Amazing! The fact that you can have lunch items starting at 10am is the best thing for me. The lamb was delicious, and the lobster bisque was one of the best I have tried. Overall, there were 7 of usz and everyone enjoyed everything they had.

First time here, my wife and I were amazed at how great the food was. She ordered an Angus Burger and I ordered a Gyro plate. The staff was amazing too, especially our waiter Eric who was very informative and attentive to us. Will definitely tell my family and friends about this gem! Definitely coming back.

This is my third time here tonight and the food still has not failed me. I have had the chicken piccata the lamb Gyro, the Greek salad they can’t go wrong here. Everything is delicious and Fahed. The manager is awesome very friendly and welcoming to all customers. this has become our number one go to place for my husband and I.

I highly recomend come here with your favorite people to talk. We visited the place in the evening. Iluminations was low light and the music was live piano. Really great ambiance for a warming meeting. There were many regular customers around. For food we tried the Greek Salad, the Lobster Bisque and the Grilled Asparagus Sub. Ingredients tasted fresh and full of flavor. The menu has a good variety of dishes, from small apetizers, healthy salads, casual burguers to more complex gourmet dishes.They also have a good variety of beers and wines. They have a happy hour from 4pm to 7pm. Very convenient to know for my next visit. But, I also would like to try their famous brunch.

Yummy food. Waiters refill your water too much lol almost every 5 mins. Our glasses were never less than 2/3 full, a few times I didn’t drink any water he filled it more. Excuse me, but that’s enough water.

Great place for tasty Mediterranean food. I had the gyro and it was super flavorful! The service was top notch. They provided great recommendations when asked and the atmosphere was warm, welcoming and personal. Very nice for a date night or small business meeting as you can have conversation without being drowned out by restaurant noise.

I have been there a couple of times and I can confidently recommend the place! It is bery pacious, well-decorated and clean inside and the staff is obviously trained. They are vey polite and know theie job very well. The food is also very high quality and there is plenty to choose from on the menu. The menu deink is also various enough and drinks are professionally prepared. You should totally give ot a try!

Ok.. So I wanted to wait a few days to do an honest review on Cafe Benedicte. Firstly, I brought my S/O here for his birthday as a surprise. The inside is nice but we wanted to be seated outside. Sadly the outside deck needs a little love to be equal to what you get inside. It's almost like two restaurants, inside little Italy, outside like a place you'd watch football at. So, based on reviews, they said they had the best Paella in town.. Im sorry to say that we also weren't blown away by the food as we had hoped for... For the prices you pay, we expected a little more love and care in the food. The Farfelle Luigi I ordered had no seasoning what so ever I even asked for salt and pepper (which came in tattered salt and pepper shakers also surprising). I also asked for softer garlic bread which was never brought out... And my S/O paella had big chunks of peppers in it, over done rice and tasted of the kind of sauce you'd get out of a ravioli can. And the plates weren't hot, something you'd expect with pasta dishes. I ended up spending $80 plus tip and he didn't even take his paella home and I gave my leftovers to my mother.. All in all.. I give the place and food 3.5. The waiter was kind and staff was attentive.. They just need more love and time put in the food and a redecoration of the patio area.

Absolutely wonderful. Great atmosphere, quiet, good service. We came for brunch, but will definitely be back for dinner. I had the avocado toast, which came with poached eggs and was served over greens and fresh fruit. Eggs were perfectly cooked. My husband had the Eggs Benedict with hash browns. Delicious and the hash browns were crispy. A basket of bread with two jellies was served beforehand, reminiscent of our European vacations. They have a selection of tea, and serve it with a pot of hot water which was enough for three cups of tea

Cafe Benedict is one of my favorite restaurants on the westside of Houston. We dined at Cafe Benedict for a Corporate Dinner. Everyone enjoyed their meal selection. All plates except one empty and i think that was because she was leading the conversation and her food became room temperature m. The food was Absolutely exquisite.

The food was great but it took 40 minutes to get it. I won't knock the service because of the kitchen. As with so many places, the wine and spirits are hugely marked up. Get I t to go and have wine or a cocktail at home.

Great service and friendly staff. Great design on the inside you wouldn't imagine before walking in. They have patio where you can smoke, drink and eat. I recommend the mussels sautéed in white wine, garlic and scallions, paired with a Stella Artois and their bread and butter...

I came for brunch. Sadly, found a 3-inch long, black hair in my food. The staff quickly replaced my breakfast and it was delicious (and taken off the bill). The staff was so attentive and friendly. The manager even made my friend a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice - which wasn't even on the menu.

I made a reservation here for 11:45 brunch, looks like they were not packed at all. The restaurant is very clean and classy, I really liked the Christmas tree and the piano and the background for the windows. It gave it a really nice warm atmosphere. I got sat immediately and our server did not seem very educated with the menu. He constantly had to check for the answers to our questions. these were just basic questions like is there a smaller version or an ala carte version of the French toast. Or is the crepe with two different kinds or do we get to choose. When we got a coffee refill, the other server didn't grab the cup, instead he refilled the cup on the table and spilled on to the table, almost hitting my boyfriend's hand. They served a plate of sliced bread with butter, citrus jam, strawberry jam and it was warm. I love the jam. I can definitely tell that these are homemade. The butter was extremely soft and this was great because I was starving at this moment. I ordered the following: Meat lovers skillet with grits Hawaiian French toast with hash browns Crepe duet The prices are pretty reasonable. I asked if the skillet had chopped potatoes or were they hash browns, and the service said it was chopped potatoes. This was incorrect. This dish was basically hash browns with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, sausage, ham, bacon topped with 2 eggs. I was a little disappointed about the potatoes, but the flavors were surprising. I had a very nice smokey taste throughout the old dish and nice bites with vegetables and meat. The eggs were cook nicely, not overdone, and it all came out pretty quickly. This is a very hearty meal, you can get full off of this so maybe share it if you have someone who doesn't have a big appetite. We got this with grits and They were disgusting. There was no salt, basically tasted like rice porridge. 4/5 The Hawaiian French toast with hash browns I wish they added a protein to this meal. I ended up eating the skillet because it lacked that. Honestly, I definitely recommend this dish entirely. you really didn't even need syrup because it was already very sweet. The bread was extremely soft but perfectly panned fried. I liked how they put the butter on the side too. It was just really delicious. keep in mind that the hash browns are not crispy at all. You're basically getting the look of hash browns steamed. It lacked salt but thankfully they had that at the table. 5/5 The crepe duet had a nice flavor to them. The one with ham was probably my favorite because the Hollandaise sauce was in need of citrus. I think I would ask for the Hollandaise sauce on the side next time because the crepe in general with the chicken, mushrooms, spinach were perfect. The fruit or fresh and delicious. 4/5 Overall, this is a really nice place. I am wishing that next time I come back that they have a pianist. The atmosphere was very chill, great for people watching, and the food was presentable for sure.

,5 stars for atmosphere and service. I had the Eggs Benedict. 3 stars for the ensemble. Poached Eggs perfect... Hash browns perfect... The ham was not flavorful and added nothing to the collective flavors. The hollandaise sauce was very light but blended well with the runny egg yokes. The English muffins were way too thick and acted more like sponge cake. My wife loved her avocado toast. We'll be back for the Mediterranean dinner menu.

I and my fiance went for brunch at 11am on a Saturday. The ambiance of the Cafe is nice--it has good interior decorations and energy. The staff is relatively attentive and friendly. However, that's where our enjoyment stopped. We ordered two simple dishes. It took over 30 minutes for our food to get out. This isn't necessarily too long, but it wasn't busy and our dishes were simple enough to be prepared in less than 20 minutes at home. My finances eggs Benedict was bland and not cooked properly. My dish was fine, but ultimately underwhelming given the price. And that really summarizes our feelings about Cafe Benedicte: underwhelming.

The place is very cozy. Menu is simple, but has options for every taste. The service was fairly quick for lunch with the place occupancy above half it's capacity. My food was OK. Presentation and taste were average. Very salty for a marsala sauce. The pasta was further cooked than expected. Not al dente, sadly. I would repeat the experience for a second opportunity review.

We visited on Friday night. Very nice evening, piano playing near bar area, but we could still have conversations with our friends. Good drinks, excellent food, too many great items on the menu, so it took us a while to order. I had Capelllini Seafood, my wife had the Couscous, I’d recommend both. We had reservations, and by 7:00 the restaurant was We never felt rushed, and spent 3 hours there including drinks, dinner and dessert. Highly recommended.

This place is AMAZING! We scheduled a private room for 16 people and was not disappointed. No room fees or limited menu. The food was wonderful and there was a wide variety for everyone. The service kept the waters filled and the drinks coming. We were well taken care of. The chef even came out at one point to check on us. Thank you Cafe Benedicte. You made our evening extra special and a goodbye party a night to celebrate our friend in style. We will definitely keep coming be back!!

The customer service and wait staff were phenomenal!!! Super friendly folks here. The place was clean, organized, and has a more romantic, sit-down type setting. The food is made to order so it takes a bit to come out. We got the ceviche as an appetizer. The citrus flavor overpowers the dish a bit but it was still pretty good. My wife got the lobster risotto. This unfortunately was a hard pass. My wife complained of a strong smell and she didn't finish the dish and had it sent back. I had the gyros with fries. It was good but nothing to write home about, unfortunately. The tzatziki sauce also had an overpowering flavor of what seemed to be cucumber. All in all, the service/wait staff is really good. We would go back but it would probably be just to have drinks at the bar.

We left as soon as the food FINALLY got brought out to us. I brought husband here for Father's day after making reservations for outdoor seating, when we got there it was drizzling a little and I had my 6-month old with me so I requested to be sat inside instead but the hostess said they didn't have any open table inside, I look around and see about 8 unoccupied tables. So I said OK, seeing how maybe they had been reserved, we would just sit under the umbrella, hoping the rain won't pick up. So we got sat outside at and it took about 10 minutes to even get water brought to us, not to mention after we'd ordered my coffee never came, only the food. We tried to request for condiments and stuff but the service was so horrible my husband just walked inside, paid for our meal and we got to go boxes. We didn't get to eat here. I understand it was a busy weekend, but seeing how the restaurant wasn't packed yet, and by the way the 8 tables were still unoccupied at this time, they should've accommodated our indoor request and at the very least provide exceptional service. I can't rate the food because I didn't get the chance to taste it... I had given my visit here a 1 BUT seeing how the managerial staff is obviously keen on exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction, I changed it to a 5. They addressed and did not just disregard my concerns. This showed me that they did care about the service provided. Warmed my heart that they went above and beyond and decided to reimburse the money we'd spent here while inviting us for another visit, I'd have settled for the acknowledgement on their part which they also did. Thank you!

This is an excellent restaurant. The caramel and Hazelnut Lattes were excellent and the food (Chorizo Tacos, bagel cream cheese, and Hawaiian French Toast ). The service was top notch and we loved hearing from the owner. This will definitely be on our list the next time we visit Houston.

Loved the experience of dining at this restaurant. The staff was extremely nice and assisting. Started off with fried calamari as an appetizer, the marinara sauce that came with it was really good. For the main entrees we had the pasta primavera (with chicken added) and the grilled chicken brioche which all tasted awesome. I like that their menu is very diverse with vegetarian and vegan options. Overall, I enjoyed this restaurant and will be visiting again to try something new whenever I have the chance.

Nice place, rebuilt after the flood but room was surprisingly noisy with relatively few tables in it. Maybe due to the tunnel construction of the ceiling. Our burgers were very good but there are plenty more interesting items to explore on the menu. For another time.

This place was an absolute joy for me. I went in for lamb chops, (was amazing) came out with new friends. Waiters are super attentive. Felt a little underdressed for the place but became comfortable after so many nice folks addressed me. Food was amazing as stated earlier. Lamb chops, grilled asparagus, smoked gouda mac and fresh butter bread,,,,,, good good. Shout out to Mr Jerry for the excellent service and the others I can't recall your names. This is a cute Cafe with really good service. I was here for reception, and they kept my drink filled and constantly cleaned off the bar where I was hovering. I got to try a few other foods which were pretty good. The desserts however were the star of the show.

We were a large party and some of us arrived quite early. Even though our table wasn’t ready, understandably, they made us feel comfortable and welcome and wanted to make sure the table configuration met our needs. They changed it for us without any hesitation. The wait staff was attentive and professional. The food was very good. Another waiter came and offered to take pictures of our group. We all loved this place and it may be our go-to for our Meetings. The valet was great too.

Let's use a system to review this, shall we? EATS Edibles: The food isn't bad, but it's really hard to describe the menu. It's got a little bit of everything--Mediterranean, Persian, French, American, and more. Weirdly, very few ingredients overlap from dish to dish. Also the dishes are huge. Atmosphere: The place is both fancy and sparse at the same time. The restroom is VERY nice, but the parking lot is a bit too small. Tables are well spaced, which is good as a lot of the patrons during lunch are clearly oil and gas folks. Time: From the time we ordered until we got our food, it was roughly 15-20 minutes. Totally good for most days, but not great for a quick lunch. Service: This was a mixed bag. They were prompt. They weren't what I'd call friendly, though. More cordial. Not sure what to make of it. Overall, I think Cafe Benedicte is good for a business lunch or drinks (there's a very large wine menu), but the dishes are too large and the service is just not quick enough for a working lunch or a quick bite between meetings.

My counterpart enjoyed the the Caprese omelette, cooked perfectly and the taste was phenomenal, served with very fresh fruit. Cappuccinos were excellent, needed no additional products. Fantastic food. My husband went for breakfast which was very well done. However, I believe the pasta was the real winner this round. The sauce was decadent yet lite and did not overwhelm the delicate shrimp. Absolutely loved it and can't wait to return. There are many very appealing seafood dishes I would love to try next! Of course I do not want to forget the staff. Everyone was polite and they really make it personal by learning your name.

I came here with my extended family around Thanksgving. More specifically my cousin, his wife, and her parents. They live nearby and loved Cafe Benedicte and invited us to join them for Sunday brunch. We were there early and there weren't many other people in the parking lot. Which was very surprising to me once I walked inside! There was a man playing live music with a guitar and he was singing in the main area when you walk in. To the right is the bar. Walk straight and it's the dining room. It is quite a small area, but it seems intimate and lovely as a brunch spot for a couple or some close friends. We had a large room in the back of the restaurant. It was set up very nicely. On the back wall, there was all these beautiful wines and they were dated and categorized by type. What a nice selection of wines! I enjoyed my mimosa. They had grapefruit juice which is delicious with champagne. The servers were very polite to the children in our party. And of course, they were polite to us well! I enjoyed the bread and jam assortment served before the meal. Again the server was very knowledgeable with the special, and she had full control over our table, even as a large party! I was very impressed. And I was impressed with the back waiters too. I never wanted for anything. I had the chorizo tacos. They were not your traditional corn or flour open faced tacos. More like a burrito. But delicious nonetheless. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meal as well. And of course the service was discussed positively too!

The menu is varied, with a Mediterranean accent, food is always fresh, flavorful and beautifully presented. The staff is warm, friendly,very efficient, and the owners are always on the floor, making certain that all is to the customers' satisfaction. Prices are very reasonable. There are special dinners during the week, and you'll always get a heads-up e-mail to whet your appetite. You've got to give the place a try ... guaranteed it will make your short list of places to dine.

Cafe Benedicte was a great surprise! Easy to get to, easy to park at, and delicious food! We were able to walk in on Wednesday night at 6:30 without a reservation (though I would recommend making one all the same) and enjoy some great special tapas, wine, dinner, and dessert. Service was very attentive and friendly. Parking is available right out front, with no shortage of spots.

My favorite cousin introduced me to this beautiful gem. Elegant enough to have dinner before going to an opera yet causal enough to grab a bite before home from work. I enjoyed my very first ever crepe brulee and if you get the chance it is a beautiful vanilla crepe filled with lightly sweeted brulee and a side of home made whipped cream decoration with toasted almond slices and a mint leave to cleanse your palet afterwards. I can not wait to go back. The chicken was so moist and tender perfectly cooked and the mushrooms and capers in a light white wine butter sauce atop perfectly cooked pasta....just yummy. I can't wait to go back for the pork chops I have heard so much about. And I can't even begin to describe the fully aromatic paella with perfection of balances of saffron shell fish and chorizo and chicken that my cousin shared a small bit because it is just to good to shared. Lol Please if in the Energy corridor of Houston stop in you will not be disappointed.

The type of mom and pop local restaurant that makes you feel welcomed. Very friendly staff, nice variety of good food. You can sample cousins from all around the Mediterranean. You could tell how customers really love this place, 2hen you walk in. It's usually packed by business type people during the lunch and then local usual patrons in the evening and they all seem to know the super friendly owner and staff very well. Not exactly a quick bite type place for lunch, but definitely a nice place to eat if you work in the O&G companies around and have maybe 30 to 45 minutes, but then not sure a good quality food could be prepared and served any faster. Parking is bit of hassle during the day so plan to be there half an hour before or after lunch time.

And makes a point to visit with everyone. The relaunch of the restaurant was much anticipated after Hurricane Harvey's flooding decimated the area. This place gives an excellent, high quality dining experience. The waiter and servers are warm and attentive, which makes it feel very classy. There was a live singer and pianist when we came Thursday night, that gave a fun vibe without being too loud. There is a bar area with a high ceiling, and a more cozy dining area where we sat. My SO ordered tapas of chicken and sausage (delicious balsamic sauce), piri chicken (very spicy but flavorful), and garlic shrimp (fresh and tasty). I had lobster bisque, which was creamy and full of actual lobster meat, and seafood paella which was beautifully prepared. They have a dessert/brandy menu that we declined. Overall, a great little place for a date night or small (8 or fewer) party.

I love this place. It is disguised in a strip shopping center, but once you walk in the door, you will feel the Amalfi Coast ambiance. They have a friendly staff that is very attentive. I also enjoy the guitarist who plays occasionally. Try the peri peri chicken if you enjoy a very spicy hot dish. The menu is a mix of Mediterranean and American which is very diverse. The Greek salad is served perfectly with fresh dressing and feta. Be sure to make reservations as sometimes it gets crowded. Don't let this simple fix ruin your night.

This is a quaint spot with many regulars. The servers are knowledgeable in the fare. I tried the mussels and Lamb chops. The mussels were large and cooked perfectly, and the broth they were cooked in was exquisite. The chops were also cooked perfectly to a medium rare on the inside and a good crust on the outside.

Very smart decor, the tinted Mediterranean window displace made you felt like you are in Cannes or Italy. Service Is excellent, attentive and knowledgeable. Thé crêpe duet was the highlight of brunch, the two different kind of crepe fulfills my greedy food desire. The hash brown in the middle is gold brown, crispy outside and soft inside. Fresh toast was different in a good way. Portion is pretty big too. I know with the name they should be expert for Benedict, but I didn't feel it was anything special. I want my muffin softer on the bottom. Overall great place to have brunch at and it seems like the dinner menu was something I should I try too.
