This is a true hidden gem! Both the owner and GM are out with their guests ensuring every detail is perfect. Our waitress was fantastic and puts her heart and soul into her career. We were even fortunate enough they invited the chef over to meet us, which after our fabulous meal, was an honor. If your in Vegas, you will not be disappointed with the fantastic food, beautiful atmosphere and best of all, you feel like family.

This place was just ok. Got the corned beef hash, which came in a patty shape. Hash is usually like a crispy kind of thing and this was soft wet meat mixed with peppers. The garlic potatoes it came with were good though. I didn’t taste the Benedict but my cousin didn’t say anything bad/good about it. Mule didn’t really taste like a mule, it was just like the red bull can they make it with & ginger beer mixed.

Seventh and Carson Restaurant is a great spot to grab some dinner. The great atmosphere and friendly attentive service was refreshing. Would absolutely recommend them. Thank you to Liam, the owner who was out meeting his customers, and David our server. Great job. It's a good idea to make a reservation, but they take walk-ins if they aren't too busy

The absolute best! What a memorable experience! We came here for the bottomless mimosas but we stayed for the amazing service and delicious food. Our entire party of six people were so pleased with the food, drinks and service we couldn’t have asked for more. The owner, Will was so accommodating. Lulu the hostess was amazing and so much fun! The food, BOMB! We came here for Saturday brunch. Everything our party ordered was delicious. From the chicken and waffles to the breakfast potatoes, every single thing we ordered was delicious. We did the $25 bottomless mimosas and as you might imagine from a bachelorette party, we got a bit loud and even connected our tables with the party of ladies next to us. At one point, the entire patio area was just us and no one rushed us out or pressured us to go. On the contrary, Will even tried to plug in a speaker for us to put some music. Anywho, memorable experience and great great food! We will be back!

Found this Gem and its minutes away from home. Great service and really good food. Price was a little high, but so was the quality and service. So we didn't mind paying what we paid. Everyone was friendly and all the staff was working, either cleaning or tending to customers. That is a rare sight these days. But very flavorful and fulfilling meal. She had the Shrimp Parpadelle and I had the Burger, along with 2 drinks the bill was $75 and with tip, we walked out for $100. Oh and 1 hour free parking was pretty nice perk.

This was from Thanksgiving Day 2020. Not planning led us here. Thank goodness these generous folks were not only open during Covid—but also on Thanksgiving Day—and no wait. Plus—it was delicious. We had to eat outside in the beautiful back area, but they did have heated lamps places in different areas. Besides the outdoor eating area just being prettier (cold af), the interior was kinda crammed, albeit warmer. They’ll always have a special place in my heart.

First time here, but not the last!! The food is so creative and beautifully presented. It is equally as delicious! Today, I enjoyed a roasted vegetable flatbread with beets, onion, arugula, butternut squash, and a balsamic reduction. So unbelievably tasty!! Also I shared the jambalaya over rice. It was full of flavor with shrimp, sausage, bell pepper, onion, and a sauce that was amazing. Looking around, I saw a host of dishes I wanted to try, so I'll be back. We sat on the patio on a chilly day, but they had heaters and it was perfect. The servers were attentive and friendly and were so helpful with suggestions. This is a real find!

The food was good and tasted fresh. Some items, the salad, and the croquettes were better than the others. The bread and dip (not pictured) was 17 dollars for essentially one large pita and 4 dipping cups of spreads, and for that price I expected more. Giving three stars primarily for the price point

French press coffee, stuffed French toast with bananas and caramel is the best. Super yummy! Hubby had the wood fired breakfast pizza and he said it was delicious and he doesn’t like pizza in general. The staff was friendly and wonderful. Too bad we found this place on our last day here.

Had a wonderful time at this cute little spot! Our waiter Adrian was so kind and attentive, and Danny took care of us on our way out with a smile! Had the stuffed french toast and it was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend this spot for a tasty brunch with friends :)

Food are great, free first hour of complementary meter parking on the street, awesome! Server wasn’t so good on the menu, only read the menu back to me. Need to be more knowledgeable on the menu when people have dietary restrictions or allergies.

Wow, what a happy accident to find this place! I put "mimosas" in my Google maps search, and a few places came up first, but I accidentally clicked on this one...the photo of the Full Irish brought us over to this part of town! We almost didn't come in because there was no one there, but we are really glad that we did (and we were lucky because by the time we left, they were running!). The Service: impeccable (as well as adorable!); The Food: on point! (and really original! MUST TRY: Kim chi chicken and waffles!!!); The Ambiance: cute, quaint, modern, hip, mostly 90's music (perfect for us 40-somethings!); The Bottomless Mimosas: 'nuff said (I love the grapefruit!). Whether you're a Las Vegas local (which I used to be) or a visitor (which I am today), don't miss this place! We will be back here anytime we're back in Vegas!

Definitely stopping by everytime I visit Vegas because the food was delicious! I only tried the omelette, but I’ll be sure to try more next time around. It can be pretty busy so expect a wait on the weekend. Service was also spectacular & fast for them to be so busy.

7th and Carson was EXCEPTIONAL. Their outdoor patio was adorable, and I appreciated their hospitality when I called to confirm it’s availability. We were asked multiple times if we needed anything and if our food was satisfactory. Which it entirely was. Our dinner was delicious and our cocktails were mostly alcohol. Thank you to the staff for making our Thanksgiving meal feel like home. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone. Everyone. Go. Now.

We found this place off a Lip Smacking Foodie tour review. With being a little off the beaten path, this place is doing everything right. What looks on the smaller size with the seats available was actually large enough to host a party of 78 coming in later that night. We got there about 7pm and sat at the counter facing the open kitchen. The chefs worked quick and efficiently and it was fun to watch them at their craft. Our waitress was bubbly and friendly. We ordered two drinks to start: downtown buzz and watermelon shugga or it was maybe a watermelon heaven. Seemed to have a conflicting menu but which ever one it was, it was delicious. Later we had a cucumber smash which was also delicious. We started off with wood-fired bread and dip to eat. We were hesitant at first but it looked to be pizza dough in the pizza oven that expanded to a crispy ball. It was a fun and unique start. Each dip was great and mixing them was amazing. Simple but I think a must have. The salsa and chips to a Mexican restaurant. My fiancé ordered the braised short rib with carrots and substituted the mash for well done fries. The meat was tender falling apart with a touch of the fork. Carrots were perfectly cooked and the fries crispy well done. I had a shrimp pasta which had perfectly cooked large shrimp with large pappardelle noddles. The sauce on the other hand was slightly off I believe. Nothing huge but I tasted a slight char undertone which altered the intended taste. Maybe it was just my palette at the time because my fiancé thought it tasted delicious. Overall, we had an amazing experience. We finished our drinks and watched the chefs prepare for the large group by baking a few sheets of the curry pastries. Those looked amazing and we will have to come back to try out other dishes. As we were walking out the owner, Liam, came and introduced himself. Had gave us some background and showed us around. They have a patio that could seat an additional 20 or so people. There’s also tables lining the street. Located just walking distance from El Cortez and just next door to container park. Slightly off the beaten path doesn’t stop this place from being a destination experience. Check out the mural lining the concrete wall adjacent to the patio. The story behind it was very interesting.

We were there Sunday morning before we left to come back to Utah and definitely a must go Place while In Vegas! It was so good! The stuffed French toast was so good! The eggs Benedict with smoked salmon was the absolute best thing I have ever ate! The cinnamon roll was too good! The burger was huge! Fish and chips where delicious as well! I’m pretty sure everything here is delicious! The atmosphere is awesome! We sat out on the covered deck part and it was awesome! Our waitress was so friendly! The owner was even there checking on everyone! Next time we are in town we will definitely be coming back here!

In My Opinion

This was the last stop of 3 on a food tour. I wish it had been the 2nd. It was really nice inside, outside and the food was tasty. We had a bowl of gnocchi kale which was so good. Like this is something I'm going to crave on a rainy, cold day. Can't go wrong with fish and chips. They were crispy and not greasy which I appreciated. Lastly a nice salad with balsamic glaze, pear and burrata was served. Again, wish i had more room to put it all away.

Love their full Irish breakfast. Filling and the real deal with back bacon, baked beans, sausage, black pudding, mushrooms, potatoes, fried tomato. It's the real deal except perhaps for the greens which I'm sure no self respecting Irishman would eat. Food comes out fast and even when I was busy we didn't have to wait

Some of the best stuffed toast I've ever had! The ham was amazing and the service is quick! It is a little loud so it is hard talking with people, but overall it is very worth it for the food!

This restaurant is a gem and in a great location and east parking. We attended a wedding party and these guys handled everything with professionalism. Outstanding. We accidentally ended up here for brunch, and so glad we did! They have an extensive menu and bottomless drinks ($25). I had the corned beef hash and my husband had stuffed French toast with a side of bacon. The breakfast potatoes had roasted garlic, Which I’ve never had before - my favorite part of the meal. There are lots of different juice options for the mimosas, which was really fun. Definitely recommend!

Amazing spot! This place deserves so much more hype. The service was phenomenal from the moment we walked in, Heidi made sure we were always taken care of! The food was just 10/10, chefs kiss. I went in today for the first time , and had a AMAZING experience. I’m a pretty busy person so when I get free time I love to go to brunch. It was my first time here so I didn’t know what to expect, but I was provided great food , drinks , and service. This is somewhere I would definitely recommend to friends! From the moment I walked in I was great with a smile and warm welcoming from Danny , who was also my server. He provided such a great experience, and I felt that he genuinely cared that I was enjoying myself. He seemed to be very busy because he was constantly on the go , but that didn’t stop him from providing EXCELLENT service! He was very attentive and kind. He was able to assist other while making sure I was provided the service I needed , and made sure my glass was never empty. Once I mentioned bottomless mimosas he offered to surprise me with flavors , all of which were amazing! I love the welcoming experience he provided, even the manager seemed pretty friendly he walked around greeting and checking on everyone. When I think of a establishment I think of the quality/taste of food and the customer service the level of customer service being provided, and today showed me you guys excel at both! I loved today’s experience & definitely will be back again 🥰 Keep up all the amazing work !

The service at this place was impeccable. Doug made our brunch in Vegas so worthwile! The food was delish and fulfilling. The bottomless mimosas with different juice flavors was what Ive been missing. The owner Liem was very accommodating and supplied us an extra umbrella for protection from the sun. Just happened upon this great out-of-the-way spot, but we are so delighted that we did! Liam and Randy made the visit delightful, but all the crew there were terrific! The breakfast and drinks we had were delicious and reasonably priced, and the outdoor seating area was charming. Not over-the-top fancy, but clean, comfortable, and welcoming. So impressed by this spot that we are pre-planning a detour through Las Vegas on our next road trip just to come back. Liam is the ultimate host!

I was trying to go to a different restaurant in early August. They weren't open even though they had their hours listed on Google. My wife and I searched for another restaurant that was close to where we were. We found 7th & Carson. We were greeted and seated immediately. They took our drink orders and went over the menu with us. We ordered from their brunch menu. They have a flatbread pepperoni pizza that is amazing. Everything on the pizza tasted like fresh ingredients were used. It's one of the top pizzas in Vegas. We also had chicken and waffles and pancakes and bacon. Everything was delicious. This is a place that I'll be stopping by during every trip in Vegas.

I met friends at this restaurant for dinner and drinks. We ordered a couple of adult beverages and enjoyed conversation, our wait staff was attentive, courteous, and helpful. We ordered three entrées, and all three were lovely. I had the short ribs with mashed potatoes and vegetables, it was simply delicious! We went on a weeknight, and by 830 the place had cleared out! The owner came over and asked us how our drinks and meals were, which was a nice touch! I will certainly be back!

The food was absolutely incredible! My dad, who is very picky about curry, got the curry and absolutely loved it. Even the things as simple as fries were amazing and perfectly crispy and salty. The Staff are also very nice and friendly. Me and my family went to restaurant right before it closed and were there for 20 minutes after it closed and they were still very nice and didn't mind. Definitely recommend.

Awesome experience. Food and drinks were phenomenal, but the staff is what made this visit truly exceptional. The owner himself even came out at the end of the meal to greet us and tell us more about his restaurant and background. Everyone was warm, welcoming and went above and beyond expectations. Right off Freemont Street and well worth the short walk.

One of my favorite places to eat just moments from Fremont street. All I can say is that they are consistent, and that's a very good thing. The food is always excellent with no surprises, the staff is very efficient and attentive, prices are within reason, and not as pricey as one block over on Fremont. You can dine inside or out, right across from Container Park. The restaurant is not huge, but can accommodate larger tables, open kitchen, clean and clever décor, but not over the top. Love their burgers! Always cooked perfectly to my request and super juicy. Fish and chips look great, as does everything else. I just can't get past the great burger. Great place, and owner is super nice, checking to make sure we had an enjoyable dinner. Highly recommend.

Really nice down to earth restaurant that serves some good food at a reasonable price, especially for downtown. Everything on the menu had a little flare to it. No basic recipes here, from what I could tell. Really nice and attentive staff. The owner was in and made it a point to speak to guests and make them feel right at home. Definitely would suggest this spot if you're looking at it. You shouldn't be disappointed.

We came to this spot based on a simple goggle search when we were in Fremont street. And I must say that it was a great find. The food was great, I got a pepperoni flatbread/ pizza and a side order of potatoes. I must say that it was delicious. Also the drinks are good. My wife got the bottomless mimosa and I got the I” am smashed” cocktail drink. Which I highly recommend.

We went here as oart of a foodie tour. I honestly have no idea how it was ever ranked best new restaurant. The food was OK but not great and so was the atmosphere. The only very bright point was our server who was delightful. If you go don't do it as part of the tour. Explore the menu and find something you think you will love.

Brunch was incredible here! If you are a local or are visiting Vegas, this is a must-visit spot in downtown Vegas! Y’all!!! 7th and Carson is a hidden gem in Old Vegas. The food and drinks were so yummy and well priced. The flavor options for mimosas are abounding! The Bloody Mary is savory and spicy. The breakfast pizza, drool worthy. Ask for “Cool” Randy! He will make or break the experience! Although, I don’t appreciate that he bested me in the “mystery mimosa” flavor!

So happy to have dined here. Came here on a Sunday Morning for Brunch. Made reservations online and we were seated quickly. I was not too happy with where we sat but hey, a business gotta utilize all the space they can due to our current pandemic situation. Our server was very nice and so was the Host/Manager. Food: Buttermilk Pancakes Side order of bacon: Crispy and Soft Glass of sparkling wine (not sure if it was Champagne) Shrimp Cocktail (99 cents) a must order The food was all delicious. 2 of the pancakes looked like it was cooked perfectly but it was actually moist as if it needed to be cooked more. I preferred the more cooked pancake. The shrimp Cocktail is a must. Good cocktail sauce. Tupac and I were happy that our bacon was cooked exactly how we wanted it to be. Definitely need to return to try other dishes especially their Dinner menu.

Really loved the Margherita pizza, and the selection of bottomless mimosas that are available! I think I tried, strawberry, mango, watermelon and peach when I went- ended up loving the mango! 🥭 😋 The staff was phenomenal and super friendly in general, but Mario was awesome as a waiter!

We were visiting from Georgia on New Years Day and we found this restaurant. The staff is so friendly especially LuLu and Hannah. The food was amazing and we were able to be seated quickly. Lulu and Hannah were so accommodating and made our family feel welcomed.

My girlfriends and I came here for my best friends "Divorce Party" brunch back in July and we had such a great time. After a night of partying, all we wanted to do is sit around, eat some good food, and talk about the night before. The place makes you feel so homey, like you are sitting in the kitchen of you favorite relative's home. The staff were so welcoming and took all of our orders (even some of our picky eaters) with a smile! The owner even came to our table to check on us like he had known as personally! After paying the bill, the staff even came and sang the Happy Birthday song but the divorce version to my friend and we could not stop filming and laughing! We all left 7th & Carson with smiles on our faces and tummies full! This is a great place to get together with friends!

If you're in the Fremont area, make it a point to have brunch at 7th & Carson. The vibe and atmosphere is super chill. The staff is friendly and on top of everything. The food looks good and absolutely taste great. Ask for Craig or Mila as your server! They made great recommendations. I ordered the jambalaya - best I've ever had outside the state of Louisiana. Kudos to chef Juan who makes it fresh. I'll for sure be back. Oh... Btw... They have bottomless mimosas and bloody Marys! 😍

We looked for a good brunch place near our hotel and found it at 7th and Carson. My daughter and I shared eggs benedict, and the boys had chicken and kimchee waffles and cornbeef and eggs. All very delicious. Lots of good choices on the menu, and it was hard to choose from. Randy provided exceptional service, especially talking chef into making a little salsa to top off the eggs. This place was excellent! I came here actually during my first time coming to Vegas. We arrived for breakfast on the 3rd day of a 3 day festival so imaginably we were pretty exhausted, but this was definitely the place to come. Service was really great, and even though there were tons of people walking around for breakfast and we had a party of something like 9 people they were able to seat us immediately. I will remark that it is a little on the pricier side (a "fries are extra" type of place), but they certainly make up for it with the quality of the food. Really, really tasty and filling meal so I was definitely happy we visited. Would absolutely come back again!

Artsy diner feel. Fantastic food. Best fish and chips I've had in a while - not just your typical beer battered cod, the fish is well seasoned with a slice blend that doesn't overpower, but rather enhances the meal. The mushroom gnocchi is also very good, rich and creamy, the mushroom flavor really pulls things together. Their salad was somehow pulling it's weight alongside these other dishes. Well balanced, delicious burrata, perfect pairing with the rich gnocchi. I loved their cocktail, whose name escapes me, but it's named after the restaurant/street it's on. Very refreshing cocktail with a cucumber puree that adds a refreshing vegetal hit. Located right outside the container park, this is a great spot to grab a bite in an area of Vegas that has it's own character and culture away from the touristy Strip.

If you haven't been to 7th and Carson, make sure you find your way down here. Never had a bad meal here. We started with the wings (amazing sauce) and then had the crustless quiche. Both are outstanding. But the winner may be the best burger in town with Whiskey onion jam and creamy Dubliner cheese. Friendly chef and owner make you feel like your dollars are valued, unlike most restaurants. Especially in Las Vegas. They will remember you face and name. You can sit on counter and chat with chef while he is preparing your food. Do good for the Las Vegas community and support local businesses like this that are doing the right thing. Great patio too (when temp isn't 100+). Well done to the team!!!

Today was my first time at this restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised. Inside is so cute, we were out in the patio area, which I fell on love with. I like that they are pet friendly also. I order the chicken wings with the honey and hot sauce. The wings were decent, 4 in an order. My partner had the pork belly (basically ham) which was very very good! I really enjoyed my visit there, I will definitely be back.

A must stop - especially if you're staying anywhere near downtown Las Vegas. Only a few blocks from the Fremont Experience and very much worth it. Ended up going back there for a second meal during our short trip because it was that good. Met the owner and the chef and had great service both times. Grab a table on the cozy patio out back if you can. I'm definitely eating here again next time I'm in town.

Best dining experience I've ever had from what I've ever experienced. They're attentive to what you want and you can tell everyone who had worked there had eaten the food AND enjoyed it. The food was hot and soo good. When I come back to Vegas I am definitely going back there. About $18 a plate but it was worth it. I highly recommend eating on the patio too, it was somehow small and spacious at the same time.

This place was amazing! The food, service and ambience can't be beat. We went there for a rehearsal dinner for my daughter's wedding. It was so good we came back for Sunday brunch. Everything was delicious for dinner -- the shortrib was outstanding. Liam opened up a little early for us on Sunday and we had unlimited Bloodies and Mimosas for $25 -- they were tasty and refilled often. The patio is really nice and the brunch was delicious -- standouts were the fruit platters, the sweet rolls and the chicken & kimchi waffles. Highly recommended. Liam will make sure his staff takes care of you.

I grabbed the sliders and the chicken wings, and she ordered one of the pizzas and the BLTA toast. The food was pretty quick to arrive and in the mean time we had ordered cocktails. The cocktails were phenomenal and looked like they were one of a kind. The food was extremely tasty and I was so full that I couldn't finish my last chicken wing. The habanero sauce on the wings is dank AF. So thankful to have discovered this place as it has a nice patio to enjoy the weather. I've already told friends about it and can't wait to go back. Sat at the bar, waiting for other 2 friends, ordered a blood orange and bubbles but recieved a regular mimosa, Im over the whole oj mimosa but whatever, the oj was fresh and the bartenders were great conversationalists. Friends came, we sat in the back patio, yes they do allow dogs, at least there was one there and nothing was said. It took about 10 minutes until our waitress took our drink order and another 5ish minutes until we recieved our drinks. She disappeared for another 10 minutes, came by and took our order. One of my friends is not partial to lavender but the brioche French toast sounded amazing (and it was) when she asked if there's an alternative syrup, waitress stated no, just the lavender but it'll be on the side. Other friend ordered chicken and waffles that came with a rum syrup!!??? Thought they only had 1 type 😡 and this was also decent but after living in the south for 14 years, it was a little bland and over priced. The other 2 dishes were very good...burrata and pear salad, brioche French toast... oh my

Nice place located off the Strip in Freemont Street. The staff are friendly and have a lot of knowledge about the food and drink on offer and are happy to give their recommendations. I would highlu suggest the pear salad which was lovely. There was a wait time of about 5 minutes for the two of us, and I would say that the wait service is more on the relaxed side, so let them know if you're pressed for time. The only thing I will say is that they serve food whenever it is ready, so the chances are you'll be eating alone.

I thought this place would be truly amazing. I been downtown I've seen how busy it is I tried to get a reservation on Easter and they were all booked up understandable it was a holiday. So I finally got a chance to go in there let me start by saying it's really cute when you walk in. There's a gentleman that status I'm pretty sure he was the owner I wasn't sure until I asked him a little bit later and yes he was he was great great attitude. He checked on all the tables to make sure everybody was good and the food was good. We started with a dip with shrimp , avocado tomato and onion there might have been one more thing in it but it was really really good it was really small baby shrimp with blue corn chips tortilla like really good. . . I ordered the avocado toast and it came with balsamic vinegar which was very thick and I didn't know it came with balsamic vinegar it did not say that on the menu so I did not eat it my friend ordered a omelette with pulled chicken sausage cheddar cheese and one other thing in it I can't exactly remember. That was tasty that was truly amazing. I had the bottomless mimosas for $25. I ordered the first one with cranberry and it tasted like old champagne or something really really off it was not good the second one I ordered with orange juice it was much more delightful. Service was decent I mean it was actually really good great server that we had. All in all I would recommend at least trying this place

This is a great restaurant for a quick or leisurely meal. Guest and I went for lunch at 11:00 am and stayed until 12:30. I had the flat bread pizza and my guest had the Philly cheese steak Sandwich with fries. The service was excellent without being smothering. Our server refilled our drinks at least twice. The owner even came up to us and asked if lunch had gone great. Overall, the food and service were fantastic and I would definitely dine there again.

The patio was a beautiful setting to eat at with the greenery and the hightop tables. And we were greeted by everyone we walked past on the way in. The french toast was KILLER, it was soft and sweet and delicious. I also loved that they have soooo many fruity flavors for their mimosa choices. I tried 3 and the pineapple was by far the best! Wow, just wow. My wife and I visited this restaurant on a food tour of downtown Las Vegas. I will be honest when we got to the area it wasn't 100% sure what to expect. I can't comment on to whether the amazing service was due to the fact that we are part of a food tour, or if it is just that great all the time. We sat at the bar and were provided three very tasty dishes. I would 100% go back here when I'm in town next time.

While my parents were in town, we choose here to celebrate their 41st anniversary and it was overall an excellent experience. We made a reservation the day before and upon arrival they had our table ready to go(the pace was packed!). Upon first arrival the noise level was quite high but there was definitely a great "Sunday Bunch Vibe" going on. The brunch menu was simple with a variety of options from breakfast to bar food to entrees. We went with the chicken and waffles, omelet, flatbread, pear salad and short rib Philly, then added a shrimp ceviche near the end. Everything was awesome (shrimp cocktail was a little too sweet for me) and of course we had a few drinks, which the bartender was not shy about the alcohol with to say the least! The highlight of our experience was our server Kayla. She was awesome, very attentive, had a great sense of humor and was accommodating for anything we needed. She took a few pictures and made sure to compliment my parents on their 40 plus years of marriage. She definitely took great care of us and made sure that my parents had an amazing anniversary dinner. Highly suggest a trip to 7th and Carson, especially for brunch. You will walk away with a positive vibe, fully belly and feeling nice from the strong cocktails!

What an incredible hidden Gem! We went with a Fairly large party and we tried about 10 different menu items, and not 1 dish disappointed! Every bite was amazing. Some of the highlights have to be the incredible braised short ribs and the fire grilled Naan bread and dips. If you are remotely close to here and hungry, it is way worth the drive. 7th and Carson is a quality corner restaurant that consistently serves good food. My wife and I go quite often and they rarely have a wait, provide fast, no nonsense service with a good menu. The kale and pear salad is our favorite but I have tried most things on their menu. We appreciate the relaxed family atmosphere and that they stayed open despite state imposed Covid restrictions.

We were trying to find somewhere for brunch off of Fremont Street and found this place when we spotted the orange umbrellas while walking. We sat outside on the street side patio to take in the views and some sun. Our server was great and very knowledgeable of the menu offerings. Mimosas and the I am Smashed to start off our brunch. We then split the Breakfast Pizza flatbread and Cinna Bun Pull-A-Part which was served in a cast iron dish - Sweet, sticky and topped with tons of cream cheese frosting. Both were delicious!! While sitting outside finishing up the owner Liam came over to check on our experience. We only had great things to say! Very glad we found this place!! We highly recommend.

Only possible criticism was the seasoning on the potatoes and the cinnamon rolls which were raw on the inside and burnnt on the outside with no taste of cinnamon. I have never been so conflicted. The food, was amazing....the service, well that left a lot to be desired. I have never and I mean never been made to feel like I was an inconvenience so much in my life. We are visitors to town, not locals and not accustomed to the etiquette, for lack of a better way to explain it, for restaurants in the downtown local district. We are at an event near by and searched for vegetarian options, found 7th and Carson, and it looked great. We went over at about 2:30pm.......in the afternoon on a Saturday...just to be clear. We kind of walked into the side entrance as advised and were told to wait outside for someone. About 5 mins later a lady walks out with short blond hair and asks if we have a reservation, we do not, and asked if we needed one. Very off the cuff she said, well, really you should always have one, downtown on the weekends, but let me see if I can work anything out. A nice gentleman walked up and did make a few jokes to lighten the mood. However, when we went inside we felt like the scolded children put in the corner. First, the dining room is MOSTLY EMPTY and secondly, I sat with an empty glass for a good 10 mins, tried 3 times to flag down the waitress that walked by 4 times and really acting like she didn't see us. Really, I do not leaving this kind of review, especially when that had to be one of the best veggie burgers I have ever had. I would say try it, but do not be surprised if service is just not there. Go for the food....but spend your money elsewhere when you are done eating.

Irish hospitality meets gourmet cuisine in this fantastic hidden gem on the corner of 7th & Carson. A party of four stumbled upon this restaurant after strolling Fremont Street. While perusing the menu we were enthusiastically greeted by the owner, Liam. He pointed out they had won 2018 Best New Restaurant, but what really drew us inside was the diverse menu. We sat out on the enclosed back patio ensconced in soft lighting in comfortable seats. Everything that came to the table was delicious, beautifully presented and out of the oven hot to the touch! Liam and our server, Heidi, were extremely attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. Every recommendation that gave lived up to its billing. Our bill was extremely reasonable with three appetizers, four entrees, 5 drinks and 2 amazing desserts. Do not leave without trying dessert! We will be coming back the next time was are in Vegas!

Really torn about this one. On one hand the food is really delicious. On the other hand the staff is extremely disorganized and the owner kept hounding our table (as well as others) asking us what we all ordered, followed by comments on each dish. We get it dude, you want people to have a great experience, you don’t do that by hounding your guests. Food was extremely slow to come out, and came out plate by plate instead of the food for the entire table. I had finished my entire brunch before the second dish came out. Ridiculous. If they get their act together, get the owner away from the guests, have the food come out together and get their staff organized, I’d consider coming back. Also, the staff and owner doing shots with guests is not a great look. Smh.

Our favorites were the ceviche and the fried chicken wings. Oscar the bartender came to work with us on what type of drinks we like and custom crafted them especially for us. Our waitress was very sweet, but service was slow. I ordered chicken and waffles, and it came with A LOT of sliced pickles on top which ruined the dish for me. I am not a fan of pickles at all, and did not see it listed in the description of the dish. The chicken was good, waffles were soggy, and I just didn't understand the point of putting pickles on top of chicken and waffles? My friend ordered the veggie omelet and said it was lacking in flavor. We also ordered Belgian waffles which our waitress forgot to put in with the kitchen, however, after being reminded she brought us the waffles and took them off of our bill because we waited so long. I felt I had to constantly waive someone down because they weren't checking on us.

Love this place! Service was great right along with the atmosphere! We sat outside in the patio area and it was so cute. Perfect to share with friends and family. The food was very tasty and prepared deliciously! I would definitely recommend this place if you want to impress someone in a casual way. The “oscar” cocktails were really fun, as they made them according to what we like and ordered! Very cool spot. I will be back soon.

This was a nice little spot for brunch.. had the Shamrock and the breakfast sandwich.. the bagel was not too thick or bready, which was nice. Egg and bacon delicious, everything seasoned very well. Fried potatoes were great, better than the smashed potatoes you see at places, definitely better than generic home fries. I'd go back to try other menu items, they had lots of good stuff to choose from.

Stopped in for dinner with my family and could not have been happier with our restaurant choice. We had a great time trying a bunch of the many unique menu items and the food was spectacular. I want to give 5 stars for the food at 7th & Carson. The kimchi waffle and spicy chicken tenders was a wild idea but perfect twist on the traditional chicken & waffle dish. The eggs Benedict over salmon was incredible! Salmon so perfectly smoked on a buttery bread and the eggs were poached beautifully. We need to give an additional 5 stars for the service! Kiel (kyle?) was GREAT. Coolest guy we interacted with in Las Vegas. He was helpful with suggestions and on top of our drink refills (which was tough work). We'll definitely be back and will always recommend this spot as a "must have" while in Vegas.

Creative dishes, all fantastic. We ordered family/tapas style and all got to try each of the dishes. We had gnocchi, oxtail over toast, salmon, and a salad and were happy with all of them. We finished with a s'mores-type dish with house-made graham crackers that was great. The staff were friendly and fun, and the setting nice.

We found this place by accident and were so happy that we did. Everything was excellent, and the food was top-notch. The pork belly I had is among the very best I have ever had. Also, make sure to order the bread...it is huge and arguably the best bread I have had in Las Vegas. A little loud and I would like to see the menu be slightly more adventurous but it is so good these are small suggestions.

The food was good but the service was lacking. They forgot my friend's order altogether so her food came out when everyone else was finishing. She also forgot to bring a side of fries and a coffee for someone else. She tried to pressure us into not splitting our check and said it would take 20 minutes to split the check even though it was pretty slow. We told her this was fine. She seemed to give us attitude after all of this.

Fantastic food and service. After several days in Vegas, visiting from Sydney Australia, we were dying for some decent, healthy food, free from a Casino and the noise. The restaurant, it’s food and staff were all great and I’m very happy to recommend. We were a group of 7 and we’re there about 5.30pm on a Saturday. Some favorites are the mouthwatering braised ribs, mac and cheese bites, the succulent salmon, and the chicken and waffles. Reasonable prices at this downtown LV favorite. We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday on their intimate outdoor patio with a small group and it was a hit with guests. All staff wear masks to keep you safe. By and far one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been too. The mixologist came out and asked us what flavors and tastes we were looking for and handcrafted our cocktails. Absolutely loved our first trip to 7th and Carson - a very unique and intimate dining experience that fits in perfectly with the charm of the newly developing area. Our waitress Courtney was super attentive and had great service and recommendations. We were seated at the food bar across from Chef Joe - who makes some of the best pizza we've had in Vegas. We tried the Margherita pizza, simple and delicious. The bartender, Oscar, so awesome! Great personality - he came over from the bar to actually speak with us about our likes and dislikes when ordering a drink, what we were eating, etc. He came back with two perfectly fancy cocktails that fit our personalities and palates like he'd known us for years. Chef Gregg, the one and only, the Chef behind the restaurant. He prepared us for our main entrees, an open face oxtail sandwich and a plate of oven seared octopus; both of which were to die for. Finally for desert, Courtney recommended the deconstructed S'more and Oscar surprised us with his version of an Old Fashioned which tied the meal up nicely. We will definitely be going back!

This was an amazing dining experience. They will make you a custom drink based on your tastes. The food is on point! The chicken wings and the oxtail toast are so perfectly cooked. Beet salad is perfect and well balanced.

Good food and service! I recommend the chicken dish. They were taking safety protocol seriously. Also a plus was the ability to make a reservation for the patio. Most other restaurants don't seem to be guaranteeing patio reservations.

Fantastic downtown Las Vegas eatery. Right when I walked in I was greeted by the staff and owner. I had the duck pot pie and The Oscar which is a custom cocktail. You want to try The Oscar who is the mixologist. He is right on point with his drinks. Ive never had such an amazing experience in Downtown Las Vegas. Chef Gregg came out and shoke our hands. The waitress was super sweet and knowledgeable and acknowledged is the entire time. I will definitely be back. They also do brunch.
