Lazy Susan was incredible. I'm gluten free, my husband isn't, and we both enjoyed our meals very much! We were here for my birthday and we were greeted with a card at the table which was a really sweet touch. Can't wait to go back!

Well! Fried chicken where I came from -Saudi Arabia- is a big thing, and I can tell after living in the USA for five years now that Lazy Susan makes the best fried chicken. In their menu they have that under Korean Fried Chicken and it’s available on Thursday of the third week of each month. That said, I’ve been there three times and the menu is unique & delicious, lovely staff and great chef! Can’t wait to visit again!

Cute little restaurant with an interesting (in a positive way) menu with some vegetarian and vegan options as well. Their waiters were very friendly and food was presented so well. Will definitely visit again.

Had a birthday dinner here and loved it. Gratuity is automatically included in the bill. Food felt higher end than I was expecting and the portion sizes were also larger than expected. Two wins right there. Our server was quick and polite, we will return.
David Sajdak
Tasty dishes and great service! Enjoyed deviled eggs, Roman artichokes, Arctic char, and trumpet mushrooms. Dessert was flourless chocolate cake with tart cherries. Quaint neighborhood restaurant! Love it!

Went with my girlfriend & we split the $60 prix fixed menu for 2. Every course was absolutely phenomenal!!! I need to be gluten free and they have so many options available. My girlfriend can eat gluten and she said she would’ve had no idea that the entire meal was gluten free because the food was that amazing. That’s impressive!

We came here recently to celebrate an anniversary and had a wonderful time. There were so many things on the menu that sounded delicious. We got several things and shared them between us and nothing disappointed.
For me personally the highlights were the appetizer special of Korean fried cauliflower, and the featured mac and cheese w/ broccoli and apples. Also don't skip out on dessert, we got two (pear pie fries and black forrest cake) but they all sounded delicious as well.
Can't wait to come back again soon!

Finally got to try this place. Great service sad to see they are closing but still tasty menu. Good beer selection.
Mary Ellen Hermann
We are very lucky to have such a great restaurant and beautiful food within walking distance of our place. Our meals there are always interesting, fresh and tasty. Chef Amanda Dixon is a wizard in the kitchen. We can’t wait to go back!

The food here is always delicious. They make changes to their menu almost daily so every few weeks it will be an entirely new menu.
My only complaint is their cocktails can sometimes leave something to be desired. The pictures below are from the MKE cocktail week 4 course meal with pairing. Each dish was absolutely delicious but the cocktails mostly felt flat and didn’t add anything to the dishes.
Overall I would still recommend this place without a seconds hesitation.
Meggin Papke
Cute, kitchy, inviting atmosphere, like your grandma's kitchen with yummy elevated homemade dishes.
The eggplant fries had just the right ratio of eggplant to light and crispy breading. The eggplant was perfectly cooked (slightly firm, not at all soggy) and the burrata added a lovely light creaminess that nicely complimented the fresh marinara sauce.
The Saturday Great Lakes Distillery cocktail, a ginger Cosmo made with Gin, was so yummy I forgot to take a picture until I was already almost 1/2 way through it.

Excellent food, great atmosphere and phenomenal service!!
We would come back to Milwaukee just to eat here. Such a wonderful experience.

Had a date night here with my husband and we loved the ambience, the food, and the hospitality. We got good guidance on menu selection from our server and were happy with the size of the shared dishes. We ordered one dish from every category (fried green tomatoes for the app, mussels of the day, crawfish casserole, trout for the main). Everything was delicious; we packed up what we couldn't finish and still ordered dessert. The price was great for that amount of food, especially coming from the cost of small plates where we live (in DC). The owner was also super hospitable and we got to chat with her about the cute decor. I definitely want to return on my next visit to Milwaukee.
Amanda Reitz
We dined here last night for their weekly Wednesday dinner for 2- enjoyed it too much to stop to take pictures. The host and server were extremely friendly and efficient, even with a set menu and 8 pm reservation we did not feel rushed between courses. The food was fantastic, never would I think to try popcorn grits if it were not on the set menu. Cocktails were tasty and enjoyed the coconut cake at home. No problem with the added 20% service charge, as the server was very intentional in pointing it out and explaining that it goes directly to all the staff. AJ popped out of the kitchen to chat with us before leaving and was also very welcoming. We can't wait to go back!
Christine Fish
Exceptional and exquisite without being highfalutin. Straightforward deliciousness that will leave you desiring another exploratory dive into the menu.

Attended Tables Across Borders event at this location. Wonderful staff and environment. Loved the restaurant and how they support refugees and immigrants.

After a slight mixup, we got reservations for our anniversary. Dinner for 2 special. And a little complementary bubbly. Delicious food, every course. Yummy appetizer roll ups. Pickled veggie salad. The most tender duck breast I've ever had, but was i supposed to eat the fat/ skin?
Surprising Meyer lemon torte. Gluten free. Would love to come back and try more from the regular menu's but this did make a special evening.
Peter Snow
Went with my wife after being gifted vouchers after our wedding by colleagues. Sat outside on a beautiful summer’s evening and had a great meal and drinks. Food was very good and staff were amazing.

Do not miss this over the top Restaurant! It is the best for unique flavors, unbelievably delicious plates.
It’s one the very best in Milwaukee
HumerusDoc
Food was great and so was the service. Definitely plan on returning to this place. Especially since I have dietary restrictions.
Jenni Hofschulte
Always delicious food and amazing service! Tip: get the Daily Grind, it is one of the best cocktails in the city!
Bonnie Holly
Hands down my favorite small plate restaurant, EVER. The food is always fresh, well prepared, delicious, and generously portioned. The atmosphere is warm and inviting! The staff are polite, attentive, and really go out of their way to make sure that your experience is overall a great one! Keep it up Lazy Susan! Mke loves you!!
Tara Sisco
We tried Lazy Susan for the first time and were so impressed. I loved the cozy atmosphere, and our server, Alec, was delightful. We had the deviled eggs (Mexican street corn) and mussels (in tarragon cream sauce), as well as the Indian beet curry. All three were completely delicious. The only downsides were that the food took a while to arrive, and the frites we got with the mussels were nothing special. But the rest of the experience more than made up for those things. My only disappointment is the menu will be different when we go back, but I'm looking forward to returning and trying more things!
L Morgan
Love this cozy, quirky cafe! We’re there almost weekly. Their Wednesday prix fixe dinners are a great value and intro to new foods and cuisines. On the regular menu, the Char Is extraordinary, sweet mild fish with a silky sauce.
Michael Barker
So many Gluten Free and Dairy Free options I was amazed!!! Food was spectacular and the staff was awesome!!! Friendly and helpful!!! They don’t have larger then a four top table so we made a reservation for the four ladies to sit together and I sat at the Bar it worked out great.
Ben C
Great restaurant, great owner. Don't believe any of the fake reviews attacking this business for the owners political views that support small business.
E SW
Uniquely put together breakfast. How awesome it is to taste new breakfast foods creatively offered! Not the usual ham and eggs. Try their assortment of bloody marys! I loved the biscuits and gravy!
Allison Richards
Great food, and amazing service. We visited with someone who had a lot of food allergies, and they were great with accommodations. They provided a separate menu, and definitely took extra precautions. Definitely above and beyond what most restaurants would do.
Thomas Zeise
As always, extremely delicious. Very tasty lamb merguez. Mango quinoa salad was perfect for the warm weather. Mussels were very tasty and extremely meaty.
Giorgo Sertsios
Wife's food was good. I liked the ingredients on my burger, but the bun and the patty were a bit burned unfortunately.
Morgan Pankratz
Amazing fine dining experience! I would recommend Lazy Susan to anyone and everyone!
Tom magno
Elevated Tasty menu with plenty of gluten free options.
Sharon Cole
Food was good. Wait staff good. I downgrade the resturant for automatically adding a 20% tip to all bills to give their staff a " living wage". A tip is dependant on how the meal went. If it is automatically added, it is now not voluntary and no longer a tip. If the resturant is so worried about a living wage raise the price of rhe food so you can pay the staff.appropriately. By the way the wait staff was good enough I would have given a 20% tip. Just feel the amount of tip is for me to determine.
Nancy Katz
What a find! We happened to dine on the 8th anniversary of Lazy Susan's opening. We are so glad that they survived and now hope that they continue to thrive! The food is delicious and the service is great and the Ambiance welcoming.
E Treatwitch
wondering if the splendid brunch will be back . dad loves the blueberry ricotta pancakes so much !
janette ellam
Lovely little place with a quiet, inviting atmosphere. Drinks are delicious and well balanced, not too strong. Food is sublime, satisfying portion sizes and unique options. One of the best meals I've ever had in a restaruant. Highly recommended and well worth the little extra cost
Charles Otis
We were expecting something a bit different but we're happily surprised with the fare and drinks. I think it's a bit on the expensive side, but definitely can expect great service and good food in return. The duck was great, and the scallops were too. Highly recommend the sprouts for an app
MaKenna Powers
Great service and food. The bartender, Cat, was the highlight of our experience.
Boba T Fett
Great service, great food, quiet and comfy atmosphere. Great brunch for a day after partying in Jabba's palace.
Phil Bilodeau
AJ (chef/ owner) catered a surprise birthday party (35ish people) for my girlfriend last night, and it was above and beyond awesome. The menu she created was spectacular, and all everyone talked about all night was how good the food was. Plus, she's an awesome person, pays her staff well, and gives a ton back to the community. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Sharon Cole
Food and wait staff good. Resturant gets downgraded due to adding 20% surcharge for employees wages. If the owner really cared about the employees wages they would increase the prices and give employees a raise. The tip is voluntary a surcharge is not.
Lauren Demerath
The appetizers, service, cocktails, and atmosphere were really good. Unfortunately, my friend and I were pretty unimpressed with our main course (i had a cauliflower dish and my friend had a soup and salad). I will definitely give this place another shot but will likely not pick a vegetarian option.
Tracy Champagne
I have tried a few meals at Lazy Susan, but last night was the first for the Fish Fry. Because I eat gluten free, I was was looking forward to the breaded fish (which was fantastic) but those potato pancakes were the heartiest potato pancakes I think I have ever had! I also ordered the clam chowder.. which was just as hearty, was not pasty or salty, it was just really, really good and with a lot of clams and no sand. And the biscuit (amazing), if you are eating gluten free you know how hard it is to find good biscuits or make them for that matter! The cucumber salad was very refreshing and went really with the meal. And then the desert of the apple pie bar... (yumm) well, all I can say if you are gluten free, this meal is quite the treat, or if you really like fresh food it's quality is hard to beat. I just wish I would have tried it sooner. Oh! and beware when you pick up your food at the contact-less window, they have a listing of these great wine pairing and beers, along with other deserts that you will find hard to resist, so plan on getting a few extras as well. Sorry, forgot to take a picture I was so eager to eat but you get the idea. :)
Jennifer Klawes
Delicious! Lots of gluten free options and delightful staff!
Joseph Bassett
This restaurant defies the odds with the attention to detail. Every time I go I enjoy it.
Chella Bhagyam
Ordered one of the the vegan dinners for two today and wow! What an amazing blend of flavors. You can tell everything is super fresh. Great portions as well, I actually dont know if I have space for the desert tonight. Actually randomly found this place when out for drinks nearly a year ago. Didnt order food at that time but was very impressed with the cocktails! Look forward to visiting again when the dining area is open, but for now, I will enjoy these wonderful takeout options!
Jake Olson
Great food and friendly staff. Had been wanting to eat here for a few years, happy I finally was able to make it there this trip.
Tanya Kloeffler
This is a great cozy place, I love the decor. I love all the different salt & pepper shakers on the table, the Bacon & Eggs shaped ones are my favorite. On Thursday they have Korean Fried Chicken which is DELICIOUS. It is crunchy, crispy and juicy, everything you want in fried chicken. It is served with house made spam mac & cheese. I must admit when I heard spam I wasn't sure, I had never had spam. But then I tried it & it has become my new favorite comfort food, it was so delicious & creamy, I would eat that for a meal alone. They also have a great reasonably priced brunch menu as well, I recommend the biscuits & gravy, i have never had such delicious biscuits, the sausage seemed like it was made into the biscuit. It was amazing. Plus they have such a great variety of cocktails.
Karl K
I was not fond of the pasta dish I ate. I liked the non-alcoholic drinks.
Aaron Goldberg
This place is perfect, the dining room has a great vibe, the staff is friendly, attentive & knowledgeable. The food completely amazing. I can tell that the ingredients & recipes are well thought out to include any type of guest. Wonderful weekday specials and fantastic weekend brunch! If you haven't been then you need to check it out & if it's been awhile go back as often as you can. A wonderful gem of our city.

Lazy Susan is a casual fine dining establishment located on the corners of Smith Street and Howell Avenue in Milwaukee’s hip Bay View neighborhood.
Food: My wife and I started with the Moroccan Carrot, which was my favorite dish of the night, and Shishito BBQ peppers. The carrots were a very interesting taste, but very fresh and well prepared. However, the rest of the meal took a bit of a dip in quality. The peppers were quite overcooked to mush, and had little to no heat. My wife ordered the Indian Summer Salad, which was a very large potion, quite fresh and a nice pairing with the blue cheese on top. I ordered the Lazy Hot Chicken sandwich, which was good aside from a very odd tasting bun. Both my wife and I commented on how good the meat was, but the bun tasted almost synthetic-y. We also had a cup of Tomato Soup which was good.
Atmosphere: Very small, and home-like. Would recommend for small groups at most.
Service: This was a split: our waitress was seemingly very cold, and didn’t tell us about specials until we asked. Wasn’t very busy, and service took quite some time. However, a different waiter came around a few times and he was very kind.
Overall: 6/10. I wouldn’t say any aspect blew us away, or any dish would make us go back. That said it wasn’t bad by any means, just didn’t live up to some of the hype we heard.
Christine Prelesnik
Excellent! Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. I had the Foraged Gnoci it was delicious! Will definitely go back!
Deep Singh
This place is an absolute go-to for us weekly, especially during this Covid madness. Their menu changes literally every day, so we never have the same meal twice. We enjoy not having to peruse an entire menu. They have a single option every day for you pick that includes like a 4 course meal.
They also have a day dedicated to vegans. We've done this a few times since my wife is a vegetarian (I'm most definitely NOT), and we both loved it! You get a 4 course meal, and you don't have to think about the order when you place it.
Also, I'm pretty sure a good chunk of their offerings are gluten free

I'm surprised I have not already written a review for lazy Susan. We've gone several times and we often go on the gluten-free night. Which is an amazing deal if you have the opportunity to go. This last time was gf and included coffee crusted venison chops which were absolutely amazing. The service is always friendly and the food has always been top-notch at quite reasonable prices for the quality. If you're looking for a new place to try with cute atmosphere and great food this is definitely the place for you.
Rena Fedorova
Loved this place! The environment is very cozy and comfortable. The menu is pretty unique. We ordered brunch and it was very delicious (coconut French toast and Sunday scramble). The waiter was really friendly and the food did not take long. Also, really good for gluten-free and vegan options. This place is the perfect spot for some Sunday brunch! 10/10 recommend!
Sunit kaur
Great variety and small plates!
Anne Repinski
Have been here numerous times and have enjoyed every visit. Food was always delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful. My most recent visit was on a wednesday for the gluten free dinner and was very pleased with the four course meal! So very nice to have an entire meal cooked for me that is totally gluten free and so very tasty!!!! Even my 20 yr old son was very impressed with the entire meal. Highly recommend this place any day of the week!
Stephanie Anderson
A great location for celiac friendly food. Almost all of the menu has gluten-free options. The service was really well timed. Every dish that we ate was fantastic!
Joel Carl
Lazy Susan is great. Everything tastes like it came from your mom's kitchen. Nothing feels mass produced and everything I've had is memorable. Brunch on Sundays is a favorite of my wife and me. Keep an eye out for Korean Fried Chicken night! You've never had fried chicken like this!
David Stillson
I came to Lazy Susan MKE to get a good dinner before an event I was attending close by. I wasn't expecting to be completely blown away by the food and service! Their menu changes, however, when I went I had the Red Wine Short Ribs. The meat was so tender I could slice it with my butter knife, and the flavor was amazing. It came served with mashed potatoes, and a potato/balsamic salad with an assortment of very flavorful greens.
They offer a good selection of wines and craft beers by the bottle and they make a variety of cocktails that are sure to hit the spot.
For the quality of the food and experience, the prices are really great. I've spent twice as much at restaurants that were only half as good as the meal I ate last night from LS MKE.
Carl Schmidt (Home)
Had a wonderful dinner here last Friday night. We really enjoyed the Toast with pesto, greens, and green apple. It was light with such great flavors, I highly recommend. The stand out main course for us was the Duck wrapped in phyllo dough. Overall a great meal, and we will definitely be back.
Matt Lynch
The food tastes good, but the experience of ordering and receiving it is pretty different from most restaurants. Apparently you're supposed to share things, and they claim they come out of the kitchen as soon as they're ready, but how a salad takes longer than poutine, I don't know. The food is decent but not worth the price they're asking.
Fernando Reyero Noya
I have been at Lazy Susan three times and every time has been a fantastic experience. The menu certainly rotates, which slightly breaks my heart when I think I might not try that dish again. At the same time, every time the new discoveries have not disappointed me.
Twice I have tried their meat, and twice I have thought that only in Portugal I have had meat so well prepared. One can literally cut it with a butter knife.
We got to meet the chef once and she was delightful, which only adds more charm to the concept of having the table for the night. The place is not meant to be enjoyed for an hour. I have been there no less than three hours every time.
The price is fair for the cuisine presented.
Scott Bright
Simply awesome food. There are many vegan and vegetarian options as well. They have a very good beer selection as well. The staff was really friendly and attentive. When the food comes you put it on the lazy Susan in the middle of your table and share. Or don't share, it's up to you but either way home try it.
John Wilson
Valentine dinner was gosh darn magical! The flavors and the wine was excellent! And our waiter was just the right amount of informed, funny, and well timed. 50/10 would recommend highly!
Meryl Fitzpatrick
We were walking our dogs and spontaneously decided to stop. We sat outside as the weather was beautiful. The service was prompt and friendly and the food was so delicious! I had the quiche with fresh fruit and a side of bacon. My friend had the poutine with bacon gravy. Both of our meals were so tasty and just the right portion size. The buttery crust on my quiche was so delicious. The fruit was so sweet, it was like a party in my mouth and the BACON. Oh, the BACON! I'm guessing that it was Neuske's thick cut. It was heaven! I highly recommend this place! Their dinner menu is also very tempting. I want to try the spaetzle and cheese, when we go back very soon. FIVE STARS!
Debbie Harkness
Best fish fry I have had, breading was never soggy and the potato pancakes were so good. Everything was fresh and delicious. The deconstructed Apple pie was also delicious and the server was very attentive.
Kelly Jo Brandt
We've been numerous times and always left warm from the drinks and happy from the food. We just went for their Thursday chicken night and Wow!! Lots of good, amazing tender chicken, fantastic array of sides (Mac n cheese spam, green beans, and sticky rice). The best. Go get some!!!!
Lisa Schweitzer
Delicious inventive menu. So sad to see it disappear.
Laurie Whitmore
Take out only right now is fast and easy. Plus BONUS...we had the Bobs Burgers ....Oh My GOODNESS, they were spectacular...burgers....yes...I am still thinking about how delish it was. Menu changes every week. Check it out!
Suhani Virparia
Great cocktails to go with the great food! The service was awesome and so friendly. Highly recommend!
Ch Smith
What a hidden gem in Bayview! It was girls night out and the first visit for some of us. To begin, we were immediately greeted at the door by our waiter, Joshua. Between the bartender and Joshua, the service was simply amazing! We ordered the Thursday special, the Korean chicken, as well as the Wagyu steak, Lobster mushroom Mac & cheese and the smoked cantaloupe toast - absolutely delicious! The prices are very reasonable especially given the generous portions! With so many choices in Milwaukee, there’s a reason why Lazy Susan has been open since 2014, because the owner, AJ Dixon is there working very hard as if she opened just yesterday! Please support your local owned restaurants in Milwaukee!! We will be back soon!
Joseph Coelho
Cozy place. Good food. Friendly staff. The Korean Chicken was delicious. For dessert we had "fries and pie" and chocolate brownies. Creative dishes. Items are shared making it a suitable place for small groups. Could get packed and so better to make reservations before hand.
Jessica Pluemer
Cool atmosphere even for Bayview. Each table has its own lazy Susan so you can easily share the small plates. I did find it a little pricey based only on the cozy atmosphere. Delicious! But not many vegetarian options.
Tara Seleen
KFC! Korean Fried Chicken is the new family favorite. So much delicious food. Such high quality, you can tell it was made with love.
Barak Bar
Great local spot with an interesting changing menu.
K. Revitte
You will not be disappointed at Lazy Susan. Everything is delicious! I love the rotating menu and focus on seasonal local ingredients. I have been coming here for 5 years and it is consistently great food in a friendly neighborhood spot.
Elias Allen-Folts
Went here for a fund raiser for my gf niece's trip to Costa Rica with school. The restaurant was clean and cute and quaint. The staff was friendly and intelligible. My gf and I plan to head back to try their regular dinner service soon!
Megan Dorsey
Okay. Oh my gosh. Brunch was amazing!
Maria Garcia
If you are looking for veggies full of flavor, lazy susan is the place....duck sausage spaghetti is full of flavor and you don't even get guilty because is made of spaghetti squash. The chef's talent is described with her dishes and she really believes that we need our portions of veggies and the ways is to show people that cooking them is fun if you put the right ingredients together...right way to go chef!!!! 😋😋😋😋
P.J. Early
Had a wonderful evening at Lazy Susan last night. Our server, Joshua, explained the ordering process: you can share if you want, or order just for yourself, and there is a turntable (Lazy Susan) in the middle of the table for easy sharing. He was wonderfully helpful and informative and the whole meal was beautifully paced and unhurried.
We started with a couple glasses of the House Red, the Deviled Eggs and a fabulous Wild Mushroom Bake, then ordered the Trumpet Mushroom Au Poivre, and a Korean Fried Chicken special that was simply awesome. We had to try the Beef Shortrib Stroganoff too, and we were glad we did, though we could barely finish it.
Thanks so much to the amazing A.J. Dixon and her crew. Four very happy people left Lazy Susan, and four people have made a vow to return, maybe for Sunday Brunch!
Krys Kohler
This is a really really great restaurant that tends to fly under the radar. It's charming, cozy, and the food is great. The menu changes from time to time. Gluten free and vegan options are clearly marked.
Amaliya Lenz
Delightful and delicious!
Reservations recommended.
Jeremy Peterson
This is a cozy, nice little restaurant nested in Bay View. I just had breakfast and was pleasantly surprised with the healthy options, friendly staff and reasonable pricing. Also, the food tasted fantastic so I will definitely be coming back.
Rachael Kuhr
Incredible food and cocktails, wonderful atmosphere, topped off with a great and attentive staff. The prices are also reasonable for the quantity and quality of food you receive. I would definitely recommend Lazy Susan to anyone looking for an amazing dining experience.
Hannah Wilson
hands down, one of the best restaurants in milwaukee. they make familiar foods in unique ways and have a great wine list. the atmosphere is warm and inviting and the food is always delicious.
Andrew Molnar
Brunch was very tasty. They were very accommodating of our large group. The only downside for us was that the walker-bound elderly individual in our group had some trouble navigating the stairs, as there were no ramps.
Jatziry Guzman Berzunza
We love this place, everything is made to order so don't be in a rush when you get here.
I love fresh coffee with Bailey's but they do not have Bailey's 😂 however please enjoy one or two of their cocktails.
HAVE DESSERT FIRST! OR LAST OR BOTH!
Lauryn Burkhalter
Personalized service, fun and innovative gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options - and then a Bob's burger special of the day! Love it. Great decorations.
steve s
We've known the owner since she worked at Centro Cafe and when she opened her own restaurant we have been there several times. Very creative cuisine and great atmosphere. Whey to go AJ. Keep up the great work.
Mircea Prejbeanu
First visit to Lazy Susan went for Sunday brunch! Wow, all the dishes we ordered had so much flavor! Nice service and great atmosphere, we'll be back for sure.
Jeremy Moss
Way overpriced, portions were too small to be considered "shareable", and the food was just ok nothing special. If you want an overpriced snack. Thats the place to go, also their take on an old fashion totally takes away from what the drink really is
Juan Romero-Diaz
Extremely delicious and moderately filling, but don't expect to pig out and gorge yourself. Moderately priced, but quality food. The food and combinations seem a bit awkward on the menu but just try it; more often than not it is delicious.
Ryan Rediske
My wife and I grabbed our City Tins the other day, shuffled them up...and came up with Lazy Susan...and what a fortunate pick that was!
We wanted to try everything on the entree menu, plus a couple of the specials, but settled on sharing the JapChae and the Peppered Beef...noodles in the JapChae were delish, beef in the Peppered Beef was supper tender, and our waiter was awesome as well...a fine example of great service.
A side note to other people/businesses in the service industry (not an issue here at all) treat your customers that use promotional deals the same as you treat your regulars, and they'll be more likely to become regulars. -Running promotions 101-

Went to the Lazy Susan with Karen and Kathy. {sisters)
It was Kathy's choosing and a delightful one it was.
Clean, friendly, Food was excellent. Different enough, even for
the common folk. But it was the interesting menu which will
bring you back, again and again.
Dan LeTendre
Food that stands apart from the crowd. A rare place that showcases plant-based foods well, but also offers great meat dishes. Great cocktails, and wine, but fairly limited beer selections.
Nathan Owley
I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere was cute. Ive had faster service but I wasnt in a hurry so no big deal. Lots of gluten free options if youre into that.
John Wardale
Great service; fabulous food; amazing Manhattan. Top highlights: duck meatball app & Mexican (moderately spicy) Cinnamon Chocolate dessert!
Brittany Mertens
The food is always amazing and the staff is friendly. This is my go to place!
Ben Holter
Brunch was just an ok breakfast. Good food, but nothing special. Shredded potatoes with a little cheese and 2 itty pieces of fruit to pair with the meal. Good atmosphere though.
T Lee
Love their gluten free food 😊 …
Jack Zacher
Small place with unique changing menu. Dinner consists of meals to be shared by the table, whereas brunch is single plate meals. Kind staff and good food.
Dana H.
Fabulous vegan options for dinner and an amazing vegan dessert!
Linda Jaros
Best breakfast I have Ever had!
David Jensen
Really good for overall but their brunch menu is fantastic (and more affordable than their dinner menu).
Also try their Korean fried chicken when they have it available, it's phenomenal.
Mary Kossik
Excellent food! Fried green tomatoes were fabulous. Service was excellent. We'll be back. Cute place.
Adam Buckingham
Had a good breakfast here. Fast service, the food was pretty good, and the atmosphere was tastefully kitschy. Overall, a good place to eat.
Mark Grady
The poutine was awesome and I still can't believe the lemon blueberry pancakes are gluten free. Some of the best I've ever had
A P
Small place so book ahead. Excellent staff who really made us feel at home. Excellent experience, had one mistake but great service made them shine despite it. Can't wait to visit again.
Laura Muehe
The Friday fish fry was absolutely delicious! T We had take out and l will have to become a regular!!!!!
D D
It's very nice and cozy! The food is good but I feel is too pricey. The pancakes are too small. The atmosphere is very intimate!😌 …

Amazing gluten free options and amazing food definitely a place for everyone my fiancee has celiac disease and this by far is one of the best restaurants we've been to with alot of gluten free options
mary weinstock
Amazing staff and menu. Love all the gluten free options. Staff very cognizant of food allergies or intolerances.
Victoria Hernandez
Was visiting for November project summit. Went to dinner with some friends and ordered half the menu. Everything was delicious! The pricing was reasonable as well.
Carl Korea
Had a wonderful brunch today. The lumberjack had a bit of everything. A great breakfast sampler I would highly recommend!!
Kathy Benditt
Great food, great service! Josh was the best! Thank you for such a great experience. Best kimchi I have had outside of Seoul!
Matt Minga
Came for a gluten free valentine dinner. Great price point and fantastic food. Will certainly be coming back.
Joanne Lambert
It was okay, the food was pricey for what you got. The gin and tonic was excellent.
My first time here and I don't think I would go back
Kevin Bereswill
A rotating, locally sourced delicious menu. Cozy atmosphere. Definitely going back! The food was amazing!
Herb Quigley
Dinner for two is the best mid--week date night in the city. Kitchen wizardry and a delightful wine selection.
bree
Cute little spot. We tried the Korean chicken. We weren’t really impressed. They give you a ton of food though. We will give it one more try.
Brad Cramer
Unique and delicious. Probably my favorite place to eat in Bay View. I highly recommend Sunday brunch.
Catherine Robertson
It's ok. Fun atmosphere. Went for Sunday brunch and food was good, but nothing incredible. Service was also very slow.
Paul Shinkle

I've only ever been here for brunch unfortunately (something I will have to rectify before it's too late), but I can say without any hesitation that it was the best brunch my partner and I have ever had -- in Milwaukee, or anywhere else. I'm still dreaming of their biscuits and gravy, and my partner who normally doesn't like breakfast sausage was trying to steal mine off my plate, they were so good. Chance, the bartender, was amazing too! Delicious cocktails that kept us giggling all morning :) It's a shame this place will be closing its doors soon, but do yourself a favor and get as much out of it as you can before it's gone!!
Tina Bromberger
