Amazing pizza, Well baked, not so crowded at 4 pm. They ran out of hand sanitizer so had to wash my hands and they ran out of bath towels so used napkins from my pizza. Overall pizza was good and had a nice time. Also they were out of the spicy all natural chicken so check with them before ordering your pizza.

Pizza was very mediocre- nothing special. Price was okay counting the fact that it's unlimited toppings. I would not order the thicker crust next time - way too much bread for my taste. Pizza sauce was on the sweeter side.

Ordered to go. First time to try Pieology. Standard chain pizza. The meat lovers Pizza was ok, but the margherita pizza was sad. First time to have cherry tomatoes on a margherita. The basil was disappointing, and scarce so on a couple of slices it was basically cheese pizza. Not a great experience.

We were there because of their vegan pizza option... their vegan cheese is not good, has a kind of slimy texture. The rest of the pizza was quite OK, I liked that I could create my own pizza (select own crust, sauce, cheese and few different toppings - no vegan toppings instead of veggies!)

I'm a vegan so I'm reviewing from that perspective. The food: I like that I could get vegan cheese here when many pizza places don't offer it, but when it comes to the pizza dough, you have to pay extra for the gluten free dough because the other dough options are not vegan. The gluten free crust tasted like any normal crust to me, which was great. The edges had a bit of crisp, however the crust was so thin, the middle of the pizza just disintegrates and falls apart. That's not a fun pizza experience. The ingredient options are great. They were out of vegan meatballs, so I had the vegan sausage. The flavor of the sausage was good but mild, not like a traditional spicy sausage. I also got mushrooms, basil and roasted red peppers, which all tasted good in combination. The atmosphere: The place isn't uncomfortable, but it's definitely not cozy. It's much like a Chipotle but with less style. Hard tables and hard seats with minimal decoration. The people: There were 2 people working that were friendly but also very busy. I have no complaints. They weren't necessarily helpful when I said I was vegan, I wasn't told that there was only one crust option and they still included parmesan cheese at the end. I don't fault them because they were doing as they were trained, but not knowing what vegan is what keeps them from getting a 5 star rating.

Great choice of toppings and crusts, but I don't understand them having to charge more for all the different crust options. Why don't they just average it out and charge one basic price? And, be careful when you say, "more cheese please," because you will probably be charged extra without them telling you. Nice drink options. Most of the staff is friendly, but I've run into a few stinkers at this location.

Fresh pizzas with fresh ingredients. The concept is very similar to blaze pizza. They have better low cal dough options. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and they have the touch screen coke machine with different brands and flavors. Dine-in is available right now. Highly recommended for great pizzas

I love to get the customized pizzas from here. They are super friendly and very humble. One time my credit card didn’t work for some reason (although it had available credit) and the manager said it’s fine the pizza is on me. He simply said help someone another time like he helped me. We’ve been here about ten times since then and every time the people and the pizza are great!! Also the wall of famous quotes is an interesting read while you’re waiting for the food :)

Always love my Pieology. They have vegan options as well. Love that I can create my own. I love putting marinara and buffalo sauce on that beauty. Employees are quick. Pieology is amazing! I've visited several locations on Oahu and this one here in Vegas. They'll make your pizza any way you want it, with a choice of crust, sauce, and any and all the toppings you desire. The cauliflower crust is a delicious choice if you're trying to save a few calories, but the pie rise thick crust is my all around favorite. If you haven't had a pizza from pieology, you MUST try one!

Best pizza I've ever had! The vegan sausage is absolutely delicious. The red sauce is super flavorful and the thin white crust is perfect - not too thin and not too thick. I love that you can get as many toppings as you want too at no extra charge. The only disappointment is that they don't have a location in Boston, so I'll only be able to get this pizza on vacation!

Still standing strong as one of my favorite pizza joints in Vegas. Tried the deep dish crust. It was nice, but I don’t like deep dish to start with... the true standout to me was the cauliflower crust. Wow! I was happily munching on the buffalo chicken not even realizing it was cauliflower! I’m truly impressed.

I love this place so much. I'm in often because they have THE BEST gluten-free crust I have ever had. They're amazing at recommending flavor combinations. I usually get gluten-free alfredo pizza, with olives and artichoke hearts, topped with chicken. They got me on that spicy chicken now and I don't think I can go back. Can't say enough good things!

Delicious, customizable pizza! Seriously, it's as good as Vegas' better local pizzerias. Their pepperoni does that thing where it crisps up and takes on a little round mushroom cap shape, that's how you know it's good..! The thin crust was crunchy and delicious, everything you could want from that type of crust. The cheese is high-quality and heavenly. For health and diet conscious people, they have options like cauliflower crust, plus vegan and gluten-free options. My only complaint is that I got a salt + chewing headache from trying to eat too much of a good thing..!

I paid $11 for a BBQ chicken pizza with extra thick crust online. I waited 10 minutes at the restaurant after the scheduled pickup time before I got my pizza. The slow moving but apologetic and friendly staff didn't even offer me a free soda or discount for their tardiness. The pizza was unevenly cooked and had very little BBQ sauce. Thumbs down for this place. 👎🏻

The service was good and workers were kind and small. Was disappointed that I got charge extra for diaya cheese. I only asked for one extra helping for O.79, but got charged for two. They charged me 0.79 for cheddar, but did see a sign for extra for cheddar cheese. I will say the the chicken crust is good, but for 12.95 I need the crust to be just like regular crust. Chicken is not that expensive.

This seems to be a more 'upscale' place than their competitors. The parking can be tight especially at lunch time. Getting in and out of the lot isnt difficult but its not easy either. Food is superb as was the customer service. Topping were plentiful and evenly dispersed. Pizza was cooked just right. My only complaint with the 'build as you go per customer' is the wait. I know its a lot of space and equipment to have a second line but just having one line to take care of everyone makes the wait long.

The pizza was okay, but the store was filthy and the people working in the kitchen could have cared less. The girl making my pizza actually slung globs of ricotta on to my pizza like she was making a mud pie. The watermelon iced tea was sour/old, and when I told the girl running the register she just shrugged. The only reason for a 3 is my husband loved his pizza, and the sausage is great.

I’m on a keto diet so having a cauliflower crust is an excellent way to try and keep to this when in America. You decide on the style or toppings, that’s totally up to you, with an additional charge of a couple of dollars max for a pizza base that’s not the norm. Staff are friendly and helpful. I really love this place. This goes for the one in MGM Grand and the one just off the strip near Paradise. You won’t be disappointed.

Similar to places like Blaze pizza in Canada this Pizzeria was quite good. Can choose from one of their specialty pizzas on the menu or can create your own masterpiece yourself. Definitely not the best pizza I've had in Vegas but that is a tough prize to claim. I would go back to this place if I was in the area.

Pizza is great here. You can customize your pizza for one set price. I only gave it 4 stars because we ordered the 3 cheese crust and paid $2 more, the crust barely had any cheese. Their advertising picture shows the crust with a lot more cheese than what we got.

I love their spicy italian pizza so much. The only thing I don't enjoy about Pieology is that they don't accept take-out order by a phone. It has to be done via postmate or online but for some reason for this location, there is no spicy italian online as a menu so I have to order it through postmate. When I compared the takeout order price and postmate, however, postmate price is higher even though it's the same menu and it's for a take-out. I guess I'll have to just order it once I get there and wait instead of ordering ahead through postmate to avoid this weird heightened price on postmate.

Best make your own pizza places in town. I've been to blaze it and it's more expensive and not as good as pieology. I recommend the BBQ chicken pizza. It's amazing. Sometimes they overload it with BBQ sauce though so if you don't like too much of it just ask them not to put BBQ sauce after they bake it. I always eat mine with a side of ranch sauce. Really good.

I love pizza and I love their new rising crust. All the veggies you want and they have vegan cheese. I mixed bbq with pesto sauce it was so good. Just make sure to ask for less burnt edges unless your into that...the guy cooking mine went overboard.

I wanted to celebrate pi day, which is why I went. The line was long, though, the place very noisy - mostly from really loud music - and the pies only okay. I got them to go. One was a bit overdone, burned on the crust, and the other not fully cooked, the crust still doughy. I've liked their pizza when I've gone before, even on pi day, so maybe it was the location. I usually go to the one in Summerlin, and this was the one in Hughes Center. At any rate, it was disappointing.

While I'm a big fan of Pieology, the service at this specific one, on august 6th at 19:30, was less than ideal! We had a group of 5 people ordering a pizza each, and of the three employees, only one was present for the entire process of making the pizza (also for the customers before and after us, so it wasnt just a few minutes). I dont know if the problem is understaffing or if the other two simply didn't care, but it felt like we waited way too long for our pizzas! Was still delicious though.

The problem with most pizza places is that you are limited to the flavored you buy, and if you have a group of people, everyone wants something a little different. Pieology solves all of that. Customize your own personal pizza. Go through the line like at a Chipotle and build your own. It's awesome, because you pick exactly what you want. So if you are just a plain pepperoni person, sorry about that. It's time to explore a little!

No BS, to the point, make your own pizza spot near the Strip. If you don't want to pay a premium for cigarette smoke flavored "gourmet" casino pizza, this is where you need to get your pizza. Actually recently went and didn't like it. There was something off with the food. They also try to upcharge for ranch and other little things. I don't remember them charging for that a few months ago. Also there were no peppers or cheese on the tables. But usually the food is great.
