My first time at this business. I've been past it many times A friend and I wanted fish for lunch and decided to stop. I'm glad we did. I had the catfish. You can have your fish regular or fried hard. It was coated with corn meal and flavorful, tender and moist. I will be back.

I want to support the Center Street Fish Market but It's not giving me reason to do so. First-they don't seem to know how long it take to complete an order. I got a number and was told 15 minutes to pickup my order of 8 piece Catfish and I had to wait 35 minutes. People who arrived after me got there order before I got my order. Secondly -they are not organized enough to prepare an order, bag it up and take it out to your car. They don't have someone to answer the phone too take an order. My order was filled with thinly sliced fish. The box of fish was covered with greasy finger prints. Although there were signs indicating masks must be worn a number of people didn't wear their mask properly. Some didn't observe the distancing when you really couldn't do so cause the interior space wouldn't allow it. I waited outside cause I didn't feel safe waiting inside. The fish taste great. I just didn't like the customer service.

I been eating the Center Street food for over 2 decades. The food has always been excellent. The credit card service will be nice. In addition , the older lady at the front need customer service class ASAP. I have never had a good experience with her. My daughter refuse to come back because she so Rude. I enjoy spending my money in my community and with my culture but man it be a challenging to deal with the rudeness. P.S. I will not let her run Me away. Older Lady please Change even Walmart has implemented Good Customer Service.

Fish was o.k. Ordered steaks and fillets. Liked the steaks but not my favorite, nor good with children-"the bones".Filets cost more but they were a joke 5 piece was 2 filets cut in half. Extremely disappointed with that. 😖 they are cash only and they close promptly at 6 p.m. Monday-Friday Sat. ? Not worth the drive for me...if passing by it's an option.

Yes phone lines are busy, that's because the food is great. Keep calling you will get thru. This is one of the last of the black owned restaurants in the city that's been around for as long as I can remember. Keep doing what your doing I will be there to support CENTER STREET FISH.
