Reviews of The Smashed Pig

We had a great time with our server Cameron! He was extremely nice and helpful the service was excellent! The food was delicious we enjoyed it all! Bottomless mimosas was on point! And the executive chef was super friendly! 11⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we will be back! Thanks again 😉
Chris N.
Giant pretzel was crispy, not fluffy, but still tasty. The beer cheese was flat but the sweet mustard was pretty good. Monkey bread pudding was sweet but dry. The BLS sandwich was light and refreshing and surprisingly good, bacon was a little too crispy. The cinnamon toast crunch shot was delicious, but for $7 a shot your better off making it at hole for the same great taste.

Fremont street is amazing with great shops and restaurants. Stopped in here to enjoy a quick drink and bite to eat. I do not like deviled eggs…these were amazing!! Must try. Abe took great care of us! We didn’t know what to get to eat or drink - he created some for us and wow SO good! The hogwash drink is also
super fun and worth trying. Will be going back

Absolutely phenomenal fish and chips. I came here on a whim and it was probably the best impromptu choice I made. I didn't know that they did not serve fish & chips until 3pm, but it was close enough that they made an exception for me, and accommodated me (thank you!). Stellar service with frequent check ups and quick followup. When I come back to Vegas I'll definitely be returning here. Worth a visit if you're on Fremont street and want a place where you can hear the people you're with and excellent food.

Deviled Eggs - best I've ever had. Steak Frites with Red Wine - a masterpiece. Bread pudding - the perfect, oh-so-moist ending to the perfect meal. Add in great service and a wonderful atmosphere, and you simply must dine here. Don't miss this one.

This restaurant is located near Fremont Street Experience. The fancy themed drinks are pretty tasty. The fish was fresh and light. The bacon wrapped jalapeños were much smaller than I expected, but were tasty. I didn't know what to drink, but no problem, the bartender created a superb cocktail for me. Service was quick and helpful with deciding what to order. Place it on one of your "spots" to go. I'll definitely go back to try other drink and menu options.

Good service and good drinks. Relatively chill for the area. The food is pretty good, nothing spectacular but not bad! Walked right in and got a table on St Patrick's day.

Spur of the moment idea, and a very good choice for breakfast. Vegas prices (tho not excessively so) but the food is delicious. The twist on eggs Benedict is quite good, all our food was cooked spot on. Service is good, everything tasty, and the vibe was nice for a Fri morning brekkie. Alexander was new, but did an excellent job. Recommend them heartily.
Note, the coffee is good, something not easily found imo.

The pretzel with beer cheese and mustard is a must, big, soft, and buttery, worth the $15, so are the tempura fried green beans. Good salad. Decent Cubano sandwich (not really authentic) but tasted great. Stay away from the pulled pork, too sweet with no depth of flavor and inedible cole slaw. Should have ordered the fish and chips instead, which looked amazing on the next table, especially since the fries were good. Great service. Excellent location.

Low-key Gastropub with a great cocktail lineup, the Bartenders will even make you a custom cocktail cording to your preferences! My favorite part about dining here was the fried chicken sandwich, absolutely delicious!
Paolo Peralta
Really good food. FYI: "Brunchy" & a few "Lunchy" items, [per the menu] are served til 3pm. Dinner items start after 3pm. Service by the staff was attentive and friendly. Drinks were great! Recommended for a quick bite.

Best brunch I've had in a long time. We had the Crab Benny and Chicken Fried Steak. Service was on point and food was amazing. First bar in Vegas that I've seen with purse hooks!!!!
Kim Dessen
Sundays chicken x 2, steak frites, and drinks. The drinks were great! Emerald rain, Mexican candy and the bartenders choice. AMAZING! Ok now the food. Our plates are clean and everything was delicious. I definitely recommend this to anyone questioning it. It’s definitely worth the stop!

I picked this place after reading about it on a blog. It did not disappoint. I got the fish and chips. My colleagues both got the BLTA sandwich. We all loved our food. We went right in the heart of lunchtime and sat in the bar area so another time or location might've provided better service.
VonRoomer1
This place was great!
Food was outstanding ! Service was friendly. Place was clean!
That sums it up. Go try it.
Mary Moscatelli
We had a awesome brunch. Great piggie Benedict. Great bottomless mimosas for only $16..... looks like not much from the front, but enter in.... very nice inside. Fun place. Bartenders were awesome too!
Lou Ann Miller
Topnotch individualized service from Cameron, LC and Jasmine! Food and drinks were as great as the service! Fun atmosphere! You won't be disappointed!

We went to this place on a Sunday afternoon. I actually didn't have reservations for this place because I was just planning on just getting something quick, but the host said if we could eat in less than an hour & a 1/2 she could fit us in. I really liked that flexibility and was truly nice of her to do that! The party I was with wasn't super hungry but we got the Tempura Green Beans & the Pretzel w/ beer cheese and also a Michelada. I TRULY appreciated the green beans because I absolutely love them & not too many restaurants offer them! I would 10/10 recommend getting them if you eat here! The pretzel was SUPER fresh and fluffy but we weren't a SUPER huge fan of the cheese or the mustard. If there was more of a classic cheddar or cheddar jalapeno cheese, I think more people would enjoy this! They also have $16 bottomless mimosas/bloodys which is an extremely great deal! The servers weren't super bubbly or personal but did their job. I loved the old vintage pictures of Vegas here and the vibe was really cute.
Candie Brush
They were tolerant of our level of intoxication. They were great bartenders. Fun!
Ian Maltzman
Absolutely amazing! We had a really great time at The Smashed Pig. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Everything was well balanced and cooked perfectly. The deviled eggs were like an Easter treat, the buffalo cauliflower was not overpowered by the buffalo sauce, the artichokes we're a surprising treat and the star of the night was definitely the salmon. The salmon was cooked to perfection and paired perfectly with the mashed potatoes. A+!
Casey Ellen
The smashed pig was a good experience. The bacon wrapped peppers (no picture provided) was not what I expected. Very small peppers and those were a bit over priced.
The pretzel was great wirh the honey mustard dipping sauce. The cheese sauce was quite bland and not very good.
I ordered the Cubano, this too was good, would be better with a spicy mustard to pair with.
For dessert we got the fried cheesecake with dulce de Leche ice cream & raspberry sauce which was out of this world amazing.
Overall the experience is certainly worth it.
L. Carr
Friendly and delicious. The staff did am amazong job with our party of 10. The food was fantastic. I have to call out the atomic cauliflower as a special delight but everything was great. Highly recommend.
Jennifer Hamlin
Sunday chicken sandwich was delicious! Super crispy and freshly cooked. Fun atmosphere as well and friendly staff. Not a ton of tables so go early or reserve a table.
Laura A
Great atmosphere, music was playing, our food was good, the strawberry salad was really good and the burger too.
Chandra Jennings
Came here with more than a few friends for dinner to end a crazy Bachelorette party and we enjoyed the atmosphere, food, and service. The restaurant is pretty large and long with an "L" shaped bar at the front with several tables continuing to the back with an open kitchen. They have two mixed bathrooms
I got their bacon, lettuce, strawberry, and tomato sandwich with a side salad instead of the fries. I ended up having some fries as a friend ordered a side or them. They were delicious along with the sandwich that unfortunately I did not end up finishing; but made a great snack for the next day.
I filled my stomach with a lot of the pretzel and the fries that were again delicious. Both were easy and seasoned just enough to make you want to keep eating more.
I definitely would come back for more of the food and the relaxes atmosphere. Everyone was very nice and welcoming.
Duquin Bradley
They made some killer drinks, and the food was pretty good. I'm definitely coming back. If you're a local, it's a cool spot to chill. Wasn't super crowded, and the bartenders were excellent.
Chris C
We found this place whilst on Fremont Street and it was amazing. We both had burgers and it is by far the best meal we have had in vegas and possibly one of the best burgers I’ve EVER had!!! Really reasonably priced too.
Keith Ishida
The food seemed effortless, that is the cuisine did not require any types of “fusion” or overly complex sauces. It was just good prep followed by proper execution that resulted in superb results. The blacked salmon on corn relish is a prime example, the salmon was minimally seasoned but cooked perfectly with a crispy crust, but soft and moist inside. Pairing the salmon with a cream corn relish allowed the flavor of the salmon to stand by itself, wrapped with the rich sweetness of the corn relish. The fried deviled eggs, and what I think was the best French Toast around (light and custardly) rounded out the meal. Well done.
Kelly Hewson
We always have a great time here! The service, food and drinks are awesome. Our first time here I was even given a little toy pig :)
Brian Telesh
Great late day Brunch options on a Sundy was appreciated. Service frome Jasmine was outstanding. Everyone there created a great place to hang out.
Erik Parker
Amazing food, delicious beer. I can't recommend this place highly enough. SO good. We started off with the Yum Yum Shrimp, and it was superb, the perfect balance of heat, sweet, and crunch! I had the smashed pig burger and my girlfriend had the pub burger (pictured). One of the best burgers in Vegas! Had the golden road Palisades pineapple beer, and what an awesome compliment to my meal. I will definitely come back here the next time in Vegas.
Stephanie Mitchell
We decided to take a walk down the street after going to Hotsumi.. we were still hungry lol..Tyla with our server she had great energy and was awesome as you see by the food it is tasty and Rich it was delicious. If you check in on Yelp you can receive a deep fried green beans complementary that's a plus. Since we had just eaten we just got items off the appetizer menu. They have a very fast kitchen and an open kitchen, although called the smashed Pig the interior shows nothing to that nature it has beautiful butterflies LOL but the food and service were amazing
Cyndi Graham
A great location on Fremont street. The burger is plain and the bread pudding was okay. I liked the shrimp a lot.
Erica Camacho
First time here... Service was great!.. We got the Piggy Benny & Crabby Benny, I've got to say one by itself was ok but combining the two plates is what really made the flavors come together!
The PBR hard coffee was so good never tried it before now & we enjoyed it! However, if you're a michelada person maybe ask for a different type of beer besides PBR it wasn't our flavor. But besides that we would definitely try this place again next time we are in Vegas!!
Jeremiah Nguapha
Overall experience was good; good service, atmosphere, specialties. We did the butcher block special for 2. Mash potatoes, salad, fajitas, dinner rolls were all excellent. With that said however, prok belly was just okay. Too much fat for my liking with very little actual meat. I can't say it was a good value (40 bucks). Will I come back again? Probably not. Will I get the special again? Never.
TODD TOMBURO
Almost a hole in the wall place. Good place to go when walking around Fremont Street. Had front 1/3 bar and food and then rear sit down eating. Very casual with English pub food. Went for Fish and Chips. Good size cod and most on the inside, coating stayed on but a little too oily for me. Tartar sauce complimented and the malted vinegar rounded it off. Fries come seasoned with maybe a little too much salt. Over all filling plate and should be for $17. Service was good and attentive.
Cindy CC
Delicious hamburger. The bartender Special is the way to go!!The best looking drink on the west coast. 10/10 would recommend
Kelli James
We absolutely loved this place for my bachelorette party brunch! Excellent service and everything was delicious. The “hogwash” is a MUST try (I don’t even like gin but this was soooooo unique and cute served in a little bathtub that I just had to try it… it ended up being super yummy!)
Dustin Lowery
This was the place to be for Saturday and Sunday brunch whilst enjoying the downtown area. The drinks are cold, the staff is groovy and the food is funky fresh ;) Easy enough to slide through for a quick bite or a hangover cure, slide over to the casino for some gambling when you're done and you did it right!
Tony Lopez
I had the Saturday special for two and it was amazing this is a not so Hidden Gem of a great gastro pub English food just Exquisite and amazing I recommend it to everybody you have to eat here when you come to Vegas you just have to.
JoyGenea Furnstahl
BEST Lamb Taco experience. All of the food was amazing. We had the butcher block special for two and enjoyed the flavor explosion each bit brought to our mouths. Worth finding when you are in Las Vegas. I can't wait to go back again.
Cal Gibson
Sorry to say the location and vibe are good, but the food really isn't. My tuna "steak" sandwich had tiny dark pieces of tuna and a butt end slice of tomato - green core included! - on an oversized bun; my wife's "Impossible Meatballs" looked life barf in a bowl. The vegetarian balls were served on top of instant mashed potatoes, drowning in some kind rich onion gravy that was just TOO much...And at $16 and $17 respectively, the prices are also "too much," considering what you actually get on your plate or in your bowl. The server was very nice, which helped take the sting out of being gouged for ambiance and geographical convenience.
Angelina Carranza
The food was excellent and so was the service. I had the Cuban sandwich and my husband had a breakfast sandwich.
Big Al
We visited The Smashed Pig as one of our party is vegetarian. It was hard to find restaurants with a decent selection of vegetarian options. We searched google and it recommended The Smashed Pig. It did not disappoint. I had a big juicy sandwich. Our vegetarian friend had the vegetarian meatballs. The staff were very friendly and the bar is very well stocked with an array of gins, tequilas and craft beers. Our server recommended an IPA called Ladylovely Love Juice. It hit the mark.
Would certainly head back to The Smashed Pig next time we are back in Vegas.
Twila L
The food was sooooo good. Highly recommended! I also recommend the cinnamon toast Crunch flavored retox shot. Didn't care at all for the mimosas so couldn't quite give 5 stars
Picky Jim
What a neat little place just past the end of the Fremont Street Experience. A good candidate for Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives that's definitely on the dive end of the scale. Nonetheless what a pleasant experience. To be fair though I tend to seek out dive joints when traveling for a more local experience--which you cannot get on the Strip. A very nice, young-ish staff with fine knowledge of their craft beer selection. And they pour a very decent Black and Tan. Food good, nothing to write home about. I had a reservation but not required most times. Check them out if you're in the mood for a quick respite away from the typical Vegas Strip/Fremont scene.
Allan Cheow
Great place with a lot of vegetarian options. The staff is amazing and the food taste great!!! Can't wait to come back.
Mindi Lindsey
They accommodated our large group, and everyone loved what we ordered! The beer drinkers in our group enjoyed the selection.
David Strickland
Didn't have any of the food, but it all looked and sounded amazing. Cocktails were really good. The Smashed Pig was tasty(you had me at aquavit) and despite the name That's Not Smoky was... But it wasn't overpowering. Plus, they had Fernet Branca so I was happy.
John Angeli
Fish and chips were incredible. We literally got service from every employee working. A must visit during your "Fremont Experience"
Safire Killpack
Great brunch menu and delicious Bloody Mary’s-probably the best one I’ve had!
The French Toast was awesome and the orange strawberry compote was tasty too!
Laura Morrison
Great place to eat. Tempura beans yummy. Tried the bangers and mash this trip and the steak both very good.
k perea
Great service fabulous staff and clean environment. Highly recommend .
Barbara Rice
Grabbed dinner on a whim at the bar and had a great time! We looked for a close restaurant near the Neon Museum and found this place and I'm so glad we took a shot. The staff was all great - they seemed to be having a good time and it carried over to the customers. Got the Emerald Rain cocktail on recommendation of the waiter and it was great! Tried the deviled eggs, green beans and pretzel and had steak for dinner - EVERYTHING was tasty. Service and food were totally excellent.
Greg Whearty
The fish & chips were very good. The lava cake wasn't quite as good, it was a bit hard and rubbery, as if microwaved.
Alyssa Carver
I genuinely have never had a more positive experience at an establishment. I was given the hint by the hostess to ask for a custom concoction by the bartenders and boy oh boy did the bartender show up. I am so please with the service and I would
love to come here every night if I had the option. LC is an amazing server and I would have never known to order a bartenders special without Jasmine’s suggestion 🙂
Heiress Roman
The service was great and everything was absolutely delicious!!!! Can't wait to go back when Im in Vegas again.
X Lewinsky (XMarXxXTheSpotX)
The employees were very nice. Even the customers were nice to me too. I didn’t expect to be embraced by the customers as well. Very nice establishment.
Daniel Reynolds
Great Food, Great Service and a good atmosphere. Highly recommend.
Jonathan Lee
This place is a bit of a hole in the wall but worth seeking out. Great cocktails, excellent food and really friendly service. We had the shepard's pie and the sticky toffee pudding (which is to die for). Would definitely come back!
Christoffer McDonald
Amazing food! Amazing drunks and the friendliness staff of frenont. A locals spot that caters well to everyone. O yeah and super well priced!!!
Paul Butler
Absolutely enjoyed every minute of Smashed Pig.
My husband and I visited during New Years week. Our server, a female with glasses, was so authentic. Absolutely loved her. She made the experience of Smashed Pig. We traveled from Miami and it was nice to chat and laugh with such an authentic person. She worked the restaurant and our table like no other. We loved the food and atmosphere of Smashed Pig. We had several drinks, appetizers, and entrees. No criticism about any of it. Everything from service to food was on point. Smashed Pig will most definitely be a staple for us for our many annual Vegas getaways.
ricky guzman
I had no idea what to expect, and my mind is blown. The drink specials were extremely delicious. I was only going to try one, but they just kept getting better and better. The pretzel was beyond my idea of what a great pretzel should be. Seriously, I'm still drooling over the pretzel. They make it with duck fat, or fry it or something. The food was great. We're only here 3 days, but I want to come back again tomorrow. I can't recommend this place enough.
Mirarelle
Excellent food and atmosphere. The girls were very welcoming to new customers. I tried the Slyther-in and it was a ride of flavour. Overall loved it, can't wait to go back!
lori geuy
Absolutely the coolest place to eat. Great family feel. And servers are top notch. The beyond burgers are So good, thank you for that.
Amanda Rodgers
This place is great Brunch spot. The bartender and manager were super attentive. Drinks and food were all really good.
Rik Boer
Very good and interesting menu for a reasonable price. Service is good, and so were the cocktails.
Kevin Hughes
Local gem - great brunch - great cocktails
My wife and I visited for brunch. This was a spot that a friend recommended. We had fabulous cocktails - recommend the Purple Haze and the French Cowboy. The duck-fat pretzel bites were very tasty accompanied by a bear-heavy cheese sauce. Yum!
We followed this up with some of the tastiest food we've had. My wife had shrimp and grits. She'd never had grits - I grew up in the South. The shrimp was spiced very well and the juices had been stirred into the grits. I had the Crab Benny - crab cakes, poached eggs on fried tomatoes covered in hollandaise. This was accompanied by rosemary roasted potatoes. The crab was extremely tasty and the potatoes were good enough to return for.
The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I love supporting locally owned and operated businesses. And this is certainly worth walking a bit off the main Fremont Experience to find. Recommend 100%.
Melissa Nicol
The service, the drinks, the food. All over 5 stars. Cass served us at the bar and was fantastic! Every cocktail was so good and unique! You must try the hogwash- comes in the coolest cup! My husband has the fish and chips and said its the best he's had in years! Stop debating and go!! Can't recommend this place enough and if they were open later in the week we would of stayed all night!
Kirk Nichols
Looked up places to eat near DT Vegas...and was intrigued by this place. Amazing craft cocktails and DELICIOUS food. We even had a "picky eater" in our group who rated this a 5/5! The service was absolutely stellar! LC was our server/bartender. To say she is perfection is an understatement. REQUEST HER! Stop scrolling and get your butt here to eat and drink NOW! You will NOT be disappointed!
Amber Young
One of my favorite local spots!! Great food and drinks and the atmosphere 👌
Tracy Fuentez
Last weekend we went here for brunch and the bottomless mimosas. Alexander was our Bartender ... He was amazing great friendly customer service.!! He made it a very fun day. the piggy Benedict was made perfectly. I highly suggest this place to anyone it was our 2nd trip there but Alexander made this trip very memorable. It was A-blast to watch him make all the different unique drinks they make there hes a great bartender
Moya Stewart
Joannah was awesome! I
wasn’t feeling well and worried that my drink had been spiked. She gave us a table, water, food and all the time I needed to recover. This is one girl who deserves your custom. Thank you Joannah. We wish you all the best. xx
Rhonda Bates
I don't have a bad thing to say about this establishment. Food was on point. I had the grilled chicken. Melt in my mouth tender. My husbands steak was cooked too perfection. Service was wonderful. The bartender made a tasty amaretto sour. He later told me he had never made one before. It was one of the best I've ever had.
Stephanie Sanchez
Brunch is a must! Got the country fried steak and eggs.
Eggs tasted fresh, cooked to perfection
Smashed potatoes were awesome add a bit of hot sauce to take them to the next level.
Steak was full of flavor. As a Southerner. I approve of that gravy.Shout out to the chef for that.
Also shout out to Alex the bartender, great drink loved the lychee.
I also recommend the Yuzu seltzer!!
Will return!
WilsonW
Excellent food & service. Whatever we ordered, all tasted so good!
Jason Berton
Had a late lunch here after hiking in Valley of Fire State Park. The location, just near the Fremont Experience has a cool small downtown vibe. The food here was very good, especially the sauces which were all made from scratch there. The decor and service were also great. Will definitely be back.
Harrison Tait
Customer service is amazing from start to finish. Betty the host was courteous and extremely accommodating. LC, the #1 server in all of Vegas! She certainly made our trip great by suggesting everything we ate and drank. As well as suggestions on places to kick it. Justin was the chef and he deserves to own the menu. Hes so passionate about what he does and everything tastes AMAZING!!! You guys made my experience worth coming back.
Tass S
Off the beaten path but worth it. The food was good. Definitely recommend the Benedict.
Aime
Good service and great food. Also the get the Slytherin drink, it was delish.
Elizabeth Narvaez
The Smashed Pig was a great find for a quick bite to eat and right next to Fremont Street! Food was fantastic! The Pretzel for an appetizer was awesome! The blackened salmon entree was one of the best salmon dishes I’ve had, was cooked perfect and it was delicious!
Yvonne Gant
The mimosas were a really nice flavor for the one flavor that we had. The server, whom was really nice and patient ensured to keep our glasses of water and bottomless mimosas flowing which was greatly appreciated. The stuffed French toast was tasty, the bacon wrapped peppers were good.
Jennifer Burke
Over priced for mediocre food. The drink was good. Our servers were friendly. Would not recommend though
Jameelah Lewis
I had a great time here enjoying brunch with my partner. We enjoyed the service and felt safe being able to social distance from others. The food was of course great, but the bottom mimosas were the 💣. Made to perfection, this was an overall great meal and we will be coming back to visit soon. …
Mandy Hood
The food was sooo good! The waitstaff was kind and hard working.
Jonathan Fattu
We had a fantastic dinner and drinks. The honey mustard was house made and delicious with both the pretzel and fries. The Cuban sandwich was delicious!
Jeremiah Carrillo
So this place has the cutest drink ever. It's called the Hogwash. It was adorable. Very affordable, and delicious drinks. The cinnamon toast crunch shot was really good and I hate rumchata and Fireball. Good finger foods, but I do think the Jalapeno poppers were a tad overpriced. Everything else was amazing though.
Jack Waters
I am old and am a bad person to judge food. They are probably 6 star, it is a fun place
racquell fultz
Cool atmosphere. Great service and good food
Natasha Nichole Lake
It’s a beautiful spot that’s bright and inviting. The food is served fresh and everything was made with a finesse that made this staple an instant addition to my growing list of favorites in Vegas. They made classic dishes with customized touches and I loved it. The service was quick and there’s so much attention to detail. I didn’t feel rushed and I didn’t feel ignored. Sit by the bar and people watch as the night lights up Fremont and brings everyone out for happy hour. The aesthetic is awesome and the food is good too!
Eileen Herring
Excellent fish and chips, the smashed Cubano was excellent too!
Erin Krajenke
Listen to everyone and get the deviled egg appetizer. I am a deviled egg purist and never want them to be different, but their crispy fried deviled eggs were the best! The place was a little understaffed when we went (our server seemed to be the bartender as well) but we were able to be entertained sitting by the window and people watching. We liked our drinks but some of the sandwiches we ordered were only okay. One surprise was the vegetarian meatballs which were very good.
Heather P
Delicious American pub with exceptional service!
Liza Leveille
Best alcohol mix drink, craft beer,😋 delicous appetizers (Giant Pretzel and three Pork Belly Tacos) and entrees (Citrus Grilled Chicken and Smashed Cubano). Lourdes, our food server, was the best - attentive and friendly. Nice place. Music was a little loud for us but we managed to have a conversation. This is our second time in here and will certainly come back!
Amelia Carpenter
Just ate there today for the first time and the service was great! The bartender waited on me, which I didn't catch her name but she was very on point and I could tell she's a hard worker. She has shorter black hair with tattoos. As for food I ordered the crab benny. It was ok. It came with a side of potatoes that are a bit flavorless but overall I was satisfied. I do plan to go back but going to try another dish.
Jonathan Perez
My wife just said “I really didn’t want anything greasy- but that was the best burger I’ve ever had”.
I have to agree- we had the yum yum shrimp as an appetizer- we both got burgers and they were great. Service was awesome- so was the cocktail. Give this place a try- can’t imagine you’d be disappointed.
Julie Hawkins
What a surprising find near the Fremont Street Experience! Small bar area at the front, tables towards the back. Food was delicious! I highly recommend the Crispy Deviled Eggs to start. Our table had Fish and Chips and Bangers and Mash as entrees. Both were outstanding. Only minor criticism was that it tasted like the fry oil needed to be changed. But the fish (cod) was perfectly crisp in the outside, tender and flaky on the inside. If you like malt vinegar, do yourself a favor and choose the British brand... delicious! Bangers are made in-house Decent beer choices and clever cocktail menu. Also had a few wine choices. Ended the meal with Sticky Toffee Pudding. Topped with a small scoop of strawberry ice cream, which was delicious, but seemed out of place. I hope recommend The Smashed Pig!!!
Keith Watassek
Food was very tasty. We had the Fish and Chips and Mushroom Burger (Mushrooms are mixed in with meat to make it juicy). Tayla was a great waitress and made our visit most enjoyable. Coffee was really delicious and served with whole cream. We will be back to try more items.
Glenn Rodriguez
The Smashed Pig does a fantastic brunch. Bottomless mimosas are a definite perk but the food alone is worth dropping in. I had the shrimp and grits and I was very happy with that choice. If you're just looking for an afternoon snack then I highly recommend the crispy deviled eggs, you won't be disappointed. Do yourself a favor and stop in for brunch!
Twyla Oliveira
I had the best Bloody Mary! My bartender mixed it spicy like I wanted it, she even used pepper bitters!
The hostess was extremely friendly and attentive, sat us in the best spot! I had the cubanos sandwiches, that were absolutely amazing, the bacon wrapped peppers, but... the thing that is worth to mention is their spicy cauliflower!! It’s such a beautiful and well executed dish. It’s crunchy outside, but not battered or Panko covered, it’s about how they grill it. Also it’s the whole thing, and it’s perfectly cooked inside!! Not soggy at all although comes in a spicy sauce! The most creative way of serving cauliflower! 5 stars!
Jeron Williams
I went to get a burger & fries... It was the delicious. The bartender reccomend me a drink & made it just for me which it was delicious.. the music & environment was nice to.. I enjoyed myself. The only down side was the acknowledgment I waited almost 8 minutes before even being spoken to ... I do reccomend you visit this spot if you're visiting Vegas

Be sure to check this joint out. First off we had really great service and the food came out pretty quick. Had the pork belly tacos for an appetizer, fish and chips for the main course, then had one of the best desserts ever...chimichanga cheesecake! If there is one thing to try it's the cheesecake.
Tim Aguilar
Great little restaurant on Fremont St. Restaurant is a little hidden but it is worth taking the time to find it. This is the best restaurant on Fremont street by FAR! The food was delicious; we had the fish and chips and the bangers and mash and both were great.
The service is good as we were greeted almost immediately upon entry. Our waitress was really nice and answered any questions we had about the menu. The food did take a while to come out but our waitress informed us they were transitioning from lunch to dinner so it was no big deal.
Michael Gifford
They were nice enough to serve up the fish & chips for brunch and I was throughly impressed. Crazy fresh, so light and crispy, I'd say perfect. Skip all the overpriced options & get this one for a real first class meal.
Amaris Y. Radke
My first time visiting this place. 10/10 recommend. Wonderful customer service and amazing food. Everyone is so welcoming.
Casey Weisbach
Great place with excellent food. We ordered the deviled eggs, burger, cheese plate, lamb tacos and spicy crispy shrimp. Everything was amazing! Nothing bad, prices are not high. Total was $55 for everything above with 2 drinks. Highly recommend to stop when on Fremont Street.
Ksenija Latković-Kozarac
Friendly staff. Food was more on the average side..we've had burger and fried chicken sandwitch. They have outdoor seatting and beer is selection was good.
Gioella Chaparro
I went with my boyfriend, he had a bloody mary and I had the bottomless mimosa. They were both delicious! The staff is really friendly. They offered me a to go cup for my leftover mimosa! :)
We got the monkey bread...wow! Delish!
We went for breakfast and ordered breakfast plates, both abundant and tasty! Will go back for sure!
Michelle Coulthard
Our 1st time at this establishment. The chicken BLT I was told was good. The fish-and-chips were OK The fish was overcooked and too much breading on it and the chips were great. The service was excellent.
del laughlin
We sat at the bar and had burgers. The food was good. Our bartender was great and their drinks are fantastic.
DJ Strick
Two people can share the stuffed French toast if you're trying not to OD on sugar. Good food and great staff. Would recommend.
Jordan Reardon
Went in on a thursday afternoon, we were the only ones sitting and there was only a few people at the bar. We had the Jumbo pretzel with beer cheese, Yorkshire pop-overs, and fish and chips. Everything was delicious! Our waitress was also the bar tender and was super nice. She made my girlfriend a cool cocktail, with an edibe flower to change the flavor profile of the drink. The manager came buy and checked on us and was very nice. We will be back soon to try more things on the menu.
John Anderson
We sat at the bar and chatted with the barkeeper. Drinks were good, affordable, and quick. The food was a mix between good standards and more thrilling, adventuresome fares.
Would recommend. Try the chicken tacos and don't be afraid to talk with the barkeeper. She's fun.
Josh Watters
Cool place, good music, friendly staff, premium casual food. Daughter had the Impossible Burger, loved it.
Mike Swatek
Went to the Smashed Pig for our friends birthday dinner. We all ended up having the fish and chips. The fish was excellent, light, flaky, not super fishy tasting. Not sure what type of fish it was, but it was incredible. The chips were just as good, the combination of spices we're addicting, I couldn't stop. The smashed peas were good but a little to salty for my taste. Overall I would definitely recommend having dinner and a drink here. The vibe and look of the place looks like it belongs in Wicker Park, Chicago.
Renee
The food was delicious. My Hogwash drink was refreshing! Definitely coming back!
craig ruh
Had a date here and made a simple reservation online, walked in, and taken care of with a 5 star experience.
We ordered the bacon wrapped peppers (amazing, crispy cheesy filled peppers wrapped in a perfectly fried piece of bacon) and the shrimp appetizer with firecracker sauce, apologize for not remembering the name of the dish exactly, but it was outstanding.
Main course, my guest ordered the fish and chips (two huge pieces of perfectly fried beer battered fish over golden fried crispy chips with all the fixings!) and I ordered the salmon (succulently seared and seasoned hunk of salmon over a corn/pea spicy slaw that's to die for!)
Overall 6/5 stars, and that's not a typo! Recommend this perfect pitch on a gastropub %120!
Travis Munroe
An absolute must when visiting Vegas / Fremont st. With the covid restrictions/reservation only, we booked a number of places in advance that were “hidden gems” based on reviews. Seeing the reviews for this place, we were excited to try it. Just off Fremont st, it was convenient stop. Natalie was bartending and could have her own specialty cocktail place. I started with the Manhattan and asked her for something in the bourbon/whisky department. She went off the menu and made the most outstanding old fashioned! This is not your typical 30 second 3 ingredient old fashioned!! My wife then got something vodka inspired and loved it. Natalie is a true bartender who takes pride in the small details!
The food was also fantastic... not gastro pub type food. My wife enjoyed the burrata salad and I had the BLT.
The vibe is very casual / pub like but the service and quality of food is equal to many high end places we have tried on this trip!
We will be back!!!
Tamra Ham
Amazing food!! Cool atmosphere. Great staff!!!
Highly recommend this place!
Chowder & salads were awesome, burgers were pretty good!! Will definitely come back again next time we’re in Vegas!!
Mathew Matt
Greeted by Paul the bartender, I could already tell this was a good place. He was very helpful, and service was excellent. Had Bangers & Mash, and it was extremely tasty. The Bangers were made in house and had an excellent balance of spices. Mashed potatoes were creamy and buttery, and the onion gravy was excellent as well. Finished with the sticky toffee pudding and all I can say is "damn"! Definitely worth a stop if you're in downtown.
Mike Pace
Great little place with excellent food and service. We were excited to find a smaller, quieter place so convenient to the Fremont Street area. We sampled most of the menu and it was all top-notch. Definitely a way better bet than any of the chains or more tourist driven eateries around Las Vegas.
Private
Nice vibe. Customer service was ok. Food was bland and not flavorful although presentation was beautiful. Definitely disappointed as we had high hopes.
Matt Schmidt
The food here is the best I've eaten in Vegas ever. The cauliflower, the fish and chips, the pork belly tacos, the bangers and mash. All of it just dripping in flavor. The prices are also super reasonable. Thanks for nailing everything.
Jesse (JP)
Service and food was great.
Jonathan Nino
I usually visit at least once a week. Great lunch menu and reasonably priced. The crispy shrimp salad and shrimp sliders are delicious, as well as the salmon and chicken dishes. The French fries are fat, fresh, crispy and amazing with a splash of vinegar. Easy access along the Fremont street cooridor.
Byron lapworth
Great place. 5 British lads were looking for something nice to eat that wasn't ribs or burgers and wandered into this establishment by chance. The food was a very nice change from standard Vegas/USA food, very well cooked and very tasty. The fish and chips are just like you'd get in a British restaurant and great beers. Definitely worth going in if you get the cgance
Doug Mathis
Fish and chips at this restaurant is absolutely off the hook! You’ve got to try it! You will not be disappointed. This is the best fish and chips! Honestly, never had better.
Aja Kuhlman
One of my favorite places to eat in downtown Vegas. The food is spectacular and they have a very friendly staff. If you like authentic English food, this is the place to go.
The menu is a bit small, but everything they offer is perfected.
Lamb Tacos & Crispy Deviled Eggs are a must!
Simone Bateman
Great atmosphere and amazing food. Our server was very attentive. It made me almost wish that I lived locally. I ordered the French Toast, and my friend ordered the Hang-over
Kimberly Corley
Hidden Gem for sure!! Best steak at a great price! Drinks are on point. Definitely recommend if you are on Fremont street!
Jonathan Santibanez
5 stars for service!! But 3 for the food. The best things were ordered were appetizers. We had the kickin green bean tempura (5 stars), yum yum shrimp (5), brew house soft pretzel (3), and tuna poke (4). Among the entrees were the steak and frites, the burger, fish and chips, and the bangers and mash; all of which were mediocre at best.
Laura Pierce
If you only eat one place on Fremont Street, eat here. The service was amazing. Elsie was detailed, sweet, and gracious. The food was fresh with great flavor combinations. I highly recommend!
Jim Fisher
The Smashed Pig is amazing! We had a 'Pre-wedding' dinner at the Smashed Pig with 20 people. They Smashed Pig was ready. Incredible food, delicious drinks and awesome service - I can't say enough about the service. The staff made the night so much fun. We couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend! Thank you Ian and crew. We'll see you next time in Vegas!
Wesley Nouchi
Friendly service both times I've been here as well as excellent food. Bring your appetite and a few friends so you share everything they have to offer. Green bean tempura is a must and be sure to save room for the sticky toffee pudding.
Travis Salazar
Reserve a table and go! The food was perfectly cooked and presented beautifully. Service was attentive, knowledge and super friendly. Prices are very good for top quality food. So glad we found this gem.
Aundie Salazar
This was seriously one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. The food was beyond amazing and the service and ambiance were more than pleasing. We will eat here every time we visit Vegas. Do yourself a favor - hit up Freemont Street and walk down for an unforgettable meal!
Jacqueline Donath
The food was good, nothing special. Service was good. A bit overkill with staff asking if everything ok.
TZ Snow
Really pleased with this place. Great service. Creative food. Good drink selection. Great prices. I loved loved the Pork Chop And Salmon. So good. Will definitely be back
Kelsey Tuggle
Very cute place with casual atmosphere and fancy food. Prices are not unreasonable and the staff is friendly and relatable. Our waiter had a sense of humor. Food was delicious. I'm a local and would definitely go back for seconds!
Alec Rodney
Really enjoyed the craft cocktails and delicious appetizers here. The bangers were excellent as were the fried deviled eggs. Our server was very friendly and helpful.
Sharda Adams
This place is absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with grace from Natalia and Racheal. Smashed pig kinda gives me Cali vibes with the way it's cultured. Furthermore, the food was so yummy and the music was even better. I give this place ten hands down. CLEAN!
Steve G
Great brunch. The eggs Benedict are perfect. They have a different name but highly recommended.
Debbie Schaefer
The staff is amazing. We were seated promptly without reservations and every staff member was attentive and super friendly. Love the atmosphere and the food was delicious
.
Marcos Anaya
Our server, the guy with the brown curly hair was fantastic, great personality he made eating there fun, give that man a raise 😀 …
Slappy Jack
Delightful find in east freemont! Had the Cubano sandwich which was delicious. Service was great, food arrived quickly.
Steve W
What a cool little place. Super friendly. Deviled eggs are interestingly good.
JMS
I am almost vegan (long story), but this place gets two thumbs up. The Vegan and shroom options are passable, great service. Do not come on a Friday or Saturday where all the crazies emerge post 9-10 pm. We came on a Sunday around 7 pm. Perfect. If you are someone who is not drunk, depraved, or going through an existential moment involving psychedelics, you will absolutely loathe the location on a non-school night. Friendly warning !
Daniel Yap
Went there for lunch. The shrimp sliders were good, like mini crab cakes. The Moroccan soup was flavorful and tasty. The tuna tartar/sashimi roll was an odd concept. Chicken stir fry was also odd. Advice, order American food in American restaurant, Asian food in Asian restaurant.
Nunna Yerbiz
Friendly and accommodating staff, the food was great, and the sauces are made in house, best honey mustard I've ever had!
John Vittorino
Great little spot for a quick lunch. The steak frites was amazing, others enjoyed the Cuban sandwich and Pub burger. However the best part of the meal was the desert, fried cheesecake chimichanga! Unbelievable!
Sammy Shayne
Excellent brunch, really tasty mimosas, friendly staff, fast service! Really thankful for their covid precautions, tables are spaced 6 ft apart, mask regulations are enforced when you are not at your table with food and beverage, felt very safe and comfortable dining here!
Alex Paxton
Absolutely awesome the whole way. Bloody Mary's mimosas, monkey bread. Breakfast burrito. Everything was delicious and the service was great! Do yourself a favor and go visit this place!
Ray Verhelst
The food gets the high marks as does the service. The ambience is more a 4/5 and the location is the weakest of the review at 3/5. The whole downtown vibe doesn't do it for most locals. We will go again when we have another event at the Smith Center.
eugene thomas
“A hidden gem”
Read reviews of The Smashed Pig and decided to check it out - very glad I did! Really nice vibe, very friendly staff and excellently run by Liverpudlian chef Martin. Great beer, excellent fish and chips (with mushy peas) and without doubt the best culinary experience I had in all eight days in Vegas. Be sure to check it out
EM Kastner
So glad we found this place! Wish I could pick it up and take it home. PHENOMINAL food at really reasonable prices. Bernaise with tarragon went so well with the cesar salad, which had - I think - a hint of anchovy in the dressing. Lamb tacos and toffee pudding and citrus crepes - soooo good. Went twice this trip and hope to come back. Super friendly staff and great decor to boot!
Robert Moore
Immediate and friendly greeting, the food exceeded expectations greatly. On my list to return when I go back.
C Wgner
Very good food. Great service.
Jim Thornburg
I was pleasantly surprised to find a Gastropub in Las Vegas. This place lived up to what I've come to expect from similar eateries: Fresh ingredients, fine assortment of beer, innovative food, quirky atmosphere, fun and laid back experience. Most of the dining is in the rear of the establishment so it's quiet and intimate, you don't notice a bit of the debauchery happening on Fremont St. Great place for a unique dinner in Las Vegas!
Cass
The food here was amazing and the service was great. Best place I've had on numerous trips to Las Vegas! I would highly reccomend this place to family and friends, and I will definitely be back here next time I visit. I'm glad we came in during happy hour because it gave my family and I a chance to try a little bit of their different appetizers.
Jeremy Stotts
Great food! My chicken was cooked perfectly. Also if you ever want some "bar food munchies" get the fried green beans.
Kimberly Corley
Highly recommend if walking on Freemont Street! It's a hidden gem with delicious food and a bloody Mary that is just as good! Perfect atmosphere!
Christina Stroh
Interesting and unique menu. My husband loved their bangers and mash, I wasn't a fan. I had their fried deviled eggs and they were definitely worth trying.
Jennifer Thomason
Been in Vegas about 4 months now. This is the best meal I've had since arriving here. Super casual, extremely delicious food
Patricia Lugo
Amazing food at a reasonable price. Wonderful service and friendly people. Loved how the owner is very helpful and helps the staff run food and pour more water, etc.
Desserts are delicious and to die for! Definitely a must!!
Allen Kinzalow
The food was perfectly prepared. The cocktail menu was a little unimpressive but they had some good options on their draft menu to make up for it. And the quality of the food was so we'll prepared.
Relish Ink
This is one of those places where you bite into the food, then make that "oh my goodness I can't talk this is so good" face. Their special of the day was the fried chicken, which fed three. Lilly was incredible, and the food was phenominal.
Dan Maiers
Always fantastic. My favorite is always the deviled eggs. :)
Stephanie Super
Fresh food and good service. I had the poki and wings
Erika Tornberg
A-MAZ-ING!
Food was delicious, drinks were excellent, totally recommend the "dealer's choice" on cocktails, it was exactly "me"! Highly recommend!
Susie Paul
Cute little Gastropub. We tried several different things and they were all great. Friendly service. The bottomless mimosas are the way to go!
Cassey Stank
Amazing selection of food and drink. Minimalist but inviting decor. Chase was exceptionally helpful....great bartender and conversationalist. This is a place we will be returning to frequently as future locals....and recommending to all of our visitors.
CJ
Went there for lunch this past week. The burger and fries were on point! Great atmosphere. Great service. Definitely going back. They need more places like this in Vegas.
Ricardo Barreda
Amazing food and drinks! Prices are cheap and the service is amazing! Never been in downtown, always stayed on the strip but apparently I've been missing out. Coming to Fremont all the time from now on when visiting Vegas.
Stacy Williams
Everything about this place is phenomenal. I am biased, because Martin is a personal friend, but the food, the drinks, and the atmosphere is awesome. If you leave without having the Sticky Toffee Pudding, you will definitely regret it!!!
Ākeem Harris
Bloody Mary's were nice, food was amazing!! Dope brunch selections as well. Great location, centered around many eateries and bars/ lounges also.
Trevor Stegen
Amazing cocktails and wonderful staff!!
Dereka Nelson
If you want a burger! Come to the Smashed Pig! It's one of the best burgers my sister and I ever had!! The space is tight and cozy... and if you're wondering about the title the Smashed Pig is a drink 😋 …
Jessica Johnson
Staff was great. Food has absolutely no seasoning. Get the pretzels, best thing on the menu.
Drew Ski
The FOOD was really good, complaints to the CHEF, my drink was really watery, what I paid for a Rum and coke, not even worth it! I would go back for the food. (My wife's drink in the pic)
Garry Cahill
Battered Fish & Chips washed down with a cold Porter beer. Best meal we've had in months. Not expensive. Well worth the visit.
K. V.
This is my fav food place downtown period.
The bartender is creative and energetic and gives you great suggestions for beers. The servers are super nice, but the fooooood is magic.
Try the deviled eggs. Do it.
Kyleea 313
Had a great time. Was there at 8:30 wanted to eat after I walked around so I asked what time they shut down was told 10:00 went back at 9:00 pm and the kitchen was already closed...Was very disappointed 😞😕 …
Simon Foulkes
At Life is Beautiful festival trying to get a good feed before heading in. Great menu and superb food. They have a great sound track and the service is excellent. These guys take real pride in their food
Charmaine Hunter
Nice place... excellent customer service...
Patrick Jaehne
U kidding me! Brunch at the best! Bottomless mimosas and great piggy food! Perfect combo for success, Sunday morning in Vegas!!!
Feliks Yamnik
Great experience. Good food. Very trendy.
Austin David
Good food. A little loud, but the service was ON. Our little hostess refused to let the drinks get to half.
Sean Rice
Ok, so their food was off the chart excellent, but the food was pretty slow coming out, and honestly it's a bit pricey for the amount you get. I'd still recommend them head over heels over the typical bar fare in the area though.
Adam Torborg
This place is a bit if a diamond in the rough. In such a touristy area it has every right not to be as good as it is, but they overachieve. Try the lamb tacos for sure. The mash in the bangers and mash were great too.
Emily Palmer
Great piece of Santa Barbara in Las Vegas. Great drinks. Nice place. Small town vibes in the big city. Very cute.
Brian Sohn
A Great choice and a Good Price. One of the best Fish n Chips I have had. The Crispy Deviled Eggs were a fun twist on somthing I grew up with. Good service and clean Rest Rooms. A nice change from standard vacation/convention food!
Shaheen C
Excellent gastro pub. Loved the menu with plenty of British fare like Shepard's Pie and sticky toffee pudding. Great appetizer selection as well.
Linette Steele
Amazing PB&J whiskey drink! It's a must try. Service was good and food. Found this spot on our walk down Freemont street.
Bruce Lowther
pork, cheese, toast and an awesome tomato jam sauce. ginger salad dressing in the salad was also quite good. are at the bar. great food and atmosphere.
Waldemar Reusch
Very European atmosphere, extremely friendly and helpful staff, affordable prices. The beer was pretty good, the meat loaf could've been more flavorful.
Kunda Shailaja
Teriyaki salmon sandwich and pork baguette were amazing!!! Awesome flavor profiles and lovely ambience. Good pairing with beer!!
Samantha Hussey
Food was super good and the drinks were great! The bartender was our waitress and she was super nice and did a great job
Christopher Ochs
This is a great little out of the way spot. Our drinks were amazing nad the food left little doubt that they know their way around a kitchen. Try the French Cowboy for a good time!
Beth S
I liked that this place didn't really have a theme except good food and drinks at reasonable Vegas prices. Good service, didn't feel pressured to leave despite overly lingering to enjoy the bottomless mimosas.
Traves O'Neill
This place has both AMAZING food and drinks. Best whiskey sour I've ever had. And the fried deviled eggs are sooo gooooood.
Brandon Roberts
very very reasonably priced food, along with excellent service. this is a nice place to get an enjoyable meal for a great price. i suggest the bangers and mash. you will not be disappointed.
Patricia Brown
Great service. Friendly. Food was so delicious! We had the whole appetizer menu and everything was delicious!
Wes Fite
Delicious savory burger, I went with the 'Smashed Pig Burger' and highly recommend it. Thick cut greasy fries and a beer made for a meal that really hit the spot.
Robert Polzin
Great food, service and drinks. Felt welcomed and like a local and not just a tourist.
Ash
Very good food. The shrimp appetizer was similar to bang bang shrimp at bonefish but better!
Brandon Cowley
What a great find! For the visiting crowds looking to try something outside of the standard tourist traps, head up into Downtown for this unexpected surprise. Check out the "Hogwash" drink, served in a tiny bathtub with a squeaky pig toy!

I guess you would call this eclectic English pub fare.
Try the crispy deviled eggs and the lamb tacos for something familiar and yet different at the same time.

Claire White
