It has been a long time since my last visit to Chili's and I was surprised at the customer service. When I parked and opened my car door I was greeted by a Chili's employee who had my order. I told her that it must be a mistake and I didn't call to say that I had arrived. To my surprise, she gave me my name, order information, description of my car and said that they were waiting for me to arrive. This is the first time that has ever happened to me. Keep up the great customer service 👍🏽 Also the new "Big Mouth Crispy Chicken Sandwich" is huge! It taste 😋 great - another surprise 😮 juicy, crunchy and a flavorful sauce.

We usually come inside to eat. The staff is always nice and service always great. We ordered take-out a couple of days ago and these were our nachos…. Other than that food was okay. Steak temp wasn’t requested online and I got a rare/mid rare which I was unable to eat. I didn’t bother re-ordering or calling because we had already waited about an hour for pickup. Maybe next time will be better.

Must admit that I haven't been to the old Chili's for a few years. Was pleasantly surprised on this visit and will be back more often in future. Our server was wonderful. Attentive, quick and cheerful. She had a good knowledge of the menu and offered good suggestions. The food was really good. I don't remember it being this good. What an awesome surprise. The chili itself was fresh and had a nice tang. We grabbed a bowl of chili cheese fries and these were great too. The fajitas were super fresh and tasted wonderful. I indulged in a 'presidente' cocktail for a sly $5 and that was decent too. Food is very well priced with numerous options for lunch and tasty desserts. Bottom line...if your getting a bit bored with all this trendy food, trucks and pop up stuff and just wanna grab some classic fries and a hearty meal with a cherry coke (with a real cherry on top), go to Chili's!

I've ordered the 2 for 22$, getting the Texas fries with cheese as side and the half baby ribs as main plate. The side was pretty good, they blended in perfect with the cheese and bacon. The ribs where really tender but tasted somewhat bland... Although I've ordered it with BBQ sauce which you can taste slightly. You do get fries with the ribs, which where alright. The waitres was nice, decent speed of food coming out and refilling the drinks. What I noticed was the ambient music in the background which brought back some memories (old songs).

Can never go wrong with fajitas and chips and salsa. Chips are always fresh and salsa cold. Fajitas always give you enough for two meals.

Ordered Meal for 2 to go. Got there 40 min later, and there was no one in sight at the To-Go area. See photo, it was laughable that the bell was missing, to let anyone know you've arrived! Finally was acknowledged, and waited a total of 15 min for the food. Got home, and the salads were wrong, and the side of asparagus was raw. Burger was supposed to have Chili's sauce. It was dry. Otherwise, food was good (esp ribs), but its apparent the management is not on top of it at this location. The missing button was the first clue! It's the little details that matter...

The 1st time we went not that long ago it was great it was the 1st time that I had fajitas it was really delicious everybody was happy they had a great deal going on when we came back everything had changed the deal had minimized and prices increased and add ons with extra price had been added when originally it was all one deal one price the food was OK but it just wasn't great before the appeal was it was a really great price and good food now it was OK food and a lot of extra charges make sure you know what you're getting into before you go some places have better deals

After a great day at the zoo..we stopped in a family of four. We had a 15 min wait .the hostesses kept us updated on our wait time throughout...our waitress was amazing and polite and very professional. .even though they have a short staff like everyone else everyone jumped in and helped one another it was great teamwork..the food was great as well..thank you. For a great dinner..it's been along time.

Good at lunch was great. Salad and a “half sandwich” (it was a full sandwich!) for 9 bucks. Hard to beat it. We sat at the bar, bartender area was slammed. She was working hard, but they needed someone else to help her out. Took a bit to get our check and get out. That would be the only complaint. But bartender was very polite and apologetic for the wait. I’d go back for sure.

The staff was wonderful here, all 2 of them: the hostess and bartender. The service was 5 star once we we seated. The young hostess was sweet and encouraging as we waited, but the inability to staff this restaurant will eventually kill it or it will become takeout only. Food was great. So many good things about this restaurant, but call ahead to see if it's staffed. Hopefully they'll get it sorted out.

I ordered fajitas with no green peppers. I even confirmed with our server that she heard no green peppers. When our food was served, guess what, green peppers in my food. She didn't offer to take it back, or replace it, or even give me a discount off the price. She acted like she just didn't care. My wife got chicken quesadiahs and said they were good. It is the servers 1st job is to make sure she listens to what the customer is asking for. If they can't do that, they should find another job, and they don't deserve a tip. I'm usually a very generous tipper, but if they can't remember what you order, even after she wrote it done, that's basic server 101, then they don't deserve a tip. I tipped her $2 + change, and she didn't deserve to get that much.

Went there for dinner and had a great experience. Our waiter was awesome. He was super attentive and funny. Made sure we had refills quickly when we were close to being out of drinks. Was able to get our food correctly and got it to us pretty quickly. I am giving it a 4 because I felt bad for all the wait staff because there was an employee who started cleaning up tables but stopped and all I seen her doing was playing on her phone while the rest of the staff cleaned the tables and got them ready for customers.

Update 5/22- Still doing good, staff was light but the food was good and quickly served, the place looked clean but I didn't check bathroom like usually so I can't comment on that part. Staff was super, restaurant was clean, food was good, prices were a little high but this seems to be the new norm. Steak was cooked right, fajitas were flavorful, and burger was very tasty.

Donna our server was trooper. It was her and only other server for the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon but they both handled it like troopers. Food took about 40 minutes for the 6 of us but all things considered I think it was a great visit at this location.

I got the ribs and potatoes, the rest of the Entourage got salads. The service was phenomenal, but my ribs were just a little under sub par. I would recommend the steak at this location seeing that the regulars there were and will continue to order the steak. The ribs had a good texture, just not that great of a taste, but the service and everything besides my ribs were phenomenal.

This particular Chili’s was low staffed but still busy and handling it well. Our server was attentive to all of the tables around the area despite being pregnant and having a good reason to slow down a bit. Food was great. Recommend the Queso burger!

I'm very appreciative of the free Veterans Day meal we received. That means so much to veterans like us. We left a tip commensurate of the price and service. The only issue I had was the self checkout procedure. Kind of confusing for first timers. Other than that fantastic.

Just stopped in after our trip to Louisville, they were closing within an hour when we arrived. Have to say we received top notch service even though we were still eating after closing hours. Never felt rushed and our waitress very attentive to our table and made us feel welcome. Very appreciative of how we were treated, and will definately be going back before we leave town.

Dined in. Our server was fast, but he was the only server there. Manager was very nice and helpful. We were are party of 10 so while we waited for our table we got our order ready to speed up the process and not confuse our server. Overall good experience.

There was only 3 women on staff in the front, but they were staying calm, taking care of everyone, and still providing great guest service. Even the bartender she was helping running food orders out, taking drink orders out, and still having such a pleasant attitude. Great job everyone! Kitchen staff not sure who was back there, never seen them, however the food was delicious.

Everything was amazing...start to finish. The atmosphere, the cleanliness and above all, the staff. Servers and managers and everyone else were glad to see us tonight. Some places you feel like you're "bothering" them by walking in the door. Not here. Tracy and the rest made us feel very welcomed and took amazing care of us. It was a great time had by all!

Just in town for the weekend. Chili's is usually reliable and this was a good take out experience. Fries were cold and soggy as can be, but other than that it was good and was ready to pick up in 20 minutes.

When I visited Chill’s, it was so busy because of the AAU basketball Tournament. We sat in the bar area because it seemed like the quickest way to get services. One bartender was on duty, and she had to cover the bar and seating area around the bar. Her name is Kim, and she did a fantastic job making sure all customers were taken care of in her that section.

The food was excellent. Unfortunately we had to wait 30 minutes for it, but that was due to an issue in the kitchen which was explained to us by the waitress and manager. The manager gave us free dessert as an apology. Things are not always perfect and the key is how you handle it when that occurs. The manager did an excellent job of addressing the issue. People around us were waiting a normal amount of time so this appears to be an isolated incident. Kudos to the staff.

We sat in the bar area and Matt W, the bartender, was amazingly knowledgeable of the menu, polite, attentive, helpful, and has a great personality! The food was excellent! I had the Ultimate Bacon Burger, huge, juicy, favorable, delicious sandwich! Fries were salted just right and so good! Unsweet tea tasted great and had no hard aftertaste like when the brewing container hasn't been cleaned. I will definitely be a return customer!

Had great attentive staff. My food was superb & my steak came out just like it should have. Time wise was great! Ordered the house salad(huge for a house type). About half way through my steak came out. All perfect. Although the asparagus was a little under cooked. But hey that's either over,under or perfect very hard to get. Will go back next time there!

GREAT TIME at Chili's Grill & Bar. I've been to quite a few Chili's in my day, call me a 'connoisseur' if you will, but this was one of the BEST! Great drinks, food, and wait staff. We're from Colorado and loved our Kentucky friends! Kaylee and Rosemary we're the best. They thought we were really drunk when I ripped my shirt off, but in reality, we just felt really at home with everyone here at the restaurant. 5 stars all the way.

Went here once with my best friend and it was great! The place was clean and our server was perfect. She checked in just the right amount of times. We both ordered burgers and they were delicious and delivered promptly. This location loses a star for being too cold. Bring a sweater or a blanket. Newborn baby at the next table over was an added bonus!

This Chili's was amazing! I've been to many other's, and here they had perfectly cooked steak, steamed broccoli to a tee, and our waitress was just ABOVE any other's! Go and enjoy a great meal, and ask for Kimberly! She deserves this shout out.

Not the best experience. The queso came out super thick. When we asked the waitress if it could be remade, she said it is made in a big pot ahead of time and nothing could be done. So I added water to it myself. Then I ordered a burger and the meat came out really pink. Then they forgot the bacon on my 2nd burger. Then for dessert, we ordered a cookie skillet and asked for the ice cream on the side because my spouse is allergic to dairy and they forgot that. They served it with ice cream so only I was able to eat it. We didn't want to wait longer for another one. We didn't see the waitress very often. Thankfully they did apologize and gave us the meal free, which was nice. Just not the best night.

Friendly staff and management is exceptional. But the best server hands down at this location is Michael, and it's not even close. My family came in (we have 2 children) and immediately we were greeted with a friendly smile and extra napkins just in case we needed them. Then he kept the drinks full all night, the food was good as usual BUT the service experience was spectacular! Definitely reccomend him to be your server and chilis is blessed to have him!!! Thank you Michael for a great experience.

Usually a good joint for a quick bite to eat but this is the third time they've been short handed on the floor and our wait was to long. Burger was cooked the way I wanted and tasted amazing and the bar tender was really super.

I want to start by saying thst the customer service is great. I order take out quite a bit from this location. My only problem is that I often arrive home with no dressing for my salad and I'm left eating a dry salad. BUT, they always make up for it by offering me free chili's in store coupons for my next meal.

The restaurant was uncomfortably cold, even though it was a good 50 degrees outside. The soup took 20 minutes to arrive when it did arrive it was thin but had a good flavor. The dressing for the salad was also runny. We ordered soup, salad, ribs and chicken. Overall the food as okay. But the wait and the cold made it a very unpleasant experience.

We had to wait a while before anyone noticed the three of us standing by the door and seat us. It would have been understandable if it had been busy. It was barely 1/3 full. Once seated things changed for the better. Everything arrived hot and was great as expected.

4 of us ate a late lunch. I got a hamburger, which was very good. For the onions, it had 3 very small slivers of an onion ring, which of course, gave no flavor at all. To go with the hamburger, I ordered onion rings, at a cost of $2.50. I got 4 medium sized onion rings. Chili's is extremely stingy with onions and onion rings and greatly over charges for what you are given. We hardly ever saw the waitress and twice, had to ask another waitress to go get her for us. The restaurant was not busy at all. NO, we will not be eating there again.

Been coming to this location since I moved to preston. I had all types of servers and food that ranged from cold to luke warm, especially around 830ish. Today however, I had a wonderful experience. I don't try to always writ about the negatives, I want to highlight those who deserve it. When we walked in, there was no greeter, took about 3-5 mins before a waitress sat us. I was weary. Our waiter didn't greet us right away, she was back and forth to another table, however, when she did greet us she was very pleasant. Told her our order, she repeated it. Immediately brought out our drinks AND napkins! This is a HUGE deal, especially because I was a server and I want what I gave, great customer service, no matter the customer. We ordered our meal, told her about my dessert experience when my fudge was vold (on my birthday nevertheless) and she said she would make sure it was extra hot. It was! 😆😆😆😆😆😆.... so was my QUESO! Which I normally have to send back because it's cold! Today was awesome. My server was Amara.... She was FANTASTIC! SERIOUSLY. I'll always ask for her. Thank you for great service and hot food. Thank you Kitchen staff or hot food as well. I recommend her to everyone. Also. gave it four stars because of the none greeter, she was also chatting with a friend when I left and she said "Thanks for coming", I thought she was a customer. Lol

I took my employees there for our Christmas outing. We got a new African American girl it was her first night she was Amazing 😉 she was very attentive to our needs, she got our orders correct the first time, she provided the necessary condiments for each order. I asked for a carry out order for home it was ready when the bill arrived so no additional wait time. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta it was the best I've had at any restaurant so shout outs to the cook. I recently went to the Bardstown Road location for a carry out on my birthday and had quite the opposite experience the employees were rude and the Cajun chicken pasta was driy, lastly the garlic bread was soggy.i live closer to the Bardstown Road location but I will drive the extra time for the better service and food on Poplar Level 👍🏽

We ordered bottomless soup and salad which was supposed to come with chips and salsa . . . no chips and salsa ever came; nor did an explanation. Also, what about soup spoons? At Dixie tbey gave us soup spoons and a clean one with every bowl. Hmmmmm. The coup 'd grace was when my dinnermate was not liking the tile top tables and then wet a napkin and ran it over the grout line. Yuckkkkk!
