The food is...alright. We ordered the fried ravioli, New Mexico Burrito, and the Proper Breakfast Sandwich. The breakfast items were...salty? Like really salty. The fried ravioli was good and a perfect starter. We got the Chinese chicken salad to go and requested the dressing on the side. We honestly should of also requested the peanuts and crispy won tons on the side, too. After an hour, they became soft and soggy. I feel like they should automatically put those items on the side if they are ordered to-go. However, the salad and dressing were still bomb AF. We ordered a steak medium rare and when we opened our to go box, it was well done 😑 hence the three stars. The food is also waaayyyy overpriced. If they are charging those prices, the food better be off a local farm and organic 🤣

Great place to eat. Fast friendly service. I got the quesadillas and fried raviolis, my husband bought a hamburger. The burger was fresh, not frozen. The prices are better than most the restaurants.

This place is a well-oiled machine. At least when I went (2pm Sat). They understand TEAMWORK which is a rarity these days. Every worker does their job, and, as a result, everything is FAST! And I’m an impatient person. I sat down within 2 minutes. Got my order in within 2 min and got my drinks within 2 min. The food maybe took a little longer like 5 min but that’s still damn quick. And I didn’t say I was in a hurry or anything like that. I ordered a screwdriver ($11) and the Full House breakfast ($17). It’s large so 2 people could share it. I imagine even 4 sorority girls wouldn’t finish it. Food is good but not phenomenal, but it meets your expectations. I wasn’t disappointed. I really like the LARGE glasses of water they serve. Prices were reasonable. Arben (drinks) and Mitchell (server) were great. Hostess as well (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name). I’ll return tonight or tomorrow to see if I get consistent service. It’s next to the North Tower so very convenient for me especially since it’s open 24 hrs. —————— So I’ve come 2 more times, both around 2am. Service is consistent and courteous. Jenina and Adam were very nice. Food is not the highest quality, but you’re getting convenience and volume. Every plate I’ve ordered could feed 2 or more people (French toast and steak quesadilla)

The food here was good. We had the braised roast and chicken quesadilla. The roast was melt in your mouth tender but it hardly had any seasoning. Pretty bland but good. The quesadilla was good but kind of dry and the pico de gallo and salsa did not taste good at all. The fried pickles were amazing! Absolutely perfect! The fries were ok. They were a little too greasy for me and they didn’t have any seasoning as I hoped and suspected but my husband liked them. All of our food was piping hot, which was great! The service was pretty good, but our server didn’t receive us or serve us with a smile. She was rather dull and seemed to be ready to get off work. Lol I can definitely understand that not everyone smiles, but it would have made us feel more welcomed and invited if we had been received with a smile. The restaurant was very clean. I was happy about that. You could’ve eaten off the table AND the floor! Lol However we requested plasticware because their dishwasher didn’t do a good job on the silverware because it looked so dirty and had horrible spots. They gave us quite a while to look at the menu before they came to take our order. This was good and bad. We had enough time to sift through the menu but after that we had to sit there a few more mins starving while waiting for them to come take our order lol. Overall they definitely earned 4 stars and I would recommend this restaurant. They give you a LOT of food too! We were able to eat leftover roast, potatoes, quesadillas and French fries for bfast the next morning!😃 For fried pickles, (they went too fast before I could post the pic lol, pot roast, fries, chicken quesadilla, and two drinks, we paid $60, so the price wasn’t too bad. This is our first time in Vegas and we will definitely be back to eat here again!

Why do I have to clean my own silverware? Look at the pics and tell me if I'm being too picky. Oh by the way this was the second set after the first one still had food. The food was okay but the presentation was horrible. They gave me a dine in credit but I still feel robbed. This is my second bad experience here. I'm not blaming the staff. I'm sure they do with what they have. But after all the money people leave here you would think they could buy new silverware.

Had breakfast. Fairly expensive place. Food was good. Coffee was decent and service was excellent. I had the avocado toast and poached egg. The avocado on the toast was abundant. However, there was tons of cucumber on it that was not on the menu. Was good but over done. Also there is a $2 up charge for the poached egg. You get one. Overall it was good.

I went here on November 2,2021 about noonish Mitchell was my server/host he was amazing and understand I got the steak and 2 eggs with diced potatoes and toast and water to drink ! It took awhile to get my food but boy was it filling I couldn't eat it all sadly ! I will be eating here again very soon ! Pricing was great with tip came to 31.01! I also took pics of the menu and a few of my meal and of the location enjoy everyone and hopefully my photos will help you out ! Stay and be safe !?!

I was concerned with recent reviews but this place was great for breakfast. The eggs Benny were delicious and cooked to perfection. The service was Ricardo was exceptional.

After avoiding this Cafe' (located in The Strat hotel) my wife and I finally decided to give it a try. This cafe is very sneaky....in a good way. Lol You'd think the food was more lower in quality and quantity but I couldnt have been more wrong. I ordered the BRAISED POT ROAST and she ordered the Quesadilla! The Pot Roast was tender, not salty, nor tough and the portion was enough for two sittings. My wife said she gave the Quesadilla a 4 out of 5. She had no complaints. I would definitely revisit this restaurant should we stay at The Strat again. The service was attentive and upbeat. I only subtracted the 1 star because the fee for take-out seems pretty tacky to me. The fee is $1.50 per entree for take-out.

Generous portions with delicious flavors! Fried pickle appetizers, the club sandwich was huge, not pictured the pot roast cheddar melt(outstanding) and a slice of cheesecake! The lady next to is had a slice of four tier chocolate cake. It's worth the price and they were very quick with our food.

Place is perfect for family and friend or solo. Breakfast is Great and freshly made. Surrounded by Strat Tower, Theaters, Casinos, LA Comedy Club and other restaurants. Location also suitable for to take ride Uber, Lyft and other public transport. Highly recommended !!!

I can highly recommend it. Had my first vegan burger at the Strat Cafe and it was so good that I came back the next day to eat it again. We also had meals with meat, vegetables and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was always friendly and attentive. Not a fan of the hotel (anymore) but definitely a fan of the restaurant.

I know this sound odd but the nachos were flat out in my mind and along with my sister the best we've ever had. And I don't make the claim lightly (I judge a place on the simplest foods which most people would choose). And the other items we had were good but didn't stand out like that.

The STRAT Cafe is fantastic. You do have to wait in line, but it is worth the wait. We ordered a pancake, meat omelette, a breakfast platter, and a green and nutty smoothie. Everything we had was delicious. The pancake was so good. The prices were reasonable and you received a good amount of food. The staff was friendly and attentive. The menu has a sample variety of items to give you choices. We would definitely go here to eat again.

Great food. Service is good, but a bit slow. Awesome location and really low key. Open 24s which is nice. Stopped in a few times now and not disappointed. Chicken and ratatouille is the bomb and the tomato soup is spot on. The tuna tacos are great but they punch you in the face with wasabi so fair warning.

I had the club sandwich, and my girl had the chicken tenders. The club was good. My girl complained about the fries and the chicken being dry. But, she was very drunk at the time. My gross were great.

Acceptable wait time. Hostess was friendly. My server was nice and fast all the time. Food came fast. The steak was tasty and pasta was yummy. Food quality may not be the best but I will say 9 out of 10. A little bit pricy but it is normal for the restaurant in a casino. Overall, I had a good experience tonight.

We have tried this place during our stay at Stratosphere hotel last weekend. The place is clean and staff is friendly. We have ordered breakfast sandwich and orange chicken and we were not disappointed. Both dishes are great and really delicious though their service is little slow but that might be because of rush in morning hours. If you are hungry in late hours, strat cafe will be there for bon apetite😋😋

We last visited here when it was Roxy's Diner, and it must be said the service and atmosphere and service were first class! Back then it was classic diner food. The singing wait staff were the icing on cake! I hope they still have the chocolate milkshake available, it was awesome!

I was hesitant at first to come since I saw some bad reviews but I guess I was lucky to get a good server. Amanda was excellent and was nice to all surrounding tables as well. The wait for good wasn't too much considering there was a constant line forming outside for tables. It would be nice if they had a separate line or area for takeout but it isn't a huge restaurant so it makes a bit of sense. Ordered a green smoothie, not too sweet and delicious, salad great too.

Let me tell you what! This place was ridiculously bomb! We were blessed with stumbling upon it due to it being in our hotel, lol. I could see it being easy to miss if you’re not staying at the stratosphere, so I wanna put the word out, you need to scope this place! Their food is so delicious, I got the house burger the first time (yes, I had to go back), I don’t even know how to perfectly describe the party of fantastical tastes in my mouth, I have never encountered anything like that before in my life, and sadly I don’t think I ever will again. There fries are seriously top notch as well, could get a basket of em as a meal, lol. The second time was breakfast, I got the French Toast Breakfast Sandwich, and I highly, highly, highly recommend it, personally I love French toast, one of my favorite foods ever, so this was a real treat to help me get over losing all that money in that darn Britney Spears machine down the way. Seriously though, if you’re eating breakfast here, GET THE FRENCH TOAST SAMMY!! (my mouths watering just thinking about it!). The Hash-browns, like the fries, were on point! The atmosphere is awesome, not loud at all, spacious, within an awesome 50’s retro diner, I love a good diner, and boy oh boy is this a good diner. The facilities are clean and the staff are super nice and really funny, wish I knew the guys name that waited on his, he was a super cool guy. All in all, this place ended up being one of my favorite spots in Vegas, don’t take my word for it though, go check it out!

Time of day matters a lot on the food quality and service we ordered the fried ravioli and the breakfast burrito (cant remember exact name of it) but its has egg & potatoe in the inside green chili sauce & cheese & shredded meat on the outside this is not for the faint of heart big enough for two to share.

Food is average. I got the chicken salad sandwich. The chicken salad was actually pretty good, but the bread was so tough made enjoying the sandwich difficult. The ambiance is lacking. Kind of uncomfortable, and the chairs are awful. Made me feel like I was sitting in a layers office. The service is good though. I wish I could recall his name, but nonetheless he was excellent. Very thoughtful. Not too bad if you're staying at the Strat.

Great place for families and friends alike! We went here with our out of town guests and they also loved it. Great food, decent prices. My favorite part is dessert. Save room for a sundae. They are shareable and delicious! And they have live music! Wonderful singers and wait staff!

This is diner food elevated. It looks like a dumpy, gimmick type of restaurant but the food is surprisingly well designed and delicious! I got the pest eggs Benedict, which had some perfectly poached eggs and delicious hollandaise sauce, will my friends got French toast and the tuna melt. They raved about them! Our service was incredible. I think he’s one of the best servers I’ve ever experienced. So on top of and aware of all of his tables it was impressive! Even more so... he would periodically do som karaoke! Not my favorite, but really impressive how he could juggle it all! I’d really warmly recommend this place. Give it a try and you’ll be surprised!

Waitress made us feel like we was an inconvenience and ignored us after the order was taken!! It was not because she was busy, she was never seen after the order!! The 13 dollar salad consisted of lettuce and 4 carrot strands, AND MY DRESSING WAS ABSENT ALL TOGETHER my drink remained empty and I never received napkins, BECAUSE WE HAD NO WAITRESS!!! couldn't finish my burger, which by the way was the 4th menu item out of 6 items total, (smallest menu in town) because we had no waitress to get a to go box!! All in all I felt cheated out of a 40 dollar meal 😕

Hummus plate was pretty good, except they put fried garbanzo beans on top....hummus is a healthy dish that I like because of health problems, so putting something fried on it is like a oxymoron. Ordered a chicken sandwich with sourdough bread. It came loaded with butter on the bread. The menu doesn't say it does otherwise I would have ordered without as I can't have butter. Otherwise the food was good and the server was nice and attentive.

Definitely recommend the huevos rancheros and Bloody Mary. Soo good! The burger and fries special for $7.99 is definitely decent and sooo cheap for late night Vegas eats. I gave them 4 stars because they charge $1.50 extra, per entree, in to-go orders.

If you're staying at the Strat you'll have to throw away all your leftovers, they seem to not know what microwave ovens are for their guests. But hey it's another $80 for them next time you get hungry. Right? It's even worse if you have leftovers from TOW resurant. Food was great worth 5 stars, but the accommodations of this Hotel are horrible, and ruin the entire dining experience. Plus make sure to get plastic ware for you to go food. Tried to get some from later, and was charged $5????? And we were supposed guests at the hotel???

Dine-in, got two orders of pancakes, one new Mexico burrito, one order of coffee, and a brownie. Total was 55, tip was 8 so the meal was about 63 for 3. I would say the amount of food and the flavor was there, we were staying at strat and it was close. It matches most casino/restaurant pricing.

Very standard breakfast food, nothing special but everything we had was fine. We enjoyed a classic breakfast and a proper breakfast sandwich. This is a high end restaurant similar to Ruth Chris. It is at the top of the Stratosphere. They charge a fee just for a reservation per person. I thought that was unnecessary. The food is good but I think a little to pricey for what it is. We didn't receive a discount for staying at the Stratosphere hotel. For us it will be a one time experience only. I would have rather gone to an upscale buffet and a show instead.

My friend and I ordered the Salmon with white rice and it was delicious! We were skeptical at first because we read all the reviews, however we were also tired from a long drive and it was late at night. Apparently The Strat Cafe read their reviews and improved!! The Salmon was seasoned so well and savory.

Overall a very nice place to eat. Big plates, price is right and excellent service. We very much enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner menu items across the board. The pancakes were especially delicious!!! Would come again!

Food is good, service not so. Be prepared to be in for a long wait before your food comes out. The server I had this morning was very friendly and engaging, but seemed oblivious to the sense of urgency from myself to leave. She had poor time management skills. She stood for over 5 minutes figuring out how to apply the comp for my bill and didn't seem apologetic for her delay. Oh well, she missed out on a tip. I base my tips on good common sense and excellent customer service. Neither applied in this scenario. On a positive note, I had encountered another billing issue the night before which Ricardo explained to me thoroughly with sincere apologies--he was awesome! I had this problem cleared up through my casino host this morning. I don't recommend eating here if you are in a hurry or need quick response time. You won't get it, especially at peak times. Get breakfast at buffet instead-much faster.

Was there for dinner. I was famished. Tried the burger with fries but wasn’t enough. Had to finish with a dessert. In this case, I chose the cheesecake. Everything tasted pretty decent, including the cheesecake. The burger was supposed to be medium rare and turned out ir was medium, but I did enjoy everything. A bit pricey (30 dollars a meal without a beverage), and they are no longer making milkshakes (despite the advertising in the hotel’s tv channel)...

I got the breakfast burrito from here when it was still Roxy’s and oddly enough, I kid you not, it was one of the best items I’ve ever ordered from any restaurant. I don’t know why. I don’t know what it was but I absolutely loved it. I haven’t gotten anything else from here but the atmosphere and that burrito alone left me with no reason to leave anything less than a 5 star. Although this was about 5ish years ago. I still think about that burrito lol.

It was affordable but checking in and out the wait time was too long. Checking in I stood in line at least 35-40 minutes. I was trying to check out at 3:05 am because my shuttle bus would be at the hotel at 3:30am I had to say excuse me and leave the keycard with front desk. There were no brochures/information to tell you what the hotel had to offer. My last night there a guest told me what R stood for in the elevator. That is the floor with different shops, fitness room and more restaurants. The room was just okay to me. I had no fridge or microwave. I had called in advance about shuttle bus service, I was told the hotel didn't have a shuttle service but they failed to inform me that there is an outside shuttle service available that was really affordable and stops at most of the hotels in the area. I had lunch at the PT's Wings & Sports the food and the staff was great!!! We were going to have a late breakfast at the Strat Cafe' we were waiting in line and a couple leaving said not to waste our time the food wasn't good the staff was rude! There was another couple behind us and we all left after hearing that review.

Listen. Their food is good, but the REAL star is their water. This isn’t even a joke. I have never had more crisp and refreshing water ANYWHERE. I’m literally craving a glass. I ate here 4 days in a row, and drank their water (at least 3 cups with each meal) and each cup was a piece of heaven. Hands down, best water in the world. But yeah their food is good too, fair for the price. *it HAS to come from the metal pitcher

I've visited Strat Cafe when visiting Las Vegas, Nevada for my first time in life on January 21, 2022. I ordered Chicken quesadila in addition to Western Burger with request of well-done. My drink being Raspberry Iced Tea. I traveled from Sacramento, California for my cousin's birthday. The food was awesome and I loved seeing the staff immediately cleaning tables as guests left, so they have room for new guests which not one time did I see a long waiting line, thanks to these great and fast workers. My awesome server was Connie P. who also checked in a timely manner if I was doing well.

On our first day we were up at 3am due to not being used to the time difference. The Strat cafe was open and offering breakfast. I had an American breakfast which was amazing. My wife went for the breakfast burrito which she still says is the best thing she ate in Las Vegas. It must of been THAT good. Would definitely recommend if you are in the hotel or casino for a quick bite.

The food quality is overall decent. However, the service was terribly slow and quite rude as well. The waiting in line to get into the restaurant is 5 minutes at minimum, usually it’s 30 minutes. After you’re seated by the waitress, a server takes another minimum of 5 minutes to get to you. Today, I waited a whopping 40 minutes just for the server to take my order. Also, neither the servers nor waitress informs you that tip is included in the bill, so don’t pay extra for tip if you wish not to. My overall experience is great because the food is quite good BUT this restaurant is extremely SLOW and the service is BAD. P.S: Instead of entering your pin for debit or credit cards, you have to bring your ID.

Food was absolutely delicious. My fiance and I split the Hawaiian burger and some fries and it was more than enough for us both. Had to wait for the check (after asking twice) for ~20 minutes though and my fiance had to ask twice for his coffee, which finally came at the end of our meal. 5/5 food, 3/5 service. Restaurant only had about 13 diners, myself and my fiance included. I could understand slowness of service if they were super busy but they weren't. Love the chairs and retro look of the place, and the music is pretty great too.

We waited in line for about 10 minutes to be seated and it wasn't because they were full. We then waited another 10 minutes at least to get our drinks. We ordered veggie spring rolls & entrees. The veggie spring rolls took almost 30 minutes to come out and then our food another 15-20 minutes after that. I will say that our food tasted really good but the time it took us to get food and drinks was just insane. If you do go there I would recommend the beef fried rice and the orange chicken. Very tasty and good portions for what you pay. Roberto, a manager, was very attentive and kept checking on us, so that helped.

The food was basic and acceptable. There was a bit of a wait in line, but that's to be expected since it was breakfast time in a Saturday morning. The food came reasonably quickly. Only about a 10 to 15 minute wait. Once they drop off your food, don't expect them to stop back by to see it you need anything. You've got to stop them if you would like refills or anything else. The price was slightly high for basic breakfast food. Would I eat here again? Probably.

My wife and I, along with another couple visited the Stratosphere last September. We stopped for lunch here. The other couple both ordered the Turkey club sandwich, and I had the beef dip sandwich. It was with out a doubt the best beef dip sandwich I have ever eaten. The other couple raved about there sandwiches too. The service was fine. We were well looked after.

Don't let the negative reviews discourage you from dining at the Strat Café. The food is delicious and the servers are friendly. If you go at the peak times, you will experience a wait. ( Just like any restaurant ). And if you do find yourself waiting a bit, believe me it will be worth it as the food is amazing. I recommend trying dishes from the wok. The best Asian food I have ever had! I am a local and I have been to many cafe's in town and the Strat is top notch!!

Honestly, the wait was long to be seated, the coffee was terrible and my hashbrowns weren't even a golden brown. They were cold and mushy. My Omelette was delicious though. The food came out fast and other than the surly lady who sat me, the waitress was super sweet. I probably wouldn't come back unless it was my only option.

Awesome place! The food was delicious, and the service was great. I happened to visit once on my birthday, and a man working at that time sung to me as he happened to be doing karaoke. He had a sweet voice! I hope to go back there someday, as it was one of the highlights of my trip to Vegas.

We stayed at the Stratosphere Aug 20-27, 2016, and probably most meals during the week we ate here. The base prices are frankly not that off of Denny's, and even better with the discount getting the players card from the casino. All of our servers were very friendly, as was the greeter (who is there full time as told me when we kept seeing her.). With atmosphere, open 24 hours and the live singing waiters, I actually commented that I liked it better then Denny's! The food was good, with the one exception one day when eggs came cooked in butter. There was also an incident with the food & beverage manager and a waiter going at it, and the manager telling him to go home. But the place was always clean, lively and available, so again it was our most frequented restaurant for our week there. Almost forgot, we had the desserts one night, and they were huge!

We came from Cleveland ohio! The service was terrible, food and all! First off the waitress came to our table very abruptly and rude. She took the drink orders and came with the wrong drinks. She has no customer service skills at all. She was not attentive at all. My boyfriend's coffee was cold it tasted burnt, my Niece want to change her order, she gave my Niece a bad look, like she was upset because she change her mind. My boyfriend and I had burgers, she asked him for cheese choice and not me. I asked her why she did not give me and option, she said I told her cheddar. I never told her anything she had assumed. Ok food came fries was not appetizing at all, portion was small and they tasted like the freezer. My Nieces did enjoy their fajitas( I have to give them that!). Ok the bill comes!!!! She put everything on one check. Never asked how the bill was getting split. She brings the bill I told her it was separate checks, she had an attitude, do you hear me attitude! Then she tells me, ok I will be back and can I mark down it was getting divided. Instead of her asking us to tell her, she put us to work. How rude of her!!!! We here another table fussing at her fir wring charges and messing up their bill. Smh. To top it off, when she was at our table to distribute our checks to us, a customer came by and told her,"F$#% you Bi%:#!" That was rude of the Customer but she was not Customer orient at all. We will never come to this restaurant again. Poor poor service!!!! Good morning, just a quick follow up, We did try the cafe' again and the experience was a whole lot better. Nancy(graveyard Shift manager) was very attentive and concerned about bad experience we had the first time. She ensured me we will not have to worry about having a bad experience again. She is someone who cares, thank you Nancy. From speaking with her on the the phone, I can tell that she cares about the well being of Customers. Food was hot and Great! Ingrid was an outstanding Server. Thank you Strat Cafe', we will be back! Thank You

The server took a while to come see me after I was seated. Then once she came to me, it took forever for me to even get my drink, and longer to receive my food. Once I received my food, my server never came back to check on me to see if I needed a refill or anything. Then you get these places who think u are supposed to tip just because it's a service job, but no one provides service these days.

I am a chef and I am picky. I have been to several restaurants around Vegas and this surprised me as one of the best rib eye steaks I have had in a long time. Cooked perfect with great flavors and more tender than you would expect from a $20 steak. I have had potstickers at 4 different places between AZ and NV and the ones here knocked my socks off. I definitely misjudged this place thinking it would be average. Excellent quality for a very modest price.

I have been eating dinner the last three days and it was good. Mitchell was the best waiter I ever had, I love his facial hair. The drink lady was nice and attentious. Randy has the best haircut I've ever seen and he seems to be having so much fun conversing with patrons. If you order Sierra mist, they often mistake it for water and don't charge for it. I told them twice and it still happens lul. Food is on fire just like California.

While there can be a wait depending on the hour of the day you choose to visit, their food quality and service are quite all right. Their breakfast is standard fare with good portion sizes, and they have a reasonable selection to choose from. Most of their wok items are good too, and we would recommend giving them a try. While their service is pleasant enough albeit nothing to write home about, the one exception (in a good way) is Alejandra (a.k.a. Alex): courteous, brisk (without being rude) and efficient. She was our server a few times, and it was always a pleasure to have her at our table (thank you, Alex). The Strat Cafe and Wok offers a convenient and reasonably-priced dining option, for guests staying at the Strat Hotel or milling around on the casino floor.

As a vegan I appreciate that they offer a vegan burger, and it was certainly great looking. The problem was that it was made with "buns" top and bottom made of slabs of iceberg lettuce. How do you even bite into something like that? I ended up eating it with a fork, but it certainly was not great. The burger patty was vegan (Beyond Beef I believe), but it was awful. The one good thing was the service. Other than that there was no way I would recommend any vegan eating there. My wife on the other hand had a Chinese noodle dish with veggies, and she liked it.

Descent food, busy busy, great theme design that makes you feel like you are in a real diner that you see on movies from the 50s, prices are a little too much when service could be much better , no refills, saw 1 lady who got our drinks, then 15 mins later our waiter took our order, then 15 mins later had our food, didn't come back til someone else cleared our table for him to take our payment. Not for quiet or private parties, but still damn good cinnamon roll French toast , but they are huge! I recommend sharing !

My friend and I stayed at Stratosphere for a week and we ate here at least once a day for our entire trip. The service is super fast, the staff are really friendly and the food is SOOO GOOOD. Everything is super reasonably priced and the 50's atmosphere is fun and bubbly, and who can say no to $5 breakfast cocktails? We didn't have a single bad experience here for the duration of our trip. Definitely dropping in the next time we visit Vegas.

Roxy's diner. I was seated at 5:10. At 5:17 someone finally greeted me and asked me if anyone had taken my drink order. I said no and asked for a glass of water. It took another 3 minutes to receive that water. At 5:30 the server came to take my food order. My salad was delivered at 5:38. My sandwich came at 5:43. 33 minutes from sitting down to delivery of my order. I ran out of water at 5:47. At 5:48 the server came to the table right next to me to give them the check my water was sitting empty and he never even looked over at me. Another hostess passed by my table at 5:54 and looked over at me but never ask me if I needed a refill. At this point I have already finished half of my sandwich but the other half remains getting cold while I wait for water. At 5:57 the server asked me if I wanted my check still not noticing the empty cup of water in front of me! On a more positive note the food was delicious and I highly recommend the Monterey Chicken sandwich. I finished my meal at 6:00pm and a busser came and cleared my table. He brought the check at 6:10. Total time for a sandwich and fries... 1 hour.

Not to mention extremely affordable, which is rare in vegas! Also, did i mention the staff can sing! Ike sang *Georgia" and it was the most beautiful thing i had ever heard. And Cindy and Bugsy also performed and they were extremely talented as well! My only regret was waiting to eat there at the end of our trip. This place is amazing!

If you want one of the The best Frensh Toast, Buffalo Wings, or so.e of their Asian flavored offerings now you have a place to go to in the Stratosphere hotel and casino. A must try! Friendly and professional staff Strat Cafe is available for any craving around the clock. Our favorite waitress Kristle very nice. Highly recommend this place
