Great burgers and fast service! Bun was buttery and crisp on the outside, soft in the middle. Meat was high quality and cooked well. There is a nice variety of cheeses to choose from and the toppings bar has just about whatever you want to put on a burger.

It was ok, bland Fish sandwich. The only flavor was from the overly Buttered bun. Similar for the BLT, had a sauce that added a little flair to an otherwise meh sandwich. Doubtful I will return as this ran a $17 and change. Fish combo and blt sandwich only.

While the name and menu resemble the original WW Cousins, the service at this location is nothing like it. The staff were all huddled in the kitchen chatting away instead of doing their job. The person taking my order was rude. I went to fill up my drink with Coca Cola and they have Mr. Pibb coming out of the fountain. I tell the lady and she disappears in the back and it still wasn't fixed by the time I left. The dining room appears to be empty most of the time so my guess is that it won't last too long and shouldn't with this kind of service.

Oh my god!! Your food is delicious. I just ate one of your bacon burgers, and whoever cooked it and put it together did an excellent job!! If you are looking for a juicy hamburger with all the right toppings, even the pickles are at their finest, go to WW Cousins.

I was pleasantly surprised by W W Cousins Express. The food was ready fairly quickly-- typical for fast casual restaurants, longer than fast food. The burgers and fries were fresh, and while the topping bar offerings weren't extremely unique, it gave some nice options for customization. Personally, I would have liked a little more variety in the menu, but they've chosen to focus. As a bonus, the cashier was friendly to my kids--always a plus!

1st time and was not disappointed. Burgers were perfect, I also had chili cheese fries which were also exceptional. There is a little area for all the dressings you could want on your burger and then some. Was greeted and orders taken quickly, food was out fast, the manager on duty (I assume) walked around checking with everyone to make sure all was good. Bathrooms clean. Would definitely recommend and will return.

A little pricey but worth every penny, their servings are large. The foods awesome and the restaurant has a retro feel and the service was awesome. The cashiers are very sweet and the cooks are fast. For my 1st time eating at this place they left a great impression

I've been wanting to try them since I first saw the sign go up. I finally had my chance, and went through the drive-through after a quick visit to Feeder's Supply. I pulled up, placed my order (two #1 combos), paid for my order, and then waited in the numbered parking space they told me to, and after a couple of minutes my order was brought out. The burgers were juicy, tasty, well dressed and not at all fast-food-like, and they came with steak fries - my favorite. The soft drinks were good too, which, sadly is getting to be unusual.

Absolutely delicious. Came in 30 minutes before close without realizing and was welcomed with warm hospitality for the whole family. The food was fast and so fresh. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back!

Went to the one on Dixie. I got a 1/3 pound cheeseburger combo and a chili cheese hotdog. I originally thought that it was over priced. After I ate it all, I changed my mind. The burger was excellent. It comes with a thousand island sauce that works well. The fries are platter cut. They were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The chili dog was large and the chili topping was great. Will definitely order again.

I have always liked WW Cousins. This was my first visit to the Dixie Hwy location and it did not disappoint. The burgers were excellent. The stake fries were a little salty but still better than fast food restaurant fries. Also the sevice was excellent in the drive-thru.

First time visiting this location and first time having W W Cousins in probably 20 years. My grandmother used to take my sisters and I to the Dupont location. Time flies and I stopped by with my own grandchildren today and the food was fresh, tasty and served quickly, considering how busy they were. The dining room was clean and stocked. But what stood out the most was how very friendly the whole staff was, from the cashiers to the cooks. There was a very minor mistake on our order, but it was taken care of immediately. Thanks for the smiles and great customer service. Unfortunately, you just don't get that everywhere, so when you do, it's much appreciated.

I came around 7:40 unknowning to the closure of the dine inside at 8. Usually coming in around this time I except minimal service at best, but the service I recieved by Josh John Destinee and I think one other fairer skinned man with locks gave me was beyond what I expect even at the lunch period. Very nice people, very well mannered and explained the store to me as I was a 1st time customer. Idk which was the ¿manager? but he was very helpful, he welcoming.

A little pricey for what I think of as a fast food joint, if it's not it's pretty close. With that said the food was delish. We got sides with our burgers, couldn't finish it all. The sugar cookie was soft and again delish. They had a good variety on the menu.

Had double cheeseburger and white fish sandwich. Fish was great!! Really big!! Burger was not cooked enough for me. Red in the middle. Next time I'll ask for it to be cooked well done. Plenty of toppings available. Brownies were terrible! Old, I guess. Very dry. Staff was fantastic and friendly! Will go back!

Burgers and chili dogs are absolutely excellent. Onion rings and fries too. Only reason that I didnt give 5 stars is that I have been here 4 or 5 times in the last couple months and they have carelessly made mistakes on my drive through order every single time. So make sure you double check everything before you pull off. If you ask for no onions, you might get onions. If you ask for extra cheese, you might not get it. Little stuff like that but they arent cheap so its very irritating. Careless kids running the drive through I think.

I can say they were pretty clean the food Is delicious 😋. Condiments were fresh, the only thing that I didn't like only a few were wearing mask and the gloves looked like they were wearing them all day. One guy had his gloves on making the sandwiches and texted then had his hand in his head please don't make food after you've touched your phone or scratched in your head😒 🙃 change the gloves out at least...yucky!! I seen a lot of cross contamination. Don't think I'll be back because of that!!! Ugh.... also, the hospitality there is great the people are very nice all in all great attitudes upon ordering.

We have been here a few times and the staff is always wonderful! The burgers are huge and taste great. I have also had the ribeye sandwich and it is so good. Their onion rings have the crunchiest breading.

I decided to try the Dixie Hwy location after always going to the location near Breckinridge lane. Menu is a little different, clean smaller dining room, restrooms well kept. Burger was hot but not completely done, fries a little on the cold side, I think they should ask “how would you like the burger cooked”?. Purchased a brownie from bakery, not as fresh as the other location. Everyone was friendly and had a positive attitude , I will give them another visit before traveling back to East location. Dixie Hwy seems like a express version See ya soon.

my wife, mother-in-law, and I went there. We had the worst time ordering our food from the young lady. She tried but, none of us felt like the order were hard. The employee just struggled to get the order correct. It ended having be corrected several times before we left. But, burger and fries were on point!

First I will say its nice to have a new restuarant open on Dixie Hwy and you can actually go in a sit down to eat. Customer service was pretty good for the most part. I felt the order counter was pretty cramped though. The product I ordered was pretty good and fresh. Mac & Cheese was best item they served I thought. The biggest issue here is it cost me over $50 to feed 2 adults and 2 kids. The former Steak & Shake location ordering some fries and burgers would have been half that with shakes and for me that product was better, but their down fall was several years of poor service. I fear after the novelty wears off of this new restuarant the pricing issue will be its down fall like so many before it on Dixie Hwy. The other issue on this visit was the air conditioning was either not working very well or not on. It was very warm on a hot day outside and having to sit in a very warm restuarant to eat was not pleasurable. Although I like the WW brand, the price points to feed 4 will just not make this place a regular visit location.

This version of the restraunt chain is a bit watered down from the other location but still features the burgers you love. Service was a tad slower than I would've liked but they were friendly! Try the surgar cookies.

This is my first experience with WW Cousins, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I know they are new in my end of town Iand through experience I know the trip won't be perfect. But I at least expected to get the dressing I ordered for my side salad. Good thing I had some in the fridge or I would have had to eat my side salad plain. i was a little disappointed in my burger also. it was seared on the outside but very plain on the inside. i guess after hearing about WW Cousins before I expected a very tasty experience. But the taste seemed to come from the toppings and some kind of sauce on top. i was hoping it would be like the Ollie burgers you can get from the Ollie burger downtown site. Too bad, add some spices to the mix. The service from the drive through was fast and friendly.

First of all, they were FAST. Seriously impressed. Second - the quality of burger for a drive through is unreal. They’re a little more expensive than other fast food stops, but that’s because you get a solid, 100% black angus, cooked fresh burger. You cannot beat it. Customer for life.

Fast service. Veggie burger was small/overly cooked. White lettuce. Sauce was good. Small bun on the top for some reason? Made all the filling fall out. I went because the other WWCousins locations have been awesome. Hopefully they do a better job. Would like to have a location as good as the one by the hospitals.

Over all it wasn’t the best experience there was mold in the cheese and our order was somewhat wrong management was quick to try to fix the problem gave us some cookies and upgraded the chili cheese fries And made it himself I had a burger and the other person got the fish sandwich the other person says the fish was defiantly frozen and you could defiantly tell it,was sub par but it was nice and crispy. The other person I had with me also didn’t like how they put the cheese she ordered on her fish sandwich on the same grill as the burgers as someone who can’t eat red meat it wasn’t optimal.The burger although not completely what I ordered I ordered the 2 1/3 burger but only got the one 1/3 burger and I didn’t feel like fussing with it after everything other than that I do like the change of pace with the pick your own topping and the vast array of sauces to pick from. Over all this is still a new location and I’m sure over time and with the manager who seems eager to get the place running like a well oiled machine I’m sure if I every try this place again in the coming months I’m sure these issues will get solved

This place should actually be called "Build a Burger". You start with meat and bun, then 5 kinds of cheese, 6 types of "veggies ", nope, not just lettuce and pickles, but sauteed mushrooms and onions, sliced avocado, ect. THEN, you move on to your sauce. Steak sauce, bbq, honey mustard, and of course the lettuce and the tomato...all for just a bit more than Steak and Shake. All around, not bad, I'd go again, for sure, if not for the 10,001 combos you can do starting out with meat and a bun.

This was my first time at ww Cousins burger place. I ordered the one pound cheeseburger did not know was 3 Patty's. It came with one piece of cheese. The hamburger Patty's were well done. I drove at least 40 to 45 minutes. Was not impressed with it I think Fuddruckers have Better Burgers.the combo meal is over price for what few frys you get with it.
