I preface this by saying: 1. I ordered via the app 2. It was icy and snowing 3. I live 3 blocks from the this restaurant. Now.. I ordered a special: buy one breakfast sandwich, get one for 50 cents. I ordered 2 sausage egg McMuffins. I paid and walked to the store. I go to the door and ring the bell. CoVid precautions prohibited in store entry. A young man answered and asked what I wanted and I explained. He looked perplexed when I stated that I walked. He went to get the manager. Apparently, a client walking to get food is an anomaly. The manager asked what I ordered and pleasantly handed me my food. After my night, their kindness is worth the walk. The app is simple and you find some pretty awesome deals. Give it a try. Also pardon the bite mark in the pic.. Kinda hungry.

There was a cop on duty inside @ this McDonald's location...Not sure if it's 24 hours a day, but there was definitely 1 working inside there late night/early morning! A bit uncomfortable.

There’s this guy employee who was faking a middle eastern accent over the mic thinking it was funny being highly unprofessional an childish. An on a other time picking up a order, refusing to serve me a ice water even when I was willing to pay. Besides that, lines pretty quick an decent customer service from the other employees.

I have had some good experiences and some bad experiences with different McDonald’s locations. My experience today at this location was one of the best experiences I’ve had at any fast food restaurant. Jasmine took my order in the drive through and was very pleasant and very personable. In this day and age, it’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in customer service. I will be back to this location, BECAUSE of the service I received from Jasmine.

Mixup when ordering. Asked for a biscuit with just egg. I was charged more than it would cost for a biscuit with egg, sausage and cheese! I asked why at the payment window. The person there was able to correct it, and yelled to the person who took the order that he should have done such and such. She then muttered graphically to herself the disgust she was feeling. I get it. It's not a job I could EVER do. The frustration has to be intolerable. It was a good biscuit.

I was disappointed to say the least. I ordered for curbside, their curbside pick-up sign is on the handicap spaces. I was there for over 20 minutes just waiting. The drive-through was so much faster. Two of the 10 packs of chicken nuggets only had 9 nuggets, so the kids complained. There was also no ketchup packets but I'll let that slide since the app said ketchup wasn't available while I was making the order. There was also a mob of angry people also waiting for food that had come after me before I left. I wish you luck.

I had a big order that was missing some things so I waited a while til I went back to check on my remaining order, asked if I can get fresh fries and a worker in the back yelled " she's not getting new fries ". Well the manager was nice, he gave me new fries. To the young lady in the drive thru giving the orders, sorry to put you through all that.

I usually have a hard time getting orders from here; but, I decided that the problem was not from their performance but that my orders are too large during busy times of the day. I'm very impressed with their results today. We decided to call in and order our large order and pick up. They also have uber food pick ups, this may potentially be the next best way of getting fast food. I'm glad this was an option, it saved us a lot of time. Thank you McDonalds staff!

Good place to eat. Employees that actually get orders right for the most part. The staff are friendly and knows what they are doing. The lobby is limited hours for takeouts due to COVID-related and having being short staffed.

The girl who took our order spoke SOOO FAST that it was EXTREMELY hard to understand her. She got my mom's frappe order wrong, but we caught it before we finished our order. When we got to the window to pay we still couldn't understand what the girl was saying🤔 When we got to the next window to get our order they STILL got my mom's frappe wrong & when the woman at the window went to tell the woman who was making the special drinks, the woman who was making the drinks gave us the dirtiest look & took her time remaking it.🤬 I'm just glad it tasted good or my mom would've lost it!!!

Great place to sit down and eat. It has a welcoming atmosphere. People during the morning hrs give that great to hang out and talk about how things use to be. Some of the staff just needs to care a little how food is prepared. Then I would have given 5 starts

Pretty good place and people... The free wifi isnt all too good but it is still easily accessible. Dining area could be cleaner by tables, chairs and floor being swept after customers leave though. It was hard to find a clean table and area to sit

McDonald's is ok for quick bite but not the greatest. This particular location was slow on service and doesn't know anything about costumer service. I would avoid this one and go to one where the employees and management care about there customers. Please LIKE my review

I go out of my way to go to this mcdonalds instead of the one closer to my house because they are way more friendly and the food tastes way better (I know that sounds weird because it's all the same food, I know, but I genuinely do taste a difference).

This location. Mcdonald's fast food is greet and all but let keep ot honest most places' custoner service sucks! I waited 15 Minutes and what ever happened tonthe good old days you'd be standing there 6 minutes tops. To salt the 🍟?? Thats cause the drive thrus. Let me tell ya, those are worst lumpy sacks of monkey mayonnaise on the entire planet. Ik my mothers one of them. Right , away tho you want ya fries cause they dont gotta be unwrapped and start mouthing them down. A bit of a bullseye people them fried gotta be good. No salt at the ones from wisconsin bleh! But these guys here on nation know what were looking for and the cs. Wow. I dont know about evryone but Elizabeth J. off register understands me perfectly. She has a smile thatll choke ya granny too boys and girls. Off the bat! She kindly adds my bacon and informs me clearly on the deals going on! I was staggered by her level of hearing. I only had to say it once. She's a gall that wants big! Not tryna get over on people like most our ladies in the Mil! She adds my extra mocha dizzle and sends me to the bright. Idont know about you all but these mcds are packed woth female employees at the counter or fruit cakes in dress reb clothes all the misters are working the cooking board. And its not just here it every location. Infested with brifht eyed sweeties. No far to us moes over here. Its a systemic depreciation through all our fast fiid places. Its just nice to hear a man say," Hello, how can i help you?" It has a bit more authenticity. No what i mean? If you dont let me know. Ill tell you what i mean in the comments! Share if you like me or dont i dont care i enjoy doing this.

Very slow i sat in driveway for 3 minutes and watch 2 other cars order before. And i was thete frist no apolize just a messed up addtuide sweet tea was nasty and harsh brown tasted like it was from the night befor. I do not recommend. Less talking and more work

Long lines at the drive through, an impatient cashier and cold fries... So I went inside and the service was much better courteous servers and I was given fresh hot food. I don't recommend the drive through.

I wish we had this McDonalds in Kenosha. As a matter of fact, every McDonalds should take a tour of this one to see what they do and how rhey communicate that they deliver fast hot food every time. There has to be a system. This McDonalds is in a fairly rough neighborhood and most speak spanish but they understands english and know how to prepare food the right way!!
