I love that this BK is open 24/7 ... late night munchies...and a whooper with bacon and cheese always hits the spot... I love the onion rings dipped in the zesty sauce... there is a on going debate on who has the best fries in my household of 8 between McDonald’s or BK ... BK is winning! I also love the heresy pie!!!!! Customer service is fast and efficient... always fresh food and correct order! Definitely somewhere we go when in a clutch for a fast dinner!

What can I say? This is one of those places that if you eat too much of you will die early but I think it is worth losing a couple years in my life for having all these delicious fast food places. Usually I write long reviews with a funny comments in the end but for this specific review I have only two words to describe the place: Yum yum! This is the happiest, healthiest, Burger King I've seen in a long time...Clean, warm , friendly welcoming customer service.... The Whopper was not as "over the top" good as they once were. But, what is...The customers were gracious and polite...And the place looked, and felt like it has been cleaned regularly... Plenty of parking, quick service, I was comfortable and relaxed...many of the other Burger Kings on the city could learn a lot, from this well managed establishment... I will definitely stop again...Please thumbs up if you like this review....

I normally don't write reviews. However this place stands out. It is clean, fast, and the service was very friendly and much more professional than any other Burger King I've been to. The general manager was very caring and nice to me and my son who suffers from anxiety but somehow this manager found a way to make his day and I will definitely be visiting more often.

One of the people there put more effort into getting through the line then hearing what the order was. He ended up giving me 2 Whoppers for free and still the order was wrong, though if he had listened to me the 1st time I would have gotten the right food and done faster. (If he had listened at the register, he would have had a happy customer and only called out a order #, but is stead he had a customer that had to get his and another workers attention 4 times to get a passable set of things for my order.) The food is still good at this location so I'll still come in, the next time I'll have it right or a refund.

Given how there was only two workers at 1am and this was the only place open, I am impressed. Yea, it took a while make my order, but they kicked it out pretty quick. So, I give the workers 5 stars 🤩

This is the best BK I have been to in Milwaukee. The customer service is superb and it is speedy. Do not go to the BK on 52nd and Capitol, it’s the worst. This BK listens to your order and gives you what you ordered, unlike other ones who just throw anything in your bag.

New, clean location. Staff was pleasant, and working hard*. However, they were very busy during the dinner rush around 5pm and could have used more help. Order was correct except for one missing condiment. No big deal, easy enough to put my own mustard on the burger. Overall, one of the better BKs in Milwaukee, but they could use more staff when busy. *one staff member was not working hard and needed to be asked to help with the rush, she also looked lost and made a mistake on someone else's order. She could use some more training, or if new should probably be scheduled at slower times of day until competent.

I had great service last time I went, the dining area was clean and my order was correct. Food was also pretty good for fast food, it wasn’t a hassle to sit down and enjoy lunch, the location is relatively good because of its proximity to many other businesses. The whole restaurant could be better in terms of organization and neatness. Other than that I would recommend trying it, also the restaurant is brand new only being built a couple months ago!

Great service and courteous staff. Went through drive thru both visits and from ordering to leaving it took less than 5 minutes. Definitely made the orders my way 100% accurately, which is way better compared to the forest home Ave store.

Went through the drive thru today and the young girl name ciara was very nice and smiley also her assistant manager jolianiz and everyone else where very respectful and I had the best experience today and I will be here tomorrow as well. Way to go Burger King off to a great start.

When I went in I requested to speak to the to the manager his name is Luis I reminded him about the ultimatum he gave me 15 minutes to call him back I stayed it to him there was no way I could have called him back in 15 minutes because I was at work which I had already explained to one of his employees which she did write it down so he decided to give me two large onion rings also a Whopper meal the corporate office had sent me some coupons so I gave them to my grandchildren to use the supervise and the manager stated that they was only going to accept one from my grandchildren so I start video taping it was sad that we had to go to another Burger King out of the neighborhood just so my grandchildren could get something to eat

The man who runs the drive through in the hours in the morning from a 1-5 am is when I usually show up, You guys should praise that man and give him a raise, Every time I show up he’s accurate with my order, I ask him to separate my bags all the time and he does with out any hesitation, Always has a friendly attitude, He never seems frustrated even if it is busy and he is a good guy for that, Some people aren’t to happy when it’s busy, but he gives perfect customer service with a smile every time I come by and I will keep coming by because of his service, Shout out to dude -The guy in the silver Honda

It’s literally a joke how they are never ready with coffee. It doesn’t matter if it’s 7am, 3pm, or 6pm. Price has been lowered by corporate. But it doesn’t really matter.
