We had an awesome dinner and experience! Autumn took care of us and was friendly and informative. We ordered two 12-inch pizzas—pesto with spicy chicken sausage and a traditional pizza with mixed toppings. Both were AMAZING!

Hands down the best pizza I've ever had. Thin, crispy, rich explosion of flavors enjoyed in a welcoming atmosphere with top notch servers. My wife is South African, and has a high standard for pizza. Normally, our American fare is found wanting. This one thoroughly satisfied her as well! Not only was the place clean (an increasing rarity these days here in the US, sadly), our server was responsive without rushing us to pay or leave, and had an amiable, engaging personality. If you're looking for a place to sit down with your beloved and enrich your palate, go to Grimaldi's. You won't regret it.

This was a great dinner location! The workers were kind and got our food rather quickly. The location is nice inside the Palazzo in the second floor. The seats we were in were a little cramped but that’s only because it was a late Saturday night and was busy. The food was good, and the traditional 12” pizza is perfect for individuals. I hope to come back some day!

Whenever my brother comes to Vegas, we frequent Grimaldi's everytime. We usually order the Pizza Margherita and the Don. Instead of the Don, we ordered the Brooklyn Bridge and it came out really good. The pizzas are always consistent and service is excellent. Love the interior of this place as well. We definitely will return here.

We had the Margherita and Pesto Pizza. The dough was perfect with the right amount of crispiness. It was light and refreshing. No doubt one of the best pizzas we have had.

I came here on a trip to Vegas on 7/8/22 with my cousins and my family and it was good! We got a meat pizza, a cheese pizza, a cheese pizza without the sauce, and a pepperoni pizza. They were really good! I gave only 4 stars though because they took 45 min to seat us, but the food was great!

Went between lunch and dinner to avoid any crowds. Place is tucked out of the main walkways but worth the hunt. Great service and perhaps the best pizza I have had in years. Wish they had one near me! As you can see in the pick the crust is thin and thankfully not limp and greasy like so many others. Great sauce and variety of pepperoni.

Great thin crust pizza. The sauce was the star. Service was a little slow but it looked like they were just short staffed. We were looking forward to a salad but the only dressing they have is a vinaigrette (was hoping for ranch). Overall, great pizza and reasonably priced.

Delicious authentic New York/Itallian pizza. Unique sauce, thick cut pepperoni. Great service. Of course it's a chain but I haven't eaten at any of their places before. It was great. Canoli was fantastic and highly recommended. Overall a worthwhile experience.

This is a great NY pizza joint. The decorations definitely want you to believe that they have the NY pedigree. The pizza is thin and the crust is crispy. I still prefer Neapolitan style pizza over NY style because I like the fluffier and softer dough but this is already a huge improvement over regular pizza places and NY pizza is not the same as Neapolitan pizza. However, the reason I took off one star is that the ingredient of the pizza doesn't feel fresh and the tomato sauce feels like those from a jar not freshly made in house. Maybe it is but it doesn't taste the same freshness I expect from any non-costco pizza. The place is large and extremely easy to access if you enter the upstairs door from the Wynn side to Palazzos.

Found this place wandering through the grand canal street shops in the Venetian building. I am a Chicago girl and despise new York style pizza and OMG y'all converted me! The flavors are indescribable! It was even yummy cold! And I want to say the staff was simply amazing. I am deaf / hard of hearing and about 99 percent of the time people are super rude or treat me like I am a idiot. The staff were sweet as pie and didn yell "so I could hear better" they made sure I could see them at all times. I am also Italian and their tiramisu is as good as mine! The cheesecake was simply perfect. I litterally had to sit a few minutes to get that last bite down it was so good I just couldn't bare to waste it! Definately a place I will come back next time in town!!

Loved the pizzeria. Although its way back in the pallazzo mall and difficult to find but its worth the walk. We had the 18 inch pesto pizza between three people with bruschetta and it was so delicious. John (Our server) was very good too.

At the Palazzo. My first time at Grimaldi’s. My dinner was almost perfect. But I was surprised when the server put my receipt on my table when I was still finishing y 2nd slice of gluten free pizza. She didn’t even ask me the fact that she wasn’t even my server.I have not requested for my receipt because I just got my order. And, I did not receive the cocktail drink I ordered. It was really a bad experience, bad communication among the servers. Can you imagine you, I just started enjoying my dinner then the server was pushing me away already. Kinda pricey, cuz you will be charged for each item you add on the pizza.

If you’re looking for good pizza on the Strip, then Grimaldi’s is definitely worth checking out. I was originally introduced to this place because I heard about their sweet birthday deal if you’re part of their email group: a free pizza for your birthday! I definitely hopped on board and signed up for it just to try them out. For starters, you can’t get the pizza if it’s already your birthday month so just make sure that you do it the month before so you don’t miss out. Also, this birthday deal is not eligible during covid because it is a dine-in only option. If and when the world goes back to normal, you’ll have the option of setting a reservation or just walking in. We went in February which is fairly slow anyway so we did not need to wait. The free pizza is only for a cheese so any additional toppings you’ll need to pay for along with tip and tax as well. The pizza itself was rather delicious but albeit fairly small due to it being a thin crust. My boyfriend and I had absolutely no issue finishing the 16” pizza rather quickly and easily. I rated this place a 4 star because the service is fairly slow. They do have a sort of open concept kitchen where you can see them making the pizzas to order but I felt that 30 minutes was a bit long just to get one pizza. Still, I’d be willing to give this place another shot. The ambience is great and the food is delicious.

Another amazing lunch at Grimaldi pizzeria. The pizza’s are always flavorful and the ingredients fresh. The crust is cooked to perfection. Not hard or burnt but light and airy allowing it bend as all the goodness comes together enhancing every bit. I would also recommend ordering the Balsamic dressing to dip the pizza crust in. I guarantee you won’t regret it. The salads are fresh and crips and come with an array of toppings. I would definitely suggest the Mediterranean salad. The dining area offers a taste of Italy with the decor and is a welcomed sight while eating. The staff is very personable, professional and suggested popular menu items. I’ve eaten at a myriad of pizzerias across the country and by far Grimaldi‘s is one of the best. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. I suggest you give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Ordered large pie to go. 1/2 cheese, 1/2 pepperoni to test it out. Picked up and the order was all pepperoni. Okay. Didn’t open until home for the “unveiling” of this highly reviewed real, authentic New York pizza place. To my surprise the pie didn’t look the part at all. (NY Pasta & Pizza does). Thought this would be the new place to go. I was wrong.

The pizza here is great! If your looking for a thin crust pizza that isn’t soggy or limp this is your place. The crust was perfect, it had a little crisp to it and tasted great. It’s made in a coal fired brick oven that cooks the pizza in no time. The price is reasonable, especially for the location and service was good. We also ordered a Cesar salad, the small is enough to feed 2 people for a starter or 1 person for a meal.

Service was not the best, not very quick just to bring out waters. The food order took longer than expected. The pizza was not that great. Crust was decent but sauce was too sweet and cheese was non existent. Spinach salad was the highlight of the meal, overall would not go back.

Every time we are in Las Vegas we stop here for a fantastic pizza and salads. Tiffany at the front desk is fantastic. She is very polite and answered all our questions. We usually get Damon has our server and he does an outstanding job. When making reservations, make sure you ask for Damon to be your server. So this was our 4th visit to Grimaldis and as it was my birthday wife decided to treat me. 3 visits in the past were all good experiences however tonight was not one. We arrived to find a live of 5 people. The front of house girl did not look up or acknowledge us once. After 5 minutes I walked to the front and asked what was happening she soon seated the first party and the finally asked second party and then us how many. We sat and the waitress appeared handed the menu immediately we ordered wine and asked her to come back after we decided on food. 20 minutes passed after the wine arrived no waitress. I caught her eye and we ordered food. 55 minutes later no pizza, our waitress was now behind the bar and not moving I finally again caught her eye and asked how the pizza was doing. She said she would check and eventually advised we were the next ticket in line (after 55 mins fir pizza. I think not). My guess was our order was not placed as 5 mins later the pizza appeared. Next we tried to order sweet and more wine once again I had to get up only to see our waitress walking out the door with her own food obviously done for the night. No communication no handover. The other bar tender stepped in and managed to salvage what was becoming a disaster. Naturally I asked for the manager and here us where I have a lesson fir all those keyboard warriors who instantly hand out 1 star reviews. It’s not the issue it’s how the issue is dealt with that should define your rating. The manage acknowledged our issue yes he comped the pizza which helped but at least he had the decency to come back and talk further on the problem and asked why we were in Vegas. It’s the little things like this that make the difference. The food was fantastic service was not but hey it’s a one off and it will happen. Grimaldis owned the problem rectified it as best they could and do we will return again.

Visiting from Switzerland, we were looking for an Italian restaurant, decided to try this one. Were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful waitress. The salad was good so was the pizza. The wine selection they have is good too. Overall a very pleasant experience. If you are looking for some quiet lunch/ dinner in a friendly this is the place :)

First of all let it be known I am a Service Dog Handler out of town (from UT) who faces poor treatment daily at home restaurants. However My experience with Grimaldi's was the best I've ever had while out to eat. Firstly my SD was immediately offered a bowl of water just for him without me having to ask for one. Secondly we were welcomed into the seating area where we could enjoy ourselves and not be secluded from the others. They were incredibly kind about making sure new Diners left my Working Dog alone and gave him his space so he wasn't stepped on. As a Disabled Individual and a Handler this was by far the best treatment I have ever recieved. Any any all honest Service Dog Handlers local and tourist should totally stop by for there amazing customer service and great food.

It was really good. Great crisp. This pie is pepperoni with basil, tomatoes and extra sauce. The sauce is very good all by itself. The staff was super friendly. My wife and I were trying to recreate a picture we took at the Venetian a year and a half ago, because I lost 90 lbs since then, and when the server saw us trying to get a selfie from a certain angle, he jumped up and helped take the picture. He even compared it to the original to get the framing and angle perfect! Overall, exactly what you’d expect from Grimaldi’s, based on the score it has here. A must stop.

There was a really long wait due to a lot of carry out orders. The server was super nice. The pizza was ok but just not my thing. Super thin, crunchy crust and the flavors of each bite seemed to change (we had a margarita pizza), it was really odd.

My wife & I were staying in the Venetian in Vegas to catch the Rod Stewart show. We decided to try Grimaldi's for a quick bite & a drink before the show. We had quite an adventure trying to find the Restaurant as it's tucked back in the furthest recesses of the Hotel/Mall as far as you can walk. Well worth the walk however as the pizza was fantastic! Both my wife & I rated it as the best pizza we've had in a long, long time! The tomato sauce had a great flavor & the cheese mixture of mozzarella & ricotta was spot-on. The charcoal cook might not be for everyone, but we thought it made for a perfect cook, both on the crust & toppings. We got the Brooklyn & we'd both highly recommend it! We also got a small Mediterranean Salad which is large enough for two to share. It was okay but in my opinion lacked the flavor-punch of a good Mediterranean. Lastly, the food & drinks are pricey, but hey, that's just Vegas. We'd go back in a heartbeat & will, the next time we're in Vegas!

This is by far the best place to eat in Vegas for the price. The pizza is so good, the service is always amazing. They cater to large parties. I cant say enough. Every time we go to Vegas this is a must have. My entire family loves this place and everyone we have recommended to go here. Never a bad time, always THE BEST!!

Great experience. As most new Yorkers are.. I have my own idea of what pizza should be. First and foremost... I gotta be able to fold it in half and feel/hear that nice crack..Crack... CHECK.. It had it...it held up all the toppings. Over all, I would give a 8.5 on the flavor scale. Not a wish list, but.. I want the crust to be a bit more flavorful. Crust was a 9 (cause of the crackle) I had the Brooklyn Bridge pie and it was pretty good. Sauce was good... rate it a 9. Ricotta was a bit sweet for my my taste.. rate it about an 8. Meatballs and red peppers.. rate about 9. Service was a 10. Dustin was awesome and so attentive. Thanks Dustin!

Serves salad, pizza, cheesecake, calzones, and a special charcuterie board and a few other items. The food was great but it took forever. Salad came out and we ordered a baguette as well. No ranch at this restaurant or butter btw since it stays classic to the Italian cuisine. Also note that since they only serve those things, it takes a bit longer. Kitchen looked slow as you can see through glass and watch them make it which made the staff on edge which makes customer service low. We never got refills on our drinks until the end, we were greeted with,"hello, it takes 45 mins for your order." (which makes you feel like you should turn away) it really only took 25 after our waitress took the order. They had a special on cheesecake 3 for 10 but were out of half the flavors so we just ordered a slice. So total after a Don special small, a Margarita small, a calzone, med. Salad, drinks(one water on tap), modelo ($12), one slice of cheesecake, and a order of bread it came out to about $95. So all in all great food but slow and our hostess could have used a better attitude and helped the staff out at the tables instead of standing around. Would go there again just for the food and less busy Vegas food place.

First, I'm a PizzaExpert and did a video review of this place on YT. Second, I had high hopes for this place given Food Network calls it one of the top 5 places in the US!! Unfortunately it doesn't live up for me although I'd still recommend because it's so unique. The coal-fire oven is something you can definitely skip but the tomato sauce ON the cheese was the most unique things about it. Too bad the cheese is kinda bland. See more in my video review on YT!

The 3 stars is for the wait staff not friendly. I think they are short-staffed. 5 stars for the amazing pizza. The wait staff, bartender and host just dont look and act happy. They almost bit my head off when I asked for a refill. Friendly only when bringing the check.

Having visited Grimaldi’s in NYC I was looking forward to my pizza fix here in Vegas. The menu is pretty extensive so there’s something for everyone, including myself as a vegetarian. The pizza did take quite a long time to arrive but it was worth the wait as it was so delicious!

This was our Thanksgiving....Chloe was our waitress, she is excellent always checking to see if we needed a refill or just to make sure everything was great and it was! We ordered a small Cesar salad and thats a great size for two, we had the Brooklyn Bridge Pizza and added the meatballs, everthing was delicious. For dessert we had the three cheesecakes, the traditional, pumpkin and carmel apple. Not too filling when shared. The guys flipping pizza dough and spinning the dough was great to watch. They know how to make a great pizza!! Thank you !!

I've never considered pizza as a delicious food until I found Grimaldi's. Most of the pizza I had in the US is just greasy and way too salty. I ordered a Brooklyn pizza here and was so amazed at the first bite. The pizza looks simple but has rich and harmonious taste. Nice thin crust and perfectly seasoned toppings and paste. Definitely will visit again soon.

My family and I visited Las Vegas at the end of June. We read the great reviews for Grimaldi's and didn't get a chance to try when we were in Dallas in May. We were staying at the Venetian hotel (Fabulous hotel) and got lost looking for Grimaldi's because the Shops of the Palazzo is a big mall. We found it and ordered the Don Pizza with Italian Sausage, Meatballs and Pepperoni. It was sooooooo good. Our waiter was great too. My sister enjoyed it so much, we went back on our last night there. We would definitely recommend and if we are ever near a Grimaldi's will be our go to pizza place.

It took me forever to find it in the Mall but it was truly worth the effort. I was able to redeem a free pizza for my Birthday earlier in the month, And it was Hot, fresh , very zesty and made to order... I also had a few adult beverages, I was seated in the outdoor patio area so I have no real opinion of the interior decor but the service was very friendly and attentive and the menu offered a extensive variety of Pizza, Pasta dishes and salads. I enjoyed my order and felt like a swollen beach ball afterwards , i also left a appreciative tip for the great service. I can see why this place is popular for comfortable dining and even casual dates. I enjoyed it and price wise, Beers were fairly priced especially for the Strip. I recommend it

One of the best pizzas I've ever had! We had their Brooklyn Bridge pizza and shared a small Grimaldi's house salad. Their "small" salad was plenty big for two! The pizza is made just how I like it with just enough sauce so it doesn't run everywhere and the crust is thin but firm enough that you can fold it and it doesn't fall apart. It has a nice satisfying crunch but the dough inside is soft and melts in your mouth. Grimaldi's is now on our list of places we HAVE to visit whenever we're in Las Vegas.

This Grimaldi's Pizzeria is set inside the luxurious Venetian mall. It is a clean and well managed restaurant. The host was friendly and informative about the menu and specials. The server was fast with refills and maintained a kind and professional demeanor. The atmosphere here is romantic and fun. The pizza was delicious and cooked with care to perfection. The prices are reasonable especially considering the high-end location. I do recommend a visit. Enjoy😎👍🥂

Food was good but do NOT eat here if you have more than 4 people. They won't even let family members interact or come sit by each other. They will put you on 2 tables 6 feet apart and even if it's a sleeping baby on a stroller, they will count it as a person and only allow 3 other people to sit at the table. We couldn't even discuss the menu in peace without them coming by every 2 min and tell us we have too many people at a table.

I always love the pizza at Grimaldi's, but the service we received at this location was disappointing. I received an email for a free birthday pizza for July. When I tried to redeem it the waiter told us it can't be used because they are only redeeming birthday pizzas from 3 months prior due to COVID. Understandable, but it would be nice if the email showed that ahead of time and didn't have an explicit expiration date of 7-30-20. I feel it should have been honored in this case. Additionally, when we asked for ranch to dip pizza crust, the waiter rudely remarked "we don't provide ranch for dipping." Again, this wasn't a huge deal, but all in all the service was lacking at this location.

This is the pizza place we love to visit every time we are in Vegas. The pizza is made fresh with fresh ingredients, the pizza comes out hot, and always tastes great. The thin style crust allows you to taste more of the ingredients than the bread and allows you to leave satisfied not bloated with bread. Definitely worth a try if you are craving pizza in Vegas and don't want to settle for a blah chain restaurant pizza.

The service here was amazing. The server misunderstood us and gave us 2 drinks on accident but when we let him know we only wanted 1 he took the other off and apologized. We understood though because it was super busy. The food was hot. It came out really quick too. The staff we interacted with were very friendly. I would definitely go back. Pizza is Ok. Friends raved about this place so we came with them and gave it a try. I found it a bit pricey for the quality of food personally. The whole time I ate I kept thinking about other spots in Los Angeles that were much much better. I mistakenly ordered the Antipasta but decided to eat it anyways. It was OK, the meat was a bit bleh, the bread was below expectation. Fresh bread would have been nice, especially at the price point. We had a pizza as well. It came out burnt, the server suggested extra crispy to avoid sogginess but I found the edges were burnt but the it was still soggy dough under the sauce. Strangely felt underdone. The server kept going on about the hand picked sausage as a topping, again, very lacking. If you are craving pizza, give it a try, to date this place has four stars, perhaps we had an off night

Best gourmet custom pizzaS our group had (we ordered 3 different pizzas). The crust was obviously fresh and fire-oven baked HOT (huge air bubbles that you won't get from Papa Johns or any frozen brands). Also had caesar and spinach salads, very good. The service was good (water refilled frequently, quick service, checked on us multiple times) but when we arrived business was slow but by the time we departed was busier. Would do it again. If you can tell the difference between pizza's, you would know this stuff is real, not pre-made nor mass produced.

Grimaldis pizzeria has an amazing pizza crust; they even boast of keeping the water flavor and minerals exactly like New York's. Apparently, it's part of their bragging rights for making great pizza. If you order a 12 inch pizza with an antipasti of your choice; you can definitely feed 2 persons. Grimaldis flavor combinations are well rounded, and you can choose your own too; the pizza comes out super thin, NY style all the way. Without alcohol, your looking at $52-60.00 including tip; that's not bad for eating inside the casino. Our service was lovely, and they were timely as well. I'm rating this eatery higher than normal, because the price was fair enough, and our service was very friendly and quick. When it comes to pizza tastes, everyone has their "own" favorite combinations, and crust preferences; hence, if your looking for good NY pizza, Grimaldis is a good place to start.

Dass aber eine von zwei Pizzas falsch geliefert und das bestellte stille Wasser (Mineralwasser war ausverkauft an diesem Abend) gar nicht serviert wurde, gibt leider Punkteabzug. (Translation) Basically, tremendously fine pizzas (worthy of 5 stars), which justified the hour of waiting. However, the fact that one of two pizzas was delivered incorrectly and the still water ordered (mineral water was sold out that evening) was not served at all unfortunately means points are deducted.
