Reviews of Patrick O'Shea's
Open until 2am on the weekends, great selection of bar food after 11pm, THE BEST Bloody Mary you will ever have! They infuse their vodka with onions, garlic, and horseradish and include fan favorites in the mix (steak sauce, Worcestershire, and Guinness). Amazing staff! Will definitely go back! Pepperoni pizza, fried green tomatoes, and chili nachos - highly recommend all.
Food, atmosphere, and drinks are all fantastic, I don’t think the ordering process is super efficient but wasn’t bad. Really the only reason they get a four star instead of five is because everyone in there was in their own world favoring the regulars. Just not warm not welcoming. Our server if you can call it that because they really just bring food out to you. You get your own drinks and you go up and order your food from the register. The server could have made a very healthy tip because we had almost to 20 person party and the people paying are generous. I still recommend a visit for the food and beverages✅
Very cozy bar with a wide variety of drinks and delicious food.
Fish and fries are awesome. Fish is fried with a very thin coat, so I didn’t feel tasting the flour at all, but only the fish; it’s awesome. I substituted fries with Brussel Sprouts, it is delicious! Homemade tartar sauce is amazing.
Wings are also good. The fact that they do not serve celery and carrot sticks with wings but thin sliced celery and carrot is interesting.
Server is attentive and extremely friendly.
Excellent environment to go have a few drinks and enjoy the city. Staff is very pleasant. Ordered the shepherds pie with Brussel sprouts and the fish and chips. Absolutely DELICIOUS
We came here during an ice storm when there were few customers. The staff was still on board and did a great job. The food was hearty and excellent! The chili is homemade and very good. The wings, grilled with a dry rub and sauces on the side were fantastic. Good size and juicy without being overly large.
I had the Reuben with a side of Brussel Sprouts and loved every bite. My wife had the grilled salmon (sub chicken) salad and was happy with it (although heavy on the spinach leaves).
I bet this place is a blast when it's crowded! I'd recommend coming here.
Way cool building! Four stories! The cellar is like a "Speak Easy", and there's a bar, too, on the top floor! The fish is great! The service is really good too! Please go!
My boyfriend and I stumbled in, they were the only place open late for for food. Let’s say we can right back the following night. The food was amazing !!! The wings and fried tomatoes were my favorite!! My boyfriend loved the truffles fries. The food isn’t the best part though!! Kevin was our server and he is THE BEST!!!! He made me one of the best sangrias on the spot !! He’s a very skilled bartender!!! His personality is so welcoming and refreshing! I’d go back just for him!! Do yourself a favor and go see Kevin for one of his sangrias and great conversation!! Wonderful experience!!
Great place to sit back and drink a few or to grab a great lunch or dinner.
The fish and chips are awesome and as usual they have Guiness on tap…
It's interesting. They keep on playing Irish music and the music gets more and more intense as the night becomes dark.
We visited during the Louisville Burger Week. For the starter we ordered Cheese Bits. It was really good. For the main course we went with the typical burgers. The burger patty that we ordered were juicy inside and crispy outside. It comes with Pickled jalapenos, lettuce and Tomatoes. Pretty balanced burger. As a dessert we ordered Bourbon flavored Bread Pudding.
I was pretty disappointed with the Bread Pudding.
We drank Bourbon Barrel Stout Beer which is probably the best buy for us.
Overall, a very happening place. As they keep it open past midnight on weekdays (except maybe Monday), it's a great place for midnight cravings.
Edit: The taste of cheese bits has changed. I had a pat's burger tonight. It's good. But I think the burger without the bacon would have been much better. The crispy onions on the burger were perfect.
Great food, great atmosphere ... but they seemed confused about their service the night we went. The guy greeting us told us there was no server and to order our food from the bar, but two or three differnt folks came by to take drink and food orders. The pretzel with beer cheese was dynamite.
Best ever pub foods!
Friendly staff members and wide range of bourbon selection.
Personally prefer this pub to Barstown Rd. 3 Irish pubs although i also love those 3 of them.
Had a great dining experience here! The appetizers were amazing and the burgers were perfect. The atmosphere is really neat and the restaurant was clean.
Huge shoutout to Kady and crew from OSheas!!! You guys are awesome!!! My son and daughter in law's wedding reception was a great success! The food was amazing! And the service was just as great!!
Could not have picked a better place to have for a reception. The penthouse rooftop was the bomb!! Highly recommend them for any occasion!! Thank you Thank you for making this such a memorable event!!
Sincerely,
A very grateful mother of the groom...and of course the newlyweds Zack and Shelby Goins!!
Pretty skeezy neighborhood. On a Sunday night, they were the only restaurant with staff to offer service. Food was standard pub fare. Not great, not horrible. We got a couple fish and chips, a pseudo shepherd's pie, and a couple starters. Beers were good. Friendly people.
Great atmosphere and even better food. I ordered the shrimp and lobster grits and was very full after. However the wait system is very slow and we did not get seen often. There were multiple instances where we had no drinks, silverware, or menus.
Great pub!
Stopped in for a nice Irish hearty lunch after some bourbon tours!
Great pub with nice wood bar. They had great alcohol selections with an amazing Guinness pour of course!
I suggest the burger and fries with a Guinness amazing!
Just came in for a drink and ended up having a great time with the bartenders and bar patrons. Great vibe.
Amazing family owned and operated Irish pub. Perfect place to grab a quick drink or chill awhile to eat delicious food. All 4 floors of this old building have something different to offer!
Came here on my birthday because most places were closed pretty early since it was a Sunday. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, and the bartender made our drinks very quickly every time in spite of it being rather busy. I got the reuben and it was of the better reubens I've had in town. Love the counter service, too.
Had our wedding on the rooftop. Food was great and the staff was wonderful.
Really good beer menu here. Service could have been a little bit better, but it seemed like more of a self serve place, so I thought it was better in the bar area.
First time in Louisville. Girl at the hotel recommended this place on Main Street. Glad she did! Great food and beer. Nice atmosphere. ☘ 🍻 …
Best lobster shrimp and grits anywhere. Great service, with a very easy order, and sit option. I was expecting more of a more Irish mix in the menu. Maybe it's there, I just got delirious when I read shrimp & grits.
Shrimp and lobster grits and Irish nachos. This is more of a gourmet place where you come for taste, not to get full. If you're looking for large beers and bar food I'd go elsewhere.
Had a great lunch..will come again
Had drinks at the bar. Immediately welcomed and friendly bartenders. Great music playing and plenty of people. Definitely will be back.
Cool little bar with lots of drink options. We had hamburgers. They were a little lacking in flavor. Overall still a good experience.
Relax with great cocktails, live TV, and a fun crowd. The bartender Kevin made us comfortable and walked us through the menu. He made sure we were taken care of and also offered great conversation. Definitely stop by here before or after bourbon tours. Thanks Kevin!
Very cool bar in downtown Louisville. Live music, crowded, and noisy...very lively... on the main level. Much quieter in the Cellar one floor down. They had private parties going on the 2 floors above the main floor so did not see those. Would go back.
Had the half Caeser and pepper Jack cheese balls. Both delicious. Beer was good too. Great atmosphere. Only issue was small menu with little vegetarian options.
Great atmosphere and fairly priced expertly made drinks! The basement is the place to be here in case you didn't see it.
They were really short-staffed, that was clear - but this is the new norm, it seems. Basically, the bartenders keep this thing going after 8 or so - along with those in the kitchen. They did a pretty good job, and I think it was still good service. The food wasn't bad, I liked the chicken fingers.
Cool bar. Good drinks. Bad service. Decent food. I had the Reuben and it was light on the meat. Truffle fries were good. I will probably go back to this place just for the drinks.
Thank you for sticking to your posted hours.
And thank Sarah, with an H, for helping us with the menu and genuin customer service.
The ghost pepper something something sauce was really good recommendation
Skip the pretentious restaurants with mediocre food. This place has fantastic food at a good price. All the bourbon choices you could desire. And great personable service.
Bartender Elissa was phenomenal!!! The knowledge and attention was awesome!! Thanks for the great afternoon!!!
Love their milkshakes. Had the snickerdoodle. Also good bar food and good service.
Regan is the best server and bartend ever!!! So nice and helpful. Made the best drinks… would recommend going there, ask for Regan and tip her good!!!!
Last year I was here with a party of 6. Everyone LOVED their meal!! Today I went with my husband. He always has "something" to say...suggestion for improvement, "small" complaint, etc. He LOVED it as well. Solid 10 out 10 from me!
Good "little" place. Little isn't the right word. This place is a massive three story venue. It has an intimate pub feel on the main floor, a wine bar on the bottom, and an event venue on the upper floors. Great fish and chips, and a very good Shaved Prime Rib Sandwich.
Would recommend if you are in the area looking for a good relaxed environment with plenty of drinks and some upscale bar food.
Awesome bourbon selection great beers too. We didn't eat but the food looked good.
My shrimp and grits was very good, however my wife's shepherd pie was phenomenal. I will have that on my next visit. We had a couple of the old fashion variant cocktails and those were also tasty. Service was friendly, prompt and professional. Finally the basement vibe is very cool causing us to stay for a few extra post dinner drinks. I highly recommend it.
The female bartender last night was awesome to us. The food was awesome and the service was great.
Love the decor! Visit the restrooms downstairs to view Irish murals. We just stayed for drinks before a concert but thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The drinks were great and the bartenders were super friendly, especially Landon. The boozy milkshake was good and so were the mules.
My friends and I enjoyed lunch outside on a nice day. The pub has a fun atmosphere and the staff was friendly. My friends had fish and chips, which an Irish pub would do well (they said it was very good!). However, I had calamari with miso aioli which was EXCELLENT! If you're downtown looking for a good lunch, I recommend O'Shea's.
Great food and service. They do require you order at the bar, but food came out fast and was delivered to our table.
Wonderful atmosphere and amazing food! The fries had the perfect Cajun flavor. The peanut butter milkshake was totally worth the extra calories. Jess was so kind and awesome!
Our large group walked in around 10pm and they let us have our pick of places to sit and even tolerated us switching a few times. The service was friendly and very quick, and the food was surprisingly tasty for pub fare. Extensive alcohol list and I loved the selection of local brews on draft!
Walked in with a group of 10 and got seated within 2 minutes. The food was delicious 😋 and our waitress was very friendly. Definitely would go back. 👍 👍 …
Friendly staff and many delicious food options. They had room to seat our party of 15+.
Friendly vibe, extended spirit list and reasonably priced menu. Short ribs were able to be cut with a fork.
Awesome atmosphere! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Chef Dave created a fantastic menu. The Shepard’s pie and Shrimp Lobster grits were amazing. Make sure you stop here for a drink or dinner while in the area.
Went before and after a show at KFC Yum Center. Had a great time! Staff was very friendly and efficient! Beer was cold! Food was good. Music was great. Bathrooms were very clean.
Old world Irish bar on Main Street. They served proper British/Irish pints (which I loved). The staff were friendly, the décor was great especially in an old building, the music was Irish and for a wee moment I felt like I was back in Dublin.
Always liked this spot. They got great food options, just a little pricey. Their salmon was phenomenal! They also have great drink options.
Surprisingly varied food options and taps galore. Not to mention all the Bourbon options available. Wait staff friendly and helpful. Local police were picking up take out, so if cops endorse, gotta be a good place, right?
Nice casual atmosphere the spinach quesadilla was delicious and my margarita hit the spot before and after my meal. Waiter was very nice, I plan on going back soon.!
great drinks, food, prices, and friendly attentive staff!
Cool pub! Friend green tomatoes excellent and bartender both friendly and knowledgeable was able to help us choose the right craft beer. Yum!
I walked into this place to, initially, just use the bathroom then I was greeted at the door by incredibly friendly workers and ended up getting a beer and enjoying the atmosphere for about 45 minutes before I headed out. This place is amazing!
Check out the cellar in the basement for an extra cool spot!
Terrific place to have a pint! This is a wonderful building in an excellent wait staff with tons of good food and beer. The place also rents out the second floor for receptions and what not. It is real close to the KFC Yum Center which is very convenient for pre game festivities!
Where can I start !? The food is amazing and the drinks !! Banana infused Jameson in house ! Will definitely back. Ask for Stephanie, she's just great !
The food was good, the drinks weren’t worth the money. The rooftop bar was disappointing. Overall a good experience though.
A Irish bar near the Ohio River and patrons will simmer on the openness of this three story building. 4th street live is a few blocks away and the The Brown Hotel is a story astray. Louisville is simple...Kentucky as can be and those who travel from Pennsylvania will see that Kentucky is like Pennsylvania.
Have made this spot our new 'go-to' place!...Love the staff, Landon and Clare are super personable, always have time to greet us, and make the perfect cocktail every time.... Great food.... fish/tots or the Ghost of Main (parmesan crusted chicken sandwich) are really good... beautiful location, and one of the few spots in Louisville that plays music, so there's always "atmosphere".....
Hate yourself in the morning the sign proclaims : get the smoked wings top notch.
Lots of alcohol before and after for good measure
If you want an Excellent Shepherds Pie with Excellent Service this is the Place in Downtown Louisville to go to.
From the Moment we walked in the Staff was very friendly & helpful, even with it being busy we got Excellent Service, Ben, Landon & Rob along the rest of the staff was always checking in on us, Being from out of State they made it feel like a Excellent hometown place that the hubs and I would be regulars at. Thanks for the Excellent experience.
The folks (staff) here are really friendly, multiple people walked by asked about the service / food .
Food is good .
Dining area clean .
Only issue could be the folks walking out to smoke if you wish to seat by the front .
No Wi-Fi , this is the 21 century 🤣
Their ghost pepper BBQ ranch sauce elevated a simple chicken sandwich to an amazing level. Also, try the fried green tomatoes. The breading is fantastic.
Wonderful experience at this Irish Bar. Huge number of Bourbons to choose from along with an extensive beer selection on draught. It's a karaoke bar too!
We just want to thank the team at O'Shea's for everything they did during our wedding on April 9th. We were absolutely blown away from the first walk-through to the end of our reception. Our friends and family are still talking about the food! Many said it was the best wedding reception spread they had ever eaten. We want to thank Kate, who was spectacular from start to finish, and Destiny, Joey and Matt for the incredibly hard work they did during the entire event. They even went and found me (The Bride) a Band-Aid after the entire thing was over and I slashed my thumb open on my shoes. Of all things! My wedding shoes. At least it was at the end! We couldn't have asked for a better venue, better food and drinks or a better team. We were already life-long O'Shea's fans but this just sealed the deal. If you are looking for a place to hold your wedding/reception/birthday/any special occasion, please call Kate and O'Shea's. You will not be disappointed. We love you guys! Taryn and Andrew Dahl (And our pug, Lulu Bizkit!)
Amazing atmosphere. Fantastic food. Burger is solid, fish and chips is superb, fries also superb and the truffle aioli sauce is to die for.
Your Irish Pubs always have the best burgers and they didn't disappoint!! My fiance raved about the truffle fries and her meal also. Great place to eat and enjoy drinks.
This place is a really cool Irish experience. The beers were normal price and the food was pretty good. I went with the Ruben and was not disappointed. If you are visiting Louisville and looking for an Irish style experience you can look no further.
Excellent Shrimp and Lobster Grits. Friendly staff, quick service.
The Duffy is one awesome hamburger. It was so good I had to get it 2 days in a row while visiting Louisville. My fries weren't all that great the first night I ordered but the entire staff here was so exceptional that I went back the next day. Ordered the same thing. The Duffy and fries were amazing!!
Great food and drinks. Excellent service!
The place was slamming busy. We still got our food at a reasonable pace and we got a table as well. Ordering at a counter and getting a number like fast food was a little strange but very effective.. food was good.. ordered an expensive bourbon flight and pretty much was just giving it without much education or fanfare about it. I would go back and give another try though that is why the four stars
Visited this place on a whim. Just so happened to be on the same weekend as a rodeo. We walked in on a Sunday right when they opened, and I guess everyone else had the same idea. They were slammed immediately! The 3 people I could see working kept calm and serviced everyone with minimal waiting. When our order was placed, I noticed we didn't get a number to take to our table like everyone else, didn't matter. Our server not only remembered our order perfectly, but our faces for the order and gave us great info for local places to visit. 20/10 recommend.
Such an awesome experience. The food was fantastic. The drinks were cold. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I wanted to buy a tshirt and Alex went out of her way to get one for me. AND i found out that all of their retail proceeds go to Bikes for Kids. Love this place. Thanks, Alex! You are awesome.
I was in town for a wedding and stopped by. The drinks were reasonably priced and they had the best homemade sauces I've ever tasted for their chicken fingers (which are cut fresh and not frozen out of a bag like most pubs). I complimented the bartender on how good they were and he gave me some free sauces to go. Definitely recommended.
We each had the Patrick burger and shared the fries. The food was great! We were there on a Friday night before a Louisville basketball game and so the place was crowded. That is our only complaint, since in the time of covid-19, we were uncomfortable with the crowds. Many of the people eating there were probably unvaccinated, maybe spreading covid, and we are both elderly. So that was a concern for us. But the food was great!
Corned beef brisket and cabbage with potatoes was delicious! Perfect St. Patti's Day grub! Great Irish music for the holiday too!
Shepherds pie was filling and delicious. Burger was very good on a very fresh bun. Staff friendly, checking on us to be sure all was good.
Good atmosphere and top drink selection. The experience could have been better if staff would have been more attentive.
Our friends had their wedding reception in their lower level basement. Great food, good drinks and excellent service by the O'Shea's staff! Bourbon Revival band added to the wonderful evening.
Initially I was overcharged, but a single phone call had the entire situation fixed and has the money refunded within a week. Very friendly and awesome customer service... And the food and drink selection are amazing as well!
Great place to meet up with friends for a yummy bite to eat.
We had the truffle fries as a starter then a Patrick burger and Mac and cheese. Absolutely wonderful! Great food and great atmosphere.
Awesome environment, good service, great beer selection, good Guinness pour. Only thing I can say is that it needs Magners.
Service was slow. It took over half an hour to get our appetizers. When our meals came, the server never returned to check on us, refill any drinks, etc. My wife really enjoyed the shrimp and grits. I had the beer battered fish and chips. The cod was excellent, but the batter was a bit thick and too greasy for my taste. My daughter had the reuben. The bottom of the sandwich was very soggy and unappetizing.
We booked a super last minute rehersal dinner at loft 123 and everything was amazing. The food was highly complimented, the space was beautiful, and the service was phenomenal. Pricing was perfect especially considering we had a large group.
We walked in on a Friday evening thinking the place would be packed. Surprisingly, we were able to seat ourselves immediately. We didn't know what to expect, but the menu looked decent. I ordered the guacamole and pita which turned out to be incredibly delicious; our whole table enjoyed it. The fish and chips were very tasty; they were fried perfectly and the tartar sauce was delicious. My table also greatly enjoyed the reuben and collard greens. The fries and tater tots were so-so- they weren't hot and the texture left more to be desired. Otherwise, we had a great experience- good food, friendly and prompt service, and all in the great city of Louisville! I would definitely recommend Patrick O'Shea's! Thanks for the food and memories!
Great food and booze always a good time
We’re from out of town and stumbled on this place looking for a quick bite and drink before a concert. 100% recommend! Grabbed a seat at the bar, the bartender is attentive and friendly, really good at his job! The food is delicious, highly recommend the cheese balls appetizer. Great spot!
Their shepherd's pie is solid, not very often you see and taste lamb in shepherd's pie. It was a touch heavy on potato topping and light on the meat filling but this is something I'd order everytime because it was that good.
Server was great and had perfect recommendations. Loved all the appetizers and was able to grab food right before the kitchen closed 👌
Got the salmon on grits. Best mashed potatoes and grits I've had in a while. Salmon was cooked perfectly, would definitely come back anytime.
Food is pretty good. I have enjoyed most items I've tried here. Their fish and chips are great, so are the Brussel sprouts. I also really enjoy their chicken sandwich but it is only served on Thursday lunch. Menu is somewhat pricey for quality and size of dishes. They have a huge beer selection and bar. Great venue for events and beautiful historic building in the heart of downtown. It is also locally owned.
Stopped to sample the local bourbons but, the sweet porter stole the show. Aptly named and sooo good!
Food wasn’t real great. Place was cool but not very busy. Staff was friendly and helpful though!
The cellar basement is really cool and the bartender with the long hair is a total pro
I was very sceptical to order a chicken quesadilla at an Irish bar but went with it anyways and it was legit probably the best quesadilla I've had! Also got a drink called the Salty Leprechaun, and it was pretty satisfying. Also my friends got wings and they was pretty top tier as well.
Great karoke!! The wings are awesome! We always make new friends every time we go! The bartenders are not always very friendly, they don't even acknowledge they see you. We have to flag them down every time and then they act like your bothering them. But overall its a great place with the perfect atmosphere!
Bar atmosphere with food. The mix drinks were great. They do have a number of craft brew to try. The service was excellent. The food was alright.
This was the first time I had been to this location and it was awesome. The food was delicious and the drinks for made perfectly.
My husband and I ate here before a concert. Snagged a spot at the bar so I can't say how the wait was for a table but we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we were served food at the bar on such a super busy night. Food was amazing too. Loaded tots, fried pickles, Ruben with fries all hot and so delicious. Great friendly bartenders too.
The architecture inside is breathtaking. The initial service was slow but picked up with our large party. Everyone said their meals were great. We had people order pork tacos, fish and chips, chicken pasta, rueben and cheese appetizers. They had a wide array of beers and mixed drinks. I was disappointed with the fish. The fish was good but it has too much breading and was greasy. I'd recommend a visit but skip that entree. The southern boy's Shepard pie looked awesome though!
Always a good time at O'Shea's. Huge selection of bourbon, beer and food. I definitely recommend trying a "dream sickle milkshake" made with alcohol. You'll be getting another one. . . 👍 …
Alex was an amazing bartender! She was quick, efficient, and made delicious drinks! Once she ended her shift, service went downhill QUICKLY. Drinks were good, food was delicious. Would absolutely return.
great food! the fish n chips was amazing and the shrimp n lobster grits was spectacular! way better than Docs next door! if any of those 2 entrees suite your fancy, then come here!!!
Good food and atmosphere at a good price! Staff were friendly and the bar’s stock worked well with the traditional pub food.
Always great service and awesome food.....
Food was terrific! I had the Thursday lunch special chicken sandwich, and it was excellent. The vibe is really laid back, so you can expect to wait a minute for your food (not unbearably so, it’s just not a quick trip). I would definitely come here again.
We had our down-sized wedding due to Covid at The Penthouse at Oshea’s this past Saturday and amazing/outstanding is an understatement. Service was awesome and the servers/bartenders were always checking up on how we were and if we needed more drinks/anything they could do to help. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was amazing. We had such a fun time on the dance floor and would recommend booking osheas for any kind of wedding reception. The venue is stunning and beautiful, I wish we could relive that night already!!! Love love love.
We had my daughter’s wedding ceremony and reception in the Penthouse recently. The room is beautiful with great atmosphere. The food was delicious and plentiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the service was superb. I would highly recommend O’Sheas. They helped to make the night perfect!!
This place is so much fun that we came here for drinks one afternoon, then came back for more that night! Excellent bourbon/drink selection. The downstairs bar (The Whiskey Cellar?) is definitely the place to be; such a cool space & atmosphere. The bartenders were awesome.
We recently hosted our wedding and reception at O'Shea's and it was a wonderful experience. Our guests could not stop talking about the service and food. It was absolutely top notch. They also could not stop raving about how pretty of a venue. We would totally recommend Patrick O'Shea's to others if they are looking for a beautiful/unique venue with great food and service!
If you’re coming for drinks it’s great, but the food was very mediocre. I was expecting at the least pub food, this was what I considered bad pub food.
Awesome atmosphere, diverse clientele. High velocity customer service, great food and beer, and the staff's obvious enthusiasm for working there made this the highlight of our most recent visit to Louisville . Planned to start there and move on, but our party of four were happy to stay and soak up a terrific Saturday evening!
Great food & staff for your bar needs ask for Jess & my personal favorite server is Amanda she has a top notch memory with food, drinks & the specialties. I would give this restaurant a 5 star but they’ll get a 4 only because I’m devastated they took away the friend pickles 😭 they were so 🔥🔥🔥but I’ve been several times even with my son the deserts are great too & they can accommodate you & your party to what’s best suited for you. The scenery is great & artwork pulls you in. Definitely a great place to check out at any hours of the day especially the daytime if you’re not trying to be in over crowded waiting area to get food or drinks.
MORE LIKE O’SHWOW THIS WAS AN. EXPERIENCE. Impeccable service, phenomenal atmosphere, and absolutely PERFECT energy. The people are cool, the furniture is cool, the music is cool, and the food will revolutionize your taste buds. Ben the server is one of the coolest people in world and I want to go on a hike with him and his girlfriend. WOW. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE
Great atmosphere. Ok service. They could remember to smile a little more. Not busy and we felt a little like a bother.
I threw a birthday party for my mother in law and Jessica, the event coordinator was awesome! She walked me through everything and answered every single one of my 100 questions happily. I could not of asked for a better staff the night of my event. They were friendly and the captain made sure everything was going smoothly and we had everything we needed the entire night. My guests were thrilled with the food, everything was delicious. I am very thankful I chose O’Shea’s!
Beautiful rustic bar with amazing staff. The atmosphere is very much like an authentic public house mixed with a speak-easy. For anyone looking for good food and a great libation, this is a place to stop and enjoy your compan. If anything else, belly up and let your worries slip away engrossed in diverse conversation with the wonderful staff.
Excellent beer selection and even better Hot Brown. Do not miss it (but don't try to finish it).
Went there 2 days in a row I was so good , Shepards pie is amazing. Met the owner very down to earth super cool. Great vibe here drinks were good and priced according. 👍 …
Always a really good vibe here, food is spectacular. The only downside is no parking really, but great for foot traffic. They have an amazing fish n chips if you're into it. I usually can't get enough of their grilled chicken salad!
Outstanding food, drinks, service and atmosphere. We were passing through on a road trip and plan on making this a regular stop when we pass through Louisville from now on.
Nice atmosphere. Quick service. Everybody was really having a good time...will be back. Killer potato soup..!
We've been here a few times when we're in town and it's pretty good. It's a bit pricey but it's probably because of the location. The food is pretty good and the atmosphere is fun and casual.
I wouldn't call it a true Irish pub, it's a cross between a Irish pub and a sports bar, but I'd probably go back if I'm in town again.
Best Old Fashioned I've ever had in my life
The food was delicious, drink prices were unpredictable and quality so-so, chef was friendly, wait staff wasn't overly helpful. Our server disappeared for an extended period, and, when my husband asked another employee for assistance, we were told she couldn't help at all before she walked away. The chef, by contrast, was amazingly helpful in allergy accommodations.
They have late night food! There’s only a few places in Louisville that do (after 9:30) and this is one of them. THANK GOODNESS.
Their Caesar salad is delicious (couldn’t believe how good a simple salad was) and so was their pork nachos. Vibe was good as well. Def will come back again.
We went here for my brother's bachelor party and it was awesome! Just the right amount of people to have fun, but not wait forever for a drink or the restroom. The DJ was good and the music was loud enough to have fun, but still carry on a conversation with the person next to you. I'll definitely be back!
Ordered Pasta Primavera with Chicken and my girlfriend ordered Grilled Chicken Salad. Nice portions. Food was "okay"..nothing special...not bad either... Just okay.
Atmosphere was that of your typical bar. Drinks were good (Jameson and Coke) and our waitress was attentive and friendly. It was an "older crowd" patroning this bar on this night.
They have three levels..we were in the main level sitting directly in front of a live band ...which they normally do not have on this level of the bar. We are big supporters of musicians...and we sat directly in front if this band literally a few feet away...and they were absolutely horrible to the point that we were embarrassed for them. Both singers were...not very good. The entire band was out of sync...it was just...sad.
Otherwise...it was just an average visit to an average bar in our opinion...with the only thing memorable was how bad the band was. Won't return.
This was the beat place for a wedding! It was absolutely gorgeous and the food was amazing! You can't go wrong with this place. Definitely will be back and hopefully going to more wedding there!!♡♡
Food was really tasty but the service was a little strange? This visit was on the first week back up and operating so things were a little off and under staffed. I'd like to try it again when I can have the whole experience. Gave them the benefit of the doubt with 4 stars.
The menu is a good one, not traditional Irish/British fare, but a good mix of American-restaurant type foods. AND IT IS DELICIOUS!
Pretty bar, nice atmosphere, friendly service.
My daughter and new son-in-law held their wedding here... Who knew a wedding above a crowded bar could be so beautiful and elegantly appointed? O'Sheas, you'd imagine fantastic job!
The service was amazing. My fiance and I were in town for the night and had about 3 hours untill everything was closing down (covid-19 precautions). Landon made sure we had an amazing time while we were there and was awesome at making us feel welcome. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone in the area.
Didn't quite get the purpose of self ordering, but the Reuben was absolutely out of this world. Best one I've had in Louisville HANDS DOWN!!! I dare someone to prove me worng!!!!!! It's a nice break from the regular places we normally go. Thanks for the hospitality
Loved the food, beer and atmosphere. Great fish and chips. Probably my fav watering hole in Louisville
loved it! great food and service! oysters, short ribs, fish tacos all amazing.reasonable prices and nice craft beer choices. overall, our group of 8 had a bloody good time!
The perfect public House pub. Nice and dark like it should be, all that old hardwood floor, very friendly at the bar, and a great variety. Perfect amount of TV's without ruining the atmosphere. I think there is a hotel on top and another type of bar downstairs. Wish I would have stayed longer
Our cousin’s rehearsal dinner was held here and we had such a fun evening! The restaurant is very long and has a second floor. We had the very back two rooms reserved and it gave us more than enough space. I will note that the steps to the second floor are located in the back room. So we did have people not associated with our party occasionally passing through. But this was such a casual evening that it certainly wasn’t a bother. This place is loud and full of fried food. Be prepared for a laid back atmosphere!
Our bride opted for us to simply order off the regular menu - it wasn’t limited or pre-set in any way. We were spoiled! Our table decided to order a bunch of appetizers to share and we had a great time. I think my favorites were the smoked wings (amazing smoky flavor and crunch on the outside) and the loaded tots (the beer cheese and bacon!!). The loaded nachos and cheeseballs were good, too. But I will say that I expected the nachos to have a bit more BBQ pork and the highlight of the cheeseballs was actually the dipping sauce (which quickly became too spicy for me). While I heard that the calamari was too chewy, I heard the pretzels were a favorite.
Can always rely on them being open for some late night snacks. Food is always on point and they had some great deals on different pours.
Great atmosphere. I found out it is family owned. Highly recommend. Great food and creative drink selections. Service is incredible. Tom is amazing.
A bit disappointed. We were limited to ordering appetizers, and the waiter switched mid-visit.
That being said, a nice selection of alcohol, decent appetizers, and good music.
I'll try it again and hope they haven't run out of food next time.
Located in the heart of downtown, this place was wonderful for a Saturday date night. The oysters were big and yummy and the fried green tomatoes are the best in the city. Lisa was so nice, can't wait to go back!
The brussel sprouts were amazing, shepherds pie was not the best I've had, but fairly good. More like a 3.5
Really good atmosphere and an awesome selection of drinks. However, this is not the place to go if you cannot handle spicy foods (me). I ordered the shepherd's pie which was one of the few menu items which didnt mention 'chipotle', 'jalapeno', 'habanero' or similar.... and the meat had some sort of pepper in it which made it way too hot for me to eat. Probably not the best place to eat if you're not into spicy food
Really appreciate the atmosphere, but with lacking staff and a huge venue next door. There is much room for improvement.
I appreciated the host at the door making us feel welcomed, he was very helpful because it was our first time there and had no clue lol....once he explained everything we felt like regulars! The live band down stairs was a hidden gem.
Food was amazing!! Even though they were absolutely slammed, we never felt rushed or ignored. Top notch staff, great drinks!! We will be returning on our next trip to Louisville.
I love Patrick O'shea's!! Even when you guys are packed and seem to only have a few people working, service and food is on point. I don't know of any other late night food spots that are anywhere near as great. On weeknights, you can get food from the regular menu til 11pm and may be even later on the weekends and they even have a shortened late night menu for after 11 til i think 12 or 1am. I absolutely love this place.
Tonight around 10pm we got carryout and i asked for the salmon and to sub out my side of greens for carrots and celery.. I was expecting them to throw a few raw carrot sliced in my box (like they use for the wings with celery sticks) since carrots arent really on the menu. They actually cooked me some carrots to perfection which was an unexpected treat. They eaily could have just tossed in raw carrot slices but someone in their kitchen took the time to do that and i really appreciated that.
Can't say enough how grateful i am to have such a good late night food spot. Thanks again for always being awesome.
My only wish is that the salmon came with a little sauce because it was a tad on the dry side but i still really enjoyed it.
My wife and I were here last night, before the Bob Seger concert. We had walked around downtown Louisville for a long time in the freezing weather and every place we went to was packed. We came in the back entrance and sat down. We were informed that they were in a wait. I'm a diabetic, we tried to make reservations before hand at a different restaurant to no avail. Long story short, these people were kind enough to recognize our situation and made an exception for me. We were not trying to get around the people who were waiting, I was going into low and had to eat. Thanks to the manager and our waitress, they were fantastic!
The food and drinks were excellent!! However it seemed more like a burden to seat people. Get yourself someone who greets patrons with a smile and kindness and this easily could have been 5 stars.
Don’t come prior to an event at the Yum Center. Service is excruciatingly slow, even 3+ hours before a concert. Food and drinks were decent, but staff and service were lacking. Ordered a Moscow and Louisville Mule, took over 30 minutes for the drinks to make it to our table. I understand being busy, but with this location, no crowd should be a surprise, especially on the night of a nearly sold out concert.
We always hit up O'Shea's on our annual Louisville trip & it's always a blast. The bartenders are very friendly, the beer selection is awesome, and they make great cocktails. I typically don't like old fashioneds that are made with any artistic license, but their old fashioned with infused Old Forester & chocolate bitters was amazing!
Live music, cold beer, shepherd’s pie, great cocktails, and some of the best service I have had in a long time. Highly recommended!
Cool place overall with a great fish and chips dinner. Really wish the bourbon basement was sopen when we were there.
Staff are friendly and efficient. Drinks and food are great - went back the next day. Owner, Patrick O'Shea. Met and introduced himself to all that came in. Our first time in Louisville...this is a must stop. The atmosphere makes a person feel like home.
Went here prior to a Lou City match. Atmosphere was cool - about what you'd expect from an Irish bar. Unfortunately the service was slow, I rarely saw our waitress, and food portions were skimpy. The beer was good but the staff couldn't tell me much about their selections.
Attended the space for a wedding. Staff was respectful and the space looked great. A little complicated of a setup and the seating is separated so you have to stay mobile to get around to folks. Overall beautiful and fun space.
Good food, good bourbon, good beer. Staff is attentive and friendly. Great place to stop by for a relaxing afternoon.
My most adorable boyfriend and I were greeted by a very nice bartender. Our drinks were fabulous and our appys were d'lious! Atmosphere was festive!
Highly recommend!
Fa la la la la!
Service, staff, food... everything was FANTASTIC! Food was delicious, well priced and servings were large. Highly recommend if you are in the area!
This historical building and amazing food are worth the stop here. Great location near the Yum Center. Super service. Good portions and excellent food. Chef visited our table to ask about our food! Impressive!
Great bar staff good lunch. Salmon was way over cooked and dry but sides of Brussels sprouts and grits we’re fantastic ( As was the old fashioned)
Love the place. Traditional Irish pub, good bear and whiskey. Food is good too.
Location is very convenient.
The cheese ball appetizer is very good. The food was good, the servings quite large. The servers were very friendly and helpful with information of the surrounding areas.
This place got good food... People that work there were great... Yes i would go here again...
Went for a wedding reception on the 3rd floor. The staff was friendly, the drinks were moderately priced. My wife and I enjoyed the outdoor area, we even caught a rainbow overhead.
Friendly quick seating, fantastic decor friendly wait staff, amazing food (gotta have the Rueben). Food hot and speedy on arrival. Good price. No need to wait over an hour to be seated - just walk next door to Patrick O'Shea's and get ready to be wowed!!!
I go here for lunch and always order the lunch special (2 for $8) with the Benedictine BLT and Caesar salad 👌. I had an issue when I visited and Kelly O'Shea (owner? manager? both?) was very helpful and kind. Great customer service and great food! …
Despite being short-staffed, they accommodated our large group very well. The food was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful.
Mediocre food, have an extremely weird way of ordering food where you have to go up to the counter, not terrible food was fine enough, however there are much better options in the city, but if you are coming here for drinks alone, I would reccomend this location.
I hosted a surprise 50th Birthday Party for my husband in the Penthouse and it was fantastic! Excellent food, great staff and wonderful venue. The staff was so helpful and attentive. 100% recommend!
Overall good experience. There was a slight mishap with our food but they corrected it promptly. The food ended up being good. Prices are a little high but it is in the city. Plenty of solid drink options.
Staff took good care of us. Fun place.
Had the pleasure of exchanging preferences with one of the Bartenders, Kevin. Who was quite knowledgeable and very well rounded for question on their list of local beers. As for supper, highly suggest the Country Boy Shepard’s Pie.
Excellent service and food and a fantastic Old Fashioned!
One of my favorite restaurants in Louisville. I love the food, the friendly staff and the attention to detail. Each location is always being upgraded by the O'Shea family. Wonderful local spot!
Great service, bartenders are very attentive and great to talk to. If you are there give Darius a fist bump
Great atmosphere and drink menu options. FYI kitchen closes early on weekends.
A great way to spend the night before St. Patrick's Day! We stayed for hours and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Great drinks and great food along with great service from Amanda.
In late from Chicago. Greeted with an offer of drinks, chips, an open tab if desired, by a very friendly young man.
Nice place.
Amazing Reuben and fries; fresh, savory and substantial. Fast, friendly service with a great ambiance. Will come back when I'm in town.
Friendly bartenders and unique Irish aesthetic. Cool whiskey cellar in the basement
It was your standard Irish Pub good fish and chips and nice atmosphere nothing special but an easy place to hang out
Dakota is the best! Works harder than anyone else and super friendly. I will go here again because of the amazing service!
We had our wedding at Patrick O'Shea's in August and it was amazing! Sarah, the event coordinator, goes out of her way to make sure that you are happy and taken care of. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue (the new rooftop garden is perfect for an outdoor ceremony), better food (the sweet potato casserole was a huge hit) and an all around great time. Thanks again!
Whiskey selection was crazy cool. The prices were out of control though. Gouging at a whole different level.
Food was served hot and drinks were served cold. Good atmosphere. Bathrooms were clean and artistic.
Outstanding food and the building is really old and interesting.
Fried fish was not good.
Great staff and solid drinks and beer selection. If you are attending an event in downtown Louisville you NEED to go here. The Bourbon Bar downstairs is the gem of the house.
The food is delicious, the menu evolves by the season, and the drinks are both potent and delicious. A great place to go with a party. Excellent service to boot
Great Irish ☘️ Pub
Excellent place with great food, fun shakes, and the live music was very enjoyable.
Best wings my boyfriend and I ever had. Also the chicken sandwich with avocado was really good and had kick to it. Such good food.
The girl who helped me at the bar was very considerate. Wide variety of drink and she made them exceptionally. Also never went unnoticed. Great experience.
Food was great food was great would have given it a five star if our server was better, felt rushed and giving us an additude about asking questions about the menu wasn't exactly a good first impression with it being our first time there.
I go here often during lunch. I can get in, order, relax, and be heads back to work in 30-45 minutes. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very friendly staff, great food, and awesome atmosphere.
I'll have to come back and try this again, I know they're doing the best they can with virus bs happening, but it was just a pretty lousy experience. I have a feeling though before the wuhuflu this place was hopping. Will come again and try it again.
Erin is your new best friend. Be nice to her and she'll be nice to you. We were bar hopping for the first time in Louisville and that girl at kareoke was perfect!
Friendly staff, greats drinks delicious food all at reasonable prices
Good selection, good beer, decent prices. Loved the local raspberry cider which was $6.50. 4 stars bc thats a bit pricey but worth it so I just had 1
Friendliest bar. As a tourist in downtown area, this place made me feel like a local. Manager is the happiest dude, and it just runs off on the whole environment
Fish is crunchy and great! Cole slaw had a very clean, slightly sweet taste. If you like brussel sprouts with a kick, try them!
Solid downtown bar, and what you would expect from an Irish Pub. The pulled pork nachos are phenomenal as a late night snack. This place is huge too, which would be a plus if it's a busy night.
Great bourbon and beer selection...authentic Irish Pub atmosphere!
Great pub to grab a beer, bourbon or quick bite to eat!
Chilli Nachos,Long Island's are to die for .....mmmm will be 🔙
You order you're food in front,
First come first serve with sitting where you desire.
Love....
Conference attendees, 8 of us walked in for a dinner. Quick service. Accommodating vegetarian as well. Everyone's food looked great and tasted fine.
Super nice staff. Good recommendation on a beer I haven't had before. Fried green tomatoes were amazing.
Drinks were amazing and inexpensive. We were also able to to order food to the pub when the kitchen closed
A great selection of bourbon & rye with their own version of the Old Fashioned. The food menu is plentiful & the bar staff is inviting.
This is a great place to go to relax with friends and have a couple drinks. Fun atmosphere and great service, the place was pack and we were waited on fast and our food came out fast.
Good fresh food. Fun atmosphere.
We tried to eat there after our cruise but the kitchen had closed early. Nowhere on their website does it say the kitchen closes at a certain time.
Great atmosphere, drinks, and food. Beer cheese and pretzels are great appetizer.
A fantastic place to eat. The servers were friendly and the food was incredible!
The staff there is amazing. Stephanie, Ben, and Alex are so friendly and efficient. Thank you to all. We will be back. So refreshing to have a staff that cares about customers
Wonderful service myself and one year old son stopped by after a day at the science center for a nice cizy place to get a awesome meal and nurse the baby without fear of negative interaction. Most definitely will be back
The food was great and the beer even better, but i stopped in for a quick bite and it took way too long besides that the service was great and it is a pretty cool pub.
Restaurant has great social distancing practice in place. Service was quick and the food was amazing. I really enjoyed the truffle fries
Well I came in the other night alone, feeling like the world was just to much. I ordered my drink and sat there balling my eyes out.. Then the bartender came down and started talking to me and telling me how important i was lol yes at a bar end of story by the end of the night i left smiling and not feeling like death..; Thank you jen my tattooed angel
Kevin is the best bartender!! I have a special needs little brother, Kevin is so friendly and makes him feel so special he wants to sit at the bar every time we go now!
Went Elton John concert night. Actual menu prices more than online menu prices, maybe because of event? Food good, services not so good. Good atmosphere.
Nice little Irish bar located near the water/ YUM stadium. Great selection of local/national microbrews on tap. Nice staff, very attentive.
Great bar. Really fun atmosphere and really good food. Played good music and my friends and I all had a lot of fun
Shrimp and lobster grits
Salmon and brussel sprouts, really good. Fried green tomatoes, wings (habanero and blue cheese) 🙌🏾 …
The beer is good! The food, not so much. Chips were overs fried and the bacon on my sandwich was almost burnt. ...but the beer is good!
Went after U of L game. Great martinis. Seafood Platter was delicious
Good drinks, spacious seating, hidden bar downstairs, and very clutch pretzels and beer cheese served late. Worth a visit!
Had drinks in the cellar/basement section of the bar. Good music, good cocktails and great service.
For the late night plates, if you're hungry go for the pulled pork nachos, they're huge. And the empanadas are excellent. As are the beers!
Some co-workers and myself came in on break and ordered carryout the food was great very nice welcoming staff.
Comfortable atmosphere, tasty food, good service. Our favorite place to get a drink along whiskey row when in Louisville.
Awesome service, awesome drinks, awesome food, and awesome vibe! Will definitely be back!
Delicious place for lunch. The Brussels sprouts are amazing. Definitely will eat here again when we return again.
Wonderful restaurant has a very good menu with lots of options for all types of people. The place occasionally allows people to use its upper floors as venues for private parties.
Great food and drink and we were in the basement lounge/speak easy a couple of times last weekend
I was in town for business, and found this restaurant, and um glad I did. Great menu and staff, and a good selection of Irish choices! Thanks for for a good evening!
Great appetizer, we had the guacamole chorizo nachos, very tasty. But drinks and food a little over priced.
Good food, but a little too much grease. I love all the wood panels and furniture. The staff are great, too.
Went to a wedding on the rooftop. Very beautiful and classy venue. The food and service was amazing!
A vapid poltergiezt vented through the widow sill. Then, a green apparition bought me a beer. A girl asked me if she could borrow my lipstick but all I had were bitter flavor tablets so she "Thanks, but no thanks."
Excellent bar/restaurant in downtown area. Good food & drinks. Reasonable $$$
As a bar owner myself I’m verycritical and never post reviews but I am on a business trip and can honestly say I am very impressed.. well done!
Awesome place. Bartenders were very friendly and knowledgeable. Great Old Fashioned, best I've had.
Food was good and beer was cold. What really stood out was the service from Tom. Some of the best service I have ever had in my life.
Fish was great. Went on sunday around 4. Set at the bar. Service was not great. Love the dill tarter sauce.
Great service + truffle fries with extra cheese = a wonderful experience 😀 Can't wait to go back! …
Food is good, though a little pricey. Excellent selection of drinks. Love seeing love music here when they have it.
Let me say this if you go there for the food alone you will be happy..the drinks are great
Food is average pub food with some good local flare (hot brown was nice). Service isnt great and misses the boat unfortunately.
Great pub food and awesome drink selection.
The cheese balls and fries were amazing! Chocolate milkshake for desert is a must.
Great atmosphere! Great food! Awesome 3rd floor for dancing on rooftop!
It's always busy, but the staff is super friendly and the bourbon cocktails are delicious.
Irish and American eats and drinks. Fun place. Reasonable prices. Friendly. Wish there were more Irish trad music here.
Beer was decent took way to long to be served. Food closed at 945.
Great Irish pub. Big place. Really liked the spiked milkshake: recommend vanilla and bourbon.
Great Manhattans and the fish is delicious
Was super impressed at the quality of food. Great atmosphere.
The food here is flippin amazing. Friendly bartenders and easy going atmosphere.
This place was great. The bar had good selection and the bartender was friendly and quick. The DJ was spot on with the crowd.
Very nice place to eat & have a cold ome with friends. Good staff with great food at a reasonable price.
Really nice and relaxing. The staff was very friendly too, had a great time out
Awesome 😊 place friendly staff tell Mike if you like it great food and drinks. Fantastic atmosphere. …
My food was delicious. The wait staff was wonderful.
Food was good. Had a great Cobb salad. Service was slow and not very attentive.
Food was great, beer selection was wonderful the serving size of beers was less than desirable.
Shepherds pie was as amazing as the beer selection. Very friendly service to go with impeccable decor. I love this place.
Great food and drinks, cool atmosphere. Staff was freindly, accomodating for food allergies and knowledgeable about their menus
Great place to eat, loved the atmosphere however the chicken tenders were overly fried and dry.
Friendly staff, excellent beer and bourbon selection.
Had the Reuben with fries and it was delicious! Definitely a must go when downtown
Good "pub grub," and stiff drinks. Friendly staff and roomy atmosphere.
This bar has an awesome atmosphere. The bartenders are friendly and the drinks came immediately
Definitely can tell the fish is cooked in the same fryer as chicken and fries. Nothing worse than fishy fries. 👎 …
Nice atmosphere. Multiple bartenders. Fast service.
The Patrick is one of the best Burger's I've ever had in my life. Period.
(And tater tots yum.)
Service can be slow during the day, but the food and atmosphere is A+
Always great.! Good beer selection and great menu options! Fun downtown stop!
Good food great service. I have a monthly Meetup and they are always helpful and friendly.
Not really a pub type guy, but this was definitely a refreshing change. Great vibe, live music on the day i was there, well laid out and so on.
Fish and chips are excellent! Service was great
Cool place, cool atmosphere. Super cool that is was the Purdue bar in downtown Louisville before and after the NCAA tourney games ❤
Nice food...great service. A little on the expensive side but worthwhile.
It's a great place to socialize with family and friends. The staff is very hospitable, and courteous. This is a place that I would highly recommend.
Just a good experience for our visit. The waitress was polite and friendly and our food was amazing!
Loved the atmosphere here!! Food was great too! Will definitely be coming back!
My best friend works there and she bought me a shot of some very good bourbon!!! I left feeling myself so its whatever...
Great food friendly service. Irish theme but not irish music. Great environment though.
Really good food and a great staff.
Beautifully appointed bar and well stocked. Knowledgeable bartenders that will sling drinks how you want them.
Nice venue. The bartenders were swifty, even for a hoppin' private party. Less Irish than you might expect, though.
Had an super fun time here for Thanksgiving weekend the live music was AMAZING!!! loved the 80s music folk style!
Every time my wife and I stop by we always enjoy ourselves! We have also attended a wedding here and once again was not disappointed!
Place was packed, but staff was fabulous and food was fantastic! Enjoyed the Irish dancing!
Great food, great service I was here last year and decided to come back Loved it.
Great service
Fabulous food
A little pricey, but with it
Your typical Irish pub style place. Friendly staff and good drinks.
It was pretty ok, buy the waitress must've had a dead bug up her ass or she despises her job, very very much so! :-!
This place is great. Has an old bar feel with a great staff and lots of great beers and bourbons.
Great beer selection and good food.
Got a house salad with grilled shrimp. It was delicious!
Pretty close to an honest-to-goodness Irish bar. It had some tourists but most of the patrons were locals.
Love this place and the feel when you walk in. They have great selection of drinks as well as great location!
Service was just okay. Food was great. Drinks had good pours.
Beautiful woodwork throughout. Even if you don't drink you should at least see this place! They don't make them like this anymore.
Stopped in late Friday night which was karaoke night. Didn't get to stay long but enjoyed myself and will be going back soon
Great food. Excellent beer choices. Bar was awesome.
Awesome service in an amazing building! One of the best bartenders I’ve ever had!
Great food and drink but avoid when a game is on if you don't like big crowds!
Food is good. Beer is good. Staff is friendly and the place is beautiful :)
Food very good. Large portions nice environment friendly staff
Great place for pub atmosphere and solid food options. The empanadas did not disappoint!
Great atmosphere. Food is bar food. Attentive servers.
Loved the the Reuben and fries. With a cold brew, it was a great meal.

Amazing food & Atmosphere. Best Green tomatoes.
Tasty food, large portions, great ambiance. Loved the architectural details.
Just did a DJ gig in their 2nd floor Loft area. Really nice setup. Highly recommended by this guy!
Great bar. The server was helpful and really pleasant to deal with.
Beautiful bar. Good food. Great beer selection
Warm fun cozy with good service. Good pub food and good assortments of beer.
Great food! Even better prices! Highly recommend this place!
Sat at the bar thinking service would be better, it really wasn't. Good food though.
Went on St. Patrick day weekend. Took a selfie with the bartender, did some karaoke, had a blast.
Great environment, but got my order wrong and drinks were just ok.
Tom the bartender was awesome. Food and beverages were also excellent.
It was a private event and it was great. I really enjoyed the culture of generosity and integrity the family pursues.
This is a very solid place to get a drink and some Irish pub food! I recommend the fish and chips
A good place to get a drink, the food isn’t as good as their other locations.
Fun times. Boss rented the place for our Christmas party
We had a wedding rehearsal dinner here, and everything was superb.
Outstanding place. Great service and prices. Highly recommended.
Fun staff, lively pub atmosphere, great food, amazing bar. Walking distance from Marriott and Hampton.
It's Okay. There are far better Irish restaurants like The Irish Rover.
Great: atmosphere, handmade dishes, drinks all in a nostalgic 100+ year old building.
Solid Irish pub with good food, great beer selection and great service.
Huge place! 4 floors! Great private party rooms for rent!
Great atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Delicious food
It's Irish indeed. Abit sterile. Food ok. Bourbon flights are nice
Enjoyed every floor of this great restaurant/bar
It is a pretty good option if you're downtown and in the mood for some food and brews.
Place was great. Atmosphere and clientele was upscale and exactly what I was looking for.
Other than incredible wings, this place was a bit loud and unfocused (DJ at an Irish Pub serving bbq?)
Wonderful food, warm atmosphere, and exceptional service.
Avocado burger was incredible!!
Cool place to hangout, lots of draft beer choices, with great food.
Fish N Chips were solid
The food was excellent, the drinks too, a bit noisy for old folks, lol.
Was generally decent. I like the environment but was not super impressed with the food.
Nice cozy bar with good food in an area with a nice cluster of bars to hop around.
Good was decent good drink variety, nothing spectacular;
Fun atmosphere.chevk out the bathrooms, they made me smile.
Amazing food and amazing prices
