A breath of fresh air from the usual Las Vegas strip restaurants. Family run business popular with locals. Great selection of traditional Mexican dishes anywhere from meat to seafood. Service was excellent and the price is good for the quality of the food.

I was in the mood to have a few drinks, so I drove by this restaurant and decided to go inside. They have a two-for-one special on margaritas, so I ordered a guava and mango flavored margarita with crushed ice. Both tasted good, not too sweet and not watered down. But I couldn’t ignore the fact that I couldn’t taste the alcohol. If there was any alcohol in the margaritas, the amount is very minimal.

Not a very exciting experience for existing space. Our service was very friendly and place was clean. However, food lacked any real character. Feel like a box was opened, heated and put on the plate. Maybe it isn't the case, but either way wasn't really my taste. They served ketchup packets for my cold seafood cocktail dish. 🤔🤦‍♂️ Drink menu was limited and confusing. They charge double the price for "imported Tequila". Last time I checked, all Tequila should be imported. This was a place for basic nutrition. There are places in immediate vicinity with authentic roots. Neither good, nor bad...just there.

This place is amazing. They serve you chips, refried beans and salsa right off bat. This is unprecedented and should be a standard amenity throughout all cantinas. The food service and ambiance are all top notch. I aim to come back sometime very soon!

Went to have lunch and food was delicious decided to go for dinner around 9 pm good was so much different, food was cold and my husband ordered steak picado and the meat was starting to taste like it was getting spoiled waitress him the evening had a bad attitude the waitress in the afternoon was really really attentive. I have been wanting to go here and see what took over the old Macayo's spot. First impressions was a little skeptical because it was 5pm and my table was the only party in the restaurant. It shortly started to pick up. The server was very friendly and eager to answer any questions. I wanted to try some of their seafood dishes. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor profile of the appetizer I ordered. It had shrimp done 2 ways that I will definitely come back for. I judge every mexican restaurant by ordering their ceviche. The octopus was cooked perfectly with a perfect amount of seasoning. Some places use an abundance of lime juice. Not this dish. It had a perfect balance. If you have not yet been to Mi Casa you must put it on your list. Try the mariscos. You will not be disappointed.

We put in a bit of a difficult order. I wanted to get some meatless items that are not normally ordered & off the menu. The fella on the phone was extremely patient and went over every detail with me to make sure he had the order exactly right and when we picked it up… it was exactly right! The food was fantastic, the service was above and beyond I’m sad that we’re moving out of this side of town but you can bet we will drive over here specifically to get food from Mi Casa cuisine.

Amazing food! But there’s definitely a language barrier lol which is okay! I ordered Birria Tacos and a side of Queso. I was given street tacos and 6 different sauces haha! It’s okay it’s still tasty. I guess this is my motivation to learn Spanish and that way there won’t be any confusion the next time. She got my drink right though so that’s good.

Another Mexican restaurant. My wife and I had a chicken chimichanga and chicken fajitas for lunch at a cost of $44. The food was good but over priced. I had to pay $2 for guacamole and sour cream on top of the $15 for the fajitas. My wife said that Roberto's has better chimichangas. The chips were clearly store bought but they were still decent. The salsa was good, had a bit of a kick. They also provided beans so points for that. Otherwise, it was unexceptional.

MI Casa, you have made this Las Vegas Native (yes, born right here) very happy! This iconic location has a life history with me. It was the location of many of my life's, my families life's, milestone celebrations. It was where my family gathered to celebrate, bond, grow and even morn, it became an important part of my families history. Congratulations to the get it done family, who closed and re-branded and reopened this part of Las Vegas history, when many other restraunts decided not to re-open. They got it right, they kept their word they have exceeded expectations, they continued the traditions, enhansed and upgraded everything and did more to make this hometown boy happy than I ever expected!
