Amazing flavor!! We came here twice for brunch I absolutely love the selection of food they have available I'm not a crazy breakfast person. I love more savory foods for breakfast and this place definitely has all that and more. If you love truffle then this is your place so many truffle options available and the price range is great! I definitely recommend the toad in the hole it has brie cheese and break soaked in truffle oil it is absolutely delightful. I also had the crispy rice with salmon this is amazing! It has all the elements of flavor it is a perfect amount of spicy and the citrus compliments it, the fatty salmon is slightly seared making it the perfect bite every time. Definitely recommend ordering the goat cheese croquettes. The outside is crispy the inside is creamy from the goat cheese and at the bottom is the sweet guava jam it is so good. We were staying at the venetian and I definitely feel this is the most flavorful breakfast/ brunch restaurant around and brunch lasts all day till 4 pm I believe which is super convenient!

Surely enjoyed brunch at sugar cane recently. The wait wasn’t long, walked up and was quickly seated without reservations. The restaurant is very hip and spacious. The menu was impressive as well. I got the shrimp and polenta dish with the poached egg. It was out of this world!!! It turned me into a huge poached egg fan. Definitely worth checking out if you’re near the Venetian!

We came here mid-afternoon and had just an okay experience. Some of the food was excellent (crispy polenta and the corn ribs) while some of it was just okay (goat cheese croquettes and sauteed mushrooms). The drinks were average and heavy on the mixers, but that may be personal preference. I prefer a cocktail where I can still taste that there is alcohol in it. Honestly the reason that I have three stars instead of four was the service. Our waiter was not very attentive. This is a tapas style restaurant and given the price point in Vegas you would expect a certain level of service to match. He took our drink order and asked what we were starting with. We ordered and then a food runner brought our first round out. Our waiter did not come back to ask what we would like next until we were done with the first plates and sitting. Then we ordered a second round and after about 10-15 minutes he came back and asked "Oh did you not get your next items yet?" About 5 minutes later the second round came out. After this we decided to be done. Overall it was an okay experience, but given the amount of options there are, I don't know that I would come back again.

Sugarcane is a must visit while staying in Las Vegas, especially if you are at The Venetian. Great for brunch and dinner, especially their happy hour ($8 drinks). The staff is every attentive and friendly. For breakfast their salmon eggs benedict is delicious. They are also very generous with their refills of coffee. Also do go to the happy hour and get the bacon wrapped dates. Their poke tuna bowl is flavorful and feeds you appetite. Also the ambience is relaxing and soothing. Also you don't have to wait a long time to sit. Just a great dining spot I'm recommending anyone to go to.

Went there to celebrate my mom's birthday and I can't say enough wonderful things about this restaurant! The food was amazing, drinks were delicious and ambiance was delightful. But the best part was the service. From the hostess to the manager! Aaron was the manager that evening and he was the ABSOLUTE BEST! He was kind, gracious, hospitable and professional! He constantly checked on us to make sure we were satisfied and happy. He definitely made our experience a great one and when in town we will DEFINITELY be back! WAY TO GO AARON!!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Who would think that a raw bar would have the best breakfast? Well, we actually did have the very best breakfast here. Avocado toast with eggs, delicious waffles and a hearty traditional breakfast. Sooooo tasty. ❤️. Our server, Brandon, did a wonderful job! This is a must try!

This place has great tasting food if you are into tapas style but it can get pricey because the servings are very small. I highly recommend the wedge salad, Spanish octopus and steak! Great items and super delicious!! The vibe in the restaurant is nice with the Latin/Spanish music playing!

Visited Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill before our Cirque show. Wasn't too busy at the time, our server and the rest of the staff were fast and friendly. Lots of tasty dishes to choose from. The grilled shrimp and the roasted wild mushrooms were excellent.

This was my first time eating at sugarcane. The ambiance in the place is very nice, the staff is super friendly and the drinks are amazing. The oysters are really fresh and delicious. This was my first experience at eating oysters and it was great. I ordered the lamp as a main course. The lamb was A1 ( ten ⭐ stars ) . I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good spot for dinner on the strip.

Everything that I had from here was impeccable. The Lobster Benedict was amazing. The Flaky Guava & Cheese Pastry was probably the best pastry I’ve ever had. Oh… and I was so sad I didn’t order the Breakfast Potatoes they’re so good. On top of everything… bottomless mimosas! Definitely my new fave! 🥂
