First time here. nice clean, friendly service , affordable prices great location. Especially when Durango casino will be opening soon this place will be packs with customers !!! Came for my wifey birthday and they gave desert for free !!!! Make sure mention to your waiters for your birthday.

Love love love this place! Appetizers to entree to dessert, really appreciate the detail in flavor and each plate looks as good as it tastes! Photos from past visits. Most recent was vday and they had a complimentary photo to take home the night along with some goodies.

Omg, i've been feening for a bento box for a while now and finally just had it for lunch. The teriyaki chicken bowl bento was alittle pricey for lunch time. Heck everything cost more,right? Service was fast and the quality of the food was perfect, not too salty or saucy. The restaurant layout is current nothing dated, just a good vibe there. Loved the experience, food, and company.

Went to go to Master Kim’s and they had an hour wait (it was a Friday and we didn’t have reservations) so we walked over to this restaurant…OH EM GEE incredible food and service! Everything we ordered was exceptional!!! Great Pork Belly, and the Walnut Shrimp appetizer was INCREDIBLE! Very friendly, and efficient service!!!

This place is amazing. I think the quality in food you get here is on par with a strip but does it hurt your bank account. The seafood, sushi and sashimi, and fried food our top notch. Alcohol options are great. Are waitress Naomi was fabulous. She guided us through the menu and recommended some amazing dishes. To name a couple, the scallop sashimi, sashimi sample platter, sorry umami IPA, the house wine, which is a cab, in green tea creme brulee was awesome. I haven't even told you about that all day $8 rolls which is no slouch. We had three different ones and they were all REALLY surprisingly good. I told my partner that were coming back and trying 6 to 7 different items. We wholeheartedly recommend Pier 215 for your Japanese food craving.

My wife and I ate here for our anniversary dinner. This place is a hidden gem. The quality of the fish is several steps above what we are used to at AYCE places and the traditional rolls are not drenched in sauces, which shows the chefs' confidence in the quality of the product. Happy hour from 3-6 pm every day does include some sushi rolls, but I recommend adventuring into their main menu and trying other things. There wasn't a single item we ordered that we didn't like. We look forward to coming back for some of their dinner menu items aside from just sushi. However, we will certainly return and recommend to our friends to come here for delicious, high quality sushi.

Really enjoyably eclectic menu with a decidedly Asian-fusion twist. They have a nice bar selection and some fun happy hour type choices. The staff was fun and attentive. They don't have a sheet to order sushi, so I made my own with a napkin - the waiter was so appreciative! 😁 A really nice surprise at Pier 215 is that they actually do their grill type items well. The sushi was good, ok. So was the grilled tako appetizer, awesome. But the steak was really terrific by any standard. That's often not the case at places that try to cover so many bases. These guys do it, and they do it very well!

Had lunch the other day. Place is much more spacious than I thought. We ordered an assortment of their specialty sushi’s and the truffle fries. The food, excellent. Was a bit odd that our truffle fries (appetizer) was the last to be served. But it was well worth it. Their assortment of alcoholic beverages is quite impressive. I would have given five stars if our waitress had not forgotten our utensils and napkins. Which we ended up fetching ourselves. Otherwise, food was great. Place is spacious and clean.

Best new place near my house. A hip little spot with great fresh sushi and lots of other options such as beef and chicken prepared by real chefs with actual talent. Not the cheapest place, but not overly expensive either. Happy hour makes it a really great afternoon hangout. I highly recommend this, and you can check out the images below to see what we had. :)

Everything we had was wonderful. The service was fast. Our food was delicious. We had 2 rolls a person (2 people) and some apps. Every single thing was wonderful and full of flavor and just the right portion. I even tried their Korean non carbonated soda drink. Pear something ? And it was absolutely one of the best and refreshing things in between fantastic rolls. We called earlier in the day for a table as were seated immediately in a little nook of a table and had a great evening.

Everything is very freshly prepared. We had the spicy edamame, shrimp fried rice, tuna sashimi, my favorite yellow tail collar and dessert. The cream brulee was to die for. It's the best.

This place is amazing. If you love uni they have the freshest I have ever had besides right out a freshly cracked open sea urchin on the beach. The foi gras we tried today for the first time today and WOW. Its equivalent to bone marrow, just melt in your mouth, might as well be eating the finest butter just seared over some rice, a nice but super mild gamey after taste. They are not the cheapest but it is so worth the money !

Very delicious restaurant with reasonable prices! We started with the crispy pork belly, which is melt in your mouth delicious- enough crispiness to give it a unique texture. We also had the shrimp and candied walnut appetizer- which was insanely good. The candied walnuts were the star for me, but the shrimp was fresh and excellent. We ended up finishing up with three rolls. Decent portions and unique flavor combinations. That plus 5 beers brought us to a $90 bill, $110 with tip. I'd really like to swing by here during happy hour. $8 rolls- and their rolls are GOOD. Discounted apps, sake, and beer too. Definitely give this place a shot! Excellent service too. Will come here again.

Better than Nobu!!! This is the true best sashimi and fish in Vegas. I tried everywhere big on the strip over the last years living here and plenty more and have found nothing that comes close to this consistency of 10/10 quality fish. THE BEST

We chose this beautiful restaurant for our Christmas dinner. The food was amazing! We ordered a shrimp cocktail, a sushi roll, the salmon and king crab legs. It was all impeccably prepared and the presentation was stunning. The manager, Emily, was welcoming and attentive. We felt like friends by the time we left! She is truly amazing at her job and very customer oriented. Our server, Theresa, was informative and very friendly. We will be back for sure!

It was my first time at Pier 215 with no reservation. When I walked in there was upbeat music on and I was seated right away at the sushi bar. Seating was socially appropriate for social distancing. I ordered the seaweed salad, house sake and a vegetable roll. Everything was fresh, tasty and professionally presented. Will return with the hubby for date night.

Great food, good service! Seafood and sushi. Asian without being super Asian. Sushi is really fresh here but if u aren't into raw fish there is plenty of cooked seafoods that would satisfy ur tummy. We ordered a good portion of food but didn't break the bank. Also, need to note that even if it was kinda Asian AND during covid times, we were not rushed at all! Update: no change, still quality. Easy to get reservations thru open table and even thru Facebook. New menus but still the same great food.

They were a little short staffed so it took a little while for our server , Jeff, to come greet us and get our drink order but he worked really hard at getting all his tables what they needed while remaining calm and very friendly. Had some interesting rolls. One without rice wrapped in salmon. One with seemingly grilled rice that added a crispy texture. Short ribs were amazing and so was the wagyu rice bowl. Fair prices for great food. Nice atmosphere to boot. Will definitely go again.

Came in on a weekend and wanted Sushi for dinner. Pier 215 is great. Teresa took good care of us and the guys in the back were very friendly and helpful. If you know your going ahead of time make reservations as they get busy.

Really good food! Discovered this place by accident because the restaurant we wanted to go to for lunch was closed for repairs. What a great surprise! Nice atmosphere and all the employees that we encountered were very pleasant. Sushi is a la carte here with standard pricing but check their summer discounts menu for some good deals. They also have a happy hour (starts at 3:00pm) with more specials as well. Nicely decorated, an enjoyable place to share food and drinks with friends or family in a cool and casual setting.

quality of everything was great. no nigiri options, only sashimi. i feel for only two pieces some were a little overpriced by a $1 or $2. felt that you were paying more for the presentation. pork belly was good. chicken teriyaki bowl was good. wouldn’t order house salad again. kimchi was good ($3 per bowl). gyoza was good. limited options for sashimi. hawaiian breeze roll was good , i just don’t care for too much cream cheese.

The service was very slow as they were short staffed in the kitchen. If you are willing to wait, then this should be a five star experience. Dined here a week ago and everything we ordered was excellent - flavor, texture, presentation and timed perfectly for serving. Then, we went here yesterday and the food was still very good but inconsistent. Some dishes were served cold while others were hot. The pasta had very little sauce as did the karaage, probably due to an inexperienced chef on duty not well versed in preparing these dishes and timing them to be served hot and fresh. However, overall, this is a very good restaurant and happy hour prices are a big plus. We'll return again. Favorite dishes (so far): Spicy Chicken Karaage, Seafood Ceviche, Spicy Rock Shrimp, Cajun Shrimp Penne with Vodka Sauce, Korean Beef Short Ribs.

Beautiful atmosphere with amazing accents from a simple sake cup, to the soy sauce dispenser. They added some cultural flare to the little things and it made a huge difference to the atmosphere. The music choice could have been more traditional, but the newer music is still appreciated. My wife and I had a fantastic time, and we will be coming back again for sure.

Had the tasting off the menu (highly recommended). Was good! A ton of food, couldn’t finish but not mad that I took the leftovers home. This place is definitely dope. View is cool, ambiance is solid, and the staff are definitely attentive. Highly recommend the Miso soup - why? Cause I’m basic :) lol. No, but for real the firecracker shrimp roll is fire!!!! If you like a good old fashioned drink, order it here! In Vegas for some reason it’s hard to find a good place to make this drink correctly. Came with the girl here and it’s perfect for a casual date and for business meetings. Everything we had tasted really good. Long story short, can’t go wrong sonnnnn!!! And it’s even better when you’re a bum like me and your girl gets the bill lmao. I don’t have a job anymore. Covid is crazy lolololol

From the outside its deceving, however after walking into a somewhat dark restaurant. Let me explain. The time we came was around midafternoon/evening. However the Bright Sun was hitting the restaurant Full Power. So when we walked out of the sun, indeed it was refreshing. We didn't have Reservations, yet the Host and waiter made room. My family ordered and there was fresh sushi and Delicious... yes indeed it was. I didn't take any photos, but you must go. Its Japanese Food and we were ordering on the half price menu. Well worth it. I give it 5++++++ Everyone that works there was kind and very helpful. Our waiter "Rocked", sorry didn't get a name.

We went to this restaurant for our anniversary. It was a very nice atomosphere. It is probably better to get Japanese or seafood there. We ordered Angus steak (only a few choices). It was not the steak I expected as it had a lot of fat in it and was a little hard to chew. I worked at separating off the fat. It was not like a steak you would get at a regular steak house. Still, it is a nice place but I suggest ordering what they specialize in--sushi, seafood and otherJapanese food.

A friend of mine tagged along with me here, we planned to go the Korean BBQ across the street but there wait time was more than an hour, so we decided to go here. Wait time on a Saturday was less than 15 minutes, they had a nice dinner special for steak, and a nice assortment of drinks to choose from. The manager also checked up on us and even chatted with us for a little bit.

This is another favorite for business meetings. Convenient location, quiet setting, excellent food, and friendly staff. I only wish they didn't get rid of the fish and chips. It was by far some of the best I've had.
