Had a delicious and delightful meal here. The staff was really nice, helpful and very attentive. Ordered the Crispy Mozzarella Ravioli for the starter and Eggplant Parmesan for the entree. The food was very delicious and would love to go back here to try the rest of the dishes. Didn’t need any reservation for lunch, just walked in and got seated right away. Probably would need reservations for dinner. Also try the Old fashioned here, it’s really well made.

Nice and elegant place. Not to noisy it's very relaxing atmosphere. The food was good and the drinks were even better. I had the pork chops with mashed potatoes and my wife had lasagna.

First time visiting Bravo! The bread they serve with the flavored oil was so good. It came out warm and they served plenty for everyone to enjoy in our large party. We ordered an appetizer of spinach artichoke dip and this too was fantastic and could have easily enjoyed a main dish. Two of us were a little disappointed in the chicken alfredo. The chicken was chewy and the noddles we're dry with not enough sauce. The salad with Romano crusted chicken was bountiful. There were two large pieces of chicken on it. It was tasty. Overall some of the entrees we're lacking compared to the appetizer and bread.

Was in the mood for Italian and wanted to try somewhere different. Decided to try Bravo and wow, it was delicious. The bread they give you for free was fantastic, Caesar salad was terrific & the entrees were very delicious. When the Italian mood strikes, I will be coming back here.

First time here at Bravo! and as soon as you walk through the door .....the place puts you in Italian heaven. You can smell every array or garnish and seasoning coming from the kitchen. I ordered a Limoncello and it came with fresh basil as a garnish and it smelt absolutely amazing with the drink. We ordered a pepperoni Flatbread for an appetizer. This was my first time at the restaurant so I ordered a Lasagna just to test the waters and I know why its not a guest favorite....pasta was a little overcooked but great flavor overall. My husband ordered the pork chops and let me tell you.....they were amazing.

Nice place to eat. No one really cared for the salad. Severs were most likely new, delayed response time, duplicate orders and forgotten orders. Drinks tasted the same even though ordered 2 different types. Bread was delicious. Brulee was burnt. First time eating there, would go back.

We were a party of 9. Our waiter, Trinty was outstanding! He was attentive very friendly and very attentive. Our orders were right on cue! And correct. I ordered the flat bread and it was over cooked, not enough items on it. I had the wedding soup which was wonderful. It was a good time for all!!

Had a great experience I met with Assistant manager Linda she was super helpful when I made this reservation. We had to wait a second to be seated so we stepped over the the bar to have a drink, we were greeted nicely by Jessica she made our drinks perfect and Liam even brought us fresh bread. We were quickly seated and greeted by Bryson who gave us amazing service I hadn’t been to bravos for some years only complaint the bathroom was nice and clean but freezing cold we will definitely be back!

I absolutely loved this place! Great ambiance and the service was prompt. The lobster bisque was really great! (I'll definitely have to come back for more.) Our entrees were big enough for two portions so we got to have some for the next day. I am looking forward to going back in soon!

The waitress’s and waiter staff were very personable. She remembered exactly what we ordered last time. The ensalada Cesar is amazing. The dressing is all infused throughout not a cup of dressing that you pour on top. I had the Lasagna it the helping was enough for 2. The Italian bread comes with an amazing combination of seasoning and olive oil.

My friend and I had a wonderful dinner experience at Bravo in Louisville. We started with the calamari that was cooked to perfection. We shared a chopped salad and really loved the red wine vinaigrette. We split the chicken scallopini and it was delightful. From beginning to end we had an excellent experience.

Great atmosphere.... the food is pretty fantastic... have met several people over the years that worked here in different capacities and its always been worth my time and money-- Kerry was great to talk to and his team he's gotten together is one of the best I have seen in a while..... one of the multiple reasons this place is great (Lasagna is my favorite food so if i had to pick one thing to try there that would be it!)

We had an amazing evening and can’t wait to return! As first time guests, we had a hard time deciding what to order. Our server Jess suggested the lobster raviolis and the lobster shrimp fettuccine. Boy was she not kidding! Extra large portions, amazing flavors, and excellent service. We finished the visit with the crème brûlée and the crust was to die for! I can’t wait to bring my visiting family and friends!

I’ll start with a positive: The food was good. The bad: when we got there with our large party they gave us 2 small baskets of bread and said that they were now out of bread for the night. That was kind of a downer, how does an Italian restaurant run out of bread? Turns out when we were leaving we saw bread being delivered to a new table so that seems shady. But the worst was the girl working the bar was clearly not a bartender. My mojito can only be described as nasty, and my friends martini was so bad she sent it back. We ordered wine instead and twice they brought the wrong wine. My husbands simple bourbon never came after 40 minutes. They clearly need bartenders who know the difference in wines. I would like to give it another try soon though since the food was good

I was able to try Bravo for the first time and I LOOOVEED their bread, warm and super soft. Their alfredo pasta tasted delicious, and also the chicken parm (that's why is on their fav list). Their meatballs and red sauce is okay, nothing out of this world, but good. The only disappointment was their Bellini, I think it can improve. Service on the other hand can definitely improve. The host was not welcoming as you expect from any restaurant, and the rest of the waitresses/waiters felt like they didn't wanted to be there. Besides food, customer service should be always top notch.

Came here for daughters 15th birthday. I always DoorDash for lunch so I thought it would be a nice place WRONG. Had a reservation for 6-8 they seat us at a table of 5. Proceed to say I changed my reservation size ummm negative. The staff messed up the reservation. Then we order calamari and spinach dip. Calamari looked like leftovers from another table. Out of 8 orders the only food that was good was the pizza. Everything seemed so rushed 🤦🏽‍♀️ Our waiter was decent but you could tell he was tired.

Bravo serves great Italian food. The atmosphere is great for not just a date, but for a large party as well. The service is great and very prompt. We were in a group of 7, and out food came out very quick. My Bravo Pasta was prepared to order and was very good.

I had a lovely birthday lunch at Bravo this week. I ordered the sausage tortelloni and it was delicious! Just the right amount of cheese, sauce, and bite size sausage. The seasoning was just right. The side salad was fresh, cool, and just the right size. I thoroughly enjoyed the birthday vanilla gelato. Thank you, Bravo, for a delightful experience!

Bravo has made some changes for the better. We have our bi-weekly networking meeting here and it works for us. The service is very courteous and fast; which is important for us. So considering planning with large groups. It is part of a chain, so it is Italian commercial. Considering that the eggplant isn’t bad. I have had the caprese salad, and chicken parmigiana and they weren’t too bad either. There is a lunch menu (lunch combos) The eggplant is definitely a consideration if you enjoy eggplant. They have both indoor and outdoor seating.

Good food - everyone knows. Good service - I have experienced. Good for meetings ? The Lunch hour is too loud that we couldn't hear anything across the table. Better they use some white noise.

The only complaint was when I asked for a paper napkins one of the waitresses gave me napkins that had something on them. I didn'tsay anything. i just didn't use those particular napkins.

Went to Bravo tonight with my gal, we both enjoyed the chicken parm and Margherita pizza, the fresh basil made it, it was good. The bread and oil was good and so was the service. It's located off Shelbyville Rd right off the Watterson. It was my first time eating there and it was a good dining experience, we will go back.

We have always gotten great service at Bravo. We recently ordered curbside and again wowed how well the process went. Carryout was ahead of schedule and promptly delivered to the passenger side. The quality and quantity not lacking. I only wish I had taken some pictures before we devoured it. Easily place order online, park in designated curbside spot, then call the store and let them know which numbered spot your in. Enjoy!

Something has changed since the last time we visited...a couple years ago. Used to be upscale Italian food. A real treat. Had the lasagna today and it was not good. Noodles were over cooked and mushy. Not much ricotta....thin and runny. Service was great.

Amazing! Me and my boyfriend went to place last night and sat out on the patio... Very romantic setting with high quality food and friendly staff to match! The Kalamari came out piping hot, crunchy on the outside while the inside was soft and chewy. I ordered the Chicken Scalopini, two words: mouth watering! Tender griled chicken, soft Portobello mushrooms and topped with a mouth watering lemon butter capers! Every bite was better than the last. The way the tartness of the capers mixed with the creamyness of the pevolone and a hint of fresh at the back of your mouth to top it all off is an experience I hope everyone gets a chance to enjoy.

Typical by the highway and hotel restaurant. The bar was closed. Maybe not enough staff? Specialty drink was missing 2 key ingredients. I asked and then they brought them to the table, basil and lime, on a napkin. Food took over 30 minutes to arrive. The bathrooms smelled like sewage and were ok on cleanliness. Just an ok experience.

This is Saturday January 22, 2022 @ 5:00 PM. My husband and I went to Bravo Italian Kitchen for our 36th anniversary. Thomas was our excellent waiter!. He was professional, personable and very well trained! The manager went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and couldn't have been nicer! I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant! The Chicken Scallopini was the best I've ever had anywhere! The wine was very tasty! The bread unbeatable as was the Carmel marscapone cheesecake! We will be back! Kudo's for the atmosphere as well!

The atmosphere here is nice but still cozy. Everything was super clean and the staff was great. They give more food than some other italian places around town so their pricing is more fair. And of course, the flavors were great! I seriously ate most of that cake with ice cream and I was in heaven. The chicken was delicious also. I'd definitely come back for a special occasion ☺️

Seemed to make a big deal when I sent back an appetizer. Waiter told mgr and asst. Mgr, who all turned to look at me . I'm sure the waiter was doing his job as instructed. But then the mgr came over, asking more details about it. The whole situation Made me uncomfortable.

Delicious food pasta and salmon very good. Salads when they arrived were nice and cold and generous in size. Slight mix up on time of our rsvp but responded very professionally and had us seated at a nice table in less than 10 minutes. Terrance our waiter was great and explained in the beginning the best way to place our order due to the packed house on Valentine’s Day night. He was right on target and made our meal enjoyable. Been to Bravo a few times and the service is much better than the restaurants around them. We will definitely continue to bring our friends with us to eat at Bravo!

An upper, middle priced Italian style restaurant had a very nice selection of dinner items. Drinks (alcoholic) were large and tasty. Food came out quickly and was hot and top quality... This is a slightly upscale restaurant featuring good Italian-American fare served in a nice, but not formal atmosphere. No dress code, but torn jeans or muddy boots would not be welcome. Attentive table service is the norm and the quality of food very good. Good selection of entrees, appetizers and salads. Choice of three soups. Full bar and selection of wines and beers, and mixed drinks. Reservations not required but recommended at busy times and any time for groups. Kid friendly, civilized behavior preferred. Can accommodate large groups, private dining room available. Adequate and convenient free parking, no valet. Fully accessible to wheelchairs. Credit and debit cards accepted. I should have reviewed this place the first, second, and third time we ate there, but Stefan gave me that last little push tonight. His service was absolutely impeccable. Exceedingly polite while still having a sense of humor, he seemed to know every little thing we needed, and he actually spoke to our children (like they were adults, too, which is rare and so appreciated). He knew appropriate food timing and every single request - there were a few since there were five of us - was fulfilled just about immediately. He had other tables but you'd think we were the only ones. I haven't been out in a while and it was just an absolute treat tonight. Thanks, Stefan, here's to hoping this gets you the raise you deserve! If not that, maybe some lovely strangers will come in requesting you; we sure will be! To the manager on duty, you're clearly running a wonderful operation, and I noticed your attentiveness as well. It's a comfortable, relaxing experience and we'll be back soon..

The food was excellent! I was there as part of a large group. I had the Gluten free Pasta Woozie and it was one of the best gluten free meals I have ever had. Loved the green beans and the asparagus as well. Others in my group said everything they had was delicious. Wonderful staff was very attentive to our needs.

Great food as usual ! Have been ordering carry outs since pandemic and the food is ready for pickup at times promised or earlier. The food has been always steaming hot. Google makes it easy to order too! I always have to order Lobster Bisque, the best in town!

I have been here several times and the food is always good. This time, my brother and I split two plates. We had pork chops and spaghetti and meatballs. They graciously split the two between us. The service here is a very excellent. The pork chop is superb and is pleasantly and highly spiced. The meatballs for the spaghetti are generous. The dacor is very nice. The only negative thing I have to say is I miss their New York cheesecake, but this was a decision made at the corporate office.

We had our son and daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner at Bravo’s. They were very accommodating! Food was wonderful, and servers were polite and professional! Family style was perfect for a large group. We’ve always enjoyed Bravos, and the rehearsal dinner was a very positive experience!

We stopped in here for a department (work) lunch. The wait staff seated us immediately. I should also mention that the wait staff was friendly and professional without hovering throughout. As expected there are many pasta dishes. However they also have several soup & salad combos. The facility was in good shape. They appeared to have a decent bar area as well.

my wife and I visited Bravo’s for the first time, for our Valentine’s Day dinner. Our waiter was amazing, and the service was great. The lasagna was amazing, however my wife didn’t like the spaghetti Bolognese, it wasn’t her cup of tea as she said. The noise level was through the roof it was hard to have a conversation, however the restaurant was completely full due to the holiday. We will most definitely be back and maybe on a less busy day.

What a surprise. This place honestly looks a little cheesy, but honestly they are using the space to the best of their ability and i can't fault them. I didn't expect too much, was i ever so wrong... This place is amazing, from the bread and oil, to the flavor perfectly dressed salad, to the meal itself. Everything was truly delicious and i will go back. Enjoy!

My first visit was very good. Lasagna was wonderful. Bolognese sauce great, especially to dip bread in. Nice staff. Offered a free dessert for my birthday. Only down side, was our table top was a little wobbly. But I'll be back. Loved the Tuscan feel.

I ordered through grubhub so I didn't see the inside of the restaurant. I had the spaghetti and meatballs and the caprese salad. The food was good and obviously cooked with high quality ingredients. However, it was very pricey, especially considering the small portion sizes.

45 minute wait so we sat at the bar which was immediate seating. Nice marble countertops wrap around a nice open area and you could see most of the whole restaurant. It was busy but our waiter got to us quickly and was very knowledgeable and polite. We ordered a raspberry mojito but they were out of raspberries. The regular mojito was tasty. We ordered a salad caprese a pomodoro with meatballs and the chicken scallopini. Our salad came out wrong but it was busy so we didn't say anything. Don't order this chopped salad if you don't like cucumber. My pomodoro with beef meatballs was delicious. They had fresh grated parmesan cheese and fresh cracked black pepper. My wife's food was not what she ordered. When her correct order came out the chicken and portabello mushrooms was delicious and hot. She would have liked more sauce and they brought some. It was my day after birthday so I ordered a creme brulee. It was slightly broken but I know that it is probably pretty good when not overcooked. We really like this restaurant and of course they were great to us. My go to restaurant in Louisville for Italian food, good prices, friendly service and nice, clean environment.

Also a little bland, but still good. I prefer my bisque with a little more Sherry undertones. Our party had several appetizers all which were very good and enough to share around the table. My eggplant parmigiana was delicious. Huge portion sizes. We went with a party of 11 and were seated and served promptly. Service was excellent. Restaurant is very cool indide, if you're cold natured, bring a sweater or wear long sleeves. Mid July and I was still chilly even with a long sleeved sweater.

Food was okay, not noteworthy, an opinion shared by a group member privately. The meeting room, where our group convenes twice monthly, had us all shivering until someone asked that the a/c be adjusted. There was only a curtain to filter the noise from the main dining room, making it impossible for us to hear each other well enough to understand. Our tables were covered to make them more attractive, but mine rocked unsteadily making it necessary to be careful not spill my water. I peeked under the cloth on mine and saw that the table surface was broken. Since I had to leave early I left the room to snag our waitress, gave her a twenty, explained my plight politely and clearly, asked for change and a receipt, then waited a little over 4 minutes. When she came back into our room she handed out bills first to everyone else, who weren't in a previously stated hurry. I followed her out of the room and when she saw me she said she needed to get me change at the bar. Meanwhile, I'm keeping a lid on my growing irritation for being delayed unnecessarily and feeling like her mis-handling of priorities was far beneath the level of professionalism one might reasonably expect of a restaurant of this caliber. I'm going to poll the rest of our group.

The manager came over and took the time to explain to me what I was ordering and if I didn't like it, that it was okay. He would fix something else. I've never had anyone take their time out and do that for me. I plan to visit again soon!

We like Bravo & come every couple of months. There is a new menu, since we were here last, so I tried something new. I had the chicken meatballs with spaghetti. The meatballs, were a bit mushy in the middle, could have had a bit more flavor. The Italian wedding soup was great as always. My wife had the spaghetti pomodoro, which she gets often. She said it was not as good as usual. Also, she wasn't happy the chopped salad was no longer on the menu, however, they were still able to make it, so happy again. Service was good, but he seemed a little off his game tonight.

Along with having multiple delicious dishes to choose from they offer tons of special offers to those with Bravo cards (which are free) and are always introducing limited time dishes that are fun to try. But what really brings us back is the spot-on service, every other restaurant in town is just too much of a gamble when you're paying good money, but every server here is impeccable while we know many by name and welcome any new ones knowing that we won't be disappointed.

Never heard of the place before but went in and while expensive the food was excellent. I don't know what I was expecting maybe something on par with Olive Garden but got something a lot better but you pay for it. I got the Chicken Woozi (chicken Alfredo) and my mom got the Salmon salad she said the asparagus was the best part of the salad and was grateful that they did not take the liberty to pour the salad dressings on it for you. The portion of salmon looked like something you would give to a 6 yr old. But hey it's a salad right? Well its a $16 salad. No complaints on the Chicken Woozi other than portion size. I left satiated but far from full. But again it was the best chicken Alfredo I have had in a while. There was only about 4 slices of chicken breast in the meal (bowl) and my glass of unsweet tea was $3.65. Great food overpriced for the portions though
