Brady Street Location! Mac! Mac! And more mac!!!!!! I’ve been waiting on this place to open since I moved to the area a few years back. Today I just had to have some Mac! I ordered the flight which comes with 3 signature flavors and boy I was not disappointed. The crew gave me their favorite mac’s, and I decided on the Tuscan chicken, barbecue chicken, elote Mac and tried the Buffalo chicken Mac. To paint a long story short, the Tuscan Mac was soo good I left and came back and got some more. The macs were cheesy and unique in flavor. Definitely something you can get addicted too if you don’t watch it. If this wasn’t clear enough….go get the mac sis!

Fantastic experience! It was a long wait, but we are so happy that it is finally opened! I had the buffalo chicken mac, and it had just the right amount of spice and cheese. My wife, who is both lactose and soy free, was generously accommodated. We met both the owner (thanks Ash!) and the general manager (thanks Marissa!) came out to check on us and confirm a few details of the food modifications. They went above and beyond, and we will definitely be back.

Food was great and the options of different kinds of mac 'n' cheese were very unique. I highly recommend the Eloté mac. It's got Mexican street corn mixed in with it. Mac Shack should really consider opening up more locations and possibly become a franchise!

Today I visited Mac Shack. I have to say the BBQ Mac with crispy chicken was good, well the taste I had of my boyfriends. I ordered on the company website and was allowed to purchase the steak Mac and cheese, but they do not have it currently. It takes me a long time to decide so I just ate the chili cheese fries. I wish I could've been notified before I came to the physical store that way I could've thought about it. The fries were great and crispy, but I personally did not care for the chili.

This place is TOP 5 and it’s not number 5. I absolutely love the combination of Mac that they have. I got the Buffalo Mac and it is soo good. The chicken is crispy with just the right amount of Buffalo the Mac is cheesy and the dish is seasoned so well! I would totally recommend this place for anyone who wants a quick but really good bite to eat. My dish ran me about $13

This is a kid's centric restaurant review today from my son. He absolutely adores this place. They bake their mac and cheese using cavatappi pasta. And offer roasted broccoli and a juice with the OG Mac meal.

It was pretty good! Interesting options and I’m happy to see there were gluten free noodles. I will say it was quite expensive. $20 for my meal with added chicken - not a big portion, and a bottled drink because their fountain was out of order. I found it odd that it was deserted except for my group and some delivery drivers picking up orders, in the middle of a Saturday. I would definitely eat here again though. The staff were polite and the place overall looked very clean.

I absolutely love Mac Fries so I get them once a week as a treat. My biggest issue is the quality control. Sometimes there's no seasonings, noodles overcooked, unsalted fries. Other times they're amazing. The best ones I've ever had was when the owner(?) has been in. I'd love to get that same quality everytime I go in!

Three things I can say about Mac Shack delicious, welcoming, and quick!I came in here with my party of 3 people as they where about to close. We were still treated with kindness and a quick food service, the Tuscan Mac is my favorite.

Hard time deciding which dish to get, but settled on the BBQ Mac and it was excellent! Definitely going back to try the vegan Korean BBQ that looked delicious!!

Coolest part is the open kitchen. You can see all the employees and everything they're doing. They're all really cool too. The price is right for being one of the few kitchens open late in mke. Only 4 stars b/c the food wasn't amazing, just good.

The good: awesome, delicious, complex dishes, well worth the price. The bad: menu is very complex and confusing, and the service was bizarrely extremely slow. Expect to wait as long as a sit down restaurant experience. I counted about 8 people actively working on food in the kitchen, yet our order from 3 people took easily over 25 mins to come out. They also got the order wrong, but we didn't care much. This was a Friday at midnight, with about 3 other groups in the restaurant ordering or waiting to order. The food was delivered to our table, but then bizarrely we had to get up on our own and find silverware (non disposable) at some service station. It's as if they want to be a sit down restaurant without actually doing the things a sit down restaurant does but with the same service time. Basically, go for the food, but expect to be frustrated with the service and experience.

Delicious creamy vegan mac and cheese. Large servings and takeout is kept hot in tinfoil containers. The two vegan options are amazing, and it seems there is a new one that is not advertised on the website. I will be back to try it!

Honestly this place went beyond my expectations let’s start with the Mac, it was beyond amazing I did the byo and it was amazing also tried the meatball and eleta Mac there was delicious everything you want in Mac and more plus you can customize to your taste ! The best mac I’ve tried to date best in Wisconsin. The interior and fun atmosphere were beautiful, definitely will be a regular!

We went tonight for the first time and loved it! The food is delicious and they give nice portion sizes. The staff, and I mean all of them, from the people taking your order to the kitchen staff are super nice and hospitable. The kitchen staff even came out on multiple occasions to check in with us. Its nice to see and interact with the people who actually cook your food! The front staff gave us a free family brownie with ice cream on top and man was it delicious and the front lady was really great with the kid and interacted with him on multiple occasion. We will be back!

Very good food amazing noodles and the Buffalo Mac is very very amazing and the tuscan Mac is 10/10 and my kids love the OG Mac . If anyone like mac and Cheese or any noodles , I think this place will be great 👍🏻

I had the Elote mac, and it was delicious! My friend's Greek Freak made me want to order that too. Looking forward to going back to try it and more. The only negative is that they were out of several beverages at their fountain, but it wasn't worth taking a star off.

I eat a lot so their portions are really filling for me! My favorite is the elote mac. I also love their flight where you can try 3 of their signature macs. Place is always clean and staff ha friendly! Glad there’s a good Mac and cheese place around that tastes fresh and homemade.

Both the vegan buffalo and stroganoff mac and cheese were VERY tasty. Portion size was also quite generous. Also, while we were only inside for a short time, the ambience seemed pretty chill. Only downsides, we had to wait a little extra for pickup, and we did not receive the jalapeño cornbread! :(

Not just Mac and cheese. It's loaded pasta dishes with many varied tastes mixed with the Mac and the cheese. I got the Tuscan mac and was very satisfied. I can't wait to go back to try the sides, melts, and more macs.

The best customer service I've ever experienced! from the gentleman working the front counter to the hard working crew members in the back. My food was also still hot and fresh even after my 15 minute walk home. 10/5 if I could I'd rate this higher. Stg.

While Mac' Cheese places are trending in popularity, Mac Shack stands out far above the rest. Many places have only pre-determined combos - but Mac Shack has a wider list of selection plus a long list of ingredients to add to your selection or create your own entrée. The service is great and the food is incredible.

Mac Shack is a decent place if you are hit with a craving for mac and cheese. Although it falls short of any sort of gourmet or high-quality, full-service dining option, There are plenty of options here and each one more or less holds its own well enough. The atmosphere is somewhat cold and sterile, with bulky epoxy tables lit by bright white light.

As a lactose intolerant person, it's nearly impossible to find a good mac n cheese alternative, but this place nailed it!! I don't know what they use, but it is absolutely delicious. Loved the vegan stroganoff, will definitely be back to try their other dairy free options.

I had the meatball Mac and it reminded me of a deconstructed cheesy lasagna. The serving size is huge! Two people could easily split one meal, I only finished about half of it. I’ll have to go back and try the other items on the menu.

Ordered online and arrived when the food was supposed to be ready. Waited about 20 minutes. The restaurant was empty other than three other people waiting for take out orders. It wasn't terrible but I don't think it was worth the cost. Nothing exceptional!

Is this place shutting down or not? Google says it is, but contrary to popular belief, they ARE in fact OPEN. I confronted employees at the establishment and it was quite awkward. I simply asked if they're shutting down or not and was greeted with a "we can't talk about it" and was reaffirmed that they are open. Sounds like.....DRAAAMMMMAAAAA of the legal kind. Stay tuned. Maybe we'll get updates, probably not.

Friendly staff good management.. I can see why almost everyone who worked at the chain stores migrated almost enmass to work there. Good choices of food. Finally tried the cornbread.. it kind of reminded me of Irish soda bread but spongier. I'd say with the Mac Shack on Humboldt, and the taco stop on the other end... Other eateries on Brady should be very afraid indeed..
