The dish was really good and I recommend if you enjoy grilled carrots. My main course was the Ora Salmon with broccolini and the salmon was great quality of fish and nicely prepared. My dessert was the bread pudding and that was large and delicious. Our waitress Annette was awesome. Definitely give the restaurant a try if you are in the area. Price wise I would say the restaurant is a $$$-$$$$.

The restaurant is part of the AC Hotel and Le Meridian hotel group and for a hotel restaurant I thought it was really good. I did the 3-course meal and took carrots as the appetizer and they can with toasted sunflower seeds which was a good touch. The dish was really good and I recommend if you enjoy grilled carrots. My main course was the Ora Salmon with broccolini and the salmon was great quality of fish and nicely prepared. My dessert was the bread pudding and that was large and delicious. Our waitress Annette was awesome. Definitely give the restaurant a try if you are in the area. Price wise I would say the restaurant is a $$$-$$$$.

Corinne is a fantastic place for lunch, really close to lots of hotels in the area. Really stands above other restaurants in the area. During our visit, to start we had the Crab Croquettes which were really nice. Good flavor and not dry. Next I had the Brush Creek Wagyu Burger. VERY good. Perfectly cooked and the additions of bacon and egg are welcome and tasty options. Overall, Corrinne is a great lunch place that I'll be coming back to when I'm in the area.

I had a wonderful timing dining at Corinne. My server was Annette and she was so incredibly sweet. She made great recommendations especially for the cocktail I wound up going with. Very attentive to service and since I was dining alone it was nice to chat with her throughout my meal. The food was excellent - I shared my items on social media and had a lot of people responding with their interest in visiting. I would definitely return.

Great spot! Pros: awesome food. Wonderful service. Delicious drinks. Great atmosphere. Valet parking options. Not over priced. (Get the pork chop!) Cons: we went on a weekday evening, wouldn't consider it busy. But they put another couple in the 2 person table literally next to us (2 ft away..shares a bench on 1 side). Seriously guys.. lots of empty table options. All in all I would go back Cool spot (Business casual dress)

First our waitres Mrs. ANETTE Was awesome! She checked in on us and topped off our waters. Not once did i have an empty water glass. For me that is what I appreciate from a server! The food was amazing! Had the 3 meal course and everything about it was good!

Do your tastebuds a favor and come through to this delightful restaurant! A melting pot of delicious food, vibrant ambiance, and warm service. The best pancakes I ever ate are at this restaurant! This place has to be the shining star of breakfast. I know you might frown at this but the chicken sausage were divine. We had Annette for a waitress and she was a darling. Thank you Annette for being so kind to these sisters from Florida and providing us with amazing service, great food recommendations, and suggestions on how to navigate the streets and parking of Denver. We will definitely be back before we leave! 😍🥰💜

Excellent ! A menu that combines healthy ingredients and taste. We had the cheese sandwiches and added avocado, bacon and tomato. As an appetizer The Crab bites were delicious and enough to share! Definitely a place to go back and experience their other unique combinations. Service was impeccable!

Maybe I came at a bad time (during lunch on a Monday), but service wasn't very good. I had to ask the hostess for my waitress to put in my order. It was strange because the restaurant was completely empty and not busy at all. I'm assuming the waitress was doing something in the back, but we were seated and waiting for quite a while before I had to bother the hostess. We also finished the water at our table pretty early on, but she didn't refill it or change out for another bottle until the very end when she showed up to give us our check. Regarding the food, the crab croquettes were amazing. It had a good crunchy shell with a delicious creamy center. The sandwiches and french fries were good but nothing spectacular to make me come back specifically for them. I'd say give this restaurant a try if you'd like to try a fancy upscale place, but I personally wouldn't.

We went here for our date night the appetizers are delicious the drinks taste amazing fresh in the palate. The atmosphere was great we had the three course meal. The actual dinner was okay I had the rigatoni pasta needed more depth. My husband’s steak was really good but the fries were subpar. All in all good experience. Great service.

Had a very nice pre-theater dinner here. Our waiter was very friendly and took his time explaining the menu. He was also attentive but not obtrusive. The food is very good. We had the Burrata appetizer with apricots, almonds and mint with in house bread. It was very luxurious and sweet/salty combo is balanced well. My wife had the kale and apple salad and added chicken. It was good, not great. I had the salmon which was cooked to temperature I asked and the sauce and lentils were both excellent. We were too full for dessert. It is a good hotel restaurant and much better than others I've been to. Go if you get a chance.

The food here was good overall . The calamari was flavorless as was the dipping sauce. The pork chop was good but if you’re afraid of pink meat this is not for you. I appreciate a medium chop. The chicken was good. The bread pudding was delicious.

Excellent cocktails, crab croquettes and house rolls were delicious. The star dish was the mushroom bolognese, which was heaven! It's the best vegetarian pasta I've ever had. I also enjoyed the key lime pie and bread pudding. The chile-glazed chicken was a little dry and lacked seasoning. Our server was very helpful and attentive. Overall, an excellent restaurant to visit.

What I loved the most about this place was the fact that it looked very clean, modern, and overall very suitable for an occasion. My wife and I were only there because of her random idea of going to a fancy restaurant, so we dropped by this place. Majority of the food there you can find in other fancy restaurants, but that is okay, because it was still tasty! The wagyu beef tartare was amazing because the flavor profile mix, from the beef to the pickles to the egg yolk to the bread, was a perfect combination. The salmon was tender at the right level. The scallops were juicy. Even the bread and butter were not your everyday items. Overall an amazing experience!

Upscale restaurant with valet parking, which is a must in downtown! The service was exceptional and every part of the staff was helping. The food was incredible, the bread was so flaky on the inside and crispy on the outside. We both got steak and they were flavorful and cooked to perfection. Also I had a great cocktail! A must for a foodie like ourselves!

The atmosphere is so romantic but not stuffy to where you feel you don't belong. The cocktails are well balanced. You don't get an insane amount of alcohol, but they definitely don't skimp. The food was so delicious! I had the buttermilk pancakes with the bourbon maple syrup. Truly some of the best pancakes I've ever had in my entire life. And my server Vince was the sweetest and funniest server ever. He was also super knowledgeable about the menu and wasn't bothered by the millions of questions I asked. He was so friendly, that it felt like one of my best friends was serving me. Definitely coming back to try their dinner menu sometime.

Dog friendly!!! Not only do they allow dogs but they bring them water and welcome them. Great food and amazing service. Would definitely come back. The crab croquettes were definitely a great recommendation from our server.

The restaurant has a very inviting vibe to it, very unique style and art, with awesome light fixtures. We had one of the best waiters we've ever had with Cee-Jay, we had appetizers one evening and liked the experience so much we went back for breakfast the next morning. The food was exceptional and they made great cocktails. And it's been rated as the #1 restaurant in Denver, so it's a must try!

Brunch was delicious and the menu just unique enough to pop. The service, ambiance, and food was top notch. We had the Benedict and added salmon and a side of potatoes (hashed). The chicken tinga was the right balance of spice, crunch, and freshness. The Monte Cristo was flavorful. Full espresso bar and cocktail list. This restaurant is inside the hotel, but can be accessed directly also. Street parking.

We had a nice time here… mostly thanks to the kitchen as the food was super tasty. Didn’t like the bum rush towards the end of our meal. Perhaps the wait staff was having a rough night, but it was as if it was their first rodeo.

Service unmatched, won’t even notice someone refilling your drink. A more European experience than anywhere else I’ve been in Denver. Pleasant level of noise to allow for privacy but in no way overbearing. The kitchen is an open kitchen and you can see the team at work. Also very flexible and knowledgeable staff on substitutions for special dietary needs.

The food was delicious, the French Onion Soup, diver scallops, mushroom bolognese, and the house made sorbet!!! The peanut butter cake was nicely prepared as well. Get reservations for sure. Also dined there for breakfast and we highly recommend. The Illy Cafe house coffee was also wonderful!!!!

I was in town for AMS staying at the AC Marriot, and this restaurant was a gift from God when I tell you about immaculate service and impeccable food! The chicken tinga for breakfast when you’re feeling fancy, the breakfast sandwich on a biscuit instead of the English muffin, and even their scrambled eggs with hash browns are so good. Oh, and I was NEVER a fan of bread pudding, but when I was offered it for a complimentary dessert, and then I had it, I swear, this is the only bread pudding I will ever want to eat. If I will miss anything in Denver, it’s this place! Good Gawd 👌🏾

This was pretty much the only place open for Thanksgiving dinner! And I was so happy I chose to come here that night! The food was delicious and rather filling. Staff was very attentive and professional, I was taken care of in the most timely fashion and immediately. The holiday decor was very appropriate and executed beautifully and didn't disturb the table setting. I would come back to this place any other time. Highly recommended.

Maria and Vince took amazing care of me each morning with good coffee and lightning fast service. Shreya at the reservation stand was also extremely nice and would greet me by name every time. We had a really nice time at this restaurant. The atmosphere felt fancy but comfy. The food was great. We had French onion soup, burrata and their seasonal braised beef. Everything was tasty. A little on the heavy side but very satisfying. It was also half of wine bottles under $100 night, so who doesn't love that! Our server, Annette was also very nice and she was thoughtful enough to split the meals into separate plates for each couple sharing food. Would recommend this place if eating dt.

A friend and I went here to celebrate our birthdays 🎂 here! The experience was excellent, we really enjoyed the birthday card signed by everyone 😀! Bravo for that touch. Our food excellent from beginning to the end! We started with the fresh rolls, carrots and Ceasars salad. For our entrees we had the salmon, filet mignon, waygu steaks! This restaurant has ruined my life. Now, no matter how long I live, I'll never be able to enjoy a brunch ever again knowing that it will never be as good as what I had here. Every single bite/sip was as incredible as the prior one. I got the Chicken Philly Skillet with a side of bacon, a mimosa and a cappuccino. Holy, was this fantastic. Thanks Max for the great service. This is my first time visiting Corinne in downtown Denver, and I just have to say WOW. I got greeted by the sweetest server, Mathew, and he blew me away with his recommendations, service, and professionalism. Each course left me wanting more. I never get to dessert, but this time I had to overindulge! The management came over and ensured a pleasant experience and each person that delivered different items was so personable. I will definitely be back! If you come to Corinne, just ask for Matt and you won’t be disappointed.

This is really an excellent restaurant and the food was awesome. I was very impressed with the birthday card they even had waiting for me, nice touch. Why the lower rating? The service…maybe it was my server or maybe something I didn’t see but I spent a lot of time waiting for a drink or someone to come do an explanation of their menu or something along those lines. With tip I spent $100 on just me, which is a lot and it just seemed that the service was severely lacking. I even gave up on dessert that was taking forever and just asked them to pack it up so I could leave. Would I go back and try it again? Maybe. It’s really a shame as the food was really, really good.

The service was truly wonderful and definitely sets this place apart. I’d flown in from Kansas hours earlier and really wanted dinner , but it was still happy hour. Shreya greeted me warmly and was so incredibly kind and accommodating. She offered to make a reservation for me on the spot for half hour later @5:00 when they begin serving dinner. When I returned she was just as engaging. My server was Maggie and she too along with Tyler ( possibly a shift manager ) were incredibly cordial. I ordered the Burrata Cheese, 1/2 Caesar salad and the Wagyu Burger; they were all very good. It was the service that stood out most in my mind however.

We came here on a whim and were blown away! My partner usually has a breakfast sandwich and he said it was really good. Many places will try to overdo something as simple as a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, but this place does it simple and right. I had the chicken tinga at the recommendation of our server and it was great! It is a little spicy which I like, but if you are spice-adverse I would recommend perusing the menu a bit more. The drip coffee here is a dark roast which isn't my preference, but I don't like to retract points for my preferences lol. Great staff, great atmosphere, great food. Would come back again 👍

We went here before an event at the Paramount Theater. It was a little walk there but fun. We loved the atmosphere and our server was phenomenal and very helpful with wine selection. Hubby got the waygu beef burger and I got the roasted chicken. I let our server know I wasn't a fan of the chicken and she offered to take it off our bill. I said it wasn't necessary but then the manager came over to ask what could've been better--crispy skin and flavor off the top of my head. She took the meal off our bill. Stellar service. We will be back and I'll order something else next time!

We were in Denver for a wedding and it was also our anniversary so we decided to splurge a bit. We went to Corrine's for dinner. We selected three appetizers and split an entree. The roasted carrots were very nice as was the buffalo cauliflower. The wagyu beef tartar was outstanding! The wagyu steak frite was a bit eclectic. The steak was incredibly good but the fries seemed like they came out of a supermarket freezer section. There was even ketchup on the plate? I know it was for the frites but someone will dip that steak in the ketchup, what a culinary crime! Overall though the experience was very nice and we left happy.

Everything was absolutely DIVINE!! I ordered the crab croquettes and a pancake, and it was just enough food! The coffee was delicious, and the juice options were incredible. I ended up trying the melon berry cooler and the ginger sunrise - both were naturally sweet and refreshing!! I will be coming back for sure!

Enjoyed dinner with friends so much that I brought another friend back the next night. The old fashioned was super good - ask for an extra cherry or two - and the spicy tuna appetizer was delicious. Yum!! My pork chop was rather dry (overcooked), but the other entrees (pasta dishes) were reportedly really good.

What a great date spot. The ambience was very nice along with the friendly service we received while we were here. The music was not overwhelmingly loud and we could carry on a pleasant conversation. The drinks we had would likely not be found on the menu but the bartender knew exactly what she was doing. The food was great the crab croquets were perfectly cooked and had great flavor. The pork chop was recommended and it did not disappoint especially with the sauce and the topping on it. The scallops were also cooked to perfection, not over or undercooked, and were amazing. Will definitely be back.

Good find in downtown Denver! Went for Sunday brunch. Had the Sweet Corn Cake eggs Benedict and the Detox fresh pressed juice - both great! Would definitely go back. Nice atmosphere and staff.

I wanted to like this place because the menu looks awesome, but it was just okay. We waited 50 mins for our appetizers (beef tartar and burrata, so neither of them even needed to be cooked), and everything fell a little flat in terms of flavor. On the positive side, our waitress was really nice and the pork chop was great.

Brunch was delicious! We took a little staycation and decided to stop by for breakfast. The service was fantastic. Mariah, Max, and Maria took excellent care of us. Delicious!!!! Would definitely recommend! Came here with my wife for our anniversary. The ambience was perfect- from the music to the couch seating. We were seated in a cozy corner and our server was Annette. She was very attentive and surprised us with a little celebration glass of champagne which was so unexpected. Chef Alex stopped by and recommended some items like the Burrata, Buffalo Cauliflower and Bolognese . All were fantastic. Can't wait to come back again!

Corinne is my absolute favorite place for breakfast in Downtown Denver! The food is consistently delish (expecially those seasoned sauteed mushrooms, and the croissants with local jam - YUM!). But, the charm of this place is so much more than the food - it's the ambiance, and the stellar customer service. The entire waitstaff (managers included) provides incredible service! This morning, I had the pleasure of meeting Max, who went above and beyond to make sure my breakfast experience was perfect. This place has become my way of treating myself at least once per week. I look forward to every visit! Be sure to make reservations for breakfast or dinner... but leave table 108 open for me ;)

While staying at the AC hotel, we had breakfast here twice, it was probably one of the best breakfast spots in the area! We loved our meals and will def have some meals here when we come back! Also, I recommend the chicken tinga, very filling and delicious!

The food was very good. The tables were rather tight, but I understand it's a busy place. We enjoyed the appetizers and signature drinks. We ordered the chefs special and were glad we did. We had tender flavorful short ribs. All in all it was a very nice experience. We came in at 5pm, so the place was packed and a bit noisy. I'd say for a more romantic experience, dine later in the evening.

Our waitress, Annette, was attentive and even went out of her way to alert the chef that were had a concert to attend, thus making our service a little more prompt. The food was amazing! We had the filet and chicken, both perfectly cooked: crisp on the outside, moist and buttery on the inside. I would return again just for the key lime pie. Thank you for making our date night so lovely!

Very relaxed space with a good beer selection and tasty food. We ordered the prime rib sliders which were good but were a bit dry and could have used more sauce. Also had some Wash. I was staying at the AC Hotel for the weekend and my group had brunch here twice. The staff was extremely attentive and accommodating to our large group. We particularly loved Max! I am literally still in the restaurant, but I have to write this review. Second time coming, months apart, as I am not a Denver-native. I have had excellent service both times. Great coffee, great drinks, great recs from waitstaff. What struck me this time, however, was that I had asked for my bacon annoyingly crispy. It didn’t come out that way. I shrugged it off. Whatever, I’ve done front end and back end restaurant work. It is what it is. My lovely waiter, Kendall, came over, immediately noticed, said “Let me take that back and have them crisp it up for you.” Before I could do so much as open my mouth to tell him my Croque Madame was great, he whisked it away. He returned several minutes later with appropriately crisped bacon. Keep it up.

Wow. What an incredible dining experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in the door (around 4:50pm) we were greeted and invited to sit at the bar by the bartender Ryan. He was curtious and suggested we get a drink and some happy hour food while we wait for the dining room to open at 5. I'm so glad we did. The crab croquettes and broiled oysters were absolutely delicious. The cocktails were tasty as well. Once we got sat at our table we were greeted by our waiter Matthew who was an absolute delight. I got the prefix 3 course menu while my partner got the bone in, belly on pork chop. I got the waygu steak fries. Everything was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. It was a breath of fresh air to also have the executive chef come to the table and ask how everything was! This is a rare treat now a days. We capped the dinner off with some of the best key lime pie I've ever had. Definitely a 10/10 experience and we will definitely return.

Excellent experience all around. Just to get the one minor negative out of the way, our server was pretty awkward and left us with some uncomfortable moments. Aside from that the food was incredible and the atmosphere was peaceful but fun. My partner and I had the roasted carrots, chile glazed organic chicken, wild mushroom Bolognese, and bread pudding. Every dish was cooked perfectly and had strong, interesting flavors. Presentation of all plates was exciting, and classy. The price point is a little higher than I would typically spring for but the quality of the food and drinks really make the expense seem like a bargain. Could not possibly give a stronger recommendation.

Highlight of our dinner tonight was the burrata appetizer for $18. Nice sized portion and delicious. My main reason for only three stars is that our server was inattentive and rarely came to check on us. My daughter had the filet ($44) which was cooked perfectly. It came with a very small portion of mashed potatoes and a nice portion of asparagus. I ordered the Cobb salad which was pretty much just lettuce - $17 worth of lettuce. Won't go back.

I happened to be in Denver for a conference right when I saw Trip Advisor put this place on a top 10 list. My hotel was directly across the street so I had to check it out. The staff was so kind, gave terrific recommendations and were the right level of attentive. I had the Waygu strip steak - it was perfectly cooked, juicy and SO flavorful. Just happens the table next to me were absolutely visiting and they let me try the mushroom bolognese they ordered. It was the best veggie past dish I ever tasted! I'm sorry I had to leave before trying more things on this menu. Five stars!

Very disappointing. I expected a high-quality meal at Corrine. What we received was mediocre. Focusing on my entree -- the Wagyu beef burger: the burger itself was good. However, why serve a $20 burger with wilted iceberg lettuce and the cheapest possible tasteless tomatoes? Fries were not hot and were oversalted. Waiter did offer to replace the fries, but I was already finishing my burger when he asked how everything was. He did not offer to substitute anything else. Finally, as my party was enjoying an after dinner drink, wait staff began taking things away from our table, such as napkins (asking first, but taking away without awaiting an answer), while we were still finishing. Given the reviews, not at all up to the standard I expected for either food or service, but especially food.

We had the three course prix fix...kale/apple salad, wagyu steak frites, and bread pudding. The best part of the meal was the salad. Generous serving, fresh, and delicious. However, unfortunately, the steak was subpar. We are no stranger to the exceptional quality of wagyu beef and this just missed the mark. The bread pudding was OK...the ice cream was delicious but the bread pudding itself was perhaps a few days old. Our friends got the wild mushroom bolognese and were disappointed that they couldn't find any mushrooms in the dish! We chose Corinne based on the overwhelming opinion that it was the 2nd highest rated restaurant in Denver. Thanks to great service and an enjoyable ambiance, we'd consider trying again.

Located in the lobby of the Le Meridien, Corinne is a great place to stop by for a quick breakfast bite. The service was quick and food was exactly what you’d expect for the price. Nothing fancy but they do the basics well. I’d definitely stop by again if staying in the area for my breakfast. Tip: Peppered bacon is really peppered. I liked it but some people may consider it too peppery so keep that in mind!

Very cool spot for drinks, dinner and networking! Upon arrival it’s obvious this trendy restaurant and bar serve guests of the hotel as well as anyone that loves great food and a hopping vibe! We were lucky to get a reservation on short notice and so happy we did. The menu included many favorites including several steaks, prime rib and seafood 🦞 options! They have delicious brussel sprouts and bang bang calamari. The mussels were super good and the broth was so well seasoned we needed more toast! I enjoyed the prime rib French dip which was super tender and so tasty. Typically I prefer a more flavorful au jus but their version was very well matched for the succulent shaved prime rib!

Stopped in this restaurant attached to the Le Meridien based on the reviews and while not disappointed, was not wowed. The coffee was very good. I ordered the basic egg breakfast with pork sausage and a biscuit on the recommendation of the server. Both the sausage and the biscuit were disappointing. The sausage was dense and rather bland and the biscuit was also dense and really dry. 😩 Fortunately I’d asked for a side of sourdough toast which was fine and satisfied my craving for carbs. I so wanted the biscuit to be good! The server did offer to bring another, but I declined. The meal also came with hash browns which I enjoyed. My boyfriend and I recently stayed in Le Meridien for six nights, and our package included breakfast at Corinne every morning. The voucher was good for a juice, coffee/tea, an entree, and I also got away with tacking on a side most days. Here's what we tried: - Ginger sunrise: I had this juice every morning and it was perfectly refreshing with a little bit of kick from the ginger. - Prime rib hash: Boyfriend raved about this. - Chicken and waffles: This was delicious. The waffles were light and fluffy, and the chicken tenders were perfectly crispy and not too greasy. - Eggs benedict: Boyfriend said this was bad. - Yogurt and granola: Pretty standard. Portion is very large. - Oatmeal: Also pretty standard. Portion is super large. - Ham and pimiento cheese omelet: Pretty good and very filling. - Cobb salad: Very good; variety of different ingredients in each bite. - Fresh berries: Always super fresh and juicy! Docking a star because the service is inconsistent. Most days, it was very good, but some days it was extremely slow and it took forever to get someone's attention or to get our food. They also can't handle a full house; on the first day there were plenty of empty tables but they had us wait to be seated because they said the kitchen wouldn't be able to keep up.

Trendy little bar style restaurant in a hotel, we were seated right away. CJ was an excellent waiter who saw to us right away. We opted for the salmon corn cake Benedict, a Detox juice, drip coffee, and a "small" order of three biscuits. We added a side order of a single pancake and they put all the fixings on it, and that's not on the menu, so if you think you can fit just a little more in you tum-tum, go for it! The Benedict was perfectly made, though the smoked salmon was lox. We are used to dry smoked salmon, being from Alaska, so that wasn't our favorite and would go without the salmon next time. The Detox was very good, refreshing but not overly sweet and went well with the other items. CJ was an excellent waiter , if you get the chance have him explain the menu to you. He has a passion that came through in his mouthwatering descriptions. The biscuits were the best part, soft inside, crunchy exterior buttery with house made jam. Excellent. We would return.

This was our first dinner after landing in Denver. The overall experience of the restaurant was very good, like the service and the atmosphere of the place. The coctails were really good and the starters were delicious (calamari and crab croquettes). But the mains really need some improvements. I ate a Corinnes cobb salad. It was ok but I have eaten better salads at fastfood restaurants. The chicken was really dry and there were some very tiny pieces of bacon, black beans and blue cheese and some walnuts. Expected more from a sallad costing $ 17. My partner ordered the Burger menu (medium rare) and the meat was very dry and was overall very boring and tasteless. We paid $ 150 including tips in total for 2 drinks, glass of wine, a beer, 2 starters and 2 mains. Expected much higher quality on the food for the price paid.

Moved my seat when I asked for an outlet to charge my phone. Food was good, but not exceptional in creativity, which is only reason I didn’t rate a 5. I had an omelette with hash browns and toast, plus coffee. About $20. Funny addition just for fun: my receipt says “Spinach and Mush Omelette”. 😀

Hidden Gem in Downtown Denver. My sister and I were in Denver on vacation and not sure what we would do for dinner the particular night that we ended up at Corinne. We got a late start to the day and were thus having a later dinner. We left our hotel with a plan to just find something on foot and nearby. Corinne was still open, serving and happened to not have a wait when we showed up (now that I've eaten there, I'm surprised there wasn't a wait for the table). We went in planning to maybe order something small, but after the servers recommendation of the caramelized pork shank, we decided we had to have it and that we would each get our own. The pork was so good that we each somehow managed to eat most of it, but this dish truly is big enough to share especially if you start with a salad or appetizer.

Valet and Brunch! Corinne is the restaurant located in the the lobby level of Le Meridien hotel at the intersection of California and 15th in downtown. Reservations can be made on OpenTable. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised that they offer FREE VALET parking. I was a little caught off guard when we were only handed brunch menus at 1pm. Apparently lunch is not offered on the weekends; brunch lasts until 4pm. We started with Strawberry and Ricotta Toast and the BLT Deviled Eggs to share around the table. Both were nice, although not overly memorable. The bottomless mimosas for $15 were very generously poured with a heavier ratio of champagne than normal. I'm not complaining. ;) For my entree I chose the Prime Rib French Dip. I asked the server if I could have the rarest cuts of meat possible. She and the chef were happy to oblige. It was sublime! The meat was super tender! The au jus and horseradish cream sauce were the perfect combo to the amazing sandwich. The shoestring fries were very yummy too. The ambience was upscale. We saw a few people in t-shirts, but business casual would be more appropriate. The service was great. Their brunch seems to be pretty popular, and they had run out of some of the dishes by 1pm. If you're feeling fancy, and happen to find yourself downtown...this is a great place to eat brunch!

We had he pleasure of having Heather as our sever. She was great about accommodating my dietary request (vegan) letting me know which items had butter and checking to see of I was ok with my food being cooked in the same dish as other food. I had the Mushroom Bolognese (vegan). This ended up being our favorite dish, and, my non-vegan guest even enjoyed and preferred it. For dessert we had the key lime pie, which was delicious! Great service, excellent food, and, I was able to impress my out of town guest, who is quite demanding. I would definitely recommend this restaurant especially if you have vegans/non-vegans in your part and you want everyone to enjoy their meal.

As soon as I walked into the restaurant I felt welcome. The environment was pleasant and comfortable for me to dine alone. Vince was my server and everything about how I was treated was amazing; from my greeting to saying hello to my mom on FT (I had mentioned her to Vince when I was seated after asked what brought me to town). Some of the best food and service I have had in a while. Truman, I believe her name was. She was an amazing server, didn't hover too much or too little. Checked on us only when it was needed, on top of that she was very knowledable of the menu and gave us recommendations to fit our taste buds. It looks like management is doing very well with this restaurant, as I saw someone getting trained and they were giving them all the basics of how to setup a table with silverware. This restaurant is a sleeper. A hidden gem you would not expect to find in a hotel. I regret not taking pictures of our entrees. All six of us loved our food. Three of us had the mushroom bolognese and IT IS INCREDIBLE!!! I want the recipe. We watched in awe as the waiters delivered what appeared to be a bone in tomahawk pork chop to tables. I have to order that pork chop next time. When you see this pork chop, I believe you will agree there is not a more impressive visual food option. The plate presentation is a work of art. I would expect to see it at a prime steak house. Our server, Truman M was outstanding A+, 5 star. So thankful she waited on our table.

While the steak was decent and I appreciated the ease with which they accommodated my food substitution, the service was sub-par. I know the restaurant industry is getting hit hard, but at some level you still expect service. We waited over half an hour for appetizers, during which time everyone around us, who came in after us, was already eating. To top it off, I left something at the restaurant and despite multiple phone calls and messages could never get someone to answer the phone or call me back to confirm they had my item. Won't be repeating my experience here.

I had such high hopes for this place and was very disappointed. The service and ambience was very good though. The peppered bloody Mary was horrible. It did not seem peppery only filled with pickle juice to the point that it was all you could taste. The eggs Benedict with smoked salmon was a small portion but yummy however the corn salsa was ice cold that they put on top making the whole dish luke warm. If they would have heated it on the grill a bit it could have been great. Spent over forty dollars for those two items with tip and will not be back.

We happened to go into this restaurant on our 24th anniversary. I must say that the whole visit was amazing. Julian made our visit a 5 star experience. Very attentive and had a smile the whole time. I was very impressed by this young man. The food on the other hand was simply made with love. Best omlet I've ever had, egg whites with spinach wow. Corinne was a perfect spot for a pre-theater dinner. We started with cocktails and the Point Judith Calamari. Very tasty and a generous portion for an appetizer. My wife and I both had the Wild Mushroom Bolognese for our entree. It was a great choice. We're finding that many restaurants are struggling to provide good service, but not at Corinne. We'll definitely return.

Our waitress brought the wrong food to our table and argued with us about it and when she figured out the food was for another table she didn't bother to say sorry. The next day I sat at the bar downstairs by the service section and the staff was freelee talking poorly about customers while I was sitting right next to them. So for that I can not give them 5 stars.

Crew of 3 tried C. For restaurant week. Wagyu beef very tender, seasoned well, and cooked to order. Comes with fries which were good but perhaps not the bedt side. Salmon was a came on a bed of lintels and sauted spinach. Ty he whole dish was a bit bland but the fish cooked well. Drinks are good if not overly expensive, i.e. $15/three ounce pour. Service friendly and attentive. Attractive setting with active vibe that night. Overall a 3.5-above average food which is priced above the overall value of the experience.

I picked this restaurant based on location and the reviews that mentioned amazing service. Sadly, when I dine out with my children in Denver the service can definitely be lacking, but this was NOT the case at Corinne. Our server, Annette, went above and beyond. She paid attention to my kids and interacted with them like they were actually people AND she gave great menu suggestions. She also knew the wine list very well and gave a few great suggestions there as well. Adding this restaurant to our pre-theater hang outs for sure. Thanks!
