I don't know how to move my hips and i also don't drink so i haven't much interest in going to clubs but damn was my new years celebration fun! The DJ here is great and the place stays reasonably clean considering there was 700+ people here on NYE. Good music, great times.

Boring. Huge club with a small portion sectioned off for VIP area. You pay to enter and pay fir VIP then Everyone is packed in the VIP by the stage. Unless you come to rave or just support the band its not very entertaining.

This place is my favorite restaurant in Louisville. I come here several times every week. The tacos are better than any that you will find in the city, all of the other food is fantastic, and everything is CHEAP. It is managed by a great group of Cuban guys who clearly have good taste in food. Tacos are $2 on Tuesday. I have absolutely no idea why everyone is sleeping on this place. GET IN HERE ASAP

We hung out before going to a soccer match. The staff were great, food was nice and drinks were even better :) Service was a little slow, so allow sufficient time but otherwise we had a ball here.

Coconut Beach was a ok spot with super cheap drinks. The ratio to men to women was like 3:1 which at time you will see 3-4 guys trying to dance with one girl. Overall the experience was good with a few hip ups.

Great music and nice staff and awesome environment. I ordered a whiskey and coke, God knows what was in that little cup, but it was not whiskey. The bar was also too crowded to complain .

The food here is authentic and delicious. On the weekends the restaurant also turns into a dance club at night. If you're looking for a good place with latin music and dancing this is one of the best spots.

One of those diamond-in-the rough finds. Great tacos and hand-smashed guacamole that rivals more established and expensive local joints like Taco Luchador. Very impressed...will be trying again soon.

The best fish (or pork) tacos and guacamole we've had in a very long time. The place looks like a big, friendly and colorful sports bar but this is also one of the places from the owners of Havana Rumba, Guacamole, El Taco Luchador etc. so we were there for the food and not the decor. (It's right behind Cardinal Stadium so yeah, it should probably look like a sports bar) The food is fresh, tasty, and spot-on. We haven't been to the Latin dance-fest weekend but the food is worth the trip. If I was Latin and could dance I would be there on a Saturday night! Imagine Taco Luchador with more food options, more tables, and room to spread out and get comfortable. Definitely going back soon.

I LOVE Coconut Beach. The interior is great; definitely more casual than upscale. It is very spacious & the booths are honestly the biggest I've ever seen. It's typically quiet and not very crowded (which I love), unless a game is going on. It is converted into a dance club on the weekends, so yes, there is a full bar & the mojitos are amazing. It shares a lot in common with Guaca Molé & El Taco Luchador, in terms of food, which is definitely a good thing. I am a huge fan of the Cuban influence in the food here. The only thing I can really fault them for is the lack of vegetarian or seafood options. I can only really eat the vegetarian burrito or quesadilla, which isn't a big problem though, as they are both very delicious.
