I hadn't been here before and really liked the chipotle steak taco. The Cobb salad looked great, also. The ingredients were really fresh! The price was pretty high for one taco and a salad, but I understand that a meal gets donated for every meal I buy. They were out of straws, but it was replaced as soon as I mentioned it. I'd go back again for sure.

Ordered nachos. I got nachos without the cheese. They were quick to make it right. It's just inconvenient when you are using the drive thru and you have to go in and you have some place to be. Once I had all the components of my meal it was phenomenal. I frequent this particular Tacos 4Life alot and I will continue to do so. The staff were a happy bunch, which is good and I really appreciate their happiness because it makes for good experiences.

Great experience! Good food, awesome service! Nice vegetarian selections too (crispy eggplant in the fajita taco is perfection)! Emily is a rockstar, constantly helping out and bringing anything we needed over, and all in all, we were very happy and will definitely be going back!

I haven't visited here much. This was my 3rd time if I remember correctly. Prices were higher since my last visit. Portions were smaller. Food tasted fine. Register help was cordial, but not friendly. I didn't feel at home.

Food was great! As always with this establishment. And the managers were quite nice, went out of their way to be friendly. Although the person who took our order was semi-rude. Just seemed to not be having the best day and continued to talk over me while I was ordering. Small things, nothing unfixable, nor does it sway me from returning here.

I can tell you one thing to do when you order your tacos. Get the puffy shells! You won’t be disappointed. I ate here 2 days in a row while staying at a nearby hotel. Probably would have done a third day if I was able to.

Today was my second time visiting. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the drive thru window cashier was. Her name is Shar (I hope I got that right). She told me about the app and I got my taco for free. But most importantly she was sweet and personable. You can't find that anywhere else!!

In short: okay taco value, not the best seasoning consistency, and bad seating cleanliness. This was our first time here. The seasoning in the tacos is very good, but some may feel that the tacos are less substantial than expected. For the chicken and queso rice bowl, the seasoning was inconsistent. For the chips that come with it, some areas were extremely dense in seasoning while others were extremely sparse, even varying greatly on individual chips. For the rice bowl, the queso was spread almost only on one side, pooling in the corners and leaving the far side bereft of it. The booths by the window were very unclean. There were crumbs on many of the tables and seats, and some had empty napkin dispensers. The order-number holder was not in the best state, having many removable sauce stains.

So this was my first time. And I was excited after hearing good things from friends. I tried the combo 2 taco of my choice and a side. I choose the chicken bacon and ranch because who doesn't love bacon!😁 I also tried the classic beef taco and refried black beans. Everything was amazing. Tacos were crispy and meat and toppings filled to the brim. Also a great price. The service was amazing rivaling Chick-fil-A but, without the my pleasure. You could see the smile even though the mask!😷👍🏼 I cant wait to go back.

We tried 3 different taco meals, the Korean BBQ, Chipotle steak, & chicken bacon ranch. The Chipotle was delicious, absolute best. The Korean BBQ was good, but the sauce was over powering, I'd recommend getting it on the side. The chicken bacon ranch was alright. Good amount of meat, the chicken by itself was good, but overall not anything great. The sides were very underwhelming, queso rice, pesto rice, and beans. The queso appetizer tasted great but was very watery. Once it cooled down it actually stuck to the chip, but was otherwise hard to eat. I like the concept of the place but don't find the meals to be a great value. Next time we try it we'll stick to individual tacos instead of the $8-12 meals that don't come with a drink.

First off, this place is adorably decorated. I love the huge communal tables with eclectic decor. The food… ohhh myyy gooodddnneeessss… it exceeded our expectations by far! We both got taco meals with the queso rice and a side of the creamed corn and they all were delicious. (Chicken bacon ranch taco, chorizo, beef, fried chicken and Korean bbq were all amazing!) Trio dip was also fantastic. I love the seasoning they put on the chips! Emily helped up and I swear she didn’t stop moving from the time we walked in the door, hardest worker I’ve seen in a small chain style restaurant in a long time. Overall just wishing we had one of these in Atlanta!

DELICIOUS LUNCH!! Ohhh my GAHHHH! SOOO GOOD! Reasonably priced, super quick & friendly experience!! I ordered from my desktop at work on Centerview Drive at 12:0…something. Given a 12:27 pickup time. Y’all. I left work at 12:20pm on a Friday & was back with my food at 12:31. Tell me you can find a quicker lunch ordeal in West Little Rock on a Friday. I ordered the Blackened Mahi Mahi Taco Meal which is two tacos and a side. I’ve never even had Mahi Mahi before but it sounded good and looked good on the menu. So glad I picked it because I loved it!!

I love this place. I Especially love the crabcake taco I suggested to anyone going for the first time I also love the fact that when you buy a meal they donate a meal to children in South Africa The tocos are just delicious, the staff is very friendly, the space it is unique I love to sit in the window when the sun is shinning or eat on the patio at night. I use the party room for impromptu meeting sometimes with no Hassle This is a great place to eat.. in good location. One of my top 3 places to eat in Little Rock Arkansas.

First visit. Food was very good. Got the grilled chicken tacos and was not disappointed. Refried beans were a tad spicy for me but they were still good. Only downside was the service. Young lady that waited on us acted like we were a bother. Food was brought out quicker than I anticipated. We'll probably stop by again. Hopefully the customer service will be better

Cashier wasn't friendly she was prompt...I ordered the carnitas taco..it was good but very dry..u couldn't taste or see any sauce...it was mostly cabbage hardly any meat. Every table was dirty and the napkin holders were greasy and had built of grime on them..the plastic number she handed me was sticky, greasy n I put it down. I said that's really dirty..she says u have to have it .I was one of two people n the other customer was waiting for to go order. I ended up sitting at the to go order bar so I could put purse n shopping bag on the bench..at least it was clean..so I went to the drink station to get some hot sauce..the drink station was completely destroyed n filthy..coke syrup everywhere n other unknown liquids n trash n of course the hot sauce bottles were greasy n grimy..I used my sanitizer n way too many napkins...I didn't dare go in the restroom.. also the cashier kept coming over by me like she was watching me eat..she tried to look in my shopping bag? I was riding the bus so I brought a nice shopping bag to put my purchases in..And I was dressed Nice n neat n I never complained to her..but I almost did because she was watching me like a prison guard...it's obvious that I'm not one of the druggies faking being homeless n harassing people...in.facy I was harassed by one as I was walking over to get something to eat so I could take a aspirin....I didn't eat b4 I went to store so I started feeling bad n getting a headache....it was bad e enough to experience such a filthy place but for her to come all the way from behind the counter n watch me eat n whatever she was doing ....was just too much for me...I bought one taco to try because the menu was different than I expected n I would have bought some To go if I had liked it....there were 4 or 5 workers there n no one was cleaning anything they were all talking mostly...I was too tired n ready to get home to be real upset..but after I got home n told my neighbor what happened ..I was very insulted n regretted not taking my food back n saying it's too FILTHY TO EAT HERE..

Tried this for the first time for my husbands Father’s Day dinner. We love it! Absolutely the best cheese sauce I’ve ever had. My husband tried a variety of steak, ground beef, carnitas, and chicken tacos and love all of them. I tried the chicken bacon ranch tacos and they were delicious. The refried beans were delicious as well. 10/10 would recommend. Emily came and checked on us several times at our table to make sure our experience was on point. The staff was awesome

Always fresh, and always delicious. The drive thru takes a little bit of time during high traffic times, but it’s so worth it. I love the grilled chicken tacos and ask for them to be made on puffy tortillas- always get the puffy tortilla for best experience. Don’t forget a personal queso! Definitely recommend— your belly will thank you!

I like the premise but the food. It’s not bad, it’s just … it has no flavor. It’s bland. The queso rice can be so much better. I’ve tried multiple tacos, no flavor. I’ll keep going here but a little flavor can go a long way toward improving everything.

I really like this restaurant and your business model. But you really should not penalize vegetarians for being vegetarians. Substituting steak for tofu should not cost an extra 1:50. I'm vegan and this particular location is particularly good at completing my order and dietary needs without any hiccups. Braylon was kind and he was detailed on my order. This might be a coincidence, but ever since i met Braylon (I'm not sure of his position), my eggplant has never been as consistently flavorful and as crispy as it has been since he has been involved. I love the customer service and attention to detail this location has. Shoutout to Mari. Her attitudeis simply positive. 10/10 Recommend. Update (7/29/2022): New day, same great service. I graduated from College Saturday and my family and I went to eat at Tacos 4 Life afterwards. It was our first time there and let me tell you it will not be the last. Chris and the other staff was great. The food was good, fresh, and reasonably priced. We had a big order and everything was correct. Everything was so perfect, but what did it for me was the great customer service. Everyone was so friendly and professional. They even told me how nice we all looked. A dine in getaway from the cold, and a warm experience that awaited us within! Wafting smells of cooked meats and spiced greeted us along with a friendly cashier. They alluded us to an offer of a free taco which we took. The menu variety was something that definitely took me by surprise, and I'll admit I had a bit of an analysis paralysis before deciding on the Korean BBQ, Spicy Chorizo, and Chicken Bacon Ranch tacos. All of them were outstanding and unique in their own ways! Can't wait for the next time I get a craving again

On my way back from an Epic kayaking/Ebiking vaca in Page, AZ, this place looked good from the outside. Got inside and noticed this place was unlike any taco place I have ever dined at. The idea that my food purchase helped an organization that feeds disadvantaged people blew me away. Not only were the tacos amazing but I walked away with a smile on my face especially after purchasing a tshirt. If we had one of these taco places in Atlanta, I’d be eating there every day! This place has the best tacos I have ever had. I’m not just saying that; time and time again I go to this location and I am never ever let down. My all time favorite taco is the chipotle steak taco; it is so rich in flavor and nothing is to over bearing it all comes together perfectly. Not only is the food and the prices great but the customer service is excellent! Every time I come in I am greeted with a smile I can even tell through the masks. This location is the perfect place to sit down with your family or if you just need a quick bite to eat. Tacos 4 life is the place to go if you need amazing tacos. My first visit at the Shackleford location, Chris (working front) helped find a good option for what I like. Recommended SW Rice Bowl. I have now visited numerous locations and the Shackleford-LR location is the best. The chicken on my rice bowl is always moist and great portion size. This was my first time at Tacos 4 Life. There were so many options it was difficult to decide what to get (that's a good thing). The store manager, I think, took my order. His name was Beauente, (sorry for misspelling bro). He suggested the fried chicken taco which sounds fine, but, they add some honey on top and it's a game changer, mmmm soo good! The next one he suggested was the eggplant, and I was like"what? Are you sure?" He said trust me. So I did and it was the only time I have ever enjoyed eggplant, you gotta try at least one! The customer service was superb, they checked on me a couple times to make sure everything was good. Melissa was very kind and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back!

Overall the dining experience was okay. It's a loud environment. The food was good but you need to specify the type of tortilla you want for your tacos because it was assumed we wanted the fried puffy tacos. It's fairly expensive for tacos... But not too far out of line with other restaurants in the area. For two of us with an appetizer, drinks, and main course our total was $31. That's kind of expected though since you are helping pay for a third world meal as well with every purchase. We got the $6 trio appetizer which was decent. The guacamole was better than the salsa and cheese dip in our opinion. The chips were good. The cilantro rice side was a little dry but when I added salsa it improved the dish. The creamed corn side was very good.

I had a pretty rough day yesterday. I went in to this restaurant feeling down and alone. But it quickly began to get better for me as Melissa passionately described the food and that delicious punch to me as it was my first time there. I received my food I ordered the carnitas taco and omg! It was the best carnitas I’ve ever tasted and trust me I’ve tasted a lot of carnitas. As I was eating Melissa came by to see how I was enjoying my food and she began to tell me about your mission. Her eyes lit up as she described how your company truly cares more about its mission thank a profit. Melissa and those tacos completely made me forget about my bad day and I left your restaurant feeling so much better than when I entered. Unfortunately I’m headed back to Texas so I’ll probably never see Melissa again but I want her to know that she truly has an impact on me. The team also informed me that there is a location in Texas about 45 minutes from me so I can’t wait to go try out the rest of those yummy tacos!

He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about your foods and with all my allergies he came up with the perfect meal. Then he helped us get a table that my wheelchair could fit under and brought me a cushioned chair so I could get my leg elevated. He wanted me to be as comfortable as I could be. We had the ultimate trio appetizer, two taco meals with salad. I had Hawaiian shrimp and Mahi-mahi hard corn shell tacos , husband had the mango habanero tacos in flour shells. It was all amazing! The food was fresh and bursting with flavor. The staff were all so helpful, polite and kind. Several of them stopped by to check on us to see if we needed anything and clear plates. My first experience was during a short lunch break with a colleague. The line to order was about five or six people long and moved at an acceptable rate. Beside the order line is an enormous menu on the wall, so I could make an informed choice before arriving at the order location. I chose the Mexican Cobb Salad which was outstanding.....with fresh ingredients. Totally guilt free with enough to take home for dinner. The dining was spacious with the pleasant buzzing conversations all around. (I dislike loud surroundings.) Every employee I saw was smiling. I have now been to this restaurant three times within the last week and a half and all I can say is that I'm hooked for life, except on Sundays. I have enjoyed their steaks, crab cake and most of their chicken tacos. The chicken meat can be a little on the dry side but a little extra dressing can help in that cause. My wife thinks they have the best cheese dip in town which I will give them top 3 but not #1. Seeing how Little Rock and Arkansas prides themselves on the whole cheese dip thing, top 3 is good in my book. The sides are pretty good as well. I have order the salad twice and the corn mix once which all pleased my palate. I even tried my wife's bean mix which is a little spicy but I like that. She will request lite sauce which is like a nice creamy chipotle sauce. We need to try the passion punch but just haven't had the drive to pay $.90 more for the beverage. Wonderful staff and very helpful. T4L also has a give back program where the company donates food to needed countries for every taco or food items bought. Pretty cool.

We tried this place today for the 1st time through Bitesquad because we just wanted to try out a different restaurant. Man I am SO happy we did! We ordered the Deluxe Taco Family Pack. It came with 5 flour tortillas and 5 crunchy taco shells that were obviously made from scratch at the restaurant. The fact that they would go to all the trouble of making their own taco shells says a lot. They care about every detail and it really shows. Also included in the family pack was fresh black beans and some kind of white rice, both of which were just delicious. I usually don’t even eat that kinda stuff but thought I’d try it. You can just tell how much care and consideration is put into their food and let me tell ya, it can’t be beat! Try it and you will see. One more thing—it also came with a gallon of watermelon strawberry punch and that stuff is just amazing!!! Tacos 4 Life is my new fave for sure!!!

I would absolutely rate more than 5 stars if I could. We had a little bit of a wait on our food, but we ordered a family pack. It was so delicious, and they gave us PLENTY to pack each of the tacos with how much of everything we wanted. The queso rice doesn't really have a ton of queso in it and taste kind of plain. BUT the Refried black beans, OMG soooo delicious. Definitely leave the sour cream and cotija cheese in it. So smoky and delicious. Chicken was the best I ever had. Tacos 4 Life Jun 28, 2018 Good Pricey Tacos I had two tacos. One was the Hawaiian grilled shrimp and the other was the crab cake taco. My total was almost $12. The tacos tasted wonderful and fresh. The flavors blended seamlessly. They were pretty small tacos especially for the cost. I understand that they give a free meal to someone in need for every meal brought (I don't understand exactly how it works). If this is true then I understand the prices being more expensive. You can get any taco as a meal for about $12 which is the better deal. Meals include 2 of the same tacos, a side, and a drink. The establishment looked clean. The wait wasn't long even though the food is made to order. I also went during the lunch hour on a week day. I ordered my food to go.

No complaints on the customer service part either seeing how most are a friendly bunch. Mainly just soft tacos with nontraditional parts that still work out fine if you want to experiment but they have your basics and that's including the sides as well. Me being a nacho person, their nachos are very good and look less like a salad amongst other things. I'll be coming back here as well.

Very good for fresh tacos and nachos. Inventive tacos as well as very good queso. of course, it is wonderful that they donate food to children who otherwise really would not have a meal and that they make sure that that meal has vitamins and minerals. So not much of a selfless act to eat here but it is a bonus. They do have quite a few dishes that have very fresh ingredients including uncooked cilantro, onion, tomatoes which are wonderful. They also have excellent black beans.

Went today for the first time and was pretty impressed. They are a little pricey if you are comparing them to taco bell but the food is no comparison! I will be sad when I return home and there are no tacos 4 life :( our cashier was Kiara and she was so sweet and super helpful. All the staff seemed to work efficently. They were packed in the lobby with almost not enough sitting room, even with how busy they are you got your food delivered quicker than most drive throughs would get you through if you were the only car. Tacos for life makes excellent tacos! They have nachos and other Tex-Mex items but I've only ever had the tacos, the pesto rice, the salsa, and the cheese dip. I'm not a big fan of cheese dip, it's flavored, melted cheese so I won't go into that. BUT the tacos are tasty, crisp, filling, and seem to have very little artificial flavoring to them (I've had no usual reactions like I do to artifical additives.) The salsa is pretty good, I like mine 'hurts in the way in and out' hot, but this is OK. The pesto rice has a nice flavor to it, and the punch surprisingly doesn't rely on sugar for all its flavor. It's a good deal and if you buy the meals, 2+tacos, they send a meal to other places to combat hunger. Good food and good deeds, hard to beat that!

Initially thought they were a bit expensive for tacos, but after seeing the size and amount of filling in each taco, they are well worth every penny! I LOVE Tacos 4 Life! The fried chicken taco is my absolute favorite. The chips and queso are a must. The "famous" fruit punch, however, is not out of this world, as claimed. The quality of the customer service is top-notch. The location is great, especially with the recently improved parking lot (not sure how the first design got approval to begin with). This place may be a little slow sometimes, but the food is always AMAZING, and even the owner is amazing. He came around one time to ask for suggestions, and when I told him I wasn't too fond of how cold the shrimp taco was, he gave me another one on the house. By the way, Blackened Mahi-Mahi is the way to go if you're looking for that seafood taco. Also, my wife swears by the Queso Rice.

First time to experience Tacos 4 Life and was not disappointed. We started with the guacamole for the table which was delicious. The house made chips with their seasoning really set it off. I had a carnitas taco that was very tasty but had too much cabbage and not enough sauce. I then had the chipotle steak which was phenomenal. So much well seasoned and well cooked steak. Lastly I had the mango habanero taco which was also great. The mango was actually ripe and sweet unlike many places that just serve the fruit no matter what level of ripeness it is. Had a wonderful experience will definitely be coming back.

WHOA BABY! Was traveling with my significant other through central Arkansas and have heard about Tacos For Life through the grapevine. Little did I know, my taste buds were in for a special treat. First off, we walked in to a unique, vibrant atmosphere and had immediate access to the menus so we could start putting our meal together and figure out what this restaurant was all about. After we made it to the front of the line, we were welcomed by a smiling face that was genuinely happy to be there and took our order. We ordered an appetizer of queso, and meals for each of us (chicken quesadillas and tacos). Before we got our drinks and took a seat, we were already receiving our cheese dip, which was OH so delicious and flavorful. Shortly after that, we received our meals. Talk about good service! The chicken quesadilla was unbelievably good, it comes with a side of chipolte sauce that is wild! I had a bite of the tacos as well and those were fantastic as well! And just when you think it can't get any more awesome, they take each meal and use that to feed a child elsewhere. What a great place, making great food, and making a difference in the world. Overall, this place has great people, great food, and is focused on a great mission.
