We walked into Dairy Queen around 8 because the line was crazy long for the drive thru. We are very glad we did! The staff was exceptional. They were slammed but still took the time to make sure we had the right food before we left by letting us open the bags and food to check. They were quick and went above and beyond to make it feel more like a restaurant compared to a fast food chain. We also forgot our dilly bars so we had to come back. The staff again was so nice and even gave our pup a puppy ice cream. This location goes above the hospitality needed for fast food. Great job to the 3 ladies and 1 gentleman working that night!

Sat 2/26/22 - Food was great, blizzard came up right in time after finishing my food, a lady whom worked alone did a great job with the morning rush. If I were to have issues, it would fall under the owners of the store.

Food was good, a little dry this time around but good. My niece's soda was seltzer and the "kids meal" was a meal pieced together, that bundled up to 8$ and some change for 2 little chicken strips, seltzer water, a little dot of ice cream and some fries. I could have order their 6$ meal that included a full ice cream treat. I wont be around for a while, due to the overage of the "build your own meal" or whatever the "kids meal" was. Oh and there was no toy or anything. So really disappointed with this last visit

Stopped by last night with our son for a little treat. The store was extremely clean and the employees greeted us upon entering. They were friendly and helpful. LOVE the new Dreamsicle Dipped cone. My son's Blizzard was great as well, all ingredients fresh. Kudos to the new owner for turning this store around. Will definitely be back!

Amazing customer service! There's a lot of teens working here (of course) but the manager is of a proper age to lead and does so with enthusiasm, kindness, and quality guidance. My family and I really enjoy coming in for dessert. As far as DQ food generally, it's not great, but the ice cream treats and cakes are always awesome!

Love the staff. Every person on this team has great energy and they work well together. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. It's not often while going to a fast food joint that you get this no- stress feel from the staff working with each other and their customers. It makes a huge difference.

I ordered 5 dollar combo which was perfect. Exactly what I wanted. Except my cheese burger was like old however the French fries was fresh and hot!!! Yummy . My drink was great and to top it off it came with a icecream sundae. If I was to do it again, I wouldn't order the cheese burger since it was like OLD and the bun was WILTED, DRY, and VERY VERY OLD.

Awwsome!! Great word for this place. A bit slow today but they were dealing with the machine but I waited because ice cream is sooo good so happy there is a DQ near me.

Have had hundreds of Mocha Moolattes - this store does not make them like any other store! They graciously made another on request - but it still was not even close to correct! They insisted there was no caramel yet I could see it on the lid.. Not going back ... will drive all the way to Boulder City for a properly made one anyday!

It's DQ! Went in for some treats. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only disappointing thing was when an elderly man came in to order a burger and a cup of water, the employee told him that they now have to charge for water/cups. Really? Not cool.

We ordered one sundae and two Blizzards. Our sundae was correct, but one Blizzard had vanilla instead of chocolate like we ordered, and the raspberry fudge Blizzard only had two chocolate chunks. Disappointing for an easy order.

Very expensive fast food. I signed up for email specials. When I get a 2 for 1 coupons I purchase blizzards, otherwise, not. Place is cold and very non inviting. They staff is always friendly and efficient. They do have a drive thru.

Good place to have ice cream. I wish it was a dairy/lactose free options for those who can't have cows milk. They got good salad and chicken. My daughter loves their BBQ chicken meal

I've literally never had a problem at this store. Drive thru is always quick for me and no one has ever treated me rudely. The food is good for cheap fast food and the ice cream is, of course, famous.

Fun and energetic team. But I know my tenders would've tasted better with the Ranch dipping sauce I asked for but unfortunately didn't get. Will be back for the dipping sauce next time around.

Rashad did an amazing job! He had wonderful customer service! There was a fat customer in front of me throwing a huge fit because his food was taking too long, it was very busy inside and in the drive thru. This angry quarter -ton of fun was disrespectful, mean and impatient. Rashad handled it perfectly! I’ll definitely be back to this location and make it my regular location because of Rashad and his customer service skills!

It's a very good staff that work here. The only issue I'm having is that for the past month I've wanted chocolate ice cream and they give the excuse that the machine is broken or they are out of chocolate ice cream?! It's been a month, fix the problem! Not everybody loves vanilla all the time!

Now that I have found other creamy desserts that are more to my liking I rarely hit up a DQ. However, on the off occasion that I do go I still love a nice Peanut Butter Sundae with some Hot Fudge added. Yes, delicious and a murderer of diets but sometimes, when you are fat, you just eat what feels right at the time.

Service and food were excellent, but they were mopping the floor and the caution sign was around the corner from the soda machine, so I didn't think it was wet in front of the sods machine and zi almost slip and fell on my face. Tell them not to do the entire floor at once. Thanks

Great Food! Terribly SLOW service! They appeared to have three people there and only two were in uniform and one was outside the building. It took 10+ minutes to order and receive my food... there were only three cars in line. That is ridiculous...

Dairy Queen is never as good as I remember it as a kid, but I still do love their blizzards. If you are going to get a banana split, I would go somewhere else. My wife's had bruised and mushy bananas.

Went here a couple days ago. New ownership is great I’ve been coming here forever and the old owner was very bad. They got a bunch of new, better people and the food tastes better now as well. Great place to go and it will remain my regular place!

Got a snickers I've cream cake for my relative and it was absolutely delicious. Was worth every penny of the 27 dollars I spent on it and it lasted 3 ppl a week
