Honestly, this might have been the best meal I had in Vegas on this last trip. The drinks were great. The waitress was super friendly and helpful. The food was incredible. We started with chips and guacamole and the guac was well made. The lobster grilled cheese was like nothing else I’ve ever tried. It is massive, so I’d recommend splitting it unless you’re absolutely starving. Great place to hit up while visiting Fremont.

The therapy was as good as we were hoping it would be and then some. Our bartender Ashley was very nice and extremely good at her job. All of the drinks were strong but very delicious. We got the red velvet sliders, broccoli and cheese soup, and their version of pork posole which is actually quite nice. This place is also just a little bit off of the main bit of Fremont Street so again if you prefer something a bit quieter it's very nice for that.

Pretty incredible environment. Helpful and attentive staff. Drinks were above average and customizable. Positive reviews on the steak entree. Reason for mark down (3.4 stars) is ultimately the grilled cheese/lobster crab menu item.. it is borderline inedible. Straight cardboard bread and soupy fish. Would totally recommend trying this spot out and angling for a different entree.

Great menu, fun service, & a vibe. This place is sort of like a club that starts at brunch! Dim lit & dub EDM music playing decently loud while you're there. Super fun cocktails, shareable menu items, but definitely expensive. It was $25 for my chicken & waffles alone!

This is a good place in Fremont. It’s a fun spot to eat if you’re a local, but if you’re a tourist looking for “truly unique” or a specifically memorable experience I’d save this. That said, I really enjoyed my food. Therapy has huge portions and I thought they had a fun take on home cooked food. I ordered: the Chicken and waffle sliders. The waffles were red velvet cake flavored. It’s not something I would normally order, but I’m glad I did because it was a unique order. We went here for lunch and appetizers mid day, but I’ve been told this place turns into a club at night.

I love this place! We wondered in looking for something a bit different downtown Vegas and wow they didn't disappoint. It's a classy joint with high-energy dance music and a very unique menu. The red sangria and old fashioned is where its at! They don't like changes to the menu but I understand why. The chef puts a lot of work into each dish and the presentation. Be patient. Enjoy your cocktail and the atmosphere. You will not be disappointed when the food arrives. I had a chicken Caesar salad and truffle fries (ĢET SOME). My guy did a grilled cheese. All of it was delish. We will definitely be back!

We only got pictures of the drinks. The food was amazing. I had the birria tacos. They were very flavorful and delicious. The desserts on the other hand stole the show! I definitely recommend the banana bread pudding and the churro ice cream sandwiches

I came here on part of a food tour, and would make a stop again in the future. The music was loud, but very fun. I didn't expect the creative/edgy dishes at a club environment. My favorite was the Bacon Wrapped Date, stuffed with goat cheese. The Chicken Meat ball was also delicious, on a spread of dandelion pesto. Very fun environment. It was someone's birthday at a table nearby, and they put a picture of her on a huge screen and got the whole place involved in the celebration.

Came for the Lobster Grilled Cheese, wow-wow-wow!!! We split a sandwich which came with very tasty fries- plenty for two. The sando was made with Tons of lobster meat, you really get your money’s worth. The soft, buttery, delicious bread was stacked high with creamy, cheesy lobster and blanketed in plenty of melty, bubbly cheese. To drink we ordered mezcal and margarita cocktails that complimented the sandwich. Definitely a “Therapeutic” meal.

This place is an absolute MUST! We had appetizers, entrées, and desert. I didn't take more photos because the food was so good!! Quality, delicious food with EXCELLENT service. Our waitress Teena was phenomenal. Great vibe and all around excellent restaurant that's not attached to a casino. If you are considering going, just go and it will be worth it.

We had our small dinner reception here at Therapy and we were not disappointed. The food was absolutely out of this world delicious. The portion size is amazing. When they say half a chicken they really mean half a chicken. On top of the quality of the food was the service we received. From the time we decided to have our reception there, Kyle and Britney were professional and communicative. Upon our arrival everything was beautiful. Kyle even made custom menus for our food choices. When I say over the top customer service, they went over and beyond for us, including our names on all the screens offering congratulations!!! The server made sure our cups were never empty and was attentive to our needs. Our food choices for our guests were the Red Velvet Waffles Chicken Sliders, The Half Chicken with veggies and butternut squash, and Shrimp Scampi. They even offered cake cutting as well. All guests were satisfied!! Definitely earned a 5 star and would recommend to everyone!!!

I went with my friend for brunch and it was quite the experience! There was someone being taken out by a police officer once we walked through the doorway. We were seated really quickly since we called ahead and made a reservation. The food was amazing, but the server felt rushed and like he was the only one working that day! By the time we left I was so tired of yelling at my friend across the table, due to it being so loud, that we decided next time to go somewhere more relaxed. Too bad though because the red velvet waffles really were amazing!

Honestly, this place should be packed all day everyday. I enjoyed myself immensely. Not only the great food the great staff that works there as well. But the food 🍱 The chicken and waffles was made by the Holy Spirit.🙌🏾

Sunday they had current hip hop playing. You can hear it from the street which made us go in. There was a wait of 45 mins without reservation (there were empty tables) but we were able to find two seats at the bar with no problem although the bar was packed. So we lucked up. Bar tender was nice but very busy and accommodated is for not putting our order in immediately. The bottomless mimosas was $18 which was the cheapest we’ve seen in Vegas. Chicken wings are delicious. Crispy and the sauce is flavorful. The birria fries were ok but the star was the fries. They were so Chrispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Add a side of sour cream was a great addition as I didn’t get the avocado crèma. My sister didn’t like the red velvet chicken and waffles. She said it wasn’t seasoned or tasted like anything. I highly recommend the wings though. The birra taco pictures was not what I order (ordered fries) but it looked ok. They also have twerk competitions so know it’s a spot for people to get lit at brunch.

Great spot, good food and cocktails and great prices in comparison to what you pay on the strip. We had Mike as our server and he was awesome. We had a party of 12 and he was very accommodating, food came out quick, DJ was great. Overall great vibes

Visited here while taking take Lip Smacking Foodie Tour. An amazing lil place we'd not go into. Got the bourbon smash with the blackberries, and that was incredible. Got to try 4 different dishes with flavors galore. Learned about how at night time it converts from a restaurant to a night club. Definitely worth a stop when in downtown.

This restaurant is pretty cool. It’s in a prime location and has a great atmosphere. I enjoy their drinks - always delicious!! The menu is good as long as you are not Vegan. Unfortunately, they do need to add a few options to accommodate Vegan tastes. I did love the fries and the Brussels sprouts. This is a great restaurant so don’t miss it!!!

We popped in for a quick bite and some cocktails. Boy were we impressed. The atmosphere was great with good music and a nice vibe. We sat at the bar and the bartender took our order. My fiancé ordered a gin n out which the bartender specifically brought over to finish preparation in front of us because it finishes in a beautiful layer. I ordered the smash which was filled with blackberries and fresh mint with the tasty bourbon. We ordered the happy hour charcuterie which was $14 and was ok. Definitely, discounted for happy hour not only in price but also in its offerings. I think we might have went a different direction because from what we saw, there are some amazing options here. The red velvet waffle sliders have been showcased on a lip smacking foodie tour as well as some other dishes. Might have to stop in again and try some other things.

Came here on a Saturday night and there weren’t too many people and we were seated in the second floor. Food: We got the popcorn which wasn’t too stellar, but the grilled cheese was amazing! I haven’t had a lobster grilled cheese with 3 layers before and it came with sweet potato fries so this was super standout. The jackfruit quesadilla was tasty but small. I also really liked the calamari. The meatballs weren’t as good. The Mac and cheese bites also were great! Service: They take photos of you and sell them for $20 a piece which I thought was cute but not worth. Overall I liked the ambiance here, food came quick and it was good post party food!

I love unique foods and our server convinced us to try something new. Red velvet chicken and waffles tasted amazing. I thought it'd be too sweet, but it was actually perfectly balanced (and actually not all that sweet at all unless you drench it in syrup). Would come back for a second trip.

First time here and already planning my come back. The music was outstanding and the food pretty good. I ordered the chicken sliders, I felt the chicken could have been seasoned. Just because it's sitting between red velvet waffles and a sauce doesn't mean you don't have to give the chicken a little seasoning.

First of all If you get Brandon you're in for a good time A very relatable, real, honest and to the point indivual who isn't afraid to speak his mind on what actually goes on and how things are As someone who runs a bar with his girlfriend we related on a lot of topics and understood eachother cause he runs one as well, not this one particularly but he gets the jist and that was cool We ordered the calamari which was a very nicely breaded well cooked plate with very VERY flavorful sauces to go with it, Brandon recommended we get the sauces on the side which was a good call on his part For our main entrees we got The chick biscuit Tator tot chicken n waffles The homemade biscuit and gravy sauce was very well prepared I appreciated the fact I could taste the rosemary shine through on the sausage gravy My wife's plate all paired very well with eachother every ingredient just worked with eachother even though it all seemed to be wild from eachother but a fork full with each thing just met together on the palet to bring upon a smashing flavor I appreciate a place that goes beyond the norm and isn't scared to explore the realms of cooking and this place does just that and kudos to the head cook for doing so Overall a grand experience So thank you Brandon Thank you chef And thank you therapy for making my morning a very enjoyable one Ps. Homie makes a slamming bloody mary 😏

This review is mostly about the Red Velvet Chicken and Waffle sliders. I've never tasted a more perfect waffle - the outside was crispy while the inside was moist, airy and fluffy. The chicken itself seemed like more of an afterthought. The pieces were small and thin and bland. This dish is definately all about the waffle. The drinks and the birria taco that are also pictured here were good, but not necessarily noteworthy (though I did rather enjoy the About Thyme cocktail)

This is my new favorite restaurant! I have a lot of food allergies and this establishment is totally accommodating! I have been here 3 times in the last week and a half. The service and the food has been phenomenal. I had the calamari (a classic favorite but my favorite part is that they make their aioli in house with healthy oils). I had the beet hummus with pickled veggies and it was totally amazing! I also had the veggie platter with the fried cauliflower and quinoa...it was a perfect balance of flavor. I also had the el Capon libation which was a divine concoction with tequila and hickory smoke...highly recommended! Another drink we had was the bartender's (Jake) specialty PB&J cocktail...such a rollercoaster of flavor...better than the strawberry PB&J on the menu. Our server was Sébastien and he was on top of it! This is by far, one of my new favorite places to eat. Their customer appreciation and flavor profile is o. point! Highly recommended for locals and visitors alike!

Oof, I had super high hopes for this place. I will start off by saying we LOVED the cocktails, the issue is that the food was bland and boring even though it sounded amazing. We ordered two fall fashioned cocktails, which are smoked old fashioneds. Yum, and they smoke them at your table! We ordered the devils on a horseback appetizer and a lobster grilled cheese to split. The devils were tiny for your money, which I should have expected for dates. The grilled cheese was huge, mostly because it has 3 slices of bread, with crab/lobster in between the slices and cheese on top. It was boring. No seasoning, no flavor, just a bready, flavorless mess. We left some behind and were saddened because we had looked forward to trying this for so long.

After reading reviews I was expecting this place to be something special, but it ended up just being bar food. I'm thinking that since they have a number of 'all you can drink' options, people are opting for those, getting drunk, then gushing over how great the food is (because all food is great when you are drunk). It was a real disappointment. And ... to walk out of there at about $75/person (2 drinks each) -- for bar food -- just felt expensive. There are plenty of other choices downtown where you can spend that and get food that is far better. We were there at about 5p on a Wednesday, so maybe this place is designed more for the late night weekend crowd, but for a mid-week dinner, there are tons of other great options downtown.

A stop during our Honey Moon. I base my review on the individual visit his was my very first time here. I ordered the $18 bottomless mimosas. Which was the highlight they were tasty and flowing consistently (since we sat right at the bar), hubby had water. The bartender was nice and that’s that.We started off with fried Calamari it was cooked perfectly, but the seasoning was not there Our food was not as good as I expected considering the staff hyped up the menu. The burger sliders were unexpectedly small and when asked to change even before we touched them we were told we still would have to pay for them( pricey for the low quality). We also had the biscuits and gravy. The sausage gravy was salty and cold and the biscuits are Not like grandmas.Our visit was earlier in the afternoon on a Friday so maybe the depending on the day/times thing are different. The atmosphere was chill, the music was great and it was clean!

Me and my Fiancé are new to the Vegas area and wanted to have a fun date night downtown! We sat at the bar and had a blast!!! Raquel was our bartender and she was FABULOUS!!! She was so fun and attentive and really knew how to make a yummy drink! She really made our first date night in Vegas truly memorable!! I come to therapy quite often it’s one of my favorite places to have brunch here in Vegas. Unfortunately yesterday’s experience might have ruined that. Therapy is not a place you go for food (at best it’s 5/10) instead you go for drinks & good vibes. Things may have changed recently they don’t allow you to get bottomless without purchasing a entree. The waiter Kyle claimed it’s because people get to drunk , and proceeds to give a full rant about having to give someone CPR although no one asked. I agree to get the tacos (which were terrible) , and he continued to tell his story. When you get bottomless they inform you it’s a 90 minute time limit. That’s fine and makes since because if not people will be there all day. What I dislike is they only allow you to have two mimosas before your food comes. If you finish both you are supposed to sit there just wasting the limited time you have until your food gets there. Once he had this I was quite irritated, and I’m sure he could tell. The problem is Kyle choose to be unprofessional and messy. He didn’t talk mess about me with a coworker instead he chose to talk to a customer about it even pointed me out. Not knowing I actually know the person he chose to talk about me to. I’m very disappointed because I’ve never had a issue here before. I’m not sure if it’s because I didn’t want to hear his story or if I wanted another mimosa (WHICH I AM PAYING FOR) but either way it’s messy as hell for him to talk about customer other customers!

Industrial chic, with a more club feel. Lights and music. Friendly, fun staff! The music isn't so loud you have to yell to your date, but it's loud enough to not overhead anyone else's conversations, which is good. Also loud enough for any anxious bathroom users. The food is ... Good. It's hard to describe for me, but I enjoyed it because they have some interesting flavor combinations. I'd have to come back to really piece it together, but I enjoyed it overall. The Mac and Cheese croquette was on a bed of reduced tomato compote, which gave it a unique sweetness while at the same time a nice savoriness that went well with their choice of cheese. The birria taco was nice, on a blue corn tortilla, no complaints from me! The real hit for me was their Smash cocktail. Good bourbon as a base (Four Roses) and not overpoweringly sweet like a lot of bourbon cocktails can be. The blackberry really goes well with the bourbon, and I really enjoyed the flavor combination. It tasted like a boozy blackberry juice, but less tart and sweet, so that's a great bartender! If you like your food in the slightly sweeter side, I think you'd love this place. Or if you'd like to try different flavor combinations. I'd recommend it as a night date restaurant, maybe for a fun first date of you like that club vibe. Again, great staff!

Fun restaurant/bar downtown, near El Cortez. The fried chicken slider on red velvet waffles was just enough food, and I wasn't that hungry, but so good I ate it all and didn't share. My friends both had Caesar salads, and they were heavy on the croutons, as in it should have been called a Crouton Caesar salad. Looked good to me, but wasn't a plus for my friends. The music is really loud, so not good for talking, but it they had a dance floor. Not sure when they use that, but it would be fun for a late night stop if hungry and thirsty. Inventive drinks, but at tourist pricing.

Just retuned from Vegas Tuesday OCT 25th. When we arrived at Therapy we were notified they had several staff that didn't show up for work that evening and please be patient. I thought "Oh great the service will stink." WRONG!! Our waiter under heavy load provided us with the best service I have ever had in my 40 years of dining across the world. The food was great, served immediately. Our glasses stayed full. I mean this guy was also bringing clean dishes from the back to the chef as well as his waiter tasks. Fantastic experience. Good to see people that still take pride in their work even under duress!

It's got a good vibe overall. There's 2 levels, definitely livelier on the first floor and super chill and relaxing on the top floor. The lighting is good. Overall it's a good date spot with pretty dang yummy food but smaller portions for a slightly high price. Quality is good though!

Omg! I love this place! The $5 off the wagon shots are amazing! The wings with the therapy sauce is out of this world! This is a great go to spot! They have a drink that smokes when they bring it to you. I think it's call like fall fashion or something like that. It's a must as well.

The vibe of this place was great! We went on a Saturday, so the DJ was spinning a lot of music I listened to in my youth (90's hip hop, pop, and R&B). Crafted drinks were amazing, we had The Smash 13 and both of us really enjoyed it. We both ordered the Therapy burger and were somewhat disappointed - the quality did not justify the price. Service was also great, however, didn't realize the place was going to have such a strong club-like atmosphere, and it made it difficult to hear the poor girl at all. Pretty cool place, I would go again to try something else on the menu because the atmosphere was fun!

We discovered Therapy in the Vegas Weekly magazine a few weeks ago leading up to my birthday (which was yesterday) It had great reviews and the menu looked AMAZING so we then looked it up on Yelp so we could get a better look at the food and desserts. I chose this place for my birthday dinner. We even made reservations. But we were EXTREMELY disappointed because no where on their website did it read that we had to download a bar scan app to read their menu, which our server informed us we MUST DO or to check out their menu on their website. I already knew what I wanted for an appetizer and dinner but neither of those options were available. In fact about 3/4's of their menu was not available (so what was the point in looking at their online menu???) The food was good but not incredible, the service turned out to be better than it started but I don't think we'll be visiting again any time soon. BTW they don't have any desserts on their menu. So no deconstructed carrot cake or cast iron s'mores for birthday dessert 😕 But they are doing a great job at sanitizing the restaurant and social distancing

The food was delicious! We finished everything with no to go containers and nothing left on our plates. We have left our house to go out to eat nearly never...since March 2020 and this place hit the spot! Outdoor seating was important to us and they had it. Our server, Luis (or Louis, Lewis) was amazing. He was so attentive and knew all about the food even though the place just started with an entire new kitchen crew, including the head chef. We will be back for sure!

really wanted to like Therapy but unfortunately the food was mediocre. The restaurant looks like a super cool place to hangout with late night entertainment. Definitely need to return for that. Our server was very nice but we had to ask him a couple of times for something's. Food: Signature Sample Tray French Fries Chimichurri Steak I can't remember the names of the samples I had but i liked 2 of them the rest was meh. Unfortunately, the chimichurri was a NO for me. There was a taste that I didn't like. The meat was also very chewy and understand it's not the best steaks. Probably try different dishes on my next visit.

So happy we visited our local Therapy! The calamari and macaroni/cheese bite appetizers were amazing. The salmon entree was delicious, but the lobster grilled cheese sandwich is FIRE!! The table next to us said the red velvet sliders were tasty. Beautiful drinks and the perfect downtown atmosphere to enjoy dinner before heading over to Fremont Street. 💗 Fabulous Las Vegas!!

Best casual dining in Downtown Las Vegas! The food and drinks explode with flavor and the dishes are very unique. The only downside to my visit was the transformation of the dining area into a nightclub. It made me feel uncomfortable when they started moving furniture around while I was still eating. Arrive early enough and this won’t be a problem for you. P.S. There might be a secret speakeasy nearby 🤫

Checked out Therapy before seeing a comedy show on freemont. It is really nice inside, very modern looking. Our waitress was very nice. I ordered the Caesar salad with Chicken and the Crab and Artichoke Dip. The Salad was very good. The crab dip was pretty good. I think the artichokes were a little too big, but had grwat flavor and was really creamy. The chips were really good. My boyfriend got the Cuban and he really liked it. I would definitely go back and try this place again and would highly recommend it.

Amazing experience! We sat right at the bar to watch the Knights games and we recieved THE BEST SERVICE. The staff was so attentive and friendly! Amazing energy. While having our drinks we had the empanadas and the bacon wrapped dates. The real star of the show however: 3 Best Friends. Three red velvet waffles, stacked with creamy gelato, nuts, chocolate, and mixed berries, and the sugar crash was ABSOLUTELY worth it. Bring friends, because this dish is made to be shared!

We visited Therapy when my cousin was visiting from out of town. She read about it online when she was looking for a place to eat near Fremont Street and wanted to give it a shot. We had a party of 10 people and it took more than an hour for the food to get to the table after we ordered it. The food was hit or miss. While my uncle enjoyed his steak, my cousins did not love the blue corn tacos. My grilled cheese with lobster and crab was very tasty, but it was cold when it got to the table. My husband ordered his burger cooked rare to medium, and it came out to the table as a hockey puck. The place is very loud and it was hard to hold a conversation across the table. If I were looking for a later night place to come have drinks and hang out, I think it would have been great. Having dinner there at 6:00 was not a good choice.

Went for breakfast this morning sat in the upper level and was served by Michael he was phenominal! Breakfast was great and service was the cherry on top. Reccomend adding the mini Mediterranean salad and duck fat potatoes for meal side. We have the tatertot checken and waffles and the atomic mushroom. Both were delicious and would reccomend.

When we went we were looking for a quick stop with good food on our way out of town, nope it’s right next to Fremont! We ordered the dates, the chicken and waffles, and the Mac and cheese bites. Stopped in at Therapy for their hangover breakfast, very reasonably priced at $14. The service was very quick, the coffee was good, my eggs (3 of 'em) were cooked perfectly. The housemade pork sausage patties were beautifully spiced and not dry at all. The potatoes were dressed up nicely with a bit of peppers and onions, but were definitely in need of seasoning. The music was sort of a weird choice for noon on a Saturday, kind of clubby and really loud...but hey, Therapy doesn't come to my house and tell me to turn down MY music, so it's all good. Nice job, Therapy!

Went for sunday brunch around 2pm. Nice staff. The music was BLARING SO LOUD that I couldn't hear my server. Kind of annoying having to yell over music. It was like a tiny restaurant/DJ club in tight quarters. The red velvet chicken and waffles was pretty but bland. The Po' Boy was okay. Jackfruit tacos seemed pleasing to vegans. I'd only come back for cocktails at the bar for nightlife fun.

Weekend nights has Therapy as a nightclub with serious lines outside with massive amounts of people waiting to dance the night away. Hubby and I went for brunch and it was "OK". We sat at the bar because of social distancing, which I appreciate! Our bartender was VERY kind and friendly and servicing, but he convinced me to order the bottomless mimosas and then was not around to refill them, LOL! It was funny and he was a good sport when we messed with him about it! Hubby ordered the chicken fried chicken and waffles and it was very sweet (much sweeter than expected) and just "meh", especially as a recommended dish... I had a less than scrumptious omelette with unripened avocado on the side. Prices were a little higher than the quality of food dictates, at a little lower cost the overall experience might have been better. All in all it was a pleasant average experience!

The place itself was cool. Had drinks & a nice dj with a dance floor. There was a cover to get in & hookahs were $40. The servers left more to be desired. At my table, after ordering 3 guests at the table got up to use the bathroom only to come back to the 1 guest we left telling us we couldn't get our food or hookah unless we paid first. After questioning why then explaining how we were paying, we finally started smoking but the hose kept falling out. 4 of us attempted to fix it. This happened about 20-30mins later. We had to ask for help 3 times. The 1st time we were told only the "hookah girl" could help us. Waited a while, asked again 2 more times. Eventually I got up myself to speak with the hookah girl, only to be cut off by a rude worker who asked the girl which table. He didn't actually say anything to me. He tried to fix the hose, which was fine, but I explained that I also wanted a new head due to it sitting & burning for however long without being used. He tried to tell me they don't charge for coals....then eventually replaced it. And the food was okay at best. Wouldn't go again.

Came memorial weekend with my bf to fremont st, all the Restaurants were packed and we managed to get into Therapy rather quickly. We ordered the Mac and cheese appetizer which was so delicious! Our waitress Britney was very helpful to help me decide on my meal. I went with the best item on their menu, The grilled cheese with Lobster and crab with brioche bread and side of fries. You will not be disappointed. My bf ordered the Therapy Burger which was also amazing! The ambience and food of the restaurant was soo great we will definitely be coming back!!

This place is ok. It has potential but when we went, it was a bit of a disappointment. I ordered the chick wich or whatever it’s called. It was good but not great. Their Bloody Mary is tasty so I imagine their other drinks are good as well. Their service could use a little help. Our food took forever to arrive and one of my friends never got her jamón eggs Benedict. Apparently the server put in a different order for her. I’d probably give this place another chance...maybe when I don’t have to catch a flight.

I ordered the lobster crab grilled cheese subbing out the fries for salad. I had 3 slices of thick bread so it was a bit awkward for me to eat, and it didn’t have much taste to it. Not the best, but my caesar’s salad was tasty! My friend ordered the signature salad and liked it as well. But the day after we both felt violently sick (this is the only place we went to/meal we had all day). Not sure what happened there. I will say our drinks were absolutely delightful, and our server Angelica was great. We’d come back to drink again, but not to eat.

This is the first restaurant I dined at since they were allowed to reopen. Therapy offers patio seating, if you still feel more comfortable sitting outside like me. The staff was also doing a great job upholding the safety protocol. The food was good and they have White Sangria, one of my favorite drinks that most places don't offer. Overall positive experience dining out again and I recommend to those who want to dine safely (obviously I mean as safely as possible) downtown.

Excellent food, atmosphere and customer service! Came for a simple family lunch for my brothers Birthday. We ordered a range of smaller plates to share, each very well flavored. The entrees were equally as delicious...all well seasoned with each dish having it's own unique flavor, some with complementary sauce. All food came out in a very timely fashion. Reasonable portion sizes and prices. The restuarant is nicely decorated, neatly organized, clean and tidy; indoor and outdoor seating options. Attentive, stellar customer service by Louise, who offered the kind of customer service you would find at a well run fine dining establishment. All of the staff were pleasant and engaging. Not too sweet, not to savory. I've had a LOT of chicken and waffle in my friend and this was next level. The cured board, so the meats and cheeses, was good but not great. Would probably skip for the Mac and cheese and/or chicken and waffle sliders. We then split the shrimp tacos, which were also very good.

Been here several times and am always pleased by the selection and variety of both the food and cocktail menu. I love that it’s dofferent every time. Cocktails are simple enough they taste like something, but complex enough to be interesting. The food has been good every time as well. Lately had the Cuban sandwich and the chicken and waffles. I went to Therapy last night for my cousins after wedding dinner. The staff was warm and friendly, the food was great. They did a family style dinner with a bunch of different food. The Caesar salad was delicious. Although the place was open for regular guests, the staff had everything out together and it was yummy!!

I was blown away. We had Brick Chicken and the Ricky Ricardo Cuban sandwich. The chicken may be the best chicken I've ever had. It comes with blue corn corn bread and corn with bacon that's delicious. The Cuban is very good on a tasty bun and house made pickles. I highly recommend this place. We ate here two evenings in a row both times they got us right in eventhough it was February 13th and 14th. The food was great, we ordered the chicken the first night which was amazing and steak on Valentines day, they had ran out of the ribeye but substituted a New York steak that was delicious. They pay as much attention to the sides as much as they do the main course which makes a very enjoyable meal throughout. We will definitely be dining here the next time we are in Vegas.

It's a hip joint with a good amount of traffic. The staff was very polite but very disorganized. We were a table 6 that ordered various drinks and had dinner. The menu was fair, but the food was very lack luster. We tried several appitizers and the group ordered tacos while I had the flank steak. The steak was cut into very thick chunks which made it very chewy due to the fat. The chimichurri sauce was flavorful but there was just too much of it. There are no side for the dish, it was just a plate of meat with green sauce poured on top. In the end our waiter disappeared, the food was easily forgotten and we can say, yup we tried it.

Overall, the best dining experience I've ever had. We were in Vegas from Denver to celebrate my husband's 40th. Had a reservation for 12 people. I got the a little early to see if I could decorate the table and drop off a cake I had for later. I had hats and balloons, both of which need to be assembled and blown up. Maria greeted us so kindly at the host stand. She was happy to put the cake I the fridge for me, and then when I explained I needed to put together hats, and blow up balloons, she graciously allowed my friend and I to use her personal office to finish up the decorations and even brought us a cocktail!!!!! I was already blown away by the customer service and overall kindness Maria had given, but then we sat down to eat..... The food was spectacular and our server, Gloria was just as amazing as Maria. She was so patient with our fun and rowdy group, she had fantastic recommendations and just really did an outstanding job at taking care of us. I can't recommend this place more. Plus the atmosphere and decor was lively and up to date, got the whole industrial look going on, with a warm feeling! Go. To. Therapy.

So the wife and I were walking to a Restaurant that offers brunch ...we over walked the location and stumbled upon therapy ...they had a menu out side advertising brunch and what caught my eye " THE FRENCH TOAST SUNDAE " ... Came here for dinner & wow, what an experience. My partner & I had the Smash & the Downtown Diplomat. Both cocktails were exactly what we were looking for. The Smash was a little on the strong side for me, but that's just the way my partner likes it. Mine was slightly sweet, with just the right amount of fruitiness & alcohol. We then shared the Devil on Horseback, the Speechless, the Oxtail Empanadas & the Plantains everything was well executed, well presented & absolutely delicious. My homegirls and I ate outside, nice view aside from the homeless guy laying literally 5 feet away from us (We ended up feeding him as well). We tried the taco meal, comes with 8 tacos and a bean/cheese dip in the center.. the tacos were not good. They tasted very sweet, when asked what it was they told us the sauce they put onto the tacos is sweet. Yuck! I’d definitely order the sauce on the side, the taco would’ve been soooo much better without the sweet sauce. I ended up asking for jalapeños to put on the tacos and that made it a million times better. My friend ordered the therapy burger, she liked it. We also had blended margaritas which were the best thing that came from the kitchen; peach mango margarita is bomb!

Was very busy when i was there and the experience was just as good as i would expect if they were not busy at all. UPDATE: 5/21/18 Food as always is great though this is the second time I have gone that service has been lacking. While they are great when they come by and check on you or deliver your items, they disappear otherwise and seem to avoid the table at times (usually when I wanted to order another drink ironically). Thats my only complaint is that their service seems to be hit or miss with being attentive and available.

Sadly we were too full from the starters we chose to try the mains. The cocktails were sensational too, particularly Raspberry Rose and Fuego. Attentive service. Tasty unique food. Great ambiance. My husband and I recently tried this restaurant with five of our friends on a Saturday evening. Umberto, our server, seemed to be nearby at all times even though the place was reasonably busy. The menu offered several unique combinations. I ordered the "Big Sexy" (burger) medium well with the signature salad instead of fries. My husband ordered the French Dip with Therapy's own black pepper chips. One of our friends ordered the Scottish Salmon; another ordered the Ricky Ricardo; and another, the Charred Brussel Sprouts. The other two ordered the burger and French dip too but with fries plus Caesar salads. Every plate was beautifully presented. The signature salad was a deliciously surprising blend of greens, walnuts, apples, radish, and blue cheese in a white balsamic vinaigrette. It was a side salad instead of a full salad, but the portion size was impressive. The brie and scallion mayo on the burger raised my "danger" flag because I detest mayo, but I really enjoy brie, and I like scallions, so I gave it a go. I'm glad I did. It was delicious. I'll definitely order it again with the signature salad. My husband really enjoyed the French Dip. In fact, everyone reportedly favorably on their choices. I'll be back with my husband sometime to try the crab dip and one or two of the signature cocktails.

Nice cool hip restaurant. Has a good bar. The food is good and they have a slight twist on your American food favs. If you plan on being down town for the evening this would be a great place to do dinner and get you started. Our favorite spot when we went to Vegas. Service was a tad slow, especially since it was dead at the time we went (seemed like they had the bartender running around doing EVERYTHING, we felt bad for the guy), but it was worth it in the end. We were starving so we ordered a lot of food. Waitress said they were known for the fried mac and cheese and waffle sliders. We ordered those, but also ordered the ricky ricardo on a limb. Glad we did, the ricky ricardo ( their take on a cuban sandwhich) was one of the best things we had ever eaten, absolutely delicious. Fried mac and cheese was pretty good too. Maybe we were just a tad full by time we got to the Chicken Waffle sliders, but they didn't really do much for me or my wife. Our drinks were also delicious, my wife had the pistachio martini with the chocolate rim, I don't remember what I had, just that it was very good and strong (some kind of Old-fashioned with blackberries I think).

Parking around that part of town can be a little tricky as it's usually street parking or parking lots that cost money but still much cheaper and more convenient than parking along the strip. Try the red velvet Chicken and Waffles you won't be disappointed.

Nice place to just get a drink on Fremont St. Food is ok. We had the korean BBQ pork in Chinese bun and it tasted too much of the pork. Was not season or pre boil to get rid of the pork smell and taste. Just really taste like sweet pork bun. They were trying copy the same ones made famous at Momofoku but did not come close. Their house special salad was nothing SPECIAL you could do better at Panera for 14 bucks...ok not all bad..we had the pork chops with some cranberry sause and it was cooked just right. Wanted to see why people recommend it and was an ok experience, overpriced but great staff and service. Check the photos out.

First off we were able to easily make reservations ONLINE instead of calling, which I loveddd For appetiizers, we ordered the Fred and Mark Croquetes $14 , which is 3 pieces of mac&cheese (deep fried as a croquette) served in a pool of tomato bacon jam with sriracha aioli spread over the croquette only. Although this was incredibly delicious, we didn't care for the tomato bacon jam it sat in. We did finish off the croquettes itself tho!

Since the COVID-19 out-break we finally have a place to go out to eat. The time I walked in through the doors to my table was very appreciated. Sat down and noticed that the table to my left was used by disinfectants. Twice they cleaned the table and then they used disinfectant not only on the chairs but also the metal under the table. Very cautious and informative on how we should comduct ourselves out in public. All the staff had protective PPE on. A great place to relax and enjoy ones self during this pandemic

Service was a bit slow and food hit or miss. My wife's food was great, mine was so-so. I will give it one more try but for now it is a 3 for me. I love the ambiance and location.

For was good but it took over an hour for us to get appetizers. To be fair, I was at a larger table (8 people), but at the time there was only one other party at the restaurant (maybe 12 people in their upstairs area)
