Wow!!! This place just set a new bar for all the Red Lobsters out there. Easy access parking. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Wide selection on the menu with great specials. Food was fresh, well seasoned and overall Fantastic. The best Red Lobster restaurant we've visited. Highly recommend this specific location.

First time at red lobster and I have to say I was very impressed. Especially by the biscuits. They were so crispy on the outside and warm and delightful on the inside. They had a cheese and garlic flavor. I was craving seafood and wanted a little bit of everything. My cravings were satisfied.

Food was pretty good, biscuits were fluffy like normal. The issue we had was the air conditioning was not working on the side we were sat in. I could see the servers talking to each other and putting there hand out to check for any breeze under the vent but still seated customers on that side. We quickly ate our food, paid and then left not really getting to enjoy our food.

Lunch for thanksgiving today was amazing Razhan our waiter was perfect he was super polite and very nice great waiter and Terri the receptionist who took our reservation for today on Tuesday was so pleasant over the phone to talk to and she was super super nice I appreciate it everything today was delicious and we had the best time that bloody marry was so delicious too ill definitely be coming back for another one ..........

I wanted to try the Friday fish and chip special today. I have visited several Red Lobsters in the past few months but this one on Flamingo Rd offered the friendliest customer service and the food was great. Deanna, my server, was professional and courteous. From the moment I walked in the hostess seated me immediately and was very welcoming. I started with a bowl of clam chowder. I assume it's canned and not the homemade version from years ago and for some reason it is never served hot, but only 2 degrees above room temp. The fish and chips were hot and filling. The coleslaw was delicious. I really enjoyed my meal and look forward to visiting this particular Red Lobster again. I also enjoyed a Malibu Hurricane. I recommend only one unless you have a designated driver.

I was craving for a big lobster from the tank but they were out of it, just 1lb1/4 so I tried their Lobster Dream plate and it was marvelous. At $43 this is the most expensive one person meal of their menu but it is a VERY GOOD value for what you get.

Haven’t been here in a long time and my husband has never been so we decided to try it out. Was open till 10 and close by, we are late eaters. We both thought the service was awesome. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly, never too far. We ordered the lobster bisque, clam chowder and the seafood artichoke dip for our appetisers. For our entrees we got the salmon with scallops and shrimp and then a sirloin with baked potato/broccoli. The food went from not so good to better. The appetisers were very salty and the dip was not too great, definitely had better. The entrees were way more enjoyable but the breaded shrimp is just a waste. I should’ve realised it was breaded and asked for it not to be. I just picked all the breading off and it really was a lot especially in comparison to the shrimp meat. My husband ordered his steak and sides with no salt just to avoid the possibility of it being too salty like the appetisers. If it were service we’d come back but for the food probably never again.

It was my first time eating at a Red Lobster restaurant, so I was kind of excited to see the menu. As we walked in we were greeted by reception in a very friendly and professional manner. I forgot his name but he was really polite, All the staff were very polite and courteous, the atmosphere was relaxing and natural, Rhonda our server was GREAT!!!She refilled my drink and I wasn't even done with the first!🙌🏼 She was very courteous and polite as well as knowledgeable about the menu. They set a great impression for a first timer such as myself and I will return!

While I've never eaten there it looks... Like a Red Lobster inside. The people are nice and the drinks are ok. I just go there for the cheddar biscuits to go with my meal whenever I cook seafood at home... Because I can't bake😔 ...so my score here is must be taken with a grain of salt. My wife and I came here because I haven't eaten for years. Saw their deal for steak and Lobster deal for $19.99. 7 Oz steak and Lobster tail with 2 sides. Chocolate wave dessert was very delicious! The service here was great. We will come here again when we feel for surf and turf

One of the better Red Lobster in any state! Service was impeccable and the food quality and taste was delicious. Decor of this restaurant was beautiful and immaculate. Cocktails were a perfect combination of liquor and mixes, not too strong or too weak. Highly recommend!

On my birthday I came here. My server was named Razhan (I hope I spelled his name right )he was so sweet and attentive. He even took it upon himself to bring me out a huge ice cream cup with Chocolate and caramel drizzle stuck a candle in there lit it up and personally sang happy birthday to me. After that all the other customers that were eating all starting singing as well what a wonderful environment. 5 stars ⭐️ Great Job Razhan

Little off from the strip. But the food was very good and the service is better than many other red lobster locations. There were two three options for the catch of the day, I went with the lobster it was great. My friend had the salmon and the shrimps it was also good. The only downside was the starter roasted mushrooms with seafood. There was too much cheese and the shrimp inside was smelling little, might be frozen. But except that I enjoyed my visit and will return again.

We had the make your own holiday trio, the scallops were cooked to perfection and the ultimate Brussel sprouts were delicious! And to top it all off our waitress whom I did not get her name but she was very tentive and had a great personality!

The food is delicious. The serving sizes are questionable as we weren't given a full cup of soup with our 4 course feast. We also weren't given the option of our dessert with our meal that used to be available. The manager was happy enough to rectify our soup complaint.

I had Dungnes crab, didn't know they were soo small because when I go Baltimore down to the wharf I always get the king crab, blue not pink and I get the whole crab not just the legs. Natalie was a good attentive waitress. I deliver seafood from Seattle to Massachusetts and from Massachusetts to California and have eaten seafood right out of the oceans and gone to top notch restaurants specializing in seafood all along the Pacific and Atlantic coasts. My Wife and I are also avid fishermen/fisherwomen. The best part was the stuffed mushrooms nice and flavorful. My Wife liked her crab legs eventhough they were kept too long in the water, probably yesterday's crab legs that were re cooled since they didn't get served the day before. Rainbow trout fillets were thin. Hostess sat all people of color in dim lit area, I still left a generous cash tip. Been there done that, won't eat there again, too many 4 and 5 star restaurants in town where if I'm going to spend money I want large portions and no dim lighting booth by the bar. Now I understand why that particular Red Lobster restaurant shut down; 1. Hostess not seating customers in well lit areas 1st, and 2. Small portions.

Red Lobster, I understand economy however, With the size of my family, and your portion to price ratio, I feel we will not be returning. Amazing. First time at red lobster and it was awesome. All the food was great, we had hot and fresh cheddar butter biscuits, lobster stuffed mushrooms, lobster bisque, lobster baked potato, shrimp and lobster roll, scallops, shrimp scampi, coconut shrimp, and the lobster mac and cheese. Im from new england and this surpassed my expectations by a mile. Everything was on point. Our service was amazing, Raul took great care of us and was an attentive and friendly waiter. 11/10

Host was polite an laughed at my corny jokes. Went to dine with family as a goodbye dinner for my relative before they moved away. Waiter was really friendly and on top of drinks, food, and last min changes of side condiments. The Lobster has gotten better. The salads have healthier leaves now, their blue cheese dressing has always been the best, there are new menu items, like lobster tacos and several beer specials. The crab legs were great, but only some pieces. About half of the plate had older (soggier, not snappy) crab legs. The clam strips were not crunchy on the breading. The service was spotty, slow and confused, even though they tried to please us.

Delicious!!!!! Lobsterfest :) We order to go as we have two babies so its hard to sit at a restaurant. When we arrived home we noticed they made a slight mistake on the order. They change their menu a lot, which we found during this last stop in to be a good thing. The location on Eastern has always had, and continues to have, the best wait staff. They are on their game. The lobster was perfect and the biscuits were amazing as always. Their prices seem to have stabilized since their ownership change a few years back...most dinners are in the twenty some dollar range with the ones that are higher including premium seafood, as in lobster. Enjoy! The food truly was delicious.

Probably the best red lobster meal I've ever had! I've been to many red lobster restaurants before and this one was great! Tonya, our waitress, was kind and very attentive. The food was all perfectly cooked and fresh. We were there on a Thursday night so it wasn't busy at all. I'm sure that factored into it a little as well, but quality food and service is quality food and service!

Pretty restaurant but the coleslaw turned and tasted terrible. I let the waitress know and she took it back but no adjustment on our bill that I knew of or any offer of something else. She was nice though. There are 3 things on a fish and chips plate. The fries and fish were good but I still can't get past that taste of the slaw. Someone could get sick if they ate it.

Food was ok, I think management should pay attention to sanitary aspects of the place. Tables have smells on it and looks unclean with food stains. Table lights have dusty particles flowing around every now and then.

Pretty good. Almost 5 stars but the clam chowder isn't as good as it used to be. Prices are decent for the food and I like to go at least once a year. The coconut shrimp are addictive with that sauce. Crab legs were good. Pasta sometimes overcooked maybe avoid those.

Oscar was the initial bartender when I arrived and he took my food order and drink order and was so professional and respectful. He mentioned that he was new, so he apologized if he didn't know exactly everything, but I appreciated that so much!!!! We've all been at a job that we're new to, and the fact that he was as amazing as he was, being new, was insane!!!! Red Lobster is very lucky to have this guy working for them, because he gave me absolutely AMAZING customer service, and I am in the Las Vegas hospitality occupation. I know how it should be done, and Oscar DID IT!

First time trying Red Lobster and I was overall very satisfied. The snow crab was good. The spicy honey shrimp was ok. Just needed a little more sauce. The Alaskan Salmon was ok as well, just was a little dry. The cole slaw, baked potato,and brussel sprouts were SO AMAZING. First time having brussel sprouts and I loved them. They were so soft and juicy. Will definitely come again and try more dishes

Staff was very friendly. Tanya was our server and she was very nice. Food was great as always. Haven't dined in for almost 2 years due to the pandemic. Restaurant was great about masks and social distancing. Felt very comfortable and we had our own corner. I was a little surprised about the change to the menu. Always got the big Lobster tail for the occasion and it's not on the menu by itself anymore. It comes as a combo with other items. But I guess it was time for a change. Did the surf and turf and it was great. Can't wait to go back.

Whenever I'm in the mood for some tasty seafood and lobster 🦞 to be specific, Red Lobster is my place to go, the variety of drinks helps too, the service is always right with friendly staff, no complaints whatsoever, the location on eastern Ave and flamingo Rd is quiet and cozy at the same time, although it can be pricey, the service & food are both worth it 💜

There are advantages to taking the road less traveled: when Red Lobster's app was showing 10+ minute wait time for all of their other local shops, this location seated us immediately. Restaurant was tidy and restful -- no loud music. Food was perfectly prepared, came up fast, and our server Austin was fantastic. My first visit to Red Lobster since well before Covid, it was most definitely worth waiting for. Three teenagers two adults celebrating my granddaughter‘s 15th birthday they were kind enough to let us have two tables within view of each other one for the teenagers the other for the adults. The service was wonderful the food superb and drinks were beautiful and refreshing (berry sangria). I spoke with the manager before leaving to thank her for making the close of our beautiful day perfect.

I felt super rushed. I wanted to sit and have a nice dinner after a rough day, and I left irritated. The waitress had me in and out in just over 30 minutes. She asked me with my mouth full if I was going to want anything else. I was so aggravated I said, with my mouth full, "just the check!" They were dead. The last two years we go to Las Vegas about every well at least two times a month we always try to stop here at least once a month however unfortunately the last time we were there someone had driven into the side of the building and they had it the whole place roped off and it was closed but we'll go back again definitely the food is good they have lunch specials the service was very good and the servers were very nice and professional and the food came relatively fast

My Family & I visit this location often & usually we receive the standard customer service. (Which is nice no complaints) However, tonight’s experience was one like no other. My Family & I sat in a new waiters section, he was a new face & his name was Razan. He took our orders with out a notepad or ticket & got it down perfectly. Our every request was taken & delivered down to the T. Not only was this waiter prompt & professional but he was also friendly & welcoming.. which is rare to find now & days. (Especially in customer service) Throughout our time waiting for our orders to arrive the Manager came to our table & personally greeted us all & assured we had already been acknowledged. She herself was also very friendly & had great positive energy to offer. I can confidently say that my family & I will be coming here more often due to tonight’s experience. I can't sat enough about how delicious everything was. I'm happy. I first visited the 570 Marks location and it was horrible... Really the worst. They should take a serious look at either closing the Marks location or revamping the entire staff there because are not even close to the great standards Red Lobster is known for. Hey, Red Lobster management... If you need a quality person to get this place together, let me know. Atmosphere is a little creepy but other than that it's a pretty good restaurant. The waitstaff is very nice and friendly. They're very helpful. Our super nice waiter boxed and bagged our leftovers. Hadn't been there in a while so I'm unsure as to whether or not that's something new they're doing but I like it. They only lost one star because of the creepy factor 10 going on in there.

We ordered crabs legs, coconut shrimp, bay scallops and side orders. The crabs legs were delicious. The brussel sprouts were very good. However, the bay scallops weren't up to par. The shrimp was just okay. The reason we gave this restaurant 5 stars was because of our waitress. Tanya was the best server we have ever had. The kitchen made some errors and Tanya went out if her way to take care of the situation. When we go there next time we will ask for Tanya.

We had a group of 5, which is difficult, because for some ridiculous reason, 4 is the most that can be at a table in Nevada. So, for my Father in law's 91st Birthday, he, his wife, and 1 daughter sat at 1 table, and my Wife and I at another. We were near each other, but couldn't be at the table next to them, it had to stay empty. Regardless of the silly rules imposed by the Governor, we had a very nice time, the service was excellent, as was the food. All of the staff was helpful, friendly, and fun. Again, it is not Red Lobster's fault regarding the seating rules, they accommodated us well. It just seems odd, that i can get on a jet, with every tiny seat taken, by people I don't know, but, I can't sit at a table with my family, if there are more than 4 of us. Seems silly to me

The food wasn't great and it should have been for there price. Service was mediocre at best. We left a good tip because it's considered bad manners when you don't. With that being said why are we expected to give stop if we don't get good service. Recommendation was 15 percent which was 13. dollars. He came to our table twice. We even paid the ticket on the table thing they have because he never came back even to get the check. So what exactly is the tip for? The food? Not the service. I find it crazy we are expected to leave a tip when it is supposed to be the here to work for the tip.

Went on a Saturday night, had to wait about 45 minutes (pretty understandable considering it was the middle of dinnertime) and they escorted us to our booth. Our waitress was extremely pleasant and we had a great conversation with her, she took our order and even got us some of their amazing cheddar biscuits! She was checking on us frequently and made sure we were still doing good (quite a feat considering how many other tables she must have had), and our food came out in a good amount of time and was absolutely amazing! They must save their best chef for weekends because I've been to red lobster before and it was not as good as this time, just absolutely stellar lobster. Overall, the service was great, we didn't feel rushed to leave once we finished eating, our waitress checked up on us regularly, and the food was great and definitely worth the price. Great experience and I look forward to coming back again

My first time having red lobster in years and I wasn't all that impressed. The location was nice and service was impeccable which is why I give 3 stars. The quality of the food could have definitely been a bit better for the type of place it is. I got a drink, appetizer, and main course. I ended up giving the left overs to a homeless man sitting outside of the restaurant as he would seem to enjoy it more than me. Go for the service but leave because of the food.

Little parking. Long wait to get a table so we sat at the bar. We could smell the drains which is pretty gross. The bartender was quick and effective. We ate lots of biscuits. Service was great, food was worth the wait. However, I may have to go to another location next time, due to the homeless individuals who are sitting outside on the benches in front of the restaurant. You can see them through the window and at times they look in as you're eating. The parking lot smells like urine and funk. If you can get pass all that. I had a great time with my wife for her birthday, the food was delicious and are waiter was super. It was very clean; it didn't smell fishy even though it's a seafood restaurant. It has ample amount of parking, and even has an outside patio where you can take your drinks but you can't go off the patio with your drinks. I recommend you take a loved one or the whole entire family you will be accommodated and comfortable and have a great time.

I went by myself. Enjoyed the food service and atmosphere. I started with cheddar bay biscuits ordered Caesar salad Lobster Pizza shrimp scampi and some kind of mashed potatoes when some kind of lobster gravy. Food was pretty good my meal had WAY to much butter poured over the entire plate not just on my lobster..the issue was I ordered a double neat and the bartender shook it on ice and poured it into a martini glass.. I explained to my server that neat is no rocks not chilled just the shots in a rocks glass... He came back with the new drink but it was the same chilled drink just poured into a rocks glass as if I wouldn't notice! I was pretty annoyed! I suggest if you want a drink with your meal you may need to go babysit both the bartender and server to insure you get what you asked for and paid for!!!

Edited: It took a couple of weeks, but someone from Red Lobster actually took the time to get back to me and actually offered me a gift card for my bad experience. Initially I'd of been content with an apology as I know stuff happens. It was more the lack of response that upset me. The fact that someone reached out and tried to make things right goes a long way with me and giving them a second chance. Thanks for reaching out Red Lobster. I would strongly suggest not ordering delivery from the Flamingo Red Lobster. We received our dinner with no bread , no dressing for the salads and the Maine lobster tail was dry , flavorless and chewy. I honestly do not think this had anything to do with the delivery service as all bags were sealed by the restaurant, so the driver could only deliver what was given. Now I understand things happen and I don't usually write a place off for one bad experience , but in this case I reached out to the store twice and was ignored both times. On a third attempt I sent a general email expressing my experience to which I finally got a reply. It instructed me to do what I did in the previous two emails ....SMH ! Great customer service Red Lobster. Excellent way to lose a customer for life.

I went to lunch with my family on Saturday, to avoid the Sunday, Mother's Day , rush. I called ahead for seating for a party of 14. When we arrived, the hostess said that they were not able to accommodate us seating together but would be to seat us next to each other. We noticed that another table was finishing up and we asked if we could move our seating to sit together They did everything to do that and we did sit together. Both our servers were exceptionally friendly . I've been to a Red Lobster at different location. This was not my first choice for lunch. However, It was my mother's choice . She insisted on this location . I'm not the biggest salmon fan but the salmon,, lobster and shrimp dinner looked inviting . The picture looked great but sometimes it's never the same . When it arrived, it looked fantastic! It tasted even better ! All the appetizers were really good, the bread stuffed mushrooms, artichoke dip and clam chowder were great. I normally would never post a comment like this. Thank you, Red Lobster, for such a great staff, exceptional food and a great memory for us!

Update: Came back, food was decent, lots of dishes were over salted. Maybe because it was so busy...service was subpar, water refills had to be asked for. This location was a little dated but we had an excellent server (Blk gentleman with longer hair) that made a 4 star dining experience a 5 star. Food was good as it usually is expected. Have not had a bad experience at a Red Lobster in at least 5 states I have dined. Will be back.

My first time here. I got steak + shrimp skewer + mashed potatoes + broccoli. My meal was very tasty. Server was very slow in refills and overall service felt like we were waiting a lot of the time. My boyfriend got crab legs (he is an avid crab leg lover) and hated his meal. Very soggy and tasted old. Wait time was okay. Host was very sweet and kind!

I don't think that I have ever had a bad experience at this or any other Red Lobster! And, my husband & I or my daughter & I or sometimes all of us, eat at this Red Lobster at least 4-6 times a year for the past 10 years. Depending on your arrival time, you may have a short wait for a table, but never more that 10 to 15 minutes. Servers are always professional, the food is always on point, and the atmosphere is cozy & welcoming. I like to try their seasonal dishes & new items, but my husband always gets the Stuffed Sole with mashed potatoes! I also love that mamy of their signature cocktails are available as virgin drinks.

All you can eat shrimp is a good deal but they don't give you a full menu. The menu shows like 6 dishes but the most popular like coconut shrimp is not on there. You can ask and get it but if you never been there you wouldn't know. The Nashville shrimp is really good. The biscuits are what there known for and it's for good reason. As always the good was on point. Connecting with family over seafood does the trick when everyone is from Baltimore and Vegas. The only thing that made me drop it a star was my table was wobbly at first, so wobbly that we had to tell the hostess while the server was TELLING us that tables BEEN broke. So after our initial 30 minute wait, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes to add 2 seats. The waiters couldn't organize who was serving the table away from us so that was annoying. The food came on time and as ordered except my mother got her second beverage at close to the end of our meal because the server forgot and i never got my desert with my 3 course meal.

A few rare times, at this location my partner and I experienced front end staff grouping together and basically "hanging out", and treating customers as if they were an interruption to their work. However, my most recent visit in early Feb. 2018 they service was superb, all staff was attentive and appeared hard working. Food was excellent and prepared exactly as ordered. I recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back. Also, it's not too far from the Strip, an Uber or Lyft would be recommended if visiting and or car-less.

These are some of the most caring individuals that make sure you are well taken care of and will go out of there way. When was the last time as your getting ready to leave the staff asked you to wait a minute and they would bring you a drink (lemonade) to take with you. Never !

Full disclosure: I worked for this company for several years in a few positions (sever, bartender,service professional). I’ve been fortunate to be employed by some amazing restaurants (corporate/private and steak and seafood places) and I can say without a doubt that this place is ran exceptionally well. The kitchen is beyond immaculate, the freshness standards are second to none and the general manger is a total beast. She works harder than everyone and has been there longer. I can’t say enough nice things about Julie and her management team. The food is great. You can’t go wrong asking for Razhan, Rhonda or Jesus for a great experience and Nashima and Tonya at the bar are awesome.

It's been a long time since I've been to a Red Lobster. Lobster fest was happening and I ordered a trio of grilled shrimp, lobster and salmon. The lobster tail was an over cooked, rubber joke of a 3‐4" tail. The shrimp was just barely over cooked but the salmon was amazing! I truely wish I couldve ordered 3x the amount.

I placed an online order to go and I was very satisfied with my service! The manager called me in advance to notify me that they were out of Romaine lettuce (due to the salmonella outbreak). He offered alternative side dishes. Once my order was ready he also called to notify me. Although my desert was forgotten in my bag, I went back to retrieve it. Upon returning, a staff member was kind enough to offer me a $10 gift card for the inconvenience. This was by far one of my best experiences while dining in Vegas.

Had to stop by for the endless shrimp promotion. It lasts till November! Catch it while you can. First off, the service was impeccable, our waitress Ramona made sure we had everything we could possibly need. The shrimp indeed did keep coming. She made sure we were not needing anything during our meal. The shrimp offered was grilled shrimp, shrimp scampi, shrimp linguini Alfredo, fried shrimp, crunchy fiesta shrimp, and sesame-ginger grilled shrimp. It was endless Monday shrimp and only $15 for all of the shrimp we could eat. The meal included a side salad and 2 sides. And of course, the Red Lobster favorite, their delicious biscuits. Overall, I will come back again! Wonderful ambience and delicious food.

I do love red lobster. But out of all the ones I have been to and since I do travel a lot for work. Well, it has been a lot of them. This one did not impress at all. The service was not as excellent as it should have been. It was slow, and the food portions were smaller then they should have been. The food itself did not taste bad, but it was not good either like other red lobsters. I will try to avoid this particular red lobster in the future.

A great place to go for fresh or frozen fish, shrimp and lobster all reasonably priced. I go to the one at Flamingo and Eastern. Pick out your lobster and they will get it ready for you the way you want. The service is excellent and the menu has a considerable amount of dishes including chicken and steak.
