We have never had any issues with Roosters. The place is always clean, service has always been good and the food has always been what we ordered. We have been coming here for as long as this restaurant has been open and it's always been nice.

Always a wonderful experience no matter the location. Great for large groups or even small gatherings. Not too loud. Clean, quick service. We love the salads- good mixed greens with plenty of veggies. Ranch so good you could literally drink it! I personally love the boneless sweet Thai chili wings! The Roosters nest is a great shareable appetizer. Thanks for always giving us an amazing experience!

Very fast and good food. I have been here many times for lunch. Sometimes it takes a while but today was quick and I appreciate it. My server was awesome and on top of things. I I wish I would have remembered her name. She deserves recognition.

This place is great! Upon arrival, quick friendly professional service. Ample parking abd great location easy major streets access and close to highways. The menu is your bar menu but ample options and good portion size makes it a great value restaurant with freshly cooked food. Plenty of tvs showing sports and many seating options inside outside booth high table regular etc. Clean place and fresh atmosphere. I'll be here often.

Went there to watch the UK-UofL football game and after the first quarter the waitress changed the TV to Mexico vs. Venzuela in the World Cup (without asking us). REALLY? Who wants to see Meixco play Venezuela in Louisville, Kentucky when UK is playing UofL. Food is good, but I'll never watch a game there.

Great place for hanging out with friends over drinks and food. The restaurant is pretty huge and spacious. We visited on a Friday night and grabbed couple of Glenmorangies, a parmesan chicken sandwich, and a nachos deluxe with chicken, by the bar. Food tasted decent and portions were big. The parmesan chicken sandwich was pleasantly soft and moist! Ambience was awesome, server was prompt. I'd recommend a visit.

This is my favorite restaurant. Went in there by myself after having a long day, was feeling down but the manger came over to me and chatted with me. He was so kind, it was so nice to feel seen. I love the restaurant because of the food and atmosphere but now I love it even more because the workers there actually care and show compassion to their customers.

The boneless wings were a nice size and tasted good. The fried pickles were just okay, you didn't get very many and they breading was kind of odd. My fiance ordered the chili and he said it was not good so I tired it and agreed did not have a good flavor at all. Staff was nice. The ranch dressing was just okay too.

Abby J is a great server! Friendly and fast! One of our favorite local restaurants in town. Always has great service and food. These are by far our favorite wings in town, always well prepared and tasty. My personal favorite wing flavor is the garlic but I have liked all the flavors I have tried, I'm not a fan of hot wings so I have not tried any of the hotter sauces.

First time visiting this Roosters with a lunch party of 7. Waitress we had was very well trained and had an energetic, attentive personality. Though the food was okay, she was by far the best thing about the visit. Tots were recommended but seemed pretty basic. Nice crunch but nothing special. The two burgers ordered at different temps, but came out the same (I get a kick when I'm asked what temp I want my burger--they never come out medium). Wraps were good, the quesadilla was dry and tough. The chicken sandwich was very good.

Prices there still reasonable (unlike some other places). Waitress attentive. Enjoyed the Caesar grilled chicken salad and they subbed light raspberry vinaigrette for the heavier fat gram caesar dressing.

Location is easy to get to. Parking is easy to moderate depending on the time of day. There's mobile order pickup parking but in my opinion there should be less spots for it. Food is great, the servers are all nice and pay attention to your needs. Restroom was very clean, paper towel dispenser was out but there is an air dryer also. Overall this is a great restaurant!

The food was good. My salad had all fresh ingredients. Wings were piping hot. Kiddos liked their pizza and burgers. The service was a little slow. They seemed understaffed a bit. But the lady taking care of us was working hard and did her best. It looked like she was responsible for the entire bar area by herself. Not her fault, she was hustling around all over the place. Overall pretty good experience. Would recommend.

First time eating at this restaurant and I was really impressed. I ordered something that I ended up not liking and not eating and didn’t say anything. But the waitress and manager came over and wanted me to have a great experience and took it off my bill. The manager was extremely nice and very professional. He is an asset to the restaurant! Just moved from Texas and this place was great! Page honestly made our visit. She was an amazing waitress and made our first visit to a Rooster extremely enjoyable. She helped us select good items we would like, and gave us samples. When we told here we were from out of town she gave us information on places to visit, good suggestions for next time, all while bringing us fried pickles. The wings were crispy and the sauces were way better than BWW. Will be coming back again!

I had the Rooster Chicken Wrap, chicken tossed in teriyaki, and some wedges. It was delicious and so inexpensive . The wait was short and the server was attentive. I liked the bar and how spacious the restaurant is. There are TVs with sports for the can't-miss-it crowd. They also have a patio area. Very much a family-friendly place.

We took 6 people for dinner, and they were able to get us in within about 10 minutes. The service was good. We ordered 2 appetizers that came out quickly, and were hot. The main entrees took much longer, and most of the fried food was cold. Overall, it was a good experience because most of the food was very good. I would recommend this location.

They charge 79 cents each for your Blue Cheese, Ranch or whatever! I had 25 boneless wings and they brought me 2 Blue Cheese and I asked for 1 more and they charged me for all 3. Bringing my own condiments next time! How low can YOU GO? CHEAP is what you get. Tired of being the nice guy. No more big tips. Seriously

The food is great and the prices are low for what you're getting! Our waitress, Erica, was amazing. She had A LOT of tables and she was very efficient, personable, and thoughtful. Our food was taking a while to come out, so she brought us a round of drinks and made a bit of small talk. I appreciated even the little bit of thought since the restaurant was completely full and had a decent wait list. This girl deserves a raise. She made our first experience at this restaurant a great one and we will be back with many of our friends very soon.

4.5 is a more appropriate ranking. This is a place that has good food, service and beer. It is very reasonably priced and has above average wings. Can't go wrong with Roosters.

Wings pretty good. Her chicken sandwich was one of the thinnest she had. Almost like a McDonald's chicken sandwich. Drinks really pricey. About $1.50 more per cocktail than most other places we frequent.

Food turned out great and the service was excellent, we just waited quite awhile for our food even though the restaurant wasn't crowded or busy. I wouldn't complain if it was a well done steak or something but it was a chicken sandwich and wings we waited over 30 minutes for.

It's a chain restaurant that definitely feels like it. It isn't bad or good it's just somewhere in the middle. The service is friendly and I have no complaints about the people that work there. The wings aren't anything that would make you want to jump up and scream hallelujah, but they aren't bad. They were almost very good but needed to be a little crispier for my liking. The beer was cold and inexpensive which was a plus. I would good back again.

Most impressed by the great service we received. We had a party of 19 people, and I don't think one mistake was made with our order or bill. Everyone was given the correct food, and the correct check. Our server did a fantastic job waiting on everyone.

Good bar food, lots of drink choices. Service is hit or miss. Always have plenty of beers on tap and have beer specials. Food is consistent! Plenty of great appetizers and happy hour is good. Friendly vibrant environment with plenty of tvs and keno. Nice patio for days with good weather. Definitely worth trying the wings, plenty of good sauces to try.

The fried pickles are great. The sweat Thai chili wings had just enough heat if you want spicy but not hot. They had live music outdoor seating area, played some oldies '70's was fairly good. Prices aren't bad. Service was fairly fast considering I was with a very large group and they were busy.

Roosters is one of my favorite restaurants, ever! So many great items to choose from, and ALL of it, very reasonably priced. Ordered my favorite "usual" for pickup last night - a chicken parmesan sandwich w/ a couple of soft baked pretzels & nacho cheese sauce, and it was SOOOOO good! Wait staff is always top-notch, and had my order at the counter, ready to go when I arrived. If ya haven't tried Roosters yet, def pay 'em a visit!

A very nice place to eat or drink. The waitresses are friendly and attentive. The food selection is normal bar fair, but fixed fresh and quickly. The resturant (including the rest rooms) is very clean and well maintained. There is ample televisions for viewing any sports event.

This is hands-down my favorite restaurant in Louisville. The staff is incredibly friendly and very dedicated. It's a great place to go for games of any type and depending on the game, they will have the volume up to a level that is pleasing to everyone. Drink specials are plenty and their happy hour is sure to excite. 50 cent wings on Monday nights is something that no one should ever pass up. The most important aspect though is the wings and they are the best in the city. They can be ordered in a wide variety of flavors and no matter which one you order, you will not be disappointed. I recommend starting out with the appetizer platter and moving on to ten hot wings, extra wet. Try the nu-killer if you're feeling brave. Trust me, it's worth it.

They told us it would be a 30 minute wait but ended up being an hour. (We did have 8 in our party). They were going to seat us in back to back booths which kinda takes away from the idea of eating together. Food was okay but not hot. 2 adults 1 child 2 beers was 40$. The customer service that we received from Katlyn at the Shelbyville Rd location was AWESOME, especially that we had such a large amount of people in our group. I’m not big on just chicken, however I visited with my girlfriend and the food was fantastic. Help was not outgoing but very helpful so it made no difference. The food was hot and arrived promptly. Will be returning and highly recommend. Great family friendly atmosphere.

Great place and good. Stephanie at the middle town location is always nice and very professional. Something that concerns me lately. I have known Chad one the originators of roosters in middletown. The last two times I have sat in the dining area and was not waited on after several minutes. The first time was 4 this last one was today at 2:30. I have been a loyal customer for years but after 3 + servers look at you and still provide no service then I left and gave another business my business.

This is a quinticential sports bar with great wings and cold brews, tons of screens, good atmosphere and the wait staff is friendly and attentive. Try the local brews on tap. If traditional wings aren't your thing the boneless wings are second to none. Great place to hang out and watch a game.

Staff was awesome and courteous, not just to me but to my girlfriend and my dog who is a staffie, looks like an am. pit bull,most people get scared of them but not the staff here.. Food and drinks where prompt and correct and even brought a bowl of water for the dog. Plus showed Monster, my dog, tons of love which he enjoyed. Great experience overall.

I placed a catering order 2 weeks before an event, and when I called the day before my pick-up date to pay over the phone, I was informed my order didn't exist. A hostess had written down my order when only management is supposed to do so, so it never made it to the appropriate people. After a fiasco over prices going up since my order was misplaced and me refusing to pay the higher prices for an error that was not on my part, a manager heavily discounted my catering order. The food was great and the staff was very friendly when I picked up my order. Bottom line: when you place an order over the phone, double check their work!

Sports restaurant & bar with good food. Chicken fingers are BIG. 2 fried fingers with a side of wedges & a shared appetizer made me completely full. They were fried just right & not greasy at all. My companion wasn't happy with the noise level, but it's a sports place - you've gotta expect noisy when games are on. But it's not over the top noisy, we could still hear each other & have a conversation. Great place for casual dinner. Suitable for children.

Roosters is a local's restaurant. Consistent, tasty food and drinks. Full bar. Outside seating available. I had the house favorite, chicken wings: crispy breaded drums that drive me crazy. Ten flavors too. Wet wipes were needed and available but not offered. Prices reasonable.

It's your average sports bar. Food is par for the course but their sauces are great. Chicken strips are more like whole chicken breasts so be careful when ordering. Finally, trust me, go for the wedges over the fries...You won't be disappointed.

I am a chicken wing fan and have a few spots around town I enjoy eating them at but Roosters is hands down #1 in my book! Get your wings either naked or traditional in a variety of sauces that you can mix and match when you order. I usually go for the Donkey/Carolina Gold mix which is a great mix of heat and tangy mustard. They Blue Cheese is made in house and is a great compliment for the wings. The best part about Roosters is they have half priced wings on Mondays and you can get 10 wings and a water for under $6! The other menu items are standard sports bar food but worth the trip!

We usually go to the Clarksville Roosters but we recently moved to Louisville and decided to try this one out. The food was very good and the waitress was very nice amd attentive! They had plastic deviders raised behi d the backs of the chairs and everyone was distanced and in masks. so definitely a covid conscious environment!

The description really doesn't say it, but this is a sports bar/restaurant. Lots of TV's, with large tables surrounding a well-stocked bar. Great for watching your favorite game. Really loud and busy on a Sunday afternoon during football season. Menus are kept at table after orders are placed, and tend to get rather messy (mine had dried ketchup all over the inside). Table was also not completely clean when I was seated. Having said that, the food was pretty good. The burger I had was cooked just right.

I'm giving this roosters a 4.5 tonight, our server was amazing, very nice and super fast about everything she did.. we sat outside under their large covered side porch area and enjoyed a berger , chicken wrap and wedge salads.. oh and a starter of fried pickels and mini corn dogs.. kitchen was pretty fast and well cooked.. hats off to these guys tonight.. dinner for two with two drinks from the bar and all under 33 bucks... a great place to grab simple , fast and good food..especially for outdoor seating!! Roosters is by and far the best quantity to quality for any wings that I know. The boneless wings are gigantic, all the sauces are delicious and it's cheap. Mac and Cheese bites are great appetizers along with the dumpster fries, the beer is moderately priced and if you go on Monday in the evening, the wings are insanely cheap.

Wait was a little long to be seated, but it was Friday at 7 and UofL was playing. Definitely the biggest wings I've ever had, but cost about the same as anywhere else. I feel like I can eat a lot and 20 wings was too many. Wings are a little "drier" than a lot of places, but you can get them with more sauce if you like. Beer is cheap, plenty of TVs, will definitely go back

Had great food for a great price. I like how the menu items are split up; a frugal person can order a hamburger and potato wedges with water for $5 total. The meeting room is great too, there's not many restaurants near by with a private room to reserve. Im really glad to have this place so close by.

The wings are also massive and the price is very reasonable especially compared to BWW and especially if you come Mondays. All the appetizers are also great although the fries are a little bland. Anyhow, it's my favorite Louisville joint!

My terrorist wife likes the buffalo chicken pizza since she isn't much of a wing fan. I guess it's still buffalo style chicken but if rather just tell her she isn't American because she doesn't like wings. The service has always been great as well.
