I had been wanting to try Shake Shack for so long because I heard many good things about it and I finally got a chance to try it out. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff is very friendly and the food doesn’t take long at all. The portions are a bit small but it’s enough to fill you up just right, not too full but not hungry for more either. I’ll definitely come back to Shake Shack for a cheeseburger and fries!

I loved it my very first time trying it and it was so delicious. The burgers were a tad bit greasy but they had so much flavor . I had gotten the hot one burger and it had just the right amount of hot . The chicken nuggets were fresh and juicy . And the fries were amazing with cheese sauce . They even had a pupacino for my puppy . Made with ice cream and dog biscuits.

First time visiting a shake shack. Staff was warm and friendly. Service was prompt. French Fries with cheese and bacon were underwhelming, but the shake stack was delicious. Also had the cookies and cream shake and loved it!

The customer service was great! Food was absolutely delicious! Been there twice and I will be back again. When you go, make sure to get the bacon cheese fries, best thing on the menu!

The order was ready by the time I sat down! Sandwich itself was ok, not the best and it's pretty small, but that's just Shake Shack for you. Fries were good, and so was the milkshake. One of the boys behind the counter handed me my order and smiled, which can take a lot of energy for people sometimes so I wanted to point it out. The girl that took my order was helpful as well! The location may be hard to drive to based on where it is (in a corner) but the view is nice! No wifi except from AT&T across the street.

It’s quick but this time I had it to go and the time I arrived picked it and arrived at the hotel it’s not as good as if u will eat it while still hot . I taste the apple cider and doughnuts shake as soon I got it and it taste soo good. The rest had it in my hotel : The fries it’s already soggy , good but not as good as when it’s freshly prepared . 4/10 Shack burger 5/10 cuz it’s cold already .

First time customer. Using the app was not a great experience. We had a 20% off coupon code and tried to use it, but the app failed making us restart (re-enter everything) and then the code wouldn’t work. Ordered anyway. The food was ready when we arrived at the restaurant. The packaging is nice but the sticker is incredibly tough to tear through. The food was okay but not exceptional. Chicken sandwich was not even half full! (See photo). The burger was tasty but overall the prices are high for what you get.

Really good burgers. The staff were kind and helpful. We accidentally left our second order at the restaurant, and they helped us get it.

Very clean establishment! My only complaint is the cashier was just listening to me and not my fiance, because he really wanted a burger with bacon. He never got the sandwhich he wanted except the two items we mentioned for him. I thought she was really sweet, but I think you should have people repeat the order back before proccessing payment! If there's anything management can do, let me know in your reply! :)
