So I've only been here once before, but it was a LONG time ago. I decided to try again and I cannot convey how impressed I am. I ordered the Martin's Breakfast Bowl and I can absolutely tell how much care and love was put into its creation and presentation. This is my first time back in over 10 years, but I don't know if I can wait 10 minutes to try something else. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. As an aside, my server, Natalie, was both attentive and yet not intrusive, but very kind and obviously loves her job. In short, a perfect interaction.

Recommended. Our server was wonderful and our food was really good. The breakfast chimichangas also come with chips,salsa and avocado slices smothered in blanco queso. The orange juice is fresh squeezed and the coffee is hot. The portions are huge.

The best breakfast on the southside of. You have to work hard to spend more than $10 a plate. The servings are huge and amazing. Everything has been perfectly the same for years. I just want to rub my face in the Huevos Rancheros until I get yolk in my eye. This was AGAIN an absolute amazing experience.

Very Busy for Sunday Breakfast. However the staff is on it. You will not wait long for seating or drinks or your food. The OJ is freshed squeezed. From tree to cup! The service is outstanding. The food was delicious. Definitely going down as a fav and will definitely be going back.

Food was good, and hot. However, our waitress gave our receipt soon after giving us our food, and NEVER returned to refill our coffee, or check to see if we needed anything. I walked up with our coffee mugs to ask anyone for a refill. Which was provided by another employee. On the plus side, the food was delicious, and the portions hearty!

Love the country lady it's our favorite. Always delicious. The staff is great. Except for Patty. I don't know her at all but she was very rude talking to the cashier today. There is no call for belittling someone and talking to them the way she did this young girl. I believe she ruined her whole day! Shame on you Patty

The food portions were very large. I tried an omelet and could only eat about half. Our server was attentive and checked on us the entire time we were at our table. It did get really chilly whenever the front door opened but that does tend to happen when it's below zero outside.

Great local breakfast place who serves lunch also. It has a big menu but not overly budensome. Great pancakes and omelets. Staff IS WONDERFUL and a great representative of the plane. We stop there when we can.

Food was actually good looking and tasty. My only complaint would be the guy working the register, cough all over everything and everywhere. Sounded like he needed to be at home. Nor did he cover his mouth, which is the biggest issue. Other than that, if your near this place on your travels. Stop on by, the food is right on point of what you need.

I love the location of this restaurant, its just up the street from me. My sister and I's experience here was good. Very friendly waitress. Service was a little slow, but not the worst. The waitress forgot to give the cook specific details of my sisters meal (a different cheese to be used) but she quickly had it replaced and apologized. Good news! They can poach an egg correctly! I got the Indiana benedict and it was delicious. Prices are about average, and they have a huge menu. Just about anything you could ever want!

First time here. Sunday morning and the place was packed. Had about a 20 minute wait for a table. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, but after about 35 minutes after ordering the manager came to our table. The kitchen lost our order. The manager was super sweet and apologetic. She rushed our order and gave us a discount our trouble. The food was good and good sized portions. Well be back.

The wait was short to be seated, we ordered right away and our breakfast came pretty quickly. We had six orders, all were correct and we were never rushed or bothered. The staff at this location is incredible. They are all so friendly and attentive. The lady at the front, I think she is the manager, was so sweet to everyone that came in. They tried to seat everyone as quickly as possible. We were very surprised to not have a wait on a Saturday morning. Highly recommend!

Went here with family for brunch a few weeks ago. I was skeptical at first; after all, the other businesses in the vicinity looked a bit run-down, but I decided to swallow my pride and take a chance here. And it paid off. Server was friendly and attentive, and the whole restaurant gave me nice, family-owned vibes. Ordered the French toast, expecting maybe a few modest slices, only to be met with a glorious sight to behold—eight thick slices of delicious bread goodness. It. Was. Amazing. So good, I had to order another round to go. Needless to say, I will be back. I swallowed more than my pride that day. I swallowed sixteen entire pieces of French toast, probably the equivalent of at least an entire loaf, if not more, of bread. And I'm glad to say that I enjoyed it.

I went there after an appointment with my mom and my niece. She got the biscuits and gravy and fried potatoes, my niece got donut holes which were so good! I was in the mood for breakfast so I got a grilled tenderloin and fries. Everything was great and served hot. This place is a great little find I will definitely be back!!

This review could go on forever, because I have so much to say about the staff at Lincoln Square! I go there about every weekend because the staff, food, an atmosphere is so nice. Ive never had a bad meal there, and always had fabulous service. Stop in and see Maggie, Alex, Natalie, or any of the other girls. They are all great workers! In my opinion they have the best coffee in town. The biscuits and gravy, is pretty good too!

This place is amazing. Everything you would want in a diner. I wish I could recommend something in particular to you off the menu -- but everything I have had is amazing. Eggs Benedict, French Toast...even the Oatmeal. You won't be disappointed. Heads up -- it can get busy.

Loved my breakfast here so much I came back a few days later for another breakfast. The breakfast tacos were so good I had to see what else was on the menu. Second time coming through I tried the Alex skillet, and it didn’t disappoint. Also noteworthy, the coffee is good.

Food was good with the exception of the sausage and pancakes. They appear to be from storage rather then freshly made for you, they were also rather dry. The sausage also was rather cold and seemed to be from storage. The food came out very fast which would explain the quality. The service was excellent. My advice to this restraint would be, choose quality and taste of food over speed of service.

I’ve eaten here many times during my visits to Indiana. Amazing food and amazing staff. They treat their staff like family, and this enhances the positive atmosphere. They go above and beyond! They have a great memory for the needs and preferences of returning guests. All their servers are awesome, but our favorites are Maggie and Harley. If your are a fan of yogurt I suggest you try their vanilla Greek yogurt with fresh fruit and honey. It’s the best I’ve ever had. This is also a GREAT place to go if you miss the old fashioned farmhouse style breakfast. The homemade biscuits, sausage gravy, corn mush fritters, grits and thick bacon will not disappoint you.

Not bad. Omelets we're good. Pancakes, not great. For a pancake house, you'd think the pancakes would be perfect. You couldn't even cut them workout then shedding apart. Coffee $3, kids meals $5 for pancake and small portion of meat. Got charged $4 for extra bacon we didn't order. Some things were way over priced. Not bad, but plenty of other places around that are very.

Their food is always great and the service is too. The have a wide variety of options which are always great. Their servers are good and they are usually busy. They make great breakfasts and if you enjoy good shredded potatoes theirs are always good. They have a homemade strawberry preserve on the tables now that is to die for. I bet if they would sell it they would make a mint. I have been going there for years and haven't ever been disappointed. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a great meal and clean surroundings and a kind staff.

We called at 2pm after a funeral. We asked if they could accommodate 15 people, knowing that they closed at 3pm. They said yes and invited us to come on in. They stayed late to make sure we had everything that we needed. Besides all that, everyone's food was hot and delicious when it came out to us. They didn't rush us out the door. Just good folks all the way around. If I could have given them 50 stars, I would have. A huge thank you to the whole staff.

Everything that I've had here was just plain delicious. The last dish I've tried there was the chicken and waffle. The boneless chicken was perfectly battered and seasoned. A pretty decent spot to get breakfast, but nothing particularly special. The pancakes were incredibly thick and bready, but the bacon was absolutely fantastic. Service was good, although you definitely might feel a bit rushed once the place starts getting busy. For what my group got, we thought it was a bit on the pricier side even when compared to more higher quality chains. Google describes 3-star ratings as "it's okay", and I believe that to be accurate.

Oh, met my sister for breakfast and to catch up- it was great! Rachael was our server, and she was excellent in every aspect. The food was good (Veggie Lovers Omelet!) and the portions generous, the orange juice must have been fresh-squeezed. Um, note to Management: I venture to say that ALL patrons of these kinds of wonderful restaurants, when asking for sliced tomatoes, are envisioning and hopelessly hoping for nice, red, perfectly ripe tomatoes... only to get these poor, pink, thin hot-house, almost tasteless wanna-bes. You're not saving much in costs here. Want to attract the multitudes? Let them leave and tell their friends "Hey the food was really good, but it was their sliced tomatoes that put it over the top!" Yeah. I know what I'm talking about. You really do, too! 👍👍👍👍

Fantastic, speedy service which matches the excellent, hearty portions. You can't beat a better breakfast place in Indy. Every time we travel here, we make sure we stop in and get some of the best pancakes ever. This past time, I had the extreme breakfast sandwich. 2 sausage patties, red onions, a fried egg on an English muffin. Cook was good and tasted great! Girlfriend had an omelet, hasbrowns, pancake (which we both nibbled on). Nothing to complain about. Servers are super attentive--get the drinks out to you almost as fast as you can sit down. And even with the extensive menu, they know all about it and answer any questions about it with ease and politeness. Can't ask for a better eating experience than this place.

Only my son had ever been there before, but on his recommendation, we went with my parents and kids yesterday. We were in a huge rush because they'd come to see my younger kids in a musical downtown that my husband and I are also on the production team for. Everything came out super-quick, and was terrific! They made a couple of errors on the order, which was understandable since they were slammed while we were there. But these were corrected quickly and cheerfully, and we were not only given drinks to go, they saw me coughing throughout the meal and gave me a free quart of soup (I believe they were about to close within the hour). If you're looking for good food that isn't just the same but isn't completely edgy, in good-sized portions, a decent price, and good service, you can't go wrong here!

We have enjoyed both breakfast and lunch at Lincoln Square and have never been disappointed. There food is fantastic as well as the staff that serves you. The atmosphere is quite cozy and comfortable. Prices are good and portions are great. I see where Lincoln Square was compared to Steak and Shake. No Way, No How. Steak and Shake could not hold a candle to this place. Breakfast is by far my favorite. When you go here, be very hungry because I can assure you, you will not leave hungry.

Newly remodeled. Fantastic food, lots of options and wide selection, generous portions and good prices. They frequently have special dishes and add new items. Good coffee, kid friendly, old fashioned service. Great option for brunch after church or family breakfast out. Sub American potatoes (home fries) for your hash browns, they're great!

My pregnant wife and I have been picking up skillets for breakfast for the last 3-4 weeks. She loves the sourdough bread (which come from Chicago) I told the front counter lady (I'm guessing the owner) that my prego wife love the bread. She then proceeded to gift me a loaf of the bread!!! Other restaurants offer "fresh" orange juice but this is the only place I've ever eaten that had OJ that tastes like biting into an orange. They also have the best bacon in the area. It's thick AF and good for both people who like crispy or kinda wilted bacon. The pancakes are really sweet and their hash browns are very good as well. They have great variety outside of the great base stuff they have (definitely try the red velvet French toast or the strawberry cheesecake pancakes if you have a chance) as well. Been here plenty of times and haven't been disappointed yet.

Always a great experience at this place. Evidently we hadn't been there for a while because they completely remodeled the inside and it looks great! The flooring is hardwood now and the wall they took out at the entrance makes it looks so much larger. The food is always great! The wait staff has all but one time been fantastic despite always being packed. You can't beat this place for breakfast! The prices are very fair and the location convenient.

For the love of all things holy NEVER stop making omelets. Twice I have recently ordered from Lincoln Square Pancake House on Madison. Twice I have literally experienced some of the best omelets I've ever had and I'm a breakfast lover testing all the best haunts everywhere I go. I doubt they are perfect, nor that anyone else is going to have the same experience. I doubt I care. The latest omelet is gloriously swimming about my internal organs giving my stomach and small intestine love and kisses. The final result will probably smell of roses.

My wife and were looking for a good local breakfast spot in the Southport area. We saw some good reviews so we thought we would try it out, and it was the best breakfast choice we had ever made. I love their breakfast food. They have so many choices. So far I have had The Entire Farm, The Breakfast Quesadilla, Banana Bread French Toast, Pumpkin Pancakes, The West Coast Omelette, St Patty Benny. They were all really really good and large portions. They are now our regular breakfast spot, hands down. Skip the chain breakfast spots and try this local gem. I'm not a regular coffee drinker, but I drink it every time I come here. The coffee is really good. The staff is very friendly. We always feel welcome and leave happy. In fact, we are heading in today for some breakfast. Can't wait! Yummmmm....

I was looking for a breakfast location in the Southport area, and unfortunately Southport is not well known for its non-chain restaurants. I saw on Yelp that it had a few good reviews and figured I could give it a try. Driving up to the building you will think that this place is going to be... sub-par... Instead of immediately leaving the area I went inside and I could not have been more surprised. The decor was heavily Greek-influenced (think: Las Vegas indoor mall attached to Bellagio) where the uplights went to blue ceiling to simulate skylights. Everything was clean and waiter/resses were bustling around with coffee and food making it all seem like I was no longer in Southport. So after the first great impression I was immediately seated and chose to eat a Greek omelette with feta, tomatoes, etc etc. It also came with pancakes and hashbrowns (total<$15). It seemed like a lot of food on the menu, and then when the food came it was confirmed that it is a lot of food for a low price. Typically large amounts of food are subpar as well. Again I was wrong and it was delicious! Over the course of the entire meal, my coffee cup nor glass of water was ever was empty and we were constantly well attended. I could not be more pleased with my experience and look forward to returning again. I also could not believe how wrong I was about that building. Oh yes, the pancakes were some of the best I have ever had. They tasted like cake... I almost didn't even need syrup!

It's said that Martin watches every patron that orders this concoction of hatred and laughs, watching the disappointment in their face as they realize they've made a grave mistake in ordering Martin's Breakfast bowl. But other than that Lincoln Square is pretty epic, good food other than that.
