This is my go-to hotpot place. Amazing service, amazing food, and great atmosphere. It is now under new management, and they are hitting the mark. It is an all you can eat, and they have many options, including cold salads, hot foods, and a small section of sushi! They have the option for grill and your regular hot pot (no single pots). I always go with the hot pot. They have a couple of broths to choose from, my favorite being both tonkatsu broths ( spicy and regular) and the house broth (light and clear). Definitely recommend going with family or friends who have similar food tastes as you

This is probably the cleanest Shabu/hotpot restaurant I have ever been to. We went during lunch time on a Thursday and the place wasn't too busy. Our waiter, (forgot his name), was great. Very attentive and came around multiple times to check on us. The food stations were very clean and well lit. Got the spicy Tonkatsu broth and it had a lot of flavor. Very reasonably priced. Thank you!

Have you tried hot pot? This was my first time trying hot pot, and it was such a memorable experience for me. If you love appetizers like I do, you’ll love their hot food area. The hot food area has a large variety of tempuras, chickens, cheese corn, and edamame, just to name a few. I really enjoyed all of the items that I tried from the hot food area, especially the tempura. The toppings bar has a HUGE selection of sauces, vegetables, seafoods, noodles, mushrooms, and more.
We tried the Sukiyaki, the Spicy Tonkatsu, and the Vegetarian broths. The meats were delicious and the broths were flavorful. My personal favorite was the Sukiyaki broth, and I loved the pork belly and pork shoulder. I can’t stop raving to anyone and everyone about how amazing the food is at U Shabu. U Shabu is a must-try if you are in Las Vegas.
Their prices are super affordable, which is what really caught my eye. Starting at just $20.99 for lunch and $26.99 for dinner, you can eat all the delicious hot pot you want. This is ideal for date nights, large groups, special occasions, families, and more. Check out U Shabu next time you’re in the mood for hot pot.

This place is fantastic! This place is one of the best Shabu places I've ever been to. The service is top notch, and the atmosphere is great.
You have a choice between barbecue or shabu/hotpot. We always get the hotpot because their broth is so delicious.
The meat selection is all you can eat as well as the self-serve vegetables, tofu, and noodles, seafood, and sushi.
They already exceeded my expectations, and yet they also offer a self-serve hot foods station that includes fried tofu, chicken, Calamari, and much more.
I think this place is super underrated and is an absolute hidden gem 💎.
This visit was our 3rd, but it definitely won't be our last!!!! Our server, Corey, made every visit a wonderful experience for us.

I saw this place the time I took my dad to Napal Baji BBQ, and I was thinking in my head, that will be the next place to hit when I get super hungry. Well, that time had finally come, and I went out of my way to have dinner at this place. I am a solo foodie and I got the 28.99 for one person. I ordered the House Special and the Miso broth for the hotpot. I ordered U Shabu Special Rib eye, beef top sirloin pork belly, and pork shoulder. As I ordered it, I decided to help myself to the hot appetizers that were arranged buffet style, I do not expect these items to be high quality or fresh, but to my surprise, these appetizers were tasty finger food. I was impressed that they would go out of their way to ensure these overlooked items were at their peak quality. That is a gold star in my book after I got the sauce, the rice, and all the vegetables and seafood to put in the broth, the meat was already sitting there ready to be submerged into the boiling broth. I also had a plate full of vegetables and ramen so I slid those items into the hot pot as well. To say the meat is good is an understatement. The blend of sauce, broth, and vegetables whip up an aroma I have never experienced before. As I used the ladle to pour the soup into the bowl of rice along with meat and vegetables, I could not contain myself any longer and had to devour it. This went on for an hour or so, and I was stuffed. I could not move from eating 8 orders of meat and slurping up the two soup broths paired with the vegetables, and seafood items: mussels, fishballs, and imitation crab. I was partially in a food coma at one point. During my feast, I did notice that the servers were so quick in getting rid of plates and awaiting any other requests I had. I was taken aback by the excellent service, they kind of reminded me of a terminator. They were on the same level as personal butlers. Another thing I might like to mention, my server came over to me and asked if I would like to begin the second portion of the A.Y.C.E, and that would be the grill. I told him, no, but looking back at it I am chuckling because who in their right mind would switch over to the bbq version when the hot pot delivered a gut punch to me already? The restaurant is super modern, very large space, and is spotless at every corner. If anybody reading this wants to ascend to food heaven I would recommend this place, but beware, you will sink into the near-death foodie experience I went through.
A++++ place .

This place is a must go to place. You can experience both korean style bbq grill too with shabu shabu. It was a unique place. The manager and staffs are very kind. Price is very reasonable.

When it was broth each person gets their own griddle, now its shared. You no longer have to order appetizers cuz it's all laid out for grabs. The salad/seafood bar has doubled in size which is alot better. The meat options are pretty much the same so are the broth choices. Would I recommend this place? Why not? Is it worth it? Depends how much you can eat.

I've been to several hot pot restaurants in Vegas and this by far is my favorite. They have the not only the best assortment of veggies, meats, side dishes and seasonings, they also have the best presentation. Everything is extremely clean and they have hand sanitizer stations all over and constantly monitor everything.
I love that almost everything is self serve so you can try a tiny sample of dozens of items to see what you like best. The service is wonderful and attentive and they have a good variety of quality meats to choose from. I'm vegetarian and love going here because of all the veggie options and tons of sides as well. They do have vegetarian broth.
If you like spicy food, you can jazz up your hot pot with tons of things like jalapenos, chili oils, garlic, spring onions and much more. There is a large station with a variety of spices and flavors to add to your hot pot, or to use as side dipping sauces.
They have large group seating and also a family section so children are kept to an area. Parking can be tough after 6pm on weekends especially so go early.

The best Shabu we've tried in the area. Amazing food and place! I highly recommend it!
