location was perfect! view of the fantastic aquarium gives a luxurious feeling. the food was delicious! only my main dish was all fried and i didn't expect that. I wanted to eat lobster for the first time, but it's no use if it's fried. staff were friendly and helpful. we only got the children's card (for our daughter of 11) when we asked.

Beautiful experience. Huge fish tanks so it feels like your dinning in the ocean. The staff was so nice, from the host to the manager. The food comes out quick, and everything was delicious!!! The drinks were also good!!! Our server was excellent, he kept checking on us and kept the drinks coming. For free parking get a card from the parking lot attendant and have your server validate the card. I definitely would recommend this place!!!

I was not expecting this place to be so fantastic. The drinks at the bar, and the appetizers were great. (Go there for happy hour 4-6 to get some great deals) The dinner a was also perfect along with the service. 5+ stars.

The restaurant is gorgeous with marine life all around! I chose the 3 course meal and I’m not a chocolate cake fan, but it was the best I’ve EVER had in my life! The only thing I didn’t like was my drink that was recommended by the waitress. Otherwise, it was a perfect night to spend with my friend and I will be coming back.

Stumbled across this restaurant with a friend that had a slow start, but ended well. We saw the beautiful aquarium upon entry into the Golden Nugget and decided to have dinner. With no reservation, we waited about 10 minutes before being acknowledged and finally seated. I had to inquire about our waitress after waiting for another 15 minutes with no service. My drink was fabulous and the appetizers and entrees had good presentation and were delicious. You can't help but to get lost watching the amazing variety of salt water fish in the floor to ceiling aquarium. Definitely will be back!

Wonderful dinner this past Saturday night at 6pm. Great food and absolutely loved sitting near the fish tank. Our server was amazing wish I could remember his name. We had Caesar salad, Asparagus, 9oz filet, and it was all amazing. Will definitely be back.

Quick Summary Awesome food, service, and a cool fish tank in the restaurant. Lucky enough to avoid a wait for a Friday dinner Food- 5 stars It's below Vic and Anthony's but above Saltgrass. Really solid food, portions, and prices. Crab cakes- this was fantastic. Huge chunks of real crab meat and incredibly balanced as well Wagyu Bacon Burger- burger was incredibly juice and cooked perfectly. They definitely grind their meat in-house here Prime Rib- wonderfully plated and cooked perfectly. One of the best choice prime ribs I've had Drinks- 4 stars Pomegranate martini- this was decent, but was on the sweeter side fiery cucumber- this was pretty good and refreshing This is no 'old' fashioned- pretty standard Service- 5 stars Excellent service throughout. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our meal Bottom Line Great food, excellent service, and a great view of a fish tank while you're dining. Really blown away by the Golden Nugget overall

Awesome place to dine. I had a note attached to our reservations that it was our anniversary. They had a nice dessert planned for after our dinner. Dinner was nice & Sexy by candle light & the gigantic aquarium. Staff was cool & accommodating.

I really loved the Chart House, it had a classic vibe to it, old school seating and decorations. There was an amazing aquarium in the middle with fish that look like old-time Vegas mobsters. I had one of the best sea bass dinners ever, my partner had an amazing salmon, as fresh as you can get. it was our anniversary so they supplied us with non-stop desserts that were awesome. Our waitress was fantastic, One of the best I've ever seen. The drinks were well made in the wine list but well crafted. I generally am not a huge fan of old school restaurants but this definitely changed my mind.

The fish tank is mesmerizing. Jackie (sp?) was my server and the bartender. She recommended the seared tuna to start and the blackened tuna with mashed potatoes. Both of her recommendations were insanely delicious. I also got the asparagus, which I could take or leave. I’m still sitting writing this just to make sure I don’t forget. Also, please get the apple Manhattan. It is worth every single penny and then some. Absolutely incredible. She’s talented AF.

It’s always a great time at the Chart House. The fish tank is amazing and we had the stone crab claws. Phenomenal! Their fish is always fresh and I like how you can order it with different sauces and toppings. Highly recommend. Cheers, friends!

Hidden gem in downtown Las Vegas. The food is always great. The seafood is so fresh and delicious. Great atmosphere with the aquarium in the middle of the restaurant. I have ordered several different plates here and loved them all. The oysters here are awesome.

This place is awesome from start to finish. Great customer service, I asked to be seated by the fish tank. It was AMAZING, drinks came out and food sharply after, can we say DELICIOUS I had the paneed chicken. It’s definitely a grown and sexy atmosphere, lights were dim and music played softly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The food here is delicious!!! The seared ahi is so fresh and addicting, the coconut shrimp was perfectly prepared and the shrimp, avacado, mango stack was very yummy! The portions are large! We just ordered off of the appetizer menu and split a Ceasars salad; more than enough food for 2! Only suggestion I have is a little spoon for the sauces on the coconut shrimp are so very much needed.

We had dinner on our last night in Las Vegas. The atmosphere was great, and the fish tank was beautiful. Our waiter was a pleasant young man the answer what questions we had. The meal was fantastic, we actually had dessert too. One of my favorite restaurants on thw trip.

The Chart House never fails to impress. Steak was perfect and the lobster 🦞 tail was sublime. Sides were cooked perfectly as well. Add in the wonderful aquarium and the hubbub of the Golden Nugget and it was a memorable experience.

Very nice restaurant, with a great view of the large tropical fish tank. We enjoy the happy hour here immensely. Happy hour is 4pm to 6pm Monday through Friday. The kimchi Calamari and Prime Rib sliders are our two favorite dishes on the happy hour menu. Ahi Nachos and Baja shrimp cocktail are also worth ordering. We also enjoy the drink specials, including the mango mojito and pomegranate mojito. The staff is very friendly and they will validate parking, so it's a great date spot.

Amazing experience! We got sat down by the aquarium and it was so interesting to watch the different aquatic life (there was a huge eel!) the food was top class, amazing steak and pasta. The dessert was honestly amazing! Would 10 out of 10 recommend!

The dinner was amazing. Delicious tasting dinner. Seafood pot pie was outstanding. Tasty prime rib and shrimp stuffed benniate were delicate and yummy. The mud pie...don't bother. The non alcoholic drinks were great. The service was adequate. I would have expected a little more personalized service however. All in all though it was fantastic.

This is inside the Golden Nugget in old Vegas. The steps look like blue glass, and a very large aquarium is the center of the restaurant. We had a party of seven and had to wait less than 10 minutes. The food was really good and came to the table in a timely manner. The server was very pleasant and helpful. The only reason I gave a 4 on atmosphere was because it was near slots, of course lol, and it was a little loud.

The ambiance of the restaurant is really awesome. You will find yourself watching the fish as you talk and eat. Also ask the staff questions about the tank. Like when do they feed the fish and why the eel doesn’t eat the fish, oh and how many fish species are in the tank. If you are a bisque person you should order the lobster bisque. I’ve come to really enjoy watermelon salads lately and the Chart house is delicious. I highly recommend the Spicy Ahi dish, it was so good. The tuna was high quality. The King salmon was delicious as well, just wished they offered different side options. Definitely a $$$ - $$$$ restaurant.

Probably the best fish dishes served in downtown. Preparations include cajun style and my favorites, butter or olive oil sautéed. Dont forget to try the 16 ounce no gimmicks, good ol' prime rib done to perfection, served with au jus and and horse radish sauce. Save room for the creme brulee tasting or famous chocolate lava cake. Come early for happy hour too!

Beautiful high end seafood restaurant in downtown Las Vegas. The food was fresh which is important for seafood and well presented. The atmosphere is unique because it's partially surrounded by a large aquarium for substantially sized ocean fish. My only issue would be the cost is very high but worth it for a special occasion.

Can a restaurant in a casino really be all it’s cracked up to be? In this case, absolutely! The Chart House located in the Golden Nugget Casino on Fremont Street is a perfect place to spend an evening. The staff is engaged, and genuine. They seem to enjoy working here, and if you get the pleasure of having Sharon as your server, then know you are in good hands! The food was excellently prepared, and for seafood, it had a strong balance between rich and refreshing. We ordered and we’re almost immediately greeted by our soup of the day and within 15-20 minutes we had our entrées. The prices might scare some people away, but my personal suggestion is the Specialty Platter; tempura lobster tail, calamari, fried fish, coconut shrimp and fries. (Make Sure to ask for some Kim Chi sauce on the side, you’ll thank me!) There is easily enough food for two or three and is much more reasonably priced. Overall my fiancé and I spent one of the best evenings we’ve had in a restaurant here, and hope that more people will check it out!!

We sat at the bar during happy hour, so your mileage may vary. The bartender was very friendly and quick to assist us. The menu options during happy hour are fantastic, as were the drinks. I've been to a couple of other Chart House locations, but this one is always my favorite. There's an amazing fish tank behind the bar that must be seen to be believed.

Excellent service and the food was great! Shrimp cocktail was served on dry ice which made for a nice presentation and the New England clam chowder was delicious! The shrimp stack appetizer was very good as well!

We came for our wedding dinner and was not disappointed. We had Sharon who was an absolute pleasure definitely a joy to have her. We also we're treated so well by everyone including Donny another server that was just an awesome person all together. Great staff! The lobsters were incredible! Best I've ever had. The steak was delicious. All in all amazing place to eat in Vegas highly recommend and we will be back!

One of the best meals we had in Vegas. This restaurant is located in the Golden Nugget hotel and it has an iconic fish tank in the center of the restaurant. The entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The food was spectacular and the view of the fish tank was awesome. Out table had the Ahi Tuna and Coconut Shrimp, the food tasted as wonderful as it looked. The presentation was top shelf.

We were looking for sea food and found this hidden gem. Awesome experience. Suitable for fine dining. Acqarium took all our attention. We enjoyed watching beautiful variety of fishes and foegot anuthingelse existed around us. The welcome person, our server Donny and the sweet girls all were so good. Food was cooked just right. Served in a very beautiful appetizing way. Thank you Mr. Chef. Great moments added to our vegas trip. We will definitely visit you again.

We had dinner here last night and sat by the fish tank. The waiter was amazing, and gave us recommendations. We decided on the calamari app, scallops and prime rib dinners. All were fantastic. The only flaw was the prime rib was a little over done and the prices were on the high end. But for a special night out you won’t be disappointed

Fantastic experience, even better food. We had reservation. Went for 4pm dinner and we set next to huge salt water fish in the middle of the dinning room. I had the mahi and cauliflower, great. Had shrimp cocktail as a starter, dope presentation! Friendly staff with really good service. Self parked, make sure to have you parking ticket validated.

3 1/2 Stars: 5 Stars for our server. He was absolutely great and I forgot his name. All I remember is he was from North County SD where I used to live. I've been to a few locations in California and unfortunately the food is just meh. However, The aquarium is beautiful and huge. Wish we sat a little further away from it so we could enjoy the entire view. Food: •Seafood Salad Trio- Shrimp, Tuna, Hearts of Palm and few other items. •Miso Maple glazed Salmon •Specialty Platter - Tempura Lobster Tail, Fish, Coconut Shrimp, Calamari and skinny fries. The Shrimp on the Seafood Trio tasted a meh that I tasted a bite size and I didn't like the taste. I loved the Ahi and Asian Slaw. The Salmon was good too but I needed extra lemon. The only thing I ate on the Platter is the Coconut Shrimp. Everything else was meh and I love Calamari and Lobster. Overall, I'd return and try other dishes. Maybe it was just the dishes I chose to eat that left me unsatisfied.

The main attraction is a massive fish tank right in the middle of the restaurant. The atmosphere is great the food is ok. It really depends on the dish. Certain one are amazing other not so much and overpriced.

We walked in, it took about 25 minutes for us to get a table, we share a dinner for both me and my husband, first time comming here that's why we choose to share our dish, plus we had a couple of Mango Mojitos. We celebrated here for the September birthday’s of my sister and I. Such a great decision. Honestly I didn’t expect much and boy was I completely blown away. Happy hour lounge was great! Appetizers were served quickly and very good. We didn’t drink alcohol but was very pleased with the large San Pellegrino water in proper glasses with lime. Great start and phenomenal finish. We were seated right on time with our 5pm reservation. Our server was Donny. 5 Star service from beginning to end. Donny was extremely polite. His table manners made our dinner a very memorable occasion. He made very clear and clever suggestions customized to each one of our specific ordering needs. He even accommodated our minimalist 12 year old perfectly. He was patient and thorough all will being swift and attentive. This was a fabulous meal. The chef created artful and delectable plates that had us all in awe. Altogether this set the stage for a wonderful evening of family conversation and celebration. All of the staff we encountered were engaging, sincere and inviting. Highly recommended. Very clean atmosphere. We’ve been to many places to eat throughout Las Vegas and the Chart House at the Golden Nugget is a sure fire standout! Do yourself a favor and experience this top quality hot spot for yourself. Went here for dinner after our wedding. The Lobster Bisque was delicious. We had both steak and salmon which were good; and the molten lava cake was worth it's weight in gold!!! The staff was friendly and accommodating and the ambiance was amazing!!

We dined at this restaurant during our stay at the Golden Nugget in the first week of October. First off, the restaurant was beautiful. I can't say enough about that fish tank and we got a prime spot table right beside it. We ordered appetizers and the Oysters in a half shell and coconut shrimp were excellent. I ordered the "Chart your Course" meal and my friend ordered the Lobster. Unfortunately the lobster appeared to be overcooked and they took that off our bill. My miso maple glazed salmon also was overcooked but I didn't complain about it and just didn't eat much of it as I've already lost my appetite. A bit of a disappointment but the service was great and staff were very friendly. Maybe it was an off-day for the chefs that day, who knows? I'd come here again for the fish tank and great service but I would try the steaks next time.

Aquarium is neat, service lacked and restaurant wasn't busy. Ordered half dozen oysters received 5.. and they were filled with grit and cracked shell pieces. Sea bass didn't have couscous that was stated on menu just a bed of onions and 2 brussel sprouts. Taste was great but overall experience wasn't great. Food took 40 minutes to come out for 2 entrees.

Great service and amazing food in an upscale restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. It's nice to dress up and go out without stress of a stuffy staff or clientele. The calamari was really nice as was the chocolate lava cake. Highly recommend this place!! (They will validate your parking too, just ask)

Such a beautiful restaurant with the fish tank being the main attraction and great staff! For my appetizer I chose the crab advocado mango stack which was pretty good but different for me. My main course was the prime rib with mashed potatoes. I usually am not a fan of horseradish but this was perfectly paired with the prime rib along with another type of gravy that came with my meal. The drinks are not overpriced and overall I was highly satisfied with my whole experience.

Really enjoyed our meal! Had 10 items off the menu and they were all good. Also had many drinks to boot! They were so good I had to stop myself from getting drunk. I price was on point. Rarely do I say this but above and beyond service our waitress was amazing! Great presentation to the good average drinks and super attentive service. I have no idea what my wife ordered but the presentation was on point! I said WOW what is that!? I think it was coconut shrimp or something. Would return. Also the fish tank is pretty impressive.

One of my favorite Happy Hours on fremont. I mean how can you beat the view of the amazing fish tank and the atmosphere. Happy hour starts from 4-6 and has a wide range. I was intrigued by there sampler of hummus for $5. Was I happy that I tried it, came with 3 amazing hummus and Flat bread with plantain chips. There well drinks are on special for $5 I had tequila and pineapple mmm. Overall this place is a must, just know its first come first serve so it does get quite packed. You wouldn't regret it!

High priced decent food. Got the brick chicken dinner and it was overdone and dry. The clam chowder soup was very good. As well as the bacon chopped salad. Crab cake as an appetizer was excellent. The veggies with the chicken were almost raw. Got the shrimp and scallop meal andvthe scallops great but the shrimp over cooked. If yoy are looking for a classy restaurant then this will fit the bill.

I had a really good meal here a couple of weeks ago. Beautiful aquarium, good service, good food. I had a Fiery Cucumber, a spinach salad, and the Chilean Sea Bass with Baja topping. No complaints at all.

Excellent Culinary Experience!!! The Marinades and use of spices really dance on the palette! Everything was wonderful... Wish we had a Chart House in Kansas! I will have to say, Chart House is excellent in my book. We have dined here on every trip to Vegas ( maybe 10x ). Since 2010. It is part of our dining experience. Do they make mistakes, yes. Our waitress forgot that I omitted the Pico in my dish due to a tomato allergy, it was delivered and I had to wait a minute for her return..this happens time and again that servers fail to let food preparers know. It can be very serious for me, however I cannot mark the restaurant for the servers mistake. We all make them. However, when I genuinely see a property take great strides to make it right! That is what counts. Our girl needed a bit more training in etiquette and customer service, maybe a little more culinary knowledge...but she was friendly and we were fed and left happy.

Great food, as always! Awesome service from Maggie. We eat here everytime we are in Vegas and have never been disappointed. The Kim Chee Calamari is a must! Shrimp cocktail is simply amazing and the way it's displayed is a treat in itself. Mochatini is a yummy drink that you have to ask for, as it's not on the menu. The fish tank is simply beautiful - we recommend sitting on the back side of the restaurant/bar in a booth. Can't wait to come back and try other wonderful dishes.

What a brilliant restaurant! We booked it not knowing anything about the restaurant only that it was nearby. To start, the decor was lovely and despite having a late reservation (9pm it was too popular to get an earlier one) the staff were lovely and friendly. Our server Karissa was brilliant as well! A joyful attitude with plenty of suggestions and a great table manner. When we noticed there had been an error with our order, she dealt with it quickly and professionally and made sure we were all happy (fulfilling her motto of 'if you're happy, I'm happy'). The food was absolutely delicious and quick as well. We all had platters and the kimchi calamari. It was some of the best seafood we've had in Las Vegas and great value. Highly recommended and a big thanks to all the staff for a wonderful evening!

The food was good, not great but good, the atmosphere is nice, but the service is slow. We had reservations, it took quite sometime to get our table ready and there wasn't hardly anyone in there. Server kept forgetting our orders and had to keep coming back asking what we ordered. For the amount of money you spend it could definitly be better. I gave it 3 stars but I'm really teetering around 2 because we could've went to several other places for less money and better food as well as service.

Robert was our server and he was so friendly and helpful. It was an impromptu lunch for us and we cant express just how happy we were to stumble into this lovely spot. We also got to sit right next to the aquarium which made for great entertainment the whole time. If you are looking for a nicer spot for lunch in Fremont this is the place!

Food good. Shrimp appetizers exceptional. DO NOT add lobster tail to your meal as smallest lobster I’ve ever seen and at $35 total rip off! Our server Nate was average, no water refills & tried to overstate our tip, guess cos we’re English, but we still left 20%, not that we got any thanks. Worth one visit but wouldn’t return

We can’t recommend Chart House enough. We made reservations and got probably one of the best seats in the house directly across from the gorgeous aquarium. Our server Kiara (spelling?) was amazing. The food was phenomenal! Best lobster bisque I’ve ever encountered. Steak was grilled to perfection and just the whole experience was everything we could have asked for. We even witnessed the staff having to deal with incredibly difficult and rude customers calmly and professionally 10/10 will definitely return next time we are in town!! Thank you chart house!

This was honestly my favorite spot of our entire trip! Our server Donny was absolutely incredible, he helped me (a seafood newbie) pick out the perfect dish, and it was honestly incredible. This is a place I regularly return to. Probably one of my favorite happy hours joints. The food items offered are unique and not really your typical dishes offered during happy hour and they give you good sized portions. You have to try the kimchi calamari. Lightly battered tempura with veggies. They have a great selection of cocktails. My favorite. Mango Mojito! I've been here on 5 different occasions and I love the consistency of quality of the food and service. This is hard to do sometimes. I have to mention that to show appreciation. Not to mention the beautiful ambiance of the large fish tank behind the bar. I highly recommend. Happy hour is only served in the bar area and seating is first come, first serve. So get there early.

It's strange, you pay fine dining prices for regular food. For example, their wok fried fish. I could literally go to Joyful house a few miles away and get a much better version for less than half the price. The service is good, the food is good. But I can't get over the gap between pricing and dish quality. I mean I know seafood is expensive, but come on. Here is another example, their lobster and shrimp spring rolls. They make it sound fancy, but it's really a plain spring roll. Even the "citrus Chile sauce" taste like they took the bottled sweet chili sauce from the Asian store and just squirted a bit of citrus in there. Long story short, this place leans to heavy on their high end ingredients and doesn't add much more to their dishes. It's just an ok place.

Searching for a restaurant to take the wife to for Mother's Day ended with exactly what she wanted, a place that is in Vegas with Quality food and Great Staff. We found it... CHART HOUSE, in the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino, Down Town, Las Vegas. We are from Oahu, Hawaii and used to dine at Chart House in Waikiki and it had Great Food and Staff. We thought we had lost that type of dining experience. NO SO !! Our Server, Curissa, was one for the books, she has the "Aloha Spirit" and not even from Hawaii. She made the Wife and I feel so Special with taking care of us from Start to Finish, from Water to Dessert. The food was Fantastic, the Wife had the Prime Rib and the Sea Bass for me. Cooked to Perfection, both we're UNREAL. We are going back again and we can't wait. One should consider Chart House in the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Down Town, Las Vegas for a VERY SPECIAL DINING EXPERIENCE. Thank you very much. Patrick Murphy

Always a great time and worth the money! Went here for a birthday dinner and every single thing they brought us was delicious. The seasonal rotating items are always my favorite. We visited during happy hour (4-6 PM), and loved it! $7 cocktails, $5-7 apps, discounted beers and wines and other drinks we didn't try. We tried quite a few of the cocktail options, but our favorite was the Monarch Margarita, a tart and strong blood orange cocktail. We also enjoyed the mango mojito (sweeter, but flavorful), and the pomegranate margarita. We weren't as excited about the pomegranate mojito (slightly bitter, and not as flavorful), and sent back the fleur de lis (too sweet!). And we got a calamari appetizer which was also tasty, and excellent presentation. Atmosphere was fabulous, with the large tropical fish tank right in front of us at the bar, and service was friendly and quick. This was one of our favorite stops in the city. Though we're only visitors in Vegas, we'd DEFINITELY come back here next time we're in town.

Food was good. Disappointed that we couldn't get the Jalepeno Bread due to supply issues. I started with the Lobster Bisque. It was excellent the second time around. It came out luke warm the first time. The Blackened Mahi, had a little spicy kick, and Mixed Vegetables, seasoned and not mushy, were also very good. My biggest disappointment was the Crabcake. It was not much of a cake. Very runny with nothing binding it together, even after I asked that it be cooked a little longer. I think it was the sauce on top. It looked good but didn't add any flavor to the dish. The Pomegranate Mojto was awesome. Overall everyone in my party thought the meal was very good.

Most Las Vegas hotel bars have experienced bartenders, turning out great looking exotic drinks. My crew usually always sits at the bar where they're mixing drinks. We typically have a smorgasbord of appetizers and drinks. The staff was nice ,they tolerated us like veterans when we asked questions about the exotic drinks they were making. Clever and witty banter, quick service, and considering we went to the Bellagio had three drinks plus tip it was $70, here we had six drinks, three appetizers, nice tip, I think we spent $160, and enjoyed every minute of it. I mean it is Vegas the home of the $12 pool bar beer.

Had our first date night in over two years here tonight, I really enjoyed it! The shrimp cocktail had the BIGGEST shrimp I've ever seen in my life! Loved the cocktail sauce, perfect kick to it. For dinner I got the New York strip and added 3/4 lb of King crab legs. Sadly, even though it's what I most looked forward to, the crab legs were almost completely void of flavor, pretty disappointing. The steak was very tasty though, cooked to a perfect medium rare. My hubby had the filet mignon and added a lobster tail, that's the accompaniment I wish I'd gone with! It was delectable! My hubby said it's the best lobster tail he's had. We also both had a Fleur d'lis, and WOW that was good! I wanted so badly to try the lava cake, but I was just far too stuffed to even attempt it haha maybe next time. The service was wonderful there, always being checked up on and making sure everything was great. The ambiance is amazing of course, I was a little sad that we weren't near the aquarium but, not everyone can be so, what can you do. Overall it was a very wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it as a nice date night out.

Okay, so the food was quite good. However, the whole experience was pretty terrible. About 20 minutes after ordering our food (about when we were expecting it to arrive), our waitress informed us that they could cook anything as the gas went out. About 5 minutes after that she informs us that they are back up and running and will get our food on priority. My son's cheese pizza comes out. About 15 minutes later my husband and father's food arrives. They are shocked that mine isn't there. About 15 minutes after that my food finally arrives and the steak sandwich I ordered medium rare was cooked to well done. They didn't charge us for my food or our drinks. The ravioli my father ordered were very fantastic. It was just so disorganized. We were there for more than 2 hours due to the chaos.

Wow! Having dined all over the world it takes a lot to make me say Wow about an eating establishment, The Chart House was a Wow experience that must be experienced to be understood. Our waiter was exceptional, not good but great, he was helpful to our three younger diners who had never eaten in a 5 star restaurant without being condescending. This was refreshing and made for an excellent dining experience. The food was worth the trip to Las Vegas, dare I say it made the trip to Vegas more special for this dining experience? A resounding yes. The shrimp was exquisite, my steak cooked to perfection and, unlike most seafood steak establishments, it had no fishy flavor added by the grill. I highly recommend The Chart House for everyone to see what fine dining really is supposed to be.

Great decor, nice aquarium, nice staff. Wanting to be upscale but NOT!!! The music is loud & annoying, then the people drink & try to talk over the music. They pack you in there like sardines, then they serve dishes like breaded deep fried lobster, clam, shrimp & French fries with bread. NO SALAD! I'm sorry but having a dish like that on the menu does not say classy to me. These entrees are not cheap. Draped white table cloths & napkins. The atmosphere is not elegant like they would like to think. I had coconut shrimp with a soup dish. It came served on a giant weaved rice paper with crispy rice noodles and three different tasty dips. Loud obnoxious drinking people seated closely to my brother & I was very disrespectful on their behalf.

An extraordinary experience. Chart House brings dining to a higher level. The food is first class. The floor-to-ceiling aquarium is a delight to for the eye. But I was most impressed with their new line of artisan-created cocktails. This is the "Infused and Fogged", a combination of gin and liquors that is infused with fresh fruit and herbs in an exciting tableside presentation. A treat for anyone who enjoys fine cocktails, and something I haven't seen anywhere else.

First I took an Uber as I was concerned about parking, but they have a big parking lot so unless your going on a big night I think it's ok to drive your own car. The view from the restaurant is perfect! My colleague and I were able to get a table by a window but honestly any table in the place or if sitting at the bar the view is great. It could have had a little extra seasoning but I would order it again. The pricing was good. I really expected to pay more considering the venue and quality of food. For the two of us, with 2 wines each it was only $110 before the tip. The only negative of the evening was that the hostess was a little cold. No friendly greetings, or smiles. I will definitely return on my next trip to the Jersey area. Cheers!

We were a party of four (4) and made reservations earlier in the day with no problem. It was definitely fine dining. Tables and/or booths were comfortable, clean, and of high quality. We were seated by their large fish tank (floor to ceiling), which is very impressive. Menu selection was adequate for appetisers, soups/salads, entrees (sea food, beef, chicken, etc.), and deserts. They also had bar for a good variety of alcohol drinks. We started off with the calamari appetiser (excellent!), then two of us had the lobster bisque and two had Cesar salads. For our entrees two of us had the prime rib and two had sea food (shrimp dishes) with asparagus as a side dish. To finish it off, the four of us share the molten chocolate cake desert with one having vanilla and the other with peanut butter ice cream. Coffee, expresso, tea, or after dinner drinks were offered. All of the food was prepared very well and the presentation was very appealing. Our server was attentive and had a very pleasant personality (friendly, but not obtrusive). Food was delivered in a timely manner; however, we weren't rushed and was able to talk with each other, enjoying the evening. The Restaurant Manager and one of the Marketing Executives came by to see if we were enjoying our meal. Overall we had a good meal and would have no problem going back again. Prices are as expected for this type of restaurant, a little high; however, you get what you pay for and felt that it was worth it. I gave it a 4 Star rating, which I would say it was a solid 4.5 (didn't have that option).

This was my 2nd experience having dinner at Chart House, and it did not disappoint! I started with their crab cake, and then had a small filet with truffle butter on top, and sizzling mushrooms and creamed spinach. We finished with chocolate lava cake (the only thing I didn't care for). I would highly recommend the food, the service and the amazing atmosphere! Watching the fish in that giant tank was tranquil, and the wall of fish cast a lovely blue light over the room.

This time I actually went for happy hour and sampled some of their appetizer specials. They made a blood orange margarita that was just out of this world! They have a world-class Aquarium that must be 30,000 gallons. Curved and 20 ft tall. Some gigantic angelfish and parrotfish. Really beautiful

Upscale Restaurant in Golden Nugget with great Prime Rib which is what I had and it was served perfectly. Waiter was a class act also. Used to work at McCormick & Schmicks and brought his class skills with him Waiter suggested oysters which were superb and also stated the Calamari was worth a try. A friend had a butterflied Filet with blue cheese and I was wishing I had ordered that along with the Prime Rib LOL Very good experience and I would happily dine here again especially since my wife and I got out for under $90

WOW! Dinner here was AMAZING! I was hesitant after reading all the negative reviews. I didn't pay much mind to those (seriously???... food poisoning from the butter, c'mon! bs). I'm glad I decided to try this place. I was raised in Florida, so I'm picky about my seafood and I rarely enjoy it since I left. Even when I lived in big cities that claimed to fly it in overnight, blah, blah, blah, it wasn't that great. I've got to say, though, that the Chart House was GREAT. My wife and I were looking for dinner for our anniversary. The Golden Nugget and Main Street Station are the only places worth considering. We've already been to everything else at the Golden Nugget (Gratto, Vic and Anthony's, their buffet, etc.--all good by the way), but had never been there. I was checking out the reviews and a little worried, but decided to try it. The food was absolutely amazing. I would take my out of town guests here when they want seafood now and would go back any chance I got! I cannot find anything to complain about. Definitely a new Vegas favorite now.
