Well I’m not the first but I had to come in. I was going to order from a local pizza place but they closed at 11pm. Someone suggested Goodfellas and it wasn’t just open it was bustling, bright and alive! Not only were they were creating and baking fresh pizzas, there were 25 people in line waiting to but a slice! The facility was clean and looked well maintained. Ordering a whole pie took a while but by the slice was quick and efficient. The staff were alive for that hour of the evening and attentive! Overall great experience!! Highly recommend!

I would have to say this place awesome... The atmosphere was good the employee were very friendly and of course the Pizza was amazing 2 thumbs up... This place was clean as a whistle ... I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot to hangout and some great pizza 🍕...

I enjoyed the pizza quite a bit. I love how open the restaurant is and I like being able to see the staff make the pizzas in front of me. Someone complained about the pizza being cut uneven. Yeah some slices were the size of two and some were the size of one but how many people are going to eat one slice anyways?!? That just saved me time by picking up an oversized slice. 😉 I always ask for extra sauce when I get pizza but I wanted to try as is. I got extra sauce to go and the pizza was even better. Nothing like extra sauce. 😋 Definitely will be back again. I also liked my chocolate chip 🍪

Loved the shockingly huge pizza..the "forget about it". The only thing that was a downside was the paper plates..I would offer up small metal plates and maybe a small slicer because the pieces were so huge. Paper just got all wet and started ripping and getting holes in it when you tried to cut the pieces into edible bites. Ambiance was awesome..clean and relaxing and staff was very friendly! The pizza was delicious and quite the conversation piece. It's not too often you need to get the camera out for dinner!

This is some very nice new york style pizza. You can order by the slice or get a proper pie. Food was very tasty. Reminded me of a higher end pizza place in new york city. Very, very good pizza.

They served really good pizzas. Their vibe is neat. They have two separate rooms. One is general for everyone and other one is called speakeasy, it is for 21 and up. I like that room, it is more private than in other rooms. I will come back for more.

My friends and I went to watch games during March Madness. Lots of places to sit and watch games on couches or at tables. The ambiance is great. The breadsticks were awesome and pizza was good. The pizza is New York style by the slice out of the case or you can special order anything. I really enjoyed my first visit here and I will be back again!

A great location with a killer vibe. The atmosphere is inviting and great for people watching. The cocktails are fantastic and everything is made in house. Pizza and salads are good! We enjoy the back lounge and sitting on the patio!

They have slices or whole pizzas and the decor is warm and classy for a pizza joint. The price isn't bad either. It is very greasy but a lot of other places are too. So just dab the grease off and scarf it down. I would actually eat here more often if Suzie would let me. But noooooooo. Eating pizza 28 times a day isn't "normal". And I'm "literally killing myself with every slice" just because I sometimes put 4 pizzas in a blender then inject the contents directly into my blood stream while screaming that I can't be killed by a mortal's death and I'm going to Valhalla via pizza carpet. Anyways, Nick Sea gives it 5 Butterfingers up!

It's OK. Food not special. Bar is nifty. Obviously pizza week was busy/ slow. Sunday night waited over an hour for one pizza. Atmosphere; understaffed, dirty tables, soda machines not serviced im the 3+hours we were there. Football game was excessively loud, no indoor spot could have "comfortable conversation". No heat or lights in outdoor area. Decent outdoor space, might be better in warmer weather. Check my reviews for different stone/NY pizza options.

My husband & I, along with my 25 yr old son met here for dinner last night. My son had raved about a Goodfellas in the Cincinnati area, so my husband was anxious to try it! We didn't realize Mondays were 1/2 price (12 inch) pizza nite, so it was busy & there was a bit of a wait, but it was TOTALLY worth it. The pies were cheesy, packed with ingredients & the crust was delicious! Will definitely go back:)

The weekday lunch special is very good. 1 slice, a side, and drink for just under $10. The pizza is delicious New York style and the side salads are fresh. The giant bread sticks and marinara are awesome and enough to split between two people. I also checked out the Wiseguy lounge and bar one Thursday evening. The bartender was welcoming to me and my friends and she made a great Manhattan. Classic cocktails are on special on Thursdays.

My friends and I attended Goodfellas/Wise Guys during Pizza Week. Long story short: we loved everything about it from food and drinks to the environment. Even with an influx in customers, the line moved fairly quickly, and the staff was friendly. We came for the pizza, but really stayed for the drinks in the lounge attached to restaurant. We ordered the Pizza Week specials (the Artie Bucco and Frankie Pickles) and an order of cheese sticks. The food was great quality for the price that we paid. We had ordered a variety of drinks while we waited that ranged from seasonal cocktails to house specials. The bartender was very skilled and friendly, all while managing an entire lounge by herself. She had great recommendations for what would pair well with our meals as well as what to get given our previous orders. We ended up staying for quite some time just because we were enjoying ourselves so much. We hope to become regulars here and continue to try new things off the menu while also treating ourselves the the great food and drinks we have already tried.

1. Pizza 🍕 by the slice. They can also sell whole pizzas. 2. They sell sauces- marinara, butter garlic, cheese & ranch. 3. Soda fountain for a drink option though they also have a full bar. 4. Would go back but get different pizzas. We enjoyed the Momma’s pie but would not get the goodfellas pizza again. Some of the meat on it did not taste good and seemed low quality. Beautiful place and friendly staff

Well im happy to be writing a five star review of this place! This was my first visit with my husband who is also leaving a review. The food was fantastic and the drinks (alcohol as well as soda and water) were premium. Everything was reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. When we first started the night I was worried, we waited a very long time for food while others got served and there seemed to be a lack of communication from the front staff to management. We were ready for a refund and to leave without food but couldn't get anyone to tell us exactly who the management was so I could get that. But then, a very nice bartender lady from one of the two bars asked me if she could help, she immediately got me a manager and the visit turned entirely around, we got stellar service and they more than made up for the mistakes in the beginning and made sure to actually address the issue with staff to fix the issue and not just make us as the customer happy. They are striving to make the business better every chance they get and were genuinely apologetic that anything went wrong to begin with. I will be back and will definitely refer it to other people too. If you ever have a mishap while there Chip is the guy to go to. Another stellar employee to seek help or just give a shout to is a fellow by the name Brandon the general manager, He recommended a peanut butter shot which was fantastic.

This place is awesome and the atmosphere with music. The decor with artifacts of history of the Goodfellas. We had the 12' Goodfellas pizza yummy. 2 slices and I was full. Great quality selections to choose from and even have a Goodfellas cup to tale as a souvenir a selection of drinks whether alcohol or just a fountain drink. The customer service was prompt and courteous. No long wait on a Tuesday. I know it's busy on the weekends but worth the wait. High five to this place . I'll be ordering from here for now on. 🥰

I have been here for the first time and I didn't realize I had been missing out on amazing Pizza. I think they are reasonably priced and the Pizza is some of the best I have had locally. I look forward to going here more often. They have a pretty good atmosphere and bar service as well.

Stopped in yesterday afternoon for the first time with my husband for lunch. Atmosphere was beautiful. Customer service however was awful! We walked in with two people visibly behind the counter preparing food. They never greeted us, said we will be with you in a minute, nothing. After ten minutes of standing there looking around I walked over to the bar where the bartender was standing and asked him if there was a self kiosk somewhere that I was missing or how do we order food? I told him we had been patiently waiting for over ten minutes for someone to acknowledge us to no avail. He was very kind and came over to take our order. The pizza was just ok it tasted like it had been sitting out all day. Overall it was a pretty disappointing experience.

Very cool atmosphere, inside and outside dining, and bar service. Full menu includes tasty pizza and more. Also by the slice option is available " on the go". Staff was awesome, restaurant clean. Had a great time and left full. Looking forward to next time.

Pizza was decent, but the service was poor. I’ll assume it was just an off day. Placed a take-out order at 5:15. Order was to be ready at 6:20. The order came out at at 7:15. It was missing a pizza. Finally walked out at 8:20 with both pizzas (One Cold). The manager did comp the meal and gave a coupon.

Great place, fast service. Pizza out in 15-20, slices served immediately. Individual longggg breadsticks too! Great variety and the toppings (including meat) taste great. OPEN LATE and still fresh (went at 12:30AM). Also, the bartender with the cool mustache is really nice and friendly!!!

Ate at the location in Indianapolis last year and was excited to see one opened in Lou. We went around 3pm and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes with 2 employees working and both ignored us, never greeted us or told us they would be with us soon. Went to the bar and asked the bartender to help and he did. Got a slice of pepperoni and it was good, not the best but a decent slice for the price. Food gets a 4 and service a 2.

We were in from out of town and gave this place a try. Pizza was really good, but the concept of ordering first was kinda spotty, our appetizer breads were forgotten, they made them and bought them out but it was kinda point this at that point. The manager, Mark fixed us up and made it right! He was great!

I keep trying to give the place a chance, but the only consistency is the inconsistent product. When the pizza is good, it's great. But sometimes it's really disappointing. Tonight we picked up a pizza that is undercooked and missing a topping, while another topping is skimpy-- definitely not worth the $3 add. I tried calling to ask about it, then gave up after being on hold 15 mins, which is a generous wait, even for a Friday night. This isn't the first time they've gotten an order wrong. Bummer.

Omg it was so good. So much cheese that my ten year old daughter literally choked while eating a piece while we were driving. Her tears were shortlived. My son saved her life, it was a huge confidence boost for him and all three of us laughed about it then and now. We can't wait to go back. We had a large pizza which was just shy of thirty bucks and we had it for dinner and then lunch the next day. They are officially my top pick for 2022

Pizza was good, but when I arrived to pick up my pizza it was very busy and disorganized, I couldn't very easily find out where to go for my pickup and it took about 20 minutes after I got in there to finally get my pizza. My pizza was just warm when I got it so by the time I got it home it was cold. It was not a very good experience and we probably won't be back.

Good experience and I am sure we will return but I guess I wasn't sure about it still. It wasn't bad and the food was good. I still wish they had chicken wings and I didn't get a chance to see if they had salads. But over all we will be back.

We experienced a long wait time due to a communication issue between the staff and managers which brought the experience down, but then they more than made up for the mistake and went above and beyond to correct our issues whilst also taking the time to make sure the issue was actually solved and not just placating a disturbed customer. Overall I would recommend going for the excellent food and their luxurious lounge.

This is a New York style pizzeria that actually takes the size of the big apple into consideration. Huge serving sizes, even a medium and two bread sticks from here was more than enough to feed three hungry and active people. Margarite Pizza was phenomenal, especially paired with some of the habanero sauce they have on the condiment racks. Two bars, one a more casual traditional feeling bar, and then a more speakeasy experience in the back if you don't want to have to deal with families out front. Food came out quickly and tasted great, bartenders were good conversationalists, and the drinks rotate every season so there's a constant reason to go!

Double sized pizza slices with giant breadsticks. What isn't to love. Several walkin options to buy pizza by the slice, or you can order whole pizzas. Toppings were kind of scrawny, but for the size of the slice & breadstick and the $8 price tag, I was still happy.

My family and I have visited the one in Lexington. Loved it there. This one being new and close to home, so we stopped in. Same ambience but the food was not that great. Waited over an hour for a very bland white pizza and extremely under seasoned pesto bread. Didn't have the beer u wanted so ended up with something else. Overall not the best experience but the slices we had while we waited for our pie were good.

My experience here was amazing, the bartender Emily and the Barback Talon were fantastic to talk to while I enjoyed food and drink. Chip in the Bourbon Lounge was also fantastic as well! All in all the staff really made this an amazing experience. Next time I visit America or more specifically Lousiville I'll definitely be coming back again!

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Pizza you have wet dreams about. I’d call myself a pizza connoisseur. I’ve had all the local slices and each offers a unique different style depending on what you want. Despite seeing some negative reviews, I gave this place a shot. Got the 22 inch “The Don”. I loved it and would highly recommend it if you enjoy a thin slice thats not too skimpy on the ingredients. The environment inside is also a very classy vibe that’s like a lounge.

Tasty pizza — sadly the service was awful. I’ll be hard pressed to come back when I had to ask for what I ordered 3 different times and it wasn’t even peak hours (3:30pm). The utensils area was empty, they were out of table numbers for orders, but it wasn’t that busy, etc. All in all bummed about the experience.

I really liked my meal at Goodfellas, the veggie pizza was really good, the salad was delicious, a tomatoes, spinach, & mozzarella salad, it wasn't bog enough, but then again, when something is really good, it's never big enough. Speaking of not big enough, we ordered cocktails & my drink was wonderful, the bartender is really good, she was also the cashier. I can't remember the name of the drink, they give their drinks unusual names, it was made with bourbon, had cinnamon, bitters, wild cherry flavor, a few ingredients, but before they add the alcohol, they set it alight, watch out that glass stays hot for longer then you think, but that first sip is unforgettable, it's a really good drink. The price as reasonable, except for drinks, but, well worth the price considering how good they are, we ate inside, which was comfortable, & clean, the service was friendly, & prompt. I enjoyed eating there, & recommend it as a good place for lunch.

Went to this place on NYE and it was amazing. We got two delicious pepperoni slices and a giant breadstick to go. Made it in and out in under 5 minutes and paid about $7 for it all. The atmosphere in the restaurant seemed classy despite it being a pizza place. Definitely looking forward to sitting on the couches with a craft cocktail and a slice in the future.

Delicious NY style pizza, and I love that they offer slices at a reasonable price (unlike Spinelli’s where it’s $8 per slice…crazy). Check out the speakeasy style bar in the back, it’s awesome.

MEH. Adequate and no more. Kinda like the old pizza buffets but no heat so the large, floppy, tough, and cheap slices are cool before you reach your table. Kinda like one of these new age McDonalds but with beer. And the food isn't as good. Ambience of a high school cafeteria, complete with hipster doofi at most tables.

I was somewhat disappointed in the pizza, here. After all the talk, I just expected more. The staff seemed very nice and all, but there are too many other pizza joints in this town, that are just better. I'm not hating, but just comparing it to the competition. We ordered The Don and some cheese bread. The pizza crust was way more thin than I expected, and kinda greasy. I might come back to try the meatball sandwich, but will probably go elsewhere for pizza.

As a former Cincinnatian, Goodfellas has always been a staple stop after the bars closed so when I heard that my hometown was getting the closest thing to a New York slice… my heart skipped a beat. Not only is the location perfect; the staff is incredible. Lex, the manager has one of the most amazing welcoming energy when you walk in the door. He even gave us a free slice and bread stick since it was my friend’s first time trying it! Not only that, after our fun experience ordering we searched the restaurant and discovered one of the best hidden speakeasy’s around. It is their own special spot called, Wiseguys. Our bartender, Adrian was a delight. Even though he said it was his second day, it seemed as if he served there a lifetime. He was very knowledgeable about the drinks and it was so nice to be able to eat, drink and talk like we’ve been going there for years. If you want an amazing bite to eat, decorative and delicious drinks. Dive into what is like going back to prohibition times with a modern twist. You will not be disappointed. Go for a fun lunch with your coworkers or heck, go for a late night bite! One slice will never be enough but does the trick if you’re hungry

Soooooo great!!!! Had the Vinny(white pie) with ham and onions. So much flavor, perfectly cooked! Had some drinks and the bartender is a magician. The cannoli is great too! I will be back again and again!

Went on a Wednesday night and it had a lively crowd! Came in for just some appetizers and drinks. The meatballs were out of stock, so the owner came up to my table and apologized for not having them. He comped us a couple slices in response for having them out of stock and I honestly couldn’t be happier. One of the best slices that you could get on this strip. Also had the buffalo chicken cheesebread and I actually teared up at my first bite. You’d be mistaken not checking this place out.

I first had Goodfellas in Cincinnati, and let me tell you, you can tell other NY-style chains to fuggetaboutit! Their slices are made fresh daily, huge and tasty! The atmosphere is cool and the bang for your buck is there. Breadsticks as big as your arm... Stop reading this review and go already!

Really good pizza! The ready-to-go slices are huge, and they usually have a variety to choose from. The made-to-order pizzas are great. So many delicious topping combinations! The only thing I don't like about their pizza is that it is too heavy on the cheese. Next time, I will just request a lighter hand. The lounge area in the back is such a cozy environment to enjoy the pizza and/or get a drink.
