The girl at the counter was fabulous! Helpful and polite. The facility is clean. I love that it is open until 1am. However, I MISS the old Pizza Hut where water was free and there were salad bars and a cozier dining setting.

I walk in to pizza hut put in my order and out within 15 minutes. And they always bring it to me. The young lady who was working the front was cheerful and very quick about getting orders in and getting all orders out when ready. They need more staff like her.

Pizza Hut has changed so much from years ago, when dining in was the popular option. Remember the salad bars they had? You might not, but I do- and I miss them. One thing that hasn't changed is that they have good pizza. We order from this place about once a week. They offer delivery or carryout and it's quick- about 15 minutes for pick up.

How does one explain, bleh? Welp, let's give it a shot. I placed my order online 45 minutes before pick up. It was a nice day so I figured I'd venture out and get it myself on my lunch break. When I arrived at the dreary store and was greeted by the sour faced young lady working the counter, she informed me that she didn't have my order. No problem, I foolishly thought. I simply want a large pepperoni and mushroom. "Pepperoni?", she asked. "Yes. Pepperoni AND mushroom, regular crust." She rings it up, and hands the receipt. "Uhm, excuse me. I'd like mushrooms on it." I said. "Oh! You didn't say that!" She said obviously irritated. She rings it up and hands me the receipt for a MEDIUM MUSHROOM PIZZA. Maybe I wasn't very clear with my request. "I'm sorry. May I please have a large pepperoni AND mushroom pizza with a traditional crust? Just a large pepperoni AND mushroom." I said returning her irritation. She then began to power punch the register keys. I received a receipt for what I requested and paid the $22. 40 minutes later and a lunch break that was almost over, I received my hot pizza and was out the door.

5 star experience from start to finish. I used the app to order, which was user friendly and convenient (my favorite way to order is through an app). I liked that I was able to pay through the app and include a driver tip. I was only quoted a 25 minute time frame from order placement to delivery and the time table was 100% accurate. I loved being able to track my pizza while it was being made, baked, done and out for delivery! pizza was made exactly as requested and delicious

These guys rock! Obviously we all have different experiences but mines was great! They actually called me to let me know that they couldn’t deliver my food but they will provide a door dash and they wanted to verify my apartment which I didn’t have because I live in a house. Either way it was nice that they called to verify, I didn’t get the women’s name but she’s doing a good job here I really appreciate all the hard work to you and the team. Food tasted really delicious and it was quick service which was awesome because I was HUNGRY!

From all most of my experiences the food is good here. Staff might be a little unprofessional but they get down with the cooking at least. Sucks to hear not everyone has had the same experience as I've been coming to this location for 20+ years

So so Good No complaints I did go to the location and watched 5 delivery drivers Clock constant Good Money. I hope everyone Tipped these guys 2 females 3 males made over 3 trips each in less than 40 minutes and as soon as My Pizza was ready I Had a whole Epiphany (🎶) Everybody's Happy Because of this. Art called Pizza 🍕 For real no lie I don't like pizza I get heart burn. So I was already hasten My First and Last Pizza This 2020 🎊

1/2020 Decided to order again tonight. Only two pizzas. Took a while for someone to answer the phone. Onion skin mixed with the red onion on my pizza. Quality control still is not there but it is better than the last time i ordered. Probably will be another year before i try again. 3/2019 The last few times I've ordered from here they forget items, never answer the phone. And once got a pizza that was nearly burnt. My husband had to drive to the store after having food delivered to get the rest of our order because no one answers. Last time we order from here.

The employee was not sure if the pizza was mine or belong to someone else he had to go to the back to find out if it was or not cause no ticket was left on who it belongs to had to open to be 100% sure. Pizza was delicious like always order was complete and pizza were hot

I order from this particular pizza hut often. Normally, we do delivery but we were in a bit of a time crunch and decided to do a carry out. My mom ordered the food and I went in for the pick up. I was not given a receipt and I walked out thinking I had my whole order, when I arrived home I realized I did not have it. And when I called them to see what can be done I was on hold for 20 mintues with no help at all.

Great pizza. Wait times aren't too bad for carryouts. 10 to 20 mins with the order put in online. Plus this location is one of few with tables to dine in that I've seen. In overall I had a good experience.

Great pizza! i love pizzahut best pizza out there great ingredients. Always great specials , i love the pizzahut rewards ordered yesterday and redeemed my point for a large any topping pizza. Its great since after awhile of being a customer atleast you get a pizza with point in your account. I never order threw the phone as in calls or whatever. I would recommend just using online website for best experience. Hardly messes up on your ingredients. Love it dominoes never does my shh right thats why they 2nd on the list xD but if you want your pizza nice and hot i also recommend to pick it up yourself. Especially if you live LESS then 10 min away .😉

The delivery young man was GREAT! He was so understanding and patient ... I ordered food for the guys at work and then forgot my purse at home...lol . The delivery young man waited till I figured it all out and finally I paid will a virtual card I screenshotted on my phone. Wonderful service!! Oh and the guy who took my order also, he was very accommodating when I wanted to have it delivered at a certain time. Customer service seems to be their strongest suit, not to mention great pizza!! Thank you pizza hut team, thank you!
