Our team stopped by a little after 12pm inside the Golden Nugget. We were seated right away into a booth and was almost immediately attended to by a very friendly waitress. My French toast was excellent, the syrup thick and reminiscent of real maple. The meatloaf and burger were also reported as excellent. Our fourth dish, a Belgian waffle did not go over well. It did not seem freshly made, a bit stiff and dried out. The prices were average for a higher end hotel with some really great ambience. I always enjoy visiting the Nugget. Overall it was a pleasant experience and deserving of a return visit. One waffle is a pass.

First of all, FIVE STARS for the waiter, Randy! He was super attentive and we never lacked for anything. It would've been 3 stars without him. This is certainly NOT like the other Claim Jumper locations in town .. the menu is very condensed. The portions aren't nearly as large either but the prices are similar or more. BUT they serve breakfast 🥞 🍳 here and the other locations don't. SOOOO I guess you win some, you lose some.

Good food, not a long wait around 10pm on a Saturday. Ribeye was on the small side but great char and flavor. Carrotcake was so good! Open face chili was okay. Staff was friendly as well.

A hidden gem! This restaurant is located inside of the Golden Nugget on Fremont St. This was our second time here and it was great! The food, drinks and service were top notch! Best breakfast burrito I've had! We will definitely visit again!

The initial service was not the greatest. It took longer than I think it should have to get seated considering how empty the place was. The hostess sat us after another couple who checked in after us. The hostess also gave them, 2 people, a bigger table than us, three people. Seems like no big deal but we were constantly combining dishes to get less plates on the table because there wasn't enough room. Also people who ordered long after us got their food much sooner than we did and we didn't order anything special. The redeeming qualities of this restaurant was their food and their wait staff. The bloody Marys were amazing, the meatloaf was good, the cheesy bread with marinara sauce was huge, and the carrot cake was delicious. The wait staff was very considerate and friendly and definitely earned their tip

I really enjoyed claim jumpers at the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas off of Fremont Street. I took a friend we had brunch the service was great it sure was nice to be able to wear our bathing suit with a cover-up just coming from the pool. I definitely will return. The food is good comfort food and affordable prices. The service is great as well very friendly. The iced tea is recommended by me I like a good strong iced tea it’s hard to fine sometimes.

Excellent dining experience. Friendly, courteous staff, delicious food that was delivered promptly, and portions that were on par with the price. The breakfast meals we ordered off the kid’s menu were easily enough for an adult. I ordered their fish and chips, it was as if Gordon Ramsay hijacked a Long John’s Silver kitchen, so dang good.

Located inside the Golden Nugget Casino, little cramped and dark, friendly staff and fast service. Restrooms are located outside the restaurant. Not a bad experience just won't be my first pick for breakfast while in the area.

Not a lot of food for you buck but it was great I ate here for lunch got the American Adult Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Bacon and some fries and water the service was fast and friendly my server "Darrin" was amazing if I lived here or come back to visit I'll be coming back here !!

I was pleasantly surprised that the food was good after being in such an expensive area for so long and all the food was mediocre. Claim Jumper definitely hit the spot for us and their servers were down to earth. Would absolutely return.

After sitting for 55mins at the table, the food finally arrives. Totally disappointed. My omelet arrived with a slice of cheese on top and none inside. My vegetables were not sautéed either. I asked about the lack of cheese and he took the plate back to the kitchen. When he returned, there was cheese on the inside but the slices were not even melted. I decided I did not want it and ordered eggs with bacon. Bacon a little salty and no refill on juice. That may just be the policy for Orange juice. Would have been a nice gesture considering the problem considering the problem as I had with my meal.. I still paid for what I had and tipped the waiter who happened to be an older waiter who happened to be an older gentleman and very nice.

We ordered the chili nachos & the clam chowder. They were both very flavorful & delicious. The clams were cooked just right, and the chowder was creamy & full of nice flavor, but not overbearing. The nachos had awesome steak chili & fresh pico, fresh avocado, fresh cheese & fresh sour cream. Our waitress was attentive & pleasant. I would definitely eat here again

Ordered breakfast in the afternoon. We had coffee, French toast, and a California omelet with hash browns and toast. Our server was extremely attentive. The French toast is made from thick slices of sour dough bread and tastes exactly like a cinnamon roll. The California omelet came with spinach, cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, and onion and was topped with a third of an avocado. The hash browns were cooked and seasoned to perfection. We'll definitely be back!

I ordered take out while staying in the hotel. Black-tie chicken pasta was fantastic. They were pretty busy in the restaurant, hostess took my order and said 15 minutes..I figured ...no way. But 15 minutes and it was up front, all utensils, napkins everything I needed. Remember to tip your take out servers ,they take the order, have to fet everything together, pack the items up...give them at least 10% tip. Be kind

The food overall are good. We like the buffalo wings, the chicken’s skin texture are tender. Eventually, the steak one eventho we picked fod medium rare still pretty hard to chew. . . For pricing itself, it’s fair enough.

It looks like a hotel restaurant... The atmosphere is blah, with no distinct personality. And, it feels old and dated. The food was a 3/5, and the portions were waaaay too big. We ordered the bbq smoked chicken, the chicken pot pie, chicken fried steak and a small stack of pancakes, which were the best thing in the end. The service was the best part of our experience and we wanted for nothing the entire meal.

I ate at the Claim Jumper restaurant. The dinner was very tasteful and we had a list of options from spaghetti, ribs, pizza, breakfast and many more. Our server Amanda was quick accurate and she gave us details on our options. She was the best we've ever had serve us. I'll eat here again soon.

We had breakfast, the scramble. There was a lot of food given, and the taste was good. The real disappointment was the poor sausage gravy the cam wit the dish. The hostess was ok, but the waitress was a 10 out of 10. Overall a good choice.

Omg, that was the best New England clam chowder. It was so smooth and like silk, also chunky. We ordered 3 chicken fried steaks ordered, you get 2 on a plate with mashed potatoes n gravy, very good, the batter was crunchy! Mmm

Had a breakfast Wednesday and a dinner Friday evening. Breakfast pancakes that were light and fluffy that didn't sink to your stomach and fruit bowl that was fresh and delicious. Dinner had ribs w/fries. Great BBQ sauce for ribs that fell off the bone. Fries seasoned well, but they were the thin style. Had a Moscow Mule to wash it down. Perfect! No line.

OMG, The portions are nice, The food was superb although I ordered 1 item but was given the other. I still enjoyed. The guy at the table next to us had an emergency and had to leave. We noticed he had ordered the rib. It was huge. We were happy to see he came back and completed his meal. We decided next time we visit A claim jumper to have the rib!

My husband and I ate there for most of our meals. We were staying at the Golden Nugget and it was a great restaurant to go to for anything. All the servers we had were friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was very nice! Fish tacos were amazing! However my husband ordered steak and shrimp and literally couldn’t chew the steak. He never ever complains literally eats anything but we had to let the manager know. They didn’t make him pay for his food so that was nice. But the steak experience was not good at all. My family had the wings and they were good. Clam chowder was very good!

Service could be better, prices a tad cheaper. But the food is really really good. Drinks could be stronger for the $$ come on it's Vegas people. But we really enjoyed it and will be back. - Updating to 5 stars. I have been here so many times never a bad experience. The chocolate cake is like 8 layers for $10 and it's some of the best cake I've ever had.. Mozz sticks are amazing also. Never had anything bad here. The filet was even amazing for the price! What a great find in the Nugget.

We were sat when we arrived. We didn't wait long for service or our food. The portions were great. I was hungry and didnt finish. I had the tri tip, which was very reasonably priced with the rice pilaf and baked potato. Had the salad which in itself was great. We also had the rib eye, which was delicious. Well cooked. Our server was a delight and checked on us just enough that it wasn't too much. Highly recommended you stop and grab dinner or lunch here. Located inside The Golden Nugget off Fremont Street.

This place has really good food! We weren’t expecting a whole lot from a hotel restaurant but the food and service was on point. Our server Christian was very attentive and friendly. We had the BBQ chicken and it was cooked to perfection, the mash was super creamy and the veggies were well seasoned. A tad more expensive than other places but this is Vegas so expect to pay more. Delicious anyway 😋

A bottle of beer is only $6 whereas elsewhere it seemed to cost $9. I ate there twice. Once I ordered the Widow Maker burger and during the second visit I ordered the Chicken Pot Pie. Both were delicious but two thumbs up 👍👍 for the Chicken Pot Pie which is a house speciality. Waitstaff was very good as well. Highly recommended 👌

We grabbed breakfast before heading out to do touristy stuff on Saturday of our Vegas weekend. We arrived early enough that we got a table but keep in mind that after 8 or so on the weekend there is a wait because there’s no where else to eat breakfast in the nugget. I was craving eggs Benny and it was good but not the best ever. Coffee was ok. Waitress was helpful but seemed annoyed. But working at 7 in the morning on a Saturday probably doesn’t put you in the best mood so I can forgive her. We were in a rush to leave and they did take a while to bring check so I left cash at the hostess table. They seemed annoyed at that but we had to catch a tour bus. Overall decent food, ok service. Everyone working in the restaurants in the casinos seems constantly annoyed. But again I probably would be too dealing with tourists at such an early hour.

What are three times at The Golden Nugget first time they got my order wrong and they were trying to kill me putting tomatoes on my dish. They did correct it but it took another 45 minutes. The other two days the service was incredible because it was breakfast and we didn't have to worry about anything else I do recommend it just don't go at night time if you have any allergies

We walked up "table for 2 please", "you have to stand in line". The over bearing look of burden in my eyes as I count tourist after tourist ID have to stand behind was defeating me to say the least. Leaving my female companion to do the line wait, I hit the casino like a real P. 😆 After getting lost in the sauce for long enough, I return to a table in the back of the restaurant and order. Baby never disappoints....the beauty of rocking with the best. Food was great there would be no complaints there and the bill came next. Wifey has a really quick hand so it got snatched up in a heartbeat and paid even faster making me feel like a real P. She's the best. Solidly average. The hostess directed us to get on the wait list- which does not give an estimated wait time and gives you 7 minutes to return to the host stand before they give your table away. Menu selection was typical, but the food quality was very clearly geared toward bulk production and not for patron experience. Service was also average, but I'm assuming our waitress realized she could make more money from the drunk group next to us so I don't blame her. This place is fine in a pinch but I definitely wouldn't recommend it to visiting friends.

I've enjoyed two evening meals with these folks and it's really good..really, really quite good. Breakfast with them tomorrow and I'll have better understanding of how good it truly is. I've heard nothing but praise for their breakfasts.

They have plenty of options for all meals. We were stuck on breakfast. If it matters, they carry Coke products which my friends happy. Decent food. Service a little slow at first but improved. I would go there again.

This restaurant is located in the Golden Nugget in downtown Las Vegas. Due to COVID, wait staff was limited. When we did get seated the waiter was wonderful. Food was good. I opted for a cup of clam chowder and Cobb Salad. Huge portion.

Got the Ribeye with the sides of vegetables and baked potato. Food was good. Steak cooked well. Potato was a little dry but still tasty surprisingly good. Service was quite good, was busy but our drinks remained full. Food also came out pretty quickly. Hope I helped.

I would have gave it a 5 but they need to make some changes. I was told that they did not have or serve bread. If you sell steak or ribs, you should have bread. Second, you cannot substitute a salad for a 2nd side and just pay a bit more. Next, they did not have cocktail sauce even though they served shrimp. I will give the server credit as he had the kitchen make me cocktail sauce. Lastly, the size of the sides could have been bigger. The food was very good however.

Very good food and service! We had everything from the steaks to chicken caesar salad and it was tasty AF! The best part of our meal was the chocolate cake! Get ready for a sugar and flavor overload! It's HUGE! One order fed 7 people! I can say I ate way too much! We will be back!!

Came here two nights for late dinners after an event at the conference space. The first night, there was only like one waiter and he was struggling. All of our meals came out slightly wrong, but we just felt bad for the guy. The second night, there were tons of empty tables and it took us like 45 minutes to get seated. The food is decent, Mitchell is awesome. Definitely does the job. Major props for the all day breakfast though!

Food was great, wait staff was out of sync and didn't service our table enough. Service was a tad slow but we kept ourself busy. Water was provided to our party of 10, a few others asked for drinks. That's the last time that service happened. I could have used a second drink and a refill on that water. Bread was delivered to the table, no butter, we also ordered appraisers we had to ask for plates. Is it a post covid staffing issue??

My husband and I were very happy with the service,our waitress Julie was exceptional, and extremely happy with the food, would definitely recommend. We we're seated within 5 minutes and our service was great considering a group of 35 came in and was sat in our section. Our food came out promptly and orders were spot on. We will be back!!

My first time coming here. And didn't know what to order since they had lots of good selections to choose from. So I went for the grilled Salmon with rice pilaf and vegetables and it was a great choice my salmon was cooked just how I ordered it and the vegetables were just perfect. The Service was awesome and the atmosphere was great. definitely coming back.

So we got to the hotel on a Sunday evening and decided to have a late supper around 8pm. Garlic/cheese bread was delicious and our entrees (wings and french dip) were very good. Wait time was decent and service was very good. We were impressed so we decided to go again a couple days later. This time we came in around noon. Not such a great experience. Waiter was slow. I had the buffalo chicken wrap. I would NOT recommend that to anyone. Didn't even taste like a buffalo chicken anything. Had bacon in it, which overpowered the chicken which wasn't even buffalo style. It was gross and left a nasty taste in my mouth. I only ate a couple bites. Waiter was non attentive.

Our food was so good and the service was excellent. If you order dessert be sure you have three or four other people who are going to help you eat it. It's like a half a cake. Really good food! The fries were top-notch! My only hiccup in the experience is the bar. We asked for a drink menu, and all we were told is that there was a full bar. I asked for a Negroni, but the server didn’t know what that was. Instead, I asked about a French 75 — still didn’t know. I told her the two liquors in it and the bar should know what I’m talking about, but still no. I wish the restaurant had a drink menu to avoid these awkward interactions.

Came in the other day and had a female server, that seemed very disinterested for us to be there. The menu states to inquire about drinks and when we did she gave us a dead look and all she could say was “full bar”. The food was delicious which brought us back tonight for dinner. I understand that we're in a pandemic and you had to scale back on the menu but, for the price you pay, you don't scale back on FLAVOR. I had a full slab baby back rib dinner with shoestring fries and rice pilaf and my wife had Chicken Alfredo a Cesar salad and we had some Potato Skins, all of it was lacking flavor or straight up BLAND. I did like the atmosphere of the place and the waitstaff is wonderful otherwise.

I liked and enjoyed the mini steak plus the beer I had for dinner here on a Sunday evening. My friend's pasta was also tasty and creamy. Service was fast, knowledgeable and helpful. One of the advantages of going to a casino owned restaurant, when the casino itself is owned by restaurant people, is the consistent food quality, and food itself being excellent. Basic American food done right. I have seen the lines to get in, but the times we went in there weren't any. Otherwise on line reservations might be a good idea. Outstanding service. Then again, Las Vegas is all about service. And tips.

I checked into the hotel around 11:30 PM and this was the only place open. While it wasn't terrible packed service was slow and not too friendly. I had the chicken fried steak which was great. Well fried and heavily seasoned, it was exactly what I was looking for. It was fairly tender and the mash was good as well. I had a slice of carrot cake to finish off my meal, it was large but not that great as far as carrot cakes go.

The menu is not a full menu due to it being inside a hotel. If you are expecting a full claim jumper menu with all the dishes you won't find it here it's limited to a short list of items. I won't complain about the pricing due to the fact it's inside a casino and that should be expected . But the lack of info about the menu ahead of time was a bummer.....I did think my ribeye was delicious though it was actually way better than I thought it would be.

Our server was great we were there celebrating a friend's birthday as well as our wedding night. Went to the courthouse to get married and going to have a reception at a later date cuz we had too much going on at the time. My granddaughter got sick and my daughter and her friend that came into town had to leave abruptly. Food was good here but this location is extremely busy and crowded and the wait times can be very lengthy but it is also in the casino of a big hotel in downtown Vegas. Currently sitting here awaiting my partner's dinner to be done ( new and fresh plate) so we can leave. A mistake in the kitchen means an ordered well done steak arrived to the table raw. The sever, Donnell, has been very nice and professional about the incident but the meal is delayed by at least 20 mins. I am done eating. The Mgr, David, finally came to the table and made apologies for the error. My partner is extremely nice and understanding but me not so much. The meal has been ruined. The bill hasn't been amended for the inconvience. My partner will be eating solo because I am done with my plate. I wish I could give the restaurant a zero. Thanks Donnell. Just got the bill and it too is incorrect. Plus charged my partner full price for the meal and mistakenly charged him twice for a baked potato. Most casino versions of exterior chains are sadder versions. However, this claim jumper was quite pleasantly well executed. Cheese sticks were perfectly cooked, grilled cheese was buttery crisp, and the chicken tenders were moist and tasty. A reasonable stop in the midst of overpriced nonsense. Service was alas a bit too slow, so loss of one star.

The Claim Jumpers was located in the middle of the Golden Nugget Facility. It was as most things are in Las Vegas Casinos, quite a walk, with all the distraction signs so much larger than the signs to help you to dinner. Well the staff of the Nugget are helpful, even if they only point in that direction. On the way in the fish tank experience in the Nugget is impressive. Now in to Claim Jumper. The hostess was helpful and we must have come at a slack time as we were surprisingly seated immediately. The waiter had one to many cappuccinos as he talked at a speed that was indeed breaking the sound barrier. No worry, we got our order in successfully and it was a simple order, a cobb salad and a Chinese chicken salad. Her cobb was very nice, however it would have been even nicer to have something other than iceberg. Oh well? My Chinese chicken salad was interesting. I do not every remember have a salad that was chopped this fine. So fine was the chopping I thought is was a minced slaw. All the flavors were there, somewhere. All in all the salads served us well and we are off to our next adventure.

The best place to eat on Fremont! The prices are great. The homemade ranch is the best, we waited all year to return just for that ranch. Staff was flexible with ordering off menu!

This Claim Jumper was at the Orleans in Las Vegas. A small venue compared to their other stand alone locations. The food was just OK. We had to send some food back because it was not hot. The service was just OK.

It's a Claim Jumper, it's not going to be that great. The eggs on the eggs benedict were more hard cooked then poached and the hollandaise was very disappointing. The only good thing they had was Cowboy bacon which is candied maple bacon.
