Reviews of Harbor House
Megan Farley
Beautiful views and great food. This was our first time here and it didn’t disappoint!
We had a few cocktails each which were superb, especially the old fashioned. We shared the seafood bisque, which lacked salt in my opinion but my boyfriend loved it! I had that steam pot and he had the Connecticut lobster roll. Both were amazing!
We’ll definitely come back when visiting Milwaukee again.

We had a great experience at Harbor House. We initially had sat outside but the weather looked suspect so we decided to move inside. They were very accommodating. Food was excellent. Tried the lobster and fillet and it was really wonderful. Steak was cooked perfect, as was the lobster. Would highly recommend for a nice/special meal experience. Tyler our waiter was funny but still very professional and made the experience even better.

Great place to have a special dinner! Great views of the Milwaukee Art Museum, the Veterans Park area and the lake. The distribution of the tables allows for views of the lake at any of them.
The service was impeccable: they even showed us their favorite finished dishes before we ordered.
We ordered lobster tails, Alaskan halibut along with a special scallops appetizer offered by the server. Everything was delicious, one of the best places in Milwaukee to eat seafood!

The food was excellent! The service was excellent! The views were beautiful! Very pretty restaurant and nice views of Milwaukee lake front. It is very expensive but definitely worth special occasions. We went to dinner at 8PM and watched the sun set.

First time there. Wait time was zero and we were seated right by the ocean view. Food was EXCEPTIONAL. Appetizers (Crab Cakes and New England Clam Chowder). So good...We ordered the fish basket(Cod, Shrimp, Scallops and Fries). Will definitely be back.

Harbor House never disappoints. If it is a special occasion or their Sunday brunch or just a nice lunch I have never had a bad meal. Today we went for a Saturday lunch which is not their brunch menu but they do have Bloody Marys and mimosas to keep you happy. Their lunch portions are slightly smaller variations on their dinner menu. It was fantastic.

We rarely go high-end when dining but wife's birthday was calling. Not cheap but the location and food made it worth it.
I got a brie mushroom app as part of my meal along with veggie pasta. The app wasn't quite warm enough but had killer flavor. The pasta was delicious and was more than enough by itself. Each was among the more reasonably priced items. Maybe $20-22 each.
Wife got lobster and 8 oz filet. She LOVED it! Think it was $77. Definitely worth a visit for a special occasion.

There were issues with our reservation this weekend but they were able to find a seat for us and we were greatly appreciative of that. Overall the drinks I had was great. Although I do believe the food was a bit overpriced, each of us did the four course meal and spent a little over $500. The scallops were cooked perfectly but I believe there was a need to work on the desserts, they were overly sweet and or pungent with ginger (the cheesecake). Yet it was definitely a delightful experience.

On our first night in Milwaukee, we end our night with a delicious seafood meal, with views of the lake, and we were able to catch the wings at the art museum close.
Swordfish plate was delicious! It was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The herb crusted halibut was just as amazing and well prepared. To perfect end to our meal was the pear galette, with a scope of vanilla ice cream.

Visiting from Michigan and dined here for our Anniversary last month. We were seated by a window with a nice view of the lake. The service was excellent and the food and drinks were SUPERB!
We had reservations

So I made a reservation. I which I recommend. It was for husband birthday. So I included that in when I book it. We arrive early ,dress was smart casual. We valet Park. It was $6 for those who were eating at the restaurant. They had us sit the bar until it was are time. It was nice view looking out on the lake. They were prompt with sitting us . There was a cute birthday card on the table. They whish my husband happy birthday right away. The food was yummy the staff were great. I was kicking myself for not getting a picture of Sam Adam beer batter. I got the small one it came with scallops, cod, shrimp, and french fries ,and it was delicious the shrimp was gigantic. My husband got the clam chowder soup and then his main course was the Alaskan halibut and I got the African Maine lobster and it was all scrumptious melted in my mouth it was truly divine experience. And I would definitely go here again. For the bonus they gave my husband a birthday treat. I took a bite I was like wait I have to take a picture. We truly enjoy the experience. You can bring your kids however we left are crew at at home. Great place for a date night. We spent $165 for the two us we didn't have alcohol. It was worth it. The day before I was sent a reminder and confirmation to make sure that we were still coming for a reservation they also send you the menu which you can look over beforehand they tell you how you can park. It was truly appreciated because this was our first time. We're going to have to go back and try their Sunday brunch.

Great seafood and great views of Lake Michigan and downtown Milwaukee. A perfect place to celebrate a special occasion.
We had oysters on the half shell, they had a wide selection so we had a tasting of a couple different kinds, and then mussels and scallops. Everything was well-prepared and delicious.
We had a minor hiccup in service and our servers, Maddie and Caleb, quickly corrected it. That's the sign of a quality restaurant.
Tedd Lookatch
Can't go wrong for special occasions. Picturesque locstion and perfectly prepared menu items. Very few places open on Mondays they figured that out and was quite busy. Lobster, oysters and fish solid preps. Can't miss with the New England Clam pot which is a twist on a bulibase. A little pricy but view, food and great service made it worth it.
Dan Profio
High end Milwaukee dining with a good atmosphere and better service. Great place to celebrate anything. You can't beat the view of the art museum on lake Michigan while enjoying a delicious meal.
Zach Simas
Everyone was very pleasant, and service overall was good. The 3 stars are purely for the quality of the food. With 1 glass of wine our meal for 2 was almost $200, which is fine, but a certain quality is expected at that price. Tuna app was fine, but store bought Wakame and raw ahi with fried wonton can be found at quite literally every other restaurant, at 2/3 the price. Caesar said croutons were actually so hard my wife couldn't eat them, burrito was actually delicious, maybe the star of the night. Salmon was overcooked, not to the point of having to send it back just too much for fine dining. Lobster roll was also just fine, with sysco fries and just not a ton of flavor. Overall again it was not a bad meal, just no where near the quality that their price demands.
Sophia Taylor
This was a great experience on the water at night watching the sun set. The food was perfect and the atmosphere was even better. I highly recommend you experience it.

Harbor House is on the jut of land that formerly held Pieces of Eight north of the Summerfest grounds and by Discovery World. It has been beautifully refurbished and the views are phenomenal. The restaurant is dual owned by the popular Bartolotta eateries and the City of Milwaukee Harbor Commission. For many this area is a Milwaukee landmark. It is pricey, a party of two can expect a check of @$150. We love it for a treat every now and then. Reservations are recommended and they do a have great bar area that serves apps.

Got the Halibut and husband got the Filet. Steak super tender and amazing along with the fish. Just request the grilled shrimp to be seasoned. Love how they had my favorite champagne by the glass but ended up getting the bottle anyway. Which was a great price!! We sat inside by the window and it was a great view of the lake!! Beautiful. Great food service and setting
Michaela Oehler
We had an amazing time celebrating our marriage at Harbor House. The food was absolutely delicious, the scenery was awesome and we felt celebrated by everyone. The host even congratulated us again as we were leaving the restaurant. Thank you so much for an awesome time :)

We were unable to get into Brunch on a Saturday morning and Milwaukee Museum of Art was the next stop so we decided to try Harbor House. The people/service were exceptional and unpretentious. The infused gin was an amazing morning starter! lol I had the burger. While not anything special it was good AND this is a seafood joint. Isaiah had the lobster tail, spectacular and Kevin had the lobster pastry, also amazing. Prices are fair. There is free parking if you get lucky and the museum is an easy walk from the restaurant. We took a high top table in the bar and had a great view of the museum and the lake. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love the Harbor house! Amazing food, great options, fantastic wine list. If you want an amazing view while enjoying a delicious meal, this is the place to go. Waitstaff were friendly and attentive. Appetizers were delicious! Main entrees equally wonderful. Dessert was pretty darned great as well. I can not wait to return in a few weeks for a birthday celebration!!!

Lovely New Year's dinner, with a magnificent view of the lakefront and city at night. The food did not disappoint- each course was delicious and we were full at the end of the meal. Service by Billy and Tyler was impeccable. They even moved us to another table with more leg room when they noticed my husband I were unable to pull our chairs out far enough to sit comfortably. I highly recommend Harbor House for any special occasion, and their Sunday brunches are terrific too.
Kayla Ward
It was so good, our waitress Diana was very nice as well! Definitely will come back!

We have been to several of the Bartolotta's restaurants over the years and by far our favorites are Harbor House and Lake Park Bistro. We had been planning on trying one of the newest restaurant's downtown, but they were not open on Saturday for lunch/brunch. Lucky us! Harbor House came through as usual with their food and ambience. Our entrees were excellent. I love the attention to detail that Harbor House seems to excel in. Our waiter, Joel made our dining experience even more enjoyable. He was well informed with the menu, friendly and so professional. Joel's demeanor was everything a customer could ask for when dining. Praises to the chef and his staff, the hostess and of course, Joel. It appears excellence is the norm for the Harbor House. Thank you all for a job well done.
HV Doan
An iconic restaurant location for Milwaukee. It’s a Bartolotta eatery so you can expect great service, nice atmosphere and good food. A little on the pricey side but it is fresh sea food (as fresh as you can expect in the Midwest).
Milan Melman
Was there for brunch with a party of about 24. Only one waiter was serving the table. Drink orders were messed up, some didn't get a drink at all. The waitress kept on filling my club soda glass with pain water (from the pitcher). My scallops were way too salty, my wife's crab legs were way too salty, prime rib was way too salty. Dessert arrived, but the waitress didn't even take our coffee order. Overall I was expecting a higher quality of food and service. Didn't get either. The waitress was overwhelmed and not happy. The best part about my experience was the valet guys and the hostess.
Steve Goran
My wife and I were excited to take my parents to Harbor House last night. We frequent Bartolotta restaurants quite often and therefore had high expectations. When we discovered we were seated at the Chef’s Table we decided to forgoe our menu preferences and let executive chef Michael Genre decide for us. Great choice! In addition to being a friendly and engaging person, Michael took time to ask us a few questions and provided four courses of awesome selections. We had the seafood bisque, a scallops appetizer, trout as the main course and three different desserts to share. Michael checked in with us between every course and enthusiastically answered questions on ingredients/preparation. We all agreed that we would not have ordered any of these selections but were really happy and satisfied with the meal. Our experience exceeded our high expectations. Service was exceptional (including friendly and fast valet parking) as everyone seemed happy and the evening was paced perfectly. We will definitely be back!

I am originally from Madison and my boyfriend and I who now live in South Florida were visiting Milwaukee for a concert and I knew to take him here and wow I am glad I did! Our two servers, especially Maddy! were phenomenal, knowledgeable, and so personable and engaging. Oysters, shrimp cocktail, and branzino were delicious but the stand out was the Key Lime Pie. I used to live in Key West so I am VERY picky but this was as close as I have had to Key West key lime pie. Only negative was I wish the crab legs were a touch warmer but overall such a great experience.
C Parker
We had a fantastic experience.. Denise was our server.. she went above and beyond for us. We were celebrating a special event.. she went the extra mile in cake decorating.. she did a great job.. wine choice also excellent.
Food was excellent.
We appreciate all the staff.
Thank you for a fantastic dining experience

Whether I have a real estate meeting or catching up with some friends, the Harbor House is a reliable, five star, top notch place with amazing staff, incredible Lake Michigan views, great cocktails and fresh seafood!
I've been coming here for many many years way back when it was in eight pieces even...
Love this place!
Joel Hansen
really amazing seafood. we had lots of oysters, crab, lobster. delicious, with great views of downtown Milwaukee. Not something I'd come to each year, but will definitely be back at some time or another - realize that this place is quite spendy.
Matt Hud
Really good service and food. The ambiance and scenery completed the whole experience.

Amazing. Tonight was my second time at Harbor House. I made the reservation for 8:30. When I arrived we were seated promptly. I had no idea the table that was awaiting us. Keep in mind I was dressed in a zip up hoodie and a flannel with brown pants and tennis shoes. simple clothing for such an amazing establishment. We were seated and Andrew and Corey began attending to our every need with drinks and appetizers. We ordered they oysters and the calamari along with an extra dirty martini with blue cheese olive and their classic old fashioned. We began eating and drinking and found them all to be perfect. The oysters had a sweet finish and the calamari was tender and succulent. It was at this point the evening brought a special surprise. The Executive Chef Michael came to
Our table and informed us we were seated at the Chef’s table and he would be taking care of us that evening. This was completely unexpected. He asked for our opinion on every course. Every course we had the Exec Chef chec on us and ask our opinion and it was amazing. We felt so special the entire night. He is also one of the most humble of men We have ever met. He wants his food to be perfect for you. He truly cares about how every bite tastes and if you are enjoying what he creates. We were told there would be surprises for us and a special dessert. When I ordered my main course I told Andrew I was trying to decide I between the Hudson Canyon Sea Scallops and a special seasonal scallop. I went with the Hudson. My girlfriend went with the salmon. I also ordered the shellfish bisque soup and my girlfriend ordered the Caesar salad with fresh anchovies. The salad and soup arrived first. Both were absolutely radiant. The soup was creamy and thick with the right amount of shellfish and sweet. The salad was perfectly coated and the anchovies provided the right amount of salt and fish. It was another home run course. At this point the main courses came out. My scallops in a butternut squash risotto along with salmon and greens. Once they were delivered I dug In to my scallops. They paired amazing with the sweet butternut squash risotto. As I was eating them I was offered a taste of the salmon. I have never liked salmon. I hate it. But as I was sitting at the Chef’s table I couldn’t decline. I tried it and it was the first piece of salmon I have ever enjoyed. We then had a special dessert which I hope is on the menu soon. I just want to recommend this amazing establishment and OUTSTANDING chef to everyone I can. It was the best dining experience I have had in a very long time. If not the best.

My wife and I went fir our anniversary and really enjoyed ourselves. The food qas delicious, if there could be a complaint, my wife asked for onions on her steak but did not like them. She loved the ateak but not the onions.

We visited last week for my birthday.
This place is gorgeous. Elegantly decorated, cozy on the inside, and topped with the harbor view to the Calatrava, which is just beautiful. We were greeted as we arrived (RSVP required due to the COVID-19 situation, keep this in mind so they can plan everything ahead) and masks should be worn while moving from your table and when any staff member goes to your table.
Service was over the top, our server was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. She walked us through perfectly. The place is New England style food. We started with an assorted half dozen of raw oysters. Definitely the closest oysters that I've had since my last visit to Boston. Not the most affordable ones, but definitely worth what you pay for (also, they have happy hour deals, you might wanna check on that)
Our meals were followed by the crab salad and the raw shrimp cocktail, which were that refreshing dishes that I was looking just to contrast a cold night, so delish. All these while hubby ordered the scallops, just beautifully cooked.
This is the kind of place that we visit whenever we get to celebrate an special occasion. The whole experience just brought us back to our days traveling the east coast. Plus, they gifted me a little dessert plate decorated with a birthday message. That was thoughtful and really cute! Very much grateful for it
We are hoping to visit again during the summer time, to enjoy their delicious food and the outstanding view in their patio. Also heard their brunch is great!

This restaurant is beautiful inside and out. The seafood is superb and the staff are super friendly.

We frequent the Harbor House at least 6 x's a year! We have always loved this place! But our experience last night was simply "Amazing!" From walking in & the friendly greeting from all the women up front to our "wonderful" wait staff, the 2 Girls
were so friendly & so very sweet!
Our dinners of Lobster & Branzino never ever disappoint!
And then, such a "heartwarming" touch to the end of our dinners, the Girls brought out glasses of champagne & special birthday desserts (candles included.)
And we only briefly mentioned in passing it was both our birthdays next week.
Such thoughtfulness!
The entire experience made a lasting impression on us both!
Thank you Ladies!

The food was very good. Had Fresh Lobster tails and the black angus filet mignon which was so tender. The whole meal starting with drinks at bar was delightful. Shellfish bique was good but I didnt love something about it. Not sure what it was so I didn't finish it but great experience, wonderful food.

From making the initial reservation to the actual visit this was a great experience. We went for our anniversary and were given a fantastic table with the best view. The food was top notch and the service was really awesome. Harbor house made our evening very memorable.

Happy Mothers Day! We went for Brunch, GREAT selection of food fresh and very nice variety. The raw bar was so good, East and West coast oysters, delicious sauces and toppings. Tuna Tartar was amazing. Also forgot to mention the salad dressing were so good, I have to believe the were all freshly prepared. Lobster pot pie was interesting. We all ordered eggs Benedict two were with smoked salmon, mine with a crab cake. The Hollandaise was perfect! Not one of those instant sauces from a can. Tried some salmon from the lunch buffet with a brandy cream sauce, it too was delicious the sauce was amazing with the salmon. Desserts....what can I say it was a great ending to an amazing meal. This is not your typical brunch buffet, everything is fresh and replenished throughout the time we were there. The entire staff was so friendly, definitely made the experience so nice.
The only thing that I could say that need improvement was the made to order omelets, there was only one chef and the line and wait was very long. All in all it was a great meal and made my mother's day fantastic.
Cristiano Caiado De Acioli
Krikaoli recommends it! This is a must go place not only for tourists, but to natives as well! I just had my birthday celebration at Harbor House! It was an amazing life experience. It is not a coincidence this restaurant is in the top 5 of Milwaukee.
The price is salty, but it is worth it. The view is perfect and I had never ate so much oyster at my life. You are not paying just for the food, but also for a nice attraction as well! Remember that!
The buffet costs about 50 dollars and the person can eat everything his eyes can see and it also includes drinks, exception alcoholic ones.
The valet is complementary during lunch time and costs 6 dollars at other hours.

Brunch was worth every penny. The salmon eggs bennidict was amazing as were the crab legs! AYCE crab can be watery if they are boiled but these are steamed, very flavorful, and no water falling out of them all over your plate. The pineapple mimosa was great but even better was my husband's bloody Mary. The views are beautiful right on the water. I asked to sit by the window and the very friendly host gave us a great table with a beautiful view.
Kaila Thomas
Great atmosphere with fresh scallops and Halibut. They have a kids menu and live music. It was quite a treat for my family and I.
Debbie Allen
The food and service was outstanding. The host station had a little bit of an attitude. The service at the bar made up for it! Would go again for sure!

This is the best seafood restaurant in Milwaukee! I took my wife here for her birthday, and it did not disappoint. Fresh seafood is flown in daily. Everything was prepared very well with great flavor. And the view is amazing.
Mitchell Schaub
Easily the best brunch in Milwaukee, possibly anywhere. Lakefront location with spectacular views from every table. Bloody Mary bar, raw seafood bar, carved meats, omelette station, and amazing desserts. The best croissants you may experience this side of Paris. Service is superb, everyone is quite welcoming. Free valet parking with brunch.
Dillon Coppersmith
Very impressed with the service, food, atmosphere, everything was great! One of the best restaurants I've been to and I look forward to returning!
James Carian
The service was the best part of my experience at Harbor House. We were seated promptly and kind of juggled back and forth between two servers, but they were both fantastic. Our meals were cooked excellently and tasted very good. I was impressed with the presentation as well. Overall a great time out, and all of the seafood options I tried were delicious.
Ben Van Raalte
Seafood brunch is a steal. Oysters, lox, mussels, crab legs, crab cakes, lobster pot pie, salmon and 3 large stations plus a desert station. The view is spectacular too. If you like seafood, this is the best brunch in Milwaukee if not the Midwest.
Summers outside seating too
Richard Barnes
Good food, expensive as is most restaurants today. $120.00 for 3 people. Lower end of menu. Great location for views of downtown.
Jill Dock
The food was spectacular, I have never had such tender shrimp. The scallops were divine to say the least and I loved the oysters. Both of our servers were attentive but not overbearing.
Great views, great lighting, atmosphere was perfect. Will definitely be going back.
Andy Fallon (LT Fallon)
This is a very nice restaurant and high end food and pricing. The feel of the place and the view is hard to beat. We stopped in for coffee and dessert and it was delicious. The waiter was kind of rude to us when he found out that we were only having dessert, for that I am disappointed in the service. They have valet parking $6 no other place to park unless you wanna walk.
richard cabeza
Greatest patio in MKE with the best views. Also the Sunday Brunch here is absolutely amazing and worth checking out. This is absolutely my favorite place to be on Sunday.
Joshua Widener
Main thing I can say about this restaurant is WOW. My wife and I started out with calamari and it was some of the most tender and delicious calamari we ever ate. Next, we ordered our main course. She had a filet and shrimp and I had the filet and scallops. Holy cow the filets are so incredible, but I have to say the scallops won me over. Best scallops I have ever tried and that even includes Hells Kitchens scallops. Finally, they have a huge drink menu to choose from including all types of wine and beer. On top of everything the scenery is beautiful. It is a must for any tourist. Expect a couple to spend 150 + to enjoy yourself.
Jess Sims
Service took a really long time for a reservation of 10 I expected adequate staffing, drink orders were overlooked, overall servers were very nice though and the food made up for other inadequacies. I would give them another try! Staffing shortages happen. Thanks Alex and Austen (I think, sorry if wrong)

Went to the Annual July 4th celebration dinner on July 3rd. Great food assortment. Nice wait staff. Good dining experience...however, the fog was really thick for the night's "entertainment". Didn't get good instructions as to whether we could sit in the back to watch the fireworks or not. Got ash in my eyes from the residue being blown back to where we sat. I love this restaurant but am unsure it was worth the $$$ paid for this experience. To be fair, I can't fault the restaurant for the weird weather. That being said, overall, it was a good experience.

Wasnt open when we arrived but great view of rhe lake and the museum which is a spectacular architecturally beautiful building. It is worth a trip here just to see the outside. Unfortunately closed on Monday so we did not get to go in but we stopped by to see the sail on our way out of town. There is parking here for $.25 per 10 min. There is a Breakwater that one can walk out on and see the sailing ship at the pier and hve an excellent view of the museum. Worth a stop!!
Nathan Lobajeski
Great food beautiful view on the water and lovely staff. Highly recommended for a special occasion

The food here was very good. The seafood enjoyable & fresh. Our drinks were just ok.
I'm all honesty, this place was nice, Mikayla gave great service but it was a bit overpriced.
The seafood tower appetizer was good but again, at $90, it's pretty pricey.
The view is really nice.
Jessica Schwid
Brought out of towers from Florida who frequent seafood restaurants there and they couldn't stop raving about the food. Our service was great as well. You can always count on their restaurant group for top notch service and food.
Kelynn Cherry
Excellent service! My cioppino was delicious! Rich flavor, not fishy! All different proteins were perfectly cooked, nothing rubbery. Cheers!
Rebecca Kurzendoerfer
Cozy yet elegant restaurant on the Lake downtown. Beautiful view, attentive yet unobtrusive service from quality staff, truly fantastic food. Perfect spot for a get together with friends or a romantic dinner. We had a wonderful evening.
Brian McArthur
Visiting Milwaukee for business and booked a reservation and this place exceeded my expectations. The view is superb, service was quick and pleasant, and the food was magnificent. I’ll definitely be going back on every trip here.
glendy cordero
The food was perfectly tasty and the service was excellent. The view from there was stunning!
Clay L
The pro's - Intimate setting, wonderful views. Service is stellar.
Cons - As a disclaimer, I am absolutely no stranger to upscale dining. The food was decent, but far too expensive. Portion size was disappointing as well. This was my opinion of the filet mignon/seared scallop dish. My girlfriends $38 spaghetti with lobster tail absolutely missed the mark to warrant its price. On top of the inflated price for dining, parking is going to cost whether you use valet or metered parking.
Klobnitrones K
Fantastic service! Great food! Amazing views! Follows the covid guidelines perfectly without being too intrusive. Great way to spend my 30th birthday!
Kerrigan Joseph
We had an awesome experience. Our server Alex was fantastic and very helpful, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was very cool. Made my wife's birthday dinner a huge success!
Jip Janneke
Beautiful restaurant at the lake. Great views and liked the style and decoration. Great oysters and loved the crab. Friendly and prompt staff. Not cheap but it is good.
Harris Connell
Top to bottom 5 star experience. We came here to celebrate Valentine's Day a few days late, and boy were we blown away.
From entering the restaurant all the way to leaving the service was spectacular. Our server, Carson, was amazing, knowledgeable, super friendly and warm. It was very clear that Carson was loving his job, crazy foodie with extensive knowledge of the menu and more.
We started out with the house Charcuterie board which featured a corn relish, pickled potatoes (awesome), smoked lamb pastrami (awesome) and more.
Then we moved into the Lamb Carpaccio which was my personal favorite part of the meal.
For entrees, we had a Pheasant Breast, which was cooked to perfection over Pheasant Jus and a salad. We also had a Lamb Leg Filet, with Lamb Jus, Lamb Bacon, Brussel Sprouts and Fingerling Potatoes which was so tender and delicious. Cooked perfectly medium rare to rare.
Finally, my fiancé's favorite, the Salted Caramel Mousse dessert that was melt in your mouth delicious. I am not a huge dessert person, but even I ate my half, it was fantastic.
Excellent Bourbon, Whiskey and Scotch menu. J Henry 5 year can't be beat
We will be back.
Catherine K
Excellent service with the best view of the lake! Truly feels special dining here. Kids and adults enjoyed their meals.

The HH is a perfect example of getting what you pay for. When you look at a menu, it's human nature to check the prices and yes there's some "sticker shock", but you need to get past that with this restaurant. It's impeccable, the service was amazing, the Covid response was exactly what you'd expect and the food was out of this world. Took my wife there for her 53rd birthday and I'm planning on taking her back for her 54th. Thanks to Joey and Diana for making her night special.
Carol Barg
Booths were a bit cozy but it was a super busy night! The food was incredible and the view beautiful! The service was great and we had a blast! Only downside is the majority of their parking is valet but there are some meter spots for those lucky to catch one!
Nikki
This was my first time going here and it was so amazing. I really enjoyed the mango mule, and the cup that they were in was so cute. The lobster steak and mash potatoes were on point. And the view of the lake was just amazing. I can’t wait to go back.
Laura Olson
Fabulous food, terrific views and excellent service. Everything was cooked to perfection. The bathrooms could use a little attention.
Matthew Taub
Excellent food ambience and service. You get excellent views of the lake and the harbor while eating well executed seafood and cocktails.
Bill P
Stop what you're doing and go to Harbor House. Located just across the street from Discovery World, this seafood paradise is just what you need. Specializing in all things seafood this restaurant has its own oyster bar. Nothing beats a seafood dinner! With beautiful lakefront views, you'll be happy you stopped.
Amanda Hensiak
Excellent meal served by friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the calm relaxing atmosphere. A little crowded but hardly noticed when sitting with friends and family.

Harbor house is very special to us. We had our Wedding Reception at this location or a part of around 30 people. They are one of the best restaurants in the the milwaukee area. Their seafood is delicious and you will not forget the taste for ever. The location is prime, and the food is fantastic. Vallet parking for $6/- or so. If you want to park by your self, it would take you a while to find a spot with a little bit of a walk.
Risa K
The ceviche, oysters and crab salad are good. The lemon panna cotta is a little bit too sour. It would be great if they could make the crab in “The Yacht” raw bar better with special sauce or something.
Lauren Sternhagen
I'm vegan but mom wanted to go for brunch and so called ahead and checked if there were any options I could try. The chef whipped up a really nice veggie pasta off menu and even came out to check on my dietary needs. I'm sorry to have caused such a ruckus but it was nice of the restaurant to accommodate me and the food was great. Mom enjoyed her eggs Benedict w Salmon and crab cake. The outdoor seating has a nice view of the lake and museum and is pleasantly shaded. The server was on top of things too and homed in on the punk vegan ready to go when we got there for the reservation.

Seated at the Chef's table. Service was wonderful, as was the food. Come here for seafood. Ask questions. The freshest seafood you will get in the midwest. Great drinks. Great views of the lake. No complaints.
peachie D
Good service. Fine dining, but food are not stellar at least for me. No interesting dessert. Seafoods are OK. For their price I was expecting more value to my food.
Andrew Friedman
This is the best restaurant in Milwaukee! Amazing food and phenomenal service. Thank you for celebrating my birthday!
Ronald Garcia
Sunday brunch was great and definitely worth the price. This restaurant has arguably the best view of Lake Michigan and the Milwaukee skyline.
Stefano Arganese
Very nice restaurant in a great location with fantastic view. Food is good and the service as well. Unfortunately no espresso... Only decaf.
Helen Miller
Wanted to love it as much as the hype built it up.
Table was wobbly and unbalanced.
Got sat for a 7:45 reservation, did not get our first round of drinks until 8:15.
We saw our server when he dropped the drinks off and took our food order.
Food delivered in a timely manner.
Food was hot. Flavor was good. Portion was unimpressive.
Next time we saw our server was to pre-bus our table, and then we never saw him again.
Another round of drinks was never offered.
The overall experience felt very stuffy, muted, and underwhelming. I’m going home still hungry and bummed out.
Jill McElhaney
Absolutely stunning panoramic views of Lake Michigan..food was spectacular..lobster roll was mouth watering. Burger and swordfish tacos were tasty and delicious. Staff was the best ever. Will absolutely be going back again and again

Always an amazing time with hubby. Great food, great service, and gorgeous place to wine&dine :)

Remarkable food and service. Must try the Brazino. Beautiful location on the water.

We loved our experience. Our group of four was celebrating my mom's 75th birthday. Several people greeted us, as well as giving my mother many happy wishes for her birthday.
The food be was exceptional, cooked perfectly and the service wonderful.
Thanks for a memorable evening for our family.
321 and me
I took my boyfriend here to celebrate his birthday and we had a great night. They really do take it up a few notches - we felt so taken care of and had a great view all the while. When making reservations, I would recommend adding what the occasion is in the notes. Harbor House is a choice place to celebrate this special day - a big thanks to our servers and the chef 👌
The servers were attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable of all menu and specialty items. The oyster dish I had was amazing and boyfriend loved the crab legs. I was especially happy with the complimentary birthday slice at the end - with no embarrassing singing or any such nonsense just simply perfect 🥧

Took my wife here for our anniversary. Had a 6 O’clock reservation. We had arrived early, and were expecting to wait for our time. The hostess sat us immediately upon our arrival. The atmosphere and lighting was lovely along with the view of Lake Michigan. The restaurant was so clean you could practically eat off the floor! Definitely one of the cleanest restaurants We had been to in the Milwaukee area. The food was excellent. The steak was flavored and cooked to perfection. The shrimp I had was a little bland, I would have like to taste some more seasoning with the shrimp, but other than that, this was an amazing experience. Best service we’ve ever received. Never had to ask for anything!, made us feel like a million bucks. Would definitely recommend, and we will be back! Thank you for the excellent dining experience.
John Bandy
Great wine list. Beet salad was awesome. Too much cheese on fish sandwich. Service was very nice. Beautiful view of the lake.
Bryan Kujawa
Very good experience overall, excellent food (image attached), staff taking great precautions in COVID mitigation measures, live music (piano and bass), friendly staff, some minor inconveniences such as sunlight in our eyes, but that's out of their control, perhaps investing in some blinds. Would return.
Taylor Manternach
Perfect spot for date night! If you want a place with great field along side a great meal go here! Was really impressed by the service and how quickly the food was prepared.
Sarah Benckenstein
I have enjoyed every visit to Harbor House over the last 4 years! I’ve only just recently discovered their Happy Hour which is Monday to Friday from 4–6pm. Great savings on oysters and raw bar as well as discounted cocktails and wine. :)
Edwin Shankar
Food was really good, and the water front view is amazing.
faith41018
Food was great with an amazing view and nostalgic Christmas music for ambience!
Sameer Sheikh
I'm not typically a seafood guy, but the options here are delicious, as is the filet mignon. I can't help but to always get the surf and turf. I'm also finding a new favorite dessert, every time I go.
Rachael Jalbuena
Great service and best view to watch the museum in action. High end seafood restaurant.
Heidi Manner
Great food, great service, and beautiful scenery both inside and out!
KBone Hatfield
Only had drinks, but will definitely be back. Cool place to get a great view of Lake Michigan and of the Art Museum.
Mike
Some of the bartenders were pretty sketch. And the cocktails are over priced if you don’t go during happy hour. That’s it. That’s the only bad thing about this place. Everything else from the servers to the apps, to making a steak “Oscar”, to the little extra shine they providing for our special just the two of us event... makes it easily top 3 dining experiences we ever had. If not for the bartenders blasé attitude just general behavior, it would have surely been number one. Still, I can’t wait to go back. If I had to pick at one other thing, the tables are kind of close together and it feels like you have to walk through the kitchen to get to the bathrooms. lol.
Otherwise, awesome. Just awesome.
Update:
If you go to Sunday brunch, it’s less great. Traversing the entire restaurant with the staff and a full house, it’s nearly impossible. To add to that, people that struggle to get around a little really struggle and are embarrassed by holding up the one main aisle there is to get through. (See pic) There is clearly one row of tables too many. You have to actually bounce off chairs on your way to that far wall where the deserts are. Terrible experience on brunch brings this down to a 3 star overall now. What a shame. Don’t go here with larger people or people that are disabled in anyway - unless someone else will be filling their plates and going to the bathroom for them. Until they take out that extra row of tables, we won’t be back for brunch.
Toni Berning
Exquisite. Very kind, professional staff. Wonderful view of the lake from almost any seat in the house. Reservations are better on the weekeends but sometimes you can find a couple of seats at the bar for a walk-in. Don't leave without trying the sorbet.
DJ Wojnowski
Was here last week and the food was phenomenal. Appetizers were muscles, crab cake and scallops. For an entée had the steak and shrimp and it was absolutely amazing. The steak shrimp were very flavorful and cooked perfect.
Thea Tahary
Delicious and great service by helpful, professional, and charming Brittani! The view of Milwaukee Art Museum to die for!
Chris Tresik

One of my favorite restaurants in Milwaukee! The view is amazing and the food is delicious.
Joe Thompson
Great Experience! They even adjusted the appetizer for a food allergy so everyone in our party could enjoy it. Whiskey old fashion was great and the Maine Lobster Roll was excellent. Will definitely be back!
Karin Conway
Fabulous food and views which makes this a great place for a special celebration. I would definitely recommend making a reservation ahead of time if you want to get a table.
Sharla Friend
The service here was phenomenal! The waitress and co waiter were accommodating, attentive, funny and kind. The oyster selection is divine & fresh, get it for the table like we did. I got the lobster thermidor which was flavorful, creamy, light and dare I say the best side of french fries I have ever had? Yes, I said french fries with a thermidor!
Matthew Worley
Harbor House has outdone themselves! The calamari was crisp, the salads were fresh, and the soups were deeply flavorful. Our main courses delivered an enormous amount of flavor. We topped it off with dessert and it was a home run hit.
I certainly will return!
Jesse Balok
Great view, wonderful service and delicious food. Went for Sunday brunch with our daughter...great place to go if you can get in. Need reservations. Pricey, but worth it.
Emily Eve
Definitely worth the wait. Such a pretty restaurant and the food is amazing.
Miss Understood
Such a clean establishment! Best crab legs EVER. Perfectly cooked, and hubby had the prime rib; superb!! Our waiter Michael was on the job!! We’re tipped him well. Be back soon.
LeslieRae1996
My husband and I came for our anniversary and we were blown away by the food and service! I had the king crab legs and my husband had the 8oz sirloin with shrimp. Food was absolutely perfect and our servers were outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and the view of the art museum was perfect. I will be recommending this place to everyone!

First time to Milwaukee from Michigan... Harbor House was my surprise birthday dinner as my girlfriend knows I love seafood! Let me say..... We absolutely LOVED our experience. Brittani & Alex.... Y'all WERE AWESOME!!! You truly made our experience what it was. You both went above and beyond to make the two of us feel special and it didn't go unnoticed.. The actual dinner plate was awesome as well. I had the NEW ENGLAND LOBSTER SHRIMP CLAM POT. Absolutely awesome. My girlfriend had the burger / garden salad and Crab Cakes.... SHEWWWWEEEE... was all of that great as well. As good as all of this was it just wouldn't have been the same without the hospitality we received. Would recommend this to any family member, friend, stranger looking for the best of the best. Brittani and Alex also made us a list of "must do's" while in Milwaukee before we left... i'm telling you.. these 2 were professionals and knew how to have a good time!
- Aaron & Kailey!

Harbor House is a very nice restaurant seated on the Milwaukee lakefront. The upscale decor pairs well with the highly trained wait staff. A great destination for a romantic dinner or special family occasion.
Pat Doran
Had a great time. Went out with the wife and 4 others. Had a great time.
Good drinks, great service and amazing food.
The staff was knowledgeable about the seafood and provided great tips for first time oyster eaters.
Graciana Marini
Great view of the lake. Very friendly and relaxed ambiance. The food is great. All in all a great choice for drinks, dinner and a good time.

I brought my mother and partner here for Mother's day. The food was phenomenal, the views were beautiful, and the staff provided great service. It was worth every penny. Thank you for a great experience!!!
Nick Anderson
Went here for a special night and it didn’t disappoint. Food was outstanding.
Etienne Samson
Awesome view and nice atmosphere in this restaurant, a bit overpriced for the food quality but it was still good.
John J Melara
For some reason, they left the skin on the fruits and vegetables. The texture of the food was not quite right.
K Kittel
My husband made a surprise reservation for my first visit. It was really special and the patio was beautiful. Loved the lobster roll, bisque and mimosa.
Osei Harper
Great food, perfectly cooked good portions.

The food here is amazing. My wife loves the scallops, and they do a great job on steaks as well. Perfect spot for a dinner during summer.

Scallops were delicious. The outdoor seating by the lake was perfect.
Cassie Sneed
My husband and I had an incredible experience! The staff was very polite and 100% on top of their game. The wine list was extensive and had an awesome selection. The food- both the seafood and steaks- were delicious. Overall it made for a wonderful special occasion and it definitely exceeded our expectations.
Tori Schultz
Rare to find oysters and clams in milwaukee and beautiful view of the art museum overlooking Lake Michigab is added bonus
Ed H
Good food. Don’t bother with the chef’s table- it’s a joke

Where to begin? This place was Excellent. After spending 3 hours at Up Down Arcade, we were hungry. We wanted seafood. This place got a 4 1/2 star review out of five. We give it a 5!!! We arrived on a Friday night no reservations, just walked in, blue jeans sneakers and t-shirts and waited 5 minutes for someone at the bar to leave and our wonderful, delicious dining experience started. The staff at the bar was Fantastic. Very attentive. Our appetizer of scallops was the most tasty and unbelievable we've ever had. The mix of arugula and a drizzle of olive oil, Yum. Are Compliments to the Chef! My husband Larry had lobster and I had a mix of everything on my plate. Crab, lobster, mussels, shrimp, it was so tasty. It was a nice 2 1/2 hour relaxing dinner. We arrived before sunset and by the time we left all the colorful lights of the City were on. There was a chill in the air so no outside dining, but as we left they had music playing outside on the patio, so we danced for a minute or two, just the 2 of us, next to the water. It was a great way for us to share our belated 6-year Wedding Anniversary and spend some time together :-) We will be back next time we're in Milwaukee. Y'all Rock. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Julie B
Beautiful restaurant right on the water with views of the city and of the lake.

Our party of 6 had an Open table reservation to celebrate a birthday. As we pulled up, we passed our vehicle to the Valet ($6) and checked in with the hostess who needed 5 minutes before escorting us to our table.
They asked who was celebrating their birthday and seated her with a beautiful view of the shoreline and museum.
Our servers with Andrew and Austin. Andrew gave birthday wishes and started by pouring water, explaining who would be taking care of us and an introduction to the menu and their cocktails.
Their wine list is quite extensive and ranges in price from moderate to OMG.
Being casual wine drinkers the wine list was the one thing that made us apprehensive about making this reservation.
Thankfully they had a generous list of “by the glass” choices as well as cocktails (these items were not shown in the online menus).
For cocktails we had: an Orange Manhattan (really good); Old Fashioned (good); Prosecco by the glass (very nice) and a Fig and Thyme Gin and Tonic which was sent back for being extremely sweet with no hit whatsoever of the infused gin featured in the drink. No worries, Andrew heard the criticism and offered another drink instead.
For appetizers we had: Raw east coast oysters (they were good however, we were disappointed that they were really small and seemed like they shouldn’t have made it to the table); Roasted oysters (pretty tasty); Caesar salad (great); Garden salad (great with a fantastic vinaigrette). They also served rolls and garlic crackers with a butter that was delicious.
For dinner we had: Filet and Tristan lobster (fantastic); Lobster risotto (very good - the Lobster was tender and it had a lot of tomato. We would like something that highlights the lobster a bit more next time - the flavor was very yummy though); Scallops; Lobster burrata salad; Sam Adam’s Beer Battered Seafood. It was all very good.
Andrew and Austin did a wonderful job of being attentive but not overwhelming by checking in too often. They were knowledgeable about all of the menu items and engaging when asked to describe a particular dish or wine to compliment that dish.
We all agreed we had a wonderful meal with great service. There were a few things we would like to see improvement on: oysters - especially considering oysters are one of their specialties; We’d suggest posting your cocktail and wine by the glass options to your website to relate to the average diner a bit more; the key lime pie was delicious but the crust was very thick and took away from or overpowered the tartness of the lime.
It was truly a great evening. We averaged $110 per person (with tip) and felt it was well worth the price and would gladly dine here again.
Thank you to the entire team at the Harbor House.
We look forward to another visit to this or any of the other Bartolotta restaurants.
Tony Pi
Food and ambience are fabulous. Britanni, our waitress was fantastic
Kate Weidman
We had our wedding dinner here one year ago today, and celebrated our anniversary together this evening. Always intimate and relaxed atmosphere, phenomenal service, and EXTRAORDINARY food. Thank you so much for making our first anniversary so sweet and special!
Jarod Richter
We celebrated my sister's birthday in the back dining room at a lovely round table with 180 degree views of lake Michigan and downtown, including the art museum.
We toasted to champagne and satisfied our adventurous sides with an order of caviar. Our group thought it was exceptional!
The fresh oysters, clam chowder, burrata salad, and shrimp cocktail were beautifully plated and tasted devine.
My wife and I shared an order of scallops and sea bass. The dishes were prepared with seasonal ingredients and eat bite was balanced and exciting.
All the desserts we ordered were superb and my sister's complimentary dessert was customized to her occasion.
Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and humorous.
Chris
Excellent food and experience. Definitely helped that the tab wasn't on me!
cole bouchard
To start the valet was very professional, and quick to help my girlfriend and I. The hostess, and servers where very nice and knowledgeable on the menu being our first time. The food was beyond excellent, and the atmosphere made my girlfriend, and I feel like a million bucks. Definitely looking forward to coming back soon.
Aingelives44
Great views and fabulous service! Seafood is exceptional!!! Wish they could make a ice cold 🍸🤨 It is served in chilled glass which is nice but definitely not cold and never bruised even upon request. Overall phenomenal experience, I'm just a 🍸snob I guess. 😁
Matt Unser
Diana and Rosalie were fantastic, they really made my birthday celebration special. They went above and beyond what was expected. We will most certainly be back.
Eleazar Cruz Maytorena
Excellent food, excellent service, great view
Jessica Jacobs
Best happy hour ever! Best view ever! Whether you are from Milwaukee or not, this should be on your list of restaurants to go to!
L B
Another Bartollata restaurant with excellent drinks, food, service, and views. We arrived before dinner hours and still had a wonderful menu!
Ev Albertson
Great views and service! We were really looking forward to dining at Harbor House for our first meal in Milwaukee, but unfortunately we were disappointed in some of the food. The seafood tower was overpriced for the amount of food given. I understand that seafood is pricy but 90 dollars is a ridiculous amount to charge for four small oysters, a little amount of chilled crab and lobster, and four shrimp. I would have appreciated some more information about the amount of food on the tower from the menu and waitstaff. We were still very hungry and ended up spending way more money than we wanted to spend. Calling it a tower of seafood is a false advertisement. Also, one of the claws was frozen and our scallop appetizer was undercooked. I will say that the chilled crab was delicious. All in all, if you are looking for better seafood at a better price, go to the seafood restaurant in the Public Market.
Nicole Reve
We went a couple weeks ago and the location is amazing. The view and the restaurant itself is beautiful. The food was okay..I got the Crab Salad and it was awesome...BUT that sausage in the New England Losbter Clam boil..GROSS! It was like they boiled a breakfast sausage link. And that garlic butter needs more flavor...starting with garlic. The staff was very polite and took the protocols seriously which was appreciated. All in all..I gave it 3 stars.
Jillian Faye
Me and Jeremy had a very lovely and very delicious dinner at Harbor House last night. Mikayla and her partner Andrew were excellent! Very polite and attentive and very fun to joke around with! Our steaks were phenomenal and our drinks were amazing! Andrew even comped our dessert! We will definitely be back for more filet and lobster!!
Robert Lochhead
Best seafood place in town with incredible views of Lake Michigan. Oysters are their speciality.
The Budgetarian
Elegant, top notch experience all around. Our server Chris was beyond accommodating. It’s a special occasion type of place, pricey for 2 meals, but the food and atmosphere are so worth every Penny. Filet, crab cakes, shrimp, asparagus, cocktails are all to die for. Well done, we’ll be back!
Joseph Carini
My husband took me here for New years. The service was impeccable! They treated us like royalty. They were very friendly and welcoming. There was never a moment where I wondered where our wait staff was. They were "johnny on the spot". I had the sirloin with scallops. I can't rave enough about the food. It was cooked perfectly and I have to say it was one of the best meals that I have had in my 55 years. It was busy but we still had that intimate dining experience. Wonderful evening. I would absolutely recommend the Harbor House to anyone who is looking for a fine dining experience. We will be back.
Kay GB
Portion sizes adequate. Food was amazing. Staff was great. Love how they are handling the pandemic. Beautiful View.
Anton Goykhman
Amazing place and awesome food. Try the combo steak and lobster. Delicious.
Mike Barr
Service was great but something has changed with the quality of the food. Very bland tasteless from the drinks to the key lime pie. Oysters were mushy, steamed pot of seafood was tasteless butter sauce was like a bowl of hot water with no flavor. Spent 275.00 including tip for two people We’ve come here for the past ten years for anniversaries and birthdays but we won’t be back anytime soon
Sharon J. Gray
The food arrived very quickly. The servers were experts. Very impressive service at the bar and at our table. Our cocktails were also great--the sangria and the cranberry rosemary mule are recommended! For dessert we ordered the carrot cake. The cake was moist and cold. Came with a Carmel drizzle. Absolutely perfect.
Mike McElveen
Great food. Great view! We eat here whenever we are in town!
Debby K
You get what you pay for here. While on the pricey side for the average person Harbor House is worth every penny. The food is always VERY high quality and VERY well prepared. The staff is extremely attentive and gracious. I ordered curbside pick up for Easter last minute the morning of Easter. I arrived at my pick up time to find there was no order for me, after a brief investigation we found that by MY error I did not notice the date of the 11th instead of the 4th, my order was for the following Sunday. I was so disappointed and afraid I had ruined our Easter treat. Without missing a beat they checked and offered to still take my order if I wanted to choose from the items available from the actual Easter menu. They saved my Easter surprise treat for the family!! The food was a huge hit! Truly amazing staff and service! Thank you!!
Eva Zealy
We had dinner here and it was amazing! Devan was our server and he was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely attentive and the service was just stellar despite it being busy! He was so welcoming and really made our experience incredible. We will be back and will ask for him as our waiter!
Jennifer Deakin
Went to Harbor House for the first time ever and tried their brunch. AMAZING! Definitely will be back
M Saylor
Good food, good serivce! Lovley views. Worth the price.
Greg Waniorek
Best seafood in Wisconsin a little on the pricey side though
Kevin Miller
Miss the all you can eat Sunday brunch buffet at Harbor House, but with covid we understand the change to sit down brunch. Look, we have not been out much due to covid, and I am telling you the Harbor House restaurant and staff made us feel 100% safe, so do go, you will feel safe. Had clam chowder, crab legs, and cherry covered cheesecake for three courses - all very good. However, a lady sitting near us had eggs benefict and I wish I would ordered that - next time. And there will be a next time. Do go, enjoy!!
Jared Bostrom
Average food for the price but does have a great location and ambiance (I had the Halibut). Unfortunately wait staff seemed to be rude at times. Waiter bumped into me pretty hard coming back from the bathroom when I was trying to get back to our table and didn’t apologize just looked at me and kept walking. Seemed really rude typically you would apologize but maybe this was just a bad Apple…
Daniela Flores
Food was average. For the price I was expecting more, scallops we're just decent and my filet wasn't cooked as I requested. The drinks on the other side, are very good. They have a happy hour. And place gets really crowded, specially on the patio area if the weather is nice. And you have great views of the lake.
Nathan Yeo
I've had better steak in FAJITAS!!
I ordered my steak Crispy on the outside and pink on the inside (medium rare) the waiter jumped on it saying medium well x6. As If he knew that steak was coming out Medium Well and he's been fielding complaints about it all night
Bryan Wygert
First of all, it is a beautiful setting! Their COVID protocols are great and explained before you even get a chance to sit down.
Food was good but I had one of their specials , the beer battered seafood. for what was on my plate I was a bit thrown aback. For $48, I received a mountain of very tasty homemade fries, 2 pieces of cod, 2 shrimp and 2 scallops. Almost made me wonder if they served me the incorrect item but we live in unusual times right now so not going to fight it but thank goodness there was a lot of fries.
My wife’s meal was one of the lobster dishes and she loved it
Kevin Knox
Exceptional, loved it! Great atmosphere and excellent food.
Mary Ann Shuman
We went there for a company Christmas party and it was absolutely wonderful. Even though I am unable to eat shellfish and I do not like any seafood. I was still able to enjoy all of their other offerings they had. The Charcuterie board was outstanding, the fresh fruit and vegetable platter was nice, the filet mignon and blue cheese chicken hors d'oeuvres that they had were very good too. I have to say they're my absolute favorite was the old-fashioned that they had for the season it had a spiced apple and Ginger beer and other mulled spices it was an absolute dream. I wish I could get the recipe for it because I would love to be able to make it at home.
Benjamin Klipfel
Excellent views of the lake, good happy hour with inexpensive drinks. Staff and service was prompt and attentive. Quite the selection of oysters, although that is not my thing. Lobster sandwich off the lunch menu was great. Oysters Rockefeller were also delicious, probably because they tasted more like bacon than oysters 😆. Great place, would love to try their dinner menu.
Barry Bernstein
Next to the Art Museum and next to Lake Michigan, what else can you ask for? When you walk in, you find a terrific venue with views that are outstanding! It is a place of elegance and class. It appears that they have a few things that most other restaurants lack. The first thing is the staff has actually been trained to serve and make your visit very pleasurable. The next item is their menu, which is classy, from oysters to steaks. We started with the Mussels in white wine sauce. Being in an adventurous mood my main course was the chiapino, which is a Mediterranean seafood stew or soup. Very tasty and great for dipping their crusty bread into. My wife has a restricted diet and they were very accommodating by using olive oil and seasoning on the Salmon served with red potatoes, instead of their delicious mashed potatoes. The Salmon was cooked to perfection. This should be one of your “must experience “ on the bucket list of restaurants.
Wait! Before you move on click on the thumbs up!
Kass
Wow, what seemed to me a hidden restaurant, sure turned out to be a hidden gem. Talk about high-class swanky ambiance with the most romantic view of Lake Michigan. Their seafood is fresh and en-pointe. Their service was double-time, quaint, knowledgeable, and friendly. We went in after a stroll on the pier not knowing it was there so I was well under-dressed for the occasion and they still treated me in kind. We had the halibut just for the halibut, lobster bisque, raw oysters, and the infamous wedge salad. All was fantastic and I'd recommend to anyone. [A bit spendy in general, but there are also reasonable items on the menu].
Megan Murgatroyd
My husband and I finally made it here to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary after living in Milwaukee for 4 years. The bisque was delicious and the scallops were cooked perfectly. We really enjoyed trying a couple different varieties of oysters. When we made the reservation, we stated it was for our wedding anniversary but we were still pleasantly surprised when we were brought a plate of small desserts for our celebration. However, when the bill came we noticed that they charged us for this dessert! We thought this was very surprising considering we didn't even order it ourselves, and overall just kind of a cheap blow. Also, we definitely understand and appreciate everything put in place for COVID, but it was very frustrating having to put our mask on every time the server and trainee came to the table. Especially when they would come up right in the middle of us eating. We will probably return to try brunch sometime, but honestly the charge for the anniversary dessert really left a bad taste in our mouths, and we probably won't return for any other special occasions.
Sandy Johnson
I came here for a birthday surprise from my son, 7/10. I had the most amazing experience. View is breathtaking and the food was delicious. Perfect perfect perfect. I don't remember our waitress name, but she was awesome. I'll definitely be coming back
Jen Yerkes
Steady classic. Always a good choice and special treat to visit here.
Lando R
Food was spooky good, they did the best they can to get the freshest seafood to your table. Prices were up there, but reasonable for what you get. Location was amazing, great view of the lake, super friendly staff. They gave us the chef's table, dude was cool, and got to see how the kitchen runs. Crazy how coordinated they are. Highly recommend for any special event you have going on.
Jeani Patek
The food was good, but the prices are definitely more so for the view and atmosphere. The staff was amazing and fantastic, above and beyond. I liked my steak.
Gregory Carter
Originally from the east coast, I grew up eating seafood that was always at the top of the spectrum. Harbor House is absolutely one of the finest seafood restaurants I’ve eaten at in the past 20 years. Amazingly fresh and tasty oysters. The chef preparing mussels, which was not on the menu, was over the top. The largest mussels I’ve ever had. The white wine and garlic sauce was creamy and done to perfection. We shared bit the main lobster and spiny Baja tale. Phenomenal! Our servers, Chris and Tyler, could not have been more attentive. I highly recommend Harbor House!
George Seltzer
The bartender named Chris made the experience very special. The whole crew worked very well together, and the delicious sea bass was what I was hoping for.
Sara
Excellent atmosphere and even better service!! Food was great and quick. Yes pricey, but we'll worth it! The Pineapple Grenade drink was amazing!!!

I enjoyed happy hour prices. Food a good so was the service. Place was clean including the rest room. For the price of the food they should install non-touch restroom faucets, urinals, and toilets. I didn’t like the old-skool feel to the restroom after paying 5 star prices for my food and drink. Kudos on the wine. It was taste and was generous on the pour. I bought a second glass.
Change the rest room decor and you will get 5 stars from me. I will definitely go back. I have to try the dinner menu.
Matthew Korban
Amazing place. Great Seafood. Premium service and the view is breathtaking
Jim Wilson
We want to hear from my mother-in-law's 75th birthday. They made it an evening to remember with wonderful food and gracious service.
Blake G
Had a lovely meal. Staff were friendly - area we got seated in was very sunny, hard to see. But we were able to move to a different table that wasn’t in the direct sunlight. Great place to go for a delicious meal.

First time last night. I had the Wedge salad which came with no dressing at all just the blue Cheese crumbs. Everywhere else I've had a Wedge salad it would be served with Ranch or French dressing. Thought this was odd. I ordered the clam chowder and it was very tasty. For dinner I ordered the Seafood Fettucine with the red sauce. The sauce was so thick that the pasta sort of just stuck together. Flavor was fine, but not great. My wife had the Lobster roll. I had one bite of it and felt that the Lobster meat consistency was not right. Similar to the difference in consistency of a farm raised shrimp compared to a Wild Caught Gulf shrimp. Later that night my wife became sick and let's just say that Montezuma was involved. The restaurant itself was nice and the Valet service was satisfactory. For the price that you pay I just don't see a good value here.
Cheryl Grafwallner
Very beautiful atmosphere. Food was very good, but very pricey. Worth treating yourself to once in awhile! Wait staff was very nice and efficient!
dave warner
Great Sunday brunch buffet. Everything was excellent from the salads to the deserts. Truly special restaurant.
Richard Borg
Restaurant looks fabulous and has a very lively atmosphere, however the food leaves much to be desired. I ordered steak with crab cake, the steak came extremely over cooked as did my girlfriends. We both ordered medium-rare and received medium well done steaks, and the crab cake was mushy which left much to be desired. This is a place to visit for the views and atmosphere, but certainly not the food.
Debbie J
Beautiful location! Happy hour service was excellent! Loved the French fries but the mussels were not great. Later in the evening we had dinner. My steak was overdone and between two servers no one stopped to ask how the food was. Very frustrating for this type of restaurant! Scallops were fabulous.
Richie Dz
Christmas Eve eve and place was pretty busy. Our service was spectacular! Did not disappoint and food was perfect as always. Filet and scallops were delicious.
Susan Stahler
I love trying new restaurants and have no issue paying good money if I leave a restaurant content. However, I went here to celebrate my 50th with my family. The food was just average considering the price for each plate. And, honestly, the portions were pretty small. The service was okay but do not think I would go back or recommend.
Briana Kunda
My boyfriend and I went here on Sunday to celebrate our 6 year anniversary. I cannot express how incredible our experience was as first timers. Everyone was so polite and treated us very well. The food was delicious and so was the view and restaurant. I would recommend this place to anyone, and we will most definitely be back for more celebrations!
Isabel G.
Beautiful place! The food was fantastic and the service was wonderful and fast.
Matthew Vanness
Attended Sunday Brunch for our second wedding anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised to find out the patio was open for this last weekend. Valet parking were professional and well dressed. Waitress was wonderful and funny. You could tell she was a little new but in a good way. I didn't mind setting aside a few empty plates while returning to the buffet. The food was outstanding down to the oysters that tasted fresh from the ocean. If you love seafood this is the restaurant to attend. We really enjoyed the lobster pot pie and crab legs delivered to the table. The price was gladly paid for the quality and experience. We plan to attend again very soon and would recommend to anyone.
We've done the Pfister, Lake Geneva, and countless others dozens of times but this was by far the best.
Carolyn C
Service is always fantastic and has an extensive wine list and really great cocktails. I just wish they would increase the number of non-seafood offerings. Unfortunately, I come here a lot for business or among my group of friends and I'm always forced to the same 3-4 items on the menu (one of them being a salad) and it just gets dull after a while. However, Harbor House always is SO accommodating and professional about my seafood allergy.
Dillon Freilinger
I did enjoy my food and my service was excellent. I so feel like the food was a bit overpriced but overall the cost was worth the experience. A great date night location, food is tasty and the service is excellent. The fried Calamari was asking and my entrees have varied there but honestly the sandwiches we're some of my favorites. You can find similar quality food for cheaper but you won't get the view, service or atmosphere.
yuqing mai
Very good seafood and excellent service! Definitely will come back again.
Sophie Boettcher
We can here for our anniversary and just sat at the bar to get some drinks and appetizers. Everything was perfect, the service was the best I’ve had in the city and and the food was amazing. We had the clam chowder and the steamed mussels and clams, which were delicious. I highly recommend Harbor House.
Ryan O
Food was amazing. Probably the best steak I've ever had. The crab legs were tasty too, just not as good as the filet mignon. The creme brulee and the lobster bisque was hit or miss.
Covid precautions were very appreciated. Most restaurants aren't that strict with wearing masks when talking to servers, I definitely appreciated the safety taken seriously.
The only complaint I have was being charged for the oysters starter after it tasting funny and getting it sent back. We shouldn't have been charged for something that tasted foul.
It was expensive but definitely worth it for a Valentine's date.
Rico Lajom
Sunday brunch deals are 👌. Make sure to call in ahead of time, they get really busy! …
Aditya Karandikar
Went here on a student budget so did not order any of the pricier items on the menu. Wasn't overly impressed with what we got but acknowledge that their more premium entrees probably dazzle. The clam chowder was phenomenal, however. With the ambiance, location, and views Harbor House was definitely worth the visit and I plan on coming back sometime. One thing to note is that their happy hour specials only apply to seating at the bar.

Delicious food for a reasonable price! All fresh and the lake view is mind blowing!!!
Nick Cray
Great food and perfect spot to celebrate special occasions.
ill Brown Jr.
I loved the lighting. I loved the decor. This place is absolutely beautiful. Nice lake views and great tasting food. I look forward to my next visit! UPDATE: To those who think its expensive i ask " do you want 5 star quality? Or do you want McDonald's?"
Tim Blaha
Even with Covid, this is still the best and safest restaurant I have ever been. The staff was so courteous and attentive during our dining experience. The best clam chowder in town! I highly recommend the amaretto mule, it was so tasty. The filet and scallops were cooked perfectly. I strongly suggest you book reservations as soon as possible cause the Harbor House is amazing!
Kim Tucker
A must for your out of town guests visiting Milwaukee. Beautiful view and atmosphere where you can get the freshest of seafood (or a delicious steak). Bartenders are the best around!! All of our special celebrations are spent at Harbor House. Well worth the extra money you’ll spend.
Eric Smith
Oyster fest should be more than once a year. Crab cake was light, creamy and fluffy, which I've never said before. Very good Manhattan
Carol Wagner
On Sunday, I visited this wonderful restaurants brunch buffet and I feel like I have been missing out! This place has a wonderful spread of breakfast, lunch, and dessert options. From eggs made fresh, to lobster pot pie, to the best prime rib I have ever had, there is something for everyone. Did I mention they have made to order crab legs INCLUDED? And they have a selection of over 20 desserts to choose from (you will definitely want to make a plate and try a bite of as many as you can). $45 is a great price for the quantity and quality of service and food you receive.
Zouyan Lu
The food was delicious, everything from the scallop appetizer to the seafood bisque and the walleye. They have a good selection of wines and raw oysters.
Buy 1/2 of our waiter team was very bad. Had to ask twice for bread and forgot to give is the check when we asked for it. But other visits the service was great, so probably just an off evening.
Gale Bartow
Excellent staff, entrees and ambience. Scallops and filet were perfectly done. Paul our waiter really made our retirement experience very special. He really knew the menu choices and was very friendly. Staff helping too were very friendly. Thank you Paul. A Great restaurant by a Great Lake.
Jerome Oneill
WOW! Came here today for my daughter's birthday and really enjoyed the Sunday brunch. The raw section had a great variety of seafood and charcuterie. Carving station with prime rib, ham and side dishes were outstanding! We also had crab legs brought to the table which was more than enough for all of us. Our waitress Danielle was very friendly, took the tome to explain everything to us and even surprised our daughter with a birthday cake when it was over. Great food, great view and well worth the expense.
Megan Fugitt
I’ve been coming here since I was going to college in Milwaukee. Now every time I’m in the area I always go there. The staff are always nice and friendly and, of course, the food is amazing!
This is the place you go for special events and occasions and when you just want a special night out.
david lecapitaine
Love this place so much, We drive from Appleton to go there, Foods great, View of the lake is AWESOME, waiter staff is friendly, Prices are fair,
Michelle Rhoads
Loved this restaurant and the beautiful views. The food and drinks were excellent, and the service was equally great on the weekday. The weekend service wasn't as amazing, but still good. I loved this place so much I went twice on a 2-3 day trip.
Christina Dinur
Beautiful restaurant with dreamy views of Lake Michigan. Food is tasty, though overpriced. The ceviche, at $16, barely amounted to three spoonfuls.
We also found it annoying that valet parking is the only parking option and that it's another $6 plus tip for that. It would really show goodwill toward your patrons to waive the valet fee, and given the steep prices on the menu, hard to imagine this would be much of a financial hardship for Harbor House.
That said, it's always a delight to come here on special occasions because of the beautiful scenery, good service, and delicious food.
michael flynn
Wonderful birthday lunch. This is a scenic restaurant with great lake views. The food was very good. Service was helpful and efficient. They were not real busy on a Thursday in spring for a late lunch which meant we could have a leisurely lunch without worrying about long lines.
Joe Veto
This is my favorite Milwaukee restaurant. The food is always great, the service is wonderful. The people are kind and appear to enjoy what they do. I love their selection of fresh oysters, and the lobster is always a delight.
The Harbor House is a great place to take my wife and also a nice place for entertaining clients. I usually make it for dinner 4-5 times a year.
My only annoyance is the valet parking. After spending $200 on a meal for two, it feels odd to have to dig for cash to get my car. Roll the parking into my bill and you won't hear a peep from me. But that's my only complaint.
Matt G
The steak and lobster were cooked perfectly. Outstanding.
Jim Jennings
Always great and the best view in the city. Brunch runs fairly late for a Sunday and is great. Lots of variety, even if you don't like seafood you'll find something to like. Service is spectacular and the cocktails are fabulous. Never a disappoinment.
allyson crockett
Great view of lake Michigan even in this season
Jaime Lewis
Terrible service. Brunch for 6 took 3 hours. They also gave everyone a glass of champagne to celebrate a birthday even though many of us do not drink. Food was really good though.
Leon Foerster
Wonderful oysters in an update setting. We enjoyed it immensely with the entire family.
Anne Elliott
Oh but the oyster bar! YUM! So you have location: stunning views, waterfront breezes, and upscale decor. Then you have the food: fantastic, perfectly cooked and presented. The prices and atmosphere are what you should expect from an upscale restaurant. We've often spent entire afternoons enjoying the atmosphere, location, company, and food. Wonderful place!
Scott Menzel
The food and service was excellent here. Top quality on both accounts. I was very pleased to spend time with my family during our family reunion here. Beautiful, view of the lake and skyline. Quite impressed and look forward to coming again next time I'm in town.
Daniel Hesse
Great seafood platter. Great atmosphere, great service. Parking was valet only on Saturday night.
Len Co
Close proximity to Museum of Modern Art and lake front location could easily make this restaurant a tourist trap, but fresh Ingredients and attentive service make it worth a visit.
Absolutely recommend if you are in the area for great food and amazing view.
Deanna B
Incredible. The salmon was melt-in-your-mouth delicious and the herb topping was so good as well. Beautiful views while eating and friendly staff :)
Angela R
If you want the best brunch buffet go here it reminded me of a fancy cruise I went on as a kid there were several stations each offering it's own unique experience. You also get endless crab legs delivered to the table. Harbor house also offers extremely good customer service. I'm a big traveler its been so hard to find food and service this on point. Good job on creating such a well rounded restaurant.
Gabriella Quattrocchi
Go for the happy hour! Drinks and appetizers are on special! No matter where you are sitting the view is great (it’s right on the lake). I had the fish and chips and shrimp which were both very good! If you don’t go during happy hour prices are a little high.
S
Delicious as always! Food and staff was exceptional, given the current times we’re in they went above and beyond. Staff is very knowledgeable about the menu and continues to impress. Highly recommend for a resident or even someone passing through!
Jane Jenkins
Had a Wonderful experience on my Birthday. It was romantic and everything I was expecting from the standard practice of a great restaurant. Food and service were perfect. We accidentally left are leftovers and they called us only a block away. How great is that service.
Jeff Michaelis
everything about this establishment is top-notch, from the heated walkway to the valet stand to the valet being attentive when you're going to the door and asking for your ticket. The food was fabulous, best fillet that I've had in the Milwaukee area. Lobster was good also.
RBD Packaging
The view is wonderful, the service always professional and the food fantastic. Always a winner! $$$$
Lesley Katherine
Beautiful restaurant on the lake. Arrived for dinner and was seated by the windows with a beautiful view of the lake. The restaurant is lovely, elegant, but with a beachy vibe that was nice.
The food was priced in the higher range but I found it to be a bit over-rated. My salmon was pretty tasteless. Service was top-notch.
Is located in a great area to sight see and take in the lake views. Photos include my views from my seat, and the areas located close to the restaurant.
Kimberly Lowe
I'm giving a 4 because the atmosphere, service and cocktails were excellent; while the food was well prepared, it was not exceptional for the price. This is definitely a great place to visit with friends or family from outside MKE or for a special occasion. The ingredients were high quality and food was prepared very well but my meal was not exceptional. The wine recommendations were superb. I know HH is a "seafood" restaurant but I'd like to see more of a focus on fish and waterfowl from the Great Lakes and Wisconsin. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
C. Ray
The price point doesn’t meet the quality of food. It’s all just “meh.” The scallops were underwhelming and overcooked. That one time you get a well put together Cesar salad and they put a little extra dressing on it, it taste like nothing. Where’s the anchovy? The shellfish bisque was alright. The key lime pie was insanely sweet. Even the iced tea was weak! BUT 2 Of the stars are for a great, COVID compliant operation and the views. I guess that’s what I paid for! Fair!
Christina Collins
The food was very good; the six of us all ordered something different and all were delighted. The atmosphere was outstanding. The service was prompt, friendly, and efficient.
Jason Ellis
The oysters were great. Everything else was not very good. Prime Rib med rare was like eating a shoe.
Sandra Beaubrun
Great place for date or solo with a breathtaking view 😊 drinks and dinner ***African Lobster tall …
Rick Romano
My wife and I stopped in for a drink and a burger. The wine was terrific, the food ok, but not great. The atmosphere is very nice. As others have reported, the service could be a little more attentive. We used a gift card. Not sure if we would come back for a full dinner, but probably for drinks and the lake/city view.
Tyler Schritz
My wife and I decided to try out Harbor House to celebrate our first anniversary, and we were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly from the get-go, including the bartenders that waited on us until our table was ready. We had a table right next to the window with a great view of the harbor and art museum. The decor of the restaurant is fantastic, and they also spend a lot of time and money (it appears) on their outdoor flowers and landscaping.
Both of us had the 6 oz Filet Mignon; mine paired with half a Maine lobster and hers paired with a South African lobster tail. The filet was done PERFECTLY to order (medium rare and medium respectively), and the lobster was also delicious.
The wait staff was terrific, making sure we had a great experience, but also not being intrusive. They also provided us both with a complimentary champagne toast, and we were congratulated by several of the staff on our anniversary. Absolutely no complaints about the staff.
As far as pricing goes, it did not seem out of the ordinary for an upper-scale seafood restaurant in Milwaukee. $50 for a steak and lobster seemed fair to me.
Overall, a great experience, and we will be back again!
Anthony Henderson
AMAZING food here. Pro tip, go on Sunday for brunch to get all you can eat for $45 a person. You won't regret it. There's no turning down all you can eat crab legs, like come on. Forreal though, their food is high quality and even though the price can be steep for some, it's definitely worth it
Joseph Kieser
Very elegant feel, over looking Milwaukee harbor. Prices are mid to high for what you get. I order 1 dozen raw oysters from the West and East coast they came out very fresh. Main meal 2lb lobster was over cooked a little bit but was very tasty. Also had oysters Rockefeller was great, king crabs legs were awesome as well.
Jordan Marshall
The location and staff are exceptional, but the food can be a slight toss up. Oysters were full of water which is usually evident of being previously frozen and the one thing you should never do to oysters is freeze them. Another irritating thing is being asked to pay $4 per person for their Covid PPE. A dollar is one thing, but $4 adds up quickly on a busy night and when I asked about it, the manager on duty explained it was also for their ridiculously elegant glass window "dividers." Don't put that burden on customers. Many other restaurants in the City applied for relief grants. If you are a high scale restaurant, you choose to buy expensive decor, not the consumer. I would have been much more understanding and willing if I was told a portion goes to the servers.
Mark Steele
Total overall great experience. Thanks for everything to Christian and Angel.
Yosdee Arenas
My experience at Harbor House was great! The Ceviche was amazing, the swordfish was also delicious, and the dessert we got was great! The waitress was very friendly. Since I don't live in Milwaukee I can't go often but I would if I lived nearby!!!
Meghna Prasad
Amazing ambiance and food is out of this world. They have valet parking as well. An amazing spread of lunch and dinner items available however my favorite is their Sunday brunch. Yes, it is a bit expensive, yet the food quality and variety is just amazing. After your meal you can take a beautiful stroll near the docks outside which is simply beautiful.
Suzanne Kalra
Because Harbor House is on the pricey end, I haven't been too often, but when I have it's always been a great experience! I finally took my husband here for date night, as he's never been before. Five stars all around! We were informed the wait time for indoor seating was a few hours (not surprising on a Friday night!) but were offered to speak to the host on the patio.
Janelle Winter
Great seafood, atmosphere, and service. Had a view of the city skyline and water. Wish there would’ve been someone on staff who was a wine expert, but we still ended up with a great selection. Also wish a dress code was upheld. Difficult seeing people come in with ripped jeans or baseball caps. It’s a classy place! The Caramel pot de creme for dessert is a must. Overall highly recommended.
Des Deantoni
Absolutely beautiful restaurant with 5 star service and amazing food. Brunch is amazing and the view was incredible. The bathroom is very unique. Restaurant is very clean, they go above and beyond to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and it felt very safe. Highly recommend Harbor House.
Vito Pasquale
I had a steak fillet mignon, medium rare and it was nicely done and tasted well. The was a large table of people there from my distribution company and many food options were ordered. Harbor House had nice wines, just be aware that all are expensive. The inside is very large and nice right by the lake in Milwaukee. Some of the foods were returned because they weren't properly cooked. Servers did replace those masks as wily as possible.
Jeff Bono
We sat out on their patio/deck and it was a beautiful. The server was great and attentive. I would love to go back and spend another afternoon looking out on the lake. Their French Kiss oysters were great and the sangria was perfect to pair.
J R
Service was fantastic. The location view is breathtaking. Menu could be improved but I highly recommend coming here for a daytime lunch or dinner date to watch the sunset over the water.
Shannon Flynn
There for a wedding reception. Good filet migon, and good salmon. Salad dressing too strong. Apptierzers so/so, dessert ok.
If you want to be by the lake, it has great views. Parking lot sucks.
More of a romantic atmosphere. I wouldn't go here with my husband. A bit too uptight type place.
senai erk
The view here is just as good as the food! The atmosphere gives off a calm tone while the food is exciting! A beautiful contrast of simplicity and modernism through seafood!
Hendrick Long
was there with customers, around 4:30pm. Valet for the parking, Oysters from West and East Coast, also a nice Happy Hour Menu. Calamari, tartares, fries, and so on... great beers and mules.service is good. the view is amazing, the decoration too. worth a stop. We have dined at this upscale establishment numerous times and the food and service continue to impress. This is not an inexpensive resturant but all the food is well prepared and served by an excellent staff. They have a robust wine list for Milwaukee.
Max Flanagan
This was our third time coming here so the 4 stars is the average of all visits. In the past we have been quite impressed and their tuna / sword fish is wonderful. This time we went a little more casual and got the Maine Lobster Roll and the Perch sandwich. I hate to say it but neither my girlfriend or I were that impressed. For the price we paid we have been to many Wisconsin fish fry places, including Badger Burger in Mukwonago, and the perch there was much better and a fraction of the price. Even my Lobster Roll tasted bland and for what I paid I expected it to be much better and more to it. It also came with french fries which had no flavor, no seasoning and one could easily tell simply came out of the Sysco freezer bag. Service was also so-so. I don’t know if it was just the food we got this time and the different waiter(s), yes you get two and don’t know who you will see next, but all in all we were not impressed. Will we go back; yes. Will we get sandwiches here again; no. I’d say stick to the swordfish, tuna, lobster, etc. That is what they are known for. If you want the other stuff go to Bonefish. You will pay less and the quality is much better.
ann fenley
Great place for seafood. Oyster choices change frequently. Beautiful location on the lake. Relaxing patio with full service. Staff is friendly and attentive. Happy Hour adds affordability to a somewhat pricey restaurant.
Michael Curry
Wonderful staff, great food and excellent location. Perfect for a business dinner or a date night.
Meryl Fitzpatrick
Harbor House is the type of place local celebrities congregate (you may see a Bucks player here and there, or the mayor, alderpeople, local news, etc). It's classy, elegant, the food is superb, the service impeccable. We were sat at the best seat in the house, with one of the best views this city has to offer. Simply fabulous watching the sunset over the city. The food was excellent, and not a thing was out of place. One of the best higher end restaurants in Milwaukee. If you love fish and seafood coupled with classy decor and views that are easy on the eyes - you definitely should put Harbor House on your list.
Mel Brousseau
Great food, attentive service, warm atmosphere and great views. The oysters are our absolute favorite! COVID 19 RULES: wear your mask until you are seated at your table, when you move about the restaurant and whenever your server is at your table.
Mark Rasmussen
Fresh seafood, good service, great views. Can be pricey, but still delivers greatness time after time. Hopefully will survive the passing of the company figurehead, Joe Bartolotta. The atmosphere was a little somber so soon after his passing. His capable brother Paul now carries the legacy. 4.5 stars really.
Elizabeth Chiang
Great view of the lake and the art museum, though you can get the view by walking by the restaurant instead of eating there. We had reservations and showed up 5 minutes before our reservation, but had to wait for 30 minutes before being seated. We went for the Sunday brunch. The food was good but not exceptional. The desserts were mostly too sweet.
Judy Haack
Fabulous destination restaurant. Stellar views of the Milwaukee city skyline & Lake Michigan. Perfect for an upscale lunch, romantic dinner or a simple nightcap with desert.
Bartolotta places are known for their excellent cuisine. Harbor House has never disappointed. Highly recommend!
Benjamen Bacca
I was in town from Iowa and had been craving the kind of quality meal that I just can't find locally. I visited this place on recommendation from a co-worker and was not disappointed! The surf and turf was excellent with great portions, a fantastic cut of meat and perfectly cooked lobster. I highly recommend for a date night dinner.
Bernard Ewing
I was at the Harbor House on June 29th for my birthday. My server was Stacey, which was very pleasant & nice. The atmosphere & food was great.
Thanks Stacey. Mary I didn't forget about you. Mary was great as well. We will be coming back to see you.
Jean Garman
We celebrated my birthday tonight at Harbor House. The food was excellent. Our server was Jena, who did a wonderful job. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and personable with excellent recommendations off the menu as well as the wine list. She made our evening special. We will all return to the Harbor House and we will be sure to ask for Jena! Thank you for a wonderful evening.
Luke G
Beautiful atmosphere with a great selection of seafood dishes that are perfectly cooked. While the atmosphere is/can be perceived as "snoody", as soon as the staff recognizes that's not (or if it is, too) your personality, they relax quite a bit. If you're looking for a great assortment of beer, this isn't the place for you. Their wine and cocktail menu are rather extensive with flavors to clench any palate!
matthew Mastrangelo
Decent food, overpriced for the quality. It's my daughter's favorite place which is the only reason I patron this place. Nothing bad to say, nothing good. Just decent
Brian OKeefe
Just had NYE dinner. Everything was outstanding. Drinks were great, Bisque was delicious, and both the Lobster Ravioli and the Shellfish with Fettuccine were perfect. We had Chris and Brittini serving us. They were both wonderful.
Rik Meyer
My international guests and I always receive fresh, high quality dining and great service at Harbor House. It is a classy restaurant that represents Milwaukee's relationship with the great lake. Views are awesome any time of year.
Nate Heckmann
This place offers a phenomenal all-you-can-eat brunch with tons of seafood options, traditional breakfast dishes, and an excellent selection of various desert options including pastries and cookies. The all you can eat brunch comes with unlimited crab legs. This restaurant also has amazing views of the art museum and lake.
Janice Avery
Awesome dining experience. Loved every minute, stuffed myself on so much delicious seafood, wish I had more room. Our server was Heidi, great attention to detail, pleasant and attentive without being overbearing. We will return.
Erin Macri
We brought my brother here with us after his navy boot camp graduation from the Great Lakes base and not only was the food and venue delicious and beautiful, but our waiter, Morgan, was excellent. He treated us to two free appetizers and then took care of half our meal to thank my brother for his service. I cannot believe how generous they were and we never expected to be treated. I will always remember this place next time we are by Milwaukee!
Sharen Beveridge
Wonderful restaurant, absolutely incredible food and impeccable service. Celebrated our son's graduation with a large party and they were so fantastic. The view is spectacular and the ambiance is lovely. Try this place for any special occasion, you'll be glad you did.
Jim Best
We all take risks going out to dinner and restaurants want us to come in but to show up and be told that there is a $4 per person health and cleaning fee added to the bill is insulting! Harbor House is already one of the most expensive places in town to eat and the impression of being charged a surcharge for cleaning is a joke. Where does it stop? Why not just raise your prices $1 and it accomplishes the same thing? On top of that the steak was lacking in flavor. Joe would not be happy
evan luckenbill
Awesome location right on the water in downtown Milwaukee.
Great seafood, especially for being so far inland. Oh and the filet mignon i had with my crab legs was amazing. The service was great also. Our server was ultra attentive. Loved that they had schlitz on tap.
Steve Hovey
High priced, food was average. Had an enormous pile of almonds on my trout and the fish was fresh but heard the shrimp we re over cooked too. Views are great.
Theodore Mall
High end, upscale restaurant overlooking Lake Michigan with windows all around for a breathtaking view. House specialities are seafood, steaks and chops beautifully prepared and served with extraordinary attention to details. Full service bar complements it's offerings with an extensive wine list and exclusive cocktails. Truly a pleasure to all your senses.
Ashleigh Jordan
Came for happy hour which they have great prices! Especially for some 1st class oysters from Prince Edward Island. Our waiter/bartender was very informative and gave great recommendations.
Thomas
Love their oysters. Everything was great
RL y
Very good. We shared the big sampler and it stuffed two people. Oysters for days and great shrimp. The crab was phenomenal and the tuna tartare was particularly flavorful.
Beau Grassl
Loved it! Great drink selection, had seconds on oysters for an appetizer, swordfish and branzino were incredible. Shellfish bisque was great, pot de creme was one of the best desserts I've had, and I'm not one for sweets. Atmosphere was classy, service was perfect both at bar and table, and view was breathtaking. Couldn't have asked for better! Never disappointed by Bartolotta's..
Becky Curran Kekula
They have a great happy hour and outdoor patio for summer months. The seafood is very fresh. My default dinner order is always the cioppino. If you want something lighter, the lobster roll is also delicious.
Michael Grebner
I had salmon. My wife had skate wings. Both were excellent. Service was quick and professional. Staff universally wearing masks with their names on them.
Stacie K.
Wonderful experience! I last visited when it was Pieces of Eight. Still wonderful! Took my girls for the first time and they loved it! I have talked about it for so many years, and it was a surprise for my oldest's 18th birthday. Wonderful atmosphere for any occasion. Paul and Richard were very attentive and professional. You must try the wedge salad, the fried shrimp is out of this world and the filet melts in your mouth! Thanks to the staff again for making the experience wonderful! We came from Michigan, and yes....it was worth the trip!
Sher Lustig
An absolutely wonderful experience!!!! Great staff, our Andrew and Tyler were so kind and thoughtful.... the food was so tasty and the lake view breath taking!!!! Yes we will go back. Thank You Harbor House
Christine Hancock
Visited for Monday happy hour. The outdoor patio is fantastic. Beautiful view of Lake Michigan and there was a mariachi band playing. The happy hour deals (4:00 - 6:00) are a great value and we appreciated the excellent craft beer selection and house cocktails. The appetizers were good; wished that the oysters came with plain crackers as an option (we asked for some and unfortunately they had sesame seeds on them which didn't compliment the oysters). The patio has some sun and some shady spots. Valet parking ($6) was convenient but we wished it was complimentary. You cannot park in the large Harbor House lot without paying for valet. Street parking is sparse.

Staff get 5 stars as they were all extremely nice and attentive. Nice atmosphere outside. Wife loved the halibut; my lobster spaghetti seemed to be missing any kind of zing from chili flakes nor was it overly savory, was still good though. Wife also got a complimentary flourless chocolate cake with a berry compote for her birthday that was easy to put down; was appreciated and helped to put a special touch on the date.

Work party. Beautiful location on the lake, Very friendly, attentive staff. Drinks and appetizers were well prepared. Fillet minion was over cooked...i didn't want to fuss but I typically enjoy medium to medium rare... Figured it would be mr since the fillet bites (apps) were served that way. Live and learn to ask...

I live in Minnesota and was passing through on my way home from a road trip and decided to try this place out on Saturday evening 8-18-2018. The food was great (top quality) and service exceptional !!! I had the filet mignon and scallops. It was kinda expensive though. I would eat here again the next time I'm in Milwaukee. I would like to know if this place ever has a buffet. If they do I would like to try it.
Nick Blackwell
Had the salmon with filet mignon, steak was excellent and so was the salmon. Really great old fashioned as well! Service was fantastic, couldn't really ask for more. If you are looking for a nice seafood restaurant in downtown Milwaukee I don't know why you would go anywhere else .

nice atmosphere and really nice place. oysters were not what i was expecting but it was my first time trying raw oysters and it wasnt something i expected. the lobster roll was good and my son liked the chicken strips and fries too.

Good lord this place was awesome. Amazing patio on the water. We were there for happy hour. Oysters, shrimp, fries, house made cocktails. It's all there. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Great job.

I've frequented a couple of the spendier places in Milwaukee for the first time this year and this evening was my first excursion to the Harbor House. I have to say I'll be coming back again very soon.
If you're looking somewhere with an upclass laid back ambiance that doesn't take itself too seriously this is the place to go.
After a long day taking in Milwaukees noted arts and culture attractions and strolling the lakefront, sun set at this waterfront establishment could not have been more perfect.
(A side note that reservations seem highly encouraged if not manitory. Also reservations must be made online at the bartalotas website. This was... annoying... calling to make a reservation is already a chore but having the answering message tell you that you have to do it online is a pain. However I understand it. They seem to keep staffing as limited as they can manage while keeping service quality up)
The decor is a classy, naval chic with some very subtle industrial elements very fitting for the city it graces.
The service is.... curt? Everyone was polite and reasonable. Service was expedient to say the least, through that was partly because it was uncrowded when we arrived. The issues was really in diffrence between our treatment and that of other guests.
My partner and I are young foodies. We avidly search for our next favorite spots to eat both causally and formally when we're not experimenting in the kitchen at home. But in comparison to the older guest dining this evening we were given short pleasantries at best. And we do judge an establishment on service. This is perhaps the only thing I can fult them on as I'm about to give a glowing review of the food.
My partner had the Char broiled burger because the waiter mentioned it was amazing and well.. he didn't lie. My partner had some dental work done recently and we were scared of it being too dificult to chew. Let me tell you it was not. The burger absolutely melts in your mouth. You barely need to chew at all and it's packed with flavor. I know some foodies will turn their noses up at a burger as basic but they are truly missing out on one of the best forms of beef you can experience when done right and Harbor House is doing it perfect.
I had the Carb Cake and Filet Mignon combination dinner. The crab cake was very good. I'm sure it would be perfect for most people looking for a very traditional wholesome crab cake. The steamed spinach was perfectly seasoned the potato puree was flawless. My favorite part, as it normally is, was the filet which made the evening for me. The wine the suggested was a perfect pair but lovely stand alone as well and I'll be picking up a few bottles for myself as soon as I am able.
We ended the night on desert which was well portioned for an after meal snack which is just what we needed. The flowerless chocolate cake is something I would encourage anyone to try if you're in the mood for a well composed and classic desert. It's just as you would expect and when quality ingredients are used there's nothing wrong with that.
Over all excited to come back again to see what else the menu has to offer.

Went in for lunch and stayed for the oysters. HH was the only spot on the water that we could find and I'm thankful we made the effort to go. The service was great, the oysters were phenomenal, and the craft beer list does not disappoint.

The young blond hostess at the outdoor seating was rude. We asked for a table that was empty and she said that she was supposed to seat according to server section but she would check. She left and while we were standing , waiting, she seated someone else there. She NEVER returned or apologize! This hostess needs some basic hospitality training, not customer friendly at all.
The food was exceptional good but the hostess put a damper on the experience.

As a guy, bring your pastel colored shirt, boat shoes, and wallet. As a chick, dress like an overweight hooker with tons of make-up, and wobbly stilettos. Their Sunday brunch was more lunch than breakfast, unless you like seafood in the morning. The food and service was pretty good considering we needed reservations and the hefty price tag.
If you like pretentious people, a lake view, and great seafood than look no further as this is the place for you.
Jennie Steil
Combo dinners are the best. Our group had 1 each of filet with shrimp, lobster or scallops. All were excellent! Brunch is also amazing, you can order warm crab legs in addition to an amazing buffet.

So this place is definitely outside of my league at the moment but my boyfriend and I were on vacation in Milwaukee so we decided to treat ourselves when we ran into this place while walking along the lake.
The service was very good. Granted, the host kind of gave us the eye when we walked in with full winter gear, knowing we didn't fit in with their normal crowd. But the server was very helpful and knowledgable, keeping up a friendly conversation.
Drinks - definitely try their new sangria. The amaretto in it is an amazing touch that I wouldn't have thought of
As for food - the oysters were AMAZING. I'm not usually a seafood person but WOW. I may be now. For main courses, I had the swordfish tacos with the pineapple pico. Amazing. I wish it was served with a lime or lemon to squeeze over the top because it was just a hair dry (and I like my acidity). My boyfriend got the Cioppino. Also amazing. I've not seen him so happy with food in awhile.
The biggest issue I had was that we paid cash and the server gave us a major side eye when we left (I think she thought we were dining and dashing). I understand that but she got a nice tip for being otherwise pleasant to the people that didn't quite fit in.

Great views of the lake, only had coffee and dessert, but staff was friendly and service was quick.

Beautiful restaurant! Gorgeous location. The Tuna was absolutely delicious, with amazing flavor combinations throughout the dish. I would love to take my mom back as well, who I’m certain would love the view along the water.
Brian Wustmann
The Sunday brunch was phenomenal. So many different options from a made to order complete bar to all you can eat crab legs. While it may be a seafood heavy buffet, it definitely has something for everyone, including the kids

We have had the best experience this evening! Amazing grilled lobster & filet combo! A bit on the pricer side, but the quality and service reflect in the pricing. Exquisite! We will definately stop by in the summer when it's warmer out, the views of the city are incredible from the Harbor House!

The food was really good and of high quality. My complaint is with the service. We called ahead and asked if we could make reservations. They told us that they did not do reservations which we later found out was not true. We were also told that there would be no issue getting us in. Then when we got there, we were told the dining room was booked. We were told we could sit at a high table in the bar area. I have a hard time with high tables with recent back surgery I’ve had but whatever. So we were instructed to find an open table. We find one but there are no chairs. Nobody really seemed to care that there were no chairs and the staff just kind of stood there looking at us. We did find another table so decided to take care of things ourself. Our waitress was on top of it and was great, however. For the price of this place, I’d expect a higher level of service than what we were offered.

Wonderful cocktails!!! Try the Champaign Summer Mule...you won't be mad at it. Views and atmosphere are the best in the city! We sat out in the patio and watched sail boats past.Happy hour started at 4pm and it is WORTH IT!!! Great prices on cocktails, beer and wine plus a delish menu of seafood snack. Plus live music!!

Beautiful place to hangout and have a good time. We drove here crom Chicago to checkout veterans park and dropped by this place. Had a great time with friends. Good food, surrounding, and service. Highly recommended. Try to get here before 6 PM on Saturday to get a seat in the outdoor patio area!

We came to the Harbor House so Mommy and Daddy could celebrate our daughter's birthday. Excellent crab cakes and lobster sandwiches. Great outdoor dining with a view and a little rose wine.
Natali H
Perfect lake front views and wonderful food.
Stephen Chow
Great food and service. Ordered the Oysters Rockefeller and Shellfish Bisque, both of which were great. Then ordered the sea scallops and whole fried branzino. The scallops were perfectly cooked, and the branzino was soft and also cooked perfectly. To finish we had the flourless chocolate cake, which was about average. Needless to say we will be returning shortly.

My husband and I came to Harbor House for first time Saturday for our anniversary. We’re out of towners but have heard great things. Safe to say, they did not disappoint! We didn’t have a reservation and the place was packed but the host seated us promptly. They have an impressive wine list, and we opted for a bottle of the a noir. We each got a cup of shellfish bisque (so fresh!) And then I ordered the surf and turf with crab legs while my husband did the same but with lobster. Ah-Maz-Ing. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the spinach served with our dishes. Our servers, Enrique and Molly, were both so professional and personable and they made us feel right at home. Our evening was finished with complimentary Champagne for our anniversary, and we split a chocolate cake. It was a perfect experience from start to finish, and you absolutely cannot beat the view!

Great staff! Beautiful view ans delicious food

Was one of the best meals I have ever had. Great view by the lake, good selection of wine, excellent service, great apps and dinner was outstanding. Had Filet and south african lobster tail. Can't go wrong!
Melissa Caruso
Went here for father's day dinner. They were extremely busy even with a reservation we waited about a half hour to be seated but it was well worth it! Food was excellent and the wait staff was very nice. Not to mention their great view! We will definately Come back again.

Awesome. But very expensive

If you want to experience it on the cheaper side, like I did, go for happy hour (mon-fri 4-6pm). $6 for specialty cocktails. I had the kiss from a rose sangria and it was dangerously delicious. House wine and drag beer for $5, not a bad deal. Discounted oysters, mussels and shrimp. Even the peel and eat shrimp is amazing You could fill up on this stuff for sure!
Brad Harter
A classic style and attention to detail are the highlights of this Milwaukee staple. Scallops, lake perch, raw oysters, and delicious cocktails we had a wonderful lunch on the patio. A generous slice of carrot cake to finish it all off. See you next time we are in the 414

I took my girlfriend to the Harbor House this past Sunday for our 1 year anniversary from our first date. I mentioned this in my OpenTable reservation in "special note section" and was not sure anyone had seen it. After we arrived, we were seated at on of the larger booths meant for 6 people or so, even though there were plenty of smaller tables available. This provided a more intimate and private dining experience, while still having a great view of the lake/skyline/art museum. As our server brought us our drinks, she brought a champagne toast and said she understood we were celebrating a special day. I had not said anything about it in person, just the note on Open Table. This was really an awesome touch, and one that my girlfriend really enjoyed. At the end of the meal, the server brought us a free dessert to celebrate, and none of these special touches were reflected in our bill. The food was great and the experience was one to remember. Thank you!

I had lobster roll with fries. They fries were crispy. The bun was toasted with butter. The lobster was fresh and tasty. Good portions. I would order it again.

I went here for a birthday treat. I felt that the atmosphere was amazing and the view was beautiful outside of the restaurant. They have an excellent drink menu. If you like seafood, I would recommend this place. However, this place is closer to a high-end restaurant.
Dave Marriott
If you’re looking for a tremendous dining experience along with one of the best views of Milwaukee, this is your place!
The chef is able to accommodate many food restrictions.
Plan for at least $50 each for food alone.
Sarah Sylla
Took a friend here for a birthday dinner and the service and food were amazing. We got a seat next to the window so the view was great as well. Very happy with this place and will recommend to others!

Pretty quite Wednesday night so seating was quick, food from start to finsh delicious. Unexpected suprise being from the Gulf coast and I was there in Milwaukee on business. My opinion is the seafood is compatible with any seafood place here in Texas. It was the worth the price and did not make a flinch a bit knowing how much I just spent on a party of three!
T Magnani
First to start off with the pros. The service (waitstaff) we amazing and very attentive. The have and easy to read menu and an extensive wine list. The atmosphere was lively, with a clean, crisp look, reminiscent of a yacht. The dining area looked out on Lake Michigan. The city skyline reflected on water and was the backdrop of the dining experience.
For our meal we tried the mussels for an appetizer. A couple mussels where missed in there clearing of their beards. They were otherwise good quality but the broth needed more flavor. The meal consisted of Maine lobster, filet mignon, mashed potatoes and steamed spinach. The lobster tail seemed over cooked while the claw under cooked. The steak was underseasoned and did not seem freashly prepared. Though all the meal came out hot and the sides were delightful. For dessert, pot de creme and key lime pie, both were very tasty and a definite repeat.
Aside from the meal, there was mandatory valet parking so be prepared for that before you dine.
Overall, we will go back and try other options on the menu and will definitely get dessert!
Phil Frontuto
This place was phenomenal. Great service, great food, amazing staff, view was fantastic. I'm curious if everything would have been so great if I wasn't part of a reserved group that had the room in the back. I will go back!

Food was good..view was excellent..service was outstanding
Tom W
Absolutely loved our meal here. The weather was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the view, and the food was very good. Great service too. Recommended, especially when the sun is out!
N Jules
Like most restaurants located along the water, the food is priced high but the taste is mediocre. Most people I know just go for drinks. If you want to impress a date, this is a great place to do it. Service is very good. There is valet parking and a lot as well. Bonus!
Emily Trombley
Was passing nearby on way back from Upper pennisula Michigan trip. We had to kill some time to avoid hitting Chicago at rush hour. So thought this would be a great place to check out.Fabulous place to visit! We have never gone in Fall, and it was lovely. Pleasant staff, lovely gift shop too.
Nick Heger
Quite possibly the best restaurant in Milwaukee. Perfect for a special occasion. Known for their great seafood, but they also prepare a PERFECT filet mignon if you prefer steak. My wife and I went to celebrate our anniversary and were greeted with two glasses of champagne to enjoy. Our bill total more than compensated for the complementary champagne, but for a special occasion, it was worth the high prices. Their food is better than anything else I've tasted in the city.
Catherine Robertson
Seared rare sushi grade tuna was excellent. Professional wait staff. On a nice day, get there early and enjoy a drink on the patio, can't beat view of lake Michigan.
Angie D
Food was delicious!! Atmosphere was lovely and view was stunning! They even graciously let us dine without a reservation! The staff was excellent! I would give this 6 stars if I could!
Tom Aldridge
Service is the reason for the so so review. Been to the Harbor House before. This time for cocktails and to split an entree at the bar. It took about 10 minutes for any of the three bartenders to notice us. Bartender, Ray, spent most of his time devoted to gabbing with the three female guests at the corner of the bar. Instead of professional, attentive awareness of all guests, he failed to notice guests while devoting nearly all his time talking and laughing with the three ladies.
Arianna Jiruska
Great food with a beautiful view!
Gwen Clancy
Service here was excellent and the views were gorgeous. However, the food was over priced for what you're getting. It was perfectly cooked but definitely under seasoned, even the coffee was bland. Tables were very close together making it difficult to move around or use the restroom.
emily geiger
If you love sea food, this is your place! I go to harbor house almost weekly for brunch and it is by far the best buffet style brunch in Milwaukee. Not only is the food fantastic, the atmosphere is classy and the service is stellar.
Michelle Dowell
Excellent food and service!
My parents were visiting from Houston (we got them to come up here to take a break from Hurricane Harvey recovery) and I discretely begged the staff for a good table with a view ahead of time so that we could treat them to an fun-filled night so they could forget everything that was going on.
Mission accomplished! We were seated at a table with an amazing view of the water and the art museum. We ordered Pickle Point oysters, steaks, scallops, lobster, the special jonah crab claws, and the branzino and everything was excellent down to the last bite. Texas people, especially Texas gulf coast people, take their steak and seafood very seriously and everything ordered impressed the table. The wine list was extensive and there are 3 (yes THREE) sommeliers on call to help pair your meal with the perfect vino.
The service was excellent, they were attentive and very courteous. They said they were happy that my parents were safe and brought them some dessert on the house which I greatly appreciated. I would return here without hesitation if you want a restaurant that offers an experience more than just a wonderful meal. This has got to be the best in Milwaukee!
Angie Christianson
Absolutely superb service and food. As usual, everything was top notch. This is our go to for special occasions and they didn’t disappoint.
Jamie Waters
This is our favorite spot for a nice night out. You can’t beat the views. My shrimp was a little overdone the last time we went but we still love coming here and will be back soon!
Sarah Dickel
Amazing food, amazing service and the most beautiful view. Thank you for a very special night!
Michael Frisbie
Great experience. Perfect location right out on the water, really good food and best service you can get at a restaurant. I recommend it for special occasions. They are interested in why you chose to eat there and make it special for you.
Sterling Stone
Had a great lunch! Oysters were great, nice briny, and cold. Their avocado and lobster blt is on point. And the key lime pie is a perfect finish. And the views are great too!
Mark Howard
It is a little pricey but is DEFINITELY worth it!! For the price, you surprisingly get very nice sized portions. Everything is just cooked to perfect and the steaks practically melts in your mouth as it explodes with flavor!!
