We were celebrating our anniversary ❤️. We had a wonderful server. The view of the sun set was delightful. A great place to eat outside. The appetizers, drinks, and main menu items are great!

Exit 25th Street from I-94 to this Menominee River restaurant and bar. Friendly waitress Vickie makes a great experience. Unexpected beach vibe. Go here if you can't fly down to Florida or Jamaica. Great food. Try the grilled monk fish. With love, from Chicago and South Africa.

Really fun summer place on the canal! All tables seem to be picnic tables so kind of hard for older folks…but a large deck, sand volleyball and a shipping container with 3 sitting areas (cabanas of sorts) to reserve. Food was good! Heavy Blackened chicken breast with pineapple pico de gallo was surprisingly good…but the shrimp tacos were excellent. Rum soaked carrots!!! Great server!!!! Would try again during winter for a pick me up summer vibe!!

Great food! I ate the Blackened Talapia sandwich and it was delicious! The Crab Bisque was to die for! Learned all their entrees and soups were their own recipes and made from scratch . Not some cheap vendor supplied food. The establishment is located on the Milwaukee River and open air during the summer months. Great place and I highly recommend it.

The fish fry is always a favorite. The seafood pasta was fantastic. The outside patio is not accessible for wheelchairs/scooters but we were seated right away in the restaurant. The sun blazes in the afternoon so you may want to sit away from the west wall if inside.

Mostly outdoor seating as it is right on the river. Where MANY people would enjoy this, I personally cannot stand eating outside in summer. Spring and Fall, absolutely. But I cannot stand eating in the heat. So their indoor seating leaves much to be desired. Air flow is terrible and even though the booths are deep, they are still somehow also cramped. I ordered the Twisted Crab Cakes appetizer as my dinner along with sides of mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Perfectly portioned to be a full meal. I forgot to take a picture of what was actually put in front of me, but the menu photo (included below) is damn near spot on. The only difference is instead of the zig-zag pattern of the sauce, it was just a straight pour. Obviously no affect on the taste. The crab cakes are WONderful. So creamy and mild, with a fabulous flavor kick in the sauce. But not so much as to mask the flavor of the crab cakes themselves. Absolutely zero shell pieces that can ruin the experience you often find elsewhere. Other people in my group ordered various types of fish and no one had any complaints. I will be back in the fall to enjoy the river in cooler weather.

Fabulous. All of it. The drinks were made with the proper amount of alcohol. The waiter was all by himself serving the entire restaurant and what an amazing job he did. He was still very attentive and friendly and took time to explain and answer our questions. The Friday fish fry is fresh and hot. The fried cheese curd was the best we have tried. Excellent food, great quality, a fun ambiance.

Server was very pleasant. The seafood Pasta was excellent. The tacos were jam packed stuffed and delicious, the Calamari was fresh although somewhat of small portion, the crab cakes were perfect. Definitely will return and s must. Love the little beach area and boat moorings

My husband wanted oysters and we wanted to try someplace other than st.Paul’s. He liked the oysters they were huge. I had coconut shrimp and crab cakes which were okay. The bartender served a great mai tai! I’d suggest this place for summer time atmosphere (on the river) but outside of summer every time I’ve been here it’s been empty

Off the beaten path,but..in an up and coming area. Plenty of seating. Great atmosphere. Sandy Beach with deck chairs,games, sofas and tables in shipping crates! Food is fresh and spot on! Drinks fun... Try the Blue Hawaii. PEI mussels perfect and the crab cakes😘

It'll be awhile before we consider returning to the Twisted Fisherman. Our server was also the bartender. I work in the industry so I'm all about giving tables to the bartender but not outside at the furthest point away from the bar. Our coconut shrimp and crab cake was not only burnt beyond belief but the rest of the food came out ice cold. The server never checked on us because it was 5:30 and the bar was slammed. We finally had another server get him to send the food back. By this point we had waited enough. They comped us 1 drink and we got the hell out of there! It's a bummer because I don't ever post bad reviews... However, the service and food were so disappointing I felt I had to.

Came in and had the chowder and the crab cake sandwiches. All the food was excellent and the service was friendly and quick. The bartender had great recommendations on the food and made a really good Bloody Mary. I will be coming back next time I am in town!

Service and atmosphere was amazing. Unfortunately we did not really enjoy the food. Our server was so nice that we would have loved to go back, but the seafood pasta and beer battered cod were both very bland and just lacked overall flavor. Also, the mussels tasted old, more so than normal for the Midwest.

This place is in a weird location but right by the casino. The food is fantastic and fairly priced. I've had crab legs, calamari and bbq here and it was great. They also have amazing sides, especially the garlic mashed potatoes and mac and cheese.

Great place. Nice beer selection. We had MKE brewing's "Louis Demise". Always appreciate when restaurants feature local brews. Our server was Kelsey and she rocked it. Fantastic service. Nice selection of seafood. I had a the perch fish fry. Marcia had a bowl of crab bisque she loved. Very generous with the shrimp on the shrimp tacos. Great overall experience.

Cool vibe! Yummy drinks. Food was amazing! They were out of the steak I wanted but made up for it with a few extra crab legs! Super accommodating. Outdoor seating and entertaining available but it was too cold. Will make a trip back just to go there! Live 4 hours away.

I got the Strawberry Daiquiri salad with blackened shrimp. It was delicious!! The Fisherman's Friend drink was delicious as well. Service was great! The weather was great to be sitting outside on the dock! Plenty of free parking. Definitely recommend!

My boyfriend & I randomly visited for lunch last Sunday & were very happy we did. I got the blackened shark (my first time trying it & I really liked it) with a side of steamed broccoli & garlic mashed potatoes (both sides were done perfectly). My boyfriend got the ribs (he said they were pretty decent, he’s not a seafood guy) with the same sides I did (he enjoyed them). We also ordered the cheese curds which were also tasty. Overall, we had a nice lunch & will be back to try more. I eyed up another table’s oysters when we were there & they looked great so I’m for sure ordering them next time. Our waitress was super attentive & friendly.

Love this place! I came here this last Monday with my mom. Because we both LOVE good seafood. And honestly, the food and the service was great! Our bartender (I think her name was Mojica) was super sweet and funny. The drinks were 10/10. And she definitely gave us such a comfortable ambiance for us. Definitely will be coming back ASAP. ☺️

This is where my boyfriend and I come if we want really good crab! The prices are a little on the higher end, but it’s totally worth it! The portion size is also super filling! The staff are super friendly, and the establishment is clean and had cute decorations.

Docked our boat and walked in. They were moderately busy. Nice, concise menu and good prices. We ordered steak, hamburgers, salad, and apps. Everything tasted very good. Service was good as well. Nice decor and quiet music to listen to. Lots of cool seating and sand and beach games to play with. We will go back in the future!

The food and experience was fantastic. I ordered Mussel and was not expecting that much food. 🙃 OMG! Cocktails were great too. Our waitress (I wish I could remember her name) was very attractive. I do remember she told us she was still to young to know the Cocktails and that was sweet. Our DNA Vicki was great and funny. This was our 2nd time coming here from out of town and will always stop here when in town in the summer.

Was out on a bike trip up north. Stopped in for grub. Had the raw oysters and 1/2 pound steamed shrimp. It was very good. Service was outstanding.

You can dock your boat, and sit with your toes in the sand if you like. Great beach ⛱️ atmosphere lots of out door seating! Staff was great! Try the coconut shrimp and the Milwaukee Chowda it's all delicious! Beven oysters made with Wisconsin cheese!! Yummy! Stop in!!

Both indoor and outdoor dining with PLENTY of capacity. You can arrive by car, boat or bike because it's located on the Hank Aaron bike trail and Milwaukee river. The food was great and so was my service.

The food was the best! Atmoshere is perfect...We sat outside along the canal. Signature cocktails were yummy too. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was due to the service. Granted, our waitress did tell us she was new, and she was very nice, but we had to wait a bit too long for our drinks. We will definitely go back! The snow crab was so good I'm still thinking about it today... And those oysters!

Fantastic food, excellent service & great atmosphere! The oysters, mussels & lobster were all reasonably priced for fresh seafood . Don't miss trying the Seafood Bisque. For dessert we had Bananas Foster & the Chocolate, cherry bread pudding. Both were delicious. If you have a chance to rent an igloo & dine outdoors at night, you will have a magical experience. I had such a great time this past Monday at the Twisted Fisherman. I’m not a seafood “connoisseur“ - less per say, but I finally managed the courage to go and get me some seafood; and man oh man they didn’t disappoint. Not only was my food amazing the service was phenomenal. Shout out to our bartender, Ms. Mojica!!! She was great! Thank you for serving me and my family with your awesome bartending skills!!

Staff was moderately attentive, host was wearing a winter coat in Sept., food was good. I was not impressed, nothing special. Honestly the staff was totally disinterested and on their phones. It was a slow day, so maybe they were just bored.

Sea bass special was excellent. Surf and turf was excellent. Carrots and baked beans, excellent. Music was too loud when we arrived. Could barely talk to each other.

This was our 3rd time doing a boat cruise with river walk boats. In my opinion, the person manning this boat was anything short of pleasant. Upon leaving the Twisted Fisherman, he stated there would be music. By the time we got to Motor HarleyDavidson we did not get one song in at all. All we heard was advertising...perhaps change the channel? When using the restroom, the floor was soaked and it seemed the toilet was over flowed. I feel as if this was the first trip of the day, should things be a bit more tidy? Upon heading to the 2nd stop, we mentioned we would like music to stop 3 and were told we had to play the music. Is this how it really goes? We have not had to do that in the past.... Going from stop 2 to 3 the "captain" (if that's what you call him) had a terrible time parking to let us unload. He must have hit the decks about 4 times....in addition to the people waiting to board having not so nice words while they were boarding. My concern here is this....for the cost per person (our boats were full from stop one to two and stop two to three). One drink and app at each stop is a reasonable price to pay for good fun I feel. This last experience however was not so good. The apps were not so fresh. Cold fries and think nacho cheese is just not appetizing at Twisted fisherman.... At Motor--Harley Davidson, they had an amazing sloppy Pete sandwich... although too was luke warm and the bread was hard and crunchy and the rum drinks were extremely watered down, and to top it off at stop 3...getting 4 small meatballs or 4 cheese curds as an app--at a pizza place was very disappointing. We had a party of 12 do this and I feel things could have been a bit better for the price

It was chilly in the dining room. Patrons were leaving coats on as did we. The shrimp was good but not awesome. The Mac n Cheese was like institutional stuff. Yuck. Had calamari for an appetizer and that was good with the added aioli sauce. The service was excellent and the staff wonderful.

Second time here. The seafood pasta is really good, but a tad bit on the salty side. It has a nice white wine and butter sauce. The blackened salmon wasn't too spicy, but it was very crispy. As for appetizers, the calamari was nicely breaded and went well with lemon and the sauce. The mussels were steames in a white wine and butter sauce in garlic. The crab cakes were well made with a nice mixture of onions and peppers. The ailoi added a lot of spice to the cakes. Also, their mixed drinks are amazing! They make you feel like you're on an island.

This place was a surprise find. They have great food and even better service, we left our keys on the table and they were out to our car before I could get out to get them. Even though it is a little far from where I live, it is worth the drive. I can't wait to try dining outside this summer.

Best to be experience in warm weather as they have great outdoor space on the river. However, still a good choice the rest of the year! Really enjooyed the crabcakes & chowder. Nice selection of tropical drinks. Always enjoy my meals there!

Always excellent food here. Had the crab legs and Friday fish fry as our main dishes, cooked to perfection, the batter on the fish was light and so crispy (in a to-go order this may not fair well due to heat/steam/moisture), the coleslaw was good and different- it had thin slices of green apple in it that added a little extra sweetness, the cheddar garlic mashed is one of my favorites, and perfectly steamed broccoli...we had calamari as an appetizer and it could have been a meal in itself! We had a small 20min wait until another waitress arrived for her shift and they could open another section- as with may places right now due to staffing issues I would assume - but we understood and it was no problem for us at all... over all a not to miss spot to take in a sunset over dinner or swing by and dock a boat to slip in for a bit to eat and a drink (my daughter lived their strawberry margarita :) )

The food was great but the waitress was terrible. She took well over 30 minutes to even bother coming to our table at all. She took our order and disappeared for large chunks of time. We had to keep grabbing the host to help us get our food. That guy deserves a raise. The waitress however needs to be retrained or honestly let go as she seemed a bit erratic and honestly like she was on something. Also she told us how to tip her. We needed to do cash otherwise she wouldnt see her tip for 3 weeks. Like who says that? But again the only reason I gave 3 stars was for how good the food was and the guy working the host stand.

It's like someone took a little dive bar/restaurant from the Florida Keys are dropped it on the Menomonee River in Milwaukee. They have a good selection of beers, the cheese curds were outstanding, and the crab cake sandwich was awesome. Our server Brian was also the bartender but did a great job of taking care of us. I would definitely recommend this place.

Really great food! Wide variety of seafood appetizers and entrees, with plenty of selections for non-seafood fans. I got the crab cake sandwich and it was awesome, a great crab cake that they didn't skimp on. Great place to take a large group or some friends/family for a casual meal.

Rustic eaterie is in the right area to feel as if you are on the water. Not the best view but it will do to have a drink comfortably. Mussels are good but would be nice to have it in a Italian red sauce/butter garlic. etc.

The food is always very good! You get what you order and no less. The place is very cute. both the inside with a big open area bar and out doors with sand and beach chairs. The waitresses are usually really nice and make you feel welcomed unlike the ladies up front "greeting" or assigning host. Love everything here and would only ask for them to improve their customer service up in front. Lose the attitude when taking in phone orders and try a smile for once.

We love the atmosphere of Twisted Fisherman and often boat there. It's easy to dock your boat, bathrooms are clean and the food is good. Bad experience last night and frustrating bar service! It took us nearly an hour to get drinks while we watched bartenders standing around and happily talking to a few customers but not actually serving any drinks. Our waitress was alternatively running - literally - from table to bar and kitchen and then completely disappearing for 15 minutes or more. She was extremely apologetic and obviously working very hard. Just odd. Food was very good but it took 90 minutes to get it. Drinks were strong but not very good. Seems like easy fixes.to create a much better experience. bartenders need to step up their game and help out!

So we went and were all set for Seafood and then we walked in and it was Sunday BBQ specials day and smelled AMAZING! So we decided to try that and then have a reason to come back for their amazing seafood another visit. We had ribs,beef brisket,pulled pork, black eyed peas,glazed carrots,coleslaw, and garlic cheddar mashed potatoes!! The food was hot and delicious! The waitress spot on. Cute bar drinks were good. The pit master and his wife super nice and knowledgeable. All staff were very friendly. Mask friendly Clean and sanitary environment. Definitely will go back soon

Went there for a work luncheon. It's located in such a good spot of the city, so there's plenty of parking and it's free. This is also a spot for booze cruizes...so if you've been on one, this is one of the bar stops on the river. As for food, I got the walleye which comes with two sides. I chose the carrots and coleslaw. They were so good. The coleslaw had thin slices of apple which made it even crispier and the carrots were cooked with rum sauce.. One of my Co workers ordered the seafood pasta, and they said they've never tasted any better....in fact, out of 10 people, no one left the establishment with any food on their plate. Please try them out at lunch!! This place is a gem. Oh and don't forget dessert! I had the blueberry bread pudding.... Mmmmm, crunchy and soft with sweet blueberries. They do serve key lime pie and chocolate cake too.

Super beachy, ocean feel. They have a little sandy area with some chairs that looks very relaxing. The food was delicious. Our waitress was rude about clarifying the menu and spoke unprofessionally about her coworkers. So she was weird, but the rest of the restaurant was great.

Jesse the server is phenomenal, always happy to get him as our server, knows what he is doing, attentive, just all around good guy, request him if you can! Food is always top notch. We ordered the Shrimp Boils 2x, a cheeseburger for our 8yr old and the crab cake sandwich.....I was really impressed with everything for the meal. The portion for the boil was enough to share for 2 or more. The flavor was delicious and the provide additional seasoning on the side along with melted butter. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for for the money. I will be back!

We did curbside pickup today and it was the best we have had! They told us 15 to 20 minutes and the food was ready in exactly that. Crab legs were huge and meaty and the peel and eat shrimp were soon delicious. The ribs were super tender and had great smokey flavor. Our order was perfect not missing anything. We definitely recommend and will be going back again. Can't wait till quarantine is over and we can check out the inside atmosphere!

We had a wonderful visit here recently -- we'd been wanting to try it out and the reviews seems so contradictory. We had a great experience with a very friendly, helpful and courteous wait staff who was knowledgeable about the menu, provided great recommendations and helpful information about best times to return, specials, and warm weather activities. The food was very good, it's not knock your socks off omg amazing, but we enjoyed a great meal at a good price with a very pleasant staff member - that's a win in my book. I bet this place is so fun when it's warm and the river is active - we can't wait to come back and see.

I do love the Twisted Fisherman, can get to it by land or sea - today we dropped the boat in at South Shore, toured the Milw River and took the alternate path to their dock. For a first-time visit it was great. The perch fish was good & fresh, the baked beans were very delicious, but the garlic potatoes weren't to my liking. Service was a little slow, but overall service was good. The table bench seating was a little too hard, therefore, uncomfortable. I don't care to eat around animals and there were two large dogs, at different times, with their owners & one of the servers gave a friendly rub to one of the dogs & then serviced the customers at the next table without washing her hands.

We went to the Twisted Fisherman for our sons 30th birthday after a 12:30 brewery tour at Mobcraft brewery. It was sunny and about 70 and we sat out on the deck/dining area. we tried the calamari rings and the smoked trout dip for apps, both were fantastic. The blackened tilapia sandwich was delish, as well as the spicy shrimp mac and cheese. 1/2 rack of ribs was done right and seasoned well. Pan seared walleye was excellent , so was the salmon. 2 of us ordered the Milwaukee chowder, which was made with the smoked trout(awesome) and our waitress ,Jennifer, brought out 4 more cups (complimentary) so we could all have some. We will definitely come again, especially in the summer, great place on the river for drinks and food! You rock Jennifer!

July 30 2021, we were attempting to call in an order for pick up. We were unaware that was not available, we still made our way to the restaurant. Great place for people to come and go, sit at the bar or eat at our reserved table, and separate tabs. The food was excellent and the wait staff incredible. My wife and I decided to try the place out because they had $1 oysters and 50 cent wings on special. I also tried the special (fluke - blackened). Oysters were fresh and the wings tasted real good. I didn't like the fluke much, but that's not the chef's fault, and the seasoning was real good (spicy without a lot of salt). Service was good, but it did take a while to get our food. Overall, a good place to get our seafood fix.

This place may look questionable on the river, but it is a true hidden gem. Deb was super attentive and personable, and she basically ran the joint, taking care of every customers' needs. Awesome place to go to in the summer! Food and drinks are very good. It is on a river and has a relaxing atmosphere. There is also live music on some nights. Staff is friendly. Plenty of parking with their parking lot which is a big bonus in Milwaukee.

There was a miscommunication (which is a charitable way of saying that I screwed up on the direction/date that I provided) that put me in a bind. We had a few drinks here this afternoon with a few friends. It was our first time here and we sat outside on the picnic tables with a nice view of the river. Service wasn't so great, we constantly had to flag down our waitress, she informed us of happy hour after we asked if they had one, and that it was buy one get one and then walked away. After we ordered two bottled beers and finished them and asked for the "get one free" portion, she said "sorry, that's only for taps and rails". Kind of frustrating but not the worst. I'm hoping the next time we return it is a better experience, I believe it will be if we get a different waitress.

First visit to The Twisted Fisherman and I loved it. Not the best location on Canal Street just a few blocks west of the Harley Davidson Museum. I couldn't figure out where the actual restaurant was once I parked in their lot, but once I figured that out everything was smooth sailing from there. Good selection of seafood. Fish of the day was grouper. I had mine blackened and it was excellent. Portions were properly sized. The cheddar mashed potatoes and their mac and cheese needed more salt and a little bit more heat. My wife and I had a cup of crab bisque and it was outstanding. We also ordered coconut shrimp and crab cakes for an appetizer. The aoli sauce for the crab cakes was spot on as were the appetizers. My wife ordered the snow crab and it was cooked perfectly and slid easily out of the shell. Pricing was reasonable for the size and quality of the seafood. Bartender told me they close from mid-Oct until April which is a bummer, but I will definitely be this place more often next summer.

Really cool place to stop and relax! I've only had their burgers and they are pretty good. I've stopped by a few occasions so I would say yes I love them. Nothing super fancy just really good. My kids and wife always love everything they get! The bar and drinks are always great! What would help is bicycle friendly parking since they are on the Hank Aaron Trail!

Terrible service, there were about 5 tables in the entire place and we were never really engaged by any of the service staff the hour we were there, I watched the bartender stand around with no one at the bar for about 15 minutes before she made our margarita, Simple tasks seem to be overwhelming for the wait staff. I couldn’t imagine being there while it was busy. Having said that, im giving it 3 stars because the atmosphere is quite nice and the food was really good, had I been able to give my tip to the kitchen I would because our server wasn’t deserving at all seeing as we were never really “served”.

One of the few places one can get Dungeness crab (in the Midwest), and the sides to go with it were excellent. The service was fantastic and friendly, and the music outside was fun. King Solomon Reggae were talented. Sandy, waterside relaxed beachy ambiance, including deck chairs and boat motors for decor. They have a dock for boats to pull up. It was all so perfect. I was a bit nervous about trying the Twisted Fisherman based on the 50/50 reviews I see online. Then I thought to myself, I need to find out for myself! I know a lot of the negative reviews were circumstantial, so I wanted to see what it was like on my own. Every year my parents take my sister and our significant others out for a Birthday dinner at the place of our choosing. This year, I decided I really wanted to try the Twisted Fisherman as I absolutely love crab legs. I am definitely glad that we went! We got a large table outside right along the river which was really nice. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and accomodating. Everyone's food was great! We had absolutely nothing to complain about our first visit to the Twisted Fisherman. I will be back for sure, and recommend anyone who hasn't, to check it out for themselves!

Didn't eat so can't rate the food but the atmosphere is VERY fun. Attended on a Saturday afternoon with friends. There was plenty of drinking, music and people watching. A number of bachelorette parties and other groups. Boats would pull up and people would get off and drink. Then jump back on and continue on the river. Families seemed to gather in the covered sandpit, kids playing.

Went there for an early birthday dinner with a group of 5. Atmosphere was a bit awkward since we were the only people there. Host did greet us and was quite friendly. Though our host was our or seems to be host and waiter, he was a bit everywhere. Couldn't really get our drinks down the first time, but didn't want to write it down either. In the middle of ordering, he started laughing out loud and ran away which was a bit unprofessional and made it even more awkward. Definitely wasn't pleasant as new and first time customers trying out the place. Food: food was ok. We mainly went there for oysters specials and wings specials. Oysters: were a bit cracked with shells split everywhere into the oyster meat but overall ok. Still doesn't beat St Paul's Fish Market. Wings were a bit over cooked so it was a little dried to the core. The food was brought out a bit out of order. Where as we eat little by little as they try finish cooking. Where most restaurants don't serve your meals until everything is together rather than bring meal pieces by pieces. Satisfactory: 3 star - a bit unprofessional, awkward, but friendly.

Arrived at the heart of the dinner hour on a Saturday night. Bar was crowded with Bachelor Party and Rivercity Pontoon Boat in addition to private party on the upper patio. Several marks against the place in terms of customer service. 1) Hostess wasn't too friendly when my wife and I wanting to sit at a different table than where she put us. We told her that we didn't mind waiting to we proceeded to the bar for drinks while we waited. 2) Both bartenders didn't acknowledge us for at least 5 minutes. Once served, they went back to ignoring us. Had to ask several times for a glass of water. My wifes beer glass went empty (universal sign to ask for another) and again we were ignored to several minutes. I also got up and went to the bar inside to ask for service for a couple sitting next to us that also were being ignored. On a good note, once seated at a table with a view of the Menomonee River, our server was excellent (making suggestions as to how the food is best prepared and what her favorite sides were). My wife ordered the Fish of the Day and I had the Snow Crab Clusters. All I can say is "It was worth the wait!!" After dinner, we retired to one of the chairs in the sand for an after dinner drink. When presented with the bill, I was extremely satisfied with the entire dining experience and told the server that we'd be back. Great restaurant in an off the wall location!!

My experience was 50/50. The food was horrible. I ordered mac and cheese (yuk) it was gritty; the mussles were suppose to be in garlic butter wine sauce. It was more like water with butter couldn't eat that either. My partner ordered the crabcake sandwich and the crabcake was more filler than anything. However they allowed her to reorder and she ordered the blacken salmon which turned out great. Their wait staff Lori and Lisa were great. The drinks were the bomb! But couldn't make up for the food.

So this place really reminds you of being in Florida. Right by the river and they have sand and chairs for you to sit on and stick your toes in the sand! The food was great. Good sea food the atmosphere was really great as well. I truly recommend this place. I'll be back soon!

The food was hot and excellent..we had a party of twenty and no one complained about their food and the portions were geeat... our waitress was shannon and she did a great job....the weather shut their system down and that delayed our checkout so they need a back up generator...drinks were not that strong need about 30 percent improvement but I'll give them a 9 out of 10...

My summer go to place on the River for years now, when I'm in Milwaukee. Great Reggae music playing always a great vibe like your in the islands. Jamaica in the valley is the vibe I feel when I walk in. Great service as well. Excellent crab cakes and their Mother's Day Brunch omggggggggggggg is EVERYTHING fresh. Good variety, beautiful presentation and very well priced even with the crablegs added. Yummmmmmy.

Bravo for doing the right things! Went on a Sunday for dinner. Pleasantly surprised by the sandwhich board which listed covid changes/expectations. One entry, one exit. Tables at least 6 ft. apart (outdoors) on wood deck, sand area, and under tent. Observed staff using an institutional sanitizing system on tables. Bottles of hand sanitizer on every table.Silverware individually wrapped in napkin and then plastic wrap. Wipe off menus observed to being wiped off by host. Staff wearing masks. Add a fun beachy vibe on the Menomonee River and I could actually relax! Sandwiches, salads, and entrees with plenty of seafood options.

First time there, would come back again in the afternoon instead of the evening. Beer batter cod fish fry was good, mashed potatoes were cold asked for new ones that were hot and it came back warm. Waiting for music to start finally at 9:30pm they began. It was Ragga music that was ok.
