This was my first time here and it was a fairly decent visit. I love the atmosphere and the open concept. It was neat watching the chefs prepare meals. The server was definitely not the greatest. She seemed bothered that we were there and took here time in getting to the table and getting everything ordered. I started with the winter ceviche and I give it a 5 out of 10. Would not order again. The risotto was very flavorful and very well presented. Solid 8 out of 10. The coffee rub braised short rib was phenomenal!!! Solid 10 out of 10 and I would definitely go back just for this. The drinks were okay but a little over priced. Would return to see what else there is to offer.

A must go to for an upscale weekend brunch spot! They have a nice shaded patio with French doors leading to a beautiful open kitchen concept inside. We ordered the magic coffee (N/A) and the classic mimosa- both were so good! We decided to split the Philly omelette (very happy we did this). The omelet was huge- smothered in onions and roasted red peppers. So filling, and cheesy, and delicious. We added a side a bacon which comes with 6/7 pieces and was nice and crispy. Great for brunch, date night or even to grab a quick pastry from their bakery. We shall return :)

Very innovative and bold flavors. The prices were very good for the quality of ingredients used, but the portions are proportionally smaller to compensate. Their menu is a bit confusing when it comes to appetizers vs entrees, and you could totally miss the items on the back. The waiter explained that dessert dishes change too often to be put on a menu, but their menu was literally a white piece of printer paper with text, so I don't think it would be too much trouble to print something off for customers to read. The restaurant itself is very nice and has a really open air feel, even when inside. Our waiter was also really friendly. Our only complaints are that the service was slow, and our bread pudding was both bland and cold inside. The blandness was a shock considering the other food we had was flavorful on the verge of overwhelming. The coldness was not a huge problem since it was fully cooked ahead of time and just reheated, but very disappointing considering how long it took to come out.

The best croissant you will find in Denver! I love that they feature a local roaster. Queen City coffee is delicious, the food is amazing, and all of the wait staff are attentive and very knowledgeable. My family has visited here for brunch a couple of times and really enjoyed all of the food. We always get pastries to take home, the hand pies are always a hit! I highly recommend The Bindery, and look forward to returning.

Server was great and attentive. Food was so delicious and the drink was perfect. Loved the vibes and decor of the restaurant. Awesome place for a date, to catch up with friends or just because. Parking is tight since the restaurant is on a busy road so get there early to find parking.

I really enjoyed the Bindery! They have a smaller menu offering well thought out dishes. The Autumn Ceviche was my favorite. All the flavors of this dish were fresh and flavorful. And the Chilean Sea Bass - delicious! The handcrafted cocktails were creative and made to compliment the Fall season. This place is great for a date night or night out with friends.

Came here for my birthday dinner, and the food was fantastic. I'm glad we made a reservation because there would have been a long wait had we not. They happened to be understaffed that night which resulted in longer waiting time than preferred, but that didn't impact the food or the service, both were great. The weakest part of the meal was probably the drink. I ordered the "Peachy Keen" which was described as a nice peachy whisky drink, however it just kind of tasted like strait whisky with the faintest hint of peach. A little disappointing, but not a meal killer at all. I ordered oysters for my appetizers, which were great. I didn't care for the granita that came with it. The taste was fine, but it was slush like texture I didn't care for, just a preference thing with me. I ordered the Cioppino for my entree and it made up for everything. It was cooked perfectly. The only thing was that I had to ask for more bread to sop up all the sauce. I would definitely try this place again.

If you’re looking for a unique brunch experience this is certainly the place. Not your traditional brunch menu, but with loads of delicious options. I had the Chilaquiles divorciados, a egg dish with salsa and tortilla chips. The flavor was amazing but unfortunately the chips became soggy quickly making it loose it’s crunchy texture and making it difficult to eat. My friend had the steak and eggs, not leaving a drop on the plate. They offer a full coffee/ espresso bar and have fantastic cocktails to pair with their menu. Highly recommend for an upscale brunch experience.

Awesome service. Parker was great. The drinks were perfect, you have to try the magic coffee! Avocado toast was top 2, between all the restaurants we've tried in Denver and Houston! Must try it! The rest of the brunch menu was amazing too, great fusion of flavors, seasoning and unique. Highly recommend!

Great place for brunch with a group. The make your own mimosas is definitely the way to go especially if you have friends who are picky about their ratios. The savory Dutch baby (bad baby) was worth the wait. The citrus aioli with the duck hash was also great. It’s always sunny in Kelsey’s world was a lighter refreshing option. The oatmeal had good texture and the yogurt had a good flavor profile.

Our server was phenomenal and very friendly and kind. The appetizers were extremely tasty and we really enjoyed how each appetizer we ordered was from one another. The warm Jerusalem salad and the fundido that the potatoes sat on was really tasty and flavorful. The burrata came with a salad that had kumquats and pistachios and raisins in it and was extremely light and then the burrata itself was very rich and creamy, and the very generous slices of toast that came with the appetizer was buttery and grilled to perfection. The winter ceviche that we ordered was very acidic and also very refreshing and very citrusy and the Ginger shaved ice that they had on top was delightful. Unfortunately I think we were a little underwhelmed with the entrees. I ordered the carbonara risotto and the rice was just a shade undercooked and still just a little bit too much on the crunchy side. I liked the idea for adding the egg on top of the risotto, but somehow the texture of the egg didn't feel like it really belonged with the mostly creamy risotto. My significant other ordered the mustard seed salmon, but the mustard seed itself didn't seem to actually do anything for the flavor of the dish and was there almost entirely for garnish and texture. The salmon itself though was cooked perfectly and the lentils at the salmon sat on top were also full of flavor. Our overall dinner experience was redeemed by the dessert which was a dolce de leche cake with a molasses crumble and some banana ice cream. The cake was warm and soft and moist, and the ice cream was a great temperature contrast while pairing and complimenting the flavors very well. Our server was very attentive and made great recommendations overall and helped us whittle down what we wanted to order. The atmosphere was very gentle and welcoming. They had very soulful and relaxing music playing and the dimly lit restaurant was also very intimate. We went on a night that it was snowing so it's unclear how busy the bindery would normally be. But I can say that while we were there it was very quiet which is definitely a more romantic date night. We would consider coming back to try their brunch menu, but if we were to come back during or around dinner time we would probably order more appetizers instead. That being said, if we were in the area I would probably prefer to try something new that we haven't been to instead of going into the bindery again.

Great atmosphere, creative cocktails, interesting and tasty dishes. Came here for brunch without a reservation but the bar was available and was the best seating option as it gives you a front seat to its open kitchen. Staff took good care of us.

You absolutely must try this place! The atmosphere is airy but cozy and the kitchen is open concept so you can see the process. The bartender made me a beautiful mocktail, and as a sober person I really appreciated the craftsmanship. Our server, Cory, was amazing and not only walked us through the menu but gave us great tips for our upcoming visit to Red Rocks. The food was phenomenal, especially the lamb pappardelle. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

We started with happy hour and stayed for dinner. We got a bunch of plates to share. Everything was great! You can tell staff here put so much work into each dish. Our favs were the ribs, rabbit pecan pie and octopus. Will be back for those …and more!!!

I love the location and openness/windows of this cafe! On the pricier side. They have all bakery items from a local baker, the avocado toast is absolutely amazing (beet purée, beets, avocado, arugula, goat cheese, homemade sourdough), blackberry lavender scone, and oat milk latte. The Dutch babies are only available on the weekend and sometimes can be a 45 min wait. I’ll have to go back next time to try it :)

First time here and my bestie and I wanted to order everything off the brunch menu. We settled on trying the brûlée grapefruit croissant, Greek yogurt with mango , cherry corn waffles and a savory dish with arugula and duck bruschetta. We also had a cappuccino and their different flavors mimosas. And hands down this was 10 out of 10 on every single item definitely one of the best brunches we had in a while! Can’t wait to come back and try their afternoon menu ! Worth every penny!!!!

My cousin and I dined for brunch and had a great time. We were there around Halloween and loved that the place was fully decked out! They offered some Halloween specials and of course we had to try some! I had the black magic cocktail comprised of gin, aperol and chartreuse among other things (it was so good!!). My cousin had the pumpkin tequila drink. Our cocktails were great, the food was delicious. She got the Halloween special French Toast and I ordered the Uova alla Flamenca. We also tried the blueberry sausage and their hashbrowns. We definitely ordered way too much, but it was worth it. Overall, we had a great time and I'm sure I'll be back again soon. It seems very popular and busy so I would recommend reservations to ensure a spot.

My new favorite place for brunch in Denver and a really excellent dinner service as well. The coffee rubbed beef short rib and risotto are my current favorites. Parking can be a bit tight in the underground garage but I've had good luck with street parking. Whiskey cocktail is worthy.

My wife and I loved our dinner at The Bindery. Service and presentation were very good. The smoked rabbit pecan pie was absolutely incredible, one of the best things I've eaten in my life. Drinks were pretty pricey, but overall were very good. Entrees were a good value, but were not as exciting as the appetizers. You could make an amazing meal on just their appetizers.

I went here with my friend for brunch. The atmosphere was so relaxing and welcoming. To drink, I had a couple of mimosas and they were delicious! To eat, I had the Creole Shrimp and Grits. To say it was amazing is simply an understatement. It was a hearty serving which I gladly finished. I met the owner, Linda and she was just as kind as could be! My only regret is not taking a picture of my food to show how beautiful it was. I would definitely recommend The Bindery for anyone looking for delicious food and drinks in a fun atmosphere!

Went twice as a visitor. Love the ambience. The service was good. The food looked great and a decent selection. The flavor was a bit bland. One day I had the breakfast burrito and another day I had the 5280. See picture.

The food was delicious and staff were engaged and friendly. Made a reservation via tock app. The ambience was great with great interior showcasing wine selection + open kitchen. The restaurant was clean and they do follow Covid protocols. The reservation was $10/person. Definitely would recommend this place.

Looking for a higher quality brunch dining experience shoved in the middle of a trendy neighborhood? This is the place to go. What I liked: - The friendly and attentive staff. Our waiter was on point, the hostess kept us informed with updates and you can tell that she was working around the archaic reservation process (see below) - The food options were very different from what I'm used to seeing on a brunch menu. In fact I ended up ordering the Breakfast Carbonara which comes with pork belly, bacon, duck egg, pecorino and. Spaghetti. Pasta for brekky? Yup I did it and it was sooooo good. - The dutch baby pancake was huge and I highly recommend ordering it. I think most groups had a version of it on their table. What I wasn't a fan of: -- - PARKING. My god parking is terrible in this area. The metered parking is expensive and you'll have to have the best of luck in getting a nearby spot, especially during weekend brunch hours. - Not the biggest of issues, but after dealing with parking it didn't help the situation. The way they do reservations is a little odd. We were a large party of 8 and had made a reservation that required an $80 deposit before hand. When we arrived we were told that another party that was dining in our would be area was taking longer than expected. In my experience a reservation, means that a table is held separately for you. Especially when that reservation is a pay reservation. A table of 6 walked in and they were sat at an empty six top, which further increased the groups tension. In the end we only had to wait less than 10 minutes but I can say that I wasn't a fan. - You're greeted by an assortment of pastries when you first walk in. Smart marketing by the way. When you order them, they are served cold which I think left them wanting. I assumed that the cheese/meat based empanada that I ordered would have been warmed up prior to being served. It was like a hot pocket that they forgot to microwave before serving.

Place was jammed filled, pumped with great energy and flow. Had the eggs, grits and chorizo. Really good and tasty. Restaurant was super polished and tidy. Cool bakery sección at the entrance.

Overall positive experience. Our server was delightful. The atmosphere is big city sexy cool. With lots of tweaks the restaurant could be SO much better. Examples: Bouillabaisse- it’s supposed to be a fish soup. This was chunks of seafood with a thick red sauce pooled at the bottom. Prawns- flavorful, but weirdly difficult to get the shells off. The eggplant pasta- delicious but with very little eggplant on the plate. The most egregious misstep of the evening- a Manhattan served “up”- in a white wine glass. What was that? No apologies or explanation from the runner who brought it to the table. (FYI when you are served a cocktail in a glass like this, what you get when you take a sip is a big inhalation of alcohol). Apparently, the bar was out of glassware we were told later. In summary- not a top tier restaurant experience- but has potential!

Dropped in for Brunch on a whim. The food is absolutely amazing and is a reflection of the amazing passion of the head chef/owner! Along with the top notch food and cocktails, the lively yet tasteful ambiance makes this a MUST go-to restaurant for all! My wife and I were dining at the bar and had the amazing experience to watch the chef team dance around the kitchen. It was an absolute delight to witness! The head chef/owner clearly loves her trade and appreciates all of her customers! This is now a Denver staple for us!

We had weekday breakfast onbtheir outdoor sidewalk seating. The Avacado Toast was the best we've ever had, anywhere. They have a great cocktail/drinks/beer menu. The staff were friendly, attentive and asked about dietery restrictions and allergies. Next time we're in Denver we're goibg try it for dinner

This chef owned restaurant called, "The Bindery", was by far one of the best "fine dining" establishment I've been to in a while. From making the reservation to the end of enjoying our meal; the experience was quite enjoyable. The ambiance of this resturant was a simple concept but gorgeous and intimate. The food were priced amazingly for the quality you're receiving. I drooled over and consumed every bit of my meal. The alcoholic beverages were a typical price. It was absolutely an amazing experience and I can't praise this resturant enough. If you're in the area do yourself a favor and book a resturant right now.

Awesome service and great food. The place looks amazing seems to be very clean. The service was amazing I think his name was Jacob, I might be wrong. They were decorated for Halloween which was nice. The food seemed to be fresh and loved everything they served. The drink I ordered was not my favorite but I just shot in the dark and picked anything so that's on me. I Highly recommend going here.

I'm shocked to see this place go below a 4.5 overall rating so hopefully this helps. 👌 This is my current go to restaurant when I have friends in town. It has never ceased to satisfy the pickiest of eaters and we always have a great time. The menu is creative and personal but still very approachable. The chef and her team run a fantastic place, and considering all they do (from breakfast to dinner) it's not an easy feat!

We had a great celebratory dinner here. The duck pie app and my sea bass were some of the best food I've ever eaten. Unfortunately, the roast pig was not as excellent. We had a lovely waiter and a beautiful quiet seat in the window. Also, great drinks.

They take reservations. Not a typical menu. VERY good food. Impressed with the decor and open kitchen concept. What blew me away is the staff. They all had smiles and were extremely warm and welcoming. We had been hiking and gotten stuck in traffic overnight on 70, we looked rough, lol but they didn’t seem to mind. I wish I remembered our waiters name, he was very good and genuine.

We had a wonderful brunch here. The food was incredible and service equally matched. The croissants were delicious - as good as any I had in Paris recently. The corn and cherry waffles were great. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his soft scrambled egg dish and daughter her chilaquiles.

I was so impressed with this place! We ate dinner there last week and the service was good but the food was incredible! From the starters all the way through the desserts everything was delicious. They were on the last few days of their summer menu and I am so excited to go back and try their fall menu (you have to try the saffron pear cake. it's insanely good).

I'm willing to go out on a limb and say The Bindery has some of the best food in Denver. My wife and I like to try new restaurants pretty frequently, and we've been to most of the "top" ones... but the Bindery is a place we keep coming back to. Fantastic food, good drinks, friendly and attentive staff, good ambience, generally able to accommodate same-day reservations, cool location, easy parking, etc etc etc. Do yourself a favor and go here.

Delish place for brunch. We had amazing entrees and pineapple mimosas. The baked goods were over the top and fresh. I'm looking forward to the next visit. Outside seating was nice and not too bad considering the street and heavy traffic, both foot and vehicle.

The Tartare and flatbread were awesome. Not a fan of the crab spaghetti. Everything else was okay… felt like we could have spent $400 better. It’s a cool space, service was fine. Good wine selection.

The rabbit appetizer was AMAZING. Please don't try to split it with anyone else, that was disastrous, there were too many elements to that dish that required all of them to be there for the taste combination and trying to cut it and split it just didn't work out. The raw oysters were not great. The salmon collar appetizer was delicious and beautiful. The Halibut ratatouille was all I could have wanted and more. The service was very polite and attentive, but for the price and elegance of the place, they should change out your silverware with each course and not expect you to just lick your forks and knives and put them back on a bare table. The chef is an artist at her work. I would definitely go there again.

I don't have photos of the weekend brunch food and I wish I had taken some. We've been here 5+ times and had amazing experiences every time. The staff is professional and attentive and the food is the best for brunch or dinner.

We made a 2:30 reservation. Walked in at 2:25 and the first thing the host said was “ the kitchen is closing. I can seat you if you can order quickly” (before asking if we have a reservation). The server told us that they were out of at least 5 things on the menu and one drink that was of interest. Please don’t take reservations that you can’t accommodate or have your guests feel rushed and out of choices as a result. Food was great - steak and eggs came with delightful Chimichurri and was a flavorful cut. Manhattan was nicely done as well.

While I don't usually like cucumber jalapeno granita drinks, the Martini at The Bindery is delicious. The Bacon appetizer is really good, as well as their club soda. This is the type of place where you can come to celebrate a special occasion or just to have a nice evening out with friends.

We had the amazing Feast of the Seven Fishes at the Bindery last night (special pre-Christmas event). Each course was a revelation. Excellent food and great service for a special evening. Definitely planning on going back for a regular meal. Nice, low key ambience, modern but quiet enough for conversation

Not sure how this place was so packed. The food was bland and the service dismal. Sitting on the patio allows you to see how terrible locals are at parking. $18 Avocado Toast just missed the mark.

We dined here on Saturday and had the pleasure of sampling 6 entrees as well as the amazing Rabbit Pecan Pie. Everything we had was truly delicious. The halibut succotash was flavorful but lite. The grilled octopus was crispy, flavorful and beautifully tender. We also tried the Branzino and the OMG chicken- both were excellent! We loved the ambiance and will definitely be back!

This restaurant was amazing. We didn't think we would get seated immediately as it was pretty busy but we did. My friend had the fried chicken sandwich and it also looked so good that he gave it 10/10 on the scale.

The chefs did not take shortcuts where they could have, the staff rolled with our goofy humor and provided great recommendations, and management was eager to not only say hi, but sit down and listen to our feedback and ideas. This is what dining should be about. 12/2019 Update: Five us finally got the call for a chef's table! They only do it on Wednesdays and it is booked out a couple months, each week is a new menu. Each chef in the kitchen has a hand in designing and/or cooking a course. Five us showed up and enjoyed a chef's bar, not a table, sitting across from two of the chefs and able to watch executive chef Linda run the pass. We were treated to a seven course tasting menu ($100/person) with a mixed cocktail/wine pairing ($50/person). The food was spectacular, creative, and fresh. The chef would deliver the course, explain the dish, and answer any questions about it. An absolutely incredible experience!

We had an amazing Valentine's double date with our friends Bear and Troy at The Bindery in the Highlands. The atmosphere was swanky, romantic, and modern yet cozy at the same time. While there are many hard surfaces and high ceilings, it was still easy enough to hear each other's conversations. The installed acoustic tiles on the ceiling work well. On this Valentine's Day, a prix fixe offering was the only option. We started with cocktails. Bear had a bourbon sour with egg whites. Troy had a two-toned purple cocktail with vodka, creme de violette, and macerated edible flowers adorned with gold leaf. Bob and I had dirty martinis. We started with a complimentary amuse-bouche of raw oysters with a beet mignonette. They were tasty, elegant and dressed for the occasion from in red. For our appetizer course, we had a choice between steak tartare or kampachi crudo. Both were excellent! The fish offering was very generous and was prepared with leek ash, vodka, black radishes and caviar. We noticed that people that were sat about an hour later did not receive quite as much fish. The steak tartare was some of the best I have had in Denver. It contained wood sorrel, horseradish, and rye seeds. The fresh horseradish and rye seeds gave it nice additional textures. For our second course, we had the choice between a radicchio salad or squid ink tagliolini pasta. The freshly made pasta was a generous serving! Although a little stingy with the clams, the rapini and calabrian chili made it a great dish! Bob enjoy the salad option called Radicchio Trevisiano. It came with a sweet potato gastrique, blue cheese and walnuts. For the entree, we had a choice among quail, sole, or a ribeye. We tried the latter two. Bear and Troy loved the delicate fresh sole with Israeli couscous, Cara Cara and blood orange, and a nasturtium. Bob and I devoured the very large ribeye steaks with blackberries, black peppercorn confit atop a bed of cauliflower gratin. We tried the recommended pairing cabernet, Sean Minor, a wine we will be having again! For our dessert course, we had the choice between a dark chocolate cherry mousse or a passion fruit gelato. The cherry mousse was frozen. We suspected that they might not have taken the dessert out of the freezer as early as they would have liked. For one reason it took an extremely long time to get our desserts, and the other was it was difficult to cut through with a spoon. The taste was amazing, and with chocolate nibs and gold leaf it was extremely fancy! Bear enjoyed his gelato which contained ruby red grapefruit panna cotta and coconut espuma. A complimentary sampling of Turkish Delights followed dessert. We arrived at 7pm for our reservation and one could definitely witness an evolution of clientele, music and vibe from 7pm to 9pm. Anita Baker was our soothing prelude, and "bump and grind" was our postlude. The hostesses were handing out long stem roses to most of the females throughout the evening. Our waitress brought us two for our table of four gay guys. 😉 This was definitely more of a $$$$ night; however, normally there is a full menu with a variety of price options making this more of a $$$ restaurant. I am very excited to return to try some of their standard menu items.

While traveling to Colorado for business, I stopped in here on my way back to the airport for lunch. The great thing about the location of this restaurant is that they are right next to a large indoor garage with complimentary parking for The Bindery customers! The inside was much bigger than I expected it to be. They had a bakery section upfront, where you could by some baked goods and desserts. The lunch menu is much smaller than their more enticing dinner menu. I ordered Charbroiled Lamb Burger. The buns were super fluffy, but tomato was placed on the bottom, making the bottom bun to get soggy pretty fast… Patty was packed with flavor with amazing seasoning and spices that went perfectly with the tzatziki. It was really good dish! The service was very polite and professional. Staffs are always around on the floor, but they won’t bother you unless you need something. I am sad I didn’t get to try their dinner menu, but if I ever go back to Colorado, I would love to try their food again!

I'm giving the bindery a ⅗ to split the difference between the 5/5 for the kitchen and a ⅕ for the waiting service. First let's talk about the good. The food is phenomenal, you must get the rabbit pecan pie with mustard geloto, it is wonderful. Now onto the wait service. Our experience was reminiscent of buffalo wild wings. Our waitress came to our table 3 times, once for our order, once to bring the pie, and once to bring our main courses. The rest of the time we saw her with some young guys at the bar while we flagged down whoever would walk by our table. My girlfriend even noticed other tables needing to do everything short of shooting off a flare to get her attention. I'd like to give a shout-out to the host, I wish I would've had cash on hand to give him a tip. He was great, he took care of us in her absence refilling our water and even cleaning the table.

Everything at the restaurant is locally sourced, from other local businesses in the city while the environment inside the restaurant is extremely lively. A lot of natural light enters the room for brunch so that you can enjoy your meal. The coffee was fantastic, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu, and the service is great. I highly recommend ordering the Dutch pancake at the beginning of brunch so that by the time you're done this 20-minute dish is the perfect way to end the brunch here

Reservations recommended, but they had spots for 4 of us at the bar for Sunday brunch at 10am. This bakery may be the reason why you have to do a second work out with your trainer just to burn off the calories. Strawberry rhubarb filled croissant tastes as good as it looks. Scone and cinnamon roll were solid, but the savory monkey bread was a first and a new favorite. The nice women next to us had a chocolate croissant and recommended it for next time. Lunch entrees earned thumbs-up from all of us. Eggs flamenca was recommended by the server and was a winner. It had a super rich tomato sauce w a rich spicy red pepper finish. The Ruben was piled with pastrami and served with hot shoestring frites. Eat them before they cool off.

Just WOW! A genuine treat to have a class above restaurant in our neighborhood that is beyond just a good meal. Starting with the staff, I was greeted and served with genuine hospitality and care. The owner / chef Linda Hampsten Fox even came out to say Hi and graciously included me in a complimentary food tasting of the Cauliflower Sformata. YUM! Next, I ordered the Rabbit Rarebit which had a good mix of flavors and textures with toasted pieces of sweet pecan... A perfect finish. Then the Charred Octopus Agua Chili Negra. OMG!! It was a mouth full of delectable flavors and simply amazing. Finally, the Baked Colorado and assorted made in house ice cream for dessert. Yes, two separate desserts. I couldn't help myself. (smiling) Both were on point, but I would recommend the Baked Colorado on your first visit... It's fun! After looking at their Saturday / Sunday brunch menu, I can't wait until my next visit! Also, they have a killer happy hour from 3-6 pm everyday that includes $2 - $7 wines and $5 cocktails.

So I have always loved The Bindery for brunch, lunch, dinner, coffee or a great pastry, but I finally attended a Chef's Table dinner there and was truly BLOWN AWAY. Chef's table is something really unique at The Bindery where they seat 2-6 guests in the kitchen, in the middle of the action as to feel like you're part of the team, but also have your space to enjoy and converse with your group. The menu is created that day/night so it is truly made up of the freshest ingredients available and is also themed for the season. Not only was EVERY single dish prepared to perfection (see photo for courses), but each chef on chef Linda's team is given an opportunity to create something unique based on their expertise and passion. It is truly a dynamic experience as each chef, including Linda, walks you through the dish, how they prepared it and what inspired them. To top it all off, Josh the bartender, paired wine, cocktails, and beer with each course and it was phenomenal. He really enhanced each course's flavor which brought a nuanced experience to an already incredible menu. If you haven't tried the chef's table-YOU MUST. Especially if you are celebrating, coming from out of town, impressing a new date/friend, or just looking for the next great culinary immersion. PS Bring your appetite, as you will leave full and with some extras to take home. I also was enjoying each course so much I only took a photo of dessert-it was that captivating. The sliders were amazing, chopped beef (not ground) with tons of flavor and perfect buns. The Smoked Rabbit Rellenos were great as well, and the sweet potato churro might have been the best thing on the plate. The King Trumpet mushrooms were perfectly grilled. The wild boar with fresh pappardelle was excellent, with rich flavors and perfectly cooked fresh pasta. The braised pork shank was a huge piece of tender pork coated in tasty sauce served with kale and masa. The whole dish was perfect for a cold evening. The desert and after dinner cocktail were both great as well. The whole meal was good, lots of flavor and perfectly executed. Atmosphere was hopping but not too loud that I couldn't hear my friends. It is light and airy and attached to a quaint market. Two baby showers were happening at opposite sides of the restaurant which symbolizes it's a good place for a girl's brunch (which is the reason I was there too.) They take reservations which is a plus :)

This was maybe one of the best meals I've ever had. The octopus was phenomenal, as was the smoked rabbit pecan pie. I consider myself adventurous but didn't love the sound of smoked rabbit pie -- it was crazy good. The lamb papardelle was also great. The entire meal had a seemingly Mediterranean/ North African-inspired feel, while also balancing spicy, salty, sweet in a thai-like way. We had a bit of trouble figuring out appropriate number of shared plates to order/recommendations for navigating the menu, and service wasn't 100% seamless (nothing went wrong, just wasn't phenomenal), but the food was so good I don't care.

We started off with some cocktails and service was prompt and fantastic. I highly recommend the Ignudi small plate, the Nettle + Potato soup, the Papparadelle al Trapanese pasta, and the Tomahawk Pork Chop! We loved every single dish we had! Parking was easy and we found a spot right down the street. I will definitely be back here and I can’t wait to try the brunch! 🍴
