Being Honest

When can I go back?? Yes I will! It was my first try to do these kind of meal. It was fun (even tho my company didn’t like to work* on it haha). Service was great, the young Asian lady did good job. The beer …. We always love the maximum amount of beer in the cup, aren’t we. That’s little of happiness right there. Not cheep obviously, but the snow crab legs had great amount of meat, so can’t complain. Hope it’ll be like this for the future as well! The server serviced us with the compliment garlic noodle said “because you gotta try!!”, it was delicious. Only one thing, the server asked us to put 5 star review, I have to be honest, I was anyway thinking to put 5 already. Did you serve us the noodle because for that? I’ll tell ya, if you are keep doing the good service, good quality of food, 5 star reviews come naturally. Don’t need to buy* customers. I was almost put 4 stars, but instead, give 5 stars hoping this business will have more pride and not asking for the reviews. Good service, good quality of food, would definitely go back.

Food is Yummy and fresh! We had clams, shrimps, lobsters with their special Capt sauce. So Good. Place is nice, spacious and clean! Our waitress Charisma was super nice and polite. I'll definitely come back here again.

Wow! Just happened to stop by for lunch and what an awesome choice. Everything was delicious, fresh and hot. We had the Fisherman’s platter, 2 seafood lunch boil, their famous garlic pasta and funnel cake dessert. We had plenty of leftovers and the price is very reasonable. Our server, Charisma was very nice and attentive. The entire staff was checking in on us. I would give the place more stars if I could.

Service is excellent. Waitress open to suggesting favorites from menu. Pleasant warm decor and clean atmosphere. Unfortunately no gluten free but the breading is not too heavy on the fish. BEST cole slaw in the valley! Mouthwash in the bathroom was also really nice to have after eating fish. Easy to find. Would appreciate another location on the other side of town! Second time here and looking forward to more.

How did I not know this place is 10 min from my house?! Great location! PLENTY of parking & safe location (for real some places I feel like I'm going to get shanked). The food was awesome, prices are comparable to other seafood boiling places. Service was top notch, place is impeccably clean, they even have mouth wash in the bathroom! We got fish & chips, fried chicken (perfectly fried w/out being too greasy). In the bag we got snow crab (plenty of meat, not skinny guys), shrimp and clam, medium spice was perfect for us. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Great spot for seafood-in-a-bag. We've been to most of these types of restaurants in town. What sets this apart is the service and the options for add ons, but also the flavor is up there with our favorites. We shared a bag of 1lb shrimp, 1/2lb snow crab, and add on boiled calamari in the Capt Loui sauce, medium spicy. Three of us shared the raw oysters, and we all thought they were great (but also the season for them). We were celebrating a bday so had the funnel cake fries - they were delicious!!

Foods are amazing! I tried medium level of spicy with Cap’t Loui sauce regarding to the server’s recommendation. So fresh and delicious! Don’t forget their signature dessert with one scoop icecream top.

The food is amazing. Oysters are fresh. We really like king crabs with lemon pepper sauce. We’re here the second time. My favorite place is from now on. Ricardo is nice and very polite.

Mmmmm, it's been awhile since I've done a seafood boil that wasn't my regular spot, and I've definitely found a new spot. 1. They have garlic noodles 2. They cut the king crab for you. Which makes it 1000x better. 3. They have the crabs cut into the lbs you desire, so the regular 2lb minimum or whatever your crab comes out is what you get doesn't apply here. We took my niece for her 10th birthday, and she had the snow crab. My friend had the boiler special A(xtra hot). The wife and I shared the boiler special B (3lbs +2 free sides, we got noodles and potato+corn) They have green muscles here! And the cap't Loui space with medium heat was a perfect spice level for us. Our waitress was Cata, who was the perfect host for our first time here. She remembered our entire order and got everything correct. We will definitely be coming back, and It may be a long time until we go back to my old regular place since our expectations have increased from this place standard.

AMAZING! Service is amazing, food it DELICIOUS! The capt loui is a delicious seasoning. Everything is cooked perfectly. DO NOT MISS the funnel cake fries with ice cream; it’s TO DIE FOR. Perfect for after a light seafood dinner.

Was recommended to this place by the nail school, and will definitely be coming back whenever I get my nails done. Some of the best calamari and fish n chips I’ve had in a long time, and that’s coming from someone who summers up the Oregon coast. Staff is above and beyond friendly. Also—mouth wash dispensers in the bathroom?! These people are living in the year 3000.

Wow so good! Service was excellent, food was great, and our 4 year old was a fan. They provide you all that you need to enjoy your meal, bibs, gloves and bucket. We got the boiler special A and it fed 3 people, the king crab was the best, as was the shrimp and clams. Also got oysters as part of the Tuesday special and got plump, fresh Blue Points that went down nice and easy! Cannot recommend this enough if you want seafood with a touch of Cajun! Also Funnel Fries for dessert are DANGEROUS in a delicious way!

I enjoyed my food. Corn and potatoes comes with the shrimp order. So Idk if I got less 1lb shrimp because of the corn and potatoes. Id rather have all 1lb shrimp. Will ask next time. Im also not sure if they forgot to gve me salt and pepper or I have to request for it.. no biggie. Other than those, Its decent. I like that it’s not very crowded. Another place to stop by since the others are always full. Service is ok. Food ok. Ill come back and bring my fam here.

I hope this place makes it because I liked it better than Hot & Juicy. #true The place is brand new, clean and nice. Service was very attentive. For 2 people, we purchased 2 lbs of headless shrimp, noodles in the bag and potatoes. Delicious. We went with mild, but I'll do medium next time. They use high quality gloves and aprons that lasted us the entire meal. Can't wait to go back.

My mom and I stumbled upon this restaurant today. We walked in and immediately we felt the warm, welcoming vibes from the staff. They were extremely kind and helpful while explaining the menu to us. Our server, Cindy made our experience even better, she made sure we had the best experience possible. The food is delicious, and for an affordable price. My mom and I both ordered the lunch special, we both got hot and hot is what it is! The food did not disappoint. The immaculate flavor of the seasoning felt like a soirée in my mouth. The good music elevated the experience even more. I will definitely be returning.

We had dinner here and had snow crabs, calamari, shrimp, side of garlic noodles and it was SOO GOOD!! The captain loui special sauce was the BOMB and not too salty but very flavorful! The seafood was all very fresh!! Also the servers were very nice and explained the menu and everything very well! So close to my house and will definitely be one of my favorite spots!

This place is giving all the other peel-n-eat spots in Vegas a run for their money! The sauce was amazing and just the right amount of spicy.. the seafood was cooked perfectly, and the server didn’t just drop off the bag of food and walk away, she actually mixed it up when it came to the table and opened the bag for for us so we could just dig in! That being said, the service was awesome as well…. To top it all off there is complimentary mouth wash in the bathroom to cover up that garlicky goodness when you’re done ;) we def will be back !!

This was our first time here, but it won’t be our last! All of the staff, especially Cindy, our waitress, were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious! We had the lemon pepper seafood boiler with shrimp and crawfish and lemon pepper fries. Everything was hot, fresh, and scrumptious! Beignets were the perfect way to end a fabulous meal. We’ll be back soon!

Food was great! Staff was friendly we were a little annoyed at first at the wait time until we realized our server was doing EVERYTHING by himself. It wasn’t that busy, we were a table of 10 and waited an hour for our food, we were in the restaurant a total of 3 hours and more than half the time we were waiting for our food to come out. Other than that everything was good, probably wouldn’t come back just because of how long the wait was for everything.

My momma always said there's nothing better than good food, good friends, and good reviews. This restaurant had the first two, and deserves the third. What could possibly be better than pounds of seafood served 1000 miles inland in a bag? Well, to be honest, add some super awesome sauce, great staff, and a little too much Christmas music, this place was the yeeeee to my haw. We got the 2lb special and it was well worth it. Go hot for sauce. Thank you Cindy G. I like the way you write your G's and I hope the restaurant takes your advice about an eating challenge. I think it should be 13lb of crawfish at triple spice. Cap’t loui did not disappoint!!!! Me and my boyfriend went and we ordered special number 2 with crab legs crawfish shrimp mussels crab and for the sides we ordered garlic noodles corn and potatoes with the Cap’t loui sauce medium and when I tell you everything was amazing from start to finish I mean everything was AMAZING !! We will be returning. Prices were amazing for the amount of food we received can’t wait to return with my kids.

Honestly, they have good seafood. I'm from Louisiana so I know good when I taste it. However, I feel they are overpriced for what you get. A seafood boil cost $100+, only 1 corn & 1 potato... hmmm. I would continue to go to iSeafood. Where the price matches the quantity! & the quality!

Drove all the way from Henderson on a recommendation to try Cap’T Loui and it didn’t disappoint! Shared 2lbs of snow crab legs (with the capt loui sauce) boiler bag with my son and we devoured the food! We got the sweet potato fries topped with powdered sugar that were soo goood!!! Now I highly recommend trying Cap’T Loui’s!! We’ll be back again for sure!!! ❤️

Best spice bagged seafood in town! Ask for the Cap't Loui sauce. The staff is very friendly and attentive. You have to try their Tuesday $1 sweet oyster, from Massachusetts, special and the Wednesday $20 while lobster special. My recent visit was on Oct 5th, 2022.

We got a half pound of crab with a pound of shrimp and it was ALRIGHT at best. When I asked about the serving size in comparison to other places I was told it’s “higher quality” it doesn’t taste like it at all, and it was over cooked. The wait staff are super friendly and attentive so that is why it has three stars and not just two. You’re better off going to hot and juicy or crab and spice, bigger portions and better prices.

I have had a hard time finding a good fish fry in Las Vegas. For a while Farmer Boys was it, but they went with some frozen garbage that lacked flavor. Cap't Loui's has the fish fry down, and now I consider it the best in Las Vegas! The service was quick, the food was great..

Excellent new place. Probably one of the best seafood boil places in the area now. The specialty sauce is a real classy cajun flavor that’s not drowning out the seafood flavor. A bit of warning, they put powdered sugar on their sweet potatoes by default which isn’t bad but not exactly good if you’re on a diet since it’s a bit like carnival food. Other than that, we had great raw oysters, fresh boiled sea food, AND great fried food as well. Usually a seafood place will mistep somewhere in that wheelhouse but not here. A real pleasure to come here!

We had a great experience at Cap’t Loui! The food was delicious. We had a bag of shrimp and snow crab with a side of garlic noodles. The Cap’t Loui sauce in the bag was very flavorful, and the “medium” had a pretty good kick to it. One or more managers/owners stopped by our table and recommended eating the garlic noodles w the extra sauce inside the bag: OMG YUM! Tonight 5/25 was only the 2nd day they’ve been open and they NAILED IT! We finished w an order of funnel cake fries - PERFECTION, everything we hoped it would be. I uploaded some pics of the menu. Their prices are pretty good too: we had 1lb shrimp no heads, 1lb snow crab, along w noodles and 2 drinks: $65. Definitely will be coming back! Very interested in their lunch specials. I could keep gushing about the food but I must mention that the service was outstanding! Our server was very helpful and attentive, and took wonderful care of us. Keep up the great work, Cap’t Loui! See you again!

How lucky that we found this place! I was out with hubby for a date night to the movies. Cap’t Loui is in the same mall as Regal Village Square. We decided to give it a try and it was excellent! Our waiter Kevin was attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. He helped guide us through the process of choosing our meals and offered suggestions. I started with oysters on the half shell and they were outstanding, crisp and clean to the palate. Then we ordered the signature boil mild with crawfish and snow crabs, side of garlic noodles. We look forward to returning and trying more yummy items from the menu.

AH-MAZING ! This place is so amazing. It blows my mind every time I am there. The food is goooooood and easy to understand and order. The staff is so kind and have such amazing personalities. The owners come around and ask how things are doing, it’s just overall so nice. You can really tell it means a lot to them when people come in and eat. Every opinion is so important to them. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!!!! They have a lunch special for a seafood boil and it is to die for. Great Cajun seafood restaurant! On Wednesdays they have whole lobsters in Cajun sauce for only $20 and it’s delicious! Their shrimp in the Capt Loui sauce is also delicious 😋

He's from Arizona. I was thinking that I must come to Cap't Loui, which was recommended by my Arizona friends. After coming to Las Vegas with my parents from Korea, I finally came. First of all, the parents who came from Korea were really good at it, and the staff were so kind that I felt really good. Mirae-nim and Kata-nim responded very well, and in particular, Kata-nim kindly explained the menu to the final care, and was perfect! My wife said it was the most delicious boiled link wrap dish she had ever eaten! We talked about coming back next time! What a delightful meal! Really recommend! I love Cap't Loui, which was recommended by my friends.
