An Ohio must try pizza. You’re welcome. Consistency will promise that the pizza I rave about for the past decade will still be the pizza you get to experience. Flavor is a premium. The pepperoni is Old World recipe zesty with that baked puckering curl. I beg you not to skip the sausage (see pic). It’s a house recipe that they have made locally. It’s the only place I know in a large radius that cooks their sausage on the pizza, so none of those juicy flavors escape your meal. Sure it’s not a meal on the healthy nutrition radar, but it is pizza after all. Now we love a thin crust (see pic), and their regular is donato’s thin. But if you need it to go thinner, they can accommodate with their extra thin cracker like crust. Sauce is good without being sweet and sugary. Thick cardboard box to keep it hot for the ride home. Oh yeah, it’s carryout only, if you didn’t get that from their name. Not a table or restroom in site. Carryout beverage coolers, and some daily specials (see pic). Accurate on pickup times.

Staff was super friendly even though we were fans of rival football teams. Seemed like a great bunch of guys! Pizza was delicious and cooked to perfection. I usually prefer a little thicker soft crust but this was the best thin crust I've had in years. Perfect amount of spices in the sauce and toppings seemed fresh. Pepperoni and sausage was fantastic. Will be returning next time I'm in town!

Saw the reviews while I was in the area and gave it a try. Nothing to write home about. Was a bit disappointed as the pizza was kind of bland IMO. Not bad but needs more of a identity.

After trying just about every pizza place in Columbus over the last 10 years, I finally found the winner! Hands down best pizza in Columbus! A little pricier than other pies in the area, but worth every penny, I promise you. Be sure to get their sausage, which is made in house and is by far the best sausage on a pizza you’ll ever try. I wish it hadn’t taken me a decade to find this place!

Terita’s is an amazing hidden gem. This is a true family restaurant that does not skimp on ingredients. It is carry out only, but once you get home and bite into that homemade sausage you’ll be glad you took the drive!

Pretty good place for pizza! We got takeout, an olive and capicola and another with pineapple and sausage. Pizza was good, toppings were plentiful. Next time I would order a pizza with extra sauce. The employees are very friendly. We will be back!

I have been searching for great pizza in Ohio since I moved here. I finally found Teritas and absolutely loved it. They easily earned 5 stars. They have efficient and friendly service and the pizza was well prepared and delicious. Normally I just like plain cheese, which was fabulous, but the pepperoni added a crisp texture contrast and some zippy flavor. I also really liked the meatball and the sausage was good too. The parking lot can be very busy and intimidating, but I highly recommend Teritas and I know I'll be back for more! Cant wait to try to white pizza next time.

Columbus has some of the best pizza pie in our nation, and Teritas is one of those places! I'll always have fond memories of this place, not just because their pizza is wonderful, but because when I was a little kid the owner / owner's son / workers always gave me a pretzel rod and were always so nice to me. Holy sausage their pizza is phenomenal. This place is a slice above the rest. Im sure they rake in a lot of dough because how good their pizza is. This spot has been blessed by the pizza gods. Seriously might be the best Columbus has to offer. They been doing it for quite a while too. If you like pizza, this spot is a must. Other pizza will never be as good now that I had this in my life.

When it snows it is pizza time. Ordered a medium pepperoni and cheese pizza from Terita's. Competitively priced with other places. The pizza had a nice thin crust. Sauce had just a slight sweet taste to it. Nice and cheesy with a good amount of cup and char pepperoni on it. Yummmy!!!! Place has been doing it right for 60 years now. You know that it's good if they have been there for that long.

Friday night craving...in the search of some really good pizza and after a long search I came across this place. I ordered and paid online and it was a really simple process. Picked up my pizzas and it did not disappoint. Each slice was filled with toppings and the pizza was hot. Pretty great pizza! I’m sure I’ll order again.

A great product at a fair price. The ingredients they use here are of the highest quality and are used in perfect quantity's. You can tell by the quality of the pizza the people here love what they do. The building does not have a dining area so you have to get it and speed home running any red lights to enjoy it piping hot. I believe they also now deliver with DoorDash. Their subs are also pretty good, tho pizza is obviously their passion. The staff all were super friendly and I noticed they take the time to check and adjust the topping dispersement and placing before putting the pizza in the oven. They also monitor the cooking of the pizza rather than just take it out after a certain time which shows attention to quality and a passion for their craft. I will definitely be eating here again.

New fave pizza place! It deserves the reputation it has of being one of the pizza gems of Cbus. Great crust, sauce, and toppings. We got ours well done which was cooked exactly how we like it! Loved the homemade sausage and the garlic bread with cheese. Service was super friendly as well. Will definitely be back!

This is the place for pie. No need to get double anything- toppings are generous. The sausage sub is so good, you'll kick yourself for not ordering 2-1 now and 1 for tomorrow's lunch. We come from Dayton twice a month to get this top shelf. GRACI!!

Ohhhhhhh!!! Where to START?!? I don't know if they deliver.🤔 Most likely they do. The people who work here are GREAT😃 They have great attitudes, EVEN when they are really busy! Which is RARE!! The prices are affordable and in my opinion reasonable for the amount of food that you get. Last but not least 😁😁😁The food is GREAT too!😃 I have a tendency to eat mine as soon as it comes out of the oven. So if you see me leaving with my pizza box lid already open and I'm making the "Hofff!-hoff!-hoff!-hoffff!" sounds ppl make when food is too hot....just mind your business 🤣 No, but seriously! 0 to 10? This pizza is excellent! They aren't skimpy on the toppings. I forgot they were just down the street. They said 25 minutes & it was ready in 25. You have to do a "pick up" since I don't think they deliver. I will be visiting again. The guy that took the money was also polite.

Solid pizza, maybe one of the best in town. I'm only giving 4 stars as they give terrible time estimates, every time they say everything will be ready in about 25 minutes and it rarely is. It doesn't matter if it's peak time on a Friday or a slow Tuesday. I almost always end up waiting and additional 10 to 15 minutes. If we got accurate time estimates this would easily be a 5 star review.

I have been coming here my entire life and the pizza has been on point without fail every single time. When I was still so small I couldn't see over the counter the owner used to give me a pretzel stick every time I came in. They have never ever messed up a single order in the over three decades I have been eating their pizza. Hands down best pizza and best service I have ever experienced in my life.

We have been in the neighborhood (Forest Park for a little less than a year) and bought our second meal tonight. The pie was absolutely delicious. We will be back soon! Also, the food tastes even better because we are supporting a local business. Sorry, Jane Grote Abel and Mr. “Papa John”, these guys kick your rears!!! We visited again last night and by today at noon, almost all of a large was gone between dinner, breakfast and lunch. This pie is amazing and the family/business is super friendly. This pizza was soooooo good. I was recommended by the Pizza Connoisseurs of Columbus, apparently this is a big favorite. I definitely see why! We ordered a Teritas special & a Pepperoni Bacon. They are not kidding about using quality ingredients. The crust was perfect, the sauce was great, & the toppings covered my pizza just how I like it. After my one stop I may have found my new favorite pizza spot! Customer service was great too. Friday is our pizza night & I cannot wait for another Friday to come!

Posted hours are incorrect or they are closing early. 2 nights in a row we tried to order pizza between 10 and 10:30 but no one would answer the phone. Tonight we drove over there and the lights were all out at 10:20pm. Parking lot was empty and saw no one inside. Great pizza! The first pizza we ordered was incorrect but has been perfect ever since. Spicy pepperoni, perfect crust, and sauce. Edit: Fast forward 3 years - We have eaten Teritas pizza more times than I can count, and their food has been simply amazing! As such, we are turning our 3 star review into a 5 star review. Cuz it's just that delicious!

I went with a friend to this place. It has all of the elements needed for a great hole in the wall place. when we picked up our pizza (Pepperoni and sausage with cheese). The pepperoni was curled up, and the pizza looked amazing. It tasted amazing. I will be going back for more of this amazing pizza. But sure to call ahead, as there isn't a place to sit and eat.

I just tried this pizza for the first time today. I actually driven by this building many times over the 25 years living in Columbus. I heard about it after seeing it on the internet and a lot of good reviews about it. So I went in today and order 12 inch pepperoni pizza, it was delicious. My fiancé is Italian American, born and raised in Brooklyn. He is extremely picky about a good pizza. He really liked it and I can taste the good ingredients in the pizza. It was worth every penny! We will be back, they gained another regular customer with us. THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA in Columbus, Ohio hands down!

I can see why they've been around so long. I just had the cheese pizza with half meatball and I couldn't stop eating it. There is like a garlic kind of flavor on the crust and the sauce is delicious.

My wife has a strick gluten free diary free, soy free diet and this place NOT only has the best pizza (terita's special) but always accommodate by offering no cheese gluten free pizza. They make it fast and fresh. Best pizza in Columbus area by far. You guys rock.

Good, old fashioned pizza!! If you like Mom and Pop pizza places, but find they often use too much garlic, you will love this place. Great meat, cheese, sauce and crust and they aren't skimpy with the toppings. Terita's is far better than the chain pizza places!

I have been a big fan for over 40 years. The best pizza ever! My kids grew up on this and the first word they ever learned to spell was "pizza"--they always knew what Friday nights were for. I even lived on the opposite side of town and never bought anything but Terita's. This is a very friendly business that I have seen over the years. I have seen Gus and watched his family grow up and really enjoyed their friendliness. Nothing but the best!!! Great food, service, and atmosphere. Good family business. Love this pizza!!! Columbus truly has excellent Pizza. Terita's Pizza is awesome, excellent, fantastic, best pizza I can ever remember having!! Worth every penny!! No joke! I consider myself a pizza connoisseur. I've traveled the state testing Pizza. Went to Marysville just to try a pizza place, been to Lakewood Ohio, just to try state renowned Angelo's Pizza, and Antolino's on Morse road in Columbus is also great pizza. No disrespect to any other pizza place I have mentioned, and I would recommend any of them, but Terita's is my favorite!!!!

Terita's is straight up the best thin crust pizza in Columbus, and a candidate for overall best. I live in Centerburg which is 35 minutes away. That doesn't discourage my family's craving for this Columbus mainstay. It's been a family owned business that has thrived with the premise that great quality ingredients make delicious pizza. My family's favorite is Pepperoni and Bacon. If you have yet to experience Terita's, I encourage you to do so.

Ive been looking for the perfect authentic local pizza place close to home. I Called, ordered and was ready for pickup in 20 min. I got a med with green pepper, onion, black olive and hot pepper. It was delicious and i wouldn't have changed anything about it. I will be returning. Possibly the best authentic pizza in Columbus. I would much rather support a smaller local business than a big chain company any day.

As a big fan of Adriotico's pizza, I found this place to have similar quality ingredients and a similar sauce, but still distinct in form and taste. Overall a top quality pie that is hard to beat. This is the BEST pizza. The prices are reasonable. The quality is superb. They do not offer delivery, however that has never been a problem for us. We drive out of our way to get to get their pizza. Their pepperoni and sausage are great. The service is magnificent! Everyone is always super nice.

This place is becoming my #1 spot for pizza. It's a little on the pricey size if you're use to pizza hut or papa John's but the quality of the sauce and the crust is well worth it. It's a thin crust but they load it with top quality toppings you don't need any dipping sauce

Pizza is second to none. A better tasting pizza will not be found in the city/county,state and arguably the country. Having traveled this country from sea to shining sea and Canada to Mexican borders, I am convinced, better tasting pizza does not exist. My wife and I have been eating Terita's Pizza for over a year. They make their ingredients (most of them) daily. It is without a doubt the best pizza in the Columbus area. It seems like an anachronism, a pizza place with no delivery, no dine-in, no take & bake. Maybe it is, having been around since 1959. But the obvious completion to the equation is that the pizza is good enough that customers will deliver it themselves... for 50 years. The clincher for me is that in addition to dough and sauce, they also make their own italian sausage. Incredible! You have to feel for the family running the place, since the stretch of Cleveland Avenue they are on is pretty damaged, economically. I'm sure it didn't look so bad when they set up there in 1962. But don't let that scare you off. The pizza is top notch.
