I will tell you, this location is way better than the Spring Mountain location. All the food tastes the same but they don't skimp out on the portions here. The bags are so full that you have so many leftovers the next day. This place is new so it's way cleaner. The bathroom is super clean but the place also doesn't smell. Spring Mountain location smells like eggs sometimes, you know that gross sulfur smell. Anyways, I hope this place stays consistent with portions and the atmosphere because it's our new go to spot. We'll even drive the extra time to come here even tho Spring Mountain is closer.

First time eating here. I heard this place was similar to The Boiling Crab and Hot and Juicy, so we decided to try it out. We were impressed. Everything we ate was tasty and delicious. I had some catfish and shrimp, while everyone else had the combo bag with mild spice. Everything tasted lovely and we will definitely be eating here again.

Pier 88 is a nice place for a date or a family outing. There is plenty of bench style tables as well as booths. The prices are reasonable and the servers are all professional and courteous. I enjoyed the fried oyster and shrimp basket which comes with a choice of regular, Cajun or sweet potato fries. The batter used is nice and light and perfectly fried in nice, clean oil. I even ordered additional fried oysters and a side of hush puppies. The cost was not shocking and I enjoyed my meal. I will definitely be back to have the fried oysters again and will also try some additional items from the menu.

Took my dad here for valentines day for lunch and surprisingly it wasn't busy. Thankfully! We ordered the broils cajin and the garlic and I added clams to mine and oh my lord!!!! The flavor was phenomenal!!! It was a perfect heat! Not to hot. Loved loved it! This place is brand new and it's a really chill place. Our server is amazing ask for Crystal! She is such a positive person.

Got the shrimp po'boy with sweet potato fries it was decent nothing super exciting about it. Slightly under seasoned and I typically like my fries crunchy. The decor was very fitting. The service by my waitress I hate to say horrible she never checked on me until I asked for my check. Another waiter who was working tables around me filled my drink and checked on me.

This was an amazing experience. From staffing to food it was great. From Louisiana and get seafood just about in every spot we visit and by far this is the best spot. We had Victor and he was great. A must go location. Will indeed come back.

I was finally able to go to Pier 88 for lunch. Victor was my server and he was awesome. I ordered the Fried Shrimp and Catfish Baskets and my friend had the Fried Calamari Rings Basket. Food was nice and hot when arrived to our booth. Food was so delicious and I can't wait to go back!

The first time here and the atmosphere was great, the music was for sure a vibe, the service was excellent and the food was pretty good. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes Seafood. And the prices are more reasonable and less expensive than other Boiling Seafood restaurants I've been to. Thank you Pier 88 I'll definitely be back 😊

Food is super good. I couldn't finish my food. King crab is pricey as hell. (Don't get the butter sauce; it's basic). The fried tilapia were way big. If you are hungry, you should come here.

I always go to the spring mountain location but since I saw this place opened closer to my friends house we came to give it a shot and I am delighted to say the customer service is great! My friend tried it for the first time and she loved it so much she wants to come back again. For those who are newcomers I recommend the clams with the 88 special. Ps. Ask for limes. You'll thank me. 😊

I would have given 5 stars. But, I used the bathroom and upon leaving. One of the cooks walked out of the bathroom with out washing his hands! I Immediately reported it to our server Rebecca! And she told the manager! The ask him to wash his hands. Our server Rebecca apologized again for that. We ordered our food and drinks. When the food arrived it was hot, fresh and delicious!😋 Rebecca was a great server! She saved the day with her excellent customer service! By the way it was a party of 15 ! It was the birthday boys choice were to eat! Everything turned out well! Thanks

Seriously I was not expecting it to taste so good because honestly restaurant food haven’t been the best experience lately but Pier88 understands flavors the boil was cooked to perfection, the corn is so sweet and not chewing like some places lol.. Pier 88 special sauce is the best I tried medium hot next time I’ll definitely get spicy. Tyese was our server. She was amazing very polite and very attentive she made sure that everything was to our standards. I will definitely be back the best part about this place I live less than five minutes away . They have earned themselves a regular. Oh yeah and seating was fast and seamless!

The music was great, food, cocktails, everything was great. The only reason they don't get the 5* is because they did not have crab cracker tools. She brought me scissors, which worked but as a semi new facility they should have those.

Good food. The seasoning sauce was a little too watery for me but when it was mentioned it to our server she had an idea to make it better and she did. I don't think it's as good as Hot and Juicy but because of location, price, and not being busy this is my Go To.

Pier 88, the food was outstanding delicious! Customer service, had it's ups and downs. Waitress could of explained out menu, but did not. We kinda felt forgotten. The young man and older gentlemen was very friendly n treated us n helped us quickly. Not our waitress. Over all I rate it 4 stars. Clean restrooms.

The decor was what I expected for a seafood restaurant. Portion size was good and plenty. The food was excellent. I ordered the cat fish with sweet potato fries. I enjoyed very much. The staff was pleasant. The prices are moderate. My family and I really enjoyed. Would love to visit again. I recommend highly if you love seafood.

I enjoy coming here when they open on Saturdays and sundays. My go to is a quick stop for a dozen oysters which are always absolutely fresh and delicious. It never fails. The staff is always quick, responsive, and willing to accommodate you. It has become my weekend ritual. I highly recommend this place to any one who enjoys seafood.

This location is really big. They played great music inside, it was a whole vibe. The food was really good. The service was great as well. I wish I took pictures of my food but I did not. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. It was very clean which is important.

My wife and I had steam bag that was $32 each. It came in a bag and a large pie tin. The presentation was meh. We got the 88 special sauce which is all of them put together and it was rather on the salty side. The seafood itself was cooked all right. My son enjoyed the fried catfish. He said he liked it but he preferred the hush puppies catfish more. For the price, presentation, and the saltyness doubt I'll be probably not be coming back. That's just my personal taste on the food. But the service was great!

Salty Sauce

This place is typically crowded but it was not when I was there at around 6 pm on a weekday. Because it wasn't busy, I think it caused the service to lack a little. I sat at the bar. I was the only one there. The bartender would go help others which is nice for them but often times during my meal, there was no one nearby to ask for anything. She was friendly when she was there though. I can't really expect the bartender to just wait nearby for any requests but if it were more busy, she would have probably stayed. I ordered 1/2 lb green mussels and calamari appetizer. I did not realize that a pound is only a few dollars more. I mean, it was right in front of me but I was only looking at the portion size, not the price, until after I finished the 1/2 pound. They were fresh and tasty so I wanted more after I finished. I do wish the sauce was a little thicker. But it was good. Nothing flashy just a traditional seafood sauce. The calamari was just rings. It didn't really have any seafood taste and it didn't really have any great spices but it did come with a flavorful sauce, which was thick and creamy. I would pass on ordering it again though. I just missed happy hour so if I do come back, I'll have to check the hours again. I think she said 7 pm it starts.

Fantastic food, service, and value. A $50 boil bag split two ways will fill up most couples, all of their fried seafood is crisp and doesn't drop oil everywhere. The fried catfish was definitely the highlight app, the alcohol selection is long to (almost) a fault, and happy hour prices are excellent. Particular shoutout to Arianna our server, I don't know if Pier88 rewards servers for being namedropped in good reviews but she deserves a raise no matter what her pay is right now. She was polite and professional and attentive despite it being a very busy night when we were there.

My kids took me there for my birthday! We had a great time. Drinks were good, the Food was great and Great company! Although they were short staffed, they still provided great service! Thank you for everything Pier 88! We enjoyed ourselves!

So last night I was craving something salty and garlicky and my friend suggested I Uber eat pier 88 on rainbow blvd. Truly surpassed all known expectations for an Uber eat delivery! It was hot and fresh and exactly what I wanted!! I had the country low boil. I loved it so much I had to come visit the next day. We had the lovely And the lovely Arianna was our most beautiful and attentive server! Me and my two boys once again got the lowboil x2. They loved it. They are 19 and 12 and it was the perfect portion size. It was happy hour also. Highly recommend the pier 88 drink w/passion fruit instead and it was amazing!! Highly recommend. So glad this place is very convenient, clean and priced right!!

When you have a really picky eater like my grandson, ask to go to Pier 88, you know that the food has got to be amazing!! My son who is an even pickier water said it's the best seafood he's had in Las Vegas.

I went for the first time, for a birthday lunch, excited because I really like seafood. The service was great, very nice and attentive staff. The issue I have is the lack of variety of food. I ordered the fish fry basket, and the only options for fish is catfish or tilapia, the only two fish I don't eat. For a seafood place to only have two options of fish to choose from is kinda odd, maybe it was just a lunch menu thing, but only two options for fish at a seafood restaurant. Disappointed for sure, I might go back for dinner just to see if it's any different, as of right now, not looking forward to going back. ( I did end up leaving and going somewhere else).

I order from this restaurant at least 8 times a month whether it be by delivery or in person and every 8-10 times they forget something on my order. Not to mention their portion seems to be getting smaller I even had a rotten egg in my last boil and they had no eagerness to resolve the matter. It’s very disappointing but this is what caused me to write this review. They were my favorite place in town.

Manager has a Very Bad Attitude, when I was cheated on one of my menu items she would not rectify it. They serve Crab legs & Never have the tools you need to Break them Open, Its Always an Excuse, They say we don't have any because people Steal them!! This place is great! Great food and Great Service! But I do have a suggestion since it’s taking a long time for you all to receive your liquor license, have you thought about implementing (Bring Your Own Beverage) until you receive it? That way you don’t lose business and money. When you have great food and great service that is a major plus but a lot of customers enjoy an “adult” beverage with their seafood. It’s just a suggestion. But keep up the great work! ;)
