The waitress, BRITNEY, was fantastic. Very attentive and she took excellent care of us. We took advantage of HAPPY HOUR from 4-6 p.m. It is rather weird to pay for chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant but not a huge deal. The food was good. Reasonably priced - especially during happy hour. I wouldn't come here for a date - too many TVs around to focus. 😂 Maybe a good place for a blind date- then if you don't like the person- at least you'll be entertained. 😂😂

Our waitress Megan ROCKED! We were a party of 6 and she killed it. I asked about vegetarian options and she used to be one. The potato tacos were the best I have ever had in my life! She also helped with having beans and not the rice. Everything else was amazing! Great happy hour prices and fun location in The Golden Nugget with beautiful view of shark tank pool. Noticed the manager couldn't get off his phone to even get me a straw... had to tell swamped Megan to do it.

Quick Summary Probably the most disappointing restaurant at the Golden Nugget. Would come here if you want to avoid a wait Food- 3 stars Chicken salad- pretty sad salad. Basically a supermarket salad that was in the refrigerator for a bit too long chicken tortilla soup- this was decent. I would order again if you're craving soup queso fundido- the favorite dish of the meal Service- 3 stars We were lucky enough to enter the restaurant without waiting. Food came out quickly, but the place was pretty disorganized. Bottom Line I do understand why there isn't a wait to enter here. Unless you're craving Mexican food or prefer not to wait, I don't see a reason to come here

Good food, came to make a review on the guacamole specifically, it’s $14 for a small bowl when they ask if you want chips or salsa and guacamole right after you order while you wait. The bowl is tiny and the under layer is just lettuce to fluff it up and make it look more full. Drinks are expensive and not very strong.

The food was delicious, had to wait for over 15 minutes for a table as they were at 25% capacity. 3-4 staff running around assisting guests. Food worth the wait. Reasonably priced. Sangria was delicious

Wow talk about an experience! Great food, fantastic service, and all around amazing! Food was cooked perfectly from the nachos and wings to the Mexican burger and Cadillac combo it was all fantastic. All the service was amazing and attentive with food and service have a great flow. Cant wait to come back with my friends and family!

Excellent food at a medium price range the service was a little slow only due to the lack of staffing due to the covid-19 situation. They have a full-service bar in large televisions where you can watch all the sports.

Food is always good here, everytime we visit we come here! The music is pretty loud so it's hard at times to hear the waitress. Over all come and give it a try. Service over all is okay, but great cooks!

To me, the food was just average. The service was actually pretty good and the place was cool. I just wasn't all that impressed with the food, and we were sober there. Definitely seems like a place to go more for the drinks than the food. I would say the food is a 3, the rest of it is a 4.5 if that were possible.

5 stars for food (huge in flavor) drinks (not over powering and done right EVERY time) and staff! ! Jason and Sarah were our bartenders, friendly, great sense of humor and on top of their game. Thanks guys for a great experience The nachos came highly recommended, I suggest chicken over ground beef. Huarachies (I think that's the spelling) were excellent and we did compliment the chef. Tacos al carbon are also amazing. I do recommend this place to anyone

Cadillac was great! Brittany was our server and she was friendly and expedient. We got the fajita nachos with chips and salsa and Cadillac margarita. Everything was awesome and served very quickly. Thanks so much Brittany and the Cadillac team for being awesome!!

I had the chance to try this place since I attended the Nevada Coalition Conference 2018; and it’s so gooood!!! The service was quick since it was lunch time and the staff was very friendly. We were a group of 5 people and we were able to order what we wanted, but paid separately. I will comeback w/my honey to have him try good food. The 1st day I tried the huarache and the 2nd day I had the beef nachos.

I came to this place for cheap drinks and food for happy hour. This was over and above my expectations. The draft beer beer was fresh and cold. Margaritas were 4 out of 5. The Cadillac trio was excellent. And the chicken wings were one of the best I've ever had. Meaty and so tasty. I would come back just for the $8 wings. Must visit for the value.

I really wasn’t impressed with the food at this restaurant, even after eating here multiple times during my stay. The pork tasted very bland, and the tacos weren’t authentic and pretty small servings. The cocktails were good and priced decently and the staff also Seemed to be friendly. For the price, there’s better food down the street a short walk away.

Met a friend who was in town. Not a bad wait, 30 minutes. Perfect Patron, yummy, skinny margarita. Food good but they brought chicken instead of beef fajita nachos. I didn't send it back because it took asking 3 times for water with lemon. We were sitting at the bar and the bartender didn't seem that busy. Guess some places are still getting back into the swing of things.

This is an excellent meal option for those visiting Freemont Street from a strip property. Freemont Street has plenty of drinking options but finding a restaurant for a group with drinking options, good food, and immediate seating can be challenging. It is located in the Golden Nugget near the pool. From Freemont Street, travel through the casino, follow the signs toward Carson Tower. It's just past the pool on the left. Table and bar seating is available. Some tables have pool views and all have multiple TV viewing options. Large meal portions and the coldest beer I have ever had in Vegas.

Fantastic. The Mexican food was yummy and we got our food during happy hour so the chips and dip and quesadillas were half off. Which helped offset my $40 flight of tequila. If you love tequila like I do, this is a must try place.

Food is very flavorful and good, my only complaint is the portions are a bit on the small side. Prices are fair but they could be less due to the portion size. The margaritas were great and strong so at least they didn’t skimp on the alcohol. I would come back, but not a place I’d go out of my way to come to. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Love a good Mexican restaurant especially if they serve good margaritas. Unfortunately, the regular margarita was probably one of the worst I've ever had and, for the size, overpriced. I switched it out for their strawberry margarita which wasn't great but was an improvement. Chips and salsa are not automatically served so we ordered the chips and guacamole which was very fresh and delicious. Had a chicken quesadilla which was pretty good but I think there are better Mexican restaurants in town with more reasonable priced food & drinks.

Truthfully idk how much I'd recommend this place, we ordered a pitcher of Margheritas and it barely filled 3 glasses (there was 4of us) and the food wasn't anything you couldn't get at a chilli's/Applebee's. Not saying the food wasn't good it was, but the flavors weren't anything special.

Our adult children took there Dad for his Birthday to tour the Raiders new home. It was amazing. For dinner they took us to the Cadillac Mexican Kitchen, OMG. I cannot put into words how Fantastic this place was. The waitress and the staff was so sweet. Ok, the food was unbelievably, so good. I ate so much I could barely walk. If your in Vegas, you got to try it.

Fun atmosphere, great drinks, tasty food and energetic staff. We weren't rushed but were served fast and efficiently. The food and drinks came out quickly for how busy they were. The drinks seemed to have the right amount of alcohol and were priced reasonably. Everything we ordered was brought out quickly and correctly. The Mexican burgers are good too, friends ordered them and couldn't put them down.

This was definitely the first and only time I'll go for food. The peach Diablo margarita was good but I didn't realize the beef enchiladas were ground beef. Never heard of such a thing. The tamales were made with seasoning that shouldn't be in a tamale but I can't think of the exact spice. I believe it was clove. The queso was thick and rubbery, the salsa was no bueno either. The server was polite and it was clean and comfortable.

First off, the food was great. I’ve ate here three times and all three times I was met with a smile, great service, and wonderful food. I was visiting from out of town and I realized I needed itemized receipts from the three times I ate (business trip). The manager, Katrina, was awesome. The restaurant was slammed, she was busy, but she took time to help me out and did it with a smile. I highly recommend eating here when you are in Vegas.

Great food and service. Bad Ambiance and seating. We found ourselves seated in the lounge area for a meal and I found myself wishing for a TV tray. Trying to lean forward to eat from a low table was an uncomfortable experience. I found myself trying to unsuccessfully hold my plate on my lap. Food great though. very tasty and everyone was satisfied with what they ordered.

One of my FAVORITE places in Vegas. I love the vibe I love the people and the overall adult theme. Although you do see children there, walking thru casinos and thru the experience with a couple of ice cream cones with the woman you love is clutch. What an amazing and free attraction when you look up also! If you come to Vegas, make sure to walk on the Fremont St. Experience!

We had a good experience thanks to Priority Pass (and based on previous reviews, were not expecting to). Early flight meant we came here for breakfast with 2 hours to spare. Just 2 other parties were in the restaurant when we arrived. We told our server (Teresita, who was great! Management, please take note!) that we were using Priority Pass and she swiped our card - no drama there. Our order included breakfast tacos, huevos rancheros, coffee, and a Coke, and came out relatively quickly (i.e., we had plenty of time to get to our gate). We didn't come close to hitting the $28 per person limit, but we DID ask about paying tip with credit card and that is something you can do very easily.

The food is slow because they are crowded. They are crowded because the margaritas are delicious. I had the sangria swirl make sure it pink because if they don't add the strawberries to it then your just drinking a plain margarita. I had the nachos no meat with the grilled veggies so yummy. My friends kept ordering the wings so they must be good.

Very impressed with this place, due to the quality of the food. It's hard for me to say that about Mexican food because of my own mom's Mexican food growing up. But this place had outstanding flavor, was incredibly delicious and we were very satisfied to eat here. My boyfriend ordered the chicken tortilla soup, I ordered the shrimp relleno, plus the queso fundido for an appetizer. If you're a cheese lover you definitely have to order that! We would definitely return.

Excellent place to lounge around and eat and drink. The seating and the ambiance is great. I suggest showing up early so you receive the best service (Less crowds). The drinks were great. The food was even better. If you dont know what to order get the Cadillac Combo. You probably wont be able to finish the food! Oh yeah, dont underestimate their Vegas Tea drink. One of those and youll be seeing stars. Excellent sit down place. Excellent service. Really impressed. Will be returning.

Walked in the Casino to check out the fish tank and stopped here for happy hour. I sat at the bar and had two awesome margaritas on the rocks and delicious beef nachos. Can't complain.

We are from AZ and i think we are good judges on Mexican food. The wife and I shared the chicken nachos and the chicken Enchiladas. Both were amazing and the price was not hight for Vegas standards. And the hot salsa is definitely hot. Well diffenitly go back there. And you can park in there hotel and walk freemont street and the restaurant will validate your parking ticket. Win win.

We were in the mood for some margaritas and some good Mexican food while we were enjoying the freak-show that is the Fremont Street Experience so we stopped into the Cadillac Mexican Kitchen. We started off with some Guacamole and Muy Caliente buffalo wings. The guac was good, and the wings were HOT!!!! So hot in fact that they were punishing our chapped lips that were damaged from spending too much time in the sun at Red Rock Canyon earlier that day. Never fear, for we discovered that it was possible to still enjoy the wings if you simply used your fork to strip off all of the meat and delicately insert it into your mouth without coming into contact with our over-sensitive, sun-damaged lips. There were plenty of TVs to enjoy various sporting events, and the wait staff was very friendly and attentive.

I love their food. I make a point to go multiple times while i'm in Vegas. It's worth the trip downtown! I'm a Texan who lives on TexMex so their food is a bit of home to me. Amazing tacos and queso. To the people complaining about martini prices, it's Vegas! Go to Reno or stay home if you want cheap. Everyone is always very nice too.

I was not impressed with the food here at all I ordered kalua and cream and they didn't have any cream to use so the bartender mixed Baileys Irish cream and kalua together it was so strong I couldn't even drink it

Average Texmex. No flavor and for some strange reason, our order of guacamole had a bunch of shredded lettuce in the bottom. Actually only about 1/2 cup of guacamole in the bowl. Very disappointed because this place has 4.5 stars.

Quick to seat us and staff was very friendly. The food was pretty good and decent portions for pricing, in typical Mexican restaurant fashion it came out super quick !! Highly recommend ordering the Cadillac Combo where you get a little taste of everything! Only downfall was that chips and salsa are not free.

Read some reviews around their happy hour food and they were not lying! The Buffalo wings were $8 (for happy hour) and 8 large wings. Some of the best I have had. Tacos were also great and the manager Rebecca stoped in to check on us a number of times. Great food, great value and great service. Will visit again.
