Amazing flavors! I enjoyed everything… tomato salad was superb, the tortellini was mouthwatering, the corn is the best I’ve ever had! Fried milk dessert wow! Lovely surprise with caramel and cinnamon kettle corn, a great way to end the meal. Almost forgot, all the signature cocktails are soooo good!! Ask for Natalie, she was wonderful!

We took our wedding party to ZAI and were extremely impressed with the staff, food, and ambiance. I highly recommend taking a trip to downtown Vegas to experience the delicious food. I suggest having the wonton or banh mi bai as an appetizer. Also pictured is the cannelloni, which was rich and creamy. Our group had the steak, salmon (perfectly cooked), waygu sando, enchiladas, and the ribs (incredible!) For dessert, our table shared the Shibuya! It was the perfect end to our meal.

Been looking forward to the opening for some time. Mexico is one of my favorite countries and I love the cuisine. It's great to see an elevated version with a twist/fusion has arrived in Las Vegas.

Without a doubt, this is the finest food we have had. The presentation, care and love put into our meals was on full display. The chef visited us and personally checked on us. We shared the board and sushi. There were so many delicious flavors and experiences. The entire staff was welcoming. Just a great experience.
