Cute little pizza place in the Hills! We’ve been looking for a decent pizza place and this did not disappoint. We wished the bottom of the pizza was a little more cooked but all in all the margarita was wonderful. The size of their salads are crazy. Definitely get what you’re paying for and the staff making the salad are super attentive and precise on what you do or don’t want. We will definitely be back to try other pizzas and soup!!

The food is great, but the service is very lacking. They didn’t make two of our pizzas even after we had paid for them and after we brought it to their attention, they acted very upset with us. Even after they put in our complete order the second time, they gave one of our pizzas to another customer and made us wait an additional 30 minutes. I do like their pizzas and salads but the service at this location is poor.

Great pizza place to enjoy with friends. I think 1 pizza was more than enough for me to eat! I got to try a couple pizzas so I have concluded that it was a good place to eat! All the pizzas I tried were delicious! I like eating ranch with my pizza and the pizza did ok being dipped in ranch. Some of my toppings fell off whilst dipping in ranch lol but it's ok!

Good pizza is scare in little rock. ZaZa was better than many places we have tried. We tried the Hawaiian and brie/fig pizza. Service was a little slow but the pizza was good. Crust was OK, but dough seemed a little bland, toppings were good.

My first time eating at Zaza's and hopefully not my last! I don't live in Little Rock but was in town to ride in the BDB100 and had the opportunity to meet my sister for lunch. She selected here and I must admit it was a most excellent choice! We chat our own salad and split a pizza; oh my goodness, the food is incredible! Very tasty and very fresh! Great staff and we at outside on the patio which was most excellent! Even had sorbet for dessert!

Been on my list to try for some time! Very good salad, if you get a full, should be good for sharing for most people! Ranch dressing was very good! Big pro, they had black apple on tap, big bonus points from me there 😂. Pizza itself was hot, and had nice crispy crust! I’d say it wasn’t the best pizza I’ve had, but it’s definitely good! I was not huge on the gelato I had, I tried the dolce de Leche and it was ok. I’d like to try a different flavor. They were very busy when I went, do wish more seating was available but I’m not taking a point for that. Service was friendly and helpful and got through the line quickly. The main question, would I go back again? I’d say….yes, I would!

Some of the best brick oven pizza in Little Rock. I’ve heard the salads are great as well. Only negative is that seating is somewhat limited so if you go during a rush it might be hard to find a seat.

I stopped in here and ordered a pizza for takeout and it took 40 minutes. Probably best to order in advance or dine in if you can find a table. Really cool atmosphere inside and some tables outside. Pizza was good!!!

This is such a cute and delicious find! We ordered three vegetarian pizzas and each was incredibly flavorful and fresh! The gelato is so good, I was sad when it was finished. The vibe is trendy and the staff is friendly. Worth visiting!

Good atmosphere. Friendly people. Food was good, not excellent. Makes pricing seem a little rich for what we ate, but maybe should expect that with the location? So, No complaints, but would not go out of my way to eat there again. Fresh Blackberry Gelato was a nice $ treat for dessert.

Very nice ZAZA, I had only ever been to the one in Conway and this one held up its reputation. Menu is slightly different than the other location but when I requested something off the other menu, they didn't hesitate to make it. Lovely seating inside to give it a very green and earthy feel. Only complaint is the wait time. When you seat with multiple people in a party and the food options are mostly salad/pizza. Everyone gets their food at different times.

ZAZA is a consistently good pizzeria! While the pizzas can take some time to prepare and cook, I have always found the results to be well worth the wait! The waits, especially at lunch time, are something to consider if you are on a break or are in a time crunch. Last time I was there I waited but still had to take the pizza to go, although my busyness was no fault of their own; that's why I still highly recommend ZAZA. Even if there's a wait, the atmosphere, food, and drinks always make up for it!

Pizza was amazing at 9:23pm with just 37 minutes to close no one gave ugly look. Every employee was in a great mood. Music was great. The upstairs was dirty ask the guy if he could clean us a table he said give me 5 minutes. He was cleaning downstairs. He was kind about it. Arkansas people are so easy going.

For non-locals it may be a little hard to find, but well worth the struggle! Amazing salads and pizzas plus a good list of local craft beers. One of my favorite eateries when in Little Rock.

Seriously some of the best pizza outside of New York City. Found this gem in 2011 and I make it a point to always stop in and get a few pies whenever I’m in town. The food is amazing, the staff is awesome, and they usually have pretty good beer on tap to go with your pizza.

ZAZA wowed me with their Quattro pizza pie. Probably some of the best cheese I’ve ever had on a pizza. For those of you who love sweets, they also offer around 5 Gelato options to add dessert to your meal. My personal favorite is the watermelon flavor. If pizza isn’t your thing, they also have an expansive salad menu offering about a dozen different salad options. When I walked in, I was very pleased with the overall ambiance of the place. Smells of brick oven pizza along with elegant decorations gives you a real homey feeling. There are also around 4 tables for outdoor dining for folks who enjoy the warm Arkansas sun, or who worry about COVID. Definitely going back in a couple weeks to try another pizza and one of their salads!

The selection is as great as the atmosphere. The place was packed but the line went quickly and the servers were great. Parking was the only issue but that's because it was our first time and we weren't sure where to park. We had pizzas and they were great, we will be returning to try the salad. So glad they had local craft beer on tap!

Excellent pizza and salads. The Best in Little Rock. The house salad is amazing, very tasty. The pizza is a thin crust, with a very zesty sauce. The sauce compliments the crust perfectly. It just all melts in your mouth. The service was, also, very good. The young lady who took my order was very receptive and accurate. The do have Mexican Coke! A big plus!

We enjoyed our visit to ZaZa on our way back to DFW thru Little Rock. Not too busy on a late Sunday afternoon either. Ordered our pizzas and then we waited upstairs for our order. Pizzas were brought up and we enjoyed the different varieties we had ordered - pepperoni, margherita, and the forager. All very good. Especially liked the minimal amount of sauce - just right. Gelato for the road trip homeward was delicious.

You order at the counter when you walk in. There is a separate counter for alcohol. They sale beer and wine. They have pizza and salads for about 10 to 15 dollars. They have a patio outside to eat and tables inside with an upstairs area. The service was great and fast. The pizzas were really good. The crust was almost to thin for the toppings.

ZaZas is one of my favorite lunch spots. They have a wonderful patio, gelato ice cream, amazing wood fire pizzas, and build your own salads. The atmosphere is modern, the best seating is upstairs or outside. There is either a daily or weekly pizza and those are usually my favorite as I love to try new things. My usually favorites are the Green and White pizza with a Baja shrimp salad. Grapefruit was meant to be on a salad. 😋 Kid friendly, local, family and lunch with the girls.

Fantastic gluten-free pizza! We got the ham and (fresh!) pineapple, and The Forager with an egg on top, followed by delicious gelato. The only thing that could have made our stop here better as we travelled back to Dallas is if we hadn't driven away with the leftovers on the top of the car... So be like me and eat here! But don't be like me and waste their yummy pizza...it ain't cheap.

Amazing salads, amazing pizzas!! I could eat here weekly at least if I allowed myself to. Ingredients are so fresh and the quality is always top notch. The only downside is that it is so popular that it can be very difficult to find parking or a table during popular times and on weekends. Takeout orders are always great, but you do have to order very far ahead of time.

WOW!!!! We found this little hidden gem while traveling across country (PHI to ABQ), as we were passing through Little Rock. We do as any couple our age does, search for food places on social media (Shoutout Instagram). In our search, we stumbled upon this place. Back home in Philly, we always have THE BEST pizza imaginable… but man… I tell you this goes on our TOP 5! Coming from a lifelong pizza lover… this place left me wishing I was a local… :( Amazing quality, fresh ingredients, hand made in front of you, cooked perfectly, and the taste was out of this world! I’m truly disappointed that was our first/last time there probably (as we have no friends/family in AK) but if we ever drive through again, we know where we will be going… ZAZA! THANK YOU ZAZA, unbelievably perfect!

The salads are on point as is the pizza!! This place has a great atmosphere and great staff as well. Very happy with all the food and drink. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Cashier known to us as "trash panda" recommend the lost 40 (I think) ipa of the same name. Looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Someone was taking salad orders while another staff member was taking pizza orders. Although the person taking our order was wearing a mask, you can still see her smiling and made great eye contact. Offered us water cups without us even asking. The Lost Forty Love Honey Bock beer was awesome. And the pizza.... Just amazing. The crust is delicious and the sauce isn't too acidic like some places. Outdoor seating was pleasant. Food came out fast. No complaints. Just go try it yourself and toy won't be disappointed.

I came here at peak lunch, and they are BUSY. The parking is a little limited. I had an entree greek salad with roasted chicken with light dressing mixed in. The dressing was super good. The ingredients are fresh. I can’t wait to go back!

I got the prosciutto arugula pizza with a fried egg. It was really great. I do wish that it was cooked a little longer because it was a little bit doughy bit other than that it was really good. My brother in law and sister had one of the salads and it was awesome as well. Definitely eat here.

Excellent pizza! Amazing gluten free crust. It's one of the best I've eaten. It looked and tasted like freshly made pizza dough rather than premade frozen dough that is always disappointing. Also, I was pleasantly surprised they don't upcharge for gluten free pizza crusts. I'm excited to return!

I love Zaza's pizza and salads. I have tried a lot of the pizzas and haven't been disappointed yet. I did dine in at lunch and had to bus my own table to get a seat. I get that no one wants to work now days so I'm not gonna take a star for that. Overall enjoyable experience.

Normally love Zazas. Today the salad and pizza were so so. Not enough cheese and too much sauce on the pizza. It was also soggy. The salad had way too much lettuce and not enough of the other ingredients and dressing

Hands down the best salad/pizza you can find. We have been driving from Hot Springs for several years now to eat here. My friends will tell you I encourage them to try ZaZa's just once! The service has always matched the level of the food. This is one place the price of the food is most definitely worth the product. Job well done!

This is the closest pizza to what the Italians make. The dough is amazing, thin and perfectly cooked. The ingredients use are fresh and so flavorful. We really enjoyed the unusual white & green pizza. The staff was friendly and super helpful. A place to visit for sure.

This restaurant is located in Little Rock which was right next to our hotel. We went there for lunch not knowing what to expect. The place is nicely decorated. Our waiter was super friendly and helpful. We had the ZAZA : Little Rock , the Rib-Eye and a Margarita pizza form the children menu to our little 5 years old girl. We were really pleased by our food. It was fresh and tasty. Portions are fulfilling and prices are reasonable.

Great great pizzas AND salads! I love the green and white pizza, so much harmony in the flavors! The customer service is also amazing. Staff is always kind, patient and friendly. The place is definitely pricey though and wish it was a little cheaper so I could get it more often 😂😂 If you’re looking for a great pizza place, look no further, this is where you want to be.

Let me be honest, this should be 5 stars for the food alone. The reason it's only 3 stars is because of the service. We ordered online for a smooth, quick and easy process. Our order was supposed to be ready in 45 minutes. It took 90 minutes and we still had to wait for 15 minutes after we announced we were there for curb side pick-up. A 2nd call and conversation with the manager had our food out 2 minutes later and the pizza had the nerve to be cold. So if you have the patience of Job, you will be rewarded. Even cold, the pizza was very flavorful and the salad was well dressed. The lemon vinegrette is wonderful. Unfortunately, these days, time is truly money. There are several other eateries who will value your time and patronage better in my opinion.

I can't eat dairy, so I'm always on the lookout for pizza places with vegan cheese. I went with a basic pepperoni with vegan cheese. My husband got the ham, pineapple, and jalapeno, but without pineapple. Pizzas were good. To my surprise, they even had dairy free gelato. Will definitely be back.

I had the Woo Pig Sooie pizza. Not sure if it was the bacon, but the pizza was extremely salty. Everything else was good on the pizza ,but the saltiness of the pizza almost made it uneatable. My wife liked her pizza and father in laws crust was too burnt for his liking. I would agree with analysis as well. Tried it again last night. Experience was much better and pizza was good.

If you are a pizza enthusiast with discerning tastes, you may not like this place as it's pretty basic quality cheeses and crust isn't interesting taste or texture-wise. The marinara lacks flavor as well. If you are a salad enthusiast , then you may love this place. They have a very generous selection of salad toppings. Overall i thought the pizza was very mediocre as I've tried all of the great spots in NYC, ATL, and Las Vegas.

We had the margarita pizza and a salad. Everything was delicious and the environment is perfect for a community gathering place to get a quick bite. Quarters were a little cramped and cutlery was plastic. Pizza was a little cold and took a little too long to get it but it was still delicious. The cherry limeade gelato is worth your trip. Environment was charming and cozy and a wood oven adds aroma and taste too. We loved the evening with our friends and food was a bonus. Enjoy!

Plus the wood pizza oven gives you feel and taste of specialness in times where everything and everyone is cookie cutter imitations. The service is always pleasant. This is my favorite Pizza in Little Rock. Living in NY for 30 years, it's hard to find great pizza in the south, but this place is great and similar to John's Pizza in NYC in the Village - which is a world landmark for wood-fired brick oven style (which is different than Brooklyn style). If you love wood-fired style, you won't be disappointed.

We had the sesame tuna salad and Forager pizza. The salad was excellent. Great fresh ingredients, and I loved the Wasabi peas that were in it. The pizza toppings were good, but there were just too many toppings for the crust. What I don't expect at a wood fire pizza place are menu pizzas that the middle of the crust is a soggy mess. The crispy outside part of the crust was lacking in flavor. I would return for the salad. Might try another type of pizza. Edit. Came back another day. Had the Green & White Pizza and the Baja Shrimp salad. Both were great. The pizza had a good amount of toppings that tasted fresh. Salad had a great dressing and very good mix of sweet and tangy ingredients. Next visit to Little Rock I could see us coming back.

This is one of the first restaurants we ate at in Little Rock when we first visited and now that we live here, we have kept coming back. I have to eat gluten free for my health (non-celiac), and they have a great gluten free crust, possibly the best in LR. The gluten free crust is a little sweet but very crispy and delicious. My husband does not eat gluten free, and he loves the regular crust pizza as well. My favorite pizza is the hot honey sopressata which is the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. They have a different specialty pizza every time we go back and usually it is super delicious as well. The pizza is always really hot and doesn’t take that long to come out especially if you have a salad to snack on as an appetizer. Their salads are always delicious and we love having gelato for dessert. Great patio seating and love the upstairs area where you can get a bird’s eye view of the pizza and salad making. Great place and our go-to pizza place.

Agree with reviewers about the awkward set-up in this youthful, trendy little place - you wait in line to order, first salads, then pizza. It can be confusing, even intimidating, for first-time diners. First dinnertime visit. Early on a summer Sat. evening was a good time to go. parking for this somewhat hidden little place was better (other businesses there were closed) - small lot. Outside dining helped the cramped first floor from being so tight (there is an upstairs space too). People even brought their dogs! This couple shared a good Cobb salad, split in two. Dressing can be light medium or heavy - medium was perfect. Gluten-free pizza crust was pasty & pretty tasteless but toppings were fresh. Pizza was better on regular crust - try one with prosciutto! Only one menu option for those who do not care for tomato sauce base, but it turned out to be sparse so not a big deal. Bet they’d sub. Plenty for two people with leftovers. Glass of wine for each brought the bill to about $60 - ok for dinner but for lunch, pretty steep. Would just as soon go to sit-down full service restaurant with more substantial tables & chairs (theirs are fitting for fast food or ice cream parlor). We paid extra separately for dessert - homemade gelato and sorbet - Excellent! Will likely go again when hungry for fresh, tasty salads. Or perhaps just for dessert!

Definitely will come here again. My girls were telling me how good the salads and pizza were at the Conway location so we came to the Little Rock location since we were over that way. We wanted to try a few things so we ordered the Petit Jean Ranch salad and the Greek Cafe salad. We ordered full with medium dressing. The salads were large and one would be big enough for a family of 4 to share. My family liked the PJR the best but I preferred the Greek. This was the best Greek salad I've had... hands down the best. We also ordered a couple pizzas. We ordered a pepperoni and a zapreme. The sauce on these pizzas is amazing. It's not sweet like some but very flavorful. This is brick oven pizza at it's best and there's not a long wait either. We ate on our salads and then right after we were done with the salads the pizza came out. The zapreme wasn't the best I've had. The onions are caramelized and that added a sweetness that I didn't enjoy. Again though, the sauce and the brick oven flavor on the crust was amazing. We also tried the gelato. We tried small servings of Dulce de leche, lemon (dairy free), and cookies and cream. You can try any flavor but we decided on these. I'm not a huge fan of gelato anyways so don't take this comment with much credit but don't come here for the gelato. Give this place a try. You won't regret it.

Let me tell you about this place! :) It's busy, it's hectic. It has a modern, minimalist vibe, and it's not the best for big parties in my opinion, BUT! The pizza is a must try, prepared and cooked in a fire oven in front of you. And the salads, oh the salads. I generally eat salad because I'm supposed to, not because I necessarily want to. I'm not at the top of the food chain for nothin'. You can taste the freshness in the ingredients. The crust, sauce, cheese, toppings came together perfectly. The fire oven put a wonderful crispness to the crust, or pizza bones as we refer to them. The salad was amazing. You can order a half size or a whole. We ordered a couple of em and shared amongst the table. When you walk in, you make your way to the counter and place your order. You pay at the register then find a seat. Someone will bring your order when ready. The place was abuzz. We were a large party with a baby onboard. My anxiety was a little high based on the crowd and the tight spaces. But this place is the perfect place to stop with a couple friends to grab a great meal reasonably priced.

If you’ve had a better salad in Little Rock you are either lying or haven’t been to ZaZa’s, either way, remedy that, it’s not good for you. My wife and I will drive in from Maumelle to get it to go, drive right back home, and are the happiest diners in our zip code. The salads are second to none, and the pizza ain’t to shabby either. If you love someone take them there. If you don’t love someone and happen to be sharing a meal with them take them to ZaZa so they can become a better, slightly more tolerable person.

It's a good option if you're watching calories or if you're looking for a stone oven Pizza. On the downside, most of the time this place is crowded and if you're wondering for half salad thinking you will pay the half of the price this is NOT the case!! They charged me $10.55 for a SMALL Zaza house salad when the full size cost $11.50 +tax. Their webpage says they charge $3 less (for a small salad) than the price of a full one. IT WASN'T MY CASE!!! The worst part is they sell the small salad + cup of soup for the same price I paid, BUT it's just Monday- Friday from 11am to 3pm. So I will definitely recommend paying for their full size of their salad. I haven't tried their pizzas yet, BUT the waiting time is around 20-25 min and you need to do the line to get to the register to order one. So you spend most of your time waiting for people who are ordering salads just to place your pizza order!! They should fix that!!

Great place, great food with a great atmosphere!! We regular ZAZA's and in 6yrs our only complaint is many of the personalities that work there especially at night need to be warmer with people. Basically we just get a "I'll take your order over here"! Smiles are hard to get at night as well. During the day they walk around and ask if you need anything but at night it never happens for us and we hear these same complaints with our friends that live near and frequent more than we do!

Pretty underwhelming experiance overall. The setup is mildly confusing, but also leaves you to go from one register to another to receive your beer(which there isn't a menu for). After the pizza came I asked where I could get some parmesan, but couldn't even get a response. The pizza is rather soggy right after coming from the oven. The pizza was average tasting, and nothing blew my mind. Finally the entire atmosphere seemed panicked and rushed. Overall it seems a better place to grab a salad and gelato than pizza.

ZAZA is on our "regular list" for a good lunch or dinner. We usually split a salad - this time, the famous "house" salad with blueberries, strawberries, and goat cheese. (I've loved this salad since the first time I tried it a few years ago!) Then, a pizza...any pizza on their menu. Today we tried the Green and White for the first time. Very good (as they all are at ZAZA) but I think the Hot Honey remains our favorite. Cover your eyes and point at the menu...you can't go wrong here. Oh, and gelato for dessert if you save room! It's worth a trip in just for the gelato if you have a sweet tooth like we do.

Some of my favorite foods in town! Excellent wood-fired pizza (the prosciutto and argula is one of my favorites), tasty and large portioned salads (Petit Jean ranch or Southwest chicken!), and almost sinful gelatto! Great craft beer and wine selection, and I'd highly recommend the "Frose" on a warm day! The only downside is when it's busy (and it often is) it's hard to find a seat, but grabbing your meal to-go is always a good option! Highly recommend!

I think ZaZa's is suffering from a lack of management or something. This place needs a shake-up. I've been here many times since it opened, even though I live out of town. I've even been to the Conway location. I am also in the wood-fired brick oven pizza business. Friends in Little Rock ordered to go pizza and salads while I was arriving to their house. Mine was the only pizza order, and I just ordered cheese since I didn't have a menu in front of me. The salads were great as usual, and the extra order of wings was a lovely bonus. However, my pizza crust was severely lacking. The pizza was cooked, but just barely. The edge crust was browned, but the bottom was completely white, without the tell-tale leoparding of a wood-fired oven. I was disappointed. The person who picked up our order said they were really really busy that night. The only thing I can think of, being in the business, is that they were churning out pizzas by the dozen, and the oven floor had been depleted of heat enough that it just didn't have the ability to char the crust as it should. An experienced pizzaiolo would account for that and slow the pace, rather then serve an underdone pizza. Perhaps ZaZa's is suffering from management fatigue. They need to double-down on their quality and training if they're going to stay the great pizza joint I know it once was.

Food is usually pretty good. I wouldn't call the service good - more or less buddy buddy club behind the counter with nary a manager in sight. People behind the counters discussing critical food safety violations in front of customers. Sure you change that dressing after you drop stuff in it, and adding a splash guard just "makes one more thing for me to clean at night". I bet ADH would love hearing that as they write out the ticket.
