari. No strong mushroom flavors in that or the pappardelle, it's more for texture. The chocolate cake was fine but not amazing. We shared everything between two and were absolutely stuffed. The Saturnalia with the side of sparkling wine is a great sweet, fruity drink. Also liked the Framboise Spritz. Service was wonderful and well-paced, it was about two hours and we were not rushed or kept waiting. Menu is large so we'll definitely be back.
Goodfella 218
Excellent value, delicious food. Beautiful patio in an excellent location/neighborhood. The ginger chicken, burger and chocolate cake are some of my favorites but I've legit enjoyed everything I've had from there.
Sasha Stanton
I've been here a couple times and it did not disappoint. Everything is delicious. You must get the salt and pepper mushrooms, Yukon potatoes, fries (I know this sounds redundant but trust me), halloumi, and brocollini. At our table we had the striped bass, pork chops, steak, and duck confit and we loved everything. Great service as well!
Jeffrey Jones
Very nice atmosphere! The patio was perfect for an evening out. I thought the portions were small initially but they were the absolute perfect serving size! I would recommend this place highly!
thierry pomies
Great dinner and fantastic service on a warm fall night in Minneapolis. Kim, the co-owner, was very friendly and it was fun to find out she spent some time in Carcassone teaching English to my fellow Frenchies. We had a ton of food, the share plate concept and the crafts cocktails work really well. A must try while in town.
Selina Sun
Food is so good!! Love how much the restaurant loves vegetables!! Highly recommend - one of the very few restaurants in mpls worth going back for over and over! (Esp when they have a menu update)
Samuel Harriman
Very accommodating to vegan requests. Have liked every dish I've tried. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.
Linda McLoon
It was too chilly to sit outside, but we arrived early and snagged a corner table. Do make a reservation. The place fills up. The cocktails here are fantastic...and I am rather fussy about craft cocktails. I ordered the saturnalia, a fantastic mix of aquavit, passion fruit, elderflower, lemon, and a small amount of falernum. It was served with a glass of bubbly on the side. I drank both individually, and then mixed them.
The wait staff was super knowledgeable about the cocktails, wine, and food. She was super helpful.
They have a wood fired grill, so they serve their bread with charred scallion butter (at the moment). I had the scallops, which were perfectly cooked and sitting on a sea of carrot hummus. It made for a beautiful plating!
The service was impeccable. It was a lovely place for conversation with a friend I had not seen in a while. I highly recommend you give it a try.
Scott Parkin
The brilliant re-design of this space makes so much sense. Food is some of the best I've ever had and the service is top-notch. So happy to see this auspicious restaurant space humming again in Old Town!!!
Stacy Welle
Excellent good and service in an unexpectedly warm environment. Outside is bustling and casual and you walk through the doors into a gorgeous, yet simple, environment that allows for great conversation. The salad starter was so tasty, yet but overdone, the sushi type starter was fabulous, and the star of the show was the scallops with a carrot hummus that is created and presented perfectly. I enjoyed the unexpected flavors of the broccoli that would change with eat bite as well.
Nilesh Naik
All saints is very good place be it a classy dinner or date or something more formal. The staff was really nice and the food was great.

All Saints: Wow!
Best restaurant experience I’ve had in Minneapolis. The space is beautiful. The menu was creative without being overthought or pretentious. Tasty cocktails. Kim’s hospitality was really fantastic. Can’t wait to return.

Great little hidden gem.Fantastic, I very much enjoyed their food ,service and prices are great excellent area nearby to my place . The staff members are very friendly. I highly recommend this place.
Hailey Foeller
We got the fried chicken, focaccia, short ribs, and broccoli. All were delicious. The focaccia came with herb butter that was out of this world. Cheap beers, too. Will go back for the focaccia and the fried chicken!
Caspar Norris
Not a bad item on the menu. So flavorful and balanced. Perfect portions. Will definitely be coming again. Peter makes a mean martini
Alyson Sorensen
All Saints quickly slipped into my top three Twin Cities restaurants. Bring a friend. Order several plates. Absolutely excellent.
Bonnie Hancock
Enjoyed outdoor dining 9/18. Duck confit was delicious! Server was delightful and we’ll be back!
Lisa Williams
Overall it was a nice place to go! The food was a bit pricey, but at a fancy place it’s to be expected. It was quite loud and hard to hear your party, but overall I did enjoy it.
Vattsa Mehta
Great place for a work dinner with lots of options for vegetarians. The food was very well done and the drinks also were spectacular
Joel Weixel
Nice environment, great flavors, friendly staff.
Alice Pettigrew
Really liked the lighting in this place. The service was great--attentive and the bartender was very friendly. Drinks were awesome and had some creative cocktails that you don't see at most restaurants. Tried a few and they were all equally great. The charred cucumbers with ricotta were delicious. A tiny bit of heat was perfectly balanced with cheese and was almost filling enough to be an entrée on its own. One star off for 2 reasons: Dry, boring pork chop. The pork chop was too lean and grilling it gave no chance for savory juices to stick around. The bathrooms need work, pretty disgusting and lock was broken on stall (multi-person bathroom and boy does it sure smell like it). Overall, I'd come back here to try a different entrée and have more drinks!
Jaki Kotlark
Just had dinner here - everything was incredible! It was restaurant week, so we got to try a bit of everything. Our drinks were wonderful, every course was also wonderful. I will certainly be back and would recommend everyone give it a try!
Alicia Auch
An absolute breath of fresh air. Kim and Denny have created a work of art with this restaurant. The staff is absolutely incredible and the menu is top notch. The cocktail list is curated with care and creativity. The Saturnalia was my favorite (delicious). An absolute must-go for anybody looking for a new and exciting dining experience.
Paul Younge
Our group of five shared several small plates, two entrees, and several desserts. Honestly, I believe we covered about half the menu and it is extremely difficult to pick favorites...though a must-have imo are the salt and pepper mushrooms. Wonderful hospitality, delicious and interesting cocktails, and a welcoming and upscale design make this one of my favorite dining experiences in recent memory.
Michael Gauer
Great food, friendly service. We brought our own angel food birthday cake.
Cameron King
Overall energy and vibe of All Saints shows promise. Definitely a place to watch as they find their feet.
We enjoyed; mushrooms, endive salad. Menu is well composed, and cocktails we tried were very enjoyable. Wine selection modest but quality. Dining room has great ambience, and was busy even for a Tuesday. Pannacotta was fresh and interesting.
We didn’t enjoy; service was a little disjointed and impersonal, scallops weren’t cleaned properly and very gritty (comped) NY strip (wasn’t a full strip) was well under (ordered medium rare).
Good local date night joint once they sort these teething issues. $100ish for two. Will head back in the summer to see if things have improved.
Anthony Bosca
Total rave review. We had seven small plates, all really good. Beets, Salt & Pepper Mushrooms, Yukon Potatoes, Swordfish with Caponata and Little Gem Salad were all immaculately fresh and lively tasting. Beets were smoky from the wood fire and as satisfying as a steak. Swordfish perfectly cooked. Everything had just the right amount of creative innovation, without going off the rails. It’s a great menu. Order with confidence; you are in good hands here. Excellent service all ‘round and in particular by Jess.
N. Teele Schneider
Oh my gosh I'm so glad I decided to try this place out!
Drinks - I had the Saturnalia which is so fun with the side of sparkling wine. On my second drink I asked the waitress for a suggestion. She suggested one of the zero proof drinks and added tequila to it. It was phenomenal! Such a great suggestion. My husband had the Old Saint and loved it. Food - We shared the french fries (yummy dipping sauces!) and the grilled broccolini. WOW. I'm not typically a huge avocado fan and we demolished this shareable. For our entrees my husband had the cheeseburger and loved it. I had the duck confit. I love when I can find duck on the menu in the Twin Cities. I'd love to go back just for this. The wait staff was extremely friendly and attentive. We loved the décor and vibe in here as well. We'll absolutely be back.
Diego Borgert
Went last night for dinner. Overall very solid experience. 5/5.
Server was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The plate sizes were very big relative to my expectations...didn't over eat but ate to my hearts content. Only con I would point out is that certain dishes were quite salty.
The 2nd course duck dish was our favorite and the Saturlina cocktail stood out above the others we sampled.
Highly recommend and would come back.
Ryan C. Van Wyk
Great addition to the Minneapolis food scene! Definitely recommend getting several dishes and sharing them as it is worth trying a number of their excellent options. The Salt and Pepper Mushrooms were unexpected in their preparation and tasty. The Grilled Broccolini was fantastic, with the avocado tahini, peanuts, and a hint of spice creating a really nice combination of flavor. Scallops were excellent. Striped bass was wonderful, crispy skin, and in an excellent broth. Cocktails were on point. Panna Cotta was delightful, with the mint and berries providing a great balance to the creamy dessert. The chocolate cake was rich, but balanced out by the crumbs and the mousse. Service was great, really friendly staff throughout the dining experience. Jessica, our server, was attentive and provided some great direction through the menu. Looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes!

This place is amazing. I was so sad when Costa Blanca in Northeast closed during covid. Now we've got this gem. My new favorite.
Michael Brant
I can't say enough great things about this place. The fast and friendly staff makes you feel welcome from the moment you step into the bright modern atmosphere. Every small plate I tried made me shake my head in complete bliss, close my eyes and tap my feet uncontrollably while my taste buds witnessed pure enjoyment through complimentary and contrasting flavors of savory and acidity while the textures cling to my tongue and make me crave for more. When you experience becomes emotional (like mine was) it's is SO worth every dollar spent. I can't wait to bring all my foodie friends here so they can experience the same emotions I did that were clearly epic and life changing to my restaurant experiences.
Is it wrong to lick the plate when you are finished? I hope NOT!

My wife and I had a Wedding Anniversary. We are relatively new to the neighborhood. As our 'Must Try' list is getting shorter. We booked a rather hard to get reservation for tonight (Monday). OMG! It was a delightful experience. Even though the place was FULL, and whole venue was filled with voices and conversation. We were were able to speak and hear each other quite well. And I have old ears. The owner KIM doted on us and listened to our story. Every single member of the staff we came into contact with were top notch and on top of their game. Nothing was amiss and the experience was DEVINE. We are not knew to Northeast, but we are new residents. What's going on in New Northeast along East Hennepin is nothing short of High Renaissance. It's fabulous and getting better all the time. Craig and Cathy.
Melanie Holmes
The food and drinks were phenomenal and our server had great recommendations! Our group especially loved the scallops and pork chop! Would highly recommend going here with a group and splitting a bunch of dishes.
Daniel Broman
Great spot! Will definitely be back. Enjoyed the salt and pepper mushrooms, swordfish, and NY Strip. Perfect dinner for two! Our bartender Scott was great as well!
Rebecca Miniscalco
Good food, small tables. A lot of dishes are considered as "shareables," but with your water glasses, other drink glasses if you order them, a candle, and each person's plate, there isn't much room left on the table to put the food being served. We wanted to eat a few different things at a time, not in sequence one after the other, but then we needed to eat a little quickly before the next dish(es) came out so some could be cleared away. That said, our drinks were delicious, and we really enjoyed the focaccia, broccolini, cheeseburger, and Yukon potatoes.
B Sheff
I visited All Saints on a Wednesday evening with a friend. First, I love how simple and modern the decor is! It’s minimal with the right touches.
We ordered the Grilled Focaccia and Little Gem salad to start. The salad was soooo good! The Focaccia, not so much.
I ordered the half chicken with roasted sweet potatoes and it was AMAZING!!! My friend had the NY strip and while the flavor was there she ordered it medium and it came out super Rare in the center. While she passed on another meal I will say the service was top tier!!! The service recovery is top tier!! We didn’t even mention not caring for the Grilled Focaccia and they could tell as the manager stopped by to ask about it and took it off our bill. She stopped by again after the steak incident. She was so kind and really cared to hear our opinion. Highly recommend going here on your next date!
Christina Immerman
The scallop and the NY strip dishes were our favorite of the night. The wine list and desserts were perfect companions to the dinner menu and the service was spot on. Perfect date night, can't wait to go back!
Shrey Pareek
Excellent food. Excellent service. We sampled almost all vegetarian options on the menu. The yukon potatoes and salt & pepper mushrooms are to die for. Their hamachi crudo is really worth a shot if you enjoy sea food. Do try their satuurnalia. All in all, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu here.
Julie Clennon
I looked up 'the best restaurants in Minneapolis' and found an article that listed All Saints, so called to book a table to celebrate my birthday. Best decision I could have made. The manager, Kim set us up with an amazing menu ahead of time so we could just visit. All of the food was amazing: Broccolini, salt and pepper mushrooms, focaccia, scallops, swordfish, chicken, pappardale, and Panna Cotta and chocolate cake to finish. I mean, this was hands down the best food and service I can remember in years. Thanks to the whole team. They have been open for only 7 weeks, and I imagine they will continue to succeed for years to come.
Laura Harmon
Our first time at All Saints. We were very impressed. Service was exceptional. Food was very good. Would recommend the salt & pepper mushrooms and the Yukon gold potatoes.
L MO
Everything is amazing. Got perfect recommendations from Jennifer and sat at the bar. The brocollini was incredible as where the Yukon potatoes with chorizo and castelvetrano olives. Every dish was incredible, as we're the na cocktails and cocktails we tried. Highly recommend and appreciate what All Saints is doing. Bonus, most comfortable bar stools ever and simple design aesthetic that assists the food and beverages to shine.
Danielle Cifuentes
We were delighted to enjoy an adult night out to All Saints. I started off with the Summerisle Punch was well-balanced & absolutely divine. For our first course we ordered the scallops and broccolini and, while the flavors were intriguing and delicious, we felt that they both were under seasoned. The broccolini especially would have really popped with a bit of finishing salt. We loved the purée under the broccolini and the balance of heat, sweet & umami of this dish. For our second course we had the squash and beets. Leaving the beet peel on was an interesting choice that, to our surprise, we enjoyed. The squash was by far my favorite dish of the night. We finished with them steak and chorizo potatoes. The chorizo potatoes were also right up there with the squash for favorite dish. The service we had from Jen was second to none and reason enough to make the stop into All Saints! We’ll definitely be back for more of her and to try some of the other dishes!
Camille V
Everything was exceptional — the food, the ambiance and the service. But the NOISE is deafening. I worry about the people who work there — it can’t be healthy. Please do something about the noise level if possible. This is such a divine restaurant, it would make everything even more perfect! One of my favorite meals of the past year!
Joe Allen
Excellent and professional servers, and the food is inventive, delicious. The striped bass plate didn't jump off the plate like the rest (a richer sauce?).
Eric Bunge
Fine dining done right. Beautiful restaurant, amazing service, crafted cocktails, and a thoughtful menu. Perfect date night. Come in, sit down, let them take care of everything and enjoy.
Josiah Knowlen
Everything was excellent! It’s obvious professionals work here…cocktails were on point, interesting and delicious food menu. Try the pork chop and swordfish!
Jessica Burggraf
Noise level: the lack of soft surfaces and curved ceiling turn this small restaurant into an echo chamber. The noise level is deafening. The sheer volume makes the overall dining experience unpleasant and uncomfortable. If you are sensitive to sound (hard of hearing, cochlear implants, neurodivergent), the noise will be unbearable.
The food is fantastic but the dining experience is literally painful.
I would highly recommend the owners look into sound deadening. Even something as simple as sound absorbing wallpaper on the upper third and ceiling could greatly reduce this problem.
Wojtek K
Fantastic dishes. Amazingly prepared vegetables!
Ryan Shaver
Great ambience and service. Fried chicken and mushrooms were fantastic. My wife and I also really enjoyed the pork chop and NY strip. Definitely worth checking out.
Lindsey Burdick
WOW - amazing. Everything I ate and drank was so delicious. It's not cheap, so come on pay day - but it's worth it! Love seeing such a veggie-centric place making such a splash in the MSP food scene. Kudos!
ArielEsthetic
I almost forgot what 5 star service feels like. With most businesses having limited staff the service and hospitality is always compromised, not here.
I had the best experience, atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The the staff was attentive, friendly and so on point with their customer service. Thank you
Peter Maritz
Lovely meal, wonderful service. A bit crowded and loud.
Judith Meisner
So many winner plates tonight! Duck confit, hamachi starter, panna cotta, even the oddly entertaining champagne snit. Our waiter (Joshua) amplified the delight. Loved the evening, we'll be back!
Olivia Schumack

The food was excellent (Charred Cucumbers, Grilled Broccolini, and Striped Bass). The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, even offering suggestions for GF options.

Ellen Santistevan
Excellent food and service, but so noisy that I could not hear my table mates.

All saints is so special…. We were blown away by the flavors. Every vegetable every cocktail … exquisite. When we got the bill I was so shocked. I expected the price to be literally double. One of my go to spots in Northeast
Amber Spitzer
Any time I try a new trendy restaurant I compare it to All Saints, and rarely ever does it meet the standard. I absolutely love this place; it’s expensive but worth the price every time. Also - one of the best bar programs in Minneapolis; the bartenders are so fantastic and masters of their craft. From front of house to back, this place is class :)
