It was me & my wife first time and it was amazing. The food was delicious. It was my first time having lobster tail and my wife first time eating crab legs. We will be back. The host Jade was real cool and very attentive. 👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I drive by here many times a week and have slept on it. Maybe its the curb appeal. Dont sleep on it! I was surprised for Father's Day with some takeout I believe it was a boil with shrimp, lobster tail, snow crab, potatoes and corn. It was delicious and filled me up and I can put down some seafood. The only real negative is the takeout container for the boil/ juices. It does not last 15 minutes. Luckily it broke over the plate of food or it would have been a complete travesty not to have tasted it. I'd gladly pay $0.25 or more for container that will last a lot longer and there was no way you were storing some of this for later guaranteed. Styrofoam of this quality is not the way to go but good job everwhere else.

First time it was great. Drove over an hour away for my wifes 50th bday. We love seafood and haven't had it for a long time. I saw Red Crab online so off we went. Loved there menu and took the drive. Seated right away and our server was Rob great dude. Super friendly and made our stay great. Wonderful crab, lobster, potatoes and corn. Super unique boil with the bag blown up with unreal mild cajun seasoning yummy. Mojito to start the night was fantastic. Rob surprised my wife with a slice of cheese cake for her birthday it made her night :) Well worth the $$ 50 to 100 depending on what you drink ;). Large menu with lots of goodies. Take the drive, come as your are and you wont be disappointed. Remember ask for Rob he will make your night. Thanks again to the whole staff for a wonderful dinner. Will be back soon. :)

Arrived about 5 minutes after opening. The host behind the register didn't greet me, ask me if I was dining in or picking up, and I had to ask him if I was to just sit myself and my son. He realized the mistake and sat us, but I had to tell the young man it's okay to smile. Our waitress on the other hand was very friendly, attentive, and was there if things were needed. Overall, they have good food, and a great dining room.

I love love love love this place! Their drinks are ahmazing! Customer service is wonderful! The food is delish! GET THE CATFISH! IT IS BOMB! I love their Dungeness crab. Very sad that they were out the other day but dah well! The sauce is on point! Thank you all!

This was my first time trying Red Crab, I was nervous but pleasantly surprised! I was greeted at the door by friendly staff who shared a laugh with me. The server helped me pick my drink which was delicious. He memorized my custom boil order and made suggestions that enhanced my experience! He checked on me throughout my meal to make sure everything was up to par. The seafood was perfectly cooked & very flavorful. The sauce was a bit watery but I didn't mind bc it didn't take away from the flavor. The amount of time it took to get my food, let me know that it was made to order. The music was phenomenal. The only negative I could find was the bathroom was giving, gas station. Please try this place for yourself. & DONT JUDGE THE STAFF BY WHAT THEY WEAR!

The staff was very polite and the food was wonderful. We have been to the Red Crab in Melbourne Fl so we were excited to find out there was one in Milwaukee. What really ruined the whole dining experience was a DJ in the restaurant. The audio equipment was of cheap quality and was EXTREMELY loud so it sounded terrible. This is a night out for dinner with my wife. So after asking the staff to have the DJ turn it down which yes he did slightly. It was the most uncomfortable date we have ever been on. My wife and I yelled are conversation to each other. The food and people were great then this da$% DJ shows up....ruined it.

I love seafood and will always try new restaurants. The King Crab Shack always been my number one spot. Lately, they haven’t been so good. I still go b/c I’m a loyal customer! Red Crab sauce and seasons was pretty okay. Basic seafood boils with no unique taste. When I Feel like cooking, my seafood boils are excellent, people have told me. I’ve been eating seafood since I was 17 y/o and now I’m 37 y/o. A lot of people just started because it’s the newest trend!!

The food isn't too bad. I had a shrimp pasta dish, the seasoning was great, spicy had a kick to it. It was a little too oily but still good. The place looks a little questionable on the outside but it's a popular place, plenty of customers there by the time I left.

Try the Friday or Saturday special, add scallops... We ordered mild but it was a little on the spicy side, lobster tail, snow crab legs and shrimp 🦐 in their signature juicy sauce. This is the home of my comfort food. If I'm having a good or bad day and need to treat myself this is the place I go to. There is plenty of room to relax and sit and enjoy your meal. I have not gone in there one time and gotten bad customer service. In some cases you might even have two or three people to talk to you to make sure that you have been taken care of. Each time I have gone in there I have had different customer service table service. And each time the the server was very friendly and if they had time they'll even be a little bit chatty with you making sure that you enjoy your meal or in my case blow off a little steam. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves seafood. In fact I gave gift cards out to friends and relatives and have gotten great reviews back from them. One day I imagine I'm going to meet a whole bunch of people that I know in there because they all say that they are going back.

The food was great! Prices were alright. The service was OK. We were seated and never assigned a server until someone asked over 10min later. I would definitely go during the day if you're on any kind of date or expecting a normal restaurant atmosphere. After about 6:30 people came in and started to get drunk & rowdy.

One of the best experience that I’ve had in a long time. You MUST ASK FOR ROB the server. Excellent customer service and this young man was very intuitive to our needs for the night. He made it an experience. The food was delicious and well seasoned. I expected it to come out overcooked, but it was exactly the opposite! Prices are reasonable and they have decent drink specials! I would definitely go back for a second and third and fourth time…..

Just 2 days ago we ordered a pick up order. This was supposed to be a nice experience for my fiancé as it was his birthday. We ordered 2 boil bags, hush puppies and cheese sticks, our total came out to over $100. Let me just start with saying that the food was AMAZING! The rating although comes from our experience at this location, lets just say it left me feeling like WHAT JUST HAPPENED! My fiancé and I where absolutely disappointed to how this location is run, most of the employees look a HOT MESS! I seen some employees walking around in slides, talking extremely loud with no mannerisms, this behavior gives the business a horrible look to patrons. We kept shaking our head the whole time we where in the building, cringing at the experience. After a gentleman hands us our food, before leaving the restaurant we begin checking our order, only to find out that an item was missed, as soon as this happened, a young lady runs up to my fiancé and I and says, "I took care of you guys, you got a tip". I said we are missing an item. I am also not sure how much they pay employees since It has NEVER been ok to ask patrons for a tip, especially when not dining in. I did end up additionally tipping the young lady since she helped us with the additional missing item but was NOT happy with the whole experience.

Place was great food was really good. Being someone who doesn't drink often due to my days with drugs and alcohol. I can say this who ever works with alcohol needs to have a bartending license and I don't think the young lady did because there was to much alcohol in the drink and I'm not the only who sent alcohol back. I dont know about this state but if you are going to work behind a bar it is required the person or persons must have a bartending license. If she did have one or has taken a course she would have known the alcohol was to much!

I Liked this place. Lords knows I am one of the most detailed pickiest seafood eater because I make my own. HOWEVER Very good "Juicy " sauce.. I had a nice waitress. Food came out pretty quick . I can't remember the name but I had something called the "Red___" it came with lots of small good sausage.., 1 corn. Potatoes(very soft) 1 snow crab cluster and shimp. I added a egg. I believe it's $2.50 per add on. It was my first time. There "Juicy"" sauce was amazing. If I Had one complaint. It would just be the snow crab where extremely skinny. Not snow. I returned it soon as I look bcuz again I cook seafood. However my waitress was nice about switched then an came back with a different cluster. And let's just say I accepted it 🥴 but those were not snow. HOWEVER I will be back ;)

I ordered the haddock filet sandwich that came with fries and a side order of clam chowder. The chowder had good flavor with a good broth to solid ingredients ratio. The Cajun fries were tasty. The sandwich had 50% more bread than needed for the size of the filet. The flavor of the fish was good but the lettuce 🥬 could have been fresher. The female staff were friendly and accommodating , some of the male staff were hanging out in the front of the restaurant using strong profanity quite loudly and it was very unprofessional. I wondered how the restaurant could afford to pay them to just sit around and talk and cuss at each other and who their manager was.

Ordered takeout today. Service was fast and friendly. Purchased the lunch special with 0.5 lb snow crab, 0.5 lb shrimp no head, corn, potato & boiled egg, Medium spice, garlic butter/Cajun. Overall it was very good. Medium spice for me was just right. I would’ve given 5 stars but the corn was overcooked (or maybe it was frozen previously), the egg was over cooked (had that green ring) and the potato could’ve been cleaned a bit better. But then snow crab was good and the shrimp was perfect. The portion size was worth the lunch price. I don’t think I would pay a higher price for this though.

I would give the food 4-5 stars. I would give the atmosphere 0 stars. There was a DJ playing the most vulgar music that I have ever heard in a restaurant that had children present. It was pathetic and extremely loud. Like someone else mentioned, more of a sports bar environment rather than a family friendly restaurant. We had to ask our waiter for napkins, silverware, cocktail sauce & lemons. So lack of training? Lack of attention? Or just don't care? Really too bad because the food really is good and especially the juicy sauce. I expect you folks will need to narrow your focus or will have a lot of trouble surviving in the restaurant business.

The food was good aside from missing items in the order, the food came before our drinks, our server was nice but at the same time she wasn't very helpful when we asked about things. The sign at the door had the March special that looked like 15.99 but the server had no clue what we were talking about, then came back and said it was 75.99 - for 1lb each shrimp, snow crab, sausage, 3 potatoes and 2 corn... Then when we were getting ready to pay she answered the phone and was very loud at our table telling whoever that she was coming over when she left because she was off right then seeming like we were being rushed to pay for our food... again overall the food was pretty good but the service was definitely unprofessional. AND The bar tender was too busy flirting with someone so it took forever for our drinks...

I had my first experience here and the food was good & reasonably priced. I had the headless shrimp boil. The seasoning used was good, it was a combination of all of the seasonings. I got mild with corn & eggs added. I got a 1/2 lb which was enough for me. Hush puppies came with my meal because I had a coupon & those were excellent. I would definitely eat here again.

Took a Birthday Friend there today, she was so excited, because it’s so close to home. Kendal was our server, nice looking young man, he shared a few laughs with us. Her King Crab legs were to Die for and next time she wants to try the Shrimp. I drank a very Berry Margarita and I’m still licking my lips, hours later. All the servers were friendly and kept the tables/floors very clean. I plan to spread the word to all my seafood loving friends/family. The only bad thing I have to say is” the Music SUCKED”. I would have played Cajun Music, but that’s my opinion and we all have one. Just stop in, give them a try. You may put The Red Lobster in your rear view. Kendal, we’ll be back!

It wasn't very busy Tueday night. The waitress was polite. We both had the Tuesday night special and each had a beer. The bill came to about $70.00 plus a tip. Our meals were very tasty, very juicy. When you are craving seafood and would like a variety; mussels, shrimp, snow crab, king crab, crawfish, Dungeness crab, clam chowder, well, you get the idea. Try it out. You may be pleasantly suprised.

First time there and the service was on point and the food. Drinks werent that great though. Second time there and the food was good. The spring rolls were good. The service at first the second time wasnt that great, but another waitress saw that it was taking a long time for us to get our food and that our waitress wasnt really paying us attention and she stepped up and was on point.

We got a to go order if the weekend and Tuesday special with everything mild spice. It was delicious, it was on the spicy side of mild so if you don't care for much spice I would probably go "no spice". I would have loved a few more crawfish but they are by weight and whole - which came to about 6? Crawfish - I would probably order an extra 1/2# next time (even though my meal actually was able to be divided into 2 meals) if anyone does not care for garlic or if you are on a date and don't want to melt them with your breath, this may not be for you...lol They are NOT shy with the garlic, there is not a breath freshener/mouthwash/toothpaste that will be able to defeat this amount of garlic for at least 2-3 days 😂 I love garlic and even I could not eat all the garlic that was still hanging around towards the end of the meal! But we loved it. One of us got a shrimp Po boy and he really liked it, he was nervous about it being dry because he didn't see any sauce, but the diced tomatoes (which he normally avoids like the plague) added that little extra to make it perfect, and he liked them in there! (Miracle?!) Over all...great food, great quality.

I just ordered. The lobster lunch meal (takeout) at Red Crab and it was fantastic! The sauce was outstanding and they give you plenty of food, which was delicious. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Didnt get a chance to eat here yet. Did a delivery for them and out of all the places I delivered for Red Crab seemed to be the most organized. Can't wait to try it out. The food smelled really good. I also appreciate them using paper bags instead of plastic for the take out orders.

All I have to say is if you’re dining in, request Brandon!! He’s the most kind, attentive waiter you’ll ever meet... he will definitely ensure a satisfying experience. HOWEVER, if you’re taking out, check your food before you leave!!! Especially if you order extra things... (i.e. extra crab, corn etc.) because once you leave you can forget about calling to complain! Overall, I love them!!! Juicy sauce is the best! EDIT::: They have gotten skimpy on the food!! One cluster (so literally just 4 legs of snow crab) are considered a 1/2 pound!!! And then got the nerve to debate about it😅The nerves of them!!! They’re still good don’t get me wrong, BUT no more bang for your buck!!!! —yes I took a star back for this!

My first time going there was nice. I liked the way they remodel the inside from the athens restaurant. The sauce is so addicting. But my second day time around it’s even better. This is honestly the best seafood place i ever been to💯 And it closer than going all the way to redlobster. I like this food way better than redlobster. I rate 5 because the sauce is amazing it comes with corn and a potato where other places its more to add on. I will always come back and enjoy my seafood 💯

Was looking for somewhere to eat tonight and the Red Crab caught my eye. Best choice I’ve ever made! We went in, great service, and food! Honestly got jumped a little bit by their Halloween Werewolf. Got drinks right away and food came out within 5 minutes! Excellent, excellent, excellent food!!! Loved it lots! Never tried seafood but I would highly recommended to anyone! Variety of food at great prices and awesome flavors! P.S: My father said it is better than Potawatomi’s Crab Night! That’s saying a lot from a seafood lover!

Have eaten here about 3 times. The crab boil is very good. First time I had the mixture of all the seasonings and 2nd time the lemon garlic. Had a poboy fish sandwich the first time and it was a disappointment. Too small for $8. The third time I went and got the crab boil, about 1/3 of the shrimp hadn't been cleaned and we had to clean, wash and then added them back to the sauce. That was such a disappointment when we found so many uncleaned shrimp.

Food was 5 star Great. They need to work on providing a more professional service experience. The caliber of staff is equal to mcdonalds. $40 a meal I dont wanna hear hip hop playing in the background. They are turning a fine dining experience into a low budget urban restaurant. attracting an urban crowd now by the unprofessionlism of staff and hip hop as background music. If the food/pricing matched the ambiance this place would be awesome. Their food is better than Brady Street. The sauce is more new Orleans style ans consistently tastes the same. And they offer boiled egg. Brady and a sugary sweet taste in the sauce and depending on who makes it how sweet it is. Red crab nailed the sauce!

Good and messy eating with your hands in gloves with the lobster bib on. When the lobsters are deveined it looks like they don't try to conserve the meat they cut out. The $20 lunch was to me a good deal plenty of shrimp fresh tasting and a tender lobster tail

The waitress was great....the place looks nice....and the band was on point....the problem was the kitchen wasn't making the orders correctly....in the menu...it said $3(3) corn.....$2.50(2)potatoes ok so they charged me extra without the extra food...so they changed it and still charged me $2 for 1 corn.. really.... My order was rung up right the kitchen just didn't prepare it right.. They even forgot part of my order which I just had taken of the bill...that Rum punch omg👍👍👍😍...
