Veterans discount, thank you! This was unexpected. Would really recommend this place. The food was great! Everything that came out of the kitchen looked great, and peole were eating it down.
Disappointed that they were out if lasagna, what they are know for, but it was because we got there later in the night.
The toasted ravioli was great for a starter. Their fresh bread was hot and great with real butter on the side.
Got the pizza, well two, and it was too much. But the pizza tasted great the next day. One pizza is enough for two.
Would recommend this place but go earlier so you can get that lasagna! I will go back here

Need an Italian fix? Look no further! Bruno's Little Italy is a local, family-owned eatery that has been serving Central Arkansas for decades. Enjoy casual dining in a relaxed atmosphere where the staff is VERY friendly - many of which have been working together almost 20 years!
Bruno's has been a fixture of the Little Rock restaurant scene for as long as anyone can remember. Located on Main Street, it's just a short walk from hotels in Downtown Little Rock, and the city parking deck is just around the corner. Very easy to park, walk, and eat!
Come as you are enjoy and enjoy a unique Arkansas treasure. It's not a snotty, arrogant atmosphere like other restaurants in the area. Here you'll find a staff that is really interested in your dining experience and not one that will overcharge you for enjoying a trendy establishment.
Beware! The bread is delicious and will easily fill you up. Leave room for dinner! Most of the pasta (except the fettuccine) is made in-house and the Parmesan cheese (green top jar in photo) is grated nightly.
Entrees are Bruno family recipes that have stood the test of time. The menu is very simple to navigate and every choice is an excellent choice! The only thing missing from the experience is the traditional Italian-style tablecloths and candles. Enjoy a great selection of wines to pair with your dinner. They have a few beers, but most of them are from Arkansas breweries in the city and aren't very good. Stick with what you know or ask for a recommendation.
Old World Italian meets new age technology at Bruno's! Wait staff uses tablets to place your order at the table and when you're ready to leave, swipe your payment card on the tablet and complete the transaction. You don't have to wait, and wait, and wait for staff to return. They are very attentive!
Before you leave, be sure to check out the "wall of fame" in the back of the restaurant. Here you will find photos of local and international celebrities that have graced the tables at Bruno's through the years.
Ciao!

The limoncello raspberry cocktail was amazing! I got the large insalata miscolanza or “meat salad” as I called it with chicken for an entree and it was super filling and delicious. The show stopper for the table for the famous lasagna imbotito! I am not a lasagna person but this one was to die for! I loved the constant flow of warm bread and wonderful service. If you are going to a graduation or event at UAMS, eat here first then you can easily walk to the school. We had a great parking spot since we got there so much earlier then everyone else for graduation.

Bruno's Little Italy is a popular Italian restaurant located in Little Rock, Arkansas, that is known for its delicious and authentic cuisine. One of the standout dishes on the menu is the lasagna, which is a classic Italian dish that is always a crowd-pleaser.
The lasagna at Bruno's Little Italy is made with layers of perfectly cooked pasta, rich tomato sauce, and a generous amount of cheese. The meat in the lasagna is always fresh and flavorful, and the vegetables are cooked to perfection. The dish is served piping hot, and the aroma of the melted cheese and tomato sauce is mouth-watering.
What makes the lasagna at Bruno's Little Italy so special is the attention to detail that goes into the preparation. The restaurant has a cozy and intimate feel, with dim lighting and classic Italian decor that transports you to a trattoria in Italy.

We came on a busy Friday evening, but you couldn't tell! The service and food was spot on perfect. Delicious toasted ravioli, lasagna, and shrimp with penne and marinara! The salads were ok, but we'll probably skip them next time. Still, definitely a great experience!

Omgoodness!! If you haven't been to Bruno's you need to go. Hubs had veal parm & I had the shrimp fettuccini with lemon butter sauce. The best italian we have ever had❣

The atmosphere was only negatively impacted by the needed short walk from the parking garage a block down the street. In the atmosphere was nice the service was exceptionally great especially post pandemic and the food was good.

Really great little Italian restaurant in DT Little Rock. Good service and food. Cost efficient restaurant. Had a three course meal and drinks under 60 dollars.
Courtney Arant
Wonderful flavor and wonderful service. Great atmosphere. Would eat here again.

Our family of 4 arrived on a Saturday night around 5:30 pm and were immediately seated. By the time we left around 6:45, there were quite a few parties waiting. Service was wonderful. Warm bread was served to the table. The strawberry bellini was very good. All of our entrees were delicious (lasagna, penne, ravioli, and the half ravioli/half spaghetti). The pasta in the lasagna and ravioli was so light and tender and the meat and marinara sauces were perfectly seasoned. Portions were perfect, we were all able to finish and were pleasantly full yet not uncomfortably stuffed. Great Italian meal.
Michael Babb
We have heard so many good things about this place, hopefully our experience was an off night. Needless to say we weren't impressed with the quality of the food, the cost compared to the quality was disappointing... The spaghetti didn't have much flavor and the sauce was watery, My veal was chewy and the mushroom sauce was over bearing, so much so I didn't finish my dish (I'm a big guy who always makes a happy plate) Service was ok, we were rushed to order after our food arrived The waitress was nowhere to be seen. Loved the atmosphere just wish the food and service were better. We'll try it again in hopes that they redeem themselves.

Best Italian restaurants. All that we’ve ordered are superb. So glad we’ve stopped by. There’s no reservation first come first serve. so if anyone interested better to come early otherwise will wait in a long line. We were there on Thursday night and it’s so packed.

We had a party of four. Got there early (5pm) to avoid the line. Excellent food and service. Tanya was our server. If there was any bad to say is that it may be too good, and that means be an early bird or prepare to wait a bit. Definitely a recommended place to eat!
Cindy Mahaney
Our first visit and we will return. House bread is outstanding, you could make a meal of it. Ceasars salad was good, but over dressed. Fettuccine Alfredo was very good as was the spaghetti and meat sauce.
Rocco22
It's a good red sauce Italian restaurant. Has a good wine selection and large menu. The stuffed mushrooms were very tasty. I had the chicken piccata and it was really good.

I have never waited less than an hour to eat here, and I will continue to do so because the food is delicious!! Once, I ate a very cheesy dish which ended up triggering an excruciating gall bladder attack but it was so darn tasty that it was worth the pain. Anyway - good service, great food, good location, etc.
Richard Shaffer
One of the best meals I have ever had.
Phil Baker
Numerous quality entrees, tasty and tastefully presented. Large portions, take home for most entrees. Friendly, efficient staff, prompt service. Obviously a long time Little Rock, family owned restaurant.
Great Lasagna, Vegetable Mannicoti, & pizza.
Highly recommended.

My wife and I went downtown Little Rock to eat at Bruno's Little Italy on a Friday night in July. It was around 6:30 pm. They do have valet parking for those that can't find parking. The place was packed in the inside but we were the first people in line for a table. We choose outdoor patio seating. The atmosphere in the inside reminds me of a bustling Italian restaurant you see on television. People moving really fast to go get orders or to place orders. People seated at their tables laughing and having a great time. The authentic Italian smell of Pizza or tomato sauce fills the air. We were promptly seated outside. they do have Italian music playing on the inside and outside which gives it even more authenticity. My wife ordered an appetizer tray that was full of prosciutto, pepperoncini peppers, olives, many different cheeses, and sun-dried tomatoes. I opted for the chicken cacciatore. It did take a little to get the food probably around 30 to 40 minutes but it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend this as a place to be with family and friends and eat really good Italian food we will be back.

My colleagues and I were in the mood for Italian. We decided to try this place based on the high reviews. I suggest getting there early or calling ahead to make reservations, especially if you are a group of 4 or more. Otherwise you will be waiting.
Again, lots of glass so plenty of natural light. Was too humid to sit outside. Complimentary hot bread served My colleagues ordered lasagna and calzone, while I ordered veal. We did have to wait a bit for the order but they said meals are made as it is ordered. Worth the wait! Everything was delicious. I did find myself thinking mine needed a bit more sauce.
Highly recommend this place!

My favorite place in Rocktown. Gio and Vinny are great, and my family has been coming here for decades. Great food, ambience, service, and a lot of love. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
Kim Carter
Many people complain that Little Rock doesn’t have good Italian in the area. I couldn’t disagree more. I have lived in Manhattan and dined in the original Little Italy of the Bronx. Bruno’s Little Italy is every bit the best of the best of Italian cuisine. My New Years’ resolution is definitely to frequent Bruno’s more often. Service was impeccable! We also had cannolis and spumoni ice cream, but ate them faster than I remembered to take a photo! So delicious! The ambiance of Bruno’s is everything you want a homemade Italian cafe to be! Thank you!
dale isbell
Long wait for entrees. I have never had ground clams before. Too much salt, pepper and too much olive oil.
Marinara is too sweet. Very expensive.
Janice Baldwin
Wow!!! You won’t be disappointed ~ this place is amazing. Ordered the Lasagna made famous by Diners Drive ins and Dives and it delish! The clam appetizer was great and Laura our waitress was sweet, and funny!
AJ Garcia
We only went for dessert, but boy did the entrees look delicious. They were full, but allowed us to sit at the bar since we were just ordering dessert. The bar staff was attentive and extremely nice. We ordered coffee and cannolis and both were great. The coffee had a really nice light sweet flavor to it. Food was brought quickly and coffee refills were plentiful. We hope to make it back to try the toasted ravioli and some pasta the next time we're in town. Oh , and the prices were reasonable when compared to other downtown restaurants.

A pretty good higher endish spot to go to that isn't super expensive. The food is on the better side of ok I would say if a little underseasoned. Everything I had needed some more salt and I NEVER salt my food at restaurants. I got the soup of the day which was a pasta and bean soup which was a little spicy from pepperoni and pretty good although again it needed salt. My main was the chicken Vincenzo which was very nicely cooked and an enormous portion, the leftovers were delicious the next morning with (you guessed it) a little more salt. My meal with tip was something like $35 which I am not upset about at all. Our server was wonderful, very bubbly and charming. The interior is very cozy and you can feel the gravitas of a restaurant that has been around for 70 years which is neat. I would strongly recommend making a reservation or you will be waiting a while to get a seat.
Lee Richardson
Classic place that’s been in Little Rock for a good long time. You wait a little longer because everything is made to order. Toasted Ravioli (Fried) or the mushrooms are a good starter. I usually go for a Veal dish because you can’t find it much around here. The marinara is 💥 and great to soak up with the bread. Great service and drink options as well.
Andrew Shen
Went on a Saturday night at 7ish. For a table of 2 it was about an hour wait, but we planned for that and put our name down and went across the street to a bar and had a drink. When we got seated, service was great, fun atmosphere. We shared toasted ravioli and mozzarella with procuitto for apps. Both dishes were well prepared, but nothing really special. For mains we had the manicotti nel forno and the saltimbocca. The manicotti was really great. The saltimbocca was good, served with pasta and a really good red sauce, but a little pricey (26). All in all a fun time with pretty good Italian food, will come back for sure.

Holy cow!! An amazing Italian restaurant with a fantastic menu, very laid back atmosphere, very attentive staff all located in downtown Little Rock!! We started with fried ravioli and some cocktails, then I ordered the chicken piccata and she ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo and we had to get a side of the meatballs to try! Everything tasted awesome! The sauce for the piccata was excellent with just the right amount of lemon to balance it out, and the homemade sauce for the alfredo was bliss!! Got dessert to go because we were stuffed but didn't want to miss out! The flourless chocolate cake was top notch!! Bottom line, get on down to Bruno's and have a meal you'll talk about for days!!
Ally Deen
The entire experience was over-the-top amazing. The atmosphere transports you straight to a NY café, very old-school, like something out of the Godfather. The staff members are friendly, helpful, fast, and fun.
The wine options seemed slim, but they let us try a couple, and the Zin, once decanted (you have to ask, but they will), was just right and complimented our meal perfectly.
The food...oh my, the food.
The first thing they do is bring fresh bread and butter. I grew up on a farm and, one bite in, I looked up in surprise. "This is FRESH butter. It has to be."
It is; they *churn their butter fresh, daily, in-house.* Who does that???
They also make their Italian sausage fresh, daily, and it is SCRUMPTIOUS.
We started with the toasted ravioli and mmmm hmmmm! Tiny, but quite good.
My date, who knows the place well, had the spaghetti carbonara. I, more accustomed to Americanized places, expected that to be full of bacon and red sauce.
No no no.
It was delicate and delicious and I will order it next time.
I got the veggie manicotti, which was good, but I felt needed meat to round it out, so I ordered a side of the sausage and bam, it was delicious.
We were so stuffed (I with leftovers aplenty) that neither of us felt we could eat dessert. ..but our waiter mentioned Italian cheesecake, freshly made with ricotta. I had to try it, and my date wanted cannoli. His was good; my cheesecake was a religious experience. I've never eaten a dessert so perfect in my life, and they brought me fresh coffee to enjoy with it. Mmmmm. I ate every single bite.
Dinner at Bruno's left me feeling like I'd just stepped back in time and across hundreds of miles. I left there happy, stuffed, and already looking forward to my next visit.

Very home like feel, despite the fact that it stays quite busy. Another one of our Diners, Drive-ins and Dives stop. We were not disappointed. They have a wide variety of wines to choose from, which I personally enjoyed. Family night, or night out on the town with friends, this place facilitates both companies.

Just in town for one night and chose Bruno's because it was a DDD pic on the Food Network. A Thursday night at 6:30pm and we were seated promptly. Our server Melissa was very good and her descriptions of the dishes we asked about were spot on. The lasagna was very good, light and tender despite the size and ingredients, my husband managed to eat the entire portion. I had the clams appetizer as my main dish and they were fantastic but very, very spicy! I was warned by our server but I like spice and they didn't disappoint. The clams come with a very healthy portion of bread, no need to order extra. We loved this place and if we lived here we would be regulars.
Nicole Rotenberry
Thee best Italian food I have had in a very long time. Family owned and very welcoming friendly employees. Had such a lovely time. I'll definitely be coming back very soon. "Phenomenal"!
Meghana Bommareddy
I had a great time here! Definitely order the mushroom butter crisp - one of the staff members was generous enough to share the recipe with me, so I’ll be sure to attempt to make it myself (although it almost certainly won’t be as good as their version). The service was excellent and the complimentary bread is incredibly delicious. I would go here all the time if I lived in Little Rock.
Kevin B. Leigh
Wonderful staff food and atmosphere.
We had simple spaghetti and meatballs but oh my were the good. Along won the house wine. Highly recommend
Scott McDonald
Hostesses we’re a little off putting (told the couple behind me sitting for only glasses of wine probably wouldn’t happen). But once I got sat the waitress was amazing and the food was bomb. Get Alfredo to dip the bread in!!!
S. Tyler Hendrix
We had a GREAT time here. Our server was sweet and patient and happy to provide us with glasses for the wine we brought in. Apps, entrees, and dessert were delicious. The downtown vibe of Bruno's paired with the family atmosphere makes for a great Saturday evening. Don't mind the wait at all because you can sneak down the block for a cocktail while they get your table ready. The veal limone is tangy and savory and tastes very old world. And they have Johnny Walker Black.
Lullpy
The food here was delicious. My brother ordered a Pizza which I had a slice of, which used a cheese that was rich with Italian flavor. I ordered lasagna, it took a while to cook off, but was still good.
Al Shami
Memorable dinning experience. The food tastes authentic Italian and service was great. I was hoping for Frank Sinatra songs but I will sure visit again.

Went on a Saturday night with friends. The food was awesome and the service was impeccable. Will definitely be going back as Italian food is one of my favorites and this is authentic!

If i could give more stars i would. Great service and even better food. Look forward to this meal all year since we only come to LR once a year. You Are going to wait for your meal since each tables food is cooked when you order it. Well worth it.
Norm Swope
We had over and above thoughtfulness from the staff, everything from speed, cleanliness, attention and the food was phenomenal. The Carbinarra was amazing the Shrimp Pomadoro was electric, fresh tantalizing flavors.
Brandon Westrich
We tried the cheese pizza, lasagna, and fettuccine alfredo. The pizza was some of the best I've had in a LONG time. When I visit Little Rock again definitely going to stop by!
Kathryn Anderson
An Italian gem in Little Rock, this eatery is delicious Italian fare. I ordered the Lasagna, as Guy Fierri did when he dined here, and it did not disappoint. The staff, service, food and wine were all very good. Overall a very enjoyable dinner.

Simple the Best Italian Quesine this side of New York, the staff, the owners son, everything is like Fine Wine, it gets better with age.
Thanx for that Scrumptious Pizza. Your best fane...

BEAUTIFUL ambiance, AMAZING marinara, and DEVINE rouqford dressing (thank you for making from scratch! Beyond me why ALL restaurants don't?!)
Food is DELICIOUS and house Cabernet super good (and surprisingly affordable thank you!) but by far just LOVE the atmosphere of this place. Took me back to Manhattan and the days of Conca Dora Italian Restaurant but on a much higher end.
Definitely a special occasion and/or date night destination but truly wonderful place to eat while in beautiful revitalized downtown Little Rock! Just charming and worth the effort and the bit more expensive menu. Like I said definitely a special occasion place to go to.
PLEASE LITTLE ROCK re-open the downtown boat slip!?! ASAP? Sooooo looking forward to a night on your river and what a wonderful special addition it must be to your unique city?!
Thank you for all the revitalization hard work! AWESOME downtown area! We will be back AND hopefully with our boat!😁👍
Meisha K
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! My server Gianni was the best! Very attentive & friendly. The toasted raviolis are my FAV! 😍 I had the Alfredo for my entree which was very delicious! Even the dessert was great! Will be coming back!!! …
Adam Nix
This is a must do if you're in little rock, Vince is as humble as they come, it was a pleasure eating here, I'm thankful for triple D for putting it on the map. The heritage, old world Italian manners and great food. I'll be back says most people that eat here, me included. Get there early, they open at 5 and all tables were full by 6. Oh yeah, if you eat nothing else...you gotta have the toasted ravioli...it's outta sight!
Michael Doud
Tiramisu was okay, but the Lasagna was worth the drive. Great food, service and experience. Will make the journey back some day.
D. J. Resnick
Bruno's Italian is an upscale restaurant that serves authentic Italian food with a bit of gourmet twists. Their pizzas are superb. I personally had the spaghetti with garlic butter sauce and it was excellent. Their fresh baked Italian bread is warm and pleasantly crusty. Our table of flour devoted three loads of it. The waitstaff was attentive and pleasant and the owner did come to our table to check on our satisfaction. A very pleasant dining experience.
Barbara Scorza
Sorry I didn't take a picture, but I had veal parmasean. It was delicious. Meat was very tender with several thin slices. The spaghetti were cooked perfectly and the sauce was superb. But even more spectacular was the staff. Every staff person, not just our wait staff, was friendly and attentive. It made me feel like I was welcomed and wanted there. Inside seating was comfortable, a choice of a table or booth and there was even outside seating.
I will definitely go again.
Raymond Selken
Had a great dinner! It was our first time here. Great variety of dishes covering all if the Italian favorites. Will be going back.
Gail Tudor
Had dinner there at Bruno’s Little Italy last Wednesday we were informed by another customer in line to get in that he was a friend of the owner and they were serving lobster bisque and only make it twice a year. We’ll our whole table ordered some. It was to die for . I thought it was a great start to a fantastic meal. Sad to say I was very disappointed, we all were. I ordered Eggplant parmigiana it was okay but the eggplant looked like it was cut in long thin strips not battered just sauce and two thick pieces of Mozzarella cheese not what I was expecting. The others had veal parmigiana and a chicken liver dish that was very mushy. The food was not prepared in the traditional manor and we were all disappointed. The staff were great though. Being Italian and eating out for Italian is sometimes very disappointing.
Mrs. E. Thomas
I loved everything we had, but the wait time. I wish the place was bigger.
J B Cross
This is one of the premier restaurant experiences of the city! We have dined many times at Bruno's and the food, service and most important, atmosphere are always top notch. They have a free parking service- you'll want to leave a tip.
Joe Wild
Something has changed.
Bruno's has typically been our staple Italian restaurant in the downtown area. Historically good food, service, atmosphere. Over the last two visits however, just the Spaghetti and Sausage was lackluster, though the service remained good! This last visit, it took over 2hrs to get our food on a Friday evening. Our waitress mentioned that the kitchen was short staffed, and we 'get' that places are experiencing limitations based on staff availability, but at some point, a change takes place. No owner in sight and four hosteses running around while our bread and water was filled for a fifth time. I heard that Bruno's is under new management/ownership, but I haven't confirmed that...but those I'm used to seeing there running the place I've not seen in a while...so maybe thats it. I'm giving them one more chance before I just enjoy my own Italian at home.
M e
The sausage and peppers was great.
The food is always great when we go to Bruno's.
Laura B
If you are Italian or know what good Italian tastes like, I recommend not eating here as you will be disappointed. So many rave reviews saying it’s the best Italian ever, but I guess the question is where do these reviewers live and have they ever experienced real Italian food. The lasagne was good, but not as amazing as the hype leads you to believe. Ravioli very disappointing in taste and very watery inside. Pizza very average. Customer service was very scattered and confusing.
Matthew Lusty
Good itialian options. I liked the half and half option. Some of the ravioli was cold in the middle.
Veronica Idel
My husband and I had a good time here. The spaghetti carbonara is delish. It’s cake with a little thicker, buttery, creamy sauce than I’m use to but I still ate almost all of it! Gianni our server was very nice and humorous, and made sure we had everything we needed. The Busser… I never got his name but he was EXCEPTIONAL. He had this joyous energy about him and made us smile. He brought us extra warm bread, which we certainly ate! He made sure our glasses were full, and he even ran out to give us our forgotten to-go boxes! He was amazing and wish I had spoken to him more! The servers are great here!
K Morgan
In town visiting family and heard about this place on YouTube.
Dinner was absolutely awesome.
Great wine selection and the service was spot on. ❤❤❤Pizza and Lasagna ❤❤❤.
If were ever back in Little Rock we will definitely dine again!

This has been one of my favorites for years!Food is authentic and wonderful and the staff is amazing!
Matt Tucker
The best service and food in my opinion! Everything is so good that we want to go every week and try something different each time! Great selection and the pizzas are absolutely fantastic! Great family business and story too! Awesome place! 😀 …

My dinner this evening was fabulous! Fresh, made to order and such good flavor! The service was phenomenal and overall it was a pleasant dining experience. One of the last few Italian restaurants here in Little Rock. Support local businesses so we can keep this gem!
Claire C
This is a fantastic restaurant. We always have consistently good service and good food. Would recommend to anyone who likes Italian.
Bill D.
Very good food at reasonable prices. Best Italian I have had yet in Little Rock.
Farrah M
Service was outstanding and the food was hot and fresh
Cara
This is the best Italian restaurant in Arkansas. The food quality is outstanding. The owner is also amazing. He is so down-to-earth and ensures his patrons have the best experience for both dine-in and takeout.
Alex Bailey
First time eating here and was not disappointed! My husband and I asked a few locals where to have dinner and they pointed us here. Clean, friendly staff, seated right away. My husband got the lasagna and I got some chicken pasta that the waitress recommend. It was amazing!
Kelly Kish
Paid $90 for takeout and they didn't include the calzone. Drove back to pick it up and they didn't include the marinara. Not going back again.
Edit: Owner refunded entire order. Will definitely give their takeout another chance. Thank you!

In terms of service, hospitality, atmosphere, and ethic? Five stars!!! The people of this business are beyond outstanding and always leave my family impressed and satisfied. However, the food can sometimes be a little repetitive or fall flat. If you try a dish with their red sauce once, you've essentially tried every dish. Find the one thing you like and stick to it, that way you'll avoid disappointment. The deserts, albeit gorgeous and wonderfully constructed, sometimes can be bland or lack the power. This is an amazing restaurant I'd definitely recommend, although there's room for improvement all the same.
LaRee Weatherman
Atmosphere was great, the food was great, the wait was a little long. We showed up unannounced and had an hour wait for a table, that wasn't a problem. Once we ordered we waited for at least 30- 40 minutes which seemed pretty long considering the meals were mainly pasta dishes. The food was good and a return visit is not out of the question. I would recommend Bruno's to anyone who likes Italian food just plan on being there a while.
craig clifton
Amazing authentic Italian!! Well worth the 8 hour drive!!
mark Houston
Ordinary, over seasoned family style food. Decent marinara, very attentive staff takes this place from 2 stars to 3.
Little Rock, step up your game.
I had the vegetable manicotti, tasted like frozen entree stuff. 5lb of salt … nice, small house salad, etc.
Wouldn’t go back.
Jerry Hightower
Some of the best seafood Alfredo I have ever had. Shrimp cooked to perfection same with the scallops. The pasta was hand made and fresh. Great atmosphere
Dani H
Perfetto! This is my favorite Italian restaurant in Little Rock. We really enjoyed dinner here. We got the caprese appetizer, the lasagna, and the fettuccine. All great. We will definitely be coming back. We thought everything tasted very authentic.
John Mockabee
Wonderful food, Great staff. The atmosphere is like stepping back into an old Italin house and having a meal. Everything is Fresh & Homemade!¡!
Daniel Rhodes
Everything was great here! The food and drinks are amazing!
Jw
Absolutely awesome. Beautiful small bar. Went twice within the week. Delicious food, outstanding service and great location downtown. Definitely compares to New York Italian. Owner came out of the kitchen to see how our meal was. The ravioli is amazing. highly recommended
Michael Markley
Came down from Springfield, Missouri area to try this restaurant out. Heard nothing but good things and this place delivered! Their bread even tastes phenomenal and I am not usually a big fan of just bread. They have a homemade sausage on spaghetti that’s to die for!
We were down here on the first weekend when President Trump was considering the notion of banning domestic travel and this place was STILL busy! Highly encourage you to get here early. They have a bar across the street from them that has fun bar games if you come before they open up. Well worth the wait! Not to mention, the owners are amazing people and have quite the passion for making sure their customers are happy and satisfied!
Robert Anthony
Family of 5, had dinner, was very good. I had the cannelloni, spot on, and the rest of the family love what they had as well. Enjoyed everything and the wait staff was great! My colleague and I tried this restaurant on a whim and it was a great surprise. The food is made fresh and the flavors are fantastic. I could eat the red sauce by itself. this place is a little pricey but totally worth it, we will definitely be back. best pasta in little rock

Absolutely amazing Italian restaurant. Look no further. The food was amazing, but the service was just absolutely impeccable, it felt as though we were the only ones there even though the place was full. Vet there early or you will wait, its not a large restaurant...but thats what makes it so great also
James Neas
We ate here on a busy Saturday night even so the wait for a table was not bad. The staff was all very friendly and attentive. And the food, OMG. the four of us each had a different dish and everyone expressed extreme satisfaction with the meal. I had the lasagna and just loved it. This is definitely my favorite place for Italian food in Little Rock. The only downside, it is not inexpensive$150 for the four of us. But I would highly recommend it.
Diana Millenbaugh
Excellent service & superb food.
Very tasty, scrumptious, & beautiful presentation. When our daughter & family visit from STL they always want eat @ Bruno’s. It is one of top priorities to eat @ Bruno’s because it is delicious!!!
MJ Strecker
A great local place with LR history. This eatery is authentic and low key. A great place for good food and conversation.
Frances Powell
I give Bruno’s 5 stars for its great service, great food and great atmosphere! We were welcomed as soon as we entered and taken to a table in a short amount of time. We were greeted by two staff members before our waitress came to the table. Our order was taken and brought out as soon as it was done. These three staff members took care of us during the whole meal. The food was fantastic!
Shon Beury
Delicious authentic fresh Italian food. Welcoming homey vibe with friendly helpful staff. Short wait on a Saturday with no reservation. You’ll be glad to eat here!
Kenzie S
I was so hungry, googled Italian food near me, and this place popped up. Literally ran to it, was immediately seated, and was instantly given warm bread and butter (and 2 more loaves after that). Food came out so fast. Staff was incredible, environment was perfect too. Satisfied my hangry needs by 10000%. Prices are very reasonable for how great the food and service is. I’ve been to Italy and this is comparable to what I received there, unlike most Italian restaurants in America. Would DEFINITELY go again.
Lacey Chance
I do not have enough good things to say about this place. The food and ambiance were phenomenal and one of the Bruno brothers was gracious enough to personally greet us and ensure our experience was next to perfection. Will definitively be a go to spot when we return to LR. A beautiful gem with delectable food that lacks words to describe the impeccable service and divine taste.
Thor Rooks
It was amazing! We have ravioli, mushroom butter crisps, alfredo, spaghetti butter garlic and you have to eat cheese cake. I can’t express how awesome the food was. Even the bread was great. Service was on point and very timely. Down side is no reservations but it adds to the atmosphere. You can check in and go have a few drinks and they will text you when your table is ready. Food is worth the wait!
Christina Broadus
The absolute best meal I have ever had! Great staff mindful and attentive but not intrusive. Fabulous Lobster Bisque (I hope they make a permanent menu item), Clams & Seafood Linguini. Love love loved it! I highly recommend. A must have dining experience.
Stephanie Calderon
Fabulous food, beautiful decor and ambience. They open at 5 and don't take reservations so get there early or be prepared to wait. Lasagna was perfect, sauce was heavenly. Wonderful chewy fresh bread and butter on the table as soon as you sit down.
Jack Garvey
Very delicious food in a cozy 40's and 50's Italian restaurant setting. Waiters were responsive to our needs, and other wait staff was always refilling out bread (so good) and drinks. I had chicken Parmesan, and it was sensational. I recommend this restaurant very highly. Several times I have had food to go, and the quality was consistently excellent.
Nolan Pennington
Best Italian food I have had in over a decade!
Rachel
Came to Bruno's while I was down in Little Rock visiting family. Wait times can be kind of long on weekends, it seems. Luckily there were only 2 of us, so we only had a 30 minute wait. Food was fantastic. Every bit of it. I'm not sure if there was any pasta in the ravioli I ate, but it was so tasty that I didn't care. Desserts were great too. Would definitely visit again.
Melissa Chaffee
Melissa our waitress was super friendly. The warm bread was baked to perfection and the whipped butter made it almost impossible to stop eating. I had the ravioli with marinara and my husband had the cannelloni, both were delicious. So glad we stopped in.
Barbara Williams
Pasta was ok sauce was good could tell it was homemade service was great
Kris Hicks
Food was great. Service wasn't worth it. Get it to go.
ZACK
Over rated in my opinion, maybe the wine list is what draws the crowd IDK. I had the Lasagna, it was ok nothing to brag about it was decent. The Vegetable Manicotti was the best out of all the dishes, very well executed ( delicious 🤤 ) But my Chicken Tettrazini SMH, was laughable at the attempt to try and pass it off as such🤭 The cream reduction was non existent, no taste of fresh oregano, bland no flavor period 😕. They can definitely save a buck or two by cutting back on the bread give away, they must own a bread tree or something. If I'm wanting Italian food again, I'll hit up Capeo across the river. The atmosphere and ambience is nice though.

I want to start by saying, "Worth every penny, worth all the wait", my first of hopefully, many occasions.
I was raised in The Bronx, New York. I have been to almost every "self proclaimed" Italian restaurant in Arkansas, and not a single one comes close- Except Brunos. ❤
Tonight, I felt like I went home.
Brunos is perfectly balanced. In every way.
For every piece that felt like was going to be mediocre, there was a burst of excitement, flavor, and authenticity.
Now, down to the nitty gritty!
For a table of four, the price averaged $30-$40 per person. However, we like to dive deep and go all the way from appetizer to dessert.
The complimentary bread had a nice crisp on the outside and a satisfying thick cloud inside. Lightly salted around the edges, making a savory introduction. Was gone before I knew it. 🍽
The garlic bread: Was a prefect balance! Took me back to NY flavors ASAP!
Even if just for the bread, I will be here more regularly.
The Mushroom Butter crisp appetizer: The breadcrumbs were so full, juicy and surprisingly lived up to its name, "crisp", while maintaining the moisture of the Mushroom.
Linguini pesto: How can I say this? OMG, these sun dried tomatoes! 😮❤
The linguini is most DEFINITELY FRESH, homemade. No doubt about it.
At first, I took a bite of the Grilled Chicken, and was a tad disappointed... BUT-
Please, get a little of everything on your fork at once to experience the most of this dish. This choice is definitely designed to be mixed. AND I'm so glad I made this choice tonight.
I'm going to have to add my dessert review tomorrow, because I was STUFFED!!! So, "to go boxes" were the saving grace. 😂
--
To every individual who left a negative review, my belief is that you have never had authentic, high end, Italian food. You must have never sat at a star rated restaurant. You've never had a meal that wasn't overpowered by meat. 🙄🙄🙄
To the owner, you take such pride in your father's creations, and still hold yourself to a higher standard- WITH HUMILITY.
I'm proud to have been able to experience Little Italy.
Thank you for the hospitality. Please take the time to read this review to your employees and remind them that as your restaurant soars to higher levels, they will also. They are a vital part and should always be as pleasant and giving on the front line as you were. A smile and humility may seem belittling to some, but can be the most valuable and comforting part of a dinner.
Thank you! ❤

Atmosphere is incredible, food stellar, service out of this world!!! I love this place and the people who make it what it is!! Seafood fettuccine is always my fave...and the cheesecake is like a fluffy cloud of goodness. Thanks Bruno's for being so amazing!
Michelle Dobson
Amazing! The Lasagna is the best I've ever had. At first I was disappointed they were out of cheesecake but then I tried the chocolate torte! I didn't know chocolate could be so decadent!
Bailey Schimmel
I cannot convey how incredible Bruno’s is! The food is amazing, but more than anything, you feel like part of their family from the time you come in until the time you leave. The owner and many of the waiters and waitresses know you by name. Their service and food is unmatched. This restaurant is a treasure.
Charlie Lindas
My husband and I try to make it to Bruno's at least once a week, we absolutely love it. Best Italian food in Little Rock. Atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. I really love the endless fresh warm bread. My favorite night out!!! Everyone is so friendly and know their guest's favorites.
Polly Torres
So we drove to Little Rock because we saw this place on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. First, please get there well before you plan to eat--this place is small, popular and there are no reservations. You will be waiting. The food is all made at time of order--again, this will take awhile. You are offered bread at the table and it is delicious! Yes, you can ask for more while you wait. Our waitress was very sweet and our food was good--different from some that we were used to, but we enjoyed ourselves. Overall experience was very good.
Belinda Brown
Fantastic authentic Italian, had their lasagna, it was sooo GOOD. Had the appetizer toasted ravioli, none better in the state. A great dinning experience, we will go back.
Gene Franks
this place is amazing top 5 restaurant in arkansas in my opinion
Peter McQueeny
Wow. Not a single thing wrong with this experience. The food was stellar. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, whether it was or not. Service was stellar, atmosphere was cozy. We even came with our two-year-old, and the staff was so friendly to her, and made our visit special. I couldn't ask for anything more.
James Bond
Hands down the best Italian restaurant in Arkansas. My parents took me there when I was a child. It is just as incredible today! Trust me and get the cheese pizza as an appetizer. The best cheese pizza you will have in your life. I really like the veal Scallopini. Bruno’s is the best in the business. 11/10!
Ashley Esqueda
This place is awesome!! We had the best service and the best Italian food!! We got there right when they opened at 5 and the line was out the door. We still got seated just fine, but if you go at 5:15 or 5:30 except a wait for a Saturday night.
Illia Wen
Excellent pizza. Loved the Around the World pie.
Matt Buie
Update (March 2022): Best "real" Italian in town. You cannot go wrong at Bruno's. Every section on the menu offers incredible items.
Original Report: First visit in awhile; will be back again soon. Very tasty appetizers and entrées. Great service, too.
Seth Chavez
One of the best Italian restaurants in Little Rock. Cozy atmosphere, good food, and plenty to do in the surrounding area. Always a favorite for my wife and I on date night.
James Antonetz
Pizza was slightly undercooked. It needed another two minutes in the oven. My fiancée ordered the fettuccini alfredo and it smelled strange and lacked any creaminess.
Janine Sparr
Very good food! Taste is fresh, like out of Grandpa's garden and into Grandma's kitchen. Not just your average Italian food. This is something you have never had before. Give it a try!
Zachary Lewis
We have had multiple wonderful dinners here. Staff is always attentive. Food is quick and delicious. Sometimes the wait is around an hour but lots of near places to grab a drink. We will continue to come back.
Emilia Zsuzsanna Rak
I'm from the tri-state area so my standards when it comes to authenticity in Italian cuisine are high. When I learned from one of the owners that his father was from The Bronx, NY it all made sense! The food was wonderful. I rarely crave/consume pasta but from now on, Bruno's will be my go-to. The atmosphere was charming and so reminiscent of an Italian restaurant from the tri-state area. Our server, Alicia, was a sweetheart. She made excellent recommendations regarding menu selections and her demeanor was priceless! She was so kind and welcoming that even if the food was *just ok* I'd come back, just to see her. ;) Everything here is topnotch, from the food to the wine, to the staff, to the owners' desire to achieve and maintain a standard in excellence that is rarely seen in the world today. If you are feeling pinched financially, as so many of us are these days, then save your pennies so that you can splurge and come to Bruno's when your finances allow. It will definitely be a treat and money well spent!
Marcel Mary
I visited on a Thursday night after the main Rush had gone. I sat at the bar and the bartender was courteous and prompt. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, a classic, and it did not disappoint. The sauce was zesty, the meatball cooked perfectly with just the right hint of heat. I would give it 5 stars but the cannoli for dessert wasn't as impressive as I had hoped.
William Chitwood
Best Italian food in Central Arkansas. Great service and the desserts are all homemade and taste so good. Can't wait to return. Also, original pizza from the original Bruno's. The kids continue their heritage.
Mary Moss
Come hungry. You get lots of food. Fresh bread. Lots of italian appetizers and food. Got to meet Bruno, the owner. Neat experience. Meal was about $30. Service good, food great, parking a bit limited but valet available. We sat on the outside patio and watched people walk by. It was a nice night out.
Blake Roussel
I have to say that this place was a last minute substitution for dinner.
We wanted to try the "best Italian restaurant in Little Rock".
I must say it didn't disappoint. As soon as you walk in you get hit with that wonderful Italian kitchen smell!
Fresh warm garlic bread was excellent. In fact I ate to much I couldn't put a dent in my dinner.
Cesar salad was ok... croutons were charred and really affected the taste I had in my mouth.
The steamed clams are an absolute must! In fact so I don't waste any of the clams next time I will forgo the salad prior to the clams.
I had the spaghetti carbonara with Italian sausage it was excellent.
My wife has the seafood fettuccine and it was amazing also.
Overall the service was good, the food was great.
Definitely a must stop if you looking for Italian food in downtown area.
Jacob Jones
Very grateful this classic Little Rock staple is back! Just ate there last week and the service, food, and atmosphere was excellent. Brought back warm memories of the original and stayed true to form on high quality baked Italian dishes the way they are suppose to be made, that is the main reason it may take a little longer to get your meal. I'd rather wait and get the quality food you get here vs the bland tasting, microwave chain Italian places we have so many of in the greater Little Rock area. I do appreciate the fact that the owner was walking around constantly checking on everyone's experience which is something you just don't see anymore and a throwback to a family tradition that has been in this area for almost 100 years. Plus it's Real Italian Food!
Blake Davenport
I hadn't ever been here before, always heard of it. The wife and I decided to go out, and I wanted some pizza. I can tell you this place has true Italian pizza. Lite, airy, and a slightly charred rim of crust. Sure, there are other pizza spots for big, loaded down slices, but the taste of Bruno's is simple yet elegant. It's great for a date with the patio, and has lots of options from pastas to salads, and the famous pizza. If you go, check out the history of this place and the family that owns it. They were the FIRST pizzeria in Chicago and were some of the originals to bring Pizza to the US commercially. Impeccable.
Jim Rouse
Great Atmosphere. Staff was Great. And the manicotti was da bomb
Jan Knight
When in Little Rock be sure to visit Bruno’s Little Italy on Main Street. What a wonderful experience. Had the pleasure of meeting Mr Bruno and he really knows how to treat his customers The food was delicious and the outdoor dining was very enjoyable.
Rachel C
Hands down the best carbonara I have even had the pleasure of tasting. Others in our party had the bolognese and that was also just as delicious. The place had a very laid back but fancy vibe to it and the waits staff t-shirts were pretty funny. They stated, legalize marinara. Overall a really good time here. The staff was friendly and helpful and I found the pepper or cheese grinder that looked like an accordion was pretty clever. Try this place out if you haven't already.
evan barre
Hands down, best Italian food in Central Arkansas. I had the around the world pizza and it was amazing. Anchovies were salty and oily and delicious. We also had the mushroom butter crisp and it may have been the best stuffed mushrooms I've ever eaten. For pasta, the half ravioli and half spaghetti is great to give you a variety of their pasta, but I do recommend meat over marinara sauce (just my personal preference, but based on how delicious their meat sauce was I'm sure the marinara is equally amazing). Wine list is great, variety of reds and a smaller variety of whites (though let's be honest, you really need a red with tomato based dishes). The cannoli were sweet and decadent, without being overly rich or heavy. I also got an order of their lasagna to go (mainly because guy fieri so whole heartedly recommended it) that I am eagerly looking forward to later this week for lunch.
Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough. We've found our new favorite Italian restaurant for sure!
nick phillips
Easily some of the best service that I have ever received at a restuarant. The staff takes a teamwork approach and makes sure you have everything you need. Nice and quiet with good food. I really like the pizza and get it every time.
Tom
I’m giving this restaurant a 3 star not for the food quality (which was great) but for the service. We had to wait 30 min with two small children to get a table for starters. After being seated we had fresh bread and a drink order almost immediately delivered by someone other than our server. Our server then came and took our orders about 15 min later. She asked if we would like soup or salad with our meal. My wife and I both chose salad, which I saw a day later we were charged for at $4 per small bowl of salad. We paid $15 for ravioli and $17 for manicotti. Charging for side salads? Really?? So after we cleaned our salad bowl being so hungry and our boys getting more agitated by the minute we finally got our food about 50 minutes later. Our server never came once to check on us. It was only the guy who was running us drinks and bread. I tipped him xtra on the side as he deserved it! Food was good, but we won’t be back.
Enid Valentine
Best Italian food in central Arkansas!!! I'm a Sicilian from Milwaukee, where there's authentic Italian food everywhere, so when I moved here I didn't know where to get my favorite food fix. Bruno's is all that and more!! And the people who work there are all awesome.
David Green
The lasagna that was on TV tastes like pretty standard lasagna. Menu and waitress talked it up but the 3 people in my party were all disappointed.
Jenna Fitzpatrick
The food was absolutely spectacular, the atmosphere was very inviting, the service was amazing and the staff and people around were very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend if you want to have some wonderful italian food at a family owned restaurant in a pretty area. Definitely coming back!!
John Jenkins
Awesome Italian food!! It was my birthday meal and service was wonderful. The lasagna was the best I have ever had! My wife had the manicotti and she l loved it!! Will definitely go back!
Civil Construction Materials (Dirt Pit)
Wonderful atmosphere reminds me of NYC ! Great patio, easy parking, excellent and authentic Italian food! Consistently wonderful! Favorite dish is the Vincienzo-but ask for shrimp instead of chicken-although it isn’t on the menu!
Wayne Owens
There are some modern Italian restaurants that offer kind of hip versions of Italian dishes -- this is kind of the opposite, very old style, with spaghetti, pizza, ravioli, etc. with salads and a decent choice of wine. It's pretty moderately priced. I was staying at the Marriott downtown, and looking for a place other than the riverfront, so gave this place a try. BTW it's an older building that is reputed to be haunted.
Cat Wright
Seafood is fresh, pasta is well cooked and the mushrooms are to die for. We had a great experience. We were sat quickly, the food was fresh and reasonable, plus the owner came by to make sure our meal was good. You don't see that anymore!
Kendrick Raino
The wait staff were very courteous and attentive... when they had the time. It was fairly busy and I think they could have benefited from having more of their excellent staff. The food was delicious and my sister is a bit picky but they accommodated her excellently! Seriously, the service alone will keep me a regular there, DEFINITELY worth the visit!
Kerry Wilson
I am so glad we decided to try this place. The food was probably the best Italian I've had in several years. The wait staff was super friendly, very attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. I don't even live in town, and I'm planning a road trip just so I can go back.
Steve Mangan
Great Italian food, family owned and operated, with both traditional and new menu options. Too many good dishes to mention in a quick review, but my favorite may be the shrimp zucchini pomodora. The pizza is incredible. The Mista is my favorite. I'm getting hungry for the lasagna as I write this. Crazy good. Cool downtown setting with outdoor seating available.
Josh Higgins
Really good Italian if you're in the neighborhood. Highly recommend. Fair prices for all. Chicken Parm was fabulous.
Elizabeth L
Food was great. However, rating dropped to average for surprise charges $8.50 for 6 shrimps. Since rn covid 19, to go orders are also charged $2.00 not including essential tipping for running a business during covid which I don't mind.
Brian H
The veal was so tender that it melted in my mouth. The staff was very friendly. The food arrived promptly and hot. Everything was fantastic, maybe a little heavy on the pepper, but fantastic.
K Hill
Such great food. Spent 3 nights in Little Rock, which means 3 nights eating dinner at Bruno's. Such great food and excellent service. We love eating at the bar with Jeff and Alisha. They go above and beyond. Can't wait for our next trip to Little Rock and Bruno's!
joanna sain
Good Italian fare. The bread and water guy was in point. He was right there. Food was great! Meatballs were amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Not too fancy to bring kids. They enjoyed the kids menu.
Shelley Wears
Amazing staff, great food. Accommodated our large group without hesitation! Gianni our server ROCKED!!!
Mikahla Crawford
Awesome food and great service. The chef/owner stopping by each table is a very nice, very Italian touch!
Alexis Seibert
We had a wonderful date on Friday night. We surprisingly didn't have to even wait for a table! Our waitress was wonderful and attentive. We started with the toasted ravioli (definitely need to try this!) and I enjoyed the chicken marsala while my boyfriend tried a classic pepporoni calzone. When I say this calzone was big, it was MASSIVE!! Loved every bite of it too! The ricotta cheese inside was unlike any ricotta I've ever had. And the marsala was savory and exactly what I was craving. Bruno's has been a long time favorite of mine and that's not changing anytime soon.
Allison Atkisson
Great wine selection, authentic Italian food, and knowledgeable waitresses. I love when the owner of the establishment comes by and asks how you're doing and that's exactly what goes on here. Absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend.
Paul Hudson
Excellent lasagna imbolito, it was so light and fluffy, really unique taste!! I can see why it was featured on "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives"!! If you are ever in Little Rock, Arkansas definitely take an evening to experience this restaurant.
Andrew Rogers
We ate here Oct 20 (a Saturday night). The hostess nagged and belittled the older lady who sat us for accidentally taking us to the wrong table at first. Very demeaning and shocking behavior in front of restaurant guests. The bread and salad were very good, and the pasta was average. I think the staff needs to work out their tensions or at least not reveal them to guests.
Debbie Watson
The food was excellent but due to a problem they brought out our app, dinner and husbands soup all at once. Other than that it was a wonderful experience. Best authentic Italian I have had since moving here from NY in 2012 hands down.
Deadwood Reporter
Very good Italian restaurant. Loved the chicken parm and the marsala. Desserts were so so but great staff and atmosphere. Good wine list.
Bill Bane
Good food. Beer was $8 a glass.
beth satterfield
Ask for Katie...order meatballs...sit back and enjoy a cool atmosphere with good music food and drink. If your lucky Vince Bruno will stop by your table and see how things were. This place is the first and last name of Italian food in Little Rock!!! A true institution!!!
Brett Crumley
The service was outstanding! The level of attention the staff provides is top notch. The food was perfect. In our party of four, everyone was perfectly happy with their dinner and dessert was great as well.
AnnaMarie Forgit
Bruno's has great food and great customer service. Our waiter was very friendly and was knowledgeable of the food and the menu. They do not take reservations, so you'll want to arrive early or ensure you have enough time to wait.
L R FoodReviewer
The food is OK. The clam appetizer was served extremely over cooked resulting in rubbery clams. The wines are over-priced. They have the Point of Sale system they use set up to give "options" on tipping. The payer can "choose" an amount of 20%, 25% or 30% to tip on the total check amount. LISTEN PEOPLE, you do not tip servers on food TAX. Despite the fact that there is a roving owner walking about asking if you like your food, the service was just OK. Our waitress never came back to refill water and my water glass was empty. Two people $100. 1 appetizer, 1 bottle of "house" Cabernet wine, 2 dinner salads, 2 entrees ($15 each).
steven clark
Great, authentic Italian food in Little Rock, Arkansas! Yes, believe it! The pasta dishes were excellent, bread was incredible, service was great, family owners even spoke with us.
Jeri Perez
My husband and I are from out of town and decided to try Bruno’s. Our server, Jack, was super helpful with pointing out favorites on the menu. We went with the seafood manicotti (the special) and chicken Vincenzo. Both were new to us and they were delicious. Our appetizer was the mushroom butter crisp, which we enjoyed, and we got cannolis for dessert. The bread was simple but tasty. The extra servers were very efficient, always refilling drinks quickly. I would definitely recommend Bruno’s Little Italy.
Gary Childers
Another wonderful evening at Bruno’s. We beat the crowd by a 1/2 hour, was nice to see the place slowly fill. Good crowd for a rainy Wednesday evening but I digress, the food!!
I enjoyed the Lasagna Imbotito, my date the Chicken Picatta, but the atmosphere of this little jewel lingers. Oh, the valet parking makes it easy to get in and out.
Ray Mahaney
Fantastic food, excellent service and reasonably priced
Jennifer Graham
We popped in for a little pasta. We were promptly greeted with warm bread and water. I ordered a prosecco and barely had to wait at all. We ordered the toasted ravioli appetizer that was featured on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. They were crispy and full of yummy cheese! Can't go wrong there. I ended up with the vegetable manicotti after a tough time deciding. Husband got the spaghetti carbonara. Both dishes were full of flavor and did not disappoint. Little Rock has very few pasta places, so I can see why this place is the place to go for pasta. It really is a taste of Italy. And no restuarant experience is good without fantastic service and we got that. Thank you Shaunda.
Keyontay Humphries
The food is AMAZING!!! It was authentic rich and hearty Italian food. This family owned business should be where you go for date night, family dinner or business outings, no matter the occasion everyone is sure to be happy with the choice. Oh...and it was featured on Triple D - Diners Dives and Drive-ins.
Amanda Page
Our family has been patrons of the Bruno family Little Italy restaurant since as far back as the original one on 65th street in LR. I remember the smell and sights of the Brunos restaurant in Sturbridge area off of Rodney Parham. Now, they are back as how they began...original and traditional. Always loved this restaurant and always will. The Bruno brothers were there Wednesday night talking with tables and even seranading birthday groups. It's a great location in the heart of downtown, revitalized Main St. I also walk to Brunos for amazing lunch specials on the week days from my office. This is a piece of AR history you guys, ya gotta go. I tried the Chicken Vincenzo this week. I've lived off of just OG spaghetti for so long. It was unbelievably good. A beautiful northern Italian type culinary dish with tarragon. So delicious, hate I waited this long to try it. Fthe most friendly and accommodating waitstaff. There is a valet service. We had a table of 7 and were seated in about 20 minutes. I'm sure Friday nights would be a bit longer.
Sarah Mordecai
Your classic, red and white checkered tablecloth Italian American restaurant. Service is always excellent. Prices can be a bit on the high side. Chicken Livers a la Ernestina is a favorite (only if you really like chicken livers, obviously).
Robert Ellis
Our favorite italian restaurant! I always get the chicken parm and am never disappointed. Also, if you've never had a cheesecake made with ricotta, you have to try theirs! It is phenomenal.
Brian Tim
Great food, service, and location downtown.
Family owned and operated and this is obvious by the care and enthusiasm they show in caring for their patron's needs. Sometimes a short wait for a table, but well worth it.
Lou Graham
The marinara sauce is amazing. The pizza recipe one of America's original. The eggplant parmesan is a favorite.Google the story about Bruno's pizza.A Little Rock original. My absolute favorite Italian restaurant, ranks with the best anywhere I've been, including Italy! And Gio Bruno can be seen wandering from table to table thanking guests.
Rick Harris
Vegetable mannicotti juicy & flavorful. Fun conversations with Bartender & another patron - on who's recomendation I ordered the cannaloni (ricotta cheese, sugar & vinalla in a thin fried filo dough roll). Sweet but not overly so.
Anthony Enoch
Excellent authentic Italian food. Wait staff was awesome. This is by far the best Italian restaurant in Little Rock. Hands down.
Alicia A
The food is amazing. This is where I go when i am wanting some good Italian food. And our server Alicia was extremely attentive and took great care of us.
Hailey Strother
Hands down the best Italian food in Little Rock.
John P
Omg. This place is very good 👍 From Metairie Louisiana. Visiting some friends. One of the best Italian restaurants in the world. VEAL PICATTA IS AMAZING …
Jim Snow
Best Italian Food I have ever eaten in a restaurant. Service is exceptional and staff very friendly. I will go back again and again, every time I'm in Little Rock.
Drew Cassinelli
I had the lunch special. Bowtie pasta with sausage in a pink sauce. I found it very tasty, adequate portion and priced right.
The pasta was not overcooked and the sauce was perfectly seasoned.
Alicia Garza Winstead
The food was amazingly delicious. The Italian margarita was on point. Staff was friendly and so accommodating. We were sat quickly .
We will definitely be back !!
Brittney Tucker
Quaint, intimate setting with a genuine Old World Italy atmosphere. Keep in mind - Seats are limited. During the better weather seasons they have a great patio too. Did someone say Prosecco on the Patio? 🥂 …
Kelly Broadus
The best. Best food, best servers, best lobster bisque I have had anywhere. I travel for business and have eaten in spots from coast to coast. Happy that Bruno's is in my town. The passion comes through in the food.
Marilyn Campbell
Food was delicious. We loved the lasagna and veal. Great selection for drinks as well. Service was some of the best we have ever experienced!
Amy Bradley-Hole
I spend a lot of time in Italy, and this is one of the few American Italian restaurants that comes close to the cuisine I find in Italy. Plus, the servers are incredibly friendly (especially the bread guys). Always ask about the specials!
Jennifer Frendle
The stuffed mushrooms were garlicky and delicious! French bread was fresh. We had soup and lasagna and both were good.
Rachel Salazar
This place is the bomb!!! Stopping by on a business trip and man Guy Fieri was spot on with this place. From the awesome service to the amazing bread and pastas I will definitely stop by next time I am in town!
Will Allen
we never go downtown to eat, but we will have to change that now. Food was fantastic. i grew up on Brunos pizza and the taste and quality brought back memories
Belinda Cole
A family owned authentic Italian restaurant... Homemade pasta which was heavenly! Friendly knowledgeable staff... Our staff was the grandson of one of the original brothers who started the restaurant. How awesome is that!!

My husband is from LR and grew up going here. Whenever we are in town, we always have to have Bruno's! This evening we got a Mista Pizza (curbside bc of the 'Rona) and ate it at a picnic table at Reservoir Park. It was outstanding!!! Thank you Brunos!💕 …
Justin Bradley
Great local place with a 60+ year history in Little Rock. Food was amazing and everyone was extremely friendly. The Bruno brothers are normally on the floor chatting with customers. I highly recommend this place.

We were planning a night in the River Market district and had to get something to eat. I tried Samantha's but the line was wicked long, so we went to Bruno's instead. Conveniently there was a bah (that's bar, spoken with a Boston accent) directly across the street to quench our powerful thirst while we waited for a table.
HapE2Give
Friendly service and great pasta. Upscale Italian with an old world Italian family flair. Decent wine list. Both indoor and patio dining, weather permitting.
