It's a cute little ice cream shop/bakery. The only thing was they had limited flavors of ice cream due to someone being out sick. But the flavors they had were delicious. S'mores and Not your mama's pumpkin pie. Both delicious. The waffle cones are the best I've ever had. Crunchy and sweet, yet sturdy, like a cookie. Definitely will come again.

Phenomenal little ice cream and bakery store. They serve delicious homemade ice cream and baked fresh pastries. We had a few different ice cream 🍦 flavors and everything tasted delicious and amazing. We have also tried Dole Whip and it is very tasty and refreshing. Their waffle cones are the best tasting and they are homemade too. We had a great experience. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The store is very clean, and beautifully decorated with Las Vegas pictures on the walls. Highly recommended !

Went back and forth about posting a review because, as great as this place is, I don't want everyone else to know, so I don't have to share. It was our first time in, so we tried a few different things. The ice cream is delicious, creamy, and very high quality! The rice Krispy treats....huge and gooey and wonderful. We we offered samples of clam chowder which the hubby really liked. We also got a danish/strudel, also wonderful! Prices aren't too bad considering we know the price of all the ingredients is sky high right now. The owner was very friendly and fun to talk to. So glad to have this amazing small business that we can make our go to spot for sweet treats. 😋

This place is our now go to place for Ice Cream. You walk into the facility and it is clean, smells delicious and the gentleman at the counter this evening was sweet (kudos to him)! They offer vegan options that are nut free too so my l.o can enjoy! They offer taste tests for anyone who is willing to try all their amazing flavors!

We were walking out of Lowe’s and wanted something sweet. We decided to stop here and have zero regrets doing so! The ice cream was amazing and the cheesecake was DELICIOUS! They make everything from scratch and the gentleman who helped us was so nice! We will def be back and now that we know they also own Paulie’s Cheesesteak that will be our next thing to try.

This place gives huge ice cream scoops! The owner said he makes everything there. It's a really cute spot and there are three tables with 3 chairs at each table. Lots of options as far as ice cream goes and there was also a vegan one. I tried the chocolate and the Nutella ice cream; it was very rich and delicious. I also saw muffins, bagels, cinnamon rolls, and some other pastries that I can't name off the top of my head. He also makes bread and is working on sourdough. I am only giving 4 stars because I have not tried anything else but the ice cream.

Stopped in late on a Friday night. Hours one the sign and Google said they were open but the door was locked. I rang the bell and they came and opened up for me. Turns out their hours had changed and they didn’t get updated. He was very happy to help me and gave the biggest sample scoops I have ever had. Ice Cream was delicious. Thanks.

I would love to give a real review here, but I am sad to say I came here on 11/12 at 9:30pm to get ice cream for my wife (who just delivered a baby the other day) and was really craving ice cream. Lights on, sign said they were open, another sign saying they are open till 10pm, but the door was locked and no one came out after a good 10 minutes of waiting.

Don't miss the opportunity. Especially if you are from the northeast! The quality, the value are off the hook!! Trust me try it and you will forget all other places for shakes, ice cream and pastries. Yum! I can't forget the service is great too. Thank you Marcus! Keep up the great work!

Would have loved to give a review of this place, but when I walked in there was no employee up front. I literally yelled “hellooooo?” After waiting a minute and still no one came out. The door also rang when I entered. I thought I heard rustling back of house. Weird! I loved their sister cheesesteak place next door and was hoping to try this one.

Fantastic! Lets talk about why I consider myself qualified to assess the caliber of a dessert most folks love anyways. Our valley has seen the recent return of the much-loved Blue Bell ice cream. It's okay. It'll run you about $8 for 1.85qts. It's nothing to write home about. Mooooving on (get it...) Now. My qualifying secret. I hail from a place with Braum's. What's Braum's? Braum's belongs in the conversation of "best ice cream" ever. Main reason they're fantastic? They artificially limit their distribution footprint so they're close to their dairies. It's fresh, always. It's great, always. Wikipedia it, it's a neat business. This place rivals or, dare I say, even beats Braum's. The Rum/Fig/Walnut is to murder for knowing you'll get caught. So many great flavors. The product, all of it, including the base, is homemade. The owner is clearly obsessed with quality. The staff is overtly friendly and happy you're there. They even have fantastic VEGAN options...and I'm not vegan. I was one of the first reviews for Paulie's South Street (qualified due to many trips to philly). Later to be identified as a top 10 new joint in '21 via yelp. This place should get the same level of attention. You're still reading? Just go...it's that good. Edit: Want a specific ice cream flavor? Owner does that...it'll just take him some time. Also, going to a fancy place on the strip? This place makes their ice cream that's $18 for a scoop.

This place is the best! The kindest owner explained to me all about what they make and let me try any ice cream I wanted. He makes all ice cream and pastries in store and even makes homemade pizza dough that they sell frozen. I got some to try and can’t wait to see how it comes out. Will definitely be back. Get the fluffy Nutella ice cream it’s amazing

Mood - MilkShake So when I saw this place I knew the address from the previous owner. However the owner of Paulies is the same owner of the Philly Cheesesteak restaurant in the same complex. I knew it was a must try once I found that out. Upon entering was quickly greeted and asked if we wanted samples. It is pretty hot here so no samples were needed. Just the cold Milkshakes please. Opted for a Smores Milkshake and Oreo. Now I cant always have Ice Cream. I usually get milk substitutions when I can. But wow these were good. My fav the Smores really tasted like you had a smores on the fire. You could taste the hint of all the flavors. Interior is quaint. There are a couple of table and chair arrangements. Everything was very clean. Staff were very friendly moving the line along in a fairly quick fashion. Music was playing in the background. There are baked goods for sale as well. Would recommend - pricing is on the slightly higher side. However the quality is very good and I didnt mind paying it. We have already plotted our next ice cream adventure back. There are more flavors I need to try.

Nice quaint ice cream shop that also sells pasties, muffins, and soup. Upon entering, we were greeted. Marcus was friendly. Swiss chocolate ice cream was tasty. If you’re in the mood for ice cream, then stop by. Locally owned. Conveniently located off of Craig Road in North Las Vegas. Easy access to the freeway.

My first visit. Was looking for dairy free ice cream and lucked up with Paulie's. It's not very big and has a small seating area, but they have a large selection of bakery products. Got the Lavender Cherry dairy free ice cream and it tastes great. Also got the shortcake cupcake 🧁 It was very good. Will be visiting Paulie's again.

New and wholesome spot. The owner was accommodating and friendly. He makes everything fresh and from scratch. Unique flavors like Blueberry Merlot, Banana Cream Pie, Coconut Cream Pie etc. We got lucky to score the $5 “Overstock” pints. Also offered pastries and giant cookies.
