This was my first visit here and it was a good experience. It wasn't busy at all when my husband and I came in. We were able to sit where we wanted and the hostess/waitress was very polite. I don't speak much Spanish, but my husband does so he did most of the ordering for us Food came out quickly once we ordered. The shrimp empanadas were fantastic. They were hot out of the fryer when they came to the table. I can't even remember the names of the other dishes we ordered but they were fantastic as well. One was a molcajete with shrimp and avocado. The other was like ceviche in a pineapple. A little on the spicy side for me but everything was fresh and tasted fantastic. It isn't a kid friendly place however, and pretty small with only 34 seats. So not a good place for a group unless you come at a later time on a weeknight.

In La Lomita you can taste good seafood. They have fish tacos, the waitress serves with good humor. I recommend the oyster cocktail and the micheladas. If you like sushi, order it here, it will surprise you. They also serve take-out food.

Absolutely incredible. This was a rare gem find. The food is delicious, fresh, and I think very reasonably priced. Had a bit of a communication problem with server but had a friend that spoke Spanish to help translate. If you like Mexican food and seafood then this is definitely a place you need to try, and if you do you will come back again and again.

It is small. But their food is very very good. Their service is the best. I'll love to come back. It's on Las vegas and what I eat at las vegas stays on Las Vegas doesn't work for me. I love telling you what is good. 5stars. Yum! and Yummy!!!!

Delicious. But there was a difficulty communicating with our waitress. Just wanted to know more bout the ingredients. But she was prompt and smiled alot and the dinner we enjoyed was outstanding. Thank you, we will be back and recommend to our friends.

I was so excited to try this place since it had good reviews but from the moment we got there the vibe was already off. It was awkwardly silent in there and the waitress didn’t seem to enthusiastic or smiled once. I ordered a shrimp + octupus tostada. I was so disappointed just looking at it and more disappointed eating it. The ingredients tasted like they had been refrigerated without being covered. Taste was so bland, I had to throw so many sauces on top to be able to eat it. Also ordered the shrimp empanadas and there was barely any shrimp in it.

If you are a shrimp lover, this is a good place to come. Los Camarones Culichi were very good and the micheladas are bomb. Only problem is that since it's a small place there is a bit of a wait, but it's worth it. I personally got the molcajete cielo, mar y tierra

The fish ceviche tostadas were really good I had them add octopus to mine and it was satisfying just the right amount of spice and flavor and the octopus was really fresh and the michelada was bomb, I will most definitely be back when craving sea food in this area as for the service and atmosphere everything was on point so if you craving some good sea food give this place a try.

Went to Vegas for New Years. On our way back to Utah we wanted to eat and found this amazing establishment.The food is simply delicious. You’ll leave with a full stomach and very happy. I would definitely come back to Las Lomitas next time I’m in Vegas.

Food was okay. Just ordered a cheeseburger and my husband the salmon. Waitress was not very attentive, she only came by to deliver food. Didnt ask if we wanted more chips or more drinks (which came in a can). I got my food first and waited about 8 minutes for my husbands. Not a place to really come back too, unless you are very hungry and need a bite, as it is was not busy at all.

My friend asked to go to "Tacos el Gordo" when driving through Vegas. I hesitated because I'm pescatarian (no meat) she then said that they had "cactus" tacos, and I decided to give them a chance. When looking at their menu I realized that it wasn't gonna work out. I then looked up a fish taco place near me and found this place (very convenient because it was right next door) . I don't regret coming here. Customer service was on point and the food was to die for. I had fish tacos, topped with pico de gallo and some tomato veggie salsa. Bomb! The only slight negative about "Mariscos la Lomita" is that their inside space is very little. My friend in the picture, eating her tacos(2nd pic) and fish tacos on the 1st pic.
