The BEST Italian restaurant in Louisville! I wish this place existed in more cities so I could enjoy their cuisine more than once or twice a year. I make it a necessity to eat here every time I’m in Louisville. There’s just something about their spaghetti that is addicting. Prices are decent for the portion sizes. If you are looking for an Italian restaurant to try, give this one a go. You won’t regret it.

Love this restaurant!!! Try and come here when we come to Louisville that's how much we love it. Although it was pretty busy when we came this time had a 10 min. wait to be seated and there was 4 couples in front of us and people were still coming in. The word must've gotten out about how good their food actually is. I want to applaud this restaurant for their minga-moron food that they serve here. It's the manja of Italian food here! Highly recommend it. Although that means I'll probably have to wait longer in line the next time I come for giving this review. But this place is worth the wait!

Probably the best known Italian spot on the Southwest end of town. It's no high end place, BUT it's the perfect and really only place to go near us. The other option is Fazoli's, which is awful. Here the quality of food is much better, likely better than any Olive Garden. I'd recommend to anyone in our area. Service was great, they do have a wine list, and quite a few signature dishes outside the lines of spaghetti and fettuccini. We'll be going back for sure.

Tucked away like a hidden gem. Tuscany is near the local shopping center with a 100 percent health dept. rating! Their food is so delicious and they have many menu options! Highly recommended!

The garlic knot appetizer as well as the complimentary bread were lacking flavor. Basically tasted like bread w/the tiniest hint of garlic flavor. The lemonade was also not very good. Tasted like water with a hint of fruit syrup. The only redeeming quality was the actual pasta, which was actually very good.

GREAT LOCAL ITALIAN FOOD - bread sticks are provided with every meal. I got the customer’s favorite - Tuscany Burrito, the Alfredo sauce was incredible. Not crowded on a lunch, which was very nice. Tucked away in the corner of a strip mall, you’d never expect such good food! A hole in the wall type of place!

I ate here on a recent Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was nice, clean, and well maintained. It was relatively busy for the time of day, but service was good. I had the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, which was good, if a bit under seasoned for my tastes. A bit of salt and Parmesan, though, was all it needed. It was the dessert that really made my meal. I had the Lava Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream and it was amazing. It was by far the best version of this dessert I have had. I will be a return customer for the dessert alone.

Food is always excellent. Service was okay. Would recommend that servers write down the order instead of trying to remember it. Ordered a salad and the server didn't remember it when she put in our order. Little disappointing but the entrees were fabulous. Also would recommend updating the photos on the TV due to certain items shown no longer being available on the menu.

The food was alright I guess. It definitely didn't Wow me. Had to search for someone to seat us and wait on us. Our waitress only checked on us one time and we had to search for her when we were ready to get the to go box and ticket to pay. It must have been their slow period because there wasn't another customer in sight and there wasn't any music playing. My whole birthday was a flop

Husband & I had. Chicken Pamasean, Two Ceasar Salads, Appetizer Cheesy Bread & sauce, daughter had Baked spaghetti Our son had hand pan pizza. We took a 18" home cut in squares. Everything was great except 18" cut wrong in squares, Sausages & pepperonis we're beyond salty. Never been before not getting anymore waist of money. Food was great!!! I guess it comes right out in 10 mins after eating as we'll being real parmesan. All in all cool place $68 we'll spent for family meal.

The food was very good. It definitely could have been hotter and we had to wait quite a while for breadsticks. Considering it was dinnertime in my opinion they should have been ready or close to ready. Our server was very uninterested in taking care of us. That was what ruined the experience for me. But the restaurant was nice and the food was good I had the margherita pizza and it was amazing!!! I highly suggest it.

We ordered a sampler and got eggplant parmesan, chicken parmesan, and lasagna. The chicken parm was good but the lasagna and eggplant parm were *amazing*! I also tried my kids' pizza and my nephew's chicken alfredo and they were both sooo good! The waitress was lovely and we will definitely be back if we're in the area again!

Tuscany is a pretty decent Italian restaurant. I like to go around Christmas....it just has a vibe for some reason that gets me in the holiday spirit....no clue as to why...I'm weird I guess. The bread is delicious and their pizza is pretty good too...one of the better pizzas in the city tbh....I wish they'd bring back their cheese dip appetizer...it was sooooo good. Now it feels like something is missing & I'll never get it back. 😔

Always a great value and great food. Service is good. It has been a longstanding family favorite in the area. I could care less about the sterile and cookie cutter appearance and menus of major chain restaurants. This place feels like a perfect casual, cozy meal out.

Travelled 40 minutes through aggravating traffic just for this place. Amazing food and great staff. I suggest trying the Tuscany Burrito for the meal. Sounds odd of a choice for Italian but tastes amazing. Italy style cheesy bread is one of the best appetizers for cheese lovers as well, appearing just like a tiny pizza. Their pizza is very fresh and handcrafted as well, plenty of bang for the buck! Finish it all off with a mascarpone berry cake to treat yourself with fluffy cake and fruity flavor that isn't overbearing.

This place was a great find! We wanted to go somewhere else but their wait was a Saturday night and the wait was too long so we looked up Italian spots and found this one. It didn’t disappoint. It’s nice inside but it’s not much to look at from outside — but the food is great and the service is good. I had the Carbonara and it was creamy and delicious. We also go appetizers and they were all good. Even our service was good.

The food was very good, my salad fresh and ravioli and tiramisu were delicious! The service was a little slow and we had to request some things twice, but all is forgiven as there were only two waitresses working and they were busy. Definitely will go there again.

My husband and I had an early dinner here this afternoon. The quality of the food is excellent. Not only is their marinara sauce homemade on site, so is their ranch dressing - both are delicious! Salad was standard - mostly lettuce and a few tomatoes along with carrots but the dressing made it all taste good. He had chicken parm and I had veal parm. My veal was lightly breaded and fried but had no grease. It was served over a bed of spaghetti with generous helpings of marinara sauce and a thick slice of mozzarella cheese melted on top. His chicken parm was the same as mine. Seriously, this is an exceptional Italian restaurant - one of the best in Louisville. We've eaten there a number of times and it's always excellent food.

Get the taverna sauce no matter which pasta you choose. Ya welcome. Best Italian food in Louisville with great prices. Fah-getta bout it. I recommend the spinach and cheese stuffed shells but you cant go wrong no matter what you get Ravioli is da bomb as well!!

Been there twice with friends. Pizza was excellent, portion size of other meals was fine except for calzone, they're huge. Other meals were good also, along with wine selection. $3 for a soft drink is a bit much. Atmosphere is close knit, small location.

Considering the location, it is a good restaurant, but there are better Italian restaurants elsewhere in Louisville. Service was excellent. Server was very friendly and provided great service. Food was good. Very poor selection of beer, but I have to consider the side of the restaurant. Can't comment on wine as I know little about wine. Good for a visit and make your own opinion.

I usually absolutely love this place they have great food but on this very evening my husband and I came here to have a nice dinner there was a very loud obnoxious group of people sitting in the middle of the restaurant that got complete attention from three different servers. It took forever to finally get a drink order and they took our food order the same time and finally our drink arrived at the same time as our food . no one once came and asked if we’d like a refill. it was the worst service I’ve had at this restaurant ever Very disappointed

Food was delicious and hot. The atmosphere is nice, but very open. Had the calamari for appetizers, they looked great, tasted good, but they were over cooked to a crisp. We also had to ask if bread was included to get it. However, it was fire oven baked and delicious as well.

This place has some of the best food you can find, hands down! Their pizza is delicious! The cheese stretches on forever! You really can't go wrong with their baked pastas either. And I thoroughly enjoy the calzones. But you have to try the calamari. And their bread!!! Something to note as well is that they are accommodating to gluten allergies by providing gluten-free pasta and pizza options if this is a concern for you.

Tuscany is a good little Italian place! I really enjoyed the food. And the prices are definitely reasonable. I ordered the ravioli when I went and the only thing I would change is - instead of a very small amount of ravioli over spaghetti, I would rather just have more ravioli. That said, the food I had was great!

Food is really delicious. You get free bread and marinara while you're waiting. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait. Food is always fresh though. Average meal is probably between $9 and $14. There's something for everyone though. Would have given 5 stars, but sometimes it can take a while to get your servers attention and the alcohol is a bit pricey.

Parking lot and restroom are handicap accessible. You must open doors yourself. They have booths to sit at or a long table. Sometimes the table will be divided. Food is MUCH better than it was 6 months ago. Great improvements. A cup of milk for a child is extremely over priced.

The food here is amazing!! However, I placed an order and my order was wrong not to mention missing food. I was highly offended by the manager's remarks. He stated to me that I can't get any food for free etc. As if I was asking because I never asked for anything I didn't pay for. I just wanted my order to be right.

This was our 1st time & we plan on going back. We ordered from the lunch menu, which seems to be your best deal & is available until 2:30. Really liked the meatballs, but thought the chicken parmesan was a little hard to cut. Want to try some other selections, of which there are a lot to choose from.

If looking for something with more Italian favorites, like baked lasagna or ziti, salad, breadsticks, etc. this is not the place. The chicken dish I had was lacking much flavor. The service was excellent, the prices a little high, popular with patrons. But overall, I was disappointed. Recommend they revamp the menu.

So, we consider ourselves to be foodies and have been to all of the major Italian restaurants in Louisville. I will go out on a limb and say the quality of the food you get for the price makes this one of the best in the city! Sure it's in a strip mall, sure it's not the most fancy atmosphere, but if you want great tasting Italian for a good price, this is it! Don't expect Vincenzo level quality of the materials, but don't you dare expect to be disappointed! It remains a go to for us for good sit in or take out when we don't feel like getting all dressed up and want an above Olive Garden average flavor experience!

My wife and I have been to this restaurant many times. The food is always good. The service varies. Tonight, our service was less then excellent. The caprese that I ordered was as hard as apples. I politely returned the dish stating what my issue with the food was. It should have never been served by the cook. After I told the waitress my problem I expected a visit from a manager, or hostess. No such visit. Then our server laid the cheque on us charging us for the dish led me to believe that our server never reported the issue. To top it off, the server circles the gratuity suggestion. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but a tip is earned. It is not just customary. It is customary to give your server a tip for good service. No matter where I go or what I order, I begin with 7 dollars for the server. When the server doesn't bring my napkins after I ask for them, I subtract a dollar. If my Iced Tea goes empty too long (depending on the volume of customers of course) I subtract a dollar, and so forth. Well, this evening I subtracted the cost of the Caprese from the server's tip. Maybe I should've made a fuss, but this evening's meal was a Valentine's dinner with my wife. No fuss no muss! My review? The food is good for the price, but the service is next to poor.

Tuscany is a nice option in South Louisville that offers quality Italian food with very good service. The lasagna is especially good, though I wish the portion was just a bit larger, and the bread is delicious. The dining room is quite plain but comfortable enough.

This is one of THE BEST Italian Restaurants in Louisville,KY. I'm super excited because now they offer gluten-free options!! Everything is made fresh and their alfredo sauce is actually 100% butter and heavy cream, no fillers. Salads are made fresh and they are reasonably priced. Love, love, love this place. It's roomy enough for a large family, business lunch or a cozy romantic dinner for two. The decor reflects its name and its my little bit of Italy in The Ville. This is truly the place to be. Also, I've never met a staff member that was unprofessional. Very family oriented and delicious. There are SO many options that I can't pick just one.

Hidden treasure. I mean that... literally... it is tucked into a corner of an L-shaped strip mall next to a Walmart. This is a great, locally owned place. Good: Service is friendly. The menu is much larger and has a bigger variety than its competition. Menu available on their website. Update: Adding a star based on excellent service during recent visit. I was impressed with not just my server, but servers I observed at other tables... they were all great.

Second time here. The lasagna was stellar. I repeat. The lasagna was STELLAR. My only request is to make the lasagna bigger. Like, three top four times bigger. The place was different. As you come in the chairs was on the table. Lights was off. Almost walk back out. The food was over cooked. When i got my home with my food one dish was over cooked so much, that when i lifted it up out it was bunt to the bottom of the pan. But the smoke salmon was great.

Being in a strip mall.. We weren't entirely sure how this would go.. Pulling up, we were a little nervous lol. We get inside, the sign says "please wait to be seated" so we stand there waiting a few minutes (my friend holding her baby, I am 7.5 months pregnant). So I finally say "hello?" Nothing. I knock on the wall.. Another guest says "I think you have some customers over there." And we are finally greeted and seated. Us.. Being two young mommas in our mid-20s.. Get easily overlooked and skipped over. The server didn't ask if we wanted an appetizer.. We did. And after our lunch, she didn't ask if we wanted dessert.. We did not, but she asked both to the table of older people, that sat behind us. We were obviously done for a little bit, she even cleared our plates.. But yet.. We still sat there without our bills, for a few minutes.. While other tables, that were sat after us, and finished eating after us, got their bills before us. We finally received our bills, put our cards in, and patiently waited for her to collect them... She still collected payment from another table, that received their bill after us, before she came back to our table. Now.. I know we are young, and mothers... But we both have worked in food service, all of our lives, and both tip very generously.. But do not appreciate that kind of service. I don't care how old someone is, it was rude.. Now... As for the food... I had a very tasty strawberry lemonade to drink (my friend had sprite lol) and we shared some spinach dip, as our appetizer. It was delicious!! My friend's child absolutely went berserk for it! She probably ate over half the bowl! 😂 for our main course, I got the spinach ravioli, and she got the fettuccine Alfredo. Both were so yummy and delicious!! We loved everything about the meal, itself. Definitely not disappointed! As for the service... It was lacking, for us. Which is why I took away a star.

Great food, good atmosphere, and friendly staff. We drove from Ft Knox, about 35mins, to get some good Italian. And it was so worth it. It only didn't get five stars because the food came out too quickly, which most wouldn't complain about, but our dinner was not at a leisurely pace. It just felt too rushed. The breadsticks were good with homemade marinara. We had calamari, which was light and airy, and caprese salad. I had the Tuscany Burrito which was enormous and so delicious. Brought the rest home for lunch the next day. My wife got veal piccata which she thoroughly enjoyed. Then tiramisu for dessert was divine. We will definitely be going back very soon. The prices were very good and they have a full liquor menu.
